On the other hand when they reached out to the floor leaf today on 4/1/25 on the first floor by the jewelry counter the lady who I believe is Karen was underdressed, hair not kept and absolutely worthless. She was condescending informing me she could do nothing regarding my credit card, the restaurant is closed for 2 days and she doesn't have keys. Looked through all sections of the restaurant and genuinely showed initiative in wanting to help me locate my credit card at their restaurant. They even contacted loss prevention and took my number. While my card was not located a concerted effort was made and I was satisfied and pleased with everyone other than this leader who is dismissive of concerns. These staff should be acknowledged while the other one should no longer remain employed. I'm glad I was able to finally shop at the original Neiman Marcus. It's one of a kind
