We’ve tried to make a reservation for Saturday but it was all booked up but the waitress found us a booking for the same night and we took it. The food is delicious and freshly made, service is very good, polite and attentive. We asked for one take away dessert as we couldn’t book a table for 3 and it was taken without any problem. We would definitely visit again when we come to Aberystwyth in the future and I’ll make a booking a table in advance as on busy Friday and Saturday night it might not be possible to get a table as a walk in customer.

The options of Italian wines are plenty and the restaurant feels so cozy. The food is authentic, a bit expensive. Although the portion size of the appetisers are a bit small, the mains are fairly good. All the dishes look tempting when they are being served to others so its very difficult to decide what to eat, but we ended up ordering a pasta and a pizza to have the taste of both. The team there really goes the extra mile, for example when I needed to add a child to my booking after reserving, the staff were exceptionally helpful and reassuring throughout. The rooms are clean with fresh, quality bedding, and the included breakfast was enjoyable. The central location is ideal for exploring the town, though do be aware that our room faced the high street and street noise from students could be quite lively late into the evening, which might be worth considering if you're a light sleeper. One thing to note is that parking behind the hotel is limited and operates on a first come, first served basis. If you have a larger vehicle like we do, this could be tricky, so it's worth planning ahead as parking overall in the town is limited and expensive. Overall, Harry's was excellent value for money and friendly service. I would definitely recommend this friendly hotel with character for a short visit to Aberystwyth.

Overall, i tried to find an email in which I could complain directly to the store but I couldn't so this will have to do instead. Never had this issue before as everyone else who's served me has always be courteous and professional and to be honest this bad interaction will make me check who's serving before I enter the store.
