They also offer hot and cold teas. We arrived around brunch time. I had the Homemade Biscuits & Gravy with a side of Fried Breakfast Potatoes. Talk about delicious!! The biscuits are thick & fluffy while the gravy is thick rich & full of ground sausage and tons of flavor. My hubby had the Blue Dog Breakfast. He loved every bite of it! It was so much food he took the rest home for lunch. We have since returned twice now and no matter what you get it will not disappoint!! Another added plus, you can sit outside and bring your furry babies. They even keep a watering station filled with fresh water. We highly recommend Blue Dog Bistro!

I have regularly visited this location almost weekly for the past 2 months. Really decent slams, and way better with their Melts and Burgers. Don’t pass up the milkshakes either, they are pretty fire. French Toast is to die for. But as for the SERVICE, come ANY other time than night because you’ll be stuck there forever trying to even just order food. I’ve been forgotten by a server for 20+ minutes, and I’ve even had to wave at these people for service another time after waiting 15-20 mins (It was like I didn’t exist.). I’ve been in and out of here quicker during the mornings and daytimes, and will probably be dining then. I’ve been better acknowledged and taken care of in less time on these shifts. I get it’s not fast food, but for comparison, my morning/day visits are like a solid 40 minutes, while it’s nearly an hour or more of waiting at night. If you think I’m being harsh, I’ve given these servers nothing but patience, kindness, and delightful tips like any other place. Seated right away which was nice. Next time will ask to sit on patio under the oak tree. We ordered the Port omelette, Coast Chick, and smoked chicken wings & waffles. A lot of restaurants on the coast have a version of Cajun cream sauce or topping and they all taste pretty similar but this one is by far my favorite. My husband couldn’t finish it and he usually doesn’t have a problem finishing his food. The Coast Chick is like a chicken & waffles breakfast sandwich with an egg and bacon. Very generous portion. I’d order it just for the hash brown sticks it comes with. The smoked fried wings & waffles were good but my least favorite. The wings needed a little more seasoning and the waffles were a little too soft like they’d been made ahead of time and sat under a heat lamp. Would prefer just a really good piece of fried chicken with the waffle. All in all everything was pretty tasty and the ambience is nice so we’ll definitely be back.

I could tell it was a short staffed night bc the guy from the first window was helping her and i didnt see anyone else. The guy was nice but this girl when she handed me my shake and my food she was pushing it towards me so rudely and when I said thank you (trying to be nice) she just looked at me like I was dumb And didn’t say anything.
