They stop serving breakfast at 11 but they offered it to us anyway. What a spectacular place to have a home cooked type meal. Very welcoming and everyone, including fellow customers, are super nice. Now the food, absolutely delicious. Before I came to Nebraska, I was told "well, they're really not known for their food", folks, the Farmer's Daughter Cafe slap's that comment across the face and feeds it lunch and gives it a slice of butterscotch pie for dessert. Great food! Great attitudes! Fun to be in small town America and eat at a REAL Cafe! We were traveling through Nebraska with our family and there were 8 of us. Greeted with smile, sat at a booth immediately. Waitress came over right away after we were seated and was friendly. Restaurant was clean. Coffee was hot, fresh and delicious. Food was delicious and service was amazing! I ordered a BELT and the eggs were cooked perfectly over easy, bacon crispy and fresh! My family and I stopped in yesterday for a very late dinner on our way back to Kansas from South Dakota and we had an incredible experience. Unfortunately I didn't catch our servers name, however he was quick and yet very patient and made great substitute ideas for my meal. I went with a sirloin and eggs meal(I think a number 9) and added 2 eggs in place of the hash browns. The steak was delicious and the eggs were cooked perfectly. My wife's salad was huge and looked very fresh. The kids got chicken baskets off the kids menu and they both enjoyed every last bite of their plates. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. All in all will absolutely stop back in next time we are in the area!

Wife and I decided to eat at a diner instead of the big chain restaurants so we chose Tommy’s.
On the inside the restaurant is decorated in the theme that belongs to a true diner.
Staff extremely friendly and very polite and very funny to boot.
I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak while the wife had the Ruben sandwich both with fries and are really good.
Decided to try out their pies wife had the Lemon while I had the Coconut cream pie, both of which we highly recommend.
We will eat here again.

Had lunch in Perkins in Grand Island while in town for pictures of the Sandhill cranes. Perkins is a coffee shop chain and usually good, dependable and clean. This one was all of these. I ordered the ribeye steak and eggs for dinner. The food came out in a decent time but wasn’t a ribeye. It looked wonderful but not what I ordered. I used to sell steaks so I know my cuts of meat. I inquired about it but they decided to take away the food and comped the coffee, so I left without being fed. No offer to replace it with an actual ribeye, no offer for a discount. Just took away the meal and left a dissatisfied customer who will never return. This is the 2nd time they did this, the 1st time I just ate it, paid and never said anything about it. This has to be the best McDonald's my family and I have EVER visited. Right when we enterd, we were greeted by one of the employees, I believe her name is Maria Cross. She frequently checked if we needed anything else after receiving our food and when she was not taking orders, she would be out in the dining room, making sure that everything was clean and presentable. Throughout the entire dining, I watched her greet others the same way we were greeted including calling them by their name. The service was fast and little wait time. Went through drive through and ordered a chicken quesadilla, water bottle, and grilled cheese steak burrito with xtra chipotle. First they said they didn’t even know if they had water. Guess that should have been the first red flag. Got the chicken quesadilla and there was only chicken and chipotle sauce on it and there was only filling in the center two pieces empty tortilla on the ends on both sides. Opened my burrito and it was just a bean,rice and cheese burrito with chipotle sauce on it. Made absolutely no sense. No steak, no grilled cheese. It wasn’t busy either so just feel like this should have been something that shouldn’t have been messed up. We couldn’t turn back as we had checked and saw a burrito and quesadilla in the bag so headed off towards the interstate. All I can say is we probably won’t ever return to this Taco Bell. If you can mess up when it isn’t busy I can’t imagine how their lunch rush goes.

I should have read the reviews first. Placed an order on the app. I asked for 15 hot sauces. When I got to the speaker they told me that they could not do the 15 sauces because they were only allowed to give out 1 per item. I asked why, because I had never heard of that policy. I was told that they were giving them out faster than they were getting them in (maybe order a larger quantity?). When I got to the window I received my bag and asked for some extra napkins. I was told they were out of napkins. Got back on the road and opened my bag of food. Placed an order twice through the app this week and have had issues with this location both times.
Each time my order has not had the drink ready when I walk into pick it up, first time I placed my order 20 minutes ahead of time and it still wasn't ready despite no other customers were in the lobby and hardly any cars in the drive through.

Waited in line for the 2nd time for them to forget that I was pulled forward like I was told to. Very disappointing watching 4 cars go around when I ordered 5 minutes before all of them. Ordered two burritos with meat, cheese, lettuce and sour cream only. When they read the order back over the intercom they got the order wrong. Then I talked to both the lady and the man and made sure they wouldn’t add the tomatoes or potato oles to the burritos. Yesterday in the evening on 10/22/2025 I took my family in there for dinner to store #1832, while we were there around 6:30pm, we had placed our order in lobby were dinning in, had our order taken by we thought just an employee, come to find out when we asked, got told she was the assistant, her name is Becca, she was very rude taking our order, rushing us thru our decision on what to order, while yelling from counter to kitchen for cooks to hurry up, they were being too slow, and I mean she was yelling. Not professional at all. After placing our order we waited well over 25 minutes.. Then we see another worker approaching front counter, believe she was trying to leave, she had her purse n jacket, so I stopped her and asked who was the GM there and she replied I am, she interduces her self as new GM still in training there. She told us her name was Stephanie Perez, My wife wrote it down just in case. And she says how could she help us? I told her about her manager Becca whom took our order, was super rude, disrespectful, and not professional at all Becca was her name, and we had already been waiting over 25 minutes for our food being ordered and we weren't only customers whom were waiting like us who were also very mad and upset. Immediately The GM Stephanie set her stuff to the side and said just a few seconds n she would have our food out, and if we needed anything at all just ask for her. Stephanie was amazing, caring,professional, you could tell she cared about customers and her employees. Stephanie went to kitchen and helped her cooks since your assistant Becca would not even move and who just kept yelling at the cooks talking to them very disrespectfully. Not good. Stephanie helped cooks get our food out fast as well as rest of orders too. She even checked on us we were eating on her way out. Stephanie very professional, caring of customers and her employees. She was very professional and very welcoming and you could tell this was not her first time doing her job. She needs praised and a raise. As long as you keep her here as the general manager we will keep coming every week and recommend this burger king to all our family, and friends. Stephanie truly an amazing leader. Every time I’ve gone into this location, I’ve had a great experience. I notice they have a new crew available now and a few new managers, including the GM. This store hasn’t had the best reviews but hopefully with this new crew, the public can finally say “Burger King on 2nd” is finally a place we can go, comfortably, and enjoy an exceptional meal, at a good price, and not have to worry about the quality being poor. I’ve been in customer service the past 35 years so I know what it’s like to be short handed, to work with people who don’t care as much as others, etc. The good employees can only do so much to try and push and serve the customers efficiently. Not everyone understands the fast food industry and what the employees in it encounter. Just try to cut them a little bit of slack because I do see improvements and I would love to have everyone have a good experience there but unfortunately mixed reviews do happen… you’ve got this guys!! My wife and I believe that you guys CAN improve. Hopefully your new staff stay and can be great as well as the few good employees I do witness when I’m in your store. Every car in front of me is parked as well mind you I usually order 2 simple items like a cheeseburger and a mcchicken nothing else. At 6am I place a 6:40am scheduled pickup order of two dozen donuts, a coffee, and a coffee roll. Arrived at 6:49am. Told them at the drive through ordering station I had a mobile pick up order. They said pull up the window. Got to window, waited 9 minutes until anyway even came to the window. I was then notified they didn't have a coffee roll, and didn't have a fritter either. I said I'll just take whatever they do have (plain glazed donut is what I got). Pulled out finally at 6:54am.

Usually i have a good visit to this dunkin’. This time I definitely did not. I asked for a grilled cheese and my iced coffee as usual. I had to ask to have my grilled cheese remade because the toast was cold and my cheese was not melted at all. Not to mention they did not tell me when my grilled cheese was ready we had to guess if it was ours or not. They remade it but the quality was terrible yet again. I definitely think it depends on the staff, this staff was mostly teenagers and they were complaining loudly about orders and what the costumers were doing which is unprofessional.
