It came with a biscuit and I asked for gravy on the side and a Pepsi. I asked to substitute ham and bacon on the hashbrowns with patty sausage. It came out quickly and it was delicious. On my ticket $3 was written beside patty sausage. When I went to pay I asked the lady if she charged me $3 for a patty sausage when I didn't get it extra, but I substituted. Because the $3 was beside the patty sausage it looked like I was charged extra for it. She says no that's for your Pepsi. (My Pepsi wasn't on the ticket at all) I replied "ok" and handed her my card. She then proceeded to read to me the rest of my ticket and the prices. I told her I just wasn't sure about the $3 because it was written beside the patty sausage. She then states "It's not a calculator. I'm only human." I was nothing short of polite as I asked, responded to, and accepted her explanation. Looking at the other reviews I believe every one of them. Even her replies to the other 1 star reviews are snarky. I understand that people can get stressed and have a rough day causing them to not be as polite as they usually would, but it's obvious that this lady's rudness is a character trait she seems to be proud of. I do hope she has the day she deserves. 😉 No where did I comment anything was wrong with the food or that I was overcharged. As someone in the customer service industry you should take these reviews into consideration and self reflect. Being kind is free and something you should consider when interacting with people in the future.

It certainly is outdated but it’s also Marianna, so, I don’t expect too much. The burger was good until I looked at the patty and it was not cooked all the way through. Granted, I could’ve said something but our server didn’t ask either. However, my partners patty was well done so go figure lol. The bacon was crispy and the prices are right! Limited options for toppings. I got the bacon cheeseburger and my partner had the mushroom swiss burger. Both ordered chips over potato salad and water. I read that their sweets are pretty good but the options in the casing looked…..unappealing. Our server was attentive and found me some bbq packets so she certainly made the experience good! I l, personally, wouldn’t return but I’m glad we gave the place a try! :)

The Gazebo was one of the few places in town that had reliably good food. My favorite was a Reuben but all of their sandwiches were delightful. I am home for a few days and stumbled in on a whim. I was craving waffle house and I usually don't have bad experiences with waffle house. They are usually pretty great. Tonight i ordered online because we didn't feel like going in. WH now charges you for each additional add ons for your orders. Tonight we were shorted the following items,no cheese on grits, no syrup for our waffles, no chocolate chips for our waffles, hashbrowns had maybe 2 jalapeños and our sweet teas. The teas my wife told me about and I quickly ran back in to wait for 15 mins because they had a huge commotion going on. Got back to our room to open up to find our food looking less than desirable. It is insane how quickly a place can send you on your way and never think twice about what you got for your money. My recommendation would be find another establishment to patronize. I nicknamed my hashbrowns harsh browns 😂

We ordered home hash with scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs. 30+ min later it was served, we could tell the biscuits and gravy had been plated well ahead of everything else because it had the ‘film’ on it that gravy gets as it cools/sets, biscuits were too hard to cut with a fork , had to use a knife. All other food was good lukewarm at best. Cheddar Cheese slices are used instead of shredded so they didn’t melt well, that would be good to mention when people order cheddar on breakfast items, had I known I would have went with American cheese. Once it was served (not by waitress) No one stopped by to ask how it was or if we needed anything else. Once we finished and it was obvious we were finished it took the waitress 10 min to ask if we were ready for the check, never asked how the food was but she did acknowledge and apologize for delays. Another 5 min before we received the check. It seems as though if you are not a regular, friends or family your experience is not great. We will not likely be back.
