Luis was our server and was amazing. He had a wonderful sense of humor, offered recommendations on how to customize our orders to our preferences, and just generally made the experience all the more enjoyable. The food was made to order, scratch kitchen, and by far the best coffee I’ve had in my life. Their cafe de olla is a delicacy and requires no cream or sugar. We both had two cups and still left wanting more. The chilaquiles and house made chorizo were fantastic; bold flavors and not too salty like some chorizo tends to be. The sopa Azteca were a unique dish you can’t find in other Mexican restaurants, and the flavors melded so wonderfully. Lastly, if you enjoy spicy, you would love the habanero sauce, as it enhances the dish with just the right level of heat. If you’re in the Pensacola/For Walton area, it is absolutely worth the drive to check out this local, authentic Mexican spot. Prices were exceptional but I would pay significantly more for the meals here. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stop in at Buenos Dias Cafe.
