It seemed they only had two wait staff working and one had to get a booth cleaned so we could sit down. I ordered an appetizer as did everyone else. The apps were great. Warm and tasty. The waitress was great. Checked in plenty of times, brought drinks accordingly, ect. However, here’s where it gets bad. I ordered 20 boneless wings with some fries. Everyone else ordered wings as well. Not one person at my table received wings that were remotely luke warm. My wings were COLD. Everyone’s wings were COLD. I come here, spend almost $100 on wings, beer, apps, and can’t even get some warm food? That’s the expectation when eating out somewhere. The expectation is that the food will be AT LEAST WARM. Nope, everyone got COLD wings. What a let down. The manager did knock off 15% of the price, and that’s why I’m not leaving 1 star, but I honestly would’ve wanted about 25% off the price for me to not leave a review. Oh well. I truly hope they get it together because I hope to visit again, and would like to enjoy warm fresh food with friends.

At first parking kind of confused us, but it looks like right now you can park across the street and there’s also a lot maybe a block away that’s easy to get to. Initially we thought we would grab a flight, a snack, then head to dinner. Then we tried the Italian pretzel and had to try even more. I cannot stress how amazing this pretzel was and everyone needs to try it. I’m also kicking myself for not leaving with some “Cream of the Crop” to take home. They actually asked how much a "bottle" of liquor would cost to buy instead of buying individual shots and what the maximum shots per person would be. I mean it was BAD. Another post mentioned this issue, and it appears to be true. What a shame. I was with my wife and my Mom, and we should have just left, but toughed it out. Another older couple though did walk in, sat down, but hearing the ruckus, looked at us, shook their heads and walked out. You guys should heed this advice- As tough as it is to kick out paying customers, you better get rid of these clowns. They are going to drag you down. The local Liquor Inspector is going to eventually catch on to this, and shut you down, and/or word will spread about this nonsense. I get it that you want it to be a cool college town bar, and it can be. These were not college kids, they were "adults" with attitude. No self respecting college kid would have even liked this.

She was rude. She took forever to greet us, and when she did asked if we were ready to order when we said no she responded with okay I'll be back. Didnt even ask for our drink order. It shouldn't have taken that long in my opinion but again, This isn't about the food but about the service. When food was brought to us nothing else was said she never came back to ask if everything was good she barely even came to our table in general. When I ordered my sandwich I asked for mayo on the side. It wasnt given to me at all and then when she came back she only said "checks". We got our checks she never offered me a box so I had to ask for one but probably the quickest I saw her go was when she got our checks and tried rushing us out. I asked for my box and a side of mayo to go since none was given to me to begin with. And she came back with 3 sides of it and a smart remark. Again I am a server I am appalled by how rude she was. I don't know if she had a bad day, but I didn't appreciate being treated like I was a burden from the moment I stepped in. By far the worst service and food I've ever had from a "restaurant". We didn't see a server for 30 minutes for even drinks. Once we did have a server(Morgan) she was super sweet and accommodating and did the best she could. We waited 2 1/2 hours for our food before we decided that it just wasn't worth it. We went to inform our server that we just couldn't wait any longer and she tells us our food just came out. So we said okay and got our food in to go boxes and went out to the car to eat. The Linguine Alfredo was soooo bland and my friends salmon was dry, her broccoli wasn't cooked properly and they didn't even give butter or anything for her baked potato. We eventually decided that we just couldn't eat our orders. We went back in and ended up giving the food back and getting a refund. Still tipped Morgan though because of all the trouble she had to go through and she truly did give great service! I'll be damned if I ever go back. Side note: It was finals and graduation week so they were very busy BUT I've seen reviews from weeks and even months ago having gone through the same issues.

This was my first time back in over a year due to my fiance and I having under and overcooked food multiple times when we used to go regularly upon the restaurant first opening. Flash forward to tonight I was craving the Caribbean shrimp that I used to love so we placed a take out order for both that dish and the appetizer bacon cheese fries. I’m pleased to say the shrimp dish was as delicious as I remembered but it will be hard to forget the bacon cheese fries with raw bacon on them. I also believe the fries may have been changed at some point because not only was the bacon raw but the majority of the now thicker fries were also raw. The photo I’ve added was after I put them in the oven myself once I returned home and honestly has just turned me off for good I’m afraid. I’m sorry because I’ve really always tried to support IWC even with the hiccups we experienced in the past but for the price it’s just not worth it unfortunately. PS my fiance is a huge sports guy and commented on how empty it was tonight despite being a huge play off night for multiple different teams. Not a great look for a sports bar but may hold some value to the status of the restaurant. Really hoping they can turn it around and remain successful!
