It’s been a long time since I’ve been wholly impressed by a restaurant. Every single thing about this place was amazing. Service, ambiance, food were all 10/10. There is not one complaint to be made. The hostess who sat us was so sweet and very accommodating to our large stroller for our son. Our server Daniel had what could only be best described as charisma, he was not over the top pushy yet was still completely attentive and subtly funny. It felt like we had an inside joke with him (over what I can’t tell you but it’s like we had our friend serving us). He checked in just enough that we didn’t feel neglected but also never felt over bothered. On top of that when we sat down it seemed the whole restaurant did as well. But the staff didn’t let us see them sweat. Honestly we were so shocked to see how cohesive they moved to get tables serviced. If you’re wondering no we have no personal connection. Emily our server was on top of it. Drinks were prompt and tasty. Great selection of house cocktails and craft beers combined, something you don't often see. They literally drop fresh dough in to the oil when you order your donuts. Literally cannot get any fresher. We didn't realize that all the food would come out on boards. Great concept. However while your hot food is waiting on a board cooling off while the rest of the table’s food is being cooked lead to our food not being served hot. I heard the coffee was good. The fried waffles and chicken was good. A lot of breading on the chicken. It was crispy but makes it hard to cut. This used up all of my fried foods for the month as I don't normally eat fried foods. It was almost too cold because the grease was settling in the food. The French toast was also cold and made it hard to cut while the eggs for both parties were cold.
