New employee took order. Had to leave the counter several times to ask for help. No one seemed to want to help or assistant in training. Stood in line over 15 minutes before watching them add ice into our frozen lemonade order. As I said “ice shouldn’t be added it’s already frozen” the manager said “no need to be rude” yet she didn’t want to help her new staff. Lesson learned the pretzel place in the mall is 100 times better.
