The waiters are gentle and seem to care whether you have enjoyed your meal. They are good at giving suggestions when there is debate about how much food to get or what to have. They kept the table clean in between courses which is not something all restaurants do. The food is as promised proper Indian food with a beautiful mix of flavours and filler free. There definitely wasn't any watery curry. The food was perfect in size. We had Nepalese chicken, the Premier, pilau rice and nan bread and there was a good mix of sweet and savory and different textures to enjoy. We had been before for food and it was so good we have return again. I had been dreaming of their full of flavour food since the last time I visited! They beat many curry places in London. Do not let the appearance put you off because once within it would deserve a Michelin star, if such a thing existed for Asian food. The waitress was very careful with making sure one of our group didn't have anything with Sesame seeds or Sesame oil after we told them of allergy. New ownership? New chef? September 24 we ordered our normal and christ know what they sent out, but it wasn't a balti, we called to let them know only to pretty much be called liars, even though we had been regular customers for years. They did replaced the curry after more fuss then there ever should have been and the replacement curry was on par, but not as good as there was a slightly bitter taste in my mouth after the customer service (we had never had cause to complain previously). Mistakes happen and early November we decided to order again, and low and behold the wrong order came out again!! After our last encounter of their customer service the curry was binned and a vow not to return. Such a shame as we have mot been able to find a curry that matched their one we had enjoyed for many years. Devoted customers to zero customers unfortunately.

So not only did it take about 2 hours to finally get my delivered food that i had to pay petrol to go myself on top of delivery fee and 50 quid i've already been charged the least you expect is a sorry and some half decent food. stay away shocking food shocking service!
