Our server was pleasant and helpful keeping our water glasses full. Several of the party had the Cinnamon Roll french toast with various iterations of fresh fruit, while another had Biscuits and Gravy and the other had Eggs Butterhorn. All the plates were well done and tasty EXCEPT for one order of Cinnamon Roll french toast that was burned on the bottom. Once the server was notified of the issue, the order was replaced quickly. There were many other great items on menu that looked yummy. Will have to make a return visit sometime to try some of them.

We came from Denver to visit our friend in breckenridge and looking for an italian place in Frisco. After looking at other places, somehow we ended up chose this place for our dinner. The place was cozy and casual. They have big bar and outside tables. We came around 4pm-ish so it’s not too busy and the food came out pretty fast. We ordered appetizer calamari, it was perfectly cook! For entrees we ordered caesar salad, chicken parmesan, lasagna bolognese and papa G pasta (it’s a homemade italian meatball with penne pasta). My dad said the meatball was really good, it’s not over cook and it’s still juicy inside. All meals that we had feels like a home cook meal instead of a restaurant feel, it’s very traditional. It was about 75% full, but there were plenty of open tables both inside and outside. The outside patio was nice as it opened up to main street. The inside dining area was also nice with TV's everywhere if you wanted to watch sports. Service was very fast and friendly. I really wanted to come here for the rooftop and views. We had a group of 10 and ended up just ordering pizzas. I’ll give them a disclaimer because they admittedly said they were short staffed But it was a quiet Sunday night and that’s not really our problem. You go from zero to hear very quickly without much effort. Again in the past, you didn’t risk much being a tourist town and likely not seeing the same patrons over and over again, but this is the age of the Internet so here you go. My non-vegan friends were not happy with their meals either. Everyone got sandwiches which were OK, but the portions were insultingly small for the price we paid and the sides were all outright bad. The slaw is borderline inedible because it is dressed in an "apple cider vinegar based" dressing which is absolutely just straight, undiluted apple cider vinegar mixed with nothing, apparently. Made us all wince on the first bite. Then, there was the mac n cheese. We had confidence in this place because of reviews here on Google that specifically mentioned how great the mac n cheese was. Either something has changed since those reviews were penned, or we shouldn't have trusted them, because my fiancé had the gummiest, least flavorful, barely even warm mac n cheese imaginable. The actual worst he'd ever been served in a restaurant. I will mention, though, that those of us who had beers were impressed. Maybe come here to sample what's on tap, NOT to enjoy a meal.

Instead I took my business to Subway down the street as did several other customers who walked in to the establishment after me and were also turned away. If the owner is reading this, your customers PREFER to buy from a local retailer. However; they will not buy from a retailer that gives them the attitude that the customer is doing them a big favor and treating that customer as if they are an inconvenience to the employee. In order for your customers to want to “buy local” you need two things. A superior product, which you have, and employees who serve that product without attitude. Not sure if l will return.
