Hosted a drive day function at the Gallery and Emma our event manager was incredibly helpful. We dropped off the gifts and place cards and banner the day before and Emma had it all set up perfectly. There was an option for a garden tour but we didn’t have the time to incorporate that into our event. Definitely one of the best places to host a function

We had a visit last week in a group of 4 plus a dog. Lady at the cellar door was very knowledgable and generous, we were offered even more than 4 wines to taste which is what you would usually get there when doing wine tasting. All the staff were very polite and attentive, the place itself was extremely clean throughout with restrooms and a drink bar at your convenience, there's ample parking opportunities also. We will definitely be back another day when we revisit the country side again but this time we will try your pizzas as we've heard they're just as good as your signature dishes and steaks. All the staff at Immerse were incredible, our guests were comfortable, well fed and well hydrated. The team at immerse made the planning so easy and were very kind to us with any questions that we had. Their communication was outstanding with regular email updates and quick responses. The day ran so smoothly with no issues and the staff helped guide us to where we needed to be at the right times. The vineyard chapel was beautiful, seating around 80 of our guests with a comfortable temperature and great sound quality. The food and drinks were really tasty and we have had so many compliments from our guests about how great this was. The staff checked in on us throughout the day and night, and we felt really well looked after. The accomodation was beautiful fitting all 40 of our closest family and friends. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience and would definitely recommend this incredible venue.

Aprox 100ppl (maybe less) Lovely gardens and outdoor area for lounging and getting some space away from the party if its a bit too much for some (we had some lawn games too). Food was stellar. Would highly recommend. Marco and Sofia were very helpful throughout the whole process. From the initial tour, to the tasting and of course on the day. The location was intimate and was amazing to be able to get some wonderful shots and photos by the lake at sunset. Sofia was very accomodating and assisted with the set up. She helped liaise with vendors on the day and made sure to keep me updated as to how many guests were still yet to come. On the day the staff were amazing in helping keep everything to time. Despite running a little bit over time during the cocktail hour, the staff managed to get everything back on track.

When seated we were offered a warmer room as it was a particular cold day. The person attending our table was fun and outgoing, answered probing questions about the food with absolute confidence and pride about all the sauces and condiments being made on-site. I got the ‘Plain Damper Bread with Butter and Relish’ I expected a few slices of damper with a dipping sauce… I could not have been more wrong! To my delight I got my own full damper (warm) light and fluffy texture with a generous serve of warm butter and relish. Brought to the table by the Chef ! The very same man who made the damper and relish. I thought to myself - I would never be able to eat all of this. But with the abundance of complex flavor of the relish, the soft fluffiness of the damper. The crunch of the crust. In no time it was gone ! I am a man who loves my coffee so much I will not hesitate to tell you how to fix it if you serve me a bad coffee… I was so engrossed in my damper and relish I hadn’t touched my coffee till it was gone! With all of this happening you would not be wrong to think how can it get better. That relish I talked about, you can buy a bottle to take home and relive the experience as often as you like in your own home. If you want that extra special touch with the damper you will just have to go back to the restaurant, I know I will.
