What we ordered was the beef benni, Pesto & Chicken bagel burger, butternut squash Roti stack with grilled mushroom and Red pepper hummus toast. For beverages we had the vietnamese coffee and the strawberry Matcha Among the main dishes the beef benni was absolutely delish. However if you want a safe option, the bagel is the choice. Regardless it's a Flavor bomb in your mouth. The drinks personally I enjoyed the matcha however the Vietnamese coffee with the a variety of spices really elevated the flavor. That's definitely recommended. Lastly the customer service was as expected. Polite, welcoming with a friendly atmosphere I would however like a minor update to the menu, that is to split the drinks menu where the chocolate and matcha options are together. We stopped in for Dim Sum brunch on a Sunday. We were surprised at how many Dim Sum items they had available for the all you can eat Dim Sum, there was a large selection. We started with the sweet corn egg soup and it was delicious. It was so good that I actually had a second bowl at the end. The chilli prawn dumplings were great and the Hong Kong fried cuttlefish was excellent. Some of these items are not actually Dim Sum but they were included on the Dim Sum menu so we had them. Our favorite Dim Sum was the lobster dumpling, shrimp and corn dumpling and Pork Shui Mai. The Mango Sago dessert was awesome! The Dim Sum menu says LKR 6,800 per person on weekends but our receipt showed LKR 13,600 per person. I was fine with this pricing because we live in the USA and go out for Dim Sum frequently but this place offers so much more than the places we have Dim Sum in the USA and it tastes better as well. I highly recommend this place if you are in Colombo and want Dim Sum. The staff were very nice and friendly and answered all our questions about some of the items on the menu. I don’t have a single complaint about this place and we will be back again next time we are in Colombo The total bill was a little over Rs19,000 for two of us.

As I was super tired after a long day I was willing to pay a bit more for a decent meal where I didn't have to travel too far. Firstly, the restaurant is inside another restaurant inside an hotel, which made it difficult to find. I showed the waiter a picture from one of the reviews as I could not understand the menu descriptions so well. He said it's a butter chicken (which I did not see listed on the menu). At about 21:45 two separate waiters came to my table asking if I was done & if all is OK, fidgeting with my plates - it felt like they were hinting me to leave. I must give them credit on the service though as it was very good. They were very attentive. The reason for the deduction in rating is mostly due to the shock when I received the bill and saw that I have to pay 34% more than the listed prices on the menu. A 10% service fee & 24%tax. The 10% I get, but I have never paid additional taxes on meals during my entire trip through Sri Lanka. Maybe this is due to the hotel charge, but thought it was worth mentioning in the review. For dinner, I had the Papaya Salad with Prawns, which was an incredibly generous portion, with a good quantity of large shrimp, and an excellent spice and flavour; and also the Seafood Omelette which was crispy, fluffy and fabulous. The staff too, were all incredibly attentive - even the chef came out to ask how I found it! We were a group of 8, and I had emailed the team in advance to let them know about the celebration. They kindly replied saying that two complimentary cakes would be arranged, which we thought was a lovely gesture. However, on the night, they only brought out one cake at first. This felt a little uncomfortable as it overlooked one of the birthdays. Once I mentioned it again, they did bring out the second cake, which we appreciated, but it would have been much nicer if it had been handled smoothly without having to remind them. The food overall was good, though the buffet didn’t have as wide a variety as we expected for a Hilton dinner spread. There were sections for Indian, Chinese, and Sri Lankan cuisine, along with a few pasta and pizza options. The Japanese section was a little disappointing — to my surprise, there were no dumplings, and the sushi corner was quite small with only a limited variety. On the other hand, the dessert spread was excellent, with a generous range of sweets that everyone really enjoyed. Service throughout the evening was generally very good. Most of the staff were polite, attentive, and helpful, which made the evening pleasant. The only downside was that towards the end of the night, one waiter came across as a bit rude, which slightly took away from an otherwise smooth service experience. ✨ Overall, Graze Kitchen is a nice spot for a celebration. The food was good, the desserts were impressive, and the service was mostly commendable, but a greater variety of dishes and more attention to detail in handling special requests would make the experience truly exceptional.
