They have a pickleball court but you have to rent paddles/balls.Seriously couldn't that just be included? No dessert at cafe (only ice cream). It cost us 50-60 per day round trip in Uber to go to the strip. A shuttle would be ideal! Would have stayed at Circus Circus because it's walkable to the strip but they were closed. The biggest drawback for us was the expense of having to take uber. Depends on what's important to you for us, walkable is number one. But for a lovely resort with atmosphere, this is it!

This was my third stay. I had read some reviews before I made my reservation about the kiddie pool not being open, only the adult pool. When I called and made my reservation I very specifically asked about the pool situation and they said the kiddie pool would be open. As I was checking in the registration specialist next to me was telling the people that they could take their kids to the adult pool because the kiddie pool was not open. I asked about this and they claimed they had issues getting the pool open, blah blah blah. I had one of the few grass sites still available. The dog park is outside the park and too far away. The dog runs are just spaces where you take only your dogs to do their business, they are not spaces for dogs to socialize. Lastly, the pool. The Oasis has a nice pool area, or at least they used to. Unfortunately since the kiddie pool was closed there were way to many kids in the adult only pool splashing around and having fun, which is what kids do, but I was looking some nice relaxing pool time and did not enjoy it. I am not sure if I will stay here again, I think the park has gone downhill from when I first stayed.

Weather beautiful for a change, windy or rainy the whole trip. We wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but no, closed. Well, BIG disappointment! Didn’t know until we got here that the swimming pool was closed and has been for 3 years. We are here when the temps are over a 100°. Getting into the pool would have been nice but NO, it’s broken. The laundry has been out of order for a couple of years. The showers and the bathrooms are in a severe state of disrepair. A neighbor remarked to us as we were setting up our camper, “Good thing that the power is back on”. OMG, in this heat, can’t imagine surviving without power to run the AC!!!! The spaces are VERY close together. We couldn’t extend our awning because we would have hit the neighbor’s slide out, that’s how close we were. Location is good, not far from the strip but so are many other better places. Dog park is not cleaned, unless you do it! Pass this park up and keep on going.

Relatively quiet considering you're in Vegas. Check-in was super easy and done via kiosk. Pretty poor state of repair as roughly 1/4 of the sites were out of order. The sewer connection at my site was broken, but I made it work with a brick and some rocks to hold the pipe in. The pet relief area was disgusting and people clearly don't care enough to pick up after their dogs. The laundry room was closed and has no machines. The hot tub was closed. It was difficult & unpleasant from the beginning. The check-in process was very confusing, you have to use the phone to call security to just open the gate, which took a long time for them to answer. He dosen't know I know who he is and where he is parked, I have stayed at the park before and have seen him racing around the park and seems the scooter only has one speed, must be going atleast 30 miles an hour. He Buzzed me just after I walked my dog past his trailer and at that time he was outside and had seen me pass. I can only conclude he Buzzed me on purpose, he wasen't going anywhere or out for a morning ride, he was out to Buzz me. First off, the service is excellent. You ask, they help. My daughter wanted to go to the pool before opening time and they opened it for us and made sure to clean the pool early in the um morning so she can go in before opening time everyday. Also, Michael in the office will show you literally anything and everything you need to know about the area and is a great guy. The cleaning staff is on top of everything to. There is a netted driving range so bring your clubs. Other guests were very kind and respectful. City noises minimal, but there is an air force base near by and they have fly over during the day that can be pretty loud but I enjoy it because it looks cool and it’s only a couple times a day. Great park across the street with a water park playground sports complex and green grass. Some bums in the park across the street but they don’t bite. Great view of the city lights at night from the RV park. Laundry room is great and has detergent to buy. Has expensive high efficiency machines and cheaper options too. All in all it’s a great place to stay and definitely recommend.

We have a 45' fifth wheel that barely fit in the spot length wise and then we had a tiny spot to park our truck in that was so close to the adjacent spot that you could barely walk between our truck and their unit. They allow dogs and hook ups all worked great. Also a nice fenced in space for dogs to run off leash. Internet is absolutely terrible though, and “nothing they can do about it.” The workers are quirky but happy to help. Met some friendly fellow travelers there too. Their set up is a bit different with having two locations. You have to go to the main office at Sam’s town casino to check in and pay even if you’re staying at their Nellis location. Both locations are about 15 minutes from either the strip or Fremont street. 4 stars due to the bathroom and laundry. It’s a regular camp bathroom so don’t expect much. Only the middle shower worked in the men’s restroom. The other two either had no head or seemed only connected to the hot water. Hot water tank ran out fast. they do clean every day though. Lastly the washers and dryers take quarters only ($1.75 per wash/dry) and there is no coin exchange machine at the Nellis location but the front desk can exchange for you.
