That was a mistake. Not only did it take almost a half hour to order, we had to flag down our waitress to get our drinks refilled everytime. The prices for beverages are ridiculous and the food was subpar as well. I ordered the steam pot boil only for it to come with two mediocre crab halves missing half of the legs on each. When we asked about it, the staffs response was that's just how it is and how it comes out of the net. It was more like a shrimp boil with a tiny portion of crab for $38. I've had better seafood dinners at restaurants Hundreds of miles from the ocean. My wife's fish and chips was flavorless with no seasoning what so ever. When I also brought to multiple hostess' attention that the bathrooms needed cleaned/ restocked, they brushed it off and took no action. There's plenty of good food options at Myrtle, this is far from one of them. Stay away and let it die. Elevators are pretty quick in general and it’s easy to go from the top floors to the bottom level. Parking is kind of hit or miss especially on the busy summer days the parking is across the street so you have to drive in this roundabout, park there grab a cart load your stuff then go park. This can become a chore especially if it’s busy and if you have to go back out and get groceries since the drop off area is pretty small for a building this size. Another downside there really isn’t any onsite restaurants or any eateries, so if you want something to eat you may have to walk or ride to get to it something to eat. Luckily there is a little store right across from the building so it’s not that big of deal. Pools are awesome they have 3 in total 2 outside and one inside 3 hotubs, a lazy river, and a little play area for little kids, toddlers. Towels are also provided so if you forget yours you can just go grab some. Location is fantastic it’s kind of in the center of the south area of Myrtle beach so you can pretty much get to everything in about 20 minutes that’s around. Overall it’s a nice stay and I would stay again just wish the rooms were a little more updated and the parking situation was a little bit better.

It’s not available until 7am. The hotel has rules such as don’t hang your towels on the balcony and yet everyone does it making the resort “trashy” looking. The smell of smoke, and marijuana filled the halls and balcony from morning to evening. Even the police on site didn’t do much to prevent its use. There is a nice pool for the kids and pool for adults. Beach is walk out of the hotel and onto the beach amazing. Views from balcony beautiful if you can handle the air conditioner vents heat blowing at you while you sit and view the beach. We will not be visiting again. Our girls trip was still amazing but not because of the location. The hotel was not special like the pictures made it out to be. And the hotel is not a 3 star hotel, it’s a 2 star. We were awakened each night to yelling and running outside our room. Midnight, 1am, 2:30am, and then at 4 am. People behaving bad. This js a turn off for sure!!! I will say the staff were amazing, kind and had all the southern kindness which didn’t disappoint! Excepts for the manager Cody who cannot understand just a little bit of coffee early in the morning with real cream and sweeteners will make an experience so much more pleasant.

I was traveling with 3 other adults. The room was the 2bdrm townhouse sale in magnolia tower. I reserved for 2 nights, and requested the highest floor available for the room. Checkin was quick and easy. The ladies at the desk were very pleasant. I was concerned that parking was across the street from the hotel. I personally don't like that. But I got parked and headed to the room. The lobby and grounds looked very clean and all the buildings smelled really good. The room was on the 11th floor. The view was amazing. My only complaint for this hotel is how dated the room is. Most hotels now have the USB plug ins., and the lamps had to be manually turned on. The overhead light in the living room had no light bulbs in it. The room just needs some decor upgrades. Kitchen had everything we needed..lots of towels. Room service did come by the 2nd day and refreshed towels. She would have done more but I declined. I like that this hotel has a laundry chute so you can get rid of your towels on your own. And a place for excess trash. Every member of staff I encountered was nice. The pools were really nice. Another thing is, there are no bathrooms near the pool area. I don't know why hotels don't make that a thing. But it is what it is. Checkout was quick and painless. This resort is one of the best I have ever stayed in on this side of Myrtle Beach. She went out of her way to help curate the best vacation experience for us during our stay. The room was amazing! I never could've imagined that we would have enjoyed ourselves as much as we did. Bunny intentionally made sure that we would have an amazing vacation, she made sure we'd want to return and it worked! The amenities are outstanding.There are so many pools & hot tubs, the fitness center is incredible with an indoor pool and splash pad and sauna. They even have a golf simulator which my husband was very excited about! I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was on property. Usually resort food is blah but the food on property was so good. We stayed as long as we possibly could. We were still on the road when we started planning to return next year. We've decided that we'll make it an annual family trip. We enjoyed so many things about our stay but without a doubt Tyneshia made the difference. She was so kind, patient, genuine, and humble....she literally smiled the entire time. I told her she better still be here next year!

The "Beach Front isnt beach front and you listened to the loudest ugliest a/c units and cant even hear the ocean !The rooms are disgusting trash left behind by other guest bugs literally dead on the curtains and flying around all in the room when you walk in a/c not working dusty/ moldy air vents make rooms smell musty. Pubic hairs all over the tub and in the toilet black on the floors like they dont clean them and stains, marking all on furniture,beds, floors, carpets,and doors . We even had boogers on our comforter and it took forever to get the sheets and comforter to change our bed and towels also some kind of wash cloth shortage so 2 days we didn't have but 1 and there was 4 of us . Black drum right next door was better we enjoyed staff there more at that bar then the hotels and went back 3 nights there is outdoor pools but the temperature wasnt comfortable and then pools closed for weather as well . The breakfast staff was excellent (besides one lady i had showed the oranges and loaf cake had mold on them) the food was okay the only thing worth it really was the omelet the rest gets soggy or hard as a brick .Also you dont want to be a bigger person in these hotel rooms the bathroom is toooo small
