I feel like I expected more from what was advertised on the website and on billboards. The first room with the boards of information was quite interesting but I feel like it would have been better spread between different rooms to feel more immersed in the experience. The second room felt irrelevant with no explanation or meaning and the projection was very dim. The third and last room was very well thought out and I did feel immersed in his paintings. However I feel this is not worth the price we paid. If the second room had more meaning and was better projected and perhaps there was a separate room for starry night and some of his other nature paintings, I feel that I would have rated it higher. There was not even a moment where starry night was shown like any advertised photos, it really was just the photo on the wall and not being immersed in the painting. I went with my boyfriend and we bought tickets in advance just so we didn’t have to when we got there. but honestly it doesn’t matter when you buy them.. we just like doing it before! there was literally no wait to get in the building at all! when you get through the entrance take your time and read though everything! it is so cool to learn all of the information. once you get in the place where the art is being shown don’t just stay in one place! walk around and experience it from all different angles. there is no time limit on how long you can stay. each “session” i think is like 40 minutes long. I stayed through two sessions just to get my moneys worth! but it is completely up to you. after you get done there will be an exit which leads you into a gift shop with so much cute stuff! overall I had an amazing experience and want to go back and get to do it all over again. such a great activity to do!
