Radisson blue is a nice fancy hotel but our stay experience was not. I was furious because I spend $250 a night just to sleep on a bed with bed bugs. It was gross and dirty. Do better.

Breakfast was immaculate but my stay was sadly ruined by 1 man up front who seemed to both hate his job and had a power trip. When we got back, housekeeping had come but left our door open. We had been gone for a few hours at this point and housekeeping was going in as we were going out to run our errands. So for 3 hours, our room was left open for anyone to enter. I have all my personal belongings in there, my computer, my Xbox, money, and it was just left open. Thankfully nothing had been taken, but leaving the door open was unacceptable. We also found out that the hot tub was down for construction, which we were never informed of. Then to top it all off, at 7:30 in the morning, housekeeping came knocking on the door and would not stop knocking for 5 minutes, even though we had a do not disturb sign up. She woke everyone up in the room, including my very unhappy and crabby 9 year old who is on vacation and wanting to sleep in. Not to mention that check out time is 11-12pm. And the pastries listed were not what was available, it ended up being plain croissants, despite it being listed as flavored pastries. The only good part of it was the breakfast was good and the chef that was busy setting up the cocktail hour was so nice and did such a great job with the food on Sunday evening. The indoor pool was really nice but the chlorine will almost knock you out. The staff is really friendly and very accommodating. While the service was still spectacular during my stay & the rooms still as comfortable as ever, I was disappointed to see yet another hotel find that the maintenance fees for the hot tub was no longer worth the upkeep. I understand this came from a corporate level, but it put a damper on my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something inexpensive & comfortable. Though if you're looking for a hot tub as I often do, it's time to find a new hotel.

Worst service ever and mediocre hotel rooms. Location is fine. AC in our room was barely working. Got to our hotel room late at 11pm to a room that was 74-77 degrees. Turned AC down to 60 degrees. This is a complete false statement because the temperature was staying consistent in our room in the 70s despite having it set at 60 degrees on cool and was very humid during the entirety of our stay. Additionally, there were 7 people in our party and 5 of us looked at the thermostat and attempted to get the temperature cooler. We booked two ajoined rooms and the other people in our party had a very cool room and their AC was working. Overall, Tiffany offered a $20 credit, but this is inadequate. We will continue reaching out to corporate in the upcoming days as we are dissatisfied with this response and the complete disrespect from staff blaming the customers for their AC not working.
