The groomsmen went up the night before to camp and hangout around the bonfires and then the rest of the wedding party and some family members stayed the night of the wedding. The staff was very communicative, and flexible as we waited to the last minute to decide to do an inside vs outside ceremony because of the weather. Barb the day of host was GREAT! Shauna was prompt in all of her communication and was very positive and supportive. The bartenders were also so fun and kept up with the orders all night. They have a getting ready room for the girls which was definitely busy (10 people getting ready) but had enough room for everyone. No room for the men so we sent them to get breakfast and then they changed/ got ready in the upstairs bathrooms that are big which worked just fine (but would be nice if they had their own space).
