We were staying in the area for our anniversary and decided to stop by on a whim after driving past, and were just blown away. What an incredible place, inside and out. Staff was friendly. Was not told about the heated outdoor pool being broken for weeks until after I asked about the pool hours. Got given the wrong room keys and was allowed to keep the upgraded room, however the fireplace was broken in the room and needed to get another set of keys. Since I got to the room from the outside, I tried to find my way to the front desk inside. I went down a set of stairs, and into a dead end and had to leave the building to get to the front door, it was pretty cold. I did get directions on how to get to the room from there. Would have been nice to have a hotel map to explain. Just because the inn is older and doesn't have an intuitive layout. I was charged a facility fee even though the pool couldn't not be used and none of the other facilities were used.
