We kept having to lift the kids because the lower glass was too filthy to see out of. Aquarium glass in the jungle and other parts of the zoo was completely hard water stained or algae filled. Floor lighting in the Kingdom of the Night (which used to be a favorite of mine) was non-existent. I understand the minimal lighting down there, however at least when it first opened you could see the animals in a darkened environment, and knew where the path was. You can't even see the people in front of you anymore. Certain parts of paths all over the zoo presented trip hazards and were not marked. Many paths were way too narrow for the amount of traffic flow, especially when you add strollers or wagons. It's impossible to pass in many areas of the jungle and desert dome.
