Our guests raved about the venue and their overall experience. The campfire was cozy and the indoor area was comfortable for our group of 45 guests. CONS: I worked with Brittany and Casey from F10 (their Catering Company) and both were easy to work with and informative. On the day of the event, my husband and I dropped off a few small decor items (flowers, vases, guest book items, etc.). We spoke with the Manager, Amanda, to see if we could set-up early ahead of the event since we did not have any local family or friends to help. She asked for us to leave our belongings and she would set everything up (a great relief being a busy bride on the day before the wedding). However, when I arrived with my guests for the event the room was closed and nothing had been set-up. All the decor was still packaged on top of the bar. We had 40+ guests waiting at the front desk, and I was frantic to set-up everything prior to arrival. The guest book table was not set-up either. In addition, I had communicated multiple times that we had a playlist and confirmed we could play our own music during the event. Setting up took about 10-15 minutes out of our event time which we spent $7K on and we really would have appreciated the event being set-up as promised by Amanda ahead of the event. When we arrived, another Manager said we needed to send in the playlist. Being a painfully type A bride, I knew this was never communicated and had even checked my prior emails but it was never mentioned.
