We were so upset that I called back at 7pm that night to talk to the manager, who gave the typical responses. We opologise. We pride ourselves for having good food and service. Our evening was absolutely ruined by the waitress, I have never in my 30 years of being in the restaurant business met such a horrible unprofessional waitress , she was truly a nightmare. If you get her I would personally request another waitress. My husband who wanted to go to the toucan to see if it would be a good restaurant to have for a massive Christmas party, for his staff. The cruise was busy and I was unable to get a seat in view of the tv screen, which depending on how the sunlight is hitting it or the numerous technical difficulties they were having, wouldn't have been able to see much anyway. I'm glad I didn't pay for it due to my residents pass but I definitely felt bad for the tourists I was speaking with who did. So to sum up- both the 3 hour or 1 hour sightseeing cruises were good and worth it, but don't bother with the shipwreck cruise, unless you're just happy to be on the water on a small ship, which is still pleasant in itself.
