何でこんなに高評価なんだろう？？ お店の雰囲気も、頼んだメニューがよくなかったのか、とくに感動もなく。初メルボルンの初カフェに選んでしまったのでもっと感動するかと期待し過ぎていたかも！？

メルボルンを代表するカフェの一つということで初訪問。 倉庫をリノベーションしたようなインダストリアルな店内は広く、平日でも賑わっていました。コーヒーは香りがとても良く、フラットホワイトはミルクの甘みとエスプレッソのキレのバランスが◎。アイスロングブラックはすっきりした飲み口で食事とも合わせやすい味でした。 フードはベーコン＆パンケーキを注文。パンケーキはふわっとしていてバターとの相性も良く、カリッと焼かれたベーコンがしっかり塩味をプラスしてくれるアメリカンスタイル。甘じょっぱい組み合わせが好きな人にはおすすめです。 スタッフさんは忙しそうでしたが対応はフレンドリーで、カジュアルに過ごせます。屋外席もあるので天気の良い日は気持ち良くコーヒータイムを楽しめそうです。 唯一気になったのは店内がかなり混雑しているため、ゆっくり長居するというよりはコーヒーとブランチを楽しむ活気あるカフェという印象。メルボルンのカフェ文化を感じたい人には間違いなくおすすめの一軒です。

Tried two times. Cozy place with friendly staff. They don't have outside seats but they allowed dogs inside that made us very happy. However, coffee and food were average.
