We started off with Pop tart - imagine buttery flaky pastry filled with ozzy burrata. Mind blowing and must have. Next we tried chicken parm bao - chicken was melt in mouth and bao was silky soft. For mains we went all vegetarian. Sweet Potato - It was the star of the night. Cannot imagine how they transformed the humble sweet potato into something so delicious. It had like 3-4 main ingredients and that's it. I can have it as meal everyday. Eggplant parm was so light and airy. It wasn't mushy and had the right texture to support stuffed mozzarella inside. To end this amazing joyride we had tiramisu which was drenched in caramel sauce and topped with a kahlua ice cream. Phenomenal. Overall, I enjoyed the offerings Seasons served though I do have a couple critiques as well. This particular location is in the Talleyville area of New Castle county just north of Wilmington right on US 202 (Concord Pike) and is pretty easy to find. Plenty of parking as well. The atmosphere is what you'd expect, nice and clean and very contemporary. If you're expecting a rustic Italian family restaurant, this might not be your go-to but it is clean and generally spacious. I went early on a Friday evening and it wasn't too crowded though there were at least several tables with customers so it wasn't empty. The service was good as well with the server providing a good turnaround on refills or whatever I needed. The server was also polite and did well answering any questions I had. Being a Lenten Friday, I had to be a little creative with what I ordered for my main, which I went with a small pizza with a couple vegetables (tomato and spinach if I recall). The crust was nice and crispy and was slightly thinner than a Philly/NY-style crust but not quite Tavern/STL-style thin. Since it was crispy you couldn't quite fold it though, but I was nice and fresh. The sauce and vegetables also tasted good and overall I enjoyed the pizza. I also liked that they had herbs available to garnish your pizza with, which I have been doing more frequently with my pizza slices. The mozzarella sticks though were good, but were not quite to my liking, though. They were fresh and warm and had a crispy outside, but the cheese wasn't as stringy or gooey as I prefer. The sauce was good and worked well with the mozzarella sticks. As they have a wide selection of dishes on their menu, I would like to come back and give them another try and see if there are other items on the menu I would enjoy. Melt-in-your-mouth tender with a bright, piccata sauce—definitely worth ordering. Finished with Tiramisu and Panna Cotta—both excellent. The tiramisu was classic and perfectly done, and the panna cotta had a citrusy, white chocolate twist with dark cherries that balanced everything out. Service was friendly and attentive, and with happy hour from 4-7 PM, it's a great spot for drinks and small plates, too. We wanted to try the pasta and a few more things, so looking forward to going back. Highly recommend if you’re in Wilmington or staying at the Du Pont!
