I've been wanting to visit and was finally craving something super sweet as Crumbl is known for its sugary treats. When we walked in, we were not greeted nor acknowledged or spoken to the entire time we were there until our name was called out when our order was ready. Customer service was non-existent. Ambiance-wise, there were a few people standing around waiting for their orders but it didn't seem too busy. There is a drive-thru as well. Then we also got a quad of large cookies: Halloween confetti milkshake cookie, semi-sweet chocolate chunk, and Martha Stewart chocolate chip cookie thins x2.
