We had ordered the chilaquiles from Hollywood Cafe a few days prior, and this place knocked them out of the water. The plate came out quickly, and the chips were still crunchy. The pinto beans are extremely well seasoned, and the eggs cooked to perfection and the verde sauce expertly done. Their house made salsa and the correct amount of heat and exploded with flavor.
