The restaurant is clean, has a nice ambience and the staff was very friendly. That's where the positives end. The service was minimal at best. No offer of water. We told the delivery boy "who also took our order the 1st time", that he messed up & we didnt get the Philly or Meat pizza, he said he would return with the pizzas we ordered asap. He left at 5:10pm to go get the right pizza. I called Mangiamo's, to let them know we got the wrong pizza & we werent happy, spoke to Whitney, who took the order to get a head start. 6:39 pm, still no pizza. Called & told them we just want a refund, Whitney was very polite & understanding & agreed to refund us. 6:48pm. The delivery boy knocked & I told him, we canceled because it was an hour & 38 mins since he left. He said ok fine & left We were leary of ordering from here in the first place because of the mixed reveiws, & the absolutely horrible reveiw from a previous employee. Well unfortunately we won't be ordering or recommending Mangiamo's to anyone else. FYI, the Bacon wrapped Jalapenos are kick ass delicous! Dominos has better pizza!
