We tried to extend a lot of grace because we had heard that they were under new ownership. It took a while for our waitress to take our drink orders and refills were slow. Again, she was kind, but they could have used at least 2 more servers. I had the Deluxe Nachos (mini size) and they were okay, but not anything super special or anything to write home about. One of my friends ordered the Mexican Potato Cups and there were no black olives on them like the menu said. When she asked the waitress about it, she said it doesn't come with olives, but she would bring a side of olives. We looked up the menu online and it does say it comes with olives. Also, the menu says "seasoned beef", but the beef had very little flavor and didn't taste seasoned at all. The side of guacamole came in the tiniest container that was half full and we were charged around $3.00 for it. Literally, was about 2 bites worth. The water also tasted funny. We were underwhelmed. We hope they're able to figure out their staffing situation because it has potential. The menu is HUGE! perhaps cutting down on the options would help the kitchen staff a little.
