Will noticed that I had some obvious issues with my posture and did a full assessment, at no cost, which he explained contribute a good deal to the pain. Hard skin removed with a nail file, asked do they not remove with a blade or grater file to be told "it's harder work for me but better for you and your skin!", also filed my toes over the joints - resulting in painful and red toes, one now bleeding. The Moon Chi cafe is a lovely calm ,relaxing and inclusive place to relax with a great menu selection. The small shop sells crystals,incense, wind chimes ,Buddha, Chakra items, books and much more . I have made quite a few friends here and don't feel so isolated anymore . I just drop in for a coffee anytime and get a warm welcome . The classes are great value for money. All the staff are qualified and and highly trained . It's become my second home and I plan on going to many more of the classes, events and sessions they hold . I really do recommend this lovely friendly place . Try one of the sessions or events they hold .I guarantee 💯 you won't be disappointed. It's great for anybody with health conditions to help improve your overall physical health . Fantastic for anybody with mental health disorders to help with wellbeing,anxiety, isolation and loneliness. Transcend Studio is a place in the community that is much needed with the busy lives we lead and to tackle loneliness and improve our health . My personal favourite is the Sound Cradles.Then again it's hard to choose . I am booked on The summer Solstice session .I also plan on The Crystal's session and 80s Aerobics. The list is endless !
