I use to like this place. I always ordered the chai tea latte but I've just ordered one today and as I was leaving I tasted it and it tasted like the milk was bad or something. I told the people at Faborit and they told me it's supposed to taste this way. I tried to get them to taste it but they wouldn't (probably because they knew the milk was off) and they didn't offer to replace it or refund me. I took it to work (I didn't drink anymore) and let everyone taste it and they all said it was disgusting. I threw it in the trash. What a waste of money.I will never go back here and I hope someday Logroño gets a Starbucks. Please bring Starbucks.

I have eaten here dozens of times over many Camino trips and it is one of my favorite places in Logrono. Food is great and they are always very patient with a chuckle American pilgrim. I suspect the bad reviews are based on misunderstanding. Order at the bar, take your stuff or go sit down and have a.drink while you wait. Dont expect your usual Olive Garden waiter service. Adapt and enjoy.
