⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Must-Visit Gem in Sioux Falls! We took a day trip from Bellevue, NE to check out Falls Park, and we were absolutely blown away! It’s the perfect spot for a family outing. The kids had a blast exploring the park, and even our dog loved walking the scenic trails around the falls. The views are stunning, and there’s so much space to relax or let the little ones play. We were pleasantly surprised to find a splash pad, playground, and plenty of picnic areas. The nearby restaurants and entertainment options made it easy to spend the whole day here without ever getting bored. The entire area is clean, welcoming, and full of charm. Honestly, we loved it so much we’re seriously considering moving out here. If you’re anywhere near the area, or even if you’re not, Falls Park is well worth the drive. Can’t wait to come back! 🌊🌳🐾

Falls Park is gorgeous!! It's easy to get to, there is lots of history to learn, great photo ops, kept clean, the observation deck is nice to get a different angle of the park and the bathrooms and gift shop were very clean. Its a great spot for a picnic with the family, a date night, to just take in the peace, to clear your head and to enjoy some nature or to go for a walk. Plus it's dog friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

Very clean and beautiful park. The falls does have quite a bit of trash in it though… other then that the grass is great and park looks very nice. The paths to walk though the trails bring you to great spots and you can walk on the rocks

A wonderful, stunning, and fun tourist attraction! I got lots of great pics, and so enjoyed seeing all of the interesting rock formations :) And I could also see that locals in the area enjoy visiting it as a public park, as well, just for sitting and reading and such.

The falls were beautiful. They had it so well laid out - lots of look-outs, walking paths and rocks to play on. I will say it is better to look from afar, up close you see how dirty the water is from people’s trash. So sad!! I would not let my kids or dogs play in the water.

Falls Park is a great place to visit. The water flowing over rocks at night and during the day was a beautiful scene. Many people were enjoying themselves, but it was not overly crowded. Surprisingly, the reddish stone is harder than granite and almost as hard as diamonds. Must see stop. And they have a cafe.

Falls Park is absolutely incredible — highly recommend! It’s beautiful, with plenty of space to explore and climb around on the rocks, plus a bit of local history to read about along the way. The grounds are very well kept with neatly trimmed grass, and there are real bathrooms with flushing toilets, which is always a big plus. We could have spent the entire day there, walking the dog, playing in the falls, and even catching Pokémon! It’s a fun, scenic, and relaxing spot that’s perfect for all ages.

Beautiful cathedral. To note: many were inside praying - welcoming environment, but still an active church (and exploring inside may not always be available but you can respectfully view the interior from the entrance). The exterior is beautiful as well.

Beautiful Old Cathedral, The acoustics are amazing. The stained glass windows all tell different stories! Vibrant and warm colors through out. The parishioners are welcoming to all weather it's your first visit or not.

Absolutely stunning. This is one of the most beautiful churches I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to a lot of churches overseas. The details, design, and investment is just incredible. This is a must see. The history of the church from the late 1800’s is incredible as well.

Lovely, quiet, peaceful, and certainly spiritual. The Stations of the Cross were sculpted and are each a masterpiece. Just as the colorful stained glass windows that reached to the ceilings. I would enjoy hearing the pipe organ praise our Lord in song.

It's CLOSED for tours. Couldn't go inside the sanctuary of science says it is closed due to the renovation of the pipe organ There is a little shrine to the Virgin Mary which is nicely kept It looks like Nazis are being held in an adjacent chapel. We stopped in and tour the sanctuary 7 years ago and it was beautiful with kindly volunteers explaining the history

We have been to the Kirby Science Museum a couple times now with my daughter, age 2 both visits. We have loved it! Love that some of the exhibits change. A great spot in Sioux Falls in you have younger kids.

Normally we take the kids in for a good fun time in the Kerby Science Center and to watch a movie in the Cinadome but this time we came in for the theater. They had live music in the lobby while we were waiting to go into our seats and you could buy a drink before or during intermission. I did notice haw much warmer it was in the theater during the second half but you could feel the air kick on as the show went on. The restrooms were clean but crowded with how many people tried to use them on breaks. I've seen a few shows here and I'm impressed with the variety of talent they bring in. Also, if you get a chance to check out the kids art, please do. It's a treat you don't want to miss.

We like coming quite a bit to the science museum exhibits. Kids love the water room, ambulance, and jungle gyms just to name a few. Our ice cream was good and the guy there was so friendly!! Only complaint is the member packages they changed. We were told it has to be either 2 grandparents with grandchildren or 2 parents with children. Why can't it be 1 grandparent and 1 parent with the kids? Usually when we go it's my mom and I with the kids. What if there was a single parent? The new packages make no sense and should really look at revising to be like the zoo/butterfly house.

The Washington pavilion choice to reschedule showings and move evening tickets to the next day matinee is just lazy and unprofessional. They could have just rescheduled 1 day. Instead they shifter every single showing forward. Will look into other options for shows in other cities and give them priority in the future.

Horrible experience. The staff was unruly, cowardly, and lacked communication between other patrons. We were asked to leave because we were strictly talking amongst ourselves at the top row away from the crowd. There were no reasons for the actions they took. Great show, horrible staff.

A museum sponsored by big agriculture that had a definite agenda. Overall disappointing content. My boys aged 5 and 3 had fun, but they were basically interested in the large touch screen video game, not the displays. There was a safe space for the baby to crawl around.

Some exhibits were broken and some of the staff would not return the "hello" I gave them as I walked by. We had a birthday party reservation, which was respectfully priced. Pizza was "eh", but what do you expect. No one checked in on refills, so maybe you only get the three options. I'd go 4.2 out of 5.

In all honesty, I only stopped here because I needed to kill some time and use the restroom, and I knew the admission was free. But I love the fact that they saved this old building and have made something interesting out of it. The artifacts aren't that numerous or important overall, but I would hope over time this collection is added to and becomes something even more special. Even though I am from out of state and had no real connection, I still took my time and visited each floor and each display.

Melissa was so kind! I had a flight that kept getting delayed yesterday, and she and the other staff were all incredible to me! The exhibits are very well maintained & I enjoyed reading about everything. You can tell everyone who works there truly loves their job, the fact that this place is free is so wild!! Definitely stop by the gift shop, they have such nice things- I sent a friend a Bison post card that I bought from the shop! Thank y’all again for your kindness!

Great historical museum right in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls. The admission is free to enter. The museum encompasses three floors of exhibits. Each exhibit is about a different part of Sioux Falls history, including some great Native American artifacts. They also have the original courtroom that you can walk around in.

Well presented historical account of Sioux Falls, the courthouse, and restoration efforts. The museum also houses exhibits on local marketing, the history of sound (music), and cookbooks.

This is a small but enjoyable aquarium and butterfly house. Takes 1-2 hours max to see and experience it all. Buy the optional butterfly flower for kids. It was lightly attended the day we visited (a Thursday in June) which made it nice.

This was great fun for my 5&6 year olds! They were a little disappointed that the touch tanks were closed when we went but I also completely understand the need. It's not a large place and I don't know the price completely justified the experience but it was fun. I do recommend renting a butterfly feeder, the kids really enjoyed that part!

This place was a very nice experience, sharing time with the butterflies and, at the same time, experiencing their small aquarium. It's a very peaceful place to relax and simply enjoy the sounds of nature and the freedom of the animals. I would definitely recommend this place for a date.

Butterfly feeder flowers are unreasonably expensive! They should come with the entrance fee to the Butterfly house. When a grandparent takes their 4 grands out for the afternoon the added $2.80 for each kid to have a flower is an unexpected expense and hardship. This is also on top of say an earlier trip to the zoo, lunch out then ending with the Butterfly House. It was also disappointing that the "touching experience" in the aquatic area was closed due to staffing issues.

Great place to check out. Really enjoyed the butterflies. Be sure to get a flower to take with you from the desk. When we got ready to leave I gave it to someone else that didn't have one. I didn't know to take one and a little boy gave me his before he left. The butterflies will sit on the flower while you hold it.

This place cool fun for the kids. Although they dont offer military discount. Its still fun to go and see.

We loved the zoo overall. Some of the enclosures were empty/animals in places different than the map showed. Everything shuts down at 4:30 even though the park closes at 5. Highly recommend bringing a swimsuit and towel for littles to enjoy the splash pad. The mother’s nest in the gift shop at the main entrance is a nice place to escape the heat and sun and nurse/change a little one.

Fare admission price, little bit expensive food, but the food was really good. Many different kinds of animals living in the zoo. I love the fact that the zoo has a splash pad for kids. They have a petting zoo with many cute baby animals 😍. My baby also enjoyed merry go around ride!

Nice, little zoo! Came here with the kids & they loved it! Not too big nor too small! Was able to walk the whole place in about an hour and a half with littlest! Lots of animals, photo statues, etc! Not too expensive, they have wagons you can borrow/rent & a cafe!

Love going, rarely get to...but things have really gone downhill since a year or two ago. Many animals were either temporarily moved or gone. Love the gift shop, excellent popcorn, they have others like coffees boba fountain and freezee. But it was horrible, the prices of anything was skyrocketed way to much for probably most who visit. A small sized slushy $10, I got just two ice waters and it cost me $6. If you're on SNAP bring proof and ID and the kids are way cheaper to get in. All it is is a bunch of construction. DO NOT go on the kids train that circles the outer perimeter of the zoo. If you're lucky you might see just one animal, horrible location!

I thought it was a very nice place to go with the family. The zoo has a variety of animals, and they look well cared for. Plus, you can see them up close, which enhances the experience. I thought the admission price was very good. The only thing I didn't like so much is that I feel like some spaces (if not all) of the animal habitats should be a little bigger.

Don't be fooled at the size of the zoo. It was big enough to entertain my kids and short enough to satisfy their curiosity. It was clean, and all of the animals were out except a few birds. There is also a splash pad for kids, a carousel, and a small playground.

What a fun way to experience down town Sioux Falls! There is a map you can use online to get to all the sculptures. My husband and I concluded our date night with a beautiful stroll through down town admiring the metallurgy of some of the pieces. It was fun to find out where each piece came from and was pleasantly surprised to see names of local artists in our neck of the woods. Definitely would recommend.

It was neat to take the walk and see the sculptures. I had fun. I heard there are some good eateries on the walk, but didn't get to try them.🙂

Very cool walk along downtown Sioux Falls main street. We have visited several Sculpture parks, but loved the idea of seeing these as we walked through the city.

Awesome! I love art so this was right up my alley. I wasn't expecting some of the subject matter to be so deep. Also a good way to experience downtown and see what else it has to offer. Definitely recommend!

I loved seeing the local art and learning the stories and inspiration behind each sculpture! I also thought it was cool how the sculptures are scattered throughout the downtown area. I kept discovering new ones as I was walking through the area. Really unique experience

Excellent historical home for the late 18th century period. Guided Tour of this house was through, and the display of artifacts and collections added to our enjoyment.

I used to live in sioux falls and have not been to this museum in years. It is very nice and the tour of the Pettigrew home is very nice!

They have free guided tours every half hour, I arrived there at 9:28 completely unaware that there was going to be a tour but was able to catch it 😅 the house is beautiful, very well preserved, and the tour guide Angie was very well spoken and informed. She gave a quite detailed explanation of the house and its history. It's definitely worth to check out since it's free and super close to downtown!

IF you're a history nerd, you'll positively love this place. They give a guided tour thru the 'living quarters ' side of the house, then you get to step into the true Museum side. There's a lot about the history of Sioux Falls you'll find out by going. There are ALSO maps that show the boundaries of the numerous historical areas, with info on types of houses in each area. My wife and I took an impromptu neighborhood tour and marveled at some of the house. Very cool Indeed!! Did I mention it's FREE??? 👍👌

The USS South Dakota battleship is definitely a must see for tourists coming to Sioux Falls. They have parts of the battleship laid out on the property as if it was sitting there in real life. They also have a free museum that has many great old photos, artifacts, and lots of historical information about the battleship and it's journey.

The USS South Dakota Battleship was truely a unigue experience. As we were driving to the falls in Sioux Falls, SD, we noticed the museum and pulled right over. The layout of the museum attracted our attention. It was made up of the retired parts of the battkeship. Learning about the deployments all over the world and the fortitude of the sailors to forge on even with horrific damage. A much see for the whole family. Remember and honor our military.

What a wonderful and novel way to pay tribute to the battleship named after this state. Many components of the actual battleship were shipped to Sioux Falls after decommissioning. As a student of public history, this is an effective way of showing to the public authentic WWII artifacts. From Guadalcanal to Iwo Jima to Tokyo Bay, this ship saw major events in the Pacific theater. How fortunate for South Dakota to have her namesake proudly displayed in such a memorable and educational fashion.

The exhibit is fantastic; it's grown a lot since my first visit back in 2010. Chris Tucker gave an excellent tour with some cool behind-the-scenes facts. Definitely make it a stop when passing through the area, and tell Chris that Karl I said hello!

It was really nice to finally be able to visit the USS South Dakota Memorial. It's a shame that the ship itself could not have been saved. But I guess the memorial with portions of the ship and artifacts is the next best thing. I love the way they laid things out like they were still on the ship. It was nice walking around and seeing those portions. Some of them are probably the best choices as transporting a lot of those parts had to be very difficult. The inside section of the museum was very well done. They do have a small gift shop section. I wish I would have had more time to read, look closer and reflect on this ship and the men who served on her. It's a great place to visit and hopefully learn. I recommend visiting if you have the opportunity.

Large outdoor park and trail system. Free to public. They host educational classes and activities. There is a small lake with supervised fishing and an archery range. Great place to take kids or for a nature walk. Located next to Sertoma Park. A great place to check out!

A few turtles inside the Outdoor campus building, a frog, and a little snake in a side room. There are scheduled activities, look on site or stop and grab schedules from outdoor campus building to see where, when, and what. Public restrooms. There's seating areas outside in back of building. A lovely walking path by the river. There's is a sampling of activity play area by the back side of building for kids.

We visited the Japanese Garden. Very pretty. The only reason for 4 stars is that it is in various states of disrepair (some of it is under construction), benches have broken seats, waterfall not working, lights not working on pathways, and some trash.

This is a beautiful park. It has something for everyone. Fishing, swimming, walking/running, baseball...or just relaxing while you take in the scenery. If I didn't live 4 hours away, I'd probably go here often

Absolutely love this place. It is our go-to place for everything. Taking a jog. around the lake is peaceful. A walk is a must for those seeking some time alone. Our family also fishes here often and uses the park! They have a bit of everything for everyone. Just an incredibly beautiful place all times of the year.

Beautiful visitor center with lots of information. Well-marked walking trails that are wide and groomed. very beautiful area, lots of pretty wildflowers through the prairies.

It's a wonderful place to hike along semi-natural trails woven around lush greenery and trees while enjoying the sounds of nature. Maps are easy to read and there are multiple paths to choose. Trails are generally meant for almost types, though in the heat and humidity of summer, they can become moderate.

Nice spot to stretch your legs and learn some history about the area! The video in the visitor center is a must watch- very well done!

You will find the best hiking around. If you have time go all the way back to the 100acre prairie restoration site. It's stunning this time of year.

What an experience! This is really a MUST SEE area to enjoy a sacred place for several Indian tribes. The Free admission and easy to navigate trails make this a very cost effective way to wear out the kids and the dog (allowed on trails with a leash). $8.00 per car load for a 24 hour day pass is a real bargain. Plan on spending several hours. With the Visitor center included with a video and cultural area and than the trails. A good time for all.

A beautiful visitors center and wonderful trails. During our visit we we're lucky enough to see a bald eagle from observation deck number 2. Even though it is winter the terrain is such that I was able to bring my kids and pull them being me in our sled.

We always have a blast when we go to Good Earth! The kids love the trails and seeing how the view from the scenic overlooks change in the seasons. We learn something new each time we come (from reading the signs or walking through the Native American exhibit inside)

Beautiful art installment. This a massive stainless-steel sculpture that spans the length of a football field across the Big Sioux River downtown between 6th and 8th streets. At the center of the Arc of Dreams is a 15-foot gap, 85-feet above the river, representing the leap of faith dreamers take to see their dreams come true. The angle is weird to me, the bridge seems to also we at a funny part of the river, all new to me in my life here. Born and raised here in Sioux Falls and welcome the attention art in the community. Low crime rate, but there are homeless wandering around in this area more than others. Make sure you walk down to the falls. Make the whole loop. It is worth it.

What a great sculpture by a SD sculptor/artist. We love coming here on cool pleasant nights to see it lit up and see the night life and city lights. Lots of nearby parking, no steps, very accessible to all, even those handicapped in walkers and wheelchairs. Can't wait for the 1st snow for more great pictures.

The Arc of Dreams... It is worth taking a walk and just reminiscing on life... Arching metal structure with intimate lighting over the river. There is a small bridge and the cutest museum/history area to provide some insight behind this mysterious structure. Sit under the Arc and dream of happiness. Smile... Recommend to visit!

"Arc of Dreams" is the dream come true of not only the sculpture but also of the Sioux Falls. This is an awesome place to visit, especially during night time when the lights are vibrant and magnificent. A good place to go for a walk and relax for a while. This place has a lot of visitors. It has a parking lot and very near to Falls park. Worth visiting once.

Very nice paved bike trail along the river. The trail runs near several small parks that provide access.

The Sioux Falls bicycle trail is absolutely wonderful! Such a blessing for the many in our community who use the trail to bike to and from work!

This place helps me keep my sanity living out here in eastern South dakota. It's literally one of the best paved bike trails that bypasses all roads in the upper midwest. Plus the sheer variety of parks and scenery along the various parts of the trail makes it seem a lot longer than it actually is. They also added an extra part of the trail and now it goes to family park so that adds even more scenery and quiet area explore and relax. They seem pretty good about trail upkeep also they are repaving a part of the trail right now that really needed it which is also a plus. Highly recommended if you have a bike you should be at least trying this trail out.... 20 miles to do the loop ....the part that goes to family park will add around 8 Miles and the part that goes by the Smithfield plant will add another 2 mi totaling 30 mi. A few tips... If the wind is coming out of the North do the loop counter-clockwise and if the wind is coming out of the South do the loop clockwise. The biggest stretch of open areas in the western part of the trail so it helps to have the wind on your side on the Western half. I like to park at either Dunham park or the softball complex but you can park at any park along the route.

Pleasant town, falls are right near downtown and pretty. Surprisingly they're not as enormous as you'd think, looking at the pics. However, they're in a beautiful little setting easily accessible from downtown.

Very clean, nice selection of stores, a few murals around which were nice to see.

It was very nice dining experience. The host greeted us right away. The server was very pleasant and helpful. And the rest of the service staff was very intuitive. Atmosphere is great if you're looking for that classic classy restaurant vibe. The food was prepared well nothing extraordinary but prepared well. Did not try the famous market bar this time maybe next time. We all enjoyed our meal steak was prepared properly The duck was a little overcooked but still very delicious with the lingenberry jam. Shared tiramisu for dessert it was very chocolate forward instead of coffee so for people with the sweet tooth it's very good. Overall very good experience we will be back.

A beautiful waterfall front park with walking paths, photo op spots, brew pub across the street, and a sports bar will fill an afternoon of adventure hanging out in downtown Sioux Falls.

Took a nice walk through the Valley Trail. Very few others around this time of year. I wish it connected into a larger trail system, but it was nice to get out and explore a new place for a while. Will definitely make plans to return when the snow is on the ground.

My husband and I just had our wedding at Great Bear a few weeks ago. It was perfect. Exactly the vision I had in mind. Jayne and Jill and the whole team were great to work with. They pulled my brunch charcuterie vision to life and all our guests talked about how great the food was. When the weather was questionable they assured me we could make it work inside if needed. Thankfully we still got to have our wedding outside under the trees. It was a beautiful day.

We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at Great Bear and we can't recommend them enough!! Jill and Jayne were AMAZING to work with, they made the whole process so easy for us. My husband and I got married at great bear 9/21 and I have to say it was the best day ever. Staff was all amazing and kind and follow instructions and requests to a T. My MoH requested no one come to me or my husband for any problems or questions and they did just that! Any minor flukes I had on my wedding day I was not aware of until the day after. They felt so personal with us even though I’m sure they host many weddings. Even though I didn’t eat much (my own fault 😅) the food was amazing and all my guest thought so as well and many were able to back for seconds. It was truly a wonderful experience and I recommend them for any upcoming event in your life. (Sorry for the lack of photos I’m still waiting on my photographer)

Came down here for a trail race and was very pleased! The scenery was great, and there are many trails for mountain biking and running!

Our family visited Great Bear Ski Valley in February and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the equipment rental process was smooth and efficient. We highly recommend Great Bear, particularly for first-time skiers—it’s an excellent place to learn and enjoy the slopes.

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding ceremony and reception at Great Bear. Jill and Jayne were the best to work with! They were incredibly responsive, helpful, caring and professional. They’re true experts, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing they had every detail handled. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was absolutely perfect. The venue itself is stunning, the food was incredible, and we got so many compliments from our guests. If you're looking for a beautiful space with a top-notch team, I highly recommend Great Bear!

Nice facility, but management is awful. Every time we are here for events, they pack multiple events at the same time which makes parking impossible. Also this past weekend, we ran into no concessions during lunch (see pic). Since they don't allow outside food during an 8+ hrs volleyball tournament, this was very inconvenient and since there isn't much nearby, meant we had to make a quick run between games and sneak food in. Seriously, I want my $20 admission back!

I visited the center for Monster truck show. If you want to bring things inside of the facility, you need to have a clear bag (or designated small bag). The building is clean and well maintained.

This is one of the best event centers that I have visited for live entertainment. I went recently for the Cinch Rodeo Playoffs and had a wonderful time. There really is no bad seat in this arena. They have plenty of food and drink options, and the beer prices were not as ridiculous as most other event centers. Getting dropped off and picked up by Uber was super easy.

Like Ben Harper said, this venue has incredible acoustics! 🎶We've been here a few times. Get Bob Dylan here!! 🤓 The staff has always done a terrific job in getting everyone out safe & sound. I can't imagine the stress level of doing this. So, hats off to the staff! 👍🏻🎩🙂 Give them a raise!

Good sized arena for basketball. Food good, lil spendy but that's the norm. Coke products only. Parking can be problem if heavily attended. Bottle necks.

Seats are good. I usually go here for Storm games. Vending is good. Have been here for concerts. Stampede and other events. It never disappoints.

Modern facility. Staff were great (security as well as servers). Comfortable seats. Audio was at times muffled. Great place for a rodeo.

Excellent experience! Shout out to Jesse, the staff, and the players/coaches for making it a memorable experience for our youth baseball team. We appreciated the attention to detail and customer service during our experience. We will be back again!

Loved this field! I took my 3 boys here for the first time, and they had a blast! It had a small play area for the kids and a bounce house, which gave them something to do when they got restless. The staff were all friendly and helpful when we asked questions. Best part - ALL 3 of them got a foul ball and after the game the players spent plenty of time signing everything any kids brought up to them - I really appreciated that because we had spent an hour at an Orioles game in the hot sun trying to get an autograph and the players didn't want to sign that day - huge letdown for all the kids. My boys all left the game with big smiles and are excited to go back ⚾️ 😁

7/7/22- Stadium staff were fun and extremely helpful. It was our 1st time there and we had a person with mobility issues... they made sure we got directly to our seating area. It was nice being able to sit together, as a family, in the accessible area. The food was good, especially the fried sweets 😋. The game was fun to watch. They had fun promos, videos/info, and entertainment between plays, which kept the game going. Overall it was a great experience. The only negative (or heads up for people in a wheelchair/unable to use steps) is that it is a pretty big slope/ramp up to the seating. It is a nice ramp, but it will take some time/energy for those using a walker, etc.

Good atmosphere, but the music changed every 30 seconds, the game was nothing but strikeout after strikeout both sides. I loved the firework show 10/10, otherwise the game was okay.

Great field, great team. I'm really glad they went and changed their name back to the Canaries because the "Pheasants" was a dumb change. It's a great field with great sight lines. The designers really did an amazing job. Sioux Falls is lucky to have a team like this.

We were visiting Sioux Falls from Atlanta in August 2016. We didn't have plans to visit the Canaries, but a staff member at our hotel gave us some tickets that he couldn't make use of so we went to a game. We had so much fun, it was a really friendly family place.

Thoroughly enjoyed the game, although the Canaries lost. Fun watching with my cousin Jerry Bowman, and the Friday night fireworks show was amazing.

Selection was small though tasty. Staff was helpful with suggestions and offered tastings. Nice stop in while shopping the downtown. Outdoor seating was spacious and comfortable. When it started to sprinkle we moved inside where there is plenty of seating. Also board games available.

We came across this brewery while walking around the SculptureWalk. We ordered a flight of Honey Deb, Milk Stout, Nap Culture: Strawberry Rhubarb, and Duck Tape Piñata. The beers were good, but we were disappointed that there were a couple we wanted to try but they were sold out. You have to walk up to the bar to order drinks and food. For food, they have a pub mix, different kinds of packaged pretzels, and pizza from Sunny’s Pizzeria.

Very cool brewery inside a bank building. They had good IPA’s and Stouts. My favorites were Carnaval IPA, Milk Stout and Midnight Trek.

I had a great experience there last weekend. The Mexican food truck Krazy Concessions outside their venue was awesome and was great with their beer. The people serving the beer are nice/friendly and they KNOW their beer! Tell them what you like, they will take care of you. It is a calming atmosphere with all the rustic wood elements, yet classy at the same time. They have games (card, board, etc) to pass the time while you are trying, or enjoying your beer.

We had the best time visiting with Tessa while enjoying the best beers we had in South Dakota! We will definitely recommend this place, clean lagers and great IPAs, well done.

This was our debut for the burger battles for 2024! My wife and i shared the burger, and a rousing game of cribbage! I love that this place has games to enjoy! I also ordered a light drink - deflation - which was delicious! Burger: smaller than expected but tasty? The burger seemed a bit heavily seasoned, however the toppings helped tame it a bit. Overall - delicious!

Smaller venue serving really good beers. Nice location in the heart of the historic downtown scene.

Overall disappointed with this park. We arrived around 8pm for camping for one night. The first thing I noticed was our site had a lot of trash which we removed prior to departure. The trash dumpster was also overflowing. We took hot showers which was wonderful. Shortly after our shower we were approached by another camper inquiring about our van camper. She asked a lot of strange questions and was lingering about. Then the camp host approached us and the first thing he asked was whether we paid the park entrance fees. What park entrance fees? We paid $30 for camping and now they want another $15 on top of that. It's a rip off. We will not be returning to this park. Anyone who says "God Bless" to you without knowing anything about your religion is annoying and pushy. On a positive note, the campground is quiet and the hiking trails and the foot bridge are nice!

AMAZING place to go when your wanting to get away from city life but not really. Hiking trails are definitely something everyone should enjoy. I came out here and decided to extend our stay. Would definitely get a season pass or you will be paying 10 per day to have your car with you on top of your spot. Tent spots 24-26 are in the woods and let me tell you... TO DIE FOR if your looking for the full tent experience vs tent spots 48-50 are in a open field next to the playground so ideal for families! The cabins are adorable looking on the outside and look cozy inside.

This campgrounds has nice lots with amazing space between each campsite. The shower house is clean, it doesn’t have water at the campsite so be sure to grab some at the fill and dump station. It has some great trails near the river, some are paved and some are not. The disk golf course is also fun to hike, it has a cable bridge over the river. We completely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying there.

Beautiful campground near Sioux Falls, good Verizon Service, clean bathrooms. I was in 002, too close to trash cans. Site was roomy.

Great park clean and well kept site was mostly level which for gravel is a shock. Electric hookups worked no issue bathrooms clean and showers have nice water pressure. Only complaint would be the water fill station could use some attention.

I rarely do a four star rating for a campground, but this one is a little different than most State Park campgrounds that we have been to. The campground and surrounding Recreation area is gorgeous! Trees, beautiful river, HUGE campsites that are really done nicely and nestled in the trees. Merely a short walk to the river, which has a really well maintained pathway that is paved. The luxury of having electric hookups at a State campground is amazing especially with hot weather. The Park staff was very kind as well and the Internet site is easy to use to book reservations. There is also a "dog training area" down the road which is somewhat fenced and made a great place for our larger dogs to run around and do their business safely. The cons of this park are; it is just down from a Speedway which was holding a race the night we were there, and it is extremely close to traffic and other city noises. Now, none of this is really a game changer, unless you are truly looking for that rustic/quiet out of town camping experience. We were just there for the night heading home from a trip and it sure beat some other options. We would come again and would love to explore the area more.

We camped here as we were in town for a wedding- the website to book is not the friendliest but it looks like you can check in and maybe pay when you enter! We stayed end of October- the website said to call about the shower/bathrooms as they could be closed but to check. (Reviews and people were know said they are great!) We called the number online and were told that they were open. When we arrived an hour later the sign on the bathrooms said- closed for winter. So make sure to check the physical site if that is a crucial factor for you! There is a vault bathroom available. The campground was quiet, and lovely in the Fall. Spaces are far enough apart you don't feel crowded. We will definitely camp here again!

I attended a "Sangria Sunday." It was my first time there and my friends and I did a wine tasting as well. We had so much fun! The live music was lovely. My favorite was the Prairie Storm wine and the red sangria. I look forward to bringing more friends to this winery!

Attended the 'Fiddlers & Friends' concert at Strawbale Winery. Thoroughly enjoyed. Good music, wine and food.

We had a great time at fall fest at Strawbale. They had great music and activities for all ages. It was a great way to sit back and relax from our busy life. Don and his staff does a great job!!! We loved Little Red and Medicated Moose.

This place is so cool. Love the way it's setup. The food options were great as well. Loved the wood fired pizza and wine slushies. Very relaxed and fun atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

For a winery, they have 2-3 "events" a week alone with days to just do tastings. We where there for their Sunday afternoon "sangria Sunday" with the food truck, band, and just really pleasant outdoor setting... (And of course wine, sangria, and wine "slushy") Makes for a super relaxing, easy and enjoyable afternoon.

Nice little mall, plenty of jewelry stores and love Pro Image, wasn't to busy on a Wednesday night after 6pm or so..can't wait till the Carhartt store to open..picked up these Jordan OG 5's from Champs which seems to have the best J - swag over Foot Locker and Finish Line. Overall not a bad mall

I love that Sioux Falls has a mall that people will travel to from the surrounding states. There are great places to shop and eat at all the while supporting our local economy. It's still fun to go look for something cute to wear and to get a snack in the food court and for me that never gets old. Also there is a play area for kids and an arcade if you need to get out of the house. Despite the fact that many malls acrossed the country are empty and left unused this little mall is still alive and well.

Sharon in the jewelry department at the JCPenney store in Sioux Falls, SD was absolutely phenomenal! She was so kind, patient, and never once rushed me while I was looking for a ring. She truly went above and beyond with her customer service and made me feel well taken care of. Thank you so much, Sharon—I truly appreciate you! I hope JCPenney sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves.

There are so many stores to visit in the mall as well as things to experience. One of the highlights is to ride these animal "car" things around. You can purchase a time slot this the animals by the kids play area close to the food court. There are several seating areas between stores where you can wait while others shop, and if you have your charger with you, they have areas where you can charge your phone while you wait. Lots of vending machines and kiosks to shop at as well if you enjoy those. We did go into the restrooms and, while they did have various types of paper on the floor, I can't fully blame the cleaning crew at the mall for that because people who use those restrooms also have an obligation to be responsible for themselves as well. We went during a week day so things were slow for us but the mall will usually be very busy over the weekend and evenings.

Haven't been in the mall for along time to shop, but it really isn't that great. Food court has noting of great intrest to eat. 3 food stalls closed. And there was quite a few empty store fronts. Overall not very busy.

Nice mall. Stores I went in were all clean and pretty well updated. The mall had a nice layout and seemed pretty easy to see all the stores in an adequate amount of time.

There are a nice variety of stores enough to keep most people entertained and get their fix of retail therapy. Some of my favorite places here are hot topic, Spencer's , the coin store ...can't remember the name right now but it's tucked away ...there is a nice Asian massage parlor that does really great work for cheap. There is a nice kids play area near Sears.

This is one of the most wonderful places that I visited on my road trip to Sioux Falls. It is so beautiful here. They have a huge variety of many different plant species to check out. They have lots of beautiful flowers in bloom as well. One of the things I really appreciated was that there is name tags by each of the plants of their names. There's a nice little waterfall as well. The educational center was not open when I went. Free admission.

If you haven’t yet visited the Mary Jo Wegner Arboretum, it’s time you did!! Over the years I’ve come to appreciate being able to see mature plants in a landscape setting. I enjoy shopping at plant nurseries but it’s so difficult determining how a plant might look in say 5-10 years... The arboretum is beautiful and immaculately cared for. That being said, I do think they could do a much better job being environmentally-conscious. Their parking lot drains to an area that’s supposed to be a wetland (to filter pollution and provide wildlife habitat). They even have a display with a photo of how it should look and function... For some reason they mow the entire area, completely ignoring their own educational sign!! Also, their pond and waterfall are nice touches but are colored blue and treated with herbicides so that they look like something sterile and synthetic like you’d see at Disney World. Such a wasted opportunity for a naturally beautiful pond that could be beneficial to all sorts of wildlife...

took a chance to visit knowing the main house was closed due to covid, but no worries outdoors is where you need to be! this place is fantastic. we will definitely be back to go on the quarry trail and the railbed trail - it was 100 degrees out when we went so had to cut our trip short. cant wait to go back!

Excellent formal garden... professional landscape...all plants, trees, native prairie grasses labeled with it's common name and botanical name. Wonderful collection of mature trees from Northern Plains to exotic species.

This Place Is absolutely beautiful! So clean and well maintained. A lot of information that you can read while you're walking around.

We went in just to see what it was and we spent over an hour there! Well laid out building full of pictures and history but the real draw for my family was the lower level where they have the farm to table exhibit. It's like a mini children's museum! Hands on, clean and so fun!

Definitely stop by for a brief visit to learn about local stockard history! They have nice displays, and families with preschool and elementary age children will enjoy the hands- on play and learning in the lower level.

I had a ball learning about farming and how our food gets from the farm to our dinner table. Very educational!

I stumbled upon the place. What a surprise! It's beautifully restored inside and out. Two levels. From videos of people telling first hand how things were, to wonderful kid oriented ag displays that I enjoyed like a kid. It's vivid local color available on a visit to Falls Park. The closest parking is off Sioux Falls Park Dr. on the north side

This space exceeded my expectations. It provides a great visual and interactive history of the Stockyards in Sioux Falls and the lower level of the building provides a vibrant, hands-on way to learn about the modern agriculture industry, not just of SD, but of surrounding states too. A nice space for students and adults to celebrate Sioux Falls history and learn the field to table process.

Fascinating place! Learned about the history of the Sioux Falls Stockyards (opened in 1917) over its 95 years. Then another floor had great exhibits telling about agriculture today. Well worth the time!

I have waited so long to go here and it was better than anticipated. Cotton is fresh, SDSU ice cream was delicious (however, Go Bison!). Many flavors of cotton candy to choose from. I didn't try any of the baked goods but they looked delicious

This was a very fun experience. We ordered a burrito we choose watermelon, pink vanilla, and blue raspberry as our cotton candy flavors, vanilla ice cream, sprinkles, and fruity pebbles as the filling. It some different to try, kids would have an absolute blast as they have many cotton candy flavors to choose from!

The store is amazing, their baked goods are the best thing to ever taste. Prices on some are a little spendy but over all its definitely a favorite place to go.

Catfish Bay’s “Greatest Show on H2O” offers a charming and enjoyable experience for all ages. The show features a mix of seasoned performers and enthusiastic newcomers, all of whom put in a commendable effort. The water skiing acts are delightful, showcasing the performers’ dedication and teamwork. In addition to the skiing, the show includes a variety of skits that add a lighthearted and humorous touch. While the skits may not always hit the mark, they contribute to the overall fun and relaxed atmosphere. Overall, Catfish Bay provides a fun evening of family-friendly entertainment that is sure to leave you smiling.

Just got back from the show tonight, was totally amazed. What a skilled crew!! You can tell that they love what they do!!! If you’re in the area, this is a show that you shouldn’t miss!!!!

Great show with impressive water skiing stunts! The fireworks afterwards were the highlight of the show. The parking was backed up pretty far, so make sure to show up on time!

Incredible experience from start to finish. I was there the first summer of shows decades ago. Returned last night for the first time in many years. So impressed with how far they have come. The show moves along at an excellent pace. The comic relief is well done, the announcer so friendly, funny and professional. Despite very cool conditions that had to be so cold for the skiers, they performed at the top of their game, culminating with a perfect 4 level pyramid for the finale. WOW, who would have thought you could see national champion skiers in Sioux Falls SD...YOU CAN! The jump team is amazing. Worth every penny....and we bought the most expensive front row seats they had.

We have been here 2 times now and both have been a great experience and a very good option if you have kids. The only negative thing about it is the lighting when it gets dark out. I wish they had way better lighting around the water so you can see the performance better. As of now they only have a spotlight that follows them but it barely lights it up and is still hard to see clearly. Other than that one negative part it is worth the time to come and check it out!

Best show I have ever seen the performers were great. The ballet line look like they could do it in there sleep and they were so good. They also did a wonderful job including the little skiers in it.

This place is so cool for the whole family! I have a 3 and 5 year old that stayed entertained the whole time. I enjoyed how wholesome and family oriented the entire show was.

My coworker and I were in town. We are a private airline flight crew and are always looking for unique and tasty dishes. Possibly to recommend to our clients. This place was recommended. We found the sandwiches to be tasty. I had the pork belly and she had the crab rangoon. The pork belly was seasoned well. A little much kale for me. Tasty though. The crab rangoon had a lot of mayo and not enough crab. I had the Earl Grey tea with lavender. It was good. Perfect for those who need to cut back on sugar. Would we return? Yes, we would. I would try another sandwich.

This place is amazing. I tried both the Vietnamese fried chicken and the Hawaiian bowl. Both were delicious. The staff is extremely friendly also, walking me through the whole menu to make a good recommendation and they let you taste beers before buying also.

Absolutely delicious!! I had the Korean Katsu Sandwich and the kids had a delicious marinated chicken and rice. Their Moroccan Chicken Salad was also delicious. The staff is so friendly and made great suggestions!

First-timers here; what a treat! We tried the Vietnamese Chicken sandwich and the Pork gyro; both were just amazing. Very helpful counter staff, clean establishment with plenty of seating (at 1:30pm). I imagine it could get very busy later on, but we enjoyed everything about this place.

Great food. Period. We came here for lunch, my wife had the crunchy chicken bahn mi sandwich and I had the pulled lamb roast sandwich - both were unique, fresh and delicious! If you’re a texture eater, like me, this place gets it right! Mine was on a beautiful chewy ciabatta bread roll, hers was on a soft brioche bun, which was a nice contrast to the ultra crunchy chicken. My son had the burger and it was top notch on pumpernickel bread. Plus the naughty fries which were a nice treat and a touch spicy. And I loved the sign on the toilet! A great and friendly place for lunch. The beer and selections were also great!

This is a decent park. We visited March 29th, 2024. There are picnic tables, a restroom building, Port a potties by the water features. Two seperate water features, one of which is specifically for feeding the water fowl. When we visited in the spring, the restroom building and barn were not open. There are 2 small parking lots, one located by the quarry pond, the other located farther up the road by the barn. I was a little disappointed by the handicap accessible trail. Most of the other trails had actual sidewalks, but the handicap accessible trail had asphalt paving which seemed a little in disrepair. Although you could utilize it for a wheelchair, there would be quite a few areas that might be harder to navigate, see pictures. This would be ideal to bring small children to play in the grassy area by the picnic tables. But, keep in mind bicycles, skateboards, and pets are not allowed.

Nice place to go for a scenic walk through nature. You have your choice between grasslands or wooded trails. I opted for both. The 1888 barn is a beautiful piece of history and the duck pond surrounded by bluffs is a popular spot. I saw 3 different couples out with photographers, which speaks for how beautiful the setting is.

This is a beautiful little park just outside of the city. There’s great walking trails that are paved, fairly level, and non-strenuous. They are clearly marked with length also so you can plan your walk. There’s a couple of primitive trails that go into the ravine also, great if you want a little more variety. Even these off-road trails are clearly marked and not particularly challenging. There’s a pond and a quarry, both are home to large flocks of mallard ducks, Canadian geese, and huge Greylag geese. They will happily eat whatever you offer, so make sure to read the signs and ONLY offer them approved nutritious food. No crackers or bread! There’s plenty of parking, a porta-potty on site, a couple of picnic tables, and some benches throughout the trails for a rest. Keep in mind, the park closes at sundown and there is NO lighting on the trails. It can be quite confusing to find your way back to the parking lot in the dark, so plan your walk to end before sunset. You’ll also want to watch your feet- goose poop is abundant on the trails.

This is a great park to go walking at if you like that. It was very peaceful not much to do other than walk around on the paths. There is a public restroom as well which was nice.

Fun spot to relax and take in the beauty of nature all around this Park. Enjoyed watching the ducks and geese swimming around the natural spring lake. Some families were getting formal Autumn pictures taken around the park with the golden color of trees lined up as a backdrop for the portraits! I recommend visiting there anytime you want to treat yourself with a Time of JOY! You won't regret it@

Very pretty here! This is an easy Walk/hike with kids. There are A lot of Grasshopers, they are loud and On the Pathway while you are walking. They have benches Throughout your path to take a break. To find the Barn follow th Sign once you enter, it will take you through a long road.

Nice park, very picturesque. Great for walking and winter hiking, but summer would be a bit too easy if you're trying to do something outdoorsy.

Neat place. Got to see an iron lung machine. Lots of information about nursing. Not a ton there, but with a stop.

I kind of just stumbled across this museum while at the heart hospital. Great little escape with alot of interesting information about the history of Heath care in the Sioux falls area.

If you have a genuine interest in the advances in healthcare over the years I would highly recommend a visit here. Using mannequins and period equipment, clothes and uniforms they really make it a memorable occasion. Plenty of history both within the museum area and on the concourse upon which it is situated...

My favorite part was the old operating room light and the books you can sit down and read. Self guided tour, very interesting history.

Do you really want me t answer? After traveling to the museum we found it was closed. It is inside the hospital and you have to go through alot of Covid questions before you can even get into hospital. Google gives no info on its opening or closing so had no idea it was being renovated

Very well done , small museum. It's located in the bottom floor of the hospital main building. Worth a stop in, and it's free!

Beautiful park!!! The gardens were spectacular. The Monarch butterflies were amazing!!! Never seen so many at one time. Worth the visit!!!

McKennan Park, the nucleus of the McKennan historical district, Avera McKennan hospital hosts dozens attractions and history for sioux falls. Huge trees, squirrels and a well manicured landscape set the atmosphere for recreation. Facilities include, over a dozen horseshoe pits, tennis courts, baseball, playground equipment, swimming pool(especially like this as they are slowly being replaced with splash pads Nationwide) tons of historical placards posted everywhere, rich green shrubbery, numerous gardens, restroom facilities and band shell that's been around as long as I can remember. Beautiful park... Highly recommend

Your only thing to do is to come over and pick black walnuts and crack them in the spring love the flower gardens love the trees. This is best part in Sioux Falls.

It was customary to stop by a Japanese Garden. I will try it again during cherryblossom season and see if it looks more appealing. I think the water being turned off took away from some of the aesthetics

Terrace Park Japanese Gardens is a pretty neat park to walk around in or relax at and read a book. It would also make a great back drop for taking senior pictures. The Japanese aspect of the place wasn't quite as much as I was expecting, and the overall gardens are pretty small. You can see the whole thing in 15 minutes or less. Still neat to check out if you are in the area.

This was our first stop while in Sioux Falls on a trip. It was really unique and beautiful but I felt like it would be better to visit in a warmer month when there is more vegetation so in my opinion come in summertime. Unfortunately we saw some trash and random graffiti in a few places. It’s sad people do these things to such a cool spot. Hopefully in the warmer months they maintain this better and clean it up. It didn’t ruin the experience but was upsetting to see. This area is directly adjacent to a small lake and the terrace park making it easy to explore all of the area. The Japanese Gardens itself is a relatively small place and you could walk and see it all in about 15 minutes, however it would be a great place to relax and read a book or enjoy the lake. I’m only giving 3 stars because it seemed to not be well maintained over the winter and also due to the trash and graffiti. The beautiful setting and uniqueness earn it 3 stars for me. Please improve this park Sioux Falls! It has wonderful potential. Older photos of the park seemed much nicer than present day. I’m hoping it’s just left alone during the winter and that’s why it’s not looking great like other photos showed it.

Kewl stuff! Nice place to relax if it’s not over-run by homeless folks. At certain times of day it’s a bath house. When people are there to see the beauty it’s not so bad!!!

Beautiful! Lots of seating areas. Steps are steep and some of the rocks are loose. Take care when climbing. Or park at the bottom of the hill and take the path along the water. Which Is also wheelchair assessable.

It's not that busy on the weekdays but a nice place to hang out with friends or date. Lots of the areas in the surroundings are under construction. If you are planning to bike on the trails or go for a run connectivity of the trials, it is an issue, so plan ahead or instantaneous detour. Overall, it's a pretty place, good potential in future for social activities. Historical ruins, etc!

This is such a beautiful area of nature in the middle of the city! The pathways are great for everyone and there's easy access to climb on the rocks if desired.

The Big Sioux River is not average sized, it is big. Today I discovered that when the river reaches a change in elevation the water spills over and crashes to the ground in the most glorious way. A guy here at the park described it to me as a "waterfall" and I think that moniker is spot on. The water fell down some rocks and splashed about. This park was spectacular- there were rocks of all sizes, grass, sidewalks, and a bridge. My son noted that the bathroom left a few things to be desired - the water was way too hot. All in all, great place. Next time I find myself in Sioux Falls or just yearning for a good Midwestern waterfall i will consider visiting again.

Very nice area and you are up close and personal with the falls. The cashiers in the tower were kind. The look out from the tower was amazing and overlooked the falls.

I enjoy being out doors. It's one of my favorite activities, however the smell coming from that Smithfield pig processing plant made me want to run back to the car and drive far, far away!! I did power through the wierd smell mix of bacon, chicharrón, pig waste and death and walked around. Thank you

Small stadium, but an enjoyable atmosphere. It's definitely small-town, low level minor league baseball. Unfortunately they weren't doing well during the summer of my visit, and concession options were very limited. I did enjoy the game, and fireworks followed the final out.

July 17, 2025 Sioux Falls Stadium, also known as the Birdcage after their team the Sioux Falls Canaries. They play in the American Association of Independent Baseball. It is an older stadium, with a capacity of 4,462. Like every stadium it has its nuances. All of the concessions are under the stands and there are not very many of them. Thankfully the evening we went it was a smaller crowd and everything was easily accessible. standard stadium pricing for drinks and food. not really a bad seat in the house. Fun gameday atmosphere. i give a 3 out of 5 for 2 reasons. if it was a full house you would have been standing in line for a while for drinks or food. Also, it's really just an old complex and they are probably due for something more modern.

Had a blast at Taco's and Tequila Festival tonight! Hoping they do more festivals at the Bird Cage, perfect place for outside concerts!

I loved this store! There are so many gorgeous displays and things to look at and buy! I loved the cocktails and teas selections, but there is also soaps, jewelry, cards, clothings. There is something here for everything in a stunning shopping space.

Such a cute store! I always love stopping at Mint + Basil for cute clothes, jewelry, accessories, candles, home decor, etc!

My mom, sister and I were recently shopping in Mint and Basil. They have absolutely adorable clothing and gifts. I find something every time I stop in. But the BEST thing about Mint and Basil is the store manager (I think her name is Kaylee). She helped us find super fun wine glasses for a gift and went out of her way to make our shopping experience so fun (and profitable for Mint and Basil :). The customer experience she provided was above and beyond. We'll be back again (and again, and again!)

My mother & I had an amazing experience tonight shopping at the Sioux Falls location. The two workers were very kind and helpful! They gave good feedback, brought good selections to the dressing room, and alternate sizes. They have a great selection of clothes and household items and we had a great time! Highly recommend!

I hate to write this because I LOVE this store! I went into the Sioux Falls store last week and had the worst experience I have ever had in a store. Literally. I wanted to try on an item that I have been eyeing for a few weeks now. Let me be honest, I went in 30 minutes before the store closed. I didn't think it would be much of an issue since I knew what I wanted and just wanted to try it on quickly. One of the workers was sweet and told me that the store would be closing soon, which I thanked her and went about my shopping. As I started to walk around, I started to be watched and then followed so one of the workers could fix the hangers behind me (which could have been done at the close of the store). As one of the workers, was cleaning. The other worker was sitting on the counter in the cash area and was reading an article to the worker that was cleaning. No one asked to help me at all, so I went back to the fitting rooms to try on my items. The worker that had been siting on the counter came to the back and was extremely rude to me and told me "the next time, you want to try on things let someone know." I told her that I use to work at Mint + Basil. My friend who I was with and was still looking at things, heard the worker tell the other worker, "the girl trying on clothes use to work here, so apparently that means she can do whatever she wants." At the point, I made the decision to leave without buying anything. As I was starting to leave, I told the worker that I don't think it's very professional to be talking about customers while they are in the store and she told me "well we are closing in 15 minutes anyways, so you can leave." Like I said in the beginning, I absolutely LOVE this boutique, but after this experience I won't be a customer here again.

Cute stuff! They have a wide selection of trendy items and clothes for women. There's isn't much of anything for men here. There are necklaces and bracelets and boots and soaps. The price is not expensive as the necklaces ranged from 10-30$. The staff is friendly and they have a very welcoming atmosphere in the downtown strip.

My daughter and I had a terrible shopping experience at this store. Their customer service is nonexistent. The employees we encountered were condescending and unhelpful. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I will definitely take my business elsewhere the next time I visit Sioux Falls.

The stadium is a good size without being too large and has concessions and a shop for Sioux Falls Canaries merch. The staff is friendly and it's easy to get in with your ticket for an event. You can bring in a purse or bag and they will give it a brief check as you enter. The stadium is well maintained and the private boxes are nice.

Just went to the Phasefest at the Birdcage and was impressed by the setup. The numerous food trucks and even extra port-a-potties. (Which were really clean and didn't smell surprsingly) The tickets were also super reasonable for 5 bands but the food and drinks were high. ($6 for a water) Still well worth it, would attend again!

I am not much of a baseball fan, and don't go much but our stadium could use some spazazz. It is very bland, but there are things for the kids to do while the game is going, different food options not just your normal baseball food etc. Kids get involved in the game, which is nice. Drinks, food expensive but not as expensive as arena or premier center.

I go to this place many times every summer because I’m a Canaries fan. The new owners have made some great updates, but there’s still room for improvement. The good: it’s a fantastic park for watching baseball. There’s no bad seats, the staff is friendly, the field is beautiful. Parking is free and plentiful, lots of food options. Really nice ballpark experience. The Friday night fireworks are great! The show is really impressive and goes quite long. I was happy that they have stopped playing songs with a political message during the fireworks. Hotdogs, corn dogs, pizza, nachos, pretzels are all decent ballpark standards. The street corn is fun, and there’s great ice cream too. The not-so-good: The banh mi wrap is hit or miss. One night it was great with tender, flavorful meat and crunchy pickled veggies, the next night it had a dry, broken tortilla, the meat was dry and burnt, and the veggies were just raw, not pickled at all. It was bad enough that I wouldn’t order it again. The tickets are simply overpriced. I don’t understand the point of setting the lowest price point for tickets at $12 and then having 3/4 of the stadium empty. Wouldn’t it make more sense to sell 3 times as many tickets at $5, and rake in money at the concession stand with a full house? Taking a family of 4 and sitting in the cheapest reserve seating would be $100, plus easily $15 per person for snacks. $160 is a lot to spend on an activity that most kids are going to be bored with halfway through. When you can see a Major League Baseball game at Target Field for 8 bucks, charging this much for the Sioux Falls Canaries is just silly.

Horrible service. 6 windows for the entire crowd. The amount they charge for food, for such poor service is ridiculous.

If I am rating just the stadium then one star. Old, dilapidated stadium with no charm. There are very few amenities other than the most basic of concessions. The atmosphere was quiet beyond belief - I could hear conversations across the stadium and people stared at my daughters when they laughed. The regulars and staff were not friendly - they all glared at newbies like it was a small town bar. The staff was disengaged, not paying any attention to the game and zero focus on customer service. Tickets were too expensive for this low budget, no perks experience, though somewhat offset by the free (yes, free) parking. I would give the overall game experience two stars. Thumbs up for the effort on between inning promotions, although there was nothing original or too creative. We went to three games and all had the exact same promotions. Odd things: They have a tiny berm yet don't allow children to stand or play there during the live game action because the fence is too short. My 8 year old asked why they don't just build a higher fence? Usher guy spends his night yelling at the kids to sit down in the grass or step way back where they can't see the action. Just bizarre when they could add a few feet to the fence height and solve the problem. Their giveaway coupons are all misleading - they announce free and $10 off yet the coupons all require a purchase and are not what the announcer states. For example, my children thought they had won a free DQ Blizzard until we get the coupon which requires purchase of a meal first. Also, $10 at the hardware store requires a $50 purchase. The announced attendance was so small this week (between 400-600) yet it still seemed like maybe 200 were there. No buzz, crowd very quiet like a library. Maybe things were different before COVID-19 though the league website places them consistently near the bottom since 2010 for attendance. There is a certain charm to attending such a no frills sparsely attended game though you can essentially get the same experience at any town ball game. It is easy for the children to nab a foul ball. Not much waiting to grab food or drink. This is really just glorified town ball. Tiny, grainy scoreboard didn't even have the most basic stats for the visitors. The sound system must be from the 1980s. If you have any expectations of anything nice or modern then you will be disappointed. This is the most basic of professional baseball stadiums. Being from Minnesota, we are constantly bombarded with ads and commercials from Sioux Falls about how awesome they are and soliciting Minnesotans to relocate or move their business to Sioux Falls. I get it, the city seems nice though they miss the mark with this disappointing ballpark.

No parking lot at this “Trailhead”. A very small parking lot is located on the southwest area of the preserve. Not enough space for a truck and travel trailer. The “trail” is a very narrow path that is not mowed. Wear long pants and insect repellent. The path to the small pond with the interesting rock formations goes to the river first, and then it goes to the pond. The pond has a thick layer of algae and some trash. Some of the rocks have graffiti. All in all the preserve was a disappointment.

Stopped in on a Sunday morning around 10:30ish and had to wait 7ish minutes before we were seated. But that gave us time to figure out what we wanted to order. Coffee was strong, table clean, and fast service. Ordered chicken fried steak and they had it on the table in under 10 minutes. I can’t find anything to complain about the place. Will be back if we are in the area.

What an incredible find for Sunday brunch!! The server was amazing! Highly recommend asking for a side of peanut butter fluff to dip your toast in- creative and delicious! The biscuits and gravy were top notch. Very full flavored and if you like a bit of sage in your sausage gravy this is the one to hit. The hollandaise sauce is definitely made from scratch and not from a packet. Velvety smooth And don't miss out on a milkshake perfect for sharing and they will split the extra into a second goblet Don't ignore the hype. It's really amazing!

Great service. Had to wait 15-20 minutes to be seated Parking is hard to find. Pancakes with added banana Corned beef hash plate. Asked for over medium eggs got well-done eggs. No running yoke.

In town for a day trip and this is a must stop. Cute diner downtown. Your classic diner. Walk in and welcomed by a big simple and very friendly staff. Sat down right away. Ended up having the Thursday special, homemade chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat. Amazing.

I got the bacon mac 'n cheese with chicken. The noodles tasted fine, but seemed like they definitely weren't fresh; like noodles that had been out for a while already. Still, the food was good and the service acceptable. A nice little treat in downtown Sioux Falls.

I really loved the atmosphere here. It definitely has the old time diner atmosphere right in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls. They even have a counter service. We had the chicken fried steak and eggs and the "spicy G" burger. Both were good. Service was friendly.

Sat at the bar, in town for work so it was just myself. The service was fantastic!!! They did a great job making their rounds with the meats and other foods. The restaurant was fairly busy, which was a bit odd for a week day. I would have thought it would be a little more empty on a weekday evening, but parking and seating was no issue at all. I will definitely be back when I come into town for work next time!!

One of mine and my spouses date spots. Meat is always so good. Dessert is also very good. Salad bar is tasty. Creme brulee is the picture I've shared. Only thing I would say is I would have the host seat you along the wall anywhere... As service tends to get to you every time where as they don't using circle back to the open tables because they lost track of which table they have been to. I know from being seated in both areas.

I had such a wonderful experience at Carnaval Brazilian Grill! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. I was served by Pepe, who was very attentive and provided excellent service throughout the night. To make the evening even more special, I was surprised with a complimentary dessert — a perfect, flan that was simply amazing. Everything from the flavors to the service made this visit unforgettable. Highly recommend this churrascaria to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable Brazilian dining experience in Sioux Falls!

Wow this place was amazing in every way. We've been to similar places like Fogo and rodizios but this was spectacular. The decor was whimsical, unique, and felt magical. The servers were friendly and extremely attentive. The food was delicious and unique. The cinnamon on the grilled pineapple, wow. And I've never seen shrimp or brisket which were great included gaucho items. I had the pineapple mint limeade for a beverage and creme brulee for dessert. Everything was so good!

Absolutely loved everything about the Brazilian, and a 10 out of 10 to every staff member on the team , they are so friendly service is great everything was perfect thank you for making my Husband's Birthday memorable .. highly recommend 👌

Super disappointed in the visit last night, was seated and said they had prime rib and that you would just have to ask for it, we asked multiple people 4 to be exact, nothing came to our table, I was served chicken wrapped and bacon and when I cut into it it was undercooked, I showed the meat server and he is like give it back to me, no apology or word from manager. Then to top it’s off the mashed potatoes were cold, and once we were all finished with our sub standard meal they brought a huge brisket out and started serving it, we were never told this was an option and they had already taken our plates away. We sat there a little bit conversing, and were approached 5 times to see if we were done with our meal, like they were trying to push us out the door, this used to be one of my favorite places, and I will not be returning do to the experience I had last night, literally felt like it was a huge waste of money.

On a business trip I found a Hidden gem. Breakfast croissant was the best croissant this Montrealer has had. Delicate and perfect mix of bacon and eggs on the inside without it being wet and soggy surrounded by a generous flaky and buttery croissant. Bought extra patisseries to go and A case of the macaroons for my clients who were thrilled. Happy day!

Everything at CH Pâtisserie was absolutely wonderful. All the pastries were fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor — you can really tell that care and skill go into every item. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy something sweet. The coffee was excellent too — rich, smooth, and a great complement to the desserts. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. There’s a great variety of pastries to choose from, and each one feels like a small work of art. I’ll definitely be coming back — this place is a true gem in downtown Sioux Falls!

Amazing pastries! We tried a few different ones as well as a chai latte and everything was perfection. The strawberry cheesecake croissant had perfect lamination and texture, even with the delicious creamy filling. Wish we could eat here everyday!

Clean and lovely facility, welcoming staff. Croissant and Koign Amman were lovely. Pastry game on point, but coffee not so much. Cappuccino had a very lovely elaborate design on it but was not even hot when I got it - sub-par. Also, just as an aside, they need to switch the water cups they offer inside to glass. Plastic is so wasteful and not French at all. Up the coffee game, and this place would rock even though it’s pricey-5 dollars for a plain croissant.

CH Patisserie makes beautiful, delicious desserts and I usually love coming here. On this visit, though, the experience felt a little off. We ordered 2 gift boxes of macarons and 2 brownies. The macarons were packaged nicely in their gift boxes for an extra $2 per a gift box, but we weren’t offered a bag to carry them in. The brownies, on the other hand, weren’t packaged at all. They were just placed directly into the to-go bag. Honestly, kind of gross. For the prices charged, I’d expect proper packaging, especially since they used to be so thoughtful about presentation. A flimsy paper bag doesn’t hold up well (and with the butter content in those brownies, it could’ve soaked through easily). Packaging might seem like a small thing, but it really matters when you’re paying for a premium experience. The desserts are still delicious, but I hope they return to packaging items with more care.

I was a bit disappointed coming here because there wasn’t much left to choose from even though it was only 1:30 on a Sunday and it says they are open till 4. I guess if there is anything specific that you want you have to get there early. Unfortunately I was just driving through Sioux Falls on my way to another destination so I wasn’t able to get there any earlier :( the items that I did get were very good though!

I tried the macaron, tiramisu, choc dream, strawberry&cheesecake croissaint and honestly did not have a bad bite! Came two consecutive days and bumped into the pastry chef in the morning. Super polite gentleman :) His desserts r not too sweet but very well made and presentation is great.

This place was amazing!! A little daunting at first because as soon as you walk in the door the hustle and bustle caught me off guard and there was a wrap around line to order food. But I had a lovely chat with the couple waiting behind me and got to meet their dog Vinny. Once we were seated the food came out almost immediately and we had a group of 5! The coffee was great and I ordered the steak breakfast burrito. Awesome service and loved the outdoor seating. Five stars!

What a great surprise this was. I had heard the place was good, but was still blown away. It is a counter service restaurant which is a negative for some people. Sometimes ordering somewhere for the first time is a crapshoot but I felt like we nailed it with the Breakfast Flatbtead, caramel roll and side of hashbrowns all of which were amazing. The only negatives are the wait can be a bit long and the lattes were outrageously hot.

The menu has a wide selection of items and everything I've ordered so far has been good. The tomato basil soup was more like a paste and had garlic chunks in it, which is not my style. I kept finding really hard seeds in the crutons that literally could do tooth damage and are not safe for those with IBS issues, so maybe skip the crutons until they change that up. The eggs benedict with bacon was amazing, salads are fresh, dessert bars are good. The staff are all great and keep the place clean. I'll definitely be back to keep trying things on the menu. The atmosphere here is bright and cheery, they are always packed at lunchtime and dog friendly.

This was a great place to have a quick bite! Super speedy and super great service, the staff were exceptional. There is plenty of seating inside and even had some tables open outside. I did the build your own platter for a simple, light breakfast. They also have their own homemade pastries and treats that looked delightful! Definitely worth coming here again!

I was looking for an early morning breakfast before catching the sunrise in Sioux Falls. Fortunately Josiah’s opens at 6:30am! I got the Blackened Salmon Omelet with a side of fruit & a Honey Spiced Matcha Latte (autumn special). WOW~ the omelette was HUGE & absolutely delicious, the fruit included strawberries, sweet pineapple & juicy red grapes. 😋 the matcha latte was sweet and really yummy too! Thanks so much for the cute vibes and delicious breakfast!

Atmosphere and vibe, this is a warm and cozy breakfast spot. Self service ordering at counter and you seat yourself. Food is amazing, I had the Carmelized onion,bacon and gouda omelet. They have a wide variety of fresh baked sweets and gluten-free options as well.

This was one of the worst lattes I've ever had. There's no way someone can screw up a latte this bad ! The taste was weird, and there was no coffee flavor at all. It felt overly milky and strange. On the other side, the caramel roll was good. But based on the coffee, it's hard for me to give this place more than 2 stars.
