You have seatings inside or outside, but it could get a bit chilly when the Sun is not out. Probably much warmer in the Summer which is a few weeks away… We ordered a latte, 2 hot chocolate (submarino which is way better than the regular hot chocolate made with powder!), an apple crumble, a medialuna and 2 medialunas with ham and cheese. My favorite is definitely the “submarino” which you should try while in town. The service was standard, however the downside of this place is the acoustics… not over crowded, but real noisy! Not very pleasant to have to raise your voice to chat with your friends or family. There are (poor quality) pictures of the construction of the tower and some old artefacts to view. There isn't much else to do in Mar del Plata apart from beach and shopping, so a welcome break.

A lovely square and park in Mar del Plata that sees liveliness throughout the day and even night. The park is filled with benches and walkways so people can either rest or have a long stroll through the park. The vibe is pretty nice and I spent a few hours just enjoying the weather. The park is full of people with dogs, people just passing through, having a few drinks and just hanging out with each other. I felt very safe by myself and had no problem at all.

It is a pleasant area to walk your dog or just sitting to enjoy the Sun or being outdoor. It is right across from the Grand Casino and right on the other side you can walk along the beaches which span over several kilometers. We are here for the second time and we enjoy it as much as the first time. Although it could be a bit noisy since there are a lot of visitors, and many are coming from all over Argentina as well as foreigners coming in the Summertime. There is also a merry go around for kids at one of the corners of the Plaza.

We visited the Fallas Valencianas exhibit. There was a place where typical Buñuelos (fried cakes) were served. Very kind people. They hold this event yearly, they are descendants of original immigrants.
