1Grand Hotel Terme

Grand Hotel Terme is a refined lakefront hotel located in Sirmione, Italy. It offers genteel rooms and suites, a full-service spa, and a sophisticated eatery. The hotel provides stunning views of Lake Garda from its rooms and poolside area. Guests can enjoy the private spa's Sala Relax with a fireplace, lounge chairs, herbal-tea corner, and direct access to the outdoor thermal pool.
We spent a week in this fabulous hotel, travelling with our two dogs. The suite with view on the lake was spatious and comfortable. The warm pool outdoors has a great view on the lake and the mountains. The treatments and massages were excellent. We also enjoyed a gourmet dinner at the restaurant of the hotel. The service was outstanding. One of our dogs was unable to walk from day 3 due to illness and the staff went out of their way to assist. We loved this holiday and will definitely come back.

Almost perfection. Kind service and helpful staff. Great location. The newly renovated junior suite is exquisite. The lake-side tranquility is unforgettable. The pool is relaxing. The food is nice.

This is a lovely hotel - it is certainly expensive (by my standards) but we visited for a special treat and it was well worth it. The staff were wonderful, the rooms beautiful and the location is second to none. Eating breakfast on the terrace with a view of the lake was amazing, and the thermal pool a real treat. Right next to the historic centre of Sirmione with stunning views of the castle.

Prime Location, But Not Quite 5-Star Service Our three-night stay in Sirmione this June was a mixed experience. I'll share the highlights first, then some challenges, and finally the more significant issues we encountered. The Good -The location is truly unbeatable! Being right in the center of Sirmione with those gorgeous lake views is absolutely worth mentioning. The property offers onsite parking, bike rental, and the spa facilities are decent. The real standout was the restaurant team, the waitresses and waiters - every single staff member provided A+ service with genuine warmth and professionalism. They deserve special recognition for maintaining such high standards! The Not-So-Good A few things fell short of our expectations, especially considering our $850+ nightly rate. The Aqua Termale's sulfur smell greets you upon entering, which isn't the most welcoming first impression. Perhaps some aromatic solutions in the lobby would help? The bug situation was particularly disappointing. While I understand lakefront properties attract insects, the pool area needed much better maintenance. Finding dead bugs on chairs, umbrellas, windows and shaded areas day after day made relaxing outdoors less appealing. Daily cleaning of these areas seems like a reasonable expectation. Some sections of the pool had visible mold - something I wouldn't expect at this price point. Oh, and a friendly suggestion to the chef: the paccheri dish might need some reconsideration! The Challenging Part We booked a lake view suite (though it was really just a room with a sofa) with modern furnishings and a balcony. Unfortunately, the bug situation prevented us from enjoying the balcony at all, despite paying extra for this feature. There was even a notice on the sliding door warning against opening it due to bugs. On our final night, after returning from dinner, we discovered over 30 bugs on our ceiling despite never having opened the balcony door. When we went to reception (after unanswered calls), the front desk attendant immediately accused us of opening the door before we could even explain our situation. After a rather unpleasant conversation, we were moved to a significantly lower-quality room without lake views or updated furnishings - yet still at our original premium rate. The next day, the manager was unavailable, and we received only a spa gift as compensation. No rate adjustment was offered for the downgrade and the bad experience. Final Thoughts If you're considering this hotel, the location truly is spectacular and the restaurant team provides excellent service. Just adjust your expectations - while you'll pay 5-star prices, the overall experience doesn't quite match traditional 5-star standards. The restaurant staff deserve a raise as they're carrying much of the positive experience on their shoulders!

The Hotel is located just in the heart of Sirmione, Lake Garda. It is surrounded by the lake due to its exceptional location. The old city walls are just steps aways but the property is isolated by a garden so beautiful that you don’t notice the crowed city. The building is absolutely stunning! The decor (mixed of art deco and old money castle) is perfect. The rooms are spacious and details such as fine linen sheets and linen hand towels are just other level. The restaurant is fantastic!! To have breakfast overlooking the lake and then go to an old wooden boat lake cruise, have a thermal water swimming in the hotel pool, or an Aperol sunset on the hotel deck is what I call a perfect day end. The hotel personnel is highly trained to make you stay at home. Sirmione is a high end village perfect for a romantic stay or to enjoy with the family.

Amazing Hotel close to the old town and Shopping area. The service is great, all the employees are friendly and offer their help even If you don't ask. At breakfast you'll get a huge variety of food, the bar serves delicious cocktails, the view from the sunbeds is amazing.

now i didn't stay there to be honest , i this it's way expensive for my budget , but i saw people taking some pictures in front of the door so i told myself to do the same ! however i saw the pictures on Google maps and it seems nice to me . only a few steps away from the great Sirmione castle .there is a market few minutes away , cafés , restaurants and so many luxurious shops . so guys in the Grand hotel terme if you offering a free place to stay let me know 😂 #Sirmione #lake #grand hotel terme #Hotel

Great experience marred by awful wifi signal in rooms and most of hotel. This is unacceptable in this day and age. edit: I’d like to add that if you don’t care about the wifi signal in your room then it’s one of the best places to stay in Sirmione. It’s right at the entrance of the fort/town without being stuck in the crowds and its private lakefront position is epic. I see the hotel responded to my comment and I will admit I did not complain (too busy to bother and I had mobile) but I will also say that its strange that I was unlucky enough to be in a room with weak wifi and, even so, this kind of thing should be checked ahead of any guests commenting. But again I liked that we stayed here instead of our first choice (Villa Cortine) that was fully booked.

2Villa Cortine

Villa Cortine is a charming seasonal hotel located in a 19th-century venue, offering refined rooms and suites. Nestled atop a hill with stunning views of the serene lake, this vintage residence has been transformed into a modern hotel that provides captivating surroundings, refined services, and timeless hospitality. Surrounded by lush greenery and a centuries-old park, it invites guests to immerse themselves in beauty and experience an unforgettable stay.
The rooms, the grounds and the facilities are all extremely well looked after. The food, of a very high quality and well priced considering the competition in the town below. However what really sets this hotel apart from so many other 5stars is the staff. The staff are excellent! On the second day of our stay, my wife needed to go to the hospital, the staff kicked in to make sure we got there and back safely. They looked after us extremely well. I would highly recommend this hotel!
Matt H — Google review
The rating takes into account the cost of the hotel along with the expectation I had for the stay. The positives of the hotel: the grounds and hotel itself are amazing, the breakfast and setting is definitely 10/10, and the jetty by the lake was stunning. The negatives: the service was very disappointing from start to finish, they were massively understaffed and we had to wait every morning for at least 5 minutes to order a coffee and the staff were never to be seen again to order anything else, we paid for a lake view for our honeymoon which we did not get. There is no gym which you would expect from a 5 star hotel, the rooms have very poor sound proofing as we could hear other guests use the bathroom, the WIFI is virtually non existent! We have just moved across the lake to another hotel and the service has been twice as good and the hotel is cheaper in cost.

We have just stayed here a week with our family of 5, having come back for the second year we were beyond impressed. The staff were beyond excellent, all of them individually great, attentive, smiley and engaging. They really made our stay here excellent. The food and drinks are great, whatever restaurant you are in, whatever time of day you will always be satisfied. We will be coming back next year for the third time running if we are able too! Thank you to all the lovely Villa Cortine staff :)
Lili N — Google review
Well what can I say, a fantastic location and an utterly beautiful building. A pretty pool area, beautiful grounds and private pier where you can sit in the sun and swim in the lake. It’s a short stroll into the village through the gardens. The sunsets and views…..WOW! What lets it down? The rooms need carpets. The soundproofing is awful. You can hear people in rooms next door coughing, talking, moving around, banging their wardrobe doors, scraping chairs along the floor, flushing the toilet and having a shower. The staff are attentive and very friendly. But, the hotel needs to sort out its delivery area. In the early hours of the morning you’re woken by banging and crashing of deliveries, moving crates on wheels around on the tail lift on the truck, right underneath your balcony and goes on for about an hour. It’s so loud with or without the door open. It’s not a relaxing environment at all and when you have half a dozen guest staying, why put them all next to each other so they are disturbed? Madness. So you’re woken late at night when the other guests go to bed and then woken early by deliveries. Carpeting in the halls and bedrooms are 100% required, along with soundproofing and either change the time or location of your deliveries, to make this a worthwhile stay. Otherwise I’d suggest giving it a miss as the good points do not make up for tiredness and exhaustion through nights and early mornings of disturbed sleep.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it was an absolute dream. The grounds are gorgeous, the food is unique and delicious and the room was clean and spacious. My only very minor complaint is that I wish the service was a little better by the beach to order snacks & drinks. Highly recommend.
Erica B — Google review
From the moment we arrived today the service has been fantastic, food and drinks are lovely, beautiful facilities, large pool, jacuzzi, private dock area and private path strait into town. We were greeted by Osama who has been incredibly kind and such a credit to the hotel! We will definitely be returning!!

What an exceptional experience from start to finish this place is very private the grounds and the entire facility are very well cared for the STAFF is amazing everyone you interact with is so willing and happy to help take care of any and all your needs. Drinks food & wine selection were all great and did i forget to mention the service. If you are planning a trip in which u want nothing to worry about once you arrive this is your place.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Villa Cortine. The location near town was great - close walking distance to the Old Town. The grounds and the rooms were well equipped with a private dock for guests and balconies overlooking the lake. The food was very good and the service was spectacular. We would absolutely stay here again if we found ourselves in Lake Garda

Hotel Ocelle Thermae & Spa is a stylish lakefront hotel in Sirmione, offering polished rooms and suites, a restaurant, bar, and outdoor pool. The hotel's prime location puts guests within walking distance of Scaliger Castle and Church of Santa Maria della Neve. The spa offers an array of treatments including massages, body treatments, and facials. Guests can also enjoy the 2 outdoor swimming pools and private beach.
We had a wonderful week here. We really enjoyed the thermal sulphur pool, which was lovely to sit in and watch the rain. The wellness centre was also well used by us, with the different saunas, steam rooms and herbal tea station. The rooms were great quality, however we wish there was more space to hang towels or at least a clothes horse as we were swimming a lot and had nowhere to dry our towels. Staff were amazing and so helpful in giving us restaurant recommendations. The free bikes were also a great addition, being as the public transport is unreliable it was a great alternative to taxis. Would absolutely stay here again.
Georgina D — Google review
What a fantastic place! Welcoming, personable, helpful, friendly. If you need a ride to get to the places around the lake, or to the train station, just ask the front desk. We had a great time here. Our lake front room made our stay even more special. The location is very strategic. It is only within few minutes away from the castle, old town, historic landmarks, and a choice of excellent restaurants. Breakfast was included and was great with nice selection of food and drinks, including bubbles, in case you want to start early. Wine and deli shops nearby add to the total enjoyment. Big thanks to Ocelle!

We’ve just come back from an absolutely exquisite stay here. The hotel is stunning, small but caters for everything you need. The food is fantastic and the services are perfect. The best thing about this place though is the staff. Absolutely everyone was wonderful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. They were the perfect balance of attentive but gave you space so you knew you could just ask for anything when you needed it. I’ve never experienced a true ‘home away from home’ feel in a hotel until I stayed here - I can’t recommend it enough. We loved it so much we are booking to come back in the cooler months!
Holly — Google review
Stayed here for part of our honeymoon and are very glad that we did. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and always go the extra mile to make sure that you are having the best time possible. The swimming pools are great, especially the thermal pool, which is great to relax in during the evening. The wellness centre has 2 saunas, a steam room, a salt room, a massage centre, and an abundance of areas to just sit and relax. I honestly couldn't fault the stay. We will be back. Also, what an incredible outlook over the lake.
Joshua D — Google review
We spent 5 nights at this hotel and booked directly through their website, which offered a great deal with one night free. The location is ideal: just outside the Sirmione castle and it's about a 10-minute, very pleasant walk to the town center. We stayed in a junior suite with a lakefront view, and the room was very spacious and clean. The hotel has nice spa facilities, including a sulphur thermal pool, which does give the entire hotel a noticeable sulphur scent but it's expected with natural thermal water. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and all the in-room amenities were well thought out. The staff were friendly, professional, and always welcoming with a smile. I would definitely stay here again. A couple of small suggestions: The shower room door doesn’t seal tightly, which causes some water to leak onto the bathroom floor so it may need some additional sealer at the bottom of the door. Also it would be helpful to have a towel hook or rack closer to the shower area, so guests don’t have to walk across the bathroom while wet to reach a towel.
May K — Google review
We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Ocelle Thermae & Spa. The hotel is in a beautiful location on the lake. The rooms are updated and clean, and the spa pools were relaxing. The best part was the hotel staff, who were all incredibly helpful and friendly during our stay!
Breanna Z — Google review
Amazing Boutique Hotel ! The staff couldn't have been more welcoming, even before we had arrived they were messaging to ensure we had the best start to our honeymoon. Suite rooms get reserved sun loungers on the pier which is a really nice touch. Spa facilities were always immaculate and very relaxing. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for an amazing visit.
Rich C — Google review
We stayed for four nights and didn’t want to leave! The location on the lake front was perfect and we were lucky enough to have booked a room with a lake view balcony where we wiled away the afternoons listening to the waves. The proximity to the old town was perfect - close enough to be able to walk to the town easily but away from the swathes of tourists! The breakfasts were good and they offered a light dinner menu which was also nice. The restaurant staff were great and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Vinci Sirmione **** is a laid-back hotel located in Sirmione, just 750 meters from Sirmione Public Beach. The hotel offers understated rooms with amenities such as flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, spa facilities, and a garden on-site. The hotel's convenient location allows easy access to popular attractions like Sirmione Castle and Jamaica Beach.
Hotel Vinci in Sirmione exceeded all our expectations. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The amenities were top-notch - we especially loved the stunning view of the lake and the beautiful pool area. Everything was impeccably clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the charm of Sirmione. Highly recommend!

Driving from Spain to Hungary, we stopped in the beautiful town of Sirmione and decided to spend the night. Hotel Vinci turned out to be an excellent choice — the gentleman at reception, the room, and the breakfast were all first-class. The hotel is also perfectly located, just a short walk from the historic town centre. We’d love to return one day.
Robert D — Google review
We absolutely loved our time at the hotel and being looked after by what felt like our ‘hotel family’ with Giuseppe and the team, the rooms were spectacular and loved our lake view, breakfast was great and it was such a relaxing vibe after Venice and Verona, great location for a trip into Verona too. Will definitely return.
Jon H — Google review
Hotel Vinci is incredible! The service and food are impeccable. Breakfast buffet has an overload of great options. Staff will take your order while you're in the pool. Everyone is extremely welcoming and kind. I read an earlier review bad mouthing rooms 001, 002, 003 on the ground floor. I completely disagree, we had room 001, it was very large, has a huge patio and extremely convenient to go to pool and breakfast. Hotel Vinci 10/10!!
Kellie B — Google review
Here's my reply to the hotel: It's pretty clear you guys don't even realize your own problems. Seriously, accusing us of honking nonstop and yelling at the bus driver? Where's your proof? Got any footage? When we first arrived, the bus was already blocking the entrance and we had to drive off and circle back. We only gave a quick honk, the bus driver was the only one shouting. Okay, you call this room "G floor" but the lighting and location are basically basement level. And claiming I left a random Google review after a week? Ask Google - I posted it ages ago. BTW, you even got my last name wrong. Heads up everyone: if you want a nice, comfortable vacation with family or friends, skip this place. They clearly only care about big tour groups that bring in more money. -------- It was a very bad experience. It can be said to be the worst hotel during our stay in northern Italy, and it's still a four-star hotel. We drove here and were blocked at the entrance of the parking lot by a tourist bus for over 10minutes. There was only a tour group of about 5or6 people getting off the bus very slowly. The bus driver was extremely rude. We smiled and politely asked him to let us pass, but he was very impatient and refused, and continued to block the entrance. When he left, he deliberately reversed the car to try to force us back. The hotel staff saw this but did nothing. It was obvious that they were fully devoted to serving the tour group. Of course, no one helped us carry our luggage (but someone was serving the tour group). then we waited at the front desk for another 5minutes. The previous guest was still leisurely making a phone call at the front desk, and the hotel staff, with a blank expression, told us to wait. Then he continued to process our check-in with the same blank expression. then we were informed that there was only the last room available, which was just like a basement, dark, with no view, and the terrace faced the opposite house, overgrown with weeds and full of bugs, impossible to keep the door open for long. Surprisingly, the staff didn't feel sorry for this at all and said matter-of-factly, "Yes, it's the last room and can't be changed." It was really great. We spent the money of a 4-star hotel, about 220 euros, but got a 0-star experience, service and room.
V Z — Google review
Great location close to city center. Pool and outdoor area were very nice and breakfast was good. Room was very small and just average - the bed was extremely hard. Not sure if it is quite worth the price.

This Hotel was the perfect first stop on our two-week vacation in Italy! Our room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with a walk-in shower and a balcony offering stunning views of Lake Garda. The breakfast spread was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and full of variety. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always on point, making our 3-day stay truly relaxing and memorable. Highly recommend this beautiful, well-run hotel!

Nestled at the picturesque end of Sirmione's peninsula, Hotel Continental Thermae & Spa offers a serene lakeside retreat that perfectly blends luxury and relaxation. Guests can indulge in complimentary breakfast before exploring nearby attractions like the Center Aquaria Spa and Scaliger Castle, both just a short stroll away. The hotel boasts an inviting outdoor pool, a tranquil garden area with hydromassage features, and an exquisite wellness center complete with sauna and steam bath facilities.
Any reviewer that gave this place less than 5 stars drinking something stronger than an Expresso. This place is absolutely one of THE best hotels ever. It's on a lake that came right out of a movie, the pool area is immaculate and serene. The staff is helpful and accommodating beyond measure. The rooms are spotless. The views unrivaled. Been here twice and plan on coming back again. If you're looking for luxury without the pretense, serenity without silence, and service that actually means something, this is your spot. It’s not just a hotel—it’s an experience. And once you’ve been, anything else feels second-rate. Perfectly located—close to everything yet tucked away just enough to feel like your own private escape. Five stars across the board.

We actually loved the hotel itself but found the staff to be SO rude. We had multiple bad encounters. Overall they were just unfriendly, particularly the front desk staff. When I asked if they could call our car service for us to confirm the pickup time they said no because it wasn’t their service. The morning of our checkout, the car service to the airport was at 7:15AM and they would not let us checkout because apparently checkout doesn’t open until 7:30AM. We asked to use their phone (ours were not working) so we could call to confirm our ride and he said “No, not until 7:30”. They all seemed to have an attitude towards us, we are American so maybe that is why. Even the masseuse and the bartender were unfriendly. It was a disappointing way to end our trip especially because we had wonderful hospitality everywhere else we went. I will say the hotel itself was great. It has beautiful views and great spa amenities. The cleaning staff was great! My massage was just okay but my friend got a facial and loved it. I personally wouldn’t go back because of the bad service, but if that doesn’t bother you, check it out.

This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is amazing. The spa is very useful when the weather is not so good.

Hands down one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The location was just excellent, a few minute walk to the shops and restaurants. The service was one of best we have ever experienced. Every morning we got to experience delicious breakfast with a beautiful view. Everything was just great, but the pool has to be at the top of it all, along with the jacuzzi and many sunbeads overlooking the Garda Lake. Overall, a very special and unforgetable stay.

This hotel was a dream! We were on my birthday trip so they upgraded our room. beautiful hotel, beautiful room, beautiful pool, beautiful view. excellent service and great food at the restaurant. will definitely be coming back.

The hotel advertises as a 4 star; however, the rooms are quite dated. The bathrooms are not spa hotel quality. They look like a budget quality bathroom. The breakfast was also not 4 star quality. There were sliced hot dogs for the hot selection, along with undercooked scrambled eggs and undercooked bacon. Most of the fruit was canned. Very disappointed considering the high price per night.

I loved the AQVA boutique. It was in the perfect location & so relaxing. You can use the hotel cruiser bikes or walk to town. It’s a short and lovely walk to the castle. We especially loved sitting lakeside next to the pool. We saw plenty wildlife in the lake - swans, otters, and even a snake! Boats can come pick you up dock side for a sunset cruise. The included breakfast was fresh & delicious, not a typical continental breakfast. Menu wise, the bruschettas were incredible, the juice was fresh, and the many spritz perfect! I cannot wait to come back. Little slice of heaven.

We had a wonderful stay at Aqva Hotel with our friends and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the experience was warm, relaxing, and memorable. The location is unbeatable—right on the edge of Lake Garda with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere, yet just a short walk from the historic center of Sirmione. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Everything was beautifully prepared, fresh, and served with care. It was the perfect way to start each day, enjoying delicious food while overlooking the lake. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the outstanding service. Every staff member was attentive and welcoming, but a special mention must go to Bettina, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Her warmth, professionalism, and personal touches made us feel truly at home. She gave us amazing recommendations on where to visit, eat and even park! Aqva Hotel is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and genuine hospitality. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Very nice hôtel, the staff is great, the view, the pool, the position directly on the lake are amazing. Also you feel a tranquility that I never felt before in a hôtel. The breakfast was very good and fresh. Maybe a real fresh made orange juice would have been better. The room was kind of small, and after 23h00 you couldn't get a bottle of water since I didn't have in the mini bar. But no problémo, the one from the fosset was fine. Thank you

If you’re considering a stay in Sirmione, stop searching and book Hotel Aqva – you won’t regret it. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a team that genuinely cares about every guest. The staff at Hotel Aqva go above and beyond to make your stay feel personal, relaxed, and memorable – it’s rare to find service this thoughtful. The hotel’s location is unbeatable – right on the edge of Lake Garda, with breathtaking views and just a short stroll from the charming historic center. Mornings at Hotel Aqva are something special: imagine enjoying a fresh, delicious breakfast with the lake right in front of you – it’s the kind of peaceful moment you don’t forget. We especially want to give a shout-out to the amazing staff – your warmth and attention to detail made us feel like more than just guests. You turned a great stay into a truly memorable one. If you’re looking for comfort, elegance, and a true sense of relaxation, Hotel Aqva is the place. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning our return.

Amazing stay at Aqva Boutique! Hotel is perfectly situated from the old town of Sirmione (around a 10 min stroll). Brilliant food, clean modern room (with a homely vibe), helpful and friendly staff and perfect views of Lake Garda. Sunbathing on the jetty out to the lake was delightful! Really enjoyed our stay here and would 100% recommend!

Wonderful place! Beautiful views, delicious food and drink, and great staff. Loved the room and the outdoor spaces on the lake. Probably the best breakfast we had on our trip. Good location because it’s walking distance to town center but not too crowded. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved our time at Aqva! Perfect location to explore Lake Garda. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was fantastic and communication was very good. We stayed in the junior suite with a partial lake view and I would’ve either opted for an upgrade to a complete lake view or not bothered with the upgrade to partial lake view. Would absolutely come back!

Hotel Sirmione e Promessi Sposi is a refined lakeside hotel located in the historical district of Sirmione, offering easy access to attractions like Scaliger Castle and Church of Santa Maria della Neve. The hotel features a full-service spa where guests can indulge in massages, body treatments, and facials, as well as recreational amenities including indoor and outdoor pools.
Location location location. This one ticks the boxes. Just inside the bridge onto the island it is right next to the shops, bars and restaurants and next to the ferry pier. Everything is a very short walk. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the water and ferry pier. Well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is old and classic historic in some ways and a little tired in others. The only negative was the AC in the room did not cope with an early June heat. We set it to 19 but the room never got below 23 making it difficult to sleep at night. You can’t have the windows open as there are loads of flying insects hanging around. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay here, right on the water. The rooms were small but that’s to be expected with this location. Loved the breakfasts. Lots of fresh choices. The pastries were delightful! We also loved the thermal pool and spa. Next time I’d come off season. Too many people in Sirmione in the summer!

Back the second time from a year ago. Love it here. Rooms are quite nice and location can’t be beat. We had a lake porch room this time. AC struggled a bit in the room although it was unseasonably hot for this time of year. Restaurant food quality is decent; could be a little better but staff is awesome.

Very nice hotel with a super comfortable bed and great services — we even stayed an extra night because it was so special. The spa was good too, and we really appreciated having parking included along with the convenient shuttle service.

I visited in June, and we did not stay in a lake-view room. Overall, the facilities were quite old and worn. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. However, the soundproofing was really poor, so we could hear a lot of noise from outside. The elevator was small and cramped. The spa is located outdoors, and there were quite a few flies around. The sauna has both wet and dry options but is quite small in size. Parking requires a reservation, but the service from the affiliated parking company was good. The hotel shuttle cart takes about 5 minutes to reach the parking area.

Waited 45 minutes for a bottle of wine. Chased it up TWICE. never arrived. No apologies. Inu I think her name was, was incredibly rude and offered to cancel the order when the wine was chased up. All in all quite a bad experience. Would not recommend

Villa Pioppi Hotel is a charming lakeside retreat located in an early 20th-century villa in Sirmione, boasting a 2-hectare park with a sun terrace and panoramic pool. The elegant seven-room villa offers spacious accommodations with simple yet tasteful decor, some featuring private balconies and lake views. Guests can enjoy the on-site snack bar and nearby dining options while taking advantage of amenities such as free Wi-Fi, private beach access, and an outdoor pool.
Villa Pioppi is located in a beautiful spot right next to the lake, you can dine right in front of it,or even swim in the water. The villa itself was a pleasant surprise. The service and staff was very kind and always smiling, the breakfast was high quality and the coffee was authentically Italian. We were happy with our room as well,it was spacious and clean. The hotel itself is not far from the historic center (1,5 km to the castle). All around we had a great time Hope to visit again soon.

It was a birthday dinner for my brother in law. So we didn’t stay at the hotel but we only used the restaurant. Definitely this is a wonderful location. The service was accordingly to the location. We had a Tuna Tartare, 2 polipo with Greek olives, potatos and pomodorini, Burrata with Pata Negra ham, as appetizer, accompanied by Hugo cocktails for everyone. Some of us continued with a grilled branzino meanwhile others opted for pasta. One carbonara, one tagliolini allo scoglio and one with red shrimps. My daughter had an hamburger with chips. Everyone has been very enthusiastic in describing the taste and the presentation of their dishes. The only negative note was a couple with two children exactly behind us that never stopped smoking for almost 2 hours. I strongly suggest to the management to create a separate area so that everyone has exactly what they pay for and I say this with a smile. Thanks for the beautiful night.

Avoid this place at all costs. The room was infested with ants, had dead bugs on the ceiling, peeling walls, and was overall filthy with someone’s old sock on the shelf - visible right away. The shower leaked, the sink was clogged, and even basic amenities like tissues were missing. Old AC that is working so loud it’s impossible to rest in the room. Balcony furniture was dirty and unusable. We were offered another room after complaining, but it was clear the hotel had no cleanliness standards. We had to leave and book another place. To make it worse, they marked us as a “no-show” and refused a refund.

We hosted our wedding reception at Hotel Villa Pioppi, and it was truly a dream come true. From the breathtaking lakefront setting to the exceptional service, everything was perfect. Federico was an incredible support throughout the entire planning process and during the reception itself. He was professional, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our day was seamless. His attentiveness and calm presence made all the difference. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. With Lake Garda as the backdrop, we were treated to the most romantic sunset that felt straight out of a movie. Our guests enjoyed the beautiful views while dining on the terrace, which was set up perfectly to allow space for both dinner and dancing. The layout created such a warm, celebratory atmosphere. The hotel carries such a charming and authentic touch, with beautifully updated rooms that are spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and thankfully nice and cool during one of the hottest summers! The food was fantastic… fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Federico and the entire staff were incredibly attentive and allowed us to use multiple areas of the outdoor space for our cake, special moments, and photography. One of our favorite details was the private dock just off the deck, which made for unforgettable evening photos by the water. Villa Pioppi exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a magical venue with impeccable service, unforgettable views, and charming accommodations, this is the place. I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant for any event!

Hotel Eden in Sirmione is a stylish hotel with a bar, terrace, and stunning lake views. It offers a breakfast buffet for guests. Centrally located, it's just steps away from Scaliger Castle and Church of Santa Maria della Neve. The hotel provides amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access, concierge services, and room service during limited hours. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful views from the terrace and garden.
My boyfriend and I visited Lake Garda for the first time this year. We made a mistake and arrived at Hotel Eden Sirmione when we in fact had booked a different Hotel Eden over an hour drive away. As it was late in the evening the staff in Hotel Eden Sirmione did everything they could for us and provided us with accommodation for the duration of our stay which was such a relief. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The location, food and service was superb.

We spent 14 wonderful days at Hotel Eden, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location is absolutely perfect – right on the lake and in the heart of Sirmione’s charming old town. Despite being so central, the hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Everything is spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff deserve special praise – always friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a good selection of fresh and delicious options. Hotel Eden is not only ideal for a short stop, but also perfectly suited for a longer holiday. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team.

We stayed five nights at Hotel Eden. It’s a perfect spot, not only to stay, but also to explore the other towns on Lake Garda. Sirmione with its narrow streets and medieval feel is magical. It was a perfect homebase for us. The staff here is very customer focused. It seems like no matter what we needed. They were there to help. They even helped with a rental car reservation that we had in a neighboring town. Everyone from the front desk clerks, bar staff, breakfast crew and room service did an outstanding job. Our 3rd floor room was clean and spacious and overlooked the lake. We could sit on the porch and watch the ferries come in. Being adjacent to the ferry stop also made it easy to come and go as we visited a different town on the lake each day. It seemed like room service came in at least twice a day. Once while we were always at breakfast to straighten up and then in the evening for turn down service. We had clean towels every day.

Great value for the money. Wonderful location right on the water and walking distance to everything within 15 minutes. It was interesting driving through the tourists on the street in the old town, but the hotel parks your car for you once you unload your bags. My room was clean, comfortable and the A/C worked perfectly. Plenty of closet space. I kept the curtains closed because I was on the 1st floor overlooking the street with outdoor dining terraces. That is ok because just outside is the beautiful lake and gardens. The lobby is eclectic. I felt right at home in the ambiance.

Excellent hotel. Amazing staff. We had room 203 which over looked the Lake Garda. Beautiful views. Can be a little noisy with the ducks and people below on the decking area. Location is excellent especially for the ferry. 1 minute walk away. Can't fault the location. Only thing we found with the local restaurants were just average. Hotel breakfast was good. Overall very good

Hotel Flaminia is a charming lakefront property located in the scenic town of Sirmione. It offers comfortable accommodations with vibrant colors, free breakfast, and modern amenities such as satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The hotel's privileged lakeside position provides stunning views and easy access to Lake Garda, where guests can enjoy water sports activities, hiking, and cycling.
We stayed here on our honeymoon. The lake view room was lovely, with enough space for the two of us. Breakfast was lovely, but we did not try dinner at the hotel. The staff were excellent, and willing to indulge my basic Italian, but also spoke fluent English. A great place to stay centrally in Sirmione for a romantic stay or family holiday. The bar sits out directly over the lake for beautiful sunsets.

2 stars can only be given for the location, everything else leaves much to be desired. The condition of the room is below average, there were no bathrobes in the room, the minibar is empty, not counting water. The staff is absolutely not customer-oriented and could not even recommend us a restaurant that is located in their own building. The breakfasts are quite poor, the same every morning (stayed there for 4 days), no variety. I don't recommend it and I won't come back here again.

Wow, what a spot. Hotel Flaminia is absolutely amazing, and honestly, you couldn't ask for a better location. It's right on the water, literally. We're talking private sun terrace with direct access to the lake—it was the perfect place to just chill and soak up the sun. The service was top-notch. Everyone was so friendly and professional, always happy to help with a smile. It felt like they genuinely cared about us having a great time, which made the whole stay feel really special. Our room was beautiful—clean, modern, and with a view of the lake that was just incredible. Waking up to that every morning was a dream. The on-site restaurant was a huge plus too, with a terrace right over the water. If you're coming to Sirmione, this is the place to stay. You get a perfect location, amazing service, and a truly unforgettable experience.

After 36 hours of travelling we arrived at Hotel Flaminia. Excellent location lake front. We were fortunate to have a beautiful modern room. Breakfasts were fantastic and Louisa was a welcoming and friendly face every morning (grazie mille!). Service was excellent. Car parking is a 5-10 min walk but luggage can be transferred for you and the walk to the hotel is stunning and enjoyable. We definitely recommend.

We have had the most wonderful 6 nights at Hotel Flaminia! We booked the Junior Suite on the top floor and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Clean large room, we stayed in a newer room and it had a good view. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A few things could be improved, mainly the sound proofing of the room, especially from outside the large windows. But definitely a good choice of hotel.

Our room did not resemble any of the rooms in the pictures, it was very dated. The service staff were very helpful. The location was adjacent to a port and you could frequently hear boat horns go off. We were in the Annex part of the building and the alleys are very loud. Garbage collection services were very loud, first thing in the morning. Not the stay we expected.

La Speranzina Restaurant & Relais is a refined establishment that offers reimagined local cuisine in an elegant setting with stunning lake views. This water-view villa has been transformed into a sophisticated restaurant and accommodation, featuring a spacious bar and a Michelin-starred dining experience. The three luxurious rooms boast white furnishings and magnificent vistas, with one room even offering an in-room water-view hot tub.
Amazing experience at La Speranzina. Had dinner there and we can only recommend 100%. Service was outstanding, we truly appreciated the efforts put into by our waiter to present all dishes in French even though he hadn’t practiced in a while (and he did an amazing job !). Everyone else was so nice and we were welcomed in the best way. We got help from the staff to find a parking spot and we also got to visit the kitchens and cellar. We asked for the best table and we got the most beautiful view. Food was incredible, nothing to say. Everything was perfect, as the chef said “Primo, el gusto” and that’s exactly what it was. We really appreciated getting to chat with the chef who was there on that night. Thank you again to the La Speranzina staff for this exceptional moment !

La Speranzina delivers one of the most refined dining experiences I’ve ever had, definitely shows it being a 2 star Michelin restaurant. From start to finish everything was executed with care, precision, and a sense of quiet luxury. What stood out most was the owner. He wasn’t just present, he was involved. Kind, attentive, and completely grounded. He treated every guest with genuine warmth, walking around like any other member of the team, checking in on tables and making sure everything ran smoothly. You rarely see that kind of hands-on leadership, especially in a place of this caliber. Yes it is expensive, but it is absolutely worth it. The level of quality, detail, and professionalism is easily what you would expect at a two Michelin star restaurant. Before dinner we were given a short tour that gave context to the space and the philosophy behind the menu, which set the tone for what followed. Every dish was spot on. Nothing was overdone or flashy, just clean, bold, thoughtful flavors. From the starters to dessert, everything was well balanced and expertly presented. The kind of food that speaks for itself. The service was the best I have ever seen. Not overly formal and not overly friendly, just incredibly smooth. Every need was anticipated without hovering. The timing was perfect, the staff was sharp, and everything felt seamless.

A wonderful restaurant with an emotional story and a deep dedication to hospitality. We were touched by the warm welcome and the personal tour through the entire house and kitchen. Best restaurant in Sirmione with well trained staff for warm but professional service! The property is beautiful and full of history. You are welcome by the owner who’s very Italian :) this is followed by a tour of the property, including wine cellar with some really special wines and kitchen. The lady who guided us seemed very knowledgeable and excited about her task. We appreciated this. We were guided to our table and everything was perfection. There was some delay in taking our order, but this was the only bemol of the entire evening. They were generally quick to refil my water glass, which is something I always look out for. They also provided little lids to cover our glasses because there were some insects when sitting outside. This was thoughtful and a simple touch that added a lot of elegance. The menu itself was delicious. All dishes well balanced and full of taste. We also enjoyed the wine pairing suggested by their sommelier. Overall, the Michelin star is well deserved and you should definitely go!

Service is impeccable and very friendly. Location is smack in the middle of sirmione on the lake next to the castle ruins, simply awesome. Breakfast on the veranda on the lake is a great way to start your day. The restaurant merits a separate stellar review

Hotel Ideal Sirmione is a charming and unpretentious hotel that offers stunning views of Lake Garda. Nestled among olive groves, the hotel provides a serene setting with private beach access. Guests can savor delectable Italian and international cuisine at the on-site restaurant, complemented by a generous salad and vegetable buffet. The outdoor pool offers a refreshing retreat, while the accommodating front desk ensures excellent service.
Me and my wife and two kids stayed at this lovely hotel just sitting at the north end of Sirmione. It is situated just north of the old town so getting there by car means driving through narrow passage ways at walking speed but it is honestly not difficult other managing space and maybe timing it with the delivery trucks that also convoy in and out of town. We had a lovely stay and Sebastiano/Simone assisted us with the booking over email correspondence and on arrival, after the heart arrest car convoy through town, we had plenty of parking space available at the premises. What was best with the stay? First and foremost - location. This is just awesome. I would also say the cleanliness and spotless rooms. Efficient cleaning lady that got the job done. What a hero she must be that just manages to get all the spots (which all mediterranean hotels misses) to be shiny. You will almost always find lime deposit in the shower and dust, but this hotel is just....clean. Second - the guys at the reception were just awesome getting us around town in terms of restaurants and sorting out booking tables etc, thirdly, the pool and private beach area are nicely set up with plenty of areas getting shade from the olive trees. We were happy with these two nights and a generous breakfast. Thank you. /Anders&Alexandra

We had a lovely stay on Sirmione. The hotel staff were kind, warm, and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The rooms are clean and minimalist, however the bathrooms could be updated. The beach was difficult to access. If you are planning to arrive via car, be prepared to drive through crowded and narrow streets.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was superb: varied and tasty. Old Town was just a short 5 minute walk away. While this may not suit everyone, we loved having a peaceful location away from the hectic tourist-filled bustle of the Old Town. The Grottoes of Catullo are also literally on the other side of the street. Hotel Ideal's own private beach was a cherry on top since the public beaches were extremely crowded. If you want a peaceful retreat right on the doorstep of the Old Town, Hotel Ideal is an excellent choice.

Amazing experience in Sirmione at Hotel Ideal! I am so grateful we find a room and stayed there! The location is exceptional, the room price was very competitive. We opted for the breakfast included option and the breakfast was also incredible! (See pic) A special mention to the gentlemen at the reception, Simone: he made our visit so much more rewarding and enjoyable by sharing information about the area, where to eat in town, and what activities to do. Mille Grazie Simone for your expertise and dedication to make our stay a lifelong memory!

We spent an extended weekend here in August and were very happy with our choice of Hotel Ideal. On the crowded peninsula, this hotel at the very northern end of Sirmione is an oasis of tranquility amidst all the tourist hustle and bustle, especially the pool with a beautiful lawn area under old, shade-providing olive trees and a wonderful view over the southern Lake Garda. Particularly noteworthy are the very good and abundant breakfast buffet and the uncomplicated and very friendly service staff (especially Simone at reception). We’d be happy to come back.

Breakfast was a great selection of hot and cold, sweet and savoury so kept us going till dinner. This was 4 course good variety too. Lovely pool. Half hour walk from main part of Sirmione so perfect for walking.

This hotel is fantastic. We were a group of 13 staying, the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Everyone from the bar staff to the receptionists were fabulous. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has a lovely pool. It is situated perfectly to get the shuttle bus to the centre of Sirmione, and is five minutes walk to the nearest Lido at the lake. We will definitely return.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms and public areas were spotless . The dining room staff were very efficient but as dinner had to be ordered at breakfast time we had to sit in the same seat for the entire week. It gave you no opportunity to vary your dinner companions. The food quantity and choices were very good for breakfast and dinner and the bar was very reasonably priced. Room was good with tea and coffee , replenished daily.

We were supposed to stay at this hotel for two nights and explore Sirmione. The hotel had received good reviews, so we thought a 4-star hotel with good ratings would be a great choice. We arrived and were immediately given a room, so we went to check it out. The room had over 10 spiders and other insects in total. It was very poorly cleaned. We went to inform the staff, and they apologized and said they would take care of it. We waited for about 3 hours, then went back to the room to inspect it further. There were still many insects in the room. We informed the staff again, but this time the staff had changed. There was a younger and an older man at the front desk who didn’t take us seriously and seemed unwilling to help. We asked if we could change rooms, but they said it wasn't possible. They told us they would clean the room again or refund only the city tax (€2.50) but not the cost of the hotel room. We agreed to have the room cleaned again. We waited again and went to check the room. The only thing done was spraying insect repellent here and there. We had booked the room through Ebookers, and fortunately, they refunded the cost of the room, and we had to change hotels, or rather, change locations, because there were no available hotels. The whole day was wasted dealing with this situation, and we didn’t manage to leave the hotel until around 5-6 PM. I’m from Finland, from very far north, and I’m not afraid of insects. I’m used to them in the forest. However, the room felt like it was crawling with insects, like the Amazon jungle. This is an honest, fully accurate description of the events regarding this hotel. Photos of the room after it was "cleaned twice."

Perfect base location in Sirimione. Firstly I would like to thank the wonderful staff, all very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast has a good with a wide selection. Hotel was kept clean. Pool area was great. Service at the bar was extremely friendly. Lots of parking, below and above the hotel.

Truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I don’t know how the owner has done it, but he has created a team of people who truly seem to love their jobs and who feel like family together. From the restaurant manager to the bar and reception staff, each one has been a delight. With thanks for the most wonderful week , geraldine, Scott and Blake x

My wife and I have just returned from a great holiday staying at this wonderful hotel, set in a lovely quiet location close to the lake, with a bus stop very close to take you into sirmione town centre (which fas fab). The hotel has a great pool area which was never over crowded, the staff were very friendly and the food and restaurant were fab. Will definitely return.

We have just returned home from a stay at Du Parc Hotel. My Fiance and my 3 year old daughter had an amazing stay. The hotel is extremely clean, something that is very important to us as we had moved from a hotel up the road that wasnt. The pool was great and the smaller one was heated, Perfect for our girl. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. Especially Raju, he was such a great person who really looked after us and went the extra mile for our little girl we really really appreciated this. We will most definitely be back and will recommend Du parc to all our family who often holiday at Lake Garda!.

Nestled in the picturesque Sirmione peninsula, Hotel Serenella is a charming retreat that perfectly blends comfort and convenience. Just a stone's throw from the renowned Catullo Thermal Spa and Aquaria Wellness Centre, this warm hotel boasts uniquely decorated rooms and spacious suites, all equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. Guests can indulge in delightful meals at the on-site restaurant or unwind at the bar after a day of exploration.
Hotel Serenella exceeded all expectations. This is the second visit I have made and this time stayed in the Bizet Suite, which was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully renovated. The private balcony provided a lovely space to relax. Breakfast was a standout experience, with meals freshly prepared based on pre-orders. The private jetty, complete with sun lounges, was a fantastic perk—perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a dip in the lake. The hotel’s location, slightly removed from the main centre, offers a peaceful atmosphere while still being convenient for exploring Sirmione. The staff were exceptional—friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch by remembering my previous stay in 2022. Hotel Serenella is the ideal choice for comfort, tranquillity, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. We had a standard double room. We did not expect a super nice room but the room was actually really nice and the bathroom renovated. The service was great and honestly the lunch they offer was one of the best meals we had during the entire stay. The employees where super nice and helpful. The location was also really great and the ferry is not too far away (app. 5-8 minutes walking distance). We did also rent a parking spot in front of the hotel. Depending on the size of the car getting through the tourist-masses and narrow streets can be a bit of an adventure, however we did arrive at noon which was apparently just the busiest time. In the morning and the late afternoon/evening the streets were much emptier and the commute a lot easier. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again. Thank you!

A beautiful family run hotel. The staff were so lovely, always very helpful and cheerful. The most perfect location, so close to the town and the private pier to the lake was just great. We were so delighted with our room, clean and fresh towels every day. The beds were a little hard and pillows uncomfortable but that is just personal preference. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back in the near future. I felt very sad to leave!

This is a wonderful family run Hotel. It's quirky and eclectic but doesn't suffer because of this Certain aspects could use updating ( the fridge in the wardrobe needs to be on a plinth to raise it up so the door can be opened properly, the room door locks need changing because some guests are unable to open and close their doors without slamming them at all hours of the night) and as all family run establishments there is some light repairs and updating that is required. These few things are forgivable however due to the amazing family and staff that runs this hotel! The front of house staff are friendly helpful and a delight to chat too! The cleaning staff are helpful friendly and extremely good and efficient at their jobs! The rooms are kept immaculately clean. The wait staff are a joy to behold, nothing is too much, they are helpful, funny, and a delight to see every morning! If you can't find something you like for breakfast here then you aren't trying hard enough! They have the traditional Italian salty or sweet menu and you can mix and match from both with the basic Italian items already included everything is fresh and prepared for you daily! The owner is on coffee in the morning you have to try his latte macchiato it's wonderful! The pool area is clean out of the way and relaxing, but the star is the jetty with a shaded area and sun beds with steps at the end so you can gain access to lake Garda to swim a true delight! We really enjoyed our stay here hence the full star review! I really can't recommend this hotel enough!!

Just back from a wonderful week at Hotel Serenella in Sirmione. We booked through Topflight. The hotel has a quirky charm with its antique style decor which we personally loved. Our room was beautiful and cleaned regularly with new bed sheets and towels. I was impressed with cleanliness. The cleaners do a wonderful job. We did have a small balcony but unfortunately with no view but that didn’t bother us. The breakfast menu was Al la carte which I loved. (I really dislike buffet breakfasts and you are able to change your order if you please). There is a pool and also a pier to sunbathe and swim, and a little bar for refreshments. The male bar member was an absolute sweetheart. My partner and I adored him. He always welcomed us with a smile and was fantastic at his job. We did have an issue with our air con on our second last night but it was soon rectified the next day when we mentioned this to the receptionist. Finally, I also thought the brown haired lady in reception was so genuine, helpful and lovely.

I was really disappointed. Stayed there one night because were late to move to another city and hotel. There are a lot of disappointing factors and no pluses except for the location. A) the mattresses and pillows are very hard to sleep B) it is very noisy in the early morning from garbage trucks C) the parking near the hotel exists but it is very small and you should assume that it will be occupied D) the breakfast system is terrible. The day before you have to choose the exact timing of your breakfast and dishes to eat not even seeing them. As a result you get not what you want and in quantity which is too much. Moreover, you have to wait for 25 min to get some dishes. The standard buffet would be much better. E) the room design is strange. It is ok on pictures but in reality is bad. F) the bathroom ventilation is super noisy. G) the staff is not polite.

Nestled in the picturesque Colombare di Sirmione district, Hotel Europa Sirmione offers a delightful retreat with bright rooms that often showcase stunning views of Lake Garda. This charming hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from iconic attractions like Scaliger Castle and Spiaggia Brema, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Guests can indulge in relaxation at the on-site spa, which features soothing massages and rejuvenating facials.
A wonderful location, great service, clean rooms, a great view, easy to walk to other locations, and great breakfast! Would’ve loved to stay longer! One of our favorite stays throughout our trip! The renovations they are doing are an awesome upgrade. Would highly recommend staying here.

The staff at the Hotel Europa were incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to engage with. The hotel itself is spotless, with plenty of open space and a lovely breakfast area overlooking the sea. Bedrooms are spacious, with large balconies perfect for sitting out. A nice touch is the air conditioning—completely silent thanks to baffles, so no disturbance at all. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff for making the stay so pleasant.

One can never stop admiring the view of the lake set against mountain ranges….spectacular colours that change with the weather. Although big, the hotel is structured in such a way that it also feels intimate. The reception service given to us by Patrizia and Anna was exceptional, making sure all our needs were met. From introducing us to their magnificent spa and wellness centre, to the towns local hair and nail salons and amazing wine cellars /cantine, within walking distance. Although surrounded by various cafes and restaurants, the Savoia Restaurant at the hotel is a must with lovely dishes and wine. We can honestly say that we were always met with a beautiful smile and a greeting by all staff... from reception to hotel bar and breakfast room! Hotel Europa is positioned beautifully on the lake. Simply walk out through the back straight onto a boardwalk facing the magnificent lake and discover and feel the beauty of Lago Di Garda. Mille grazie!! 🥰

Fantastic hotel. Well located. Beautifully presented. Beds were very comfortable. The new pool and spa are lovely. Staff are all lovely and very accommodating. We stayed with our two teenage boys (who shared their own room) while this is not a child focused hotel, they felt really welcome.

Absolutely lovely hotel. You can tell everything is new! The rooms are modern and neat, with nice balconies facing towards the lake. The infinity pool is lovely and a great size. We never struggled for sun beds, like sometimes you can do at hotels. The hotel has a private beach area on the lake, which has even more sun beds. The breakfast was varied with hot food, breads, cheeses, meats, cereals, fresh fruits, bakery bits etc. All the staff are lovely, they really do make the stay when everyone is so smiley and helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel delivers amazing food with stunning views over the lake. We spent a day having a couples massage and using the spa facilities, and it was well worth the money. Don’t have a bad word to say about it.

Nicely refurbished hotel with views on the lake. Restaurant food good but slow to pay at the end. Happened 2 times that we waited 20 mins to pay even if asking up to 4 times to pay. Parking can be tight but obviously having a Ferrari or Mercedes helps to park in the disabled parking (that is not clearly marked) neither car of which I own. Reception told me to move, maybe my car is wrong type but for sure we didn’t realize it was disabled before parking as signage is poor and even after seeing the Ferrari previously parked there . And subsequently the big Mercedes parked is same spot with no issues. No disabled signs were visible in the windshield. Other than that hotel mostly kid free so relaxing in that sense.

Highly recommend this hotel. 5/5 overall stay. At the front of the hotel, there is a nice walking path along the lake. Restaurants and supermarkets closed by. The hotel has it's own private little beach where one can swim and plenty of beach beds to relax. Hotel restaurant: such a great view from there. Watched the moon rise above the lake while having dinner as well as the beautiful mountains across the lake. Very romantic spot for couples. We found our main pasta dishes being very very salty. Octopus for starter was delicious. Highlights on Spa and breakfast: one of the best spa we have experienced. Check out my short video below. We were a bit exhausted from exploring a few days in Venice, we wanted to take it easy and relax at the hotel before continuing our journey to Rome. The indoor and outdoor pools are free access but we used the spa facilities for an extra €15 per person each visit for a maximum of 3 hours each visit. Well worth it. You will have to pre-book (before arrival or as soon as you checked in) your preference time slot for the spa to avoid disappointment. The times we were there, no one else there so we had our private spa experience which was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of options and relaxing views as you savour your coffee. Very peaceful environment (other than some people watching some videos clips on their phone one morning, I mean, seriously!). Friendly and helpful staff members. Some birds come by for their breakfast and a couple of wasps (not that bad). Location: 15 minutes drive away from both train stations (Desenzano del Garda and Peschiera del Garda). We took the Eurostar from Venice to Desenzano station, got an Uber to the hotel. Cost us €60. Somehow, the taxi (that the hotel kindly called for us) from the hotel to the same train station cost us only €30 ish. Would go back there again and highly recommend it.

The Garda Village in Sirmione is a vibrant resort offering a range of amenities for a relaxing stay. Situated by the lake and within easy reach of popular attractions, this upscale inn features an outdoor pool, private beach, and game room. Guests can unwind at the spa tub or take advantage of the outdoor tennis court. The accommodation options include campers with direct lake access, as well as mobile homes and bungalows equipped with modern conveniences.
A green and pleasant complex with pools, bars, shop and basic restaurants on site. Very child friendly: the kiddies pool is not just an afterthought, it has slides, a fountain and those buckets that tip water randomly. It is on the lake Garda. The "beach" is a pleasant tree lined strip of grass that borders the lake, with a footpath. The main town is about ten or fifteen minutes walk. You have to pay extra when you arrive for sheets and pillow cases if you don't bring your own but it was very reasonable, a lot less than the tourist tax

A really nice place to stay. I stayed here with my school class for four days. The most of things were fine, we had a half board, the food was truly delicious. Every day they had a lot of different food, and it was nice. But the disadvantage I have to mention is the fact that Wi-Fi is not for free like in most of hotels, you have to pay a lot for that, and it is still not possible to use it in your bungalows, only on certain places in the village. One further disadvantage is that in our shower cabin it wasn't possible to close the door properly, it always had a small hole where the water was flowing during showing, so we had to dry the floor every time. It was annoying, and I think that some other bungalows which we rented for all of my classmates had also the similar problem. Despite these disadvantages, we had a great time here, the location is pretty nice, the campground is mostly clean and you can do a lot of things, like playing mini-golf, basketball, soccer or swimming in the swimming pool when it's hot.

Fantastic location and views, but the hotel is lacking. The main problem is that the actual place you sleep is just not a 4* hotel, the room is packed with cosmetic deficiencies and problems. The bed wasn't the comfiest, especially since it was two single mattresses pushed together with several bed support beams broken. The shower was small and came with no shampoo which is a first for me (especially for 4*). Pressure was good but it was one with a pull out lever to switch on meaning in a small shower enclosure you end up backing into it and switching it off constantly. The room did have AC, a fridge & freezer which were nice features but they did not compensate for the fact it lacked soap, dish soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Not to mention making your own bed in a 4* hotel is not the most luxurious feeling. Food was very average with breakfast not having many options and also not featuring any variety. Our phone signal was also extremely slow in the area and the hotel only offered paid WiFi (again not something you would expect from 4*). However the location was fantastic, you're within distance of many restaurants, beaches and great views (I'd recommend the beach bar that is nearby). If you're up for a bit of walking you can also get to the thermal spa + castle area that's about an hour's walk (or 5/10 minute drive/bus). The views from this place were also breathtaking with lots of nature, wildlife (ducks, etc.) and of course being right next to the lake. Staff were also very friendly and mentioned that people constantly get confused and argue with them since LoveHolidays doesn't mention any of what I've mentioned above in their description. I'd return to this area, but I would avoid this hotel until it improves it's food, accomodation and the fact that it doesn't supply toiletries or free WiFi.
Glen S — Google review
I have to say that my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and exhausting, and by the end of it I just wanted to go home. From the very first night it became clear that this was not going to be a relaxing experience. Despite being told that guests were expected to remain quiet at night and that security would be present to enforce this, our neighbors completely ignored these rules. They were running around the corridors, shouting, and even banging on our doors as well as those of our classmates. From 3 a.m. until 6 a.m. they kept kicking our door, and unbelievably, security did absolutely nothing to intervene. It was impossible to sleep and incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the room itself was far from comfortable. The shower leaked so badly that every time we used it, the entire bathroom floor was flooded. Instead of being able to relax, we were stuck cleaning up water after every shower. To make matters worse, the mobile signal was terrible, which left us with no choice but to rely on the hotel’s Wi-Fi. But that came at a ridiculous price of €15 per day and barely worked in certain areas of the hotel. Altogether, the stay left me not only disappointed but also completely worn out. Instead of feeling rested, I felt irritated, sleep-deprived, and counting the days until I could leave. A hotel stay should make you feel comfortable and welcome, but this one achieved the complete opposite.

Good holiday village by the lovely lake. Excellent swimming in the lake and pools. Good position for seeing sunsets. The village is very roomy and relaxed. The bungalows are a bit dated. The beds were OK. Watch out: there is a box on the wall in the master bedroom where you can hit your head hard if you're over 190cm tall. I did. It was pretty quiet at night. There's kids entertainment every night at 21.00. Plus activities for teenagers. This location is good if you don't want to be in traffic all the time like around Lazise and Peschiera.

We have been staying here for our honeymoon, and have 2 days left - it has been absolutely perfect, the breakfast is incredible, such good variety and every food item is delicious. The staff are so wonderful, big shout out to Ali & Gordo who we've seen every day, and have both played some class tunes on the speaker. I honestly can't credit the staff enough, they are all absolutely beautiful, incredible people - who make fabulous cocktails & coffee!! We've made good use of both bars, which are excellent value for money. There's also cards, chess and draughts available to play in the bar, and ping pong, table football downstairs in the garage - so even on the rainy days you're not short of entertainment. The location is excellent, we walked into Sirmione Old Town (around 45 minutes) and there are plenty of bus stops around (approx 5 minutes walk away) for you to access public transport, although this is quite unreliable. The pool is great, spacious and cool, and the whole hotel has a very chilled vibe and you can easily spend the whole day relaxing. We 🤍Hotel Alfieri and the staff here, thank you for making our honeymoon 🍯 🌙 so incredible ✨🤍

A great hotel overall — definitely worth the price. It’s right on the lakefront, with stunning views, a pool, and a restaurant on site. The location is unbeatable. However, breakfast was a bit odd. There was a strong focus on pastries, with some cold cuts, prosciutto, scrambled eggs, sausages, and fried bacon. But the coffee was truly disappointing — cheap machines, low-quality cappuccino. I was surprised to see this in Italy, a country known for its exceptional coffee. It really took away from the experience.

An absolute delight. Wonderful location so close to the castle on the edge of the lake with a private pier. Our room had a private balcony overlooking looking the lake. Breakfast was lovely with great coffee and a good selection of food, heavy on the sweet pastry as you'd expect in Italy. We had dinner twice in the hotel restaurant; delicious! And a good range of wine. The staff at the hotel were superb. From housekeeping, reception, bar and wait staff; professional and genuine and just lovely.

Excellent week Sept- 21st- Sept 28th. Two very elderly ladies with walking aids Lovely atmosphere, sweet staff, generous breakfast. We upgraded to a bigger room overlooking the lake for 40 Euros a night. It was a stiff walk for us into Sirmione town which was 800 metres away but from there you could travel anywhere on the lake by ferry. Just as well as the local taxis were not interested in short journeys. The TUI rep ‘Rory’ was excellent too.

Nice clean hotel in a beautiful location. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a mini fridge. Downside was no room tea / coffee making facilities and a paucity of electric sockets. Breakfast was nice but disappointed by poor qiality of our coffee... this is Italy!

B&B Il Mosaico is a stylish and contemporary bed and breakfast located in the Colombare di Sirmione district, just 3.1 km from Sirmione Castle. The property offers complimentary Wi-Fi, free private parking, and features minimalist, chic rooms with a monochrome color scheme and spacious bathrooms. While it's situated away from the peninsula's charms, it provides easy access to Santa Maria di Lugana and Sirmione.
A Gem of Hospitality – Highly Recommended! Our stay at B&B Il Mosaico in Sirmione, was nothing short of exceptional. This establishment truly sets a standard for others to follow. The rooms are tastefully and modernly decorated, warm, fragrant, and impeccably clean. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and served in a lovely restaurant setting. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Paolo, the owner. His warmth, kindness, and above all, his empathy, left a lasting impression on us. We genuinely felt at home during our visit. We will undoubtedly return to this property, and for a longer stay next time, as there is so much to explore and experience in the surrounding area. If you are considering a stay in Sirmione, do yourself a favor and book at B&B Il Mosaico – you won't regret it!

This place is a spectacular spot, 100% a hidden gem. Don’t underestimate this place! The service is top notch by far, the energy is amazing, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the best for last the FOOD IS AMAZING! ( their breakfast that’s included and their own restaurant food) Do yourself a favor and visit them and stay for a few nights or even a week you won’t be disappointed! Very friendly and I highly recommend it!

An amazing place to stay! Paulo the owner was so nice and pleasant. He made sure we had a nice stay and helped us with recommendations in Sirmione. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was good and diverse. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!!

We stayed here overnight, as we wanted to break our trip from Switzerland to Croatia in two steps. I have to say it is really decent place to stay overnight. The rooms are quite despite beeing close to the road

This place is truly a hidden gem! Paulo and his family run it with such care and hospitality. Our room was spotless, and we had a delicious dinner at their restaurant on the second night—great food and a cozy, homey atmosphere. Paulo went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even taking the time to recommend places to visit. Just down the same road, there’s a bike rental shop (il Ciclista) run by a friendly man named Sebastian—perfect if you’re not driving, as biking around is very convenient. The hotel also offers an underground garage, which was perfect for safely parking our bikes. On the day we left, Paulo even drove us to a car rental place 15–20 minutes away—such a thoughtful gesture. His hospitality made our trip to Lake Garda especially memorable. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel, near to Sirmione's old town, walked about 25 mins even though Google says 1 hour. The room was spotless, comfy and with everything we needed for our stay, the hotel even has a pool outside and a terrace on the 2nd floor for a night drink under the stars. The staff was amazing, very friendly, typical Italians, and also a nice Romanian lady at the restaurant that served us breakfast with a big smile on her face. We would choose it again if revisiting Sirmione.

Hotel Catullo in Sirmione is a charming and relaxed hotel that offers a delightful experience for its guests. Situated on the shores of Lake Garda, it features a private lakefront pier, providing stunning views and easy access to the cooling waters. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with classic-style furniture, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Guests can enjoy delicious homemade delicacies at the on-site restaurant while taking in breathtaking views of Lake Garda.
I don’t know why the hotel restaurant is not listed as restaurant on its own. The food here is fantastic and definitely better than those restaurants outside. We had dinner previous night at a highly rated restaurant nearby but the hotel restaurant food is nicer. We had the sweet and tasty seared scallops, evenly oiled and cooked Vongole, and the medium beef fillet is just nice - crisp on the edges and tender in between, with a dash of pumpkin sauce on the side. As we stayed at the hotel, we even got a half-board package which is of great value. The service is just exemplary, honestly becoming what we expect of great Italian restaurants, with its collection of fine wines. Unfortunately the photos don’t do justices to the food because of the “mood” lighting on the table. Thus decided not to post my poorly taken photos. A great meal at a good price, esp if you stay at the hotel.

Hotel Catullo is truly a gem in Sirmione. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The hotel offers convenient transfers to and from the parking area outside Sirmione, making arrival and departure easy and stress-free. What truly sets Hotel Catullo apart is the extraordinary service provided by the brother and sister who run the hotel. Their hospitality is second to none, welcoming, attentive, and always with a smile. The entire restaurant staff match their dedication, offering impeccable service that makes every meal feel special. Speaking of meals, the breakfast deserves a special mention, it is genuinely the best I’ve ever experienced in any hotel. An incredible variety of high quality options. You can enjoy it in their lovely patio area, perfect for drinks or snacks during the day. The rooms are extremely comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you could need. Clean, quiet, and ideal for a night’s sleep after exploring the town or enjoying the lake. As an added bonus, on select days the hotel offers free boat trips on Lake Garda and wine tastings, a wonderful touch that showcases the region and adds so much to the stay. Overall, Hotel Catullo is a place full of charm, character, and exceptional service. Highly recommended. Looking forward to return.

We simply couldn't recommend this place more highly. The owners are lovely people who went above and beyond when my husband fell sick. The evening meals were outstanding, the lake views were stunning, the hotel is incredibly animal friendly, the rooms were peaceful, with great vegan-friendly breakfast options. All situated a short stroll from everything. It was clear guests come back time and again and I can see why. Thank you Elena & Fabio!

Believe the great reviews , its ALL true ! The hotel a gem - the food IS wonderful and the owners really go above & beyond to make your stay wonderful ! Perfectly situated right in the heart of old town Sirmione this hotel has everything you need and more . Our room had a balcony we hadnt paid extra for ,was a good size, very quiet and very clean. 2 complimentary bottles of both sparkling & still water were replenished daily which was much appreciated. Breakfast was exceptional with every kind of cake & pastry imaginable , smoked salmon , honey on the honeycomb ,even complimentary prosecco & limoncello ! Evening meals had spectacular views overlooking the lake and a great variety of delicious things to choose from - often we couldnt eat all 4 courses ! We enjoyed the complimentary live music one evening, the complimentary wine tasting another evening (delicious local wines all served for as long & as much as you wanted !) AND the complimentary early evening boat trip around the lake on our last night was a fantastic way to end our holiday. The generosity and attentiveness of Fabio & Elena really made our holiday special - from the first moment they consistently remembered our names & our room number, nothing was ever too much trouble and everything was done graciously with a huge smile ❤️ This is a very dog friendly hotel and l am allergic to pets, but it's so clean and well kept/run that l had no issues whatsoever ! We could have done with alittle more long hanging space and our shower curtain was abit short but really we couldnt fault this hotel and would go back in a heart beat! We highly recommend this lovely hotel

Overall I loved the location. Easy to get to Gardaland or sirmione by bike. It was very convenient to have the bikes there. The pool was great but for sure chilly! Unfortunately the bed were super hard IMO but everyone is different. Parking wasn't an issue and the staff was extremely nice. I enjoyed breakfast every day. It was a little strange that you had to be there to settle your bill in person and I had to do the day before since we were leaving early but it was fine. Just good to know.

Hotel Meridiana, located in Sirmione town center, offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a TV lounge and a relaxed bistro. The hotel provides free breakfast and features a sundeck with picturesque lake views. It is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from the lake shores and close to the Catullo thermal resort. The air-conditioned rooms are functional and equipped with amenities such as flat-screen smart TVs, wooden floors, and fridges.
The best place in Sirmione, as far as my girlfriend and I are concerned :) We didn't actually stay in the hotel itself, but discovered it when looking for breakfast, as there aren't many other places with good breakfast at decent price open at 8am. After we had our breakfast we proceeded to coming for breakfast every day until the end of our stay in Sirmione, came multiple times for lunch and dinner and brought our friends there too. The staff is simply amazing, cheerful, accommodation, very attentive, full of personality!! No artificial behaviour and cheap pleasantries.. rather a team of keen enthusiastic folks, everyone providing superb service in their own individual way. Of course.. the young manager more than all the rest! It was always full when we went, everyone was happy.. all the meals were amazing and seemed to be done with much love, prices are beyond fair (given the choice in the area) and the environment itself is cosy, relaxed and in style. A prime example of a small family owned business operated with a lot of passion!! We've decided to stay in the hotel itself next time when we come to Sirmione. It was really the joy of our trip :) PS: also a stone-throw away from the thermal spa and the main park.

Amazing hotel. Staff could not do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean. The owners were absolutely brilliant, explaining and helping you plan your tours or trips around the lake. A lovely birthday holiday was made into an unforgettable one. We will return!

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. One of the absolute standout loveliest places I've stayed, in no small part due to its incredibly friendly family run vibe and service. Our room (104) was very spacious. Pleasant view to front of hotel. Immaculately clean. The hotel has a roof terrace on the 2nd floor with beautiful lake views. You can dial down to bar for drinks to be brought up. There is also a very peaceful garden on 1st floor. Upon arrival our welcome from the owner was so friendly. We also did a winery tour via the hotel which was brilliant. I've literally nothing bad to say about this hotel. Sirmione is busy but the hotel is in a great spot, not too hectic. The hotel has a plentiful buffet breakfast and its own restaurant which is a great plus when you've had a busy day out and about and don't want to venture too far. The owners are fantastic, staff fantastic, 100% recommend.

Lovely family run hotel. The staff are wonderful and the breakfasts are a treat. We didn't have an evening meal but did try a couple of their pizzas which were delicious. It's located at the end of the Sermione peninsula - so nice and quiet at night and handy for a walk in the Maria Callas park or down into the town itself.
Adam B — Google review
Talking about the restaurant only. The food was pretty good despite the staff speaking very poor English. Stopped in for a couple of glasses of wine the next day and was conned into paying for a plate of bread products that we didn't ask for, never touched, and were told were included with the wine. Sharp practice but they dipped out in the end as we are here for another two weeks, but will not eat or drink there again.

After 4 days of trying to find amazing Italian good we finally found it here. We didnt stay at this hotel but its a hidden gem with michelin star food at great low quality prices (£100 wine at £40) and the best service we ve had all week. Friendly staff and nice outdoor quiet space opposite a park. Quality food and service that you really wont find anywhere else in Sirmoine.

Great hotel, good location, family run, great staff really friendly & helpful and room cleaned daily, helped us out lending us a iPhone charger, and fabulous fresh homemade cake available daily even for breakfast. I had the pistachio cake it was delicious, also had a great cheeseboard here too. Book quick thou as this does get booked up fast ,it’s easy to see why, we booked the last room available for our week in June, so next time need to be quicker as there was no balcony rooms left but wasn’t really a problem as we used to roof terrace and most days we had it all to ourselves ! There is 2 terraces & you can ring down for drinks too - lots of books to borrow too & even a games console in the lounge area - perfect, thanks for having us.

The hotel offers comfortable air-conditioned rooms, each with a well-equipped balcony, satellite TV, and a minibar. Guests can enjoy an excellent complimentary breakfast with a great selection of hot and cold foods.
Excellent stay at Hotel Alevic in Sirmione – everything perfectly arranged! We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alevic in Sirmione. Everything was very well taken care of: the rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. The rest of the hotel was also spotless and well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional. Especially Benjamin, who was often at the swimming pool or acting as a host, was very helpful and welcoming – a real asset to the hotel. We had a small issue with bicycles we had rented from an external company. Even though the hotel wasn’t responsible for this at all, they still stepped in and helped us solve the problem – and did so late in the evening. Truly excellent service! Our car was safely parked, which was also a big plus. And there was always someone present at the reception, which gave us a secure and relaxed feeling. All in all, an excellent hotel with great service, comfortable rooms, and a very hospitable team. We would definitely come back next year’ Kind regards, Guests from the Netherlands!

Staff were all great, was greeted in the garage by hotel staff, and Benjamin in the bar was always super friendly and fun. Location in walking distance of the old town. They have a garage on site, which is good for keeping the car cooler in the hot weather. The pool is on the roof, which means you're not overlooked by passing tourists. Breakfast and reception areas recently renovated, unfortunately not all the rooms have been, which is a shame for what the staff, service, location and other hotel areas offer. We would recommend the hotel.

The location for us was excellent, close to the town centre .On our arrival the meet and greet was really good and informative. The room was on the first floor on the front of the hotel with a balcony. The room was clean and had everything we need.Rooms were cleaned daily and tea, coffee, water etc replenished. Breakfast in the first floor dining room had plenty to choose from ,was well laid out and the staff friendly and kept everything topped up. In the evening the down stairs bar was well stocked ,the barman extremly friendly and entertaining. All the staff we encountered on our stay were a credit to the hotel.

We had a mostly wonderful stay at Hotel Alevic. Unfortunately, there was a leak in our room during our stay, which was a bit of an inconvenience considering the cost of the hotel. However, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well — they were responsive, helpful, and did everything they could to resolve the issue. We truly appreciated their efforts and understand that this was not within their control. On our final night, we were offered a new room, which was a kind gesture. The service throughout our stay was absolutely top-notch — 5/5 for the staff and their professionalism. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. Most of all, the location of the hotel is unbeatable — right in the heart of Sirmione, perfect for exploring the old town and enjoying the lake.

Location is great. Parking was made easy by very nice reception lady who we called 5 minutes before arrival. Once we arrived we simply provided our booking details, they opened the gate and a gentleman helped us park our car. Check-in super smooth, friendly and quick. Both staff members provided some help and information. Rooms are clean, aircon works great. No complaints at all. Benjamin at the bar is very nice, great energy. Much appreciated. Fatima who is usually at the pool bar is great!

We had a really lovely stay at Alevic Hotel Sirmione. The staff were amazing from start to finish and couldn’t do enough for us, with Benjamin being a real standout, such a star and so helpful throughout our visit. The location is excellent, the rooftop pool is a beautiful place to relax, and the lobby and breakfast area are stylish, comfortable, and very well decorated. The only downsides were that parking was quite a challenge and the room décor didn’t really match the high standard of the rest of the hotel. That said, we were very happy with our stay overall, and if the rooms were upgraded in the future, we would definitely return. PS - Breakfast was really good.

We discovered this hotel walking by, one night before our stay. Staff was very attentive and managed to find a room for 3 of us on the spot. Not an easy feat during peak season. Rooms and breakfast are excellent for the star rating and the price, so is the location, just outside historical center (ZTL) Underground parking is very convenient and was included for us in the last minute deal. Highly recommended

This family-run 3-star hotel provides a relaxed atmosphere and complimentary breakfast for guests. The property is highly reviewed and known for its great location overlooking Lake Garda. Guests can also opt to stay at the nearby San Lorenzo Apartments.
We had the most amazing stay here in September. The staff were amazing and made this trip for us! Really added to the luxury feel. The location is very central and a huge bonus was that the shuttle picked you up outside of the town - and thank goodness, because we did not realize how difficult it would have been to drive, not possible without the shuttle. Super great experience! I have recommended this hotel to several of my friends since visiting.

Hotel Casa Scaligeri will forever hold a special place in my heart. My husband and I will, without question, be staying here again the moment we’re lucky enough to return to Lake Garda. The hotel itself is perfect. The location, the comfort, the included breakfast, and the fact that you’re surrounded by great restaurants. We also used their transportation services, and the drivers couldn’t have been kinder. But what truly makes this place unforgettable are the people, especially Tanina and Simona. I don’t even know how to put into words how much they mean to us. Tanina, in particular, is extraordinary. To say she’s incredible doesn’t even begin to describe her. My husband and I came to Sirmione with no wedding plan, and because of her, I ended up having the wedding of my dreams. The kind you only read about in fairy tales. She went above and beyond in ways I will never forget, and she made our elopement more magical than I could have ever imagined. I will forever be grateful we stumbled upon this place and for meeting Tanina and Simona. Them and this hotel are now a staple in our lives.

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’m not sure where to start! The staff (in particular Tanina) couldn’t have done more for us. We arrived in Italy during a nationwide travel strike which put everybody attempting to travel in confusion so I messaged Tanina for advice. She was in constant contact for hours where I was trying to get to the hotel from the airport, offering lots of different solutions. Once at Descenzano train station, she organised a car to pick us up. We were then met by a member of the hotel staff by the beautiful castle (on entering Sirmione) and escorted to our hotel. The hotel is small but modern, sleek and nicely decorated. It’s in the perfect location, a walk away from everything you’ll want to see in the town. The port is a 2 minute walk and the hotels restaurant, where you’ll get breakfast, is a minute walk away. The breakfast was very tasty, coffee and orange juice on tap and quick service. Tanina shared her advice on what to do in the local area, Milan and Verona when we asked. She was very informative and always friendly whenever we spoke to her. She arranged an unforgettable meal at a local restaurant for me and my wife on our anniversary and it was incredible! She made our stay even better than it would have been, I must say it’s one of the nicest places I have ever been and we go away multiple times a year, to different destinations. That said, I would happily stay at this hotel again. Thank you all for a great trip.

Always a wonderful stay at Casa Scaligeri I’ve stayed at Casa Scaligeri several times, and it’s always a great experience. The place is charming, comfortable, and perfectly located — close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. Everything is well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Tanina and Luca are truly the best – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you might need. They make you feel at home every single time. I can’t recommend Casa Scaligeri enough. It’s always a pleasure to come back!

Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness! The host "Tanini" went out of her way making sure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. We loved the attention to details in the room. We highly recommend and definitely will go back again!

What a pleasant stay we have had. From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly, even brought us on a small walk around to show us where is good to eat and what to stay away from. We had a lovely two night stay in Sirmione. This hotel is within the old town walls (and takes a bit of nerve to drive to as the streets are very narrow and people are walking everywhere). It is extremely charming and the grounds are beautiful. Breakfast is a highlight and is delicious. One of the staff helped me both mornings and made me a tray of coffee to take back to my room which I really appreciated. Overall, a very nice stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Much more than your average 3 star hotel. Great views, close to the centre. With a fun fairground style ride to get to their car park. Just watch out for being locked in on a Sunday. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice to cater for everyone. And the Roman Villa ruins are a short walk away. Massive pool with bar. Really could not fault it 🙏🙏

Property is deep inside Sirmione and at the heart of the most beautiful part of Sirmione. The property itself is quite big. Has very good private parking. Has swimming pool with attached bar. My room had a beautiful view of the lake. The terrace has even better views. You can take a glass of wine with you and enjoy the view from terrace. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. Check the pics. All the staff were very warm and welcoming all through my stay. Just keep in mind that driving to the property is not for the faint-hearted. You have to drive through narrow streets full of tourists. Drive at snail place, and you should be fine. I was worried about my brand new BMW convertible, but it made it without a scratch :)

The location is very good, near the centre and beach, but hard to reach. The road appears to be closed on busy days. The rooms and breakfast are pretty basic. We were shocked that the cleaners started outside our door at 7.30am, very loud talking and use of equipment. Not helped by the hotels bad acoustics, thin walls etc. Surely the main function of a hotel is to ensure that it's guests get a good night's rest? They could make the checkout at 11am instead of midday if they need more time to clean. Though there aren't even that many rooms. If I were to revisit Sirmione I would find somewhere on the 'main land' and walk in.

Lovely hotel. Excellent location. View from balcony was awesome and worth the price. Receptionist (Julia I think?) was very helpful. Good breakdast. Pool and pool bar were nice. Would come again.

This was an amazing little hotel! The service is very personal, many of the staff speak little English, which adds to the experience. The owner speak a few languages and is extremely helpful and communicative it before and during the stay. She organised our taxis and gave helpful advice on the location etc. loved chatting to her The rooms (standard) are quite small but very functional, ours was a little tired with a few bumps but nothing that would affect the trip. The pool is set away from the road, elevated so has privacy, it’s also not very busy but has a small bar area for nibbles lunch and drinks Breakfast was a surprise I did not expect such an array of foods, knowing it was continental. We had options of some cakes, cheeses, meats. Scrambled egg and bacon and more. Dinner is reservation only as the area is quite small and personal. But again great guidance and amazing food Highly recommend this hotel as a 3 star definitely exceeded my expectations

What a haven of tranquillity, especially the beautiful pool! I had such a relaxing time at the Hotel Mon Repos. After a very stressful experience at Verona airport (when my flight was cancelled), I had to return to Sirmione and was welcomed with open arms by Giulia and her team. She really went over and above to make my stay so memorable. It was a very special experience and I feel extremely lucky to have been able to stay at Mon Repos. Grazie di cuore!

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Mon Repos during our trip to Lake Garda. A Fantastic location which offers lake views, A restaurant on premises (I recommend the gnocchi) and a small bar for that evening glass of wine, as well a poolside bar serving drinks and food from midday until 7pm (Excellent Pizza & salads) . Thank you to the very hospitable host and all her staff for making our trip to beautiful Italy all the more special.

The hotel features an outdoor pool, a private beach area, and a dock. Guests can enjoy casual dining at the on-site restaurant serving Mediterranean and Italian dishes. Additionally, the hotel provides daily sweet and savory buffet breakfasts.
We had originally booked a different hotel at Lake Garda that turned out to be quite disappointing — but then we found this wonderful place and everything changed! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality that we instantly felt at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The view from the breakfast area was absolutely breathtaking — the perfect way to start each day. One of the biggest highlights for us was how dog-friendly the hotel is. We were traveling with our dachshund, and not only was he allowed beneath the sunbeds, but he seemed to enjoy the vacation just as much as we did! To top it all off, I had the most delicious homemade ravioli filled with ricotta — truly the best I’ve ever had. A real highlight of the trip! This stay truly saved our holiday and turned it into something special. We’ll definitely be back! Mille Mille Grazie!!

Cheap Hotel The hotel cuts corners on everything: the air conditioning doesn’t cool below 22°C, the shower has very little water pressure and only gets lukewarm, no pool towels are offered, the decoration, the pool isn’t clean.. Also one the buildings is a 2-star facility, despite the hotel being promoted as a 3-star. Avoid if you can—there are better options for cheaper price.

The staff are very helpful and good. Breakfast is not so good. Food lacks quality. You need to renovate your rooms and the bedding and also your very old blankets. The hotel has potential just change some of the old stuff.

Rude front desk arrogant guy. We were planning to have breakfast as there's a sign of Caffe in the restaurant entrance. I asked before being seated to use the restroom. The man at the front desk ran after me, interrogated me if I'm a guest of the hotel and I told him again that I am here to eat breakfast. On my way back, he said to me "You, the Israelis are all the same." I presented him my American passport and left this rude and antisemitic place. Breakfast will be in a more hospitable environment.

Avoid this place, rude service, poor quality, everything charged extra, even small bottle of water in the room, what should be included in the price. Plus ridiculous info you can't use minibar for your own drink. You are forced to drink whay they put in minibar so they can charge you even more. Location ok but they really need to learn what's mean hospitality and respect for guests. You can have much better with this money.level of poor hostel worth £50 per night. No class at all.

Very poor service and hospitality by the owner Davide. He is extremely rude and unprofessional. The AC in the room was broken for 3 nights and the nights happened to be really hot. after the second night the room was switched to another one but AC wasn’t working there either. On check out instead of apologizing Davide decided to charge us for towel laundry $3 per towel every time we switched the towel to the clean one. RIDICULOUS! Would never recommend to anyone! Horrible experience!

Great hotel right in the middle of the town. Parking is ten min walk but there is a golf buggy to bring you in and out. Very friendly staff and extremely picturesque location. The upper rooms have a great view. Small bathroom is a bit quirky but perfectly functional.

A well-located, family run hotel in the heart of Old Town Sirmione. Rooms are rather dated and interiors can do with an upgrade, but everything was clean and well maintained. Amazing breakfast included.

We were staying for a Weekend and we can not praise the hotel enough! Beginning with the basics: Room was clean, Outlets and light switches beside the bed so all good! The breakfest is phenomenal. I cannot say enough, good things about our stay at this hotel. The views are magnificent. The Management went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and was very informative. The breakfast was quite honestly just amazing with a beautiful waterfront view of the lake. I would highly recommend this hotel as an unbelievably good bargain.

Helpful and friendly staff. Room was spotless. Views were amazing. Air condition was outstanding which was nice from what we have experience as the norm for our 2 weeks in Italy. Only thing was bugs at night were crazy. Do not open balcony doors at night

We had the best view of the Castle here. The room was a bit older, but it was clean, they keep it in good condition, also the cleaning service was really good. The staff was really nice and helpful, the lady was always smiling, in a good mood and very nice to us. She was also very helpful with the breakfast. We enjoyed the breakfast with a beautiful view of the lake. If you want to spend some time around Lago di Garda, this hotel has the best view in Sirmione for a good price.

Couldn’t recommend more - we will be telling all our friends and family to come here if they ever visit the area!!!

Hotel Broglia is a charming 4-star property located in Sirmione, offering bright rooms with balconies that overlook a beautiful lake. The hotel's perfect location places it within walking distance of the Grottoes of Catullus and the Scaligero Castle. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool and a solarium on-site. The attentive and friendly staff contribute to the great atmosphere of this small, older boutique hotel.
We had dinner at the Pizzeria attached to the hotel. We ordered Della Cassa Rosso, which sadly is not listed on the menu. However, it is available and stunningly good. We also ordered the Broglia Pizza and Spaghetti Carbonara. Both were amazing. The pizza base is stunning, the sauce was traditional tomato without any additives, no sugar or salt, our preferred way to have pizza sauce. The toppings are fresh and tasteful. The spaghetti offered a depth of flavour not often found. The crunchy bacon/speck was so good. The staff are attentive, however, not overbearing. Clearly, the kitchen and chef understand food and flavours. A place you should truly try.

This hotel is in the historic center, close to Thermal Spa and Grotto. The pool is this hotel’s best feature. We stayed there 4 nights . Internet never worked and the hotel manager was, at best indifferent. Breakfast was really nice but after that , don’t expect any help with requests or difficulties you might have. This hotel hasn’t been renovated since the 70’s but I loved the old style and quiet. Don’t bring your car inside the city, it’s too complicated to go in and out of the city with the narrow streets and crowds.

Warning - if you travel by car: The hotel is located inside restricted ZTL area, and it seems to be possible to get a traffic violation as Broglia´s guest even though the hotel advertises free parking. Worse part is that the hotel doesn´t reply to any emails concerning the traffic violation - which i got only because someone at the hotel staff didn´t inform my licence plate information to proper authorities in time. Let´s see how this story ends...

My stay at Hotel Broglia in Sirmione left much to be desired. Despite receiving confirmation over the phone that our dog was welcome, we were surprised by their refusal upon our arrival. The owner's remark suggesting that I should not have trusted the lady on the phone and shouldn't listen to women in general was highly unprofessional and inappropriate. The rooms were notably dated, confined, and inadequately maintained, as evident in the enclosed images. The breakfast offered was passable but hardly stood out. However, the hotel's redeeming feature was its exceptional location. A rather unusual policy necessitated surrendering our car keys, and regrettably, my car was discovered the following morning with both windows left open. All in all, my experience fell significantly short of expectations.

We only stayed one night, but we're definitely gonna return. Small older beautiful boutique hotel, with a great atmosphere. I do not mind at all that the rooms are "outdated", gives so much soul to the place. The breakfast was fine, and the staff is really polite and helpful. We checked out at 11.30, but didn't have to leave the city before this evening. We asked if we could stay at the pool area for a while, and it was no problem at all, and we could just let the car stay at the parking if we went down in the town area. Would highly recommend it if you're going to sirmione.

Guests appreciate the clean and well-equipped apartments, family-friendly pool, and the friendly and helpful staff including Alessia & Bianca who provide excellent service.
Excellent place for relaxation! The staff was incredibly attentive and kind. They even left a bottle of wine in our apartment as a birthday surprise during my stay – such a thoughtful gesture! The property has plenty of green space where kids can play freely, a secure swimming pool, and well-closed gates to the street, making it safe for children to roam around. The complex is surrounded by pine trees with birds singing all day – a truly peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also excellent – close to great restaurants, cozy breakfast spots, and main roads, making it easy to get around. Nothing is missing here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The apartment was fantastic - clean, fully stocked with utensils and very peaceful. The pool was family friendly and the residence itself a walkable distance from restaurants and bus stops. Bianca and the other staff were all extremely helpful with providing directions, suggestions for what to do and recommendations for restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Cons: You need to dispose of your own garbage, but there's a recycling point and bin within a few minutes distance of the apartment where this can be done.

It is a very nice, small hotel. It was a wonderful stay. We had a beautiful room with a balcony, the "Blue Notte" Blue Night. It is a hotel in a very good condition, it looks like new or just renovated. All the furnishings are coordinated with love. The hotel is state of the art. You use a code card to access the premises. Access to the hotel and access to the room. You have free and good wifi. The daughter and mother manage the hotel with love and sense of proportion. You can park for free and use the bike from the hotel or you have the possibility to park your own bike on the premises as well. From the hotel you can walk or cycle to the beach. Approx. 800m You can cycle wonderfully in the surrounding area or to Sirmione, Peschiera, Desenzona, Salo or Lazise. These are all distances that you can easily cover during the day. However, the cycle paths in Italy are in need of improvement or non-existent and you have to ride on the road. It was a pleasure to meet you. And if you have a question, ask Veronica, the hotel manager. Wonderfully great Manuela and Norbert

(Translated by Google) One of the best hotels we've ever experienced! ❤️ The hotel is family-run, furnished with great attention to detail, and absolutely spotlessly clean. My husband is severely allergic to dust and mites and often has problems in hotels – here he was finally able to sleep undisturbed and without discomfort. That was a huge plus for us! We had originally booked two nights but extended to four because we felt so comfortable. Comfortable beds, high-quality furniture, nothing cheap or broken. The breakfast is also fantastic: a large selection, very good quality, even gluten-free and vegetarian options. There is ample parking. One small addition: A full-length mirror in the room would be very practical. And fly screens would make the stay even more pleasant, as you could then relax and air the room or sleep with the window open in the evening. But even so, everything was absolutely perfect – we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would love to come back! 🫶🏼

The location is unbeatable, right on the lakeshore with a breathtaking view, perfect for relaxing and taking a break from the heat and crowd of Sirmione. The food was ok, though there were a few small issues, like a fishbone in the branzino tortelli and a rombo fish which wasn’t particularly memorable. Service was friendly and attentive, and prices matched the quality. Highly recommend booking ahead, as Sirmione can get busy.

Beautiful views and nice seating area. That's about it. The food lacked taste and quality. The person who thought they were preparing a Poké, for some reason decided to completely cover the few ingredients in a thick layer of mayonnaise. Other than rice, there were 3 pieces of shrimp, some edamame and unpeeled mango slices. That's unpleeled mango slices covered in mayonnaise. My friends had pasta. Very small portions. Overpriced and not prepared properly. The bread basket was nice. Ceviche was decent. The wait time to place the order and to wait for it was also quite long. Overall a disappointing experience.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant. Everything from start to finish was exceptional! We started with a beef carpaccio topped with truffle and creamy burrata, which was simply divine. For the main course, we had a perfectly cooked risotto with prawns that was bursting with flavor. And then the dessert… the homemade tiramisu was the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. To top it all off, we enjoyed a stunning view over Lake Garda while dining, truly magical! What made it even better was how dog-friendly the place is. We had our dachshund with us, and he was welcomed just as warmly as we were. Delicious food, great atmosphere, beautiful views, and wonderful hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back!

What a beautiful spot! We arrived without a reservation and they quickly found us a good (not great) table — but we were happy to sit at all. I had the tagliatelle with seafood (pretty good) and she had the gnocchi (great). She also had a salad (pretty good) and I also had the scallops (great!). The servers were somewhat attentive — but still left us hanging a few times. To be expected in busy season @ Lake Garda. Now. The view is incredible. Waterfront but on the Verona side — so sunset takes on a different glow as the mountains you’re looking at were in full glow. Finally — this place was not in downtown Sirmione among the chaos of tourists shoulder to shoulder with the occasional truck or car squeezing by in narrow streets. This was civilized and delightfully apart from the rest. We even biked to / from dinner on our hotel’s loaner bikes. All in all — recommend.

Nice hotel, but the room was a bit smaller, but the price probably reflected that. Otherwise, everything was clean and in order. The price of accommodation also includes a delicious breakfast. We had free parking in the price of accommodation directly in front of the hotel in the courtyard.

Plus: Friendly service, nice pool area, decent breakfast, comfortable beds. Nice area, easy to walk to restaurants and get a shuttle into town if you are adverse to walking a couple of km’s. Minus: Having to pay for towels for the pool as a guest of the hotel. Rooms were comfy, but with weak wifi and you could hear the neighbours. Also, it felt like we were lucky to get a parking space despite checking specifically about parking when booking,

Location is about 2.5-3km away from Sirmione old town, so either have to drive and park, or take a bus (2 euro each way, can pay by tapping credit/debit card on the bus). Slightly inconvenient from that sense but the Hotel is cheaper then staying in the old town. Room is small. I like the modern shower cubicle which is spacious and the bedding and mattress is comfortable. The balcony and outdoors are not well lit.
Sarah S — Google review
I booked a room with a double bed for two , I ended up with a room with 3 single beds and a double bed. No room to walk around, no chair at all, stubbed my toes numerous times. They said I would have to pay more to change room. No wifi, they said it reaches the door in the hall so it is sufficient. Front desk, useless, good breakfast, nice fellow in the lobby bar. Parking a nightmare, you may get one of the few spots on the property. The room safe was on the floor, at 75byoo it was not worth the back and knee pain to use it. Ridiculous is an understatement.

Location is about 2.5km away, if you walk (not an interesting walk by the way), to the Old Town where the Sirmione castle is. There is a bus that you can take for €2 per trip per person, payable by credit card on the bus. However, it stops on 28th Sep, probably bec of the low season. You can drive to the edge of the old town where parking is €3.50 per hour. Room is a bit small and may be because we took the standard room. There is a small area to sit outdoors outside the room but it is not lighted so it gets too dark at night to sit outside the room. Bed is comfortable, temperature control and shower is good.

Hotel Dogana is a charming retreat housed in an 18th-century building located just a short drive from Sirmione and a stone's throw away from Lake Garda. The hotel offers a relaxed atmosphere, complete with an outdoor pool and bicycles for rent. Guests can enjoy delectable Italian cuisine at the elegant restaurant, which specializes in local dishes and homemade pasta.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating overall. Our room was an hour early ready for check in. We had a spacious room, although no mini fridge or small safe box. The transport is right outside the hotel so it was convenient to get by public transport. There is a mini market around the corner and Sermione is close by bike, or transport. The breakfast was lovely with a variety of food and drinks to try. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel wasn't all that. The room was spacious and quite clean but you could see it had som wear and tear. However at our big suprise the room did not have a safe or a small refridge (Like other 3 star hotels we stayed at) The breakfast was very basic but OK. They did have gluten free options. The staff was very quiet and kept to themselves.

Staff were super lovely and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous with a great selection. Such a good charm and character to the whole place. The attached restaurant had fabulous food too! Well positioned next to the bus stop, but would hire a car next time.

Everything is excellent, the room is clean and everything is here for short term stays. The breakfast is very good and has variety of foods. Big thanks for my espresso 🤎 Don’t stay in downtown too long, it’s not bus after 8:30 pm, but you can get Uber. Will definitely recommend that hotel.

We spent 5 days at the hotel and have so many great memories. The breakfast was exceptional and the adjoining restaurant was also great too. We had great lunches, dinners and drinks there, which were as good as anywhere else we had in Sirmione. The staff were very particularly friendly and helpful too, a special mention needs to be given to Barbara (Barbie). Overall I'd thoroughly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Dogana. The service was really kind. It is a nice little hotel with a good pool area. The breakfast was okay. The arrival via bus was really easy, because the bus station is directly at the hotel. To be highlighted is the really good restaurant. Every food we tried tasted really good, especially the pasta with scampies and the special burger with fries. Really delicous.

Nestled along the serene shores of Lake Garda, Hotel Parco Al Lago in Sirmione is a true gem for travelers seeking elegance and comfort. Just a short stroll from Lido di Lugana Beach, this charming hotel boasts a seasonal outdoor pool surrounded by lush gardens and offers direct access to its own private beach area. Guests can indulge in delightful Italian cuisine at the on-site restaurant while soaking up breathtaking lake views from the terrace.
Wonderful hotel by the lake. Great views from the lakeside cafe. A resturant open in the evenings. Incredible patisserie, some of the pastries are served at the continental breakfast. Easy to get to by bus from Verona.

The place itself is as picturesque as a fairytale: a small park with a swimming pool, sun beds, benches and private pier right on the lake shore. The hotel restaurant overlooks a spectacular view on the lake and you can enjoy your morning coffee in the refreshing morning breeze coming from the lake. A big benefit is a large parking place that is free of charge to the hotel guests. The staff at the hotel has always been helpful and very attentive to our needs or questions about the neighborhood. The rooms were cleaned daily. Generally everyone was very polite and always greeted us with a smile. The offer in the hotel restaurant is a bit disappointing. The food is good, but the breakfast is monotonous and the daily menu is limited. Moreover I was a bit surprised that even the hotel guests are charged „coperto” surcharge for eating in the restaurant. From a hotel guest perspective I find that slightly overboard. The rooms are clean, spacious and equipped in everything you might need during a short stay. AC works well, there is a working refrigerator, hair dryer and most importantly manually closed night shades that help to block the morning sun and a bit of outside noises. I would recommend refreshing the rooms as they seem to be needing repainting and have some minor cracks, dents and minor defects here and there. Overall I would recommend the hotel to everyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing stay in a small, cosy hotel with a small number of guests.

The location of the hotel is so good, providing beautiful view of the lake Garda. We visited second time here last April, because of the restaurant of this hotel. The restaurant serves good food along with the maganificient wine selection. If you visit Sirmione or the lake garda, I recommend this hotel.

Campground
Camping Tiglio is a serene campsite located between Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione, offering narrow but accessible pitches. It's a pet-friendly site with friendly staff and various amenities including a pool, bike rental, and easy access to Lake Garda. The spacious and clean sanitary facilities are comfortable, though they could use a modern update. Visitors recommend booking the larger lakeside pitches for stunning views of Lake Garda.
We visited in May 2025 and made our reservation through Bookings.com. We had a couple questions before we arrived and they were very quick to answer. Our room had towels, bedding and kitchen clothes/sponge. We stayed for a few days and the apartment had everything we needed to make some meals. The reception staff and market staff were very helpful. We ate at the pizzeria our first night and the staff were great and very friendly. We hope to return!

*I only have experience with the camping, not the apartments as we came with a tent. I absolutely loved the place. Great big pitches literally 10meters away from the lake, ducks roaming around (had to mention that because i love ducks), the staff are extremely kind and helpful, you can look around and choose any free pitch that you like, the prices aren't bad at all. I just loved everything about this place, nothing else to say. The only downside was the music that was still kinda loud playing until past midnight so a little bit hard to fall asleep earlier for some people.
Ákos B — Google review
Camping Tiglio was a reward we were not expecting. Having stayed on other sites around Lake Garda where you couldn't put a fly sheet between the motorhomes and tents Camping Tiglio was welcomed surprise. The staff were very helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and passing on useful information about the surrounding area. It's a well used, but maintained, site with all the necessary facilities you would expect. Walking the dog, if you have one, is nice and easy, access to a Lake side walk is around 5 minutes. Just another 5 minute walk away is a very friendly pizza restaurant, Il Circo del Gusto, with good quality food and service, and dog friendly. We visited Camping Tiglio in early October and were very lucky with the weather. I hope we can return sometime.

05/2025 apartments review: In short:great for a short stay! Everything is clean both in and out of the apartment. There was enough parking inside the camp. The bathroom is small but has no mold, is easy to clean and everything works perfectly. We always had enough warm/hot water. The only thing we lacked was a shelf to put our toiletries on. The living room/dining room/kitchen is nice, with enough space to move around even with both sofas turned into bed. It was lovely to get cleaning clothes upon arrival, but too bad there is no dish washing detergent nor salt. Beds in the main room are ok, but the ones in sofas are in really bad shape. We booked directly and got free linen, towels and final cleaning, and all the communication with the campsite went smoothly, specially the young guy with long hair was really nice and friendly. The camp has a ramp so we felt really safe even letting our children wander around, they loved the nature - specially the families of ducks and swans that came to the shore.
Vanja M — Google review
‼️ Relieved to Leave – Never Coming Back ‼️ This campsite was a huge disappointment. The facilities are not just old, but neglected and dirty: mold everywhere, broken fixtures and poorly cleaned showers and toilets. Apartments suffer from the same lack of hygiene. For the high price charged, the quality is unacceptable. (We slept in the appartement for one night due to bad weather and afterwards on a quite zone pitch) The “quiet zone” was anything but quiet – loud music and disturbances every night. Pitches were uneven, toilets were child-sized, showers felt like prison stalls and basic hygiene items like hand soap were never provided. Even security rules felt unfriendly, with wristbands required at all times and papers on your car dashboard. The only positives: a nice view, a decent bar and a supermarket. The location is fine if you have a car for day trips, but the surroundings are otherwise empty. Bottom line: Unless they completely rebuild their sanitary blocks and improve hygiene, in my opinion.. avoid this campsite at all costs.
Kobe I — Google review
Without any reservation we could pick a lake-side pitch (in May 2025). You pay more for these pitches, but the view is worth it. Mostly friendly staff that speak about any language you can imagine, especially at the reception. Sanitairy was modern and clean.
Carlo R — Google review
We extended three times we loved it so much. We booked on Pitchup and the booking said the pitch wasn’t allowing vehicles - we sent an enquiry off and the misunderstanding was cleared up and the camp staff were very helpful and accommodating - we actually turned up a day late and they just moved the booking. The staff were all so friendly and helpful - a real family friendly camp it was a highlight of our trip. We’re already planning our return next year with pals… pitch was adequately sized and well shaded (small baby/children and in a roof tent) - restaurant food on the whole good with classic Italian cuisine and other options. Found the camp reasonably priced and well serviced and maintained throughout. Loved the pool area and park for the kiddies. Local amentites are a drive or a decent bike ride away so come fairly well stocked although the shop is decent for basics - there’s bike hire on site but also ET bike along the main road were great bikes.

Surrounded by lush olive groves, this contemporary hotel is perfect for those seeking relaxation and luxury. Guests can indulge in a tranquil spa experience featuring a Turkish bath and chromotherapy showers or unwind by the inviting pool area. The on-site Italian restaurant serves delightful meals that can be enjoyed on the charming veranda overlooking the lake.
Absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Olivi! The view of the lake from our rooms were incredible. The entire staff—from reception to cleaning, gardeners, servers—was warm, helpful, and kind. The hotel itself is beautiful, surrounded by tulip gardens, lemon trees that smell amazing, and even a few friendly island cats. We loved the charming decor, unique flower arrangements, and fun wallpaper touches throughout. The indoor/outdoor thermal bath was peaceful and intimate—they limit entry, which made it feel very relaxing (we actually preferred it over the nearby spa garden!). The bar drinks were excellent—we enjoyed a spritz and an old fashioned. Breakfast was free and had great variety, and dinner was delicious—especially the ravioli with sage and butter. And the free candy bar was such a fun touch. Highly recommend for a relaxing, romantic, and truly special getaway.

If you are considering Sirmione this hotel is a great choice. Lovely facilities, rooms and views. Located a short walk from bustling town - quiet but easy to walk in to enjoy the town. We ate in the main restaurant, poolside bar for several lunches and breakfast all excellent. The staff are all extremely helpful and we received excellent recommendations for dining in town. The spa is a lovely addition which we used. A visit to the castle is a must and recommend the walk to town via the lido to castle promenade.

We've recently got back from a week staying here - it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays we've ever had! Despite a wet arrival, Hotel Olivi still looked beautiful. We were greeted from the taxi with an umbrella and our cases were taken into reception for us. The staff were just as helpful and friendly the rest of our stay, nothing was too much trouble! A special mention for Suri who was always smiling and just seemed genuinely happy to help! Also, to the hotel/restaurant manager, who noticed we'd not been back to dinner after the first night and asked if everything was OK as we were half board - my wife is a very picky eater and we had opted to head into town for some more variety - he then offered that we could have lunch instead of dinner if we prefer, or they could make something off menu for her. This showed us just how much the staff care that their guests are happy and enjoying everything about their stay. We also used the spa quite a bit, which was really nice too. The ladies in there were super friendly as well, always greeting us with a smile. The whole place - hotel, rooms, pool area, spa, restaurant, etc. - were all incredibly clean and nicely finished too. One thing to bear in mind regarding location - the hotel is situated beyond the Castle and old town, which would make it a little difficult if you wanted to be going out in a car on a regular basis - not impossible, but the streets of the old town are very narrow in places and busy with people from 9am to 11pm, and closed to traffic on Sundays. That said, if you're happy to mostly be in the local area, it also means very few cars around and an extremely peaceful setting, so it does have it's advantages too! There are also ferries to other towns around the lake, so that's a good way to get to other places, just a short walk away, and there are buses and taxis from just the other side of the castle, just a little further on, so you can still definitely get around as long as you don't mind a little walking - I'm sure reception would have called us a taxi too, had we asked.

Very tranquil hotel near edge of Sirmione peninsula. Room was very cozy, large smart TV, luxurious bathroom, very quiet. Staff is simply excellent, one and all, going out of their way to accommodate the guests. The spa is great as well, with warm pools inside and outside. 2 things to consider- If you arrive by car you are allowed to enter through the old city as hotel's guest, but it is extremely cumbersome to cross this last kilometer through the crowd on the streets. And the matrass was pretty much shot... All in all a very pleasant and recommended vacation venue.

Enchanting stay in Sirmione - Lake Garda. The photos of the hotel live up to what you see in person. The amenities were lovely - from the pool to garden, restaurants and spring pools. The location is one of the best - near town, Jamaica Beach, the Castle. The staff was warm and responsive. We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel.

Stayed 4 nights at hotel Olivi and from the moment we arrived we knew we picked a great hotel. Everything about the place and our stay was perfect. The staff are brilliant, helpful, friendly, polite and professional. The pool is perfect, the grounds and gardens are really nice. The location is perfect with some amazing views of the lake and surroundings. I highly recommend using the spa on your stay, we only used it on 1 day of our stay as we wanted to see as much of airmione as possible, but, on our return we will definitely be in there more. We plan on returning soon to sirmione, and we will not look anywhere else to stay that for sure

Didn’t have a picture of the rooms, but it was okay not very big but spacious enough. The hotel is located inside the city with no access to cars so we had to drag our luggage in. We opt for the limousine service on our way back which was very pricey. The natural hot spring was not included so we didn’t try.

Generally, the experience was good with a nice breakfast and rooms. Only issue was that every tiny request required extra charge - parking is 10-15 per night and a crib for our baby was *50* Euro per night…. But if you are just a couple, I recommend it :)

Lovely place with lovely staff. Woeful parking. While we do have a large estate car and parking spaces are adequate, lots of people can't park and cause mayhem. We sustained damage to our car and the management refused any responsibility and while they claimed to be interested and promised to review while we were there, one home they washed their hands of us and refused any responsibility or to even comment further. In addition to this, when getting back late, we had to park off site. Such a shame as the rest of the complex was great for what we wanted and the static home was incredibly well kept and clean. Only downside for me was the frustration of parking, not what I need each day while on holiday. Edited to add, we stayed in the height of summer (mid Aug) so it was expensive and busy.

First of all, this place is more like 1-2 stars motel in our experience. The room itself is very out of updated. The clearness also needs to be improved. The pillow cases were not clean and yellow stains on the towels.

Really nice small resort with both apartments and mobile homes. It was fully booked during our stay, but still clean and quiet. Parking is also easy, as long as the guests remember to park reasonably. Nice restaurant and pool service. Nice staff. Just 3-400 metres from the resort, there are nice beaches, restaurants, and the nicest patisserie. The only thing we missed, was a small shop to buy basic items incl. bread for breakfast. This is not within walking distance. Also, there was no oven in the apartment, but we knew this before coming, so we brought our airfryer from home. My 10th+ time at the lake - earlier at Lazise, but will absolutely return.

OK place but overpriced as most of the places in the area are. Positives: In general, the place was decent and we had a pleasant stay for 2 days. It was clean, decently spacious, self contained etc. However there were a few things that could be better. Based on the price paid and taking into account that we visited the place outside high season (nearly off season) I think the place is overpriced. Negatives: One of the things I did not like but did not complain about was that the photos on Booking were showing a room with a balcony. Our room was located on the ground floor of a villetta instead. I would prefer to have the room I expected but OK, we were only there for a couple of nights so I decided not to report this to the reception. The kitchenette does not have an oven of any kind, and that is not convenient if you want to warm up food. Finally, the swimming pool was dirty as you can see in the photos. Decent but nothing special. 3,5 stars. Response to your response: 1. I remind you that you could have communicated your assumption through Booking but you did not. 2. There was no such sign, I guarantee you that.

Excellent location for driving to see lots of places and a very good price (relative to other options within about a 30 min drive). Very close to the lake (could see bits of it through the trees from our balcony). Very quiet (when next door is not sitting on her balcony and shouting down the phone to whoever it was). Bed was pretty good for sleeping on, but felt a bit soft. Good size fridge and freezer. TV worked fine and had loads of channels (a few in English, but nothing much of interest). The only cooking facilities were 4 gas rings - no oven, grill, microwave, toaster etc (though there was a kettle), which is an oversight and should be better. Bit of a problem with ants everywhere, but it got better once we kept every single bit of food in the fridge, even if it didn't need cooling. We had two problems: 1) initially the balcony door would not lock, so anyone could get in by pulling it open even when "locked" - this was mostly fixed the same day we reported it (though the door still moved more than I'd be comfortable with, even if I could not open it when locked). 2) missing pillow cases for the two spare pillows - delivered the same day. Unfortunate incident of having an ambulance crew wake us at 4am on the last day, but that was because they went to the wrong apartment. Highlights the problem of not having staff on the premises at night. Helpful people on reception, who spoke good English too (I think it was staffed 08:00-21:00)

Had a great stay at Hotel Désirée in Sirmione. The staff were super polite, breakfast was acceptable, and the atmosphere was chill with a Family oriented atmosphere. The room wasn’t super luxurious for the price, and the balcony we had was facing a blank wall (economy) and wasn’t very private, but the location and the staff made up for it.

We were advised by the hotel over email that parking at the hotel would mean navigating narrow streets, many pedestrians, and limited opening hours. So the option to take “Grifo Parking”, which was booked by the hotel for 20 euro, for parking outside the old town with a shuttle service to and from the hotel, was appealing. Big mistake. We followed the instructions provided by the hotel to the tee. No issues parking and getting a shuttle to the hotel. The hotel had told us to book our return shuttle the night before at reception, but since our flight was the next day, we checked with Grifo Parking whether we could book a time with them instead. There they said the only slot remaining was far later than would have been possible for us to catch our flight. So we declined and went to the hotel, hoping that they would have access to more slots. Check in was fine and afterwards, we mentioned that we would like to book our return shuttle as instructed. The receptionist noted our preferred timing down and made a call. Unfortunately there were still no slots available. We asked the hotel for help given that we had a flight to catch. The receptionist was condescending, even mocking, in response. He refused to accept that the hotel had not advised us properly to book a return shuttle. He kept repeating that we had already asked Grifo Parking earlier - as if we had done something wrong by asking him as well, as instructed by the hotel. When asked if the hotel could help us arrange other options, he said “this is a 3 star not a 5 star hotel”. He even claimed that Grifo Parking provided a “gratis” shuttle so we should not expect it - when Grifo clearly states the shuttle is included. Finally, he said that “you are young, you can walk”. We did walk the 20 minutes to the parking lot with luggage in tow. It was certainly possible but not what anyone would expect having booked and paid for a shuttle service with a disinterested hotel. When we got to the parking lot, we saw unused shuttles and a driver milling about. Perhaps there may have been a chance to book a return shuttle, if the hotel had been more interested to help than to mock. Our room was dated and a corner smelled like pee, but we made it work. Our friends’ room however had a more modern yet poorly designed shower, which flooded their room because the drainage was too slow and the incline in the shower insufficient. We mentioned that we had some problems with the room at check out when asked how our stay had been. The response was “oh I’m sorry” with no attempt to find out more. Funnily, there was a notice at reception offering a 5 euro voucher in return for 5 star reviews on Google that we will be missing out on. I see from other reviews that this is a pattern with this hotel. Nothing seems to be their responsibility, so perhaps a reader can help them out by not giving them your business.

Nice hotel located in a quiet part of town. 5-10 minutes walk to beach and city center. Nice pool area at the hotel. The room we got was clean and nice, but it is starting to get old and worn. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was ok. You can park your car outside the hotel. Just be prepared to drive through the old town, with very narrow and crowded streets!

Booked through booking.com. For a three star hotel I would give them two stars. We had a lot of issues with the room including the TV not working, main light in the room flickering and the room next door which had over five people staying in one room and making noise past midnight. We had to raise this with reception three times and nothing was done, except the staff just smiling and saying sorry 🤷🏼‍♀️, which didn’t help make our stay any better. The breakfast next morning was stale and tasted like left overs from the morning before. Although the scenery is gorgeous, I would not stay here again.

I do not recommend staying at Hotel Desiree in Sirmione. The hotel is located in a restricted zone, and when we called them prior to our arrival to confirm we could drive in, they assured us over the phone that it was permitted and that we would not face any issues. However, a year later, we received a traffic ticket for driving in the restricted zone without authorization. When we contacted the hotel to request proof of their permission, they said they couldn’t help because the confirmation was made over the phone and there was no written evidence. They refused to take responsibility or assist us in resolving the issue, leaving us to deal with an unexpected fine on our own. It feels like a scam, and I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel if you’re traveling by car. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to help was incredibly disappointing. Be cautious if you plan to stay here!

This was a great place to stay on Lake Garda! Staff was welcoming and understood our English, but we were able to speak in German which was even more helpful. The food was amazing, and each person who served food, cleaned our room, or welcomed us to the hotel was kind. There is a store right across the street which was great for snacks and waters, and there is a bus stop that is right by the hotel to take you into town. The bike rentals were a nice plus as well! I would absolutely stay here again. Breakfast was also lovely. Thank you! Danke!

This hotel was very modern in the 1970s because they have had the same furniture since then, but now it desperately needs a complete renovation. The bathroom is relatively okay, but the shower cabin looks like entering a catacomb. The mattress is too soft, so you sink into the bed. Not so great soundproof. The hotel has its own parking, but sometimes there's no space so you have to look for a spot on the street. Breakfast was quite decent. Wifi wasn't working. Overpriced for what they offer.

We stopped in for breakfast when cycling from Peschiera to Sirmone. We were not disappointed. A stunning view. Fabulous service. Quality breakfast buffet. Something for everyone. The hotelier went above and beyond to make our children feel welcome. What a fab spot. Definetly somewhere to recharge and refuel. Grazie mille

Just came back from sprint holiday with the family. We had a great time around the Garda lake and the hotel provided us with everything that we needed to feel amazing! We had a free huge car park, which was safe as well and it's open 24/7. The rooms were very generous sizes and with great balconies. Location is best of the best - right on the lake and you have a great little swimming pool to enjoy the sun on. The food in the hotel was 10/10 and the staff was very friendly! We want to go back there in near future! That tells you all you wanna know! Thank you Mistral and Thank you Garda ❤️

We love Hotel Mistral and hope we can return again for holidays in the future. It’s amazing being lakeside, the views from the hotel are stunning. And the hotel marina offers easy access to the lake and all the beauty and adventure that awaits. Beautiful walks and plenty of places within walking distance to eat out. We find the staff to be extremely welcoming and helpful and we love the hotel itself; it has all we need, including a lovely pool to relax by and great food. A relaxed atmosphere and a great place to enjoy the lake and all that this special area has to offer.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel is lovely and clean and well looked after. Good parking if you have a car and the views are amazing. It is really well located and easy to get to all of the main routes whilst being situated right on the edge of the lake. The staff were lovely especially the restaurant staff and it is a hotel that I would definitely recommend to visit.

We stayed in hotel for 10 days on Easter holidays. Everything was perfect, from food to room numbers. The interior of the rooms looks better than on pictures, we lived on the second floor and had a big terrace with table and chairs. The hotel staff are very nice people, always smiling and ready to solve all your problems and answer all your questions. Especially I want to mark the administrator lady - Gloria and bartender/waiter - Tommaso. They made our staying perfect. The food in restaurant is very delicious. We ate different pasta, prawns and fish. Everything was tasty. The cleaning lady Tabata always cleans our room - perfectly. She is very nice. In this hotel we feel ourselves like at home. Very nice lounge music was playing all over the day but not loud. Also you can relax near the swimming pool and barman will bring you delicious aperol spritz with olives, chips and nuts. I really recommend you this perfect hotel! Will come here 10000%

Hotel Suisse is a laid-back accommodation option that offers simple rooms, some of which come with balconies and views of the lake. It is conveniently located within walking distance from the old town and exudes a relaxed atmosphere. While the hotel may appear slightly outdated, this adds to its authentic Italian charm. Guests have praised the attentive staff and pleasant outdoor pool. Some feedback mentioned that breakfast had an ample selection but was served by staff rather than self-service, causing slight inconvenience.
reception ladies were very helpful and lovely! Best service we have had in italy so far!! Location is fantastic with a bus stop directly outside the gate, all staff speak great English for us to understand. The bar staff were amazing! we had thomas during the day he was prompt and helpful! and another young barman at night who helped us order pizza delivery on the phone to make for an easy dinner! very accommodating! The pool was well maintained and clean. The room service was great! and great air conditioning!

We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel Sirmione Lakeview Pool. Everything was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. We would especially like to mention the hotel manager, who was incredibly accommodating and kind when we had a small issue with the jacuzzi. We also had the impression that the hotel is very dog-friendly – a great plus for anyone travelling with pets. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend this hotel!

A wonderful, super clean hotel. Delicious breakfasts and incredibly friendly service. It was definitely a wonderful getaway. The pool was super warm and very well-maintained. The attention to detail is palpable. The owner and staff put a lot of effort into ensuring everyone feels comfortable. Thank you!

The room was nice and clean. The hotel has a private parking which is a big advantage. If you're staying for a longer period, consider requesting a room far away from the elevator - we were only for one night and it was ok, but in general it's pretty noisy...

We spent 4 nights at this place. The staff was polite, kind and helpful. The rooms were cozy and clean and breakfast was really good. It's 15 min walking distance from the city centre. On top of that the swimming pool is really enjoyable. Would highly recommended. Bravi!!

Great location, nice and accommodating staff, clean and update rooms. When the hotel I booked at next door was closed upon my arrival I had no choice but to find another hotel at 11:30pm. Luckily, Hotel Swiss was open and had a room. This hotel had the best price in town for great amenities. The pool overloops the lake. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Charming hotel at a lovely location, with very good service. Within walking distance from the Sirmione peninsula and Lugana wineries, but quiet and calm at night. We had a really pleasant stay at this apartment. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the beds ensured a good night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the host – incredibly kind and helpful, always answering our questions with a smile. It made us feel truly welcome. There’s a small on-site spa, which is a nice extra. Free bicycles are available (based on availability), which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. If you’re arriving by car, there’s a parking garage with 5 spaces. And if it’s full, you can park on the street nearby for free.

Nestled in the serene district of Colombare, Hotel Chiara Sirmione is a delightful seasonal retreat that promises a relaxing getaway. This charming hotel features cozy rooms, many with balconies, and offers guests access to an inviting outdoor pool complete with sunbeds and umbrellas for those lazy afternoons under the sun. The atmosphere here is warm and welcoming, thanks to the friendly couple who manage the hotel; they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable.
I have never been to such a welcoming, friendly and helpful hotel! The couple that run the local small hotel really are really fantastic and if there is anything you need they will help out. The hotel has functional good size rooms (well our one was for a family of four) which are spotless clean like the rest of the hotel. The decor is not the newest, but once you settle and see how well things are looked after it really does not matter. The hotel also has a pool and small bar if you want any drinks at the hotel. It's located on the main bus shuttle bus route to Sirmione with bus stop 2 minutes walk away (runs every 20 minutes). Area and road is not too busy/noisy. There are local restaurants within 5 min walk. Old Town Sirmione is a 25-30min walk. Plenty of private parking at hotel or free on streets. Oh and the breakfast is great, nice touch with home made cakes and excellent coffee. 😊 Highly recommend very good value for money

The hotel may not be the newest, but we highly recommend it! At the beginning you are greeted by incredibly nice owners. It's really rare to meet such nice and helpful people. The hotel has a very convenient location (there is a bus stop right next to it). The offer also includes tasty breakfasts. We definitely recommend it.

I could’t thank enough to Cinzia and her husband for kindness and excellent service. Room was so clean, breakfast- amazing, prepared with love with so many choices. They also have free parking for travelers with car. They really take care of guests. We were only one night but it was enough to be amazed. If we comeback in Sirmione this hotel will be our choice. Grazie mille!

Nice and cosy hotel. You get a lot for your money. The staff are extremly friendly and professionel. There are generally a good vibe at the hotel also among the guests, who are not affraid to talk to eachother although they are different nationalities. The breakfast are as good as aspectet from a hotel at this pricerange. Parking your car is always possible within 10 m. of the hotel or at the hotel. The only minus is that the aircondition is off allready at 8 o'clock in the morning in the hotelroom 9 o'clock would have been much better if you like to sleep just a little bit longer on your vacation. In all a highly recommendable hotel if you want good value for your money and a relaxed holliday in Sirmione.

We spent 1 night just a night ago. Location perfect, motorcycle parking perfect, though gravel is not the best fit for heavy bikes. Room was superb, with a teracce onto the beautiful garde, whole place was quiet and secure. Breakfast was amazing, as well as service provided by lovely ladies at the reception, and the lady that served us amazing variety of food for breakfast. Very reasonably priced, and if we are back, we are staying here again.

--- Updated After Owner Reply ---- Considering the owner's response, I'm updating my point with 1. It is complete lack of professionalism and zero responsibility. Just take a look at how the owner replies criticism and bad comments. Then you will see why you should avoid this hotel. ---------------------------------------------------- We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the convenient location near the lake and public transportation. The room was clean, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of fresh bakery items. However, our experience was negatively impacted by the noise from other guests and staff, especially since our room was on the ground floor. Despite noticing available rooms, the staff and management were unwilling to accommodate our request for a quieter room, citing an unreasonable excuse. While the hotel has potential, the lack of attention to guest comfort and service was disappointing.
Alper Ö — Google review
Very nice location. It is very green and quiet and only 1 min to the Garda lake. Everyone is very nice and friendly. The breakfast is very nice, I think they prepared it the day before ( which is fine for me but if you want something very fresh you better go to a cafe) The rooms are nice and there is a little balcony. Hairdryer, shampoo and soap is available. You have to order the remote for the air-conditioning which we didn't know for the first night, so just ask at the reception. There is also free wifi and free parking (small car park so I don't recommend for a big car/van) We liked it

+ Nice helpful staff Nice breakfast Clean - AC barely working. Kept ~24+ when set to 16 degrees. No fridge in the room

Great stay at Hotel Clodia. We were upgraded to an upstairs room - great value! The location is nice, and fair distance to the old town if you’re ok for a 30min walk. Great free parking, and bike rental in the same streets. (Although you can only rent the bikes for a min. of 24hours!) Breakfast is good, no complaints.

Clean hotel. Basic room is pretty small but okay for one night. The breakfast could have been better. They don't refill the food so if you show up late, options are limited.

Hotel Saviola is a casual lakefront hotel situated in a pleasant spot of Garda Lake, near the Scaligero Castle and Sirmione historic center. The hotel offers understated quarters, some with private balconies providing views of the lake. Guests can enjoy free, secure parking on site and access to sunbeds by the lake for beautiful sunset views. The rooms are modern, clean, and moderately sized with friendly and helpful staff.
Stayed for 5 nights mid June. Hotel does not offer an evening meal, I think because there are so many restaurants nearby. Breakfast, with plenty of choice was self service apart from drinks. This was taken on the terrace overlooking the lake, fabulous views. Rooms are immaculately clean with excellent bathrooms. The mattress was firm and comfortable. Saviola is perfectly positioned on the peninsula. A 15 minute stroll sees you in the old town, passing many restaurants en route. Go the other way, same result re restaurants. Car parking on the premises. The staff are pleasant, helpful and always looking to please. Special mention for Paola at reception who is absolutely brilliant! Hotel prices in Sirmione are excruciating, Saviola whilst not cheap, is at the lower end. It’s good value for money in my opinion.
Melvyn M — Google review
A Dream Stay in Sirmione This lakefront hotel truly feels like a little paradise. The green garden with sunbeds right by the lake is perfect for relaxing, and you can even go for a swim just steps from your room. Breakfast was tasty, with fresh coffee and plenty of delicious options — a wonderful start to the day. Our room was spacious, with one double and one single bed, all very comfortable. It was newly renovated, bright, and clean, with a fresh modern bathroom. The huge balcony had blinds on the door — perfect for those who like to sleep in without the morning sun streaming in. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is about a 20-minute walk to the center, which made for a pleasant stroll in the evenings. Another plus was the free outdoor parking at the hotel, making it convenient for travelers with a car. The only improvement we noticed was the cleaning detergent used, which didn’t have a pleasant smell — we needed to air the room after housekeeping. We shared this feedback with the facility, and it was taken to heart, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this is the kind of place that makes you want to stay longer — beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, and genuine hospitality.
Akgün G — Google review
Stayed here for four nights on a trip to Lake Garda area. Hotel was very clean, and the staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was superb. Sunbeds right beside the lake facing west, so lovely sunsets to enjoy. Room was clean and moderately sized. Would recommend, especially if you're looking a decent priced 3* hotel in the area, a lot of competition is more expensive for the same star rating.
Chris M — Google review
This was by far our best experience in Sirmione. The rooms are small but thoughtfully designed and very well equipped, with spotless, modern bathrooms. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the historic center, yet wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and served on a lovely terrace overlooking the lake—such a beautiful and relaxing start to each day. The private beach is stunning, with the most comfortable sunbeds I’ve ever seen! They even have a special canopy section to shade your head, making it perfect for reading and sunbathing, even under the bright sun. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every single person we met was incredibly positive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It truly felt more like visiting good friends than staying at a hotel. Thank you for making our vacation so special—we hope to return very soon! 😊

The Hotel is pretty much how I expected it. Sure, it's not the 5-Star Villa with own Spa but it's clean and the Staff is very polite. Also the Hotel has just a few rooms, which makes the athmosphere very familiar. The breakfast is not too big but the coffee is great. And there is WiFi and Air condition in every room.
Felix L — Google review
We visited this location with a group of about 35 people, i get that this hotel isnt that big and not really suited for that many people, but stuffing 5 teenagers (17-19 years of age) into one room which is designed for 2-3 people just is too much. Due to that the rooms were too small... In addition to that the air conditioning didnt work, there were no real blankets, the staff listened to complains or questions but never actually did anything about them, the beds were okay but not something i would expect out of a 3 star rated hotel and all around the rooms were not clean + some Features both inside the rooms and i the hallways were broken. In the end, the only thing working fine is the WiFi...

Its okay. The indian guy was very rude in my opinion. The buffet for breakfast was alright but they were looking very strange at me when I was eating more than "normal". I wasnt full yet so I ate more. The guy is weird. The woman on the other hand was much nicer.

We stayed here at the end of July. Everything about this hotel was brilliant. From the minute we walked in from a long bus ride from Verona we were made to feel right at home. All of the staff were lovely and very helpful in giving us advice about the area. The hotel was well finished and there is a lovely lounge area for drinks and coffee. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning worked well. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The location of the hotel is great there are restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and the bus stop for the shuttle bus that goes down to the old town of Sirmione is also a couple of minutes away. If you're on the lookout for a charming self-catering experience, the Callas Family Apartment in Sirmione is an excellent choice. Nestled just a mile from Terme Sirmione Virgilio and three miles from the historic Sirmione Castle, this stylish two-bedroom apartment offers all the comforts of home. With amenities like Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher and microwave, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay.
(Translated by Google) It is a recommendation from us. It is very beautiful and furnished with a lot of love. Nothing is missing. You can immediately feel at home. The location is very central. You have restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities nearby. Two beaches are within walking distance of approx. 700m and are completely fine. The old town of Sirmione is about 30 minutes on foot. But it can also be reached more quickly by bus. The apartment is very stylish and lovingly furnished. The landlady is nice and accommodating. You can really enjoy your vacation here. For parking, a space is reserved in the underground car park or in front of the house on the street. Very clean and tidy, highly recommended. Thank you for the lovely days.
