Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, located 118 meters above the Rhine River, is a significant historical site in Koblenz. The fortress houses the state museum of antiquities and hosts special exhibitions and war memorials. Accessible via a cable car ride from Deutsches Eck, visitors can enjoy stunning views during the ascent to the fortress. Originally built in the 11th century, it has been destroyed and exchanged between various powers over centuries.
If you wouldn’t know you would think you are in Italy. Such a fantastic fortification, great history, great building complex, fabulous exhibitions, although there could be more explanations in English, (for example the videos in the wine exhibition with subtitles). Grey views, great restaurant a must see when in this area.
Hans-Lothar H — Google review
Our tour guide was in Character as a British spie. He walked us through as if we were an invading army. The fort and its design is very impressive. The walls are 4 meters thick.
Joseph C — Google review
Ehrenbreitstein Fortress offers great views of Koblenz and the wider area. It's also good value, especially when you get the combined ticket with the cable car. The exhibitions are interesting, particularly the one on the fort's history and the archaeological finds, and the show in the excavation area was a highlight. However, the layout of the fortress is quite confusing and could use better signposting. It was also a shame that one of the media-focused areas was closed during my visit, and I also accidentally missed the wine exhibition. All in all, it's an enjoyable place to visit, but a better layout would certainly improve the experience.
Tim B — Google review
Visited the fortress and the grounds outside, the fortress is massive, with so much to see, I didn't have an audio guide, this would have been beneficial, as a lot of exhibits only had an explanation in German. I believe a visit to the fortress, plus the cable car for 21 euros is a real bargain. Can recommend
Mick P — Google review
Apart from the history and the view, there is nothing much to see really. Compared to the entrance fee is expensive. Just the cable ride alone with the view point is sufficient to see.
Pasan S — Google review
Pretty nice place to visit with great views. Expensive to get in especially considering most of the tunnels are closed and the museum section has limited hours. Still, worth the visit.
John M — Google review
Impressive castle, with nice courtyards for walking, great view over Koblenz. You have few coffee bars and get toneode with the cable car
Marin V — Google review
This castle isn't exactly a must-visit. It's actually a former barracks used by the German army in the late nineteenth century. 🚠 The funicular ride costs 15 euros and is a glass capsule with some dirty windows. The views are decent, but the ride isn’t comfortable at all. 💶 Entrance to the castle is 10 euros, but all you really get is a view of the Rhine. Most of the buildings are just empty concrete walls—there's hardly anything to see. 🧑‍🏫 It might be interesting for a historian studying the German army of that era, but if that’s not your thing, you can definitely find better ways to spend 2 hours and 25 euros. 🆓 Just a heads-up - entrance seems to be free after 6 PM, though there are no signs to inform visitors about that.

Deutsches Eck, also known as the German Corner, is a picturesque headland in Koblenz, Germany where the Rhine and Moselle rivers meet. At this historic site stands a 37-meter high equestrian monument of Kaiser Wilhelm I. The city of Koblenz itself is over 2000 years old and is surrounded by beautiful low mountain ranges. It serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the UNESCO World Heritage area of the Rhine Valley and the Mosel Valley.
Definitely worth a visit, probably one of the largest statues in Europe. There is lots in the surrounding areas, cafes just behind. There is access to the fortress within a 5 minute walk and the old town is only a 7 minute walk A must see if visiting the area
Tom B — Google review
Great and large statue with huge area for people to stand, sit, walk by and eat/drink at the numerous food stalls in the vicinity. Nice place and area beside the Moselle (Mosel) river flowing into the Rhine river. Koblenz is very nice river city in Germany not very far from Border city Trier or the country Luxembourg by train.
Bhanu A — Google review
It is a real wonderful scene The River divides into two branches with the mountains and Cable cars along with the flags around you I loved the place , great for taking pictures
Ahmad N — Google review
Deutsches Eck is an absolutely stunning place to visit! The meeting point of the Rhine and Moselle rivers offers breathtaking views, especially at sunset. The atmosphere is peaceful, and there’s a real sense of history surrounding the monument. The area is beautifully maintained, perfect for a relaxing walk or taking photos. It’s also a great spot to sit and enjoy an ice cream while watching the boats pass by. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this iconic landmark is truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!
Raf — Google review
If you are visiting Koblenz, this is a must-see place. It's in all honesty nothing that spectacular. The monument (covered elsewhere) is, but this is just a lovely bit of space, made extra special as it's the confluence of the two rivers. Just take time to appreciate the views of the water, the castle, and of course the (spectacular) monument.
Phil B — Google review
It's worth visiting. You can see the colour difference of Rein and Mossel coming together at this place, go with a cable car to the fortress (a lot of expositions included in the entrance ticket. The view of Koblenz from the fortress is very nice.
Tetyana S — Google review
Wonderful monument. The plaza has plenty of room to walk and position for photos. Food and drinks nearby as well as a few souvenir vendors.
Frank D — Google review
Sixty-three steps to climb to the highest point of this humongous monument to Whilelm 1, which was much bigger than I thought it would be, situated at the land jutting into the confluence of the Rhein & Mosel Rivers. Wonderful views of the fortress, the Basilica, and the actual joining of rivers. A must/ see on Koblenz.

In Koblenz, the Basilica of St. Castor stands as the oldest church in the area, boasting Romanesque architecture and vaulted ceilings. This historic sanctuary holds significance as it was where important negotiations took place in 842 AD regarding the division of the Franconian Empire. The basilica's rich history includes its founding in 817 AD and subsequent renovations over time, including restoration after sustaining damage during World War II. Its roots are tied to St.
Basilica of St. Castor is a wonderful historic site with a special atmosphere. Inside, the elegant vaults and architectural details create a sense of both grandeur and intimacy. The quiet and peaceful ambiance makes it a perfect place for a short break and reflection. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you’re interested in history and architecture!
Fiodor K — Google review
Set back from the main street, but admired & toured by many Germans, the Basilica of St. Castor has a lot to see. Don't miss the fountains in the monastery garden beside the basilica. This Romanesque basilica is a must-see if you go to Koblentz.
JB L — Google review
A beautiful little church with lovely grounds. There are a number of quirky items/sculptures around the church area. There used to be an unusually decorated piano outside but not sure if it's still there. I will post a picture of the piano.
Brenda — Google review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Peaceful, Historic, and Architecturally Striking The Basilica of St. Castor (Basilika St. Kastor) is one of Koblenz’s true historical gems. Nestled just a short walk from the Deutsches Eck, this Romanesque church dates back to the 9th century and carries with it over 1,000 years of history—from religious significance to political events like treaty negotiations during the Holy Roman Empire. The architecture is understated but elegant, with twin towers, rounded arches, and a sense of solemnity both outside and in. Inside, you’ll find a calm, meditative atmosphere, with beautiful stained-glass windows, frescoes, and a modest but moving altar. It’s not overly ornate, which adds to its authenticity and sense of reverence. The surrounding garden is especially lovely—quiet, well-kept, and great for a short walk or a break from the busier tourist sites. Interpretive signs provide helpful context, though a guided tour would definitely add more depth if you’re a history enthusiast. 📍 Highly recommended for lovers of architecture, history, or anyone seeking a quiet, contemplative space in Koblenz.
Irene L — Google review
I didn't go inside but walked around the outer areas, gardens, and then down to the waterfront. Its a short walk from the old town and only a short walk to the Eke statue and the access up the fort.
Tom B — Google review
Lovely place very quiet and serene like a church is supposed to be. Springtime made it even more beautiful due to all the tulip blossoms around it.
Pritam C — Google review
Having seen so many cathedrals, I was not expecting a whole lot. But we entered to find fantastic organ music - which did stop while we were there, but it still contributed to a magical experience. The next best thing about this site was the beautiful pool on one side, the sumptuous gardens on the other side, then the very well-done timeline & graphic display in the back, detailing the rich and ancient history of the area. I wish I’d had more time there!
Chung-Hae C — Google review
It was a nice place to visit and the surroundings adjacent where the Meuse and Rhine join. Sadly the stone is black with soot from industrialization and the area would definately be a great visit and huge boost if there was some restauration to clean the stones

The square at Liebfrauenkirche is a cozy spot within the Koblenz Christmas market, offering visitors the chance to savor delicious Feuerzangenbowle while observing local artisans crafting fine gifts.
Liebfrauenkirche (Church of Our Lady) is one of the many Catholic churches in the city that is huge and beautiful. It has a great architectural and engineering design to it that makes it very beautiful on the inside! There's a lot to see in this church and it was a very nice stop

Very beautiful church. It was constructed in the 12th century, and has been renovated and expanded several times. We now see a Romanesque origin with a Gothic choir and Baroque towers.

Specialty Museums
The DB Museum Koblenz is a fascinating railway museum housed in a former repair warehouse, offering an immersive journey into the history and evolution of rail transport in Germany. Located at the Koblenz-Lutzel train station, just 3 kilometers from the city center, this museum boasts a diverse collection of restored vintage trains, railway artifacts, and interactive exhibits. Visitors can explore two floors of displays showcasing everything from early locomotives to modern vehicles.
Amazing place. You can easily spend several hours here. €8 family ticket. Incredible value.
Simon L — Google review
Nice museum with some very interesting and historically significant locomotives. You are left to your own to roam around freely. Many locpmotives are accessible. Parents with children should be extremely cautious as the terrain is more a depot than a museum and the museum lies immediately besides live railway tracks with no fences, just a chain to mark the difference. Only open on Saturdays. Not very large. You would want to spend two-three hours here. Worth the trouble of getting there if you are in the area, say no more than an hour driving or so away, but not a museum I would go to great lengths to see (like Mulhouse or York).
Garratt F — Google review
Great experience 🙌😍 They doesn't have any entry fee, but if you go on with kids train trip or other for fun you have to pay little amount. And jumping trucks is also free for kids. It is really kids friendly, if you are living nearby you must visit. It have so many beautiful trains
Sameera K — Google review
Nice place for kids liking trains. You can go into sum of the locomotives and play with the buttons and switches. 8 Euros for a family ticket. A nice place to spend 2 hours with the kids. There are trains from different eras. From the beginning of the 1900 to today.
Tamir M — Google review
Great idea if you're into trains. We had a tour and the guide explained a lot of interesting things about the history of the trains.
Ati C — Google review
So worth the 3 euros just to wander around and see all the old locos and coaches. There is about one of each loco, and some extras in different colours. You can get inside the locos and coaches in the shed such as a Class 118 and some coaches built in 1938 for the then govenrment, but I did want to peep into the stuff in the yard such as the restaurant and sleep cars, but alas. Even just to sit on the running board of a Kof and watch the trains go by was a nice way to spend some time. Have been back and will be back. Note: not for those that find it difficult to get about. Lots of walking over tracks and big steps. Easy free parking. Note for those looking, you go under the rail tracks and it’s a turn up a small road schorn something str then a sharp left up to the tracks. Brilliant location to visit the only downside is that it only opens on Saturdays.

Very nice museum with lots of variety in loco's from steam to electric. The walkable terrain is pretty large! Lots of educational exhibits. You will be entertained for hours. The entrance fee is very low, but the experiences you get out of it are priceless! Also has a fun little shop.

Experience the breathtaking Koblenz Cable Car, a gondola-style ride that offers a unique and stunning aerial view of the city. The cable car takes you high above Koblenz, allowing you to admire sights like the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress and the Rhine River. Reasonably priced, it's an ideal activity for families.
5***** Definitely worth a visit! There was no waiting line (but we are still in March), and the prices are ok (although the toilets at the fortress near the gift shop should be free…). The ride is quick but beautiful, and from the fortress you can get some amazing panoramic vistas, but not just when you exit the cable car, you have to go in and explore a bit. It was so windy and cold today that we did a rather quick tour, because we were freezing. So, consider bringing a few extra warm layers and a wind breaker or something like that. There was a restaurant up there, but we didn’t try it. The souvenir shop has some beautiful postcards and books, so take a look on your way out. And they accept American Express and they speak English perfectly!
André M — Google review
Cablecar across the Rhine River. It takes you to the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, touring over the river. As a senior, it was 15 euros without the fortress. Fabulous views over the city. No waiting, pay get on. At the top, there are places to get refreshments and a wc.
Elaine U — Google review
Straightforward to use and good value for a family ticket with entrance to the fortress included. Fabulous views across Koblenz and up and down the Rhine. Would definitely recommend.
Inger M — Google review
It was a good 10 minutes ride over the river where you could see both side of the town. The cable cars 🚠 running pretty regularly, didn’t have to wait long. And you can get a ticket on the site.

Stolzenfels Castle, originally built in the 13th century and later reconstructed in neo-Gothic style by King Friedrich Wilhelm IV, offers tours of its historical fortress. The castle is surrounded by a picturesque park designed by Peter Joseph Lenne, featuring grottos, waterfalls, and a Pergola Garden with lush rose vegetation. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of the Rhine River and Fortress Ehrenbreitstein from the castle grounds.
Beautiful castle. Well worth the admission costs to see the inside rooms. If you parked in the garage at the foot of the hill, tell the attendant when you get the visitors pass, and you should be able to park for free.
Joseph B — Google review
There is a parking garage (but not with many spaces), and then you walk the winding road up to the castle. We bought tickets and were asked what language we wanted the brochure in, but I said we did not need it. The woman at the kasse said, "Of course you need it, or you won't know what you're looking at!" I was never forced to take information material before, but we accepted. There weren't many places to explore on the grounds and we couldn't figure out how to the get to the other side outside. The inside we had to wear felt clogs over our shoes and they were enormous! It was a nice interior but not many rooms too see.

This is a very beautiful castle. Although you must walk up a very steep hill. Or call a taxi to drive you up the hill. Alot of history is preserved in the castle. I can not imagine how hard it was to build this castle back in 1839. Well worth visiting. A beautiful walk down.

Don't waste your time. It's a lot of effort for little. Only a few rooms where you can't even step in with your shoes. A few photos from afar are enough for this castle. You can see the same in other castles in the Rhine Valley without so many restrictions.

Marksburg Castle, located in Braubach, is a historic fortress that has evolved over 700 years from a 12th-century keep. It stands as the only hilltop castle on the Middle Rhine that has never been destroyed. The castle offers guided tours where visitors can explore various areas such as the torture chamber, knights' hall, armory, and knight's garden, immersing themselves in a truly medieval atmosphere.
Only hilltop castle never destroyed. Built atop shale stone, includes a "poison garden" of toxic plants. A very interesting display of historic weapons and armour dating back to the Greek, Roman period but also up to the 1600's.

Brilliant and informative tour in English at 1pm and 4pm every day. The walk up isn't as bad as we expected and there's lovely coffee in the restaurant whilst you wait for your tour. You can only visit it by tour so you have to wait for your tour to start.

The last remaining original medieval castle overlooking the Rhine. Fascinating 60 min guided tour (in English) with a very knowledgeable guide. Stunning views across the valley and down to the Rhine. Well worth a visit
Julian P — Google review
Not a bad castle with nice views. There is a bit of a slope to walk up, but it's only 20-30 steps, so not much. Tickets are 11 euro, and the tour is about 1 hour long. You have to book a tour ticket to walk through it, you cant just have a walk around on your own. There is a cafe at the bottom of the castle and outdoor seating area for refreshments, lunch etc and it seemed reasonably priced.

This is a must if you are in Koblenz. One of my favorite castles out of about 16 that we saw when we were traveling up and down the Rhein river. The tour is amazing. The views from the top are absolutely spectacular. Just an amazing castle. That’s all that is to say. Enjoy the photos.

Sadly to say this place is not for individuals who are physically challenged. You will have to climb a lot of stairs but there are rails to help you. We have to pay 4 euros to park our car and then walk up to the information centre to buy our tickets. There is a small souvenir shop inside the information booth. Our tour was for an hour. We got to experience how life was for the knights during those times. You will discover horse stable, chapel, canons, medieval gardens, knight models, knight quarters, wine cellar of how it was during the medieval times. Although, it was rearranged to look like it. We paid 11 euros per person for the tour but I believe it was worth it. There is also a coffee cafe to enjoy beverages. You don't have to pay to enter the cafe but pay for the beverage. The knight models were my highlight. I will recommend seeing this place... You can book your tickets in advance if you want to. Cheers.

The restaurant is known for its friendly staff, great service, and dog-friendly atmosphere. It's a perfect spot to enjoy delicious traditional meals paired with a glass of local wine in a welcoming environment. Reservations are recommended due to its popularity.
Weindorf Koblenz is it really cool looking old German style restaurant! It is situated right on the banks of the Rhine River which has a great beautiful view

It was a nice place. Quite quiet. The server was polite and attentive. It may be a bit more expensive than other places but it's out of town and no more expensive than the hotel. The food was nice, however I did order curried chickpeas and there was definitely no curry in the sauce.
Karen H — Google review
Slow service and the prices are higher than in german big cities like frankfurt. The quality was acceptable but for this price point I expect more in Koblenz- maybe a tourist trap?
Ati C — Google review
So bad experience with the service! ! I ordered hot water for drink, the first one come with something dirty inside the glass cup. When I realized that and told the water, he didn't say sorry but only told us that he had also no idea about it. AND THEN HE JUST IGNORED US!! We even had to call him to place a new drink order. The most annoying part was, he charged The hot water in tea price but didn't provide me any tea and also didn't say or do anything for my report of the dirty cup!!! That's really so bad! And I reject to pay for the first "TEA", even the other waiter said sorry about it and refund me one tea, but I still feel angry about it. The service was terrible, They really need to improve it. And also need to check carefully whether the tableware clean Or not! The environment was nice and the salad was a big portion but not good. The price was expensive and almost only plain blatter, not recommend at all. According to my partner, the wine was not bad, unfortunately that's from the wine brand not from the restaurant. All in all, not recommend in this restaurant.

This place is recommended everywhere, why🤷‍♀️ Service. There are obviously not enough people for such a big place, it takes you a lot of time to place the order, get assistance in ordering etc. ‚Winedorf‘ means you can get some expertise consultation on the wine to choose... unfortunately, we haven’t seen it there. Food. All dishes were oversalted (I drunk about 2-3 liters of water at the evening to conquer my thirst). Schnitzel wiener art was not even a Schnitzel, it was good meat, but not the schnitzel one. Overall experience. Nice garden and tables outside are comfy for a long stay, good wine card (if you can decide yourself what you want).

Located in the Langemarck-Kaserne, Wehrtechnische Studiensammlung Koblenz is one of Germany's most extensive military technology exhibitions. The museum spans five floors and covers 1.7 acres, showcasing an impressive array of military hardware including planes like the Lockheed F-104, tanks such as Leopard and II, helicopters, heavy guns, tactical uniforms, light arms, ammunition, and communications technology.
What an incredible museum. I did not expect it to be that great. Apart from the main halls, there are also 4 levels of firearms collections and everything else from navigation to computers. Just incredible. Make sure you also visit the stunning military library nearby, that was an amazing surprise.

Great museum / exhibition of defense tech, from old to new. From cut-open tanks to a Mil mi-24 Hind helicopter, as well as hand guns, radio tech, and much more. Several prototypes of various tech. They even have rail guns and coil guns!

Amazing! Hidden gem of military museums! Amazing collection of prototype weapons, devices, nightvision, tanks and airplanes, more than 100 cannons. Dont forget to go upstairs!! Entry is only 3 euros (coins only) price should be higher for what it is!

One of the largest collections I've visited (±4hours), certainly worth going here especially for those that are interested in the technical aspects of military vehicles and equipment. They also have a gyrojet and G11 prototypes :). There is parking available at the museum and a bookshop with a ton of historical books around the corner.

Amazing place to have an overview of the Military Arsenals during different time periods. Make sure you visit all the levels, we almost missed it. Great Personal and facility, for a great experience.

Hidden gem. You know the visit is going to be interesting when the "receptionists" carry sidearms and you need to have photo ID to get in! Huge and varied collection of vehicles, aircraft and weapons collected to educate and train past and current service personnel. Some really unique exhibits you are unlikely to see anywhere else. Very low entry fee but you do have to use coin operated gates (money changing machine is available. Small free car park and toilets on site. Main Halls with large items are located on ground floor with other floors holding smaller items such as personal weapons. As it is not a true "touristy" site there is no cafe or restaurant available if you're looking for meal etc. Highly recommend a visit for anyone interested in military history.

Steven R — Google review
I am personally not the type of people to have issues with anyone, and I rarely get into arguments with strangers.. but this was the first time ive ever met anyone so rude and stuck up. Tldr: I would never visit this place again and wish they go out of business Today me and my family wanted to go karting but unfortunately limpark was closed, which is close to where we live. We found this place in Koblenz and it is 40 minutes away, so we wanted to call before hand to ask questions we had. But no one answered the phone, we called 3 separate times between 4 hours. Not only was there never an answer but it pushed you out of the call and was no service or info at all. When we got there at night time the place looked really run down and suspicious from the outside but thankfully they had free parking... one only nice thing.. We can inside and immediately I was met with cigarette smoke.. this is not uncommon here in Germany to have smokers but there must be distinct places and it would be kind to keep it clean for children and non smokers. It was slightly confusing as it was our first time there but I tried following the QR code from outside the kiosk. We came inside the reception room because it was -4 degrees outside and I needed to ask questions anyways . My brother went up to this order lady at reception to ask things while I signed up for the app. Immediately he was met with a very short toned and stern woman, who was not the most friendly. But we were both used to this from older people so we ignored it and tried to stay respectful. My brother had asked the lady a few questions before she asked for his ID, as she needed to verify he was 16, or needing of a parent , when he said he did not have it on him (he had just had his birthday on new year's) she turned to me asking if I was his parent as, if they are under age an parent needs to be present . I am his older sister but our father was in another car coming a bit after, and we tried to explain to her but she seemed to not want to accept this answer . I tried to ignore her rude attitude and just continue eith the app, and then I needed to asked questions.. and she started being rude to me, as if I was stupid or incompetent.she had also started calling my brother names and assuming he was one of those teenagers that disrespect elderly. At that time our father came in with the rest of the group and I had asked about my 7 yo sister and how she may participate , and she was fine with her riding in our father's car but the moment I brought up my little brother again she said he's not allowed on the track and will not be able to go, no excuses . So I said, if he can't drive then there's no point for us being there. I had left with the group while my father stayed to try and clear things up with her peacefully but she refused to listen, was rude and at the end kicked him out of the building. ... I have never experienced such incompetence and distasteful behavior from such an ugly personality .. It was really disgusting how she treated my younger brother and completely dismissed our father. To say I will never come back here is way too lightly , I don't wish ill on others but I hope this business fails and I hope this woman finds Jesus because only god can forgive such a person. Ps. I wholeheartedly believe the positive reviews are people who know the owners to sweet talk them and keep them running, or they were the lucky few to not have met the receptionist

Koblenz Hauptbahnhof, the main train station in Koblenz, is a convenient transportation hub for visitors. It is located south of Bahnhofstrasse and offers easy access to various attractions such as the Old Town and shopping districts. The station boasts large platforms with ample space and a wide selection of dining options within the main building.
The first train was delayed but the office staff was really helpful in finding the alternative connection. It is here, on this trip, I remember that one needs euros to go to toilet in Germany.
Sylvia L — Google review
There are elevators for platform 1-5, 8-9, 104-105, 109. However for some reason there were sometimes that elevator functioned in weird way (i was not the only one who thought so. Fellow German ppl also agreed). If you want to use elevators during your transfer, I would suggest 10min at least. Escalators were there partially. Even though it is quiet a big station not many seats in the station.
Nonea — Google review
This is an average station which needs more improvement because lots of tourists are coming nowadays. Most of the platforms are not having elevators. So if you have big or medium size luggage with you then that will be a problem. You have to carry your luggage using the steps. There is a big display board (LED screen) at the entrance of the station with the train information which is very useful. There are some shops to buy and restaurants to eat within the station. DB information center/Ticket counter is also there near the entrance.

Koblenz Hauptbahnhof – Needs Improvement The station feels outdated and poorly maintained. limited seating, and unclear signage make travel frustrating. At night, security is lacking, and the overall atmosphere is unwelcoming. Needs urgent upgrades in cleanliness, comfort, and safety.

There are no big departure boards here, the information is presented in big, tiny text, hard to read tables on the wall. Otherwise adequate station, well appointed book shop and small eateries.

(Translated by Google) Very nice location, but there are much nicer beer gardens and restaurants in Koblenz. Everything was pretty unkempt, tables dirty and old. The floor is full of rubbish. You should avoid the toilets. The food is below average. There are: Bockwurst, beef sausage, currywurst, fries and pretzels. All the liquid was out of my beef sausage. It's probably been on the griddle for a long time. The 1 star is because there is beer at an acceptable price. This situation has been this way since at least 2018. That was my first time here. The operator doesn't seem to care. It's a shame, that could be a really nice beer garden 😕 As a consolation prize for the reader there is a picture of the only beautiful thing... the view... but you can have that almost everywhere here.

(Translated by Google) A very quiet place - connection between the old town (Münzplatz / Paradies) and the Moselle promenade. Some seating. The whole place is separated on all sides by a large wall - so it's the perfect place for windy days. We are very well protected from the wind there. Great place to get a few minutes of peace, read a book, etc. (Original) Ein sehr ruhiger Ort - Verbindung zwischen Altstadt (Münzplatz / Paradies) und Moselpromenade. Einige Sitzgelegenheiten.

Miniature golf course
(Translated by Google) A great pastime. Yes, the rides are showing their age, but they still have the 80s flair. I felt like I was back in my childhood. The staff is super friendly and very fond of children. A top rating.

(Translated by Google) The same applies here as what was said about the little room: Really great! The mini golf course is very challenging, consists of exposed concrete slabs with corresponding impacts, but overall it is surprisingly easy to play on. Many courses have their holes or obstacles on sloping surfaces, which increases the difficulty even more, and sometimes a ball gets lost due to overzealousness (to put it nicely). But actually the Golfstübchen is the center, offers a great atmosphere, delicious cake and a couple running it with, I would say, their hearts in the right place. Very warmly! If we lived nearby, we went there often.

(Translated by Google) We stopped here for a bite to eat during our mountain bike tour, and it was fantastic. The waffles, cake, coffee, and fruit spritzer were all prepared with love and care. Anyone in the area will definitely get their money's worth.

Twinspark74 — Google review
(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, the owner supports people who express racist views (she doesn't say anything, doesn't ask them to leave, serves them, and laughs with them). Furthermore, she herself treats the person in question in a shameful manner afterward—even though at least no racist background was communicated. We were there last time.
