Great and large statue with huge area for people to stand, sit, walk by and eat/drink at the numerous food stalls in the vicinity. Nice place and area beside the Moselle (Mosel) river flowing into the Rhine river. Koblenz is very nice river city in Germany not very far from Border city Trier or the country Luxembourg by train.

It is a real wonderful scene The River divides into two branches with the mountains and Cable cars along with the flags around you I loved the place , great for taking pictures

Deutsches Eck is an absolutely stunning place to visit! The meeting point of the Rhine and Moselle rivers offers breathtaking views, especially at sunset. If you are visiting Koblenz, this is a must-see place. It's in all honesty nothing that spectacular. The monument (covered elsewhere) is, but this is just a lovely bit of space, made extra special as it's the confluence of the two rivers. Just take time to appreciate the views of the water, the castle, and of course the (spectacular) monument.

It's worth visiting. You can see the colour difference of Rein and Mossel coming together at this place, go with a cable car to the fortress (a lot of expositions included in the entrance ticket. The view of Koblenz from the fortress is very nice.

Wonderful monument. The plaza has plenty of room to walk and position for photos. Food and drinks nearby as well as a few souvenir vendors.

Sixty-three steps to climb to the highest point of this humongous monument to Whilelm 1, which was much bigger than I thought it would be, situated at the land jutting into the confluence of the Rhein & Mosel Rivers. Wonderful views of the fortress, the Basilica, and the actual joining of rivers. A must/ see on Koblenz.

Prices and drinks were OK. Music is also ok but sometimes disturbingly loud. Underground lounge so air quality is not that good. But in winter is nice.

Our tour guide was in Character as a British spie. He walked us through as if we were an invading army. The fort and its design is very impressive. The walls are 4 meters thick.

Ehrenbreitstein Fortress offers great views of Koblenz and the wider area. It's also good value, especially when you get the combined ticket with the cable car. The exhibitions are interesting, particularly the one on the fort's history and the archaeological finds, and the show in the excavation area was a highlight. However, the layout of the fortress is quite confusing and could use better signposting. It was also a shame that one of the media-focused areas was closed during my visit, and I also accidentally missed the wine exhibition. All in all, it's an enjoyable place to visit, but a better layout would certainly improve the experience.

Visited the fortress and the grounds outside, the fortress is massive, with so much to see, I didn't have an audio guide, this would have been beneficial, as a lot of exhibits only had an explanation in German. I believe a visit to the fortress, plus the cable car for 21 euros is a real bargain. Can recommend

Apart from the history and the view, there is nothing much to see really. Compared to the entrance fee is expensive. Just the cable ride alone with the view point is sufficient to see.

Pretty nice place to visit with great views. Expensive to get in especially considering most of the tunnels are closed and the museum section has limited hours. Still, worth the visit.

This castle isn't exactly a must-visit. It's actually a former barracks used by the German army in the late nineteenth century. 🚠 The funicular ride costs 15 euros and is a glass capsule with some dirty windows. The views are decent, but the ride isn’t comfortable at all. 💶 Entrance to the castle is 10 euros, but all you really get is a view of the Rhine. Most of the buildings are just empty concrete walls—there's hardly anything to see. 🧑‍🏫 It might be interesting for a historian studying the German army of that era, but if that’s not your thing, you can definitely find better ways to spend 2 hours and 25 euros. 🆓 Just a heads-up - entrance seems to be free after 6 PM, though there are no signs to inform visitors about that.

I sought this place out, so shame on me. It’s a fine place. It would have been good, if my experience wasn’t predicated by paying a €3 cover. I thought there was a band. There wasn’t. 20min later karaoke started. Maybe it gets better later in the evening? But at 10pm, it was still mostly empty and not the Irish pub experience I was looking for. Not sure what my cover went to. The Guinness is fine.

Didn't eat here, randomly went here to grab some beers it's probably one of the best pubs I've ever been to. Unexpectedly amazing vibes I enjoyed spending time here during the karaoke night.

Wednesday nights are the best here with a pint and karaoke. Ambience is brilliant and the smoking lounge is well kept. Wonderful place to get drunk with friends.

Lovely beer, great waitress, we were sat outside, I think there was good music too inside but visiting the WC I could not breathe with the smoke. Germany is the reverse of UK, where the smokers stand/sit outside, beer drinkers inside with clean air and clean clothes.

The later the evening the more frequent neighbour bar owners, friends or just "give-me-a-last-drink -patrons" joining the great mood. If throwing darts is your passion you come to the right place, four stations are here for your competitive challenges. Highly recommended for anybody who wishes to get some local flair. The experience was okay overall. The staff was very efficient and attentive, which definitely stood out. The beer was good, nothing particularly special, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering the Aperol tho. The food was delicious, but the portions were extremely large—definitely something to keep in mind. The restaurant itself isn’t particularly nice in terms of atmosphere or decor, but the prices are very reasonable

So crowded! But rightfully so - great food, beer & atmosphere. The woman who served us was supernatural. I just had a beer (still full from breakfast) but my husband had his heart’s desire - a real German sausage ( see picture).

Lovely Brauhause to have lunch like the locals do. But I didn’t go for Beer & Shots at noon 😆 Yet, the ambiance was lively so early in the day, and crowds coming in while we were seated. Delicious food that came in enormous portions. We had our work finishing it all. Extreme value for money!

We turned up without reservation and we were lucky to get a table. The beer and food was absolutely delicious, I had a schnitzel with a mushroom cream sauce, my mate had a creamy peppercorn sauce. Absolutely 5*

We arrived on monday, out of the high season, at 18:00 and with reservation, and ut was already full. The staff were really helpful and friendly, encouraging to wait, and very keen to help. Atmosphere was great, energetic with great schnitzel to eat. Strongly recommend if you want a place with high vibes, loudly enjoyable and less formal.

The food is good but service is bad. If you’re German feel free, waiter will kindly ask you how is the food. If you’re a “aus lander”, don’t. You won’t get a “thank you” even you pay extra tip. Don’t try to argue that maybe I don’t speak German, we were the whole time speaking German. I won’t directly say it’s racism, leave it to people to judge.

The burgers are so filling! We had the veggie burger (15Eur) and the chicken burger (17 Eur).. they were tasty. The restaurant is cozy, in the center and has friendly staff.

We were in Koblenz Altstadt and wanted some lunch. This place looked good. The food was amazing. We had a burger with fries, a large cold drink and a hot drink after like hot coco and coffee.

This is a perfect example of how fast service should be. Perfect serving. Great menu. Food really good. Loved it here. The loaded chilli fries are amazing. The burgers come with different buns so its always your style and taste.

Great service, cocktails are great and burgers are just fine. The combinations are great but I had a hard time reading the menu in German. Staff was very helpful though. Prices are reasonable. Decor and presentation was also really good. The Photos speak for itself. I recommend the burgers without the bun... I think it is better without the bread.

I used to love this place due to their burgers, sweet potato fries, overall menu and service. I don’t know what happened in the last year, but the quality of the burger, the brioche and the fries are simply not in the level like before. The worse sweet potatoes I have eaten in long time, they were semi burnt, not crunchy and not well made. Perhaps the quality of the fries were just too cheap. Similar case with the brioche, it was like still frozen, and the chicken burger was smelling weird. Indeed not what u expected from Hans and Gluck. 😭😭 I would say… they really went down with the quality and keep the price.

A decent experience for customised burgers and refreshing drinks. The people who waited our table were very friendly, pleasant and considerate. A must for the Burger lovers. Although I’m not a burger lover myself, I’d be happy to give it another try for the outdoor environment and a decent food.

Outdoor and indoor seating. Nice shaded seating and some in the son on both does of the restaurant. The windows had been opened so the tables inside could got some nice fresh air. Quick one dish meals with reasonably priced drinks . Service is also quick and the food arrived quickly. Cava of 100ml for 4.40 and beer for 3.70 and a Poke bowl of Karrage chicken for 16euro. Not bad for a 25 euro meal for two persons and we were in and out in less than 30minutes as we told them we had time pressures.

Hmmmm so the food was OK. My pasta with chicken was pretty good but lacked salt and was a bit cold on the edges. It also lacked some sauce in general. The salad was good. But nachos could be better. With some melted cheddar and some fresh tortilla chips. Staff was friendly tho. Wish my pasta tasted better. Hopefully next time

Everything good about the place,the worst service about the waiter serving outside on the terrace.He came at 10:50 saying that he has to close the terrace because of the law and we didn't understand it well because of the german he had.We get ready to pay and he get made because the didn't understand it and started to get aggressive raising the voice.I love Alex,i have been in all germany to alex but with this people i dont recommend it.We had with us a friend who was pregnant,she get very disturbed by this situation.For as long that they hire this kind of persons i really dont recommend them

Quite surprising to find this attractive restaurant in town. Modern and chic interior with high ceiling space making nice atmosphere for dining. We went there for breakfast buffet, variety of food choice is enough to satisfy most customers.

Just came in for a wine... The restaurant is really traditional German restaurant. The lady was so friendly and welcoming. Even though I came in for only 2 glasses of wine. This won't happened if you're in Frankfurt ...

I was here on a trip with my Dad and his siblings. The waitress named Eileen spoke English and was amazingly helpful! The food was incredible and the resturant is really cool place. I will definitely return there.

Very nice food Unfortunately didn't have our first choice of wine but the alternative was very good. The waitress was very grumpy even though we managed to speak enough French she seemed not to like talking to us. We were not asked if the food was ok or if we wanted anything else. Wahnsinn. Super Food. Kalbsschnitzel with mashed potatoes and also heaven and Earth, amazing combination of baked blood sausage, liverwurst with baked apples. Absolutely amazing. Incredible rudeness of the staff! I do not usually leave a negative review but this situation shocked me! I was in this place today with my friends. I found a sharp piece of glass in my pasta. Fortunately, I did not got hurt myself. Once I found it, I stopped eating and pointee it out to a waiter. His answer was: "It can not be from the kitchen". Where from though, asked I myself. He proposed to remake the dish without any apologise, but I did not want to take another risk. In the end, they did not include the price of this pasta in the bill, that was completely convenient for me. However, when we were about to leave after paying the bill, a waitress (or a manager) came out. She started to accuse me that I've put this glass in my pasta myself! This is unbelievable! I have payed the bill, I did not even hear a "Sorry", I was about to leave without any conflict, and according to this place I was responsible for this situation! The evening was completely ruined, the impression from this place and such unpleasant service is horrible. Therefore I do not advise to anybody go to this place!

So have been here before and was very happy with the service and atmosphere. This time however was appalling service so didn't even stay for a drink. I sat outside and waited 10mins. Nobody came to the table so I went inside to find two people behind the bar messing around. I managed to get a third person's attention and he told me (rather abruptly) that he will come to my table, if I go and sit down. So again I sat down and waited whilst I watched this third person serve others and clear tables. He did not come to my table, so I gave up waiting. Really displeased with how downhill this place has gone. Considering the perfect location to chill with a beer or cocktail it really is a shame the service is now so poor.
