SAHiL Bar & Restaurant is a modern Caspian dining spot located on Bulvar. The restaurant offers expertly prepared dishes and a selection of fine wines in a relaxed setting. While the atmosphere could be improved, the friendly staff ensures an enjoyable experience. In addition to typical Azeri dishes like kebabs and tea, SAHiL provides an opportunity to savor the flavors of Azerbaijan while also learning about its culture.
Fancy place in a great location. On the sea boulevard, close to The Old City, I wouldn’t expect less than this. And they do provide an experience. Food selection is big enough and has plenty of local and classic dishes. Staff can provide an explanation for foreigners like us , to assist with picking from the menu. Looks like all the staff speaks some level of English and Russian. Dinning hall design looks solid and gives you a feeling of a high end restaurant, at least it tries to. Separate shaupou to whoever made a men restroom design and sound design :) nice addition. A decent place to come for a dinner, with decent prices and nice food

Lovely place with a very nice vibe. Had dinner here with a couple of friends. We had lamb kebabs eggplant rolls among other things. The quality of food was good . They alsi have a good collection of wines and other cocktails. The staff was prompt and courteous. All in all a very nice place .

The place is really good. The ambiance is amazing with modern, traditional, and natural touch. The staffs were very hospitable and gave good recommendations. The food overall was very good. The tuna salad was fresh with a good amount of everything. The juices were refreshing and perfect blend of not too sweet. They have a very wide variety of wine selection as well.

Great food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere! I liked that the portions aren’t too big, so we ordered a few dishes to try, and the prices are reasonable. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I came here alone and had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious — exactly what I was craving! But what stood out the most was the service, especially from the waiter Murad. He was incredibly respectful, kind, and professional. Always smiling, very attentive, and quick to understand what I needed without even asking. Such genuine hospitality is rare to find. Thank you for making my solo dinner feel special. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Mari Vanna, located in Baku, is a charming Russian restaurant that offers a nostalgic dining experience. The menu features traditional home-cooked Russian dishes like dumplings, borscht, and beef stroganoff alongside more modern options. The cozy interior is adorned with vintage decor such as old books and a Russian stove, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of Soviet-era Russia.
If you are in Baku anytime, plzzzz don't miss this restaurant. This is one of the best places we had our lunch. The interior itself is so inviting. Russian style place with beautiful antique decor. The menu is also very different. But you will love it. Must to be visited in Baku
Prajisha P — Google review
Excellent atmosphere and amazing food. It's definitely a place to experience when in Baku do try their black garlic bread. That was something interesting and unique. Also tried their pepper vodka which is definitely a must try if you want to get a good buzz. Very date night worthy place. Highly recommend.
Arpan B — Google review
The restaurant is well decorated, with food above average and nicely presented. Mr. Numan, the waiter, is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Without him, I might have given only 3 stars for this restaurant, mainly because of the chef, who rewound my steak. I ordered it medium well, but he cooked it as well done. The restaurant is expensive, but considering the location, atmosphere, and service apart from the chef, it's worth trying.
R M — Google review
Loved the atmosphere! Me and my friends gathered together to celebrate a birthday (we were 6 people). Staff were nice, so polite. The only thing that i didnt like was that we waited about half an hour for our meal to arrive, but imo it was worth it. Its a great place if you like Russian cuisine.
Lala — Google review
This is one of my absolutely favorite restaurants in Baku! If you’re craving Russian food, this is the right place to go. The restaurant is located in the center of Baku; it’s easy to find, and its location is very convenient. The restaurant is beautifully designed in a traditional Russian style, with plenty of cute authentic details like decor elements, pictures, sculptures; and even the waiters wear traditional Russian-style uniforms and aprons. Aesthetically, this restaurant is just PERFECTION – even down to the beautiful plates they serve the food on. I also love the Russian music they usually play; it’s always at the right volume, so you can easily talk if you’re visiting with someone. The restaurant has a large indoor area with several different dining rooms, plus an outdoor section – perfect for hanging out when the Baku weather is nice and warm. All kinds of tables are available, and I especially love that many tables have very comfortable soft sofa chairs. The staff here are always extremely polite, friendly, and sweet. I’ve visited the restaurant many times, and not a single waiter has ever been rude or impolite.Of course, everyone speaks Russian here, but their English is also good. The restaurant’s menu is large and includes all the traditional and famous Russian dishes, plus a few international options. There’s also an English version of the menu, which is a big plus. I’ve tried many items over time – Siberian pelmeni (Russian beef dumplings), chicken schnitzel, chicken Kiev cutlet, draniki with mushrooms, pirozhki with various fillings, Russian Olivier salad, Caesar salad, burger, and more. Honestly: I have never had bad food! All the dishes were always freshly made and super delicious! But if I had to pick a combo that always makes me happy, it’s Olivier salad with Siberian beef pelmeni. These two go perfectly together and make just the right amount of food to feel full. By the way, the portion sizes at Mari Vanna are just right – generous but not wasteful, nothing too small or overly large. The restaurant offers a nice dessert selection. I’ve personally tried three: Kyiv cake, honey-sour cream cake, and Napoleon cake. All three were extremely delicious! The restaurant also has a great variety of soft drinks, and I especially love their lemonades with different flavors. My favorites are the tarragon lemonade and the tropical lemonade. I also love ordering mors and kompot. When I come for dinner, I sometimes order their thyme tea – its flavor is fantastic! By the way, most of the drinks are available in different sizes. There is also a kids’ menu available, and I’ve noticed many families with children here. I also love that the restaurant sells its own frozen food, like pelmeni and vareniki to take home. Prices at Mari Vanna are on the higher side but still reasonable for the excellent food quality and the overall wonderful experience at the restaurant. For example, my lunch with a starter or salad, a main dish, and a drink usually comes to around $25. When I come for dinner, my check is usually around $35 for the same items plus a dessert. The restaurant accepts all major credit cards and Apple Pay. Free Wi-Fi is also available here – just ask your waiter for the password. Based on my experience, the restaurant is usually busy no matter the time, so better make a reservation! Whether you’re visiting Baku or simply looking for Russian food in the city, I strongly recommend checking out Mari Vanna. Trust me, you’ll have a fantastic experience and remember this place forever!

Nice food, acceptable service. When I found out that I couldn't order what I wanted due to allergy, I was proposed one of the most expensive positions in the menu and not very relevant to what I wanted. But the atmosphere is nice and the food was quite tasty.
Alexandra A — Google review
The atmosphere here is incredible – an eclectic, overdesigned Russian restaurant where every single corner is carefully curated. The space is huge, vibrant, and full of character. We were a group of five and shared many dishes. To start, we each had a shot of vodka infused with blackberry and raspberry, followed by two bottles of plain vodka enjoyed in small glasses with plenty of toasts. Between courses, the house pickles were excellent and refreshing. For food, we tried foie gras and a charcuterie plate – tasty, though not the highlight for me. The Russian salad and the beetroot salad, on the other hand, were absolutely delicious. To finish, we shared Napoleon and Medovik cakes, both of which were excellent and a perfect ending to the meal.

We came here for dinner with friends for the second time. The atmosphere was perfect. Even though the place was quite crowded, the orders arrived very quickly. The kievski and manti were delicious, thank you.

Located in Baku, Dərya Fish House has been a popular spot since its establishment in 2008. This bustling restaurant offers a variety of fresh fish and seafood dishes, prepared either pan-fried or on a charcoal brazier. In addition to seafood, the menu also includes chicken and other meat options with sides like chips and salad appetizers.

Avoid this seafood restaurant; it's one of the worst for fish quality, and the cooking method is fundamental. They have only four small types of fish and small shrimps. The food is tasteless, and the staff, when bringing the bill, ask for a tip in a terrible way. Service is one of the worst. Don't be scammed by the size of the restaurant, it's not worth your time away from spending unnecessary Money

A nice restaurant next to the sea. Fresh air, tasty food. Prices are a bit higher than average, but I guess it's because of location. Service was on point. Recommend to visit.

Super tasty fish. Unbelievable fast service. Atmosphere is awesome.
Elnur M — Google review
I really like this place, especially the atmosphere. There is nothing that can compare to a fish dinner by the sea shore. Besides, the food is tasty and all the fishes are delicious (especially kutum and sander). The service is somewhat slow and often needs a wake-up kick, but they are kind and willing to please.
Nataliya G — Google review
One of my bucket list going to Baku is to try tons of fish dishes, and this place happens to almost have it all, except those fish that are off season. Trout is a must try. Price wise it is decent, generous amount of serving. You can tell the freshness of the food and that it is cooked with love. For some reason I just really love watermelon in Baku its available wherever we go and in this restaurant of course, it’s really sweet good for summer thirst. Would love to visit this place again and will surely recommend with friends. Cheers to the Team!

If you're on the hunt for a delightful sushi experience, Sushi Room Baku is your go-to destination. Nestled in the heart of Baku's historical center, this charming eatery boasts an impressive array of sushi options, including futomaki, uramaki, and nigiri. For those looking to share with friends or family, the Ebimania set paired with a Mini Flaqman set makes for a perfect choice. The ambiance is inviting and complements their menu well.
Excellent service, decent sushi, good prices. I can only recommended the introduction of a few more seafood only sushi sets to the mix, the current selection often includes some rolls with chicken and if one does not eat chicken, it becomes harder to pick such sets. The drink selection can be improved too but it is hardly necessary for a place of this kind. Definitely recommended.
Mustafa K — Google review
It’s just cream cheese stuffed dry rice rolls. It We ordered 3 different types of sushi and nigiri. Even the soya sauce and wasabi couldn’t improve it because it tasted like nothing. Waste of money… How did they get so many 5 stars ??? I had all types of sushi around the world. But this was truly the worst. Baku has actually awesome restaurants specially for sushi.
Aras V — Google review
They were serving only sushi but no soups or udon. Although last two were also on the menu. Sushi and fries were good.
Rustam R — Google review
Great sushi. Very good quality sushi. Fresh They have cooked and raw. Both are great 👍. Great service. Clean. Great value 👏 👌 Definitely recommend 👌
Miad H — Google review
The people are very nice, and kind. Food took 45 minutes, and everything is with cheese. If you have some sort of standard for sushi, then it's very very far off. Im not saying it to hurt the business, but to save you the experience. In Baku the best food is the local one.
Ron A — Google review
Everything was great. The service was excellent. I really liked Philadelphia. The rice was cooked correctly, and the roll did not fall apart. The tom yam was moderately spicy and tasty. If it is possible, I will definitely return to this restaurant!
Sergei Z — Google review
Strolled into Sushi Room with my hopes as high as the Flame Towers, ready for a culinary adventure in the land of 4.9 stars. Left with my hopes a bit more akin to the Maiden Tower—still standing, but a little weathered. Let's talk about it. The vegan set, with its 24 pieces, felt like an ode to the many shades of... well, the same flavor. It was as if they were playing a game of 'Guess the Ingredient,' with the avocado impersonating a rock in a grand performance. Spoiler: the rock won. The hot salmon roll, however, was the hero we didn't know we needed. A delicious plot twist in our dining saga, creative and well-crafted, like a piece of art you can eat. But alas, where was the tea? A sushi place without tea is like Baku without its winds—just doesn't feel quite right. In the grand tapestry of dining experiences, Sushi Room is a vibrant thread. Not perfect, but adds to the rich pattern. So, with a touch of generosity, we're casting our vote for a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Cheers to the sushi that rocked and rolled its way into our hearts (and our critiques).
Ruben D — Google review
Nice cozy atmosphere, we tried sushi set there. The taste is good, but I liked maybe 80% of sushi, not all) Rolls with crab stick is so weird tbh 🥴 in -1 floor people were smoking and it’s not good thing for such closed area. Also would be great if they had some green teas in the menu !

When you find yourself in Baku, embracing the local culinary scene is a must, and nothing embodies Azerbaijani cuisine quite like "Kebab Mood." Known as shishlik in Azerbaijan, this delightful dish features marinated meats skewered on metal sticks and grilled over a mangal—a traditional coal barbecue that adds an irresistible smoky flavor. The variety is astounding; from tender lamb to succulent fish and vibrant vegetables, there's something for everyone.

Bir İki Dönər has made quite a splash on social media with their innovative approach of offering free döners during significant public holidays, capturing the hearts of many in Baku. While it stands as one of the pricier döner spots in town, its popularity among locals speaks volumes about its appeal. Diners rave about the incredible taste and quality that this rebranded joint consistently delivers.

I only eat doner here – hands down the best doner in Baku! I’ve tried over 40 places, and nothing even comes close. I’m not a local, but I’ve been living here for a while now, and I can confidently say this spot is a gem. I recommend it to everyone. I honestly don’t get the weird negative reviews – they must be fake or written by competitors, because I, along with all my friends, absolutely love this place. The staff is super friendly, polite, and professional. They’re always on point with everything, from how they prepare the food to how clean and organized they keep the place. I even peek through the little window sometimes to watch them cook – everything is done quickly, efficiently, and most importantly, with top-notch quality. The flavor? Out of this world! And let me tell you, the meat is legit – fresh, clean, and absolutely trustworthy. You know they’re not cutting any corners here. If I had to nitpick, the only tiny downside is that the drinks are a bit pricey. I’m not sure if that’s really a downside or just me, but hey, if the drink prices were slightly lower, this place would be absolutely perfect. Other than that, I’m super happy with everything. Please, don’t ever close down – I literally eat here all the time. Big thanks to the team for doing such an amazing job. Keep it up!

I had the beef doner sandwich at Bir-Iki Doner and while it was decent, it didn’t really stand out compared to similar places I’ve tried in Baku, Istanbul, and Berlin. The portion was a bit small, there wasn’t enough meat inside the sandwich to be fully satisfying, so I’d recommend ordering two if you’re really hungry. Service is through a window only, with no seating or indoor waiting area, and it can get pretty noisy from the street traffic. That said, it’s still a solid, quick bite and worth trying once. Hoping other branches have stepped things up since my last visit in January.

(Translated by Google) The sales representative is very eloquent and gives detailed information, they prepared the donuts quickly, the presentation was excellent, each donut was wrapped in a paper bag, with a label, it was mentioned on the label whether it was chicken or meat. The generic paper package was also not neatly sealed, with enough tissues inside, including a toothpick. This branch has a negative aspect, that is, there are no places to sit). Great service!👍 In addition, let me mention that 1 doner is given as a gift for every 10 doner. (Original) Satış nümayəndəsi çox səlist və ətraflı məlumat verir, dönəri tez hazırladılar, təqdim etmə əla idi hər bir sönər kağız paketdə bağlı idi, etiketlə , etiketin üstündə qeyd olunmuşdu toyuq və ya ət olduğu. Ümumi kağız paket də səliqəli bağlanməşdı, içinə kifayət qədər salfetka qoyulmuşdu, diş çöpü daxil. Bu filialın bir mənfi cəhəti var o da əyləşməyə yerləri yoxdur). Əla servis!👍 Əlavə olaraq qeyd edim ki hər 10 dönərə 1 dönər hədiyyə edilir.

Nestled in a tranquil setting, Fisincan Cafe & Restaurant is a true gem offering an authentic taste of local Azeri dishes. The staff provides excellent recommendations, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The flavors are spot-on, capturing the essence of the region, and the inclusion of local music adds to the charm. From lamb dumpling soup to plov with pastry and delicious kebabs, this restaurant offers fantastic food with special effects that elevate the dining experience.
Great food and great choice, even vegetarians can find something very nice to eat. Fantastic service the waiters are so nice and food is served very quickly. They are trying to accommodate big groups to sit together, some of them speak very good English and the atmosphere is very nice. There is a life music most of the time. The prices are good too. I recommend this restaurant to anyone and location is very good as well near the main square in Baku.

Good restaurant offering a taste of local cuisine. Mixed grill was exceptionally delicious and meat very tender. Shrimp salad and dolma were good. The service was acceptable though the waiters seemed unenthusiastic.
Luvparade — Google review
We visited Fisincan Cafe Restaurant in central Baku after seeing a large number of positive reviews on Google Maps. We arrived around noon — it was extremely hot outside, and unfortunately, the interior wasn’t much cooler. The lack of proper air conditioning made it a bit uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. We ordered Lule kebab and Tike kebab, hoping for a delicious local experience. Sadly, both dishes were underwhelming — the meat was not tender and lacked the softness and flavor we expected. Cooking good kebab requires a certain finesse, which we didn’t find here. In addition, the tables were placed very close to each other, and the entire dining area felt cramped and tight, leaving little personal space. This added to the discomfort, especially during busy lunch hours. Towards the end of our meal, a large, attention-grabbing performance started at a nearby table. It seemed like many people might be rating the restaurant based on the entertainment rather than the food itself. As anticipated for a centrally located venue, the prices were quite high. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and professional, and we had no complaints about the service.

Best authentic food place in Baku. I always bring my guests to this place and never had any bad experience at this restaurant. The location is ideal, easy to reach and with a lovely atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The live music made the evening even more relaxing and enjoyable. Service was warm and attentive, and a special thanks goes to EMILYA at the entrance — she welcomed us with a bright smile and was very helpful with our table booking and all arrangements. Overall, it’s a place we would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again!

A landmark restaurant in the heart of baku shopping area. They have traditional food and international menu served in their special way. They celebrate the serving of a famous local dish by turning of lights and plaing loud music with fire. It was great show😍 we ordered alot of plates and the whole family was happy with the food

We ordered the breakfast for 2 it was really amazing. We really love the portion and the variety of food presented to us. I Kachapuri could have been better, the egg inside was already cooked so we could not mix it well with the cheese inside, which made eating it a bit difficult. All the people who were very kind and they explained what the dishes were. 10/10 would recommend anyone looking for a great breakfast in Baku.

Sumakh Restaurant was the ideal choice for my birthday. The atmosphere is beautiful, with luxurious interior design that felt truly special. My meal was fantastic: ARISHTA soup, LAMB BASDIRMA, and HOME-STYLE POTATOES, all perfectly cooked and delicious. My peach mojito was great too! A huge thanks to the staff for their exceptional hospitality and kind service. They made the experience truly memorable. The prices are very reasonable for such high-quality food, and meals are absolutely delicious. Plus, there's a 10% service charge, but you get a 5% discount if you pay with Visa. Highly recommend Sumakh for a special occasion!

Had a wonderful dining experience at Samakh Baku. Tried the soup, traditional juices, lamb chops, kebab, fried bread, and aubergine — everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The lamb chops and kebab in particular were perfectly cooked, and the traditional juices complemented the meal so well. Great service and warm atmosphere — highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic local flavors in Baku!

Although many tables were free, the host seated us at the far end of the restaurant, which felt odd. However, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The place is nicely decorated with a warm, traditional touch. The food was good overall — especially the salad, which was fresh and flavorful.

Sultan Inn Boutique Hotel is a charming and elegant boutique hotel located in the heart of Baku's Old City. With just eleven rooms, it offers a historical and luxurious experience. The hotel features a rooftop cafe/bar with stunning sea views, as well as two restaurants serving delicious local favorites. The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with luxury amenities such as high-quality bed linen, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Guests can also enjoy personalized service in this unique and charming location.
This hotel was amazing and had seriously the most hospitable staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a safe and comfortable stay.
Haley R — Google review
A good boutique hotel in a good location in the old city near Maydan Tower. The rooms are abit dated with heavy furniture and curtains but clean and well maintained. Staff are great and helpful, particularly Orkhan who was very helpful to us. There are steep stairs to the upstairs rooms and the breakfast terrace with no elevator. The hotel offers breakfast through a partner restaurant called Terrace 145 and the breakfast is very poor. They offer the same eggs everyday and service is very bad. Our room faced the Flame Towers but there was a limited view.
S D — Google review
Among advantages can be highlighted rooms with electric fireplace , comfortable beds, location is in the heart of the old town and the view from the restaurant overlooking the city Drawbacks: if you book a room with breakfast included expect to be treated like they’re doing you a big favor by serving it, it’s a set of Turkish dishes which is by far less if you order it as a walk in, having it as a hotel guest felt more like a punishment for staying with them, they couldnt even serve Turkish coffee along with it, offered regular substandard coffee instead, big disappointment to start an exploration day like that. Also location is central but no cabs allowed yo drop by hotel so you’ll carry your luggage yourself around 10 mins Over don’t recommend staying

This place is gorgeous! The location is perfect, it’s the heart of the old city. There are many beautiful buildings around with the local vibe. Very cool staff. The staff is always ready to help with any question. My special thanks to Zakir! I have nothing to add to the fact that it was awesome.

Rooms are great and lavish, and makes you feel like a Sultan. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great, and the restaurant on the top floor offers great views. However, these perks comes at a great price: it is a very expensive hotel. If you have the budget, definetly go with this hotel.
Brenders T — Google review
There is beautiful view on balcony and good rooms to stay👍🏻I like it
Masyulka2117 — Google review
Dated property with rooms furnished in a dark color tone. Airconditioning challenges occurred during my stay and the staff shifted me to a new room for only one night and wanted me to shift back to the old room thereafter. This was rather unprofessional. I decided to check out as the attitude of hospitality was found lacking. There is no in house restaurant. It’s operated by a third party on the terrace and breakfast was average.

The food was amazing, and their breads with a lott of different sides to choose from are amazing. Would recommend their curd garlic side. The food is slightly expensive but for that taste and quality of food it's acceptable. They do accept cards or cash.

We finished the meal with Profiteroles. The service was attentive and helpful. The food was served fast and the plating of all the dishes were nicely done. The ambience was cozy and homey. The dishes we ordered were all good. The olives with cheese were very good way to start. The eggplant and zucchini was very crunchy . The Lamb Saj was very tasty. The Profiteroles was a great way to end the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We (group of 5) went there for breakfast during the weekend. They open at 10am, so we had to wait till 10:30-11:00 to have breakfast. Although atmosphere and service is good below I would like to highlight what we didn't like: - No parking place of the restaurant! - They prefer to accept orders only for breakfast sets (which has a unnecessary foods like condensed milk or nutella, which has small portions and very pricy) - We ordered just omelets, tea, coffee, sirniki and some weird desert called "Apple Pakhlava" (apple wrapped in dough the taste was sour). - Orders came late, extremely small portions and high prices.

Fairmont Baku - Flame Towers is a luxurious hotel located within one of Baku's modern landmarks, the Flame Towers. The hotel offers elegant rooms and suites with stunning city and sea views. Guests can enjoy upscale dining at the Mediterranean restaurant Le Bistro, as well as daytime options like Balcon Cafe. The rooftop H2O Pool Bar provides a sophisticated setting for drinks. Additionally, the hotel features a rooftop pool and a spa for relaxation.
The hotel is absolutely AMAZING. From the moment you enter, it's a different class of luxury and customer service. The staff at checkin, Orkhan was one of the most professional I've ever met, he knew everything about the hotel, surroundings, and made us feel at home. He also gave us a free upgrade to a sea view room because we were on our honeymoon, which was a classy gesture. He also arranged a cake and some fruits for us, along with a congratulations card. Moreover the room, it's just absolutely crazy. Everything is automated, the curtains close by themselves, the bathroom lights and mirror are translucent (they become see through at the press of a button, and then cloudy again if you want privacy). Everything is just perfect. 10/10

Nice but short stay here for work. The location is pretty inconvenient given you're at least a 20-30min walking distance to the old town or the foreshore. The rooms were immaculate and breakfast is one of the best for any hotel but I guess its expected for its price point. There were signs on the lift for a mall or cinema within the compound but nothing was available. The spa was decent and gym very well equipped. Highly recommend the high tea spread if you get the chance.

We had the pleasure of staying at Fairmont Baku, and it truly exceeded all expectations. We were generously upgraded to their Premier Suite, and I can confidently say it was the best stay of our lives. The suite was absolutely stunning, spacious and elegant, with a kitchen, a stylish living room, a dining area, a luxurious bedroom, and two washrooms. The views from the suite were simply breathtaking, making the experience even more memorable. The hospitality was outstanding; Kamal and his team were incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, our stay was nothing short of perfect. I would highly recommend Fairmont Baku to anyone visiting the city, it’s an experience you’ll never forget.

We were given a stunning room with panoramic views of the Caspian, several of the local attractions and of course, the sunset over the sea. Everyone at the hotel has been very helpful, beyond informative and always treated us with the elegance and distinction for which the Fairmont Hotels are so well known. Le Bistro has a breakfast buffet that is exceptional! Chef Faraj and Fatima truly make the experience remarkable, memorable and delicious! We loved every moment of our stay in Baku and will definitely be back!!

I was really thinking a lot before visiting Baku, since it was my first time in this beautiful country. Luckily, my travel agent in Dubai suggested this option—and it turned out to be at the iconic Flame Towers. Everything was close to this location, but the most memorable part was the breakfast spread every morning. Being a vegetarian, I was worried about what I would get to eat. But on the very first day, I met Chef Gopal, and over the next three days I enjoyed an incredible variety of authentic Indian dishes like Chole Bhature, Uttapam, Idli Vada Sambar, Aloo Paratha, and more. Overall, it was an amazing stay, except for one issue: the internet in my room was very slow—probably due to a technical glitch. Apart from that, the experience was wonderful, and even the in-room dining (like the Tomato Soup) was fabulous.

Nothing to complain about. The prices are very low. Beef tenderloin (dana bastırması), bread, herbs and tea for only 7 manats. The portion is enough for one person.
