Night club
Restaurant
Located on the top floor of Sahil Tower, Pasifico Lounge and Dining offers a unique South American experience in Baku. The venue features tribal figurines, an iridescent green-tiled bar, and aquamarine lighting that sets the stage for late-night entertainment. As a restaurant-turned-club, it seamlessly combines fine dining with a fantastic bar and live music events.
Nice place but the security can be a little welcoming rather than the attitude. It's too overpowering when you are going to a place to enjoy. Music DJ was amazing, percussionist was a blast.. too good. The crowd too was amazing and had a great time
MR C — Google review
Pasifico has a great atmosphere, fantastic cocktails, and excellent music—perfect for a stylish night out. The venue enforces a strict dress code and face control, which adds to its exclusive vibe. Entry can be a bit unpredictable for tourists, as locals are generally given preference. Overall, a good experience if you’re dressed well and ready for the scene.
Mirbaghir B — Google review
Pacifico Baku Absolutely loved this place! It has such an amazing vibe and a luxurious feel throughout. The view is stunning, the ambience is top-notch, and the music really sets the mood. Drinks were fantastic, and both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options were available while vegetarian choices are limited, they were still quite good. Overall, a very classy spot a must-visit for parties or a stylish night out in Baku!
Karishma T — Google review
Pasifico has such a fun vibe—great music, amazing energy, and honestly, the food was way better than I expected for a club. I’d totally go back just for the cocktails and that spicy shrimp dish!
Noorchique — Google review
Absolutely loved my experience at Pasifico Lounge and Dining in Baku! 🌟 The food was delicious with creative flavors and beautiful presentation. The service was attentive, friendly, and made the evening even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is stunning—modern, vibrant, and perfect for a night out with friends or a special dinner. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience in Baku!
Orxan I — Google review
Visited Pasifico Baku with girls and, unfortunately, we experienced what felt like rudeness and discrimination. My friend was asked to leave simply for laughing loudly; instead of a gentle reminder about noise, it turned into an eviction. We also noticed that guests seemed to be treated with more respect if they came with older, wealthy men — giving the place a noticeable “sugar daddy” vibe. I hope management invests in kinder communication and a more inclusive atmosphere where every woman can relax and feel respected.
Nargiz S — Google review
Called before going to ask if I need a reservation to go me and my wife and they said that I could walk in before 11PM and it would be free of charge without a minimum spend, after 11PM would be 100 manat charge on the table, which is around 60$ understandable since this is what we pay in Dubai for 2-3 beers. Came here Saturday, august the 3rd, walked in only to get hit by oh sorry you have to pay, I was like you i discussed it with one of your associates a day before and you guys are contradicting each other? I was like its okay I will go and come back once the party starts past midnight. I go to nizami street to roam and shop till it gets past midnight only to go there and be greeted by two “supervisors” i believe, or at least thats what they think they are. The bouncers looks at them and goes like they don’t have a reservation and clearly I do and they say oh sorry, you can’t go in because of the dress code. I am wearing a black giving movement shirt with baggy jeans a converse. Kept arguing that I cant go in when I told him we enter many places wearing even less casual clothes since its hot and he goes like: YeAh ThIs Is NoT DuBaI. You both should be educated about how to treat potential customers, have some manners and work on your communication. Come to Dubai and we’ll show you the authentic ways of hospitality. Thanks for ruining a perfect trip that was supposed to end at your place.

Cocktail bar
Nestled within the historic 12th-century Old City, Barfly Social Hub offers a vibrant social atmosphere and a chance to unwind after exploring Baku. The bar is renowned for its original cocktails crafted by mixologist Nizam Ismayilzade, with the signature Crazylove cocktail being a must-try. Boasting great music, delectable food, and an energetic ambiance, this spot is a top choice for visitors seeking an unforgettable experience in Baku.
The DJ was tooooo good, we went there on a Halloween day so it was litttt. They don’t carry beer but they have crazy signature cocktails. The shorts were really great.
Elveena V — Google review
Very good party! We asked someone close to Nasimi street if they know a good place to have good music and he recommended Barfly. After many disappointing bars this finally was very nice. We originally just wanted to stay a little but we ended up being there for 2-3 hours. We were lucky to fit in since it was packed but due to the late hours some group left and we could dance too. The DJ really felt the crowd which is so rare nowdays. Thank you BarFly for the good party. If you go there I recommend you book a table in advance.
Gergő N — Google review
Various types of drinks & snacks, good atmosphere. Ordered sandwiches and various drinks. Enjoyed the atmosphere. This place has also parties mainly on weekends. Very friendly atmosphere and good music.
Rahil M — Google review
Nice place to hang out after a busy shopping and sight seeing day. We liked it, because there were only Locals from Baku in this Bar. Hip people enjoying the weekend nightlife. Thumbs Up
Xielito B — Google review
Really vibrant, lively, and in spot. The music is almost always on point. The drinks are always strong and the appetizers are delicious. I recommend this spot for a Friday night with some friends. A good mix of locals and tourists.

If are able to get in, this place is one of the best bars in Baku. They music is on point, classy crowd, and thevdrinks are good. This is place to come if u want to dance and enjoy your night. Will def be coming back.

I turned up at 5pm to have a quick drink after a work meeting. I traveled to Baku for a work meeting so I was alone and unfortunately my wife and child were not with me…: so instead of just going back to the hotel I wanted to soak in a bit of the local culture but was sadly turned away as I was by myself…it was couples only. The bar was pretty much empty. Anyways I ended up at the coffee & jazz bar a little further up which was a fantastic little spot with great food, drinks and attentive staff. The morale of the story is skip barfly and go straight to the jazz bar 🍾

Club
Enerji Club is a popular spot in Baku, situated by the Caspian Sea. The venue boasts an eclectic art-house interior and offers a vibrant nightlife experience. During the week, it functions as a restaurant with a tranquil ambiance, but on weekends, it transforms into a lively nightclub. The club features top-notch DJ music and acoustics that appeal to the local youth.
Good place to have a chill out with friends and loved one's,nice place to have a music fun concert
Asha J — Google review
It is a decent club. The music is ok but some things just didn't click with me. For example there is a guy waiting on you in the lavatories; to give you tissues after you wash your hands. I don't know how to describe how that made me feel.
Logesh W — Google review
Place where you can start your evening slowly as in lounge and flow yourself into clubbing for all night. Club had live music in the evening. Drinks are not bad, hence didn't check many. Be aware club is pricy one and deposit is required per place for a night.
Hemant D — Google review
It’s a place with very good food where you can sit and enjoy and even a great place for clubbing. The staff was very good with good service. Even the drinks were great for the price.
Vikas P — Google review
I have been in this club couple of times , the place is very nice, seaside, you can get fresh air, and alcohols are in good price and I cant get the same energy every time. Its recommended place.
Ravi C — Google review
This place is a disaster , nothing but a complete RIP-OFF .. You are not allowed to go in without a female (no exceptions) , and they don’t even mention anything about this anywhere on their website or Social media . BUT instead they will offer you a table INSIDE for min of 500 AZN it’s around $350 US Dollars . This place is a trap for locals and tourist 😤😤😤 , I have traveled a world and have been in too many clubs , but never seen anything like this... this place is a joke.. I don’t recommend this place ..and would never support it .. THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY NIGHT .. If you wanna have a good time you can go to the Club Madrid right next door .
Tural A — Google review
The whole night was so much disappointing for me and my lady. The guys who served our table were very rude, impolite and having big difficulties in understanding English. I have repeated my order three times, still they delivered wrong items and worst they have charged it to my final bill. I don’t recommend to think of going to this place 👎.
Khalil I — Google review
Don't know what to say because when we went there they were only serving foods at that night (was monday). So we came back home, but to be honest we didn't know if we could get a dance chance there or not, because clubs are proper for hooking mostly in Baku

Bar
Pivnaya Apteka, also known as the Beer Pharmacy, is a charmingly decorated bar that offers a diverse selection of well-crafted drinks at affordable prices. Located at 147 Neftcilr Prospekt, Nsimi Baki, this establishment is renowned for its unique range of beers, cocktails, and special beertails not found elsewhere in the city.
1 | One of the most original beer bars I've ever seen. The whole interior is in the style of a chemistry lab. The decor, the seating and the lighting all match it. Even the staff wear white coats. 2 | There are several TVs in the bar for watching sports. The seating in a giant beer barrel that juts out into the street is very original.
Petr N — Google review
Probably the best burger in the city! The flavors were spot on, and the quality was excellent. The place has two separate halls—one for smokers and one for non-smokers—which makes it comfortable for everyone. Definitely a must-visit spot if you’re in the mood for a great burger.
Mirbaghir B — Google review
Excellent burger restaurant.🍔🍔 We ordered a classic chicken burger and a chef burger (beef) but they were not as expected, they were overcooked. They were replaced with another type, but when calculating, the first burger was charged approximately 28 AZN and after paying attention to the bill, it was adjusted because the alternative burger was 15 AZN. Many thanks and appreciation to Dr. Aziza
M Y — Google review
I visited this restaurant for lunch today with my colleagues. Unfortunately, we found a worm in the soup that was served to us. It was very disappointing and concerning from a hygiene and food safety perspective. Although we quietly asked to change the dish, and the staff did replace it without making a fuss, we were still charged the full price, including the service fee — as if nothing had happened. No apology or any compensation was offered. This kind of experience really affects customer trust. I hope the management takes food hygiene more seriously in the future. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
Firangiz A — Google review
The place is nice and the food was very tasty. Restaurant staff were very friendly making this place cozy. I would like to thank Aziza for her special care and attention that she provided us with during our dining.
Odell M — Google review
We arrived at the place for the third time and it will also be the last time .. The atmosphere is young and the place is very clean. The service is very good. There are also fair prices. The food looks great in the menu photos but tasteless. We tried several different dishes but they all had a bland taste and for those you had it was not special and not even that tasty.
אסף ד — Google review
Nice place... Very original idea and concept. Nice interiors... Really cool when everyone and everything is in the play). Docs and medical stuff, it's cool. Btw, all the other restaurants of these owners are really nice as well. But!) It's not a beer apothecary). When you go to the doctor, he has a choice of recipes and pills)). And this "apteka" it's like village pharmacy) a few beers and nothing unique and exclusive. Only bloody lagers and Pilsen). It is not a grown-up approach).
James S — Google review
Honestly, this resturant is a must try if you are in Baku. I totally loved the whole concept. It was quite unique. The set up was giving the scientafic feel especially the bar. Also, the staff was wearing the lab coats in order to go with the theme. The best thing about the place is that its open till 2:00 AM.

Must go if staying in Baku as not many BB are around the world. Great music by Ravin.

A nice atmosphere, the restaurant is set on two levels. You can spent a pleasant evening and enjoy the delicious food. Sushi is very good. Music is very entertaining and you have try the cocktails! Staff is very attentive and welcoming, and they wore so helpful, i wanted a dish they didn't have in the menu and the chef prepared it specially for me. One of my favourite places in Baku.
Cristina B — Google review
Great bar with a restaurant company by a great music
Mehrdad M — Google review
The restaurant is located in Monaco and very easy to find. The moment I entered it, I was fascinated by the atmosphere and decoration. We were a group of three and had reserved a table online. Sadly, one part of the menu did not have an English version, but the friendly waitress explained everything in fluent English (which is not expectable in France!). We ordered the lunch set menu and were very satisfied by the chef‘s creations. The combinations were wonderful abd supported the taste. I‘d like to note that a reservation is highly recommended, eventhough the process might be a little complicated. I can understand that no-shows are irritating, but having customers depositing their credit card for a cancellation fee of 150€ in case late modification of the booking or no-show is an overreaction in my opinion. I think the restaurant should trust customers for calling in advance, if they no they cannot show up.
Fawaz E — Google review
Not what I expected from this place. Interior design etc all looks great but it was Friday night and the place was EMPTY! Literally empty. We ordered tuna rolls and the tuna was from the can (though they were denying it) and served warm. Disappointing ...
L R — Google review
Utterly disoppinted with the level of service and communication level at the reservations and no one was on the floor to recieve us to lead us to the table. The person on the phone taking the reservations was highly rude when we arrived at the recieption and we were asked to remove our blazzers which she confused with a fur over coat. the staff needs a lot of training with soft skills and specially english speaking skills.

Nice bar /lounge friendly helpful people nice music performers and good food

Expensive, Watered down drinks, I had 4 drinks and I didn't even feel tipsy, barely any people there, even on a Saturday. Music is techno and all sounded the same. They require a 50 manat minimum order total per-person. The food was okay. Avoid this place, you're not missing out on anything.

Finnegan's is a classic Anglo-Irish pub located in the heart of Baku's vibrant nightlife scene. It offers an impressive variety of beers and delicious snacks, making it a popular choice among locals and tourists alike. The bar hosts lively rock 'n' roll live shows, ensuring a fun night out for both old friends and those looking to make new ones.
Seriously one of the Top 10 Irish Pubs I have visited anywhere in the world. Great Guinness. Awesome food. Safe and friendly environment. Amazing live band. Who would’ve thought, Baku has one of the best Irish pubs on the planet!
Pat W — Google review
I loved the live band, absolutely amazing and such a vibe. The food is really great and as well the draught beer. Ordered a pizza and a club sandwich everything was just perfect until the DJ arrived , the DJ was really bad.
Elveena V — Google review
The interior is amazing, the only upside of this place. Cocktails had so less alcohol, same glass every time. Oh there were hawkers and hookers both. Live music was okay, one person singing. Enjoyed the ambiance but wouldn't come again.
Curious C — Google review
A nice pub in Baku where there was live music on a Friday night. The vibe was pretty good. Food and alcohol is at your standard pub pricing. The only drawback was they ran out of Guinness by 10 pm, a little strange for an Irish pub xD
Renisha C — Google review
Good Irish pub design. Standard fare. Seemed like a great place. Was recommended by my conicerge and was perfectly fine.
Roshan P — Google review
The place is good for drinking and cjillimg but it’s allowed to smoke inside so not recommended ones who can’t take it. In general I would say it’s good after midnight so you can come here drink and hangout. Prices are same as the pubs around and service is fine. Sometimes they want deposit so beware before going. Cheers ✌🏻

Located at the top of the Hilton Hotel Baku, 360 Bar offers a unique experience with its rotating feature that allows guests to enjoy stunning city views while sipping on cocktails during Happy Hour. The stylish decor and cozy atmosphere create an inviting setting for visitors to indulge in delicious food and drinks. The diverse menu caters to various tastes, complemented by live music performances. While the spinning floor may not be suitable for those prone to motion sickness, the panoramic view of Baku is truly breathtaking.
We visited this bar with my friend to enjoy the city view. The bar rotates 360 degrees, offering a stunning panorama of the nighttime city from every angle. The cocktails were pleasantly flavorful, and the food was both delicious and beautifully presented. Smoking is allowed right at the tables, which might be a plus for some and a drawback for others.

What a unique and nice place, rotating restaurant gorgeous view, must see! Day/night Great music. Expensive
Adel A — Google review
The food was okay, but nothing exceptional similar dishes can be found at many other places in Baku. Unfortunately, the service was less pleasant; the waiter was impatient, rushed us to order, and even glanced at his watch during our order, which did not feel polite or respectful. It is recommended to improve the cleanliness of the windows and lower the music volume slightly to create a more pleasant atmosphere for diners. Emanuel

Great ambience with a good collection of beers. We tried HB Munchen on the tap with Weiners. Seating is limited so please try reserving tables especially during weekends

A little bit pricy, but overall impression is good. Beer choice usually available, cozy inside, noisy outside (as by the road). Worth visiting once a while.

For the beer they have very tasty one ( HB - Hofbräu Munich) which I would say advise anyone to taste it here. Also atmosphere is nice but one downside is the musics played by the DJ was a bit old fashioned. Apart from that interior is quite nice, service was good as well. All in all I would really recommend to visit here at least once. Cheers ✌🏻

Bar
Pub William Shakespeare is a lively sports bar in Baku, Azerbaijan, offering Mexican cuisine and a wide selection of beers. It's a popular spot for a guys' night out, with live bands performing and visitors enjoying activities like playing pool. The vibrant atmosphere is filled with the sound of clinking beer glasses and people having an enjoyable time. Located on Ali-Zadeh Street 6, it's definitely worth checking out for a fun evening in the city.
Food was amazing, had some minced lamb dish with naan. Assuming all the food is fantastic. Old school English vibes. drinks price reasonable. Football was on tv so probably other sports also. Has a pool table. Was a late Sunday evening/night so was quiet but maybe busier on other days.

Just back from a weekend in Baku to watch the F1. This was our go to bar every evening afterwards. The atmosphere was great, fans from all over the world mingling. It was busy but the beer way good, the service was great and the live music they had on was perfect. We didn't eat but would have no problems recommending this. Probably not the place to take your wife for a romantic evening but for a group of friends, it was perfect. Thank you for your hospitality!! Ooohhh Yuki Tsunoda... 🎶

Let me start with the positive thing: The food is really amazing, taste-wise as well as quality wise. Hence, I would like to give a 5 star for that. Other than that, nothing deserves more than 3 star. The ambience is ok, not really what someone can crave for. There is Live music which is generally Metal and much louder than a discotheque. The singer doesn't accept any requests without money and would keep on singing songs of his choice although there would be so many requests in queue without caring whether the crowd is enjoying. Some people go to pubs and bars for having some good female company, which is also average here.

I had both a good and bad experience in this restaurant. The first time, they made our indian food soooo spicy even though we EMPHASIZED not spicy at all. We ended up sick for 3 days. The 2nd time, the chef wanted to make it up to us for our 1st horrible experience, and he made us DELICIOUS Chinese food. It was full of flavour! We wiped the dishes clean. Their Gulab Jamun is so good. Make sure to leave room for desserts

Well...I liked it It doesn't try to be anything it isn't. Good beer. I had berlinger was £6 a pint. Rustic old school pub feel Choice of Indian Chinese or Mexican menus Lol I know right But it's nice for a stop off and rest and nice beer.

Good place for foreign people, live music until midnight, staff was so good, in the weekend they had live music but in the weekdays you can play billiard, It has restaurant in the upstairs, and pub in the down stairs.

Dark and grimy atmosphere. The table was dirty and the smell was terrible, it burnt my throat! Do not recommend

Another bar/club in Baku where the band is good. Unfortunately, that is all I can say about this place. The service is horrible and the place smells of curry (this is an Indian club?). And it gets very hot inside (we went there in early July and the temps were in the 90s). Not sure if they had the AC running. It was so hot, we had to leave as we couldn't take it.

The brewery prides itself on offering quality beer, food, and service inspired by the Bavarian tradition of beer-making. Had an amazing time at Paulaner Baku! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. The beer selection is top-notch — especially the freshly brewed options. If you’re looking for authentic German cuisine and a great vibe in Baku, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

German pub in Baku💃🏼 The setting of this restaurant is unique and stands out from other places. The atmosphere is also great. They have delicious beers and beer sets😋 I also tried Munich-style roasted pork with BBQ, but I didn't like this dish. Unfortunately, the girls who served weren't friendly, so I didn't like service😕

The place has a great atmosphere. They have turned an old church (or a cathedral) to a pub. The service was top-notch. Even though I made a reservation via the website, they didn't have my reservation. This wasn't an issue though because we didn't have to wait at all for a table. The food was excellent.

Dənizkənarı Milli Park, also known as The Boulevard, is a historic promenade along the Caspian Sea in Baku. It dates back over 100 years and was once home to the mansions of oil barons. Today, it offers a variety of recreational activities such as open-air and 5D cinemas, a 197-foot Ferris wheel, museums, restaurants, shopping areas, and more.
Baku Boulevard is truly one of the gems of the city — a perfect destination for families looking to unwind, have fun, and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. The area is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, with wide walkways and plenty of green space that make it a pleasure to stroll around. Whether you’re out for a relaxing walk or looking for something more active, I highly recommend renting a bike – it’s a fun and scenic way to explore the whole boulevard. And don’t miss out on the ice cream stands along the way – a sweet treat to top off the experience! Overall, it’s a peaceful and refreshing spot that combines nature, leisure, and family-friendly vibes. A must-visit when in Baku!
Mufeed W — Google review
Baku Boulevard is a beautiful stretch along the Caspian — clean, spacious, and full of life. By day you can explore spots like Little Venice and enjoy the modern architecture, while at night the views and lights are amazing with people relaxing, eating, and music in the air. It’s very well kept (even the subways under the highway are spotless). Just a tip — watch out for a guy underground with a weight machine who can be pushy. On the boulevard itself, there are fun things like live chess matches and even quirky shops, I loved the designer cotton candy stand.

The Baku Boulevard area offers a captivating blend of modernity and cultural heritage. Strolling along the waterfront, you can admire the stunning views of the Caspian Sea. It is a great place to spend quality time.

Baku Boulevard is one of those rare places that blends peaceful seaside charm with modern energy. Stretching along the Caspian Sea, this promenade serves as Baku’s heartbeat, a place both locals and visitors flock to day and night. Green, welcoming vibe: The boulevards, gardens, fountains, and tree-lined paths offer a lush escape right in the city center . Iconic attractions: The Ferris Wheel (Baku Eye) offers a breathtaking view over the bay and city skyline . The Carpet Museum’s architecture, designed to look like a rolled-up rug is simply stunning . Little Venice is charming and romantic, especially if you take a ride in a gondola. The boulevard hosts concerts, outdoor events, street performances, art installations, you’ll feel the city’s creative pulse . Perfect for everyone: Whether you’re into jogging, cycling, people-watching, or just lounging on a bench with a coffee, there’s something here for every pace. Lots of cafés, outdoor restaurants, and shops line the promenade great for relaxing while you take in the views. Evening walks are magical—lights reflecting on the water, the Ferris wheel glowing, a gentle sea breeze. Definitely a mood-lifter. All in all, Baku Boulevard feels both timeless and alive, a perfect place for a stroll, a moment of calm, or just soaking up the soul of the city.

Harbour Tap and Grill is a lively restro-pub located near the Port of Baku, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor area has a rustic feel with wooden furnishings and soft lighting, while the outdoor space exudes vibrancy. The bar maintains a natural look with British influences, providing a phenomenal atmosphere year-round. It's known for serving British-style dishes like steak medallions and ribeye steak alongside Indian cuisine with a Chinese twist.
I recently visited Harbour , and I have to say, it was an absolute treat. If you're a fan of hearty, flavorful meals, this place should be at the top of your list. The highlight of my meal was definitely the biryani—perfectly spiced, with tender meat and fragrant rice that was just the right amount of fluffy. Every bite was packed with flavor, and it was clear that they use high-quality ingredients to create such a delicious dish. To wash it down, I paired it with a cold Beer Xirdalan, which was the perfect complement to the rich and spicy biryani. The beer had a smooth, refreshing taste that didn’t overpower the food but instead enhanced the entire experience. The atmosphere was also great—cozy, yet vibrant, with friendly staff and Chef Harish is Great , who made the dining experience even better. Whether you’re a biryani enthusiast or just looking for a spot to enjoy good food and drink, Harbour is definitely worth a visit!

The food is enjoyable; however, the service leaves much to be desired. Even during non-peak hours, the wait times are excessively long. During one visit, we waited over 30 minutes for a dessert included in our lunch meal deal and eventually left without receiving it. Additionally, the allowance of indoor smoking in the restaurant is highly unpleasant and disruptive to the dining experience.

Had a nice time and some nice food in the Harbour this afternoon. Decided to order King Prawns to take away. Very disappointed when I opened the carton only to find the smallest King Prawns I have ever seen, not even a bit of garnish. If King Prawns were not available, just let me know. Don't just give me the nearest thing you have. Big big dissapointment.

One of the coolest places in Baku. Highly recommended for visiting. Dishes are fine, and so are drinks. The atmosphere is always dynamic and exciting, many people around. Surely, 5 stars.
Emilia M — Google review
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My bill was 46.20 AZN, and I paid 50 AZN. The waitress gave me only 3 AZN in change instead of 3.80 AZN. I had to notice this myself and ask about it—only then did she offer to return the missing 1 AZN. However, I didn’t take it. If there was an issue with small change, she should have informed me beforehand rather than waiting for me to catch the mistake. On top of that, the price of still water was ridiculously high—8 AZN for a simple bottle. This place clearly overcharges and lacks transparency. Won’t be returning. Food and atmosphere were great though…
Elnur N — Google review
Note a review from 2016. The evening food is good, for Baku a reasonable curry can be eaten here with varying spice levels. The beer is good too. A big down side is the time it can be taken to get served and then wait for your meal. If you're not in a rush, order sit back enjoy the loud live music and drink while you wait.

Gorgeous little wine bar in Baku (there aren’t many). We loved the pomegranate wine, and I tried to brut too which was sharp and bubbly. Really nice vibe and the staff are very knowledgeable! Visited the bar last year with colleagues (2024) but was brief due to unforeseen circumstances within our party. The management dealt with it swiftly and with compassion, so, whilst revisiting Baku again this year, I decided to revisit this bar and found it. Hops Pub Baku offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to relax, mingle, and savor a diverse range of drinks. Renowned for its wide variety of local and international beers, the pub is a haven for beer enthusiasts. The friendly staff is always on hand to assist guests in exploring their beer choices and discovering new favorites. The interior design resembles that of a traditional British pub, complete with football jerseys adorning the walls, making it popular among British expats.
A "must sit" place to chill at or grab a glass of beer. Back then, one of the best guitarists of the city Alik would play here every weekend. He passed away, but the place still keeps his love in walls, chairs and corner where he used to play .... The Pub is owned by a very friendly couple of middle ages, who certainly know a lot about pub service, drinks, atmosphere and more. Bring your country's money and leave it at the souvenir's wall, or just come and enjoy the place!

People kept telling me that Hops is the pub in town, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a real disappointment. Maybe this place was cool 25 years ago, but it no longer has that true pub atmosphere. The football décor is everywhere, perfectly arranged, yet the soul of the place feels missing. What really made me leave, though, was the toxic exchange between the owner (I assume the man behind the counter) and what seemed to be his wife. Watching how harshly they spoke to each other was simply unpleasant.

While in Baku, I wanted to try Hard Rock cafe so went to Nizami Street to have a dine-in .I must say the place was absolutely rocking. Tha ambiance was great and the food was awesome without a doubt. The quality of the food was above average and appetizing.

The staff were not very welcoming. I’m starting to think tourists are not welcome in Baku, there has been a trend with the attitude. The waiter was not accommodating and the food was super cold. How is a burger served cold? How are onion rings served cold? The waiter did not even bother with heating to exchanging the meals. The manager came over to the table and was courteous enough to offer an exchange (we declined) and he knocked off one order off the bill. This is customer service (a little too late). Overall experience was not pleasant.

I would say one of the best place for having your wine and nice food in Baku, so creative owner, have exhibition almost every month, and it’s decorated in each holiday season, foods are amazing, and guys who works there gives best service. Live DJ set during Friday and weekend, free delicious snacks and salads on Wednesday, free wine and cheese board on Thursdays, and some special events and opening from time to time. It used to be my place for almost every week when I lived in Baku. Miss the vibe sometimes.

One of the few places of somewhat dance music Nice crowd Centre of Baku Careful with taxis at night ladies please I had an unpleasant scary experience, I was silly not to call Bolt or Uber, hired a private car….. the guy was aggressively coming on to me Be vigilant!

Best service of the three wine bars in the street. Menu delivered as I sat. Order taken within minutes and wine delivered soon after. The charcuterie platter was excellent but non halal, which was as I like it. No vile turkey ham which is like spam. Complimentary olives and tiny bread sticks with the wine. The staff are obviously well trained. Nearly all the wines are available by the glass as one would expect in a wine bar. Great selection of local wine. Booking essential.

A really nice wine bar with some interesting tapas. What I liked the most is this place not only has a cozy indoor vibe, you can get a table outside and its just as pleasant to enjoy some wine and music.
Renisha C — Google review
Last time I visited, I was there with my family celebrating a special occasion. I’ve been a regular at this place for nearly 10 years, but this experience was extremely disappointing. At the table next to us, there was a group of women (35+) who started behaving very inappropriately. One of them began trying to “twerk” in front of my sister’s fiancé, clearly attempting to flirt. This made my sister very uncomfortable, especially given her health condition, which requires her to avoid stressful situations. We discreetly informed the waiters about what was happening and even asked for one of our bills early, anticipating the situation could escalate. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t take our request seriously. It was obvious they valued those women more because they were attracting male clients, regardless of how disrespectful their behavior was. The situation worsened when one of the women loudly mocked my sister, saying things like, “I twerk for your fiancé, and I do it well.” I warned her several times to stop, but she continued, provoking not just my sister but also me. She even began threatening me, saying things like, “You’ll see how I handle you.” At that point, I lost patience and poured her drink back on her face—because from the very beginning, her behavior had been nothing but disrespectful. Instead of addressing the root cause, the staff grabbed me, forced me out, and even kept my personal belongings inside, while those women remained inside continuing their behavior. To this day, those same women are still welcome there because they bring in more “clients,” while I, a loyal customer for a decade, was permanently banned for standing up against blatant disrespect. Very poor management. Very poor service. Absolutely below 1 star.

Lovely small wine bar. Good virety of different wines as well as other drinks. Service was good and the bar was nearly full even on a Thursday. There a couple of comics and magazines. I personally loved that.

I visit this place Everytime I am in Baku since it opened. Food and wine selections is great. You won't be able to get breer on tap, only bottled and couple cocktails options. On Wednesdays they are doing free buffet after 9 pm. Music is so good that you won't sit steal. The only problem is this place allows smocking inside and I mean Smocking. So if u r okay with that def check it out

Park
Fountains Square, located in the heart of Baku, has a rich history dating back to pre-revolutionary times when it was initially planned as a park. The square is adorned with numerous classic and modern fountains, making it a picturesque spot for visitors. It's also a shopper's paradise, featuring high-end fashion boutiques and stylish restaurants. Bookworms can explore the English language selection at Ali & Nino Bookstore or participate in their free book-swap shelf in the cafe.
This Fountain Square is a really great place with lots of restaurants surrounding and obviously lots of fountains. As we were staying in a hotel quite close, we had a number of walks around the square and dinner overlooking it. It certainly is a very vibrant place in the downtown area of Baku. It was formerly known as Parapet and is famous for its numerous fountains, which were first built during the Soviet era. It is surrounded by many boutiques, restaurants, cafes & shops. And it is also a pedestrian only which makes walking around quite attractive. It is deceptively big stretching over a number of streets.

Open, paved, calm area in the mornings. Of course, several different fountains with intriguing designs. I'm impressed how clean everything is!

Fountains Square is a lively and beautiful place, especially during the evenings. I visited with my family and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the atmosphere and tried the Flaker cinnamon cake — soft, warm, and full of flavor! A perfect treat while walking around the square. Annual celebrations and festivals are held here, along with delicious food stalls. I highly recommend visiting it during New Year’s Eve.
Ali A — Google review
Fountain Square is one of the most iconic and vibrant places in the heart of Baku. Located near Nizami Street and just a short walk from the Old City (Icherisheher), it serves as a central gathering point for both locals and tourists. The square dates back to the Soviet era, and its name comes from the numerous decorative fountains installed throughout the area — many of which were built in the 1950s–70s. While the original purpose was mostly ornamental, today they are symbolic of the lively social atmosphere of the city. The square has been renovated several times and now blends modern urban design with historical character.

Live music bar
ETUD BAKU is a must-visit bar in the heart of Baku, known for its carefree and vibrant atmosphere. It's popular among both locals and tourists, offering live music nights featuring great jazz and blues performances. The bar exudes a relaxed vibe, making it an ideal spot to meet friends for drinks. Visitors appreciate the affordable prices, excellent quality, and high-level service at this lively establishment.
It's a nice place to grab a beer and a sandwich, maybe something else. Weekdays are quiet, but weekends you can listen to local rock or jazz bands. It's a casual place, sandwiches, homemade fries and burgers are great! I wish that beers could be cheaper but still good.
Vafa — Google review
We weren’t informed that seats are for reservations. We were just told that we need to pay 15manat per person as entrance fee. The manager doesn’t even know how to compromise with us. She just told us we should have asked them if we need to pay for the seat. And told us that they are short of staff. Which isn’t even reasonable. What if we have ordered food already and expecting that we are going to eat with a table and will be seated comfortably. It is best that they should have done something. We have ordered food without a proper seat and proper table. After finishing the ordered food and drink we have left the place. Hope they know better in managing their customers well. If i can put -0 rate here i will.
Alexa — Google review
Stumbled upon this place on a night walk while visiting Baku, really cool local bar with good prices, great service and lovely atmosphere with music playing just at the right volume, came back the next day. Really recommended after a long day for a cold beer and a snack. Waiters are English speaking and really friendly, service is also fast. There is a stage that hosts live music on occasions, probably on weekends but unfortunately didn't get the chance to see one, next time.
David G — Google review
I was very excited to try out this place based on the good reviews. First, they didn’t honor my reservation that supposed to see the stage, then they said they are no accepting credit cards just that day. The music that supposed to start at 9 didn’t start until much later, so I just had one drink and left without even getting a chance to hear the music. Waste of time.
Pinar Z — Google review
I had an amazing time at this bar! The atmosphere is just the right perfect for a night out with friends or a relaxed evening. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was just right throughout the night.
Medina İ — Google review
I recently had the pleasure of visiting ETUD, a standout bar in Baku that left a lasting impression. One of its most refreshing features is its strict non-smoking policy—a rarity in this city—which makes it a haven for those of us who prefer a clean, smoke-free environment. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming vibe, thanks to the friendly staff who clearly take pride in making every guest feel at home. The music at ETUD is nothing short of phenomenal. The playlist strikes a perfect balance between jazz, blues, soul, and bossa nova, creating an atmosphere that’s both sophisticated and laid-back. It’s the kind of soundscape that elevates your evening without overpowering conversation—a rare and delightful find. The bar itself is cozy yet surprisingly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The decor complements the ambiance beautifully, making it an inviting spot to settle in for a few hours. As for the menu, the snacks and beverages don’t disappoint. The offerings are simple but well-executed, with tasty bites that pair perfectly with their thoughtfully curated drink selection. Overall, ETUD is a gem in Baku’s nightlife scene. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, it’s a must-visit for anyone who appreciates great music, warm service, and a smoke-free space to enjoy it all. I’ll definitely be back!

Le Chateau Music Bar in Baku is a part of Azerbaijan's rich jazz tradition, where local musicians have been blending jazz with traditional folk tunes since the early 20th century. The bar offers live music events featuring a diverse range of genres including rock, jazz, hip-hop, soul, and live DJs. Average jazz band, after sitting down with a drink I was then informed there was a cover charge, then later I was removed from my table as a larger group wanted the table, other tables had a reserved sign but not the one I was sat at. The building is one of a kind and can not be missed visiting when you are in Baku. The entry ticket is 15 mannat and I would suggest skip buying the car museum ticket of 10 mannat. Inside its more of a Art and architecture museum which might be loved by artistic tourist but not to attractive for a common tourist. Its a symbolic place in baku and you should not miss it.

The Haider Aliyev Center is a beautiful museum — truly a masterpiece of modern architecture. Inside, it’s full of fascinating art and crafts ranging from historical artifacts to contemporary works. If you’re an art lover, this place is a must-visit. There are separate sections dedicated to different art forms, and in Basement 3, you’ll find a collection of vintage cars that’s absolutely stunning. Each car is a piece of history, and you’ll love exploring them. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of culture, creativity, and elegance — a place where every corner has something to admire.
Jawad F — Google review
A carefully designed center that displays different styles of art. You can wander around for about two hours. It seems like a whole. This was my first visit to this place and I felt amazingly impressed. I highly recommend to everyone who comes to visit Baku. This puts their credit in visiting this wonderful place.

What a place! The building is amazing! The art collection is amazing. The African artist featured is amazing. In the basement is a collection of priceless cars. Absolutely stunning. The building itself is amazing. You have to come and visit this place.
Slamdunk F — Google review
Beautiful building and interesting display of elements with cultural and historical significance. It’s a huge building and if you are with kids or seniors you may need the full day. The only criticism is that the building and surrounding is bot very accessible with people with mobility issues like seniors or families with strollers. For example the building entrance has very steep ramps for visitors on feet. Or stairs are very large but elevator are tiny.
Moh R — Google review
A very well designed center. The exhibitions are in different styles and can attract everyone's attention in terms of variety of subjects. The musical instruments section really caught my attention, it was the best area I've seen. You can tour for almost 4 hours. The classic car exhibition is very nice, the only problem is that the -3 floor is too hot. The museum has lockers. There is a suitable place for bags and suitcases.

Located in the heart of Baku city, Cafe City Fountain is a newly opened cafe at fountain square. It offers a modern and comfortable ambiance with reasonable prices for gourmet food, drinks, and cocktails. The menu features a diverse range of European and Central European cuisine, including options for vegans and those with gluten-free dietary preferences. With its outdoor seating area, it's an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city.
Amazing food quality. In winter, definitely try Arishta. I had the beef langet with house style potatoes, which was quite delicious. Also a great place just to have a cup of tea and work for some time with a great view of Baku! Cafe city menu is big, that is the only thing I don’t like. Too many choices.

We had a wonderful morning at Cafe City Fountain, where we were warmly welcomed by a staff member with a kind smile and a professional, respectful attitude. We ordered breakfast for two and were pleasantly surprised by the generous portions and the high quality of the food — everything was delicious and fresh. One of the dishes didn’t suit our taste, and it was kindly replaced without hesitation. Our sincere thanks and appreciation go to the restaurant management for their hospitality and excellent service. May God bless them and grant them continued success.

I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at CafeCity in Baku, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, healthy, and very affordable, making it a great choice for breakfast lovers. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy, and the hospitality of the staff was remarkable — friendly and welcoming throughout the meal. One of the highlights of the breakfast was the freshness and taste of the dishes. Every item was carefully prepared, and the flavors were on point. From the fluffy eggs to the side of freshly baked bread and assorted dairy products, everything was just perfect. Additionally, the coffee was excellent, complementing the meal beautifully. Overall, if you're in Baku, I highly recommend giving CafeCity a try for a delightful and budget-friendly breakfast. You won’t be disappointed!

If you are a tourist the best time to come is breakfast it tends to not be as crowded with much more pleasant atmosphere. Great breakfast choices. Try to avoid later hours for it does get pack here and be mindful of locals they will stare at you while you eat if you are in an interracial relationship. The 2nd time we came here for brunch was absolutely uncomfortable 😣 they sat us next to a table of four local females who constantly were turning around looking at us in disbelief of being together and through language similarities to Turkish they made comments of me being in my current relationship for money. Although I work in healthcare and not the case. We understand restaurants have no control of clients but when our waiter participated in the conversation also chiming it was absolutely disheartening to hear xenophobic and colorist remarks about my fiancée.

Chinar is a trendy lounge-restaurant located in a historic building, surrounded by chinar trees. The venue offers an upscale and fashionable atmosphere, making it a popular spot for locals to see and be seen. The restaurant features an open 'theatre kitchen' that serves sophisticated East Asian and Asian fusion cuisine, beautifully presented both indoors and outdoors.
We had a lovely lunch at Chinar Baku, one of the most premium Asian restaurants in the city. The atmosphere was elegant and vibrant, and the staff were highly professional and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, we tried a variety of dishes and enjoyed every single bite. Personally, I preferred the meat dishes the most; they were exceptionally flavorful and perfectly cooked, even though the chicken and seafood options were also very good. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Baku. Reservation is highly recommended.

Visisted this place for my bday lunch as nothing satisfies me more than a good Asian meal. The ambience impressed me when I entered but the food (for vegetarians) was a total disappointment. They do have a separate menu for vegetarian but few of the dishes were not available and I was left flabbergasted when the server asked me if it was ok to add oyster sauce in my noodle (duh!) No attempts were made to customise the dishes for us. The dishes which we ordered tasted well below average and the server admitted that vegetarian food is not their USP. Neways this lunch didn’t turn out to be the way we expected. Do I recommend this place for vegetarian- absolutely no.

The restaurant was good nice decorations reflecting and high end Japanese bar following the standards and keeping Baku touch , food was good but not remarkable however the staff were knowledgeable and professional maybe need to be more welcoming, vibes were calm outside and inside for a weekend u expected more but still enjoyable,, great variety of food however it would be better experience for menu with photos to be more catchy and ease the food choice ! Really impressive asian food that was not expected in Baku. Normally when a restaurant does a mix of thai, chinese, japanese, korean etc, it struggles to capture the authenticity of each type of cuisine but somehow it works here. Had a pad thai and sweet and sour pork and both thoroughly satisfied my cravings.

It's an ideal place for a memorable evening with friends and a great choice for trying originally prepared national dishes in a sophisticated setting.
First of all I liked the service: professional demeanor. Waiter Elvin explained us the menu, asked if everything is fine. I took Raf coffee and syrniki and it was worth it to try. They work only until 11am-12am but I highly recommend this place for your breakfast. ;) tessekür

This is a beautifully decorated restaurant in city center. After spending almost a week in Baku, I felt like having some non local food. I'm glad I picked Latitude. Service was friendly and prompt. In Baku, there's a diverse selection of drinking spots to explore, with many offering local wines. Specialist wine bars like KEFLI, Enoteca Meydan, Saqi, CafeCity, and PORT Wine & Grill provide authentic wine experiences for both enthusiasts and novices. Some tour companies even offer wine crawls that allow you to sample native grape wines while discussing the country's wine heritage at various local bars in the historic city center.

Nice place with tasty meals and a great atmosphere. The portions were a bit small and pricey. While the food was good, nothing really stood out. I'd go back for the ambiance.

I had dinner at this restaurant, and really loved the vibe of this place. I like the service as the waiters were helpful and responsive. I felt that the food menu was limited and slightly on the higher side. While I was there for dinner, there was no live music. Additionally, there are 2 washrooms and both were clean and hygienic. I tried the Prawns pasta and Chicken pasta – both were tasty and quite filling (the quantity is perfect for 1). As for the drinks, I tried the Tropicano mocktail which was not upto mark. About the desserts, I tried 3 options however the Strawberry Cheescake was the best among all. I highly recommend the Chicken pasta and Strawberry cheesecake

Last night I went for iftar and ordered iftar menu. Food was good but not the best. Light in the restaurant was vey low I couldn't see what I eat. Service was terrible. No one was coming to our table. At the end a waitress brought teapot without cups. And after we asked they brought cups after 10 minutes and tea was already cold. I'm really disappointed it didn't deserve my money.

The meals are very bad. We ordered Fettuchini with salmon but the fish smelled bad and we didn't eat it. Also bruschetta with spinach and ricotta cheese and this was also very bad... We didn't eat it either. The only thing we liked was fried eggplant and Aperol Spritz. When we told the waiter that we didn't like the food he charged us for the food that we didn't eat and it was a disaster. It is a place that has a reputation and the prices are very high here but we are already sure that this place is not worth a penny.

Are we back to early 2000s? They only letting couples in. That’s absurd. We were in group where men prevailed but denied to entry. Ridiculous. what is even a reason behind this? Why it matters to have equal number of men and women, people just want to come, dance and enjoy the music. Nobody cares how many men and women you have. Photos with flash are not allowed so all photos are so cooooool! :) The menu is very nice and interesting. However ask the bartender if the cocktail is delivered in large glass or a shot glass, because some are delivered in 3, 6 shots. Drinks are tasty and prices are much much better than in many places. Do try Paulaner together with sea shrimps. // Regarding all those who complain of not being admitted - the personnel confirmed they do not let in anyone who is actually drunk or troublesome, so forget about those comments, be nice and enjoy the place ;)

This cozy bar offers live music on Friday and Saturday nights, featuring various genres and styles. It's the perfect place to enjoy some drinks and food before the music kicks off. Additionally, Cay Xana is a great tea house offering local beer and chay for those seeking traditional beverages.
Very cool, chil and excellently decorated. Great prices and atmosphere. Live music and awesome crowd! Have a perfect night in Baku with the staff and dance the night away! Lots of sport as well.

Great place to get a fresh beer with friends. The owner is great and really friendly. I loved the atmosphere of this bar. When you go to Baku get a beer here and you won't regret it. Definetly i'll come back again.

Great cozy pub with great people attending you all the time. It might be the most famous place in town however if you want to have a great time without plenty of guests. This is the place. Some weekends they have either a DJ or a singer. Great place. I love it

Nice friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. The live music is good and the prices even better

Recommended for nice bar environment, staff is friendly and helpful, reasonable prices, free billiard, nice customers. Advice: it could be much better with the entrance(door) to be seen or recognized.

Irish pub
Nestled near Fountain Square, O'Malley's is a delightful slice of Ireland right in the heart of Baku. This vibrant bar attracts both locals and expats, especially on weekends when it becomes a bustling hub filled with live rock music from local bands. The inviting interiors create a cozy yet lively atmosphere, adorned with soft lighting and quirky decorations that make you feel right at home.
People are very friendly in this pub.You will not regret after you see this sweet pub. Also they have a perfect Guinness in baku.it was a big surprise to find good Guinness if I come to next time baku, going to visit these people again thank you 😊

Ever been to a place that feels suspended, almost forgotten in time? That’s the impression here. Both times I visited it was nearly empty, though the waiters spoke of lively winter nights long past. The wear and neglect show — even in the food menus, worn and uninviting, as if echoing a story that has already ended. I finished my beer and left, carrying the quiet sadness of a place that seems lost, lingering in another age.
Oliver H — Google review
The atmosphere is wonderful, the owner is very nice friendly and hospitable he makes the experience exceptional definitely coming back

Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Returning I’ve been to this place a few times, but the service has consistently been frustrating. On one visit, my guests wanted to stay for another round, so we ordered drinks and an appetizer. The drinks came fairly quickly, but the appetizer took nearly an hour — we were about to leave, and I kept asking about it, but they didn’t let me cancel the order. We were told we had to pay for it, so we ended up waiting even longer just to get it. There was also a strange policy where they required a minimum 20 manat order, which had never been mentioned before. It felt like they kept coming up with new rules and excuses every time I visited. Overall, the lack of flexibility and poor service made the whole experience uncomfortable. I won’t be going back.
Mirhəşim B — Google review
A great place to meet people the old fashioned way; through alcohol and bad decisions. I mean that only in the best way. Maybe lay off the jagger shots a little. Select a song on the iPad at the bar and don't forget to play pool. And the food is really good too...
Patrick S — Google review
We attended pub crawl tour with a tour company and this bar asked the guide that the minimum order amount is 20azn. Completely illegal action. Do not recommend.

I was there last night, met some of the locals it was a great atmosfere. The barlady was very nice great energy. I will definitely go back there everytime when I'm in Baku. P.s. take Cash with you because you cannot pay with card.

On weekends, the atmosphere becomes even more lively with local and occasional international talent providing top-notch music. Additionally, the pub offers a variety of local and international cuisine served with unique flair.
We were searching for a place to watch the football match ( European League Final). and this was the one of the only places available for it. Other pubs around either not showing or not even aware of the game. The beer was nice and prices is quite affordable. Interior is well designed so you can grab a beer and enjoy it. Cheers ✌🏻

Zeppelin hands down the best place to have a drink and chill. The food was good too. The staff is very welcoming and warm. Elvin, Vafa and Zumurat were great and very friendly!! There is a pool table there too and they take requests for songs so you can literally play whatever you want. 10/10.

Kenvin D — Google review
I was in this bar a day before, a young woman served a beer and I gave her a decent tip, now the next day I go there again, she is there and the plan was plotted: I asked for a local cognac and when the bill came it was an exuberant price for my cognac 55 manat!! When I complained the bartender or owner said this was an expensive one and I have to pay! Anyhow I felt I was duped and robbed; the local cognac costs about 7 to 10 manat. Please be careful out there.
