Nestled in the charming village of Broadway within The Cotswolds, The Lygon Arms is a refined 17th-century hotel that seamlessly blends classic elegance with modern comforts. With a rich history spanning over 600 years, this quintessentially English hotel has welcomed royalty and rebellious figures alike. Guests can unwind by the roaring log fires in cozy lounges, indulge in traditional afternoon tea, and savor locally produced drinks and signature cocktails.
Only went for a drink and nibbles. The location is amazing, right in the centre of Broadway. The building is stunning and outside terrace was lovely on a summer's day. The service was a bit shocking, if I'm honest. One of the waiters who was tall and bold was quite rude and abrupt. There definitely wasn't service with a smile, and that wasn't just with us, we observed him like that with everyone. The olives were lovely and the homemade pork scratchings, amazing! I'd definitely go back for a meal next time. The waiter was probably just having an off day.

I know there are a lot of dog friendly hotels now, but the Lygon Arms has introduced a new level... a menu just for our beloved pups. We love our gourmet food, now our dogs can share the experience, in a beautiful setting with great service... the staff were all very fog friendly, putting them first

⭐☆☆☆☆ A Disastrous Stay at the Lygon Arms – A Hotel Living Off Its Reputation Our recent stay at the Lygon Arms was nothing short of a disappointment from start to finish. Despite being assured of a room in the main historic building, we were instead placed in a disabled-access room — without prior notice or explanation. The shower drain was clogged each time we used it, leaving the floor flooded. The sink height, designed for accessibility, was completely unsuitable, especially for my very tall partner who found it impossible to use comfortably. The night’s rest we hoped for was ruined by loud staff members gathered nearby, laughing and talking from 10 p.m. until midnight. After two hours of disturbance, I had to call reception to complain. When peace finally came, it was short-lived — at 2 a.m. I was woken by a spider crawling on my face. Service was delivered with polite smiles but by inexperienced, untrained staff, and virtually every order went wrong. Two main courses were forgotten entirely, and a prawn cocktail arrived without any mayonnaise dressing. Each attempt to correct the mistakes somehow made things worse. To make matters worse, the manager was unimpressive — lacking both presence and experience in luxury hospitality. Her manner did nothing to restore confidence or comfort after the series of mishaps. The Lygon Arms trades heavily on its history and supposed prestige, but on this showing, that legacy is in tatters. Poor management, untrained staff, inadequate housekeeping, and inattentive service turned what should have been a peaceful country retreat into an ordeal. We left exhausted, disappointed, and determined never to return. The Lygon Arms urgently needs experienced leadership, proper training, and a genuine commitment to hospitality — not just heritage marketing.

We loved our stay at the Lygon Arms. Broadway is a lovely town with just enough to do, and an easy drive to the other, busier towns around the Cotswolds. The Lygon Arms exudes charm and history, with very tasteful renovations. The restaurant was delicious, both the dinners and the breakfast included with the room. We loved all the nooks and crannies with cozy furniture for relaxing with a drink, as well as the beautiful outdoor gardens for dining or just walking about. We stayed in the oldest section of the building so did not have the benefit of air conditioning - which was a bit of an issue. The staff were very helpful, though, and brought two cooling fans to make the room more comfortable. The staff were great - always providing information, recommendations, advice, and just general good-natured chatting. We totally enjoyed meeting them. All-in-all a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.
Patricia D — Google review
We had a meal in the dog-friendly Russell Room and it was stunning; great food, really well prepared and friendly, professional service. Lots of room for the pooches. Not cheap, but worth it for a real treat.
Dave D — Google review
What a delightful hotel. From start to finish the experience was superb. I took two friends here to celebrate my birthday and my expectations were more than met. Both rooms were beautiful. My room, the cosy double, was stunning. I felt like I had time travelled back to the Tudor times. I also grew up with horses so I loved the photos. The room had the most comfortable bed, an excellent fan, well stocked tea tray and fresh milk available. This is a non negotiable for me. We ate in The Grill. The food was excellent as was the service. No one rushing you, but someone always on hand if you needed anything. Breakfast was a similar experience. A fantastic buffet of pastries and cereals and a delicious full English. There were many other choices to suit all tastes. Something I loved was the presence of staff all around the hotel. You would pop around a corner and a well dressed, polite staff member would appear to enquire if you need anything or just to say hello. This type of service is priceless. The building is steeped in history and you feel it in each perfectly preserved room. I also had a birthday plates of treats to welcome me. I cannot fault a single part of our stay and will be returning soon.

What a beautiful, charming hotel. Me and my husband just stayed here for our honeymoon, and felt like we were in an idyllic little bubble the whole time! The hotel itself is so cosy and steeped in history. We dined in both The Tavern and Grill - both delicious. The staff were very friendly, and made our stay a real treat. A special thank you to Grace in the spa for a fantastic massage! Nestled in the heart of Broadway, the location couldn’t be more stunning. We went on some lovely countryside walks, and the scenery is breathtaking. Would love to return!
Jo S — Google review
Had my fair share of drinks here in the past but today I had a family meal…4 generations breaking bread together how delightful! I went for the steak & ale pie as shown in the pictures. Removing the top layer of puffy golden bark was like opening a small chest of succulent melt in your gob prime beef which was raised and cared for by the lovely family at Lygon arms itself. I demolished the pie within minutes like a dog returning from a hot, sweaty, playful and wholesome walkies. I shall be returning to this gem of a spot at my earliest convenience to enjoy yet another divine meal!

Nestled in the scenic Teme Valley, The Elms Hotel & Spa is a luxurious countryside retreat housed in a beautifully refurbished Queen Anne-style mansion set within 10 acres of stunning gardens. This 4-star hotel offers plush rooms, an indoor pool, and a top-notch spa featuring bespoke Elemis therapies. Guests can also enjoy award-winning cuisine and activities like tennis and croquet on the expansive grounds.
Incredible stay at The Elms this past weekend. Staff & service were all top notch. Rooms pristine, gorgeous décor around the hotel & immaculate grounds. The spa & treatments were also 10/10. Absolutely heavenly. Special mention must go to the chef, kitchen staff & hotel staff who went out of their way to accommodate our request for Halal chicken for our dinner & made sure that we were well looked-after. Tad on the pricey side & the breakfast offerings were a bit slim but all minor in the grand scheme of things. Amazing experience overall & would highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene little getaway.

Very nice hotel set in beautiful grounds. We stayed for 3 nights on the discounted deal which included breakfast. The rooms were nicely decorated and quite a big size. We had 2 rooms so thought we would be put near each other however we were on the opposite sides of the hotel. The spa was really nice, never too busy, and we all had a massage which we would definitely recommend. It was lovely to sit outside in the many seating areas around the hotel. The breakfast could use some improvements. The continental option was very limited and we had to ask for the food to be replenished. The full English was good however the other hot options just felt like they were trying to be too fancy (eg crispy onions on eggs Benedict) and there were no sweet options. The evening dinner was also good, we all had steak which was a 10/10 however the dessert was just odd and didn't taste right. The food was expensive but that’s expected for a hotel. We saw reviews saying that their bill at the end was incorrect, ours was also incorrect but can understand mistakes happen and they were quick to change it. We would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing spa weekend away!
Amelia — Google review
I regret booking this hotel as a pit-stop and not a destination in itself. We stayed for only one night but wished we had booked for at least two or three nights so that we would have time to enjoy the spa. The room was cosy and well-appointed, the service was excellent, and the grounds are beautiful; the hotel itself looks straight out of a luxury country living/design magazine. Highly recommend having breakfast at the hotel, too. The hotel has an excellent reputation in the area; our friends had previously visited for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed their time. We will definitely return for a longer stay and have recommended The Elms Hotel to our family and friends.
Samantha C — Google review
We stayed at the Elms Hotel in Stockton very recently and were so disappointed in the experience. Unlike our previous visit the hotel standards and service seem to have really gone down. Our bathroom had literally drips of water coming out of the bath taps and the basin had hardly any water coming from the hot or cold tap. We were unable to have a bath before going for dinner. My husband reported this to the reception and we were told maintenance would be informed. In the meantime I went to the bar and ordered a Margherita which the barman served telling me he had no limes but it wouldn’t make any difference to the taste!!! In the morning there was still no water pressure and still no sign of maintenance. We asked for the manager to contact us, no contact was made until the 3rd attempt of calling and asking when finally we got a text from him to tell us how busy he was, and that we should send him our feedback via text message. It really feels like the hotel are not bothered at all about the customer experience or the standard of their facilities. Really a sincere apology was all that was needed. Just for future feedback to the barman, perhaps tell the guest prior to serving a cocktail if you are missing a key ingredient, and they can make another choice. Feedback for the manager and staff, please listen to your guests. I don’t think it’s to much to ask them they have running water in the bathroom for £300 a night! It seems since this hotel has changed ownership it no longer values the guest experience, and is sadly lacking in attention to detail and manners. What a shame….

Absolutely perfect stay. We went for one night midweek. Impeccable service throughout from everyone in the bar, restaurants and spa. Doggy cam too and he was very well received!! The room was beautiful and spotless. Stunning building and grounds and the unique decor is a real vibe! Luxurious but not pompous throughout. The room, food, drinks and spa were very decent value for the quality and experience. Thanks everyone at The Elms - what a treat!!
Amy S — Google review
The Elms Hotel & Spa is an amazing place for a stay, spa trip and meal. The experience is luxurious from the start through the end. The room was upgraded for us and very likely left with free birthday decorations, a spacious and comfy room with a walk in shower and bath. The spa had everything needed for a good few hours of relaxation, steam rooms, sauna and jacuzzi. The meal is fairly expensive but the food absolutely brilliant, the service was excellent. I’d definitely recommend a stay at this place.
Geo — Google review
My partner and I spent an entire week at The Elms, with our dog Arthur, in one of the Coach House suites. Absolutely ideal for people staying with a dog as it has a spacious terrace (and ours had a lovely table in the garden, as well as 2 outdoor baths!). The food in Badgers was also excellent - we worked our way through the menu at dinner, trying something different most days, and (although a little expensive - London prices) we did feel it was worth it for such creative and tasty food. Service is friendly, down to earth and the staff do their best to help with requests, while also not being too overbearing. Definitely worth a stay, especially if you are looking for somewhere dog friendly, or for a little spa break as a couple.

I had a swell time at the Spa and the greenery with serene ambience was magnificent. Sincerely, I recommend The Elms Hotel and Spa to everyone. Enjoyed my time in the jacuzzi, the pool and my therapeutic session as well. Excellent services and customer management. 💯xx🥰🤗

Wonderful short break. We received a professional and warm welcome (thank you Dan) and enjoyed a delightful stay. Staff were exceptional throughout; our dinner was excellent with a good wine list. Room was well appointed with nice touches like fruit and sweet treats on arrival; all was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was a lovely experience with cheerful and attentive staff and with a good menu choice - totally delicious. We very much want to come back!

I have given 5 stars all round. Today my wonderful mum celebrated her 92nd birthday which occasioned our first visit for afternoon tea. The location is stunning. The warmth of the greeting was delightful, the ambience and atmosphere was second to none, and as for the food and drinks... excellent. Especial thanks to Harry for looking after us so professionally and mums birthday card was a lovely touch too. We will be back for Xmas. The Jansen family.

Very dissapointing visit, the foods was bland lacking creativity and very boring! The service was lacking personality and a lack of engagement with the customer apart from hello and goodbye. Such a shame as the venue is beautiful. Been a few times before but I fear this will be our last.

Visited for afternoon tea only. Was looked after very well. Food and service was good and prompt. Would certainly recommend to others
Alex K — Google review
Lovely hotel, horrible customer service We stayed here last year and loved it so much that I regularly pop in for coffee or lunch on Saturdays when my daughter is horse riding nearby. My husband booked lunch last Saturday in the bar but we had to postpone as he was unwell. They refused to allow us move the booking out by 1 week and charged us £50 cancellation fee, for a bar lunch booking, not an afternoon tea cancellation which I could understand but a bar menu???? Not a nice way to treat your regular customers. We pleaded with them to postpone the booking by 1 week but they wouldn't budge. So we won't be back. Ever again.

The Broadway Hotel is a charming historic establishment located in the heart of Broadway, offering 19 individually-designed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The hotel's half timber-framed and Cotswold-stone building dates back to the 16th Century and exudes quintessential English charm with its diamond window panes, wisteria-covered exterior, and ancient oak beams. The rooms are uniquely decorated with original features on display, while the brasserie downstairs serves a contemporary British menu.
Called into The Broadway a couple of times just for drinks while staying in the village. Nice surroundings with a good choice of drinks and friendly staff, nice and cosy on one occasion in the Sitting Room with the log burner roaring. The other occasion we sat on the outdoor terrace watching the world go by. We didn't have any food but it looked great, wish we had taken advantage of the steak night now.
Banny1770 — Google review
Stopped here for lunch during the week with my wife and ordered a starter and main course for the two of us. I wax told by a somewhat standoffish waiter that the food would all be served at the same time , starter and main course together. When I questioned this i was told that’s how the kitchen operates and end of discussion. As we were having a salad for main course k let the matter go, presumably if I had ordered a hot course most likely it would have been cold or just warm and unacceptable. I would have been within my rights to send it back to the kitchen . They seem to be providing a service convenient for the kitchen rather than the customer, unlikely to return .
Brian R — Google review
Let's start by saying I have great affection for this place. We had our wedding reception here and we've been numerous times over the years. On Sunday we went for a hike up to Broadway Tower and then came down and fancied a bite to eat. It was around 1.00pm, there were many empty seats in the dining room, plenty of seats outside, and even in the bar. I asked if we could place a food order and have some drinks. The man behind the bar said ' we are not serving walk-ins'. No apology, no reason, Indeed he said this quite gleefully. He seemed happy that we would just walk straight out again. I see similar reviews on various sites recently and wonder if this is a rogue member of staff or someone implementing a policy. Either way the result is the same. We went elsewhere and will do so again in the future.

Am here on a short break and am so pleased I chose to stay at the Broadway Hotel. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is immaculately clean as is my room. Tea, coffee facilities are all of top quality in my room along with delicious biscuits and glass bottled water. Breakfast is cooked to perfection and every item of the best quality. I highly recommend this interesting hotel, which is right on Broadway’s beautiful High Street. I only wish I was staying longer

Just arrived home after our short break The Broadway Hotel was everything we’d hoped , located in a stunning setting, our room (Desert Orchid) was perfect overlooking the beautiful gardens the hotel is well laid out with rooms away from bar and restaurant areas, our meal was fantastic as were the staff that looked after us especially Danielle (attentive professional) a real asset , our breakfast equally as nice freshly prepared and piping hot. Ladies on reception warm and friendly and nothing is a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely be back . Good work guys 👏🏻

Starting with the location. This is fab for Broadway, situated opposite the Swan pub. It has a private car park and barrier access for overnight residents only. The spaces are tight so be aware of very large cars . Lots of outside sitting areas for drinks and food in the summer. Inside the bar is great with complimentary WiFi and plenty of seating - large open fires give a rustic feel for the place Reception is staffed and the main front door locked after a certain time for overnight guests and a key is provided Rooms are functional and have all you need including kettle - nespresso- safe - water and tea coffee. Bathroom had a full bath with shower and molton brown toiletries- bath robe would have been nice but not available Breakfasts were good and the staff there very helpful - lots of choice from standard full breakfast to cereal croissants etc We enjoyed the stay and the location

My friend and I dropped in to the Broadway Hotel for a drink on our first night of two in the area. Really liked the atmosphere and so we booked a table for the following night. Conor seated us and gave us flawless service all night. He and all of his colleagues were smart, friendly and relaxed, making for a really enjoyable night all round. Thank you!

We went for afternoon tea. The drinks were great and the setting was perfect. But give yourself plenty of time because the service was very slow indeed, though fine when it eventually happened. But if you are in no hurry it's a great place to sit and relax

Stayed for a Saturday night. Lovely service and staff. Enjoyed a really good steak dinner. The steak was done to perfection. Staff excellent, from reception through to bar and dining. Enjoyed a complimentary cream tea on arrival. Lovely! The place dates from 1897. Originally built as a shooting retreat for the well heeled. Today it’s a well run hotel well worth a visit. Breakfast excellent. We enjoyed a larger than average executive room. Very comfortable and well appointed. Bath filled up in two minutes! Top plumbing.

Overall a nice stay, hotel is quiet and has nice spaces but quite a few areas are tired and need updating. Breakfast is ok it would be improved if they restocked items for instance they put out one tray of coconut yoghurts and once it’s gone there is no more. Several people including myself asked for one and they says no - so unless your there first thing know you’ll be missing out on a quarter of breakfast items

Gorgeous hotel with an incredible history! Breakfast and dinner were great and lovely staff at the hotel. We felt welcomed upon arrival and it’s also very kid friendly as well. They have pack and plays and extra beds as well. The garden and views are breathtaking! It’s also dog friendly!

Lovely old house with lots of wood panelling. Food was lovely, couldn't fault it. We stayed for 2 nights and there was a big group celebrating on the first night so unfortunately the dinner service was a bit slow. We waited around 30 mins for our food. Staff were apologetic though and overall very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Wood Norton Hotel in the Cotswolds. The experience was nothing short of perfect — the setting, the atmosphere, and the service all exceeded our expectations. This beautiful hotel will always have a special place in our hearts, as it’s where we got engaged! We’re so grateful to all the staff for their outstanding service and kindness during our stay. Everyone made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. A very special thank you to Shabila, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Dormy House is a charming 39-room hotel located just outside Broadway village, offering a cozy and convivial atmosphere. The rooms feature clean-lined Scandi-style interiors with nods to the hotel's 17th-century farmhouse roots. Guests can enjoy locally sourced cuisine in the elegant Garden Room, which boasts large windows and a beautiful fabric-covered ceiling. The hotel's state-of-the-art spa has won numerous awards and is perfect for pampering weekends away.
If you’re looking for a UK mini-moon, Dormy House is the place to be. We booked their House Hideaway package in an intimate room, as we thought this would give us everything we need to relax after the stress of wedding planning! To our surprise and delight, on arrival we were upgraded to a suite, which was completely unexpected. On top of this, there was also complementary champagne, chocolate, and rose petals scattered about the room, along with a note wishing us well. This really made our day! And it felt SO special. The food and drink was also incredible throughout. The massage was probably the best we’ve had, and the spa experience was really relaxing. The snow room is a must-see! The hotel has been very well designed. I commented that it seemed as if each corner had been considered specifically for a wow factor, but also for guest comfort. Thank you again for such a gorgeous stay. We will be returning!!

What a wonderful relaxing stay at Dormy House hotel! The staff throughout are fabulous and nothing is too much trouble. A wonderful welcome from Amy on the front desk and then a blissful couple of hours spent in the spa. The food was delicious and there are so many beautiful areas to sit inside and outside and take in the atmosphere. Our room was a splendid room and it was comfortable and extremely well equipped. They have thought of everything. Lots of beautiful additional touches as well such as the complementary toiletries and a little sweet treat to celebrate our anniversary. It felt like a luxurious stay, without the pretentiousness of some hotels. You were encouraged to relax. One night was not enough! We will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dormy House. From the moment you walk in you feel at home and relaxed. The rooms and decor are beautiful with a modern country vibe and have everything you need. The food at both the shed and back garden was delicious! Especially the cream tea. The spa and pool has a really nice relaxed feel. We had a couple of spa treatments and all of the therapists were very professional. We definitely would like to come back again, it felt like a proper escape!

We stayed at Dormy House for five nights in Studio 42, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The Room: Studio 42 was spacious, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches — from the full drum kit and vinyl player to the sound system in every room. It even had two toilets, which was surprisingly convenient. The bathroom featured a modern setup with both rain and handheld shower heads, excellent water pressure, and precise temperature control. Everything about the room felt carefully considered and of high quality. Complimentary snacks and drinks were provided, the room was spotless, and the cleaning staff were consistently warm and friendly. The Service: Service throughout our stay was fantastic. While the team seemed small — often just one or two receptionists — they were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They assisted with dinner reservations and even offered complimentary rides within the property. The Food: Breakfast was classic English fare, served in a lovely setting with attentive and cheerful staff. The Spa: Though on the smaller side, the spa is very well equipped — featuring a steam room, sauna, warm and tropical showers, and even a snow machine! It’s compact but thoughtfully designed and never felt overcrowded. The Grounds: Beautifully maintained, with complimentary electric vehicle parking available. Minor Notes: There’s no elevator, and we arrived with heavy suitcases that had to be carried up the stairs. There weren’t any male staff around at the time, so I felt a bit bad watching the female staff struggle to help us with the luggage — but they were gracious and insisted nonetheless.

My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary and it was absolutely perfect. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful surprise of champagne in our room, everything felt so special. The whole spa experience was fantastic, especially the unique Snow Rain and Forest Shower, topping it of with the Dormy Head Spa Treatment and afterwards a Smoked Salmon and Cream Tea at The Greenhouse. We really Dinner at The Back Garden was another highlight – the atmosphere was lovely, the staff attentive, and the food super tasty (the pork terrine was delicious). The location was easy to find, though we wished there had been easier access to walk around the estate. Overall, every detail made us feel cared for, and we left feeling completely relaxed. We’d love to come back again!

I have just had a spa treatment with Becca at the Dormy House Spa. Having had many treatments over the years I can honestly say this back treatment was executed superbly. Becca is an outstanding therapist. Amazing. Thank you Becca, you have enhanced my whole experience at this beautiful hotel.

Me and my girlfriend stayed there recently for her 30th birthday, the staff were great and made our stay extra special. It was quiet but we both needed that! The food was amazing and there were lots of things for a gluten free/vegetarian person. The only thing we were a little disappointed with, was not being able to use the spa for longer than 11am the following morning.

Myself and my partner visited this hotel and we enjoyed every moment spent there. I cannot recommend this place enough everything was spectacular. The service and staff were exceptional. The decor and environment were to the highest of standards and cleanliness. The addition of lovely little further touches were greatly received. There is not one thing I could complain about and Iv been known to be picky. I look forward to our return to this beautiful hotel ❤️

Nestled outside Worcester, the Stanbrook Abbey Hotel is a luxurious retreat housed in a 16th-century monastery. The property boasts stunning landscaped gardens and offers fine dining experiences along with a charming piano lounge. With its private chapel and Georgian manor house, it's an ideal choice for group gatherings. The hotel features a mix of rooms and suites, blending historic elements with modern comforts.
We stayed here while attending a training, and I have to say it turned out to be such a refreshing experience. The staff were genuinely some of the kindest and most polite I’ve encountered in the hospitality industry here in the UK. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The rooms and the entire place were spotless and beautifully maintained. Every corner felt thoughtfully designed, and each door seemed to open up to a little hidden gem waiting to be explored. The food at the restaurant truly exceeded our expectations delicious, fresh, and satisfying. All in all, it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. A calm, relaxing break that we truly appreciated.

A really interesting hotel with fantastic old Abbey rooms and corridors to explore. Lovely friendly service. Plenty of parking space outside. Hotel grounds are worth a walk around. The modern airport lounge bar area decor doesn't seem in keeping with the rest of the hotel somehow but the bar staff were amazing . Standard room a bit on the small side but very clean and comfortable with the usual facilities. Breakfast was great in a nice restaurant area. Nice choice and well presented. Again , lovely staff. It's the friendly staff and welcome that really stand out and make this place a great place to stay.

We loved our stay at the Stanbrook hotel! Everything was perfect, from the accomodations and food, to the hospitality of the staff, especially a concierge named Mike. Each night of our stay, he went out of his way to help us with drinks, directions, and gave us valuable information about the history of the hotel, neighboring Worcester, Malvern and Cheltenham, where we were headed. Mike was so helpful with everything that we needed that I asked him a bit about himself. He spoke briefly of his childhood in Gambia, and his many years in England, but he was most excited to tell us for his love of the hotel, and his affinity for working in the Hand-Picked network. As a business owner in the U.S., I could only dream of having such a loyal and professional employee. We will definitely be coming back to Stanbrook!

Was visiting the Morgan Car Factory which is about ten miles away and wanted to stay in a nearby country hotel. Having read the reviews of previous guests I was in no doubt that this establishment deserves its reputation and so I took advantage of their book early, pay now no cancel room rate. The hotel is easy to find and is set in well maintained grounds. They have a main entrance drop off point, (and disabled car parking for guests), which would be useful for guests during inclement weather even though their car parks are relatively close by. We were staying during a 30c+ heatwave and were pleased that the air-conditioning was effective not only in the reception, bar and lounge areas but also in the bedrooms. Lifts take you to all floors. Bedrooms and their bathrooms were of good size, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. All staff were friendly, helpful and gave that personal touch that helps sets this hotel apart from the others vying for your business. From my personal experience I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and shall be staying there again in the future.

Beautiful place, second visit as we went to a wedding here a few years ago. The food and service were brilliant, spacious rooms and very clean. Lovely gardens and an outside seating area. The Morgan car factory is just down the road, we had an amazing tour, watching them build the cars from scratch.

A truly beautiful place, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast very tasty, But there is a 12.5% service charge on top of the prices. Which was quite a surprise when we paid for our afternoon tea and any drinks in the bar.

A wonderful place fo stay, the staff were friendly polite and professional and the location was fantastic with so much to see around the Hotel / Abbey. You can even go up to the Bell Tower with a card key, ask at Receptio. It is definitely worth all those steps for the views, especially on a clear day.

Welcome, cleanliness and food were all superb. Service in the bar can only be described as odd, with passive-aggressive reactions to questions from ourselves and other guests. A young team who were more interested in each other than their Guests. The biggest issue though was the temperature of the room which was like being in a sauna. The hotel had installed a wall fan, but this didn't make much difference and was very noisy. We had our dog with us, so assumed they had no other dog-friendly rooms available.

Nestled in the picturesque Malvern Hills, The Malvern Spa Hotel is a luxurious retreat designed for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. This upscale establishment features elegantly appointed rooms and an impressive array of wellness facilities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center and a serene spa boasting a mineral water pool. Guests can indulge in an extensive selection of holistic treatments using premium ELEMIS products while enjoying locally sourced organic cuisine at the on-site brasserie.
My husband and I came here on a whim after looking at various different spa hotels and we’re so glad we did! Firstly the rooms, they were spacious and well decorated. The only downside was that they probably needing a little TLC or touchup here and there. On the morning of our stay we encountered a decorator in the hallway so I believe they are already addressing this. The spa itself was lovely. The pool was the perfect temperature and the variety of steam rooms and saunas on offer was good. My husband did complain the steam room “wasn’t steamy enough” but he loved the Kilo Sauna. He had a back, neck and shoulder massage and said it was perfect. The restaurant was lovely. I would recommend to everyone to get the steak. I did not but when I saw my husbands I immediately regretted my choice! The best part of our whole stay was the staff. Every person we interacted with was lovely and every query was answered. We will definitely be back! Had an amazing overnight and the fact that the spa facilities are open so early to so late at night was great!

One of the loveliest spa breaks I’ve ever had. The hotel and spa is in a slightly unusual location on a business estate but once you’re inside it really doesn’t matter. The rooms were super comfortable with one of the best showers I’ve ever experienced and the spa itself is great-a good range of experiences and a beautiful pool-would definitely recommend an evening visit to get the full effect! Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent but the real standout was the service and the team-just brilliant! Everyone from the spa team who kept our drinks topped up to the restaurant staff who were wonderful-all so welcoming and genuinely friendly. Loved it, and will definitely visit again!

I came for a spa day with my friend today the facilities are lovely, really clean and well kept. We had a really relaxing day, food in the restaurant is delicious, the only negative about this was the service was quite slow however Ella the server was very polite and apologetic. The stand out part for us was the full body massage, I had Alla who was absolutely fantastic, the best therapist I have ever had. She was just brilliant and had so much knowledge about all the different areas of the body and what was needed for each area. I would definitely recommend Alla if you are having a full body massage.

Lovely, relaxing time at the Malvern Spa Hotel. Very friendly staff. Rooms, spa and saunas were clean and well kept. We had pedicure, manicure and massage as part of a package deal. Very reasonably priced. Check their website for details. The only downside we had was the lift was out of order for the few days we were there which unfortunately was the bank holiday so they had problems sourcing someone to fix the lift. We are of limited mobility but the lift being out of order did not cause much of an issue. There were lockers to stash a change of clothes and we spent the majority of our days in the spa area in robes and swimming costumes (most people did). The restaurant allowed you to eat in your robes apart from evening meals where you had to dress for dinner albeit casual. We had a very good afternoon tea and evening meals in the restaurant. A variety of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options were available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

We booked this 2 months ago but unfortunately had to change twice due to work commitment but the reception was lovely and nothing was too much a bother. We finally had a full day doing the discovery day. We really enjoyed it. We had a full body massage and Alla was amazing and If I could, I would give her 10 stars i would. Definitely will be looking at membership. Thank you for an amazing day.

We had the most amazing time at The Malvern Spa! We came to relax after getting married, and the team made our stay feel so special from the moment we arrived. They even surprised us with an incredible upgrade to one of the beautiful pods, which was such a lovely touch and made our visit even more memorable. Dinner was absolutely fantastic — I had the steak, which was incredible (the peppercorn sauce was heavenly!) and my husband had the chicken burger, which he loved especially the sauce. The only slight downside was the garlic bread — my husband eats absolutely everything, but he had one bite and couldn’t eat any more. It was pretty inedible. But honestly, that’s the only thing we could fault in an otherwise flawless experience Everything else was perfect — the facilities are spotless and relaxing, the treatments were heavenly, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and celebrated. Thank you so much to everyone at The Malvern Spa for making our post-wedding getaway unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here for our anniversary. We did the Malvern Signature spa break with a back massage which was wonderful. The food was delicious and the service was great.. drinks were a bit slow but it was busy so understandable. The restaurant manager Ollie was very nice and polite- like the cherry on top of the stay. The room was good- no issues. The spa facilities were great, very relaxing and good use of all spa rooms. We had a great time. Thankyou !

My partner and I have stayed at The Malvern Spa around seven times now, and every single visit has been exceptional. From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel welcome — always polite, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer great value for money. The overall atmosphere is one of calm and luxury without any pretension. The pool area is a real highlight – beautifully maintained, with friendly staff regularly on hand to offer drinks and keep the area spotless. The food at the restaurant never disappoints. I’ve had one of the best beef burgers of my life here, and the quality and consistency of the meals are always top-tier. Everything is cooked to perfection, and the dining experience complements the relaxing vibe of the spa perfectly. Spa treatments are consistently excellent too – the therapists are professional, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. The relaxation room is a thoughtful and peaceful addition, and it really helps you switch off completely. A special shoutout to one of the managers, Ollie, whose sense of humour and warm personality always make us feel like valued guests. He genuinely enhances the experience and is a credit to the team. We’ve enjoyed every single stay at The Malvern Spa and will continue to return — it truly is our go-to place for a relaxing escape. Highly recommended!

Nestled in 10 acres of lush gardens and woodlands, Southcrest Manor Hotel, Best Western Signature Collection offers elegant rooms individually adorned with a country charm. The hotel boasts a Laura Ashley Tea Room and restaurant, as well as a fitness suite and Health and Beauty Club. Guests can enjoy the convenience of free WiFi and parking. Additionally, the hotel is recognized for its safety measures with "We're Good to Go" Accreditation from Visit England.
We recently had our wedding at Southcrest Manor Hotel and we couldn't have wished for a better venue. The older part of the Hotel is beautiful and has wonderful traditional features that make for stunning photos. The executive rooms in this part of the hotel are absolutely beautiful and very spacious with lovely fixtures, fittings and extras like coffee machine and dressing gowns. The newer parts of the hotel have great facilities too and the rooms are comfy, well appointed and offer a lovely night's sleep. The grounds are huge and very well maintained. Photo opportunities are available from literally every single angle. Our wedding breakfast, buffet and breakfast the next morning were all delicious. Quality ingredients are clearly in use and the food is prepared perfectly. We booked our Wedding with Kay and she is a star- helpful throughout, knowledgeable and just down right lovely during the whole process. On the day a well organised team worked perfectly with each other to make sure our special day was perfect. Jordan and Taylor stayed super calm and collected throughout the whole day and night. Nothing was too much for them to handle- lively little children running wild in the woods and teenagers trying to be hip and cool- all dealt with quickly and quietly without any upset to anyone- especially us as bride and groom. I would whole heartedly recommend Southcrest Manor Hotel to everyone and we are already booked to go back. Thank to everyone at the Hotel for helping to make our day perfect.

I recently visited Southcrest Manor for a spa day and overall it was a bit of a mixed experience. The building itself is charming but the décor definitely feels dated, especially in the changing rooms. We were given grey robes to use, one of which looked bleached, so presentation could really be improved. On the positive side, the staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The treatments were easily the highlight – both the massages and facials were excellent and left us feeling properly relaxed and pampered. We also really enjoyed using the hot tub, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, the afternoon tea was very disappointing. The tea options were limited and my gluten, dairy and egg free option felt like an afterthought. I was given far less food than my daughter, no quiche, and just a fruit salad instead of scones. The gluten free bread tasted stale, which made the sandwiches unappealing. My daughter had the standard afternoon tea and, although it looked more varied, her sandwiches tasted like they had been sitting out for a while and the scones were extremely hard. For the price, it did not feel worth the money. In summary, the spa treatments and the wonderful staff made the day special, but the outdated facilities and disappointing afternoon tea really let the experience down. I would happily return for the treatments, but I would not book the afternoon tea again.

Life savers. After having appalling service from another local hotel (should be hostel) where they cancelled last minute, leaving us nowhere to stay, after having travelled 4 hours from Cornwall to see a sick relative - Southcrest Manor Hotel came to our rescue. Warm and welcoming service, even if it was 11pm, very accommodating and extremely helpful. Ensured we had a ground floor disabled friendly room for my wife. Great service and we'd definitely look to book here again should we need to visit the area again

We were mostly happy with this hotel. Our room overlooked the gardens, and it looked like it had only just been renovated—most things felt new. I understand, though, that the single glazing is probably due to them wanting to keep it's originality. It was still a warm room, though. The bed was comfy enough, and it had four pillows, all of different softness/hardness. The staff were very polite and helpful. The reason it didn’t get a full 5 stars was the evening meal, which let it down. I really didn’t rate the bangers and mash; it was three small sausages swimming in gravy with overcooked, very firm mash. I requested no broccoli but was given it anyway—and there was a lot of broccoli. I’m not a fan of sending food back and potentially upsetting the chef. I’m not saying your chef would have sabotaged my replacement food, but I don’t like any potential confrontation. I saw the table next to me all got the fish and chips, and that actually looked quite nice. We were happy enough to try to stay an extra night, but sadly you were full. If we could have tried the food again—but something different—it could have potentially changed my impression of the food. If I’m ever in the Redditch area again and need a hotel, I would be happy to try your place again.

Attendwd my nieces wedding and stayed overnight. The service and staff were excellent and the wedding breakfast was perfect. Drinks were not too expensive for a hotel. The room was really nice and quite modern although the bed was a little hard and too small for our liking. It was also too hot as we could not seem to turn the radiators down. Breakfast was delicious and a good selection on offer

Visited today as part of a large family group and had afternoon tea. There's a brilliant deal on throughout August where children can have free afternoon tea with paying adults. There was lots of food so we had to take some boxes home with us! We found the service good and the options within the afternoon tea were excellent. Photo attached of childrens' afternoon tea. The grounds of the hotel are lovely, and we spotted a small gym and outdoor hot tub area too. Can't comment on the rooms as we didn't stay over. We will return soon to try a Sunday roast. Thank you.

I got bedbugs at this hotel and staff could not have been less helpful about it. I noticed the bites in the morning after my stay. I let them know after checking out that same evening. They didn’t believe them when I told them about it. They said that it could be allergies of some kind. I assured them that I wasn’t looking for a refund, that all I wanted was to make sure that they handled the situation for the safety of other clients. The receptionist told me that they wanted to make things right by me if they really were bed bugs and asked for photos of the bites. I obliged and sent them the photos. They received the photos and agreed that they were bed bug bites. Days went by and I didn’t receive an refund that they had promised. I email them to ask when they would be processing the refund, as the receptionist claimed they wanted to make it right by me. The manager then told me that she didn’t mean they would give me a refund, they were just going to offer me support through the process. (The support they offered me was a link to the UK government website about how to handle bed bugs. Which had little to no helpful information about how to handle it.) The manager then offered me only a 50% refund, claiming they were only doing it out of goodwill to keep me as a customer. The whole time they claimed that the room did not have bedbugs. (I am certain the bugs came from this hotel, I had not stayed anywhere else that trip) I could not be more disappointed. I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel in my life. 0/10

I recently stayed here for my birthday with my two young children and our dog, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel was spotless, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was both child- and dog-friendly. We immediately felt welcome and comfortable, which made our stay so enjoyable. The hotel goes above and beyond for dogs — with beds provided both in the room and at dinner, water bowls and treats available throughout, and lots of useful information about local walks and activities. We enjoyed the on-site nature trail and were lucky enough to spot deer along the way. There were lovely touches for the whole family, from the pick ’n’ mix station that delighted my son to the wine vending machine for adults. Overall, a beautiful hotel with excellent attention to detail. We are already planning to return next year and I would highly recommend it.

It seems like a high end hotel and much is. The rooms are pleasant and well finished the down side is the stable block rooms are very small and feel very cramped. Plus most rooms a walk back to the restaurant and bar not to much of a problem on a sunny summer morning. But at least 60% of days are not like that. Overall nice hotel but misses the spot to be a memorable hotel.

Buckland Manor is a refined country house hotel located in The Cotswolds, offering luxurious rooms and lush gardens. This 13th-century manor house exudes history with its old stone fireplaces, mullion windows, and flagstone floors. The property features immaculate gardens with a running stream, small waterfalls, and croquet lawns.
We went for afternoon tea as a birthday present for one of our party. The place had been recommended, and I can see why. It was all lovely. Great service and very accommodating. There was a couple of food requirements, and they sent out what had been requested. Food was absolutely delicious and a lovely selection of teas available. Would definitely recommend this place.

Come here for afternoon tea if you’re looking for a place of quiet luxury — calm, peaceful, and with a fantastic ambiance that feels like stepping into a experience from another time. We visited Buckley Manor for afternoon tea and made a same-day reservation through OpenTable without any issues. We opted for the cream tea, which was lovely. The tea selection process was a nice touch — they brought out a sample box so we could smell the blends before choosing. The scones were excellent: two smaller ones per order, served warm, perfectly balanced between flaky and soft. Service was adequate but not memorable. Our young waitress helped adjust the sun umbrella, which we appreciated, but she wasn’t particularly attentive or warm. That said, she wasn’t rude either — just somewhat indifferent. Payment is handled at the reception desk, which was a bit unexpected for afternoon tea. The Grounds were beautiful. We sat outside under the umbrella on a perfectly kept lawn, and it was truly the highlight of the experience. On a nice day, outdoor seating is highly recommended. The indoor area looked cozy and elegant, but the best tables are definitely outside. Overall: A lovely spot for cream tea with excellent scones and a gorgeous garden setting. Service could be more polished, but the ambiance makes it worth a visit. Confidence on my rating: - low. Have only been once and only had the cream tea.

Overpriced for what it is, don't go if you need strong wifi as data signal is very weak and wifi is very slow, and there is no AC in the room so don't go in the hot season otherwise. The restaurant breakfast was the same every day, no buffet, sometimes they run out of ingredients so have to make do with less (happened twice to us). Staff are friendly and want to be helpful.

Very kind staff. My wife and I visited (as tourists) for afternoon tea with our 6 month old baby. She doesn’t cry, but does babble loudly and they were all very nice and attentive. Not all the guests there were as kind, but the manor staff were great. One woman even came out to meet our baby. Grounds inside and out are immaculate and the tea was quite good

So they have some very loud extractor machine for their fireplaces that creates a low frequency engine noise in the rooms. We stayed at a room where this noise was coming through all the time from 10am to 10pm. It is not what you expected for £400 a night when you came to spend a calm weekend in the countryside. Also the room did not have a shower handle. It had a bathtub and a power shower, but nothing else. If you do not plan to wet your hair but would like to take hygiene showers twice a day - there's no such option available. I think this room that we were given needs either to be sold for a price of a 2 start hotel, or be decommissioned. Giving people a room that the hotel perfectly knows has a constant noise pollution and doesn't have a shower - I don't know why hotel management finds it acceptable. Btw, we asked for the room to be changed and were told they were fully booked. What it concerns breakfast, the only bread they had to serve was the sliced toast bread (those horrible triangles yes). When I asked for a piece of traditional sourdough they told me it will take them 15min(!) to make one. Breakfast is extremely disappointing. You can see a pic of their "croissant" which is an insult to a most basic French pastry shop. And my poached egg appears hard boiled to me personally. Dinner was good.

Had a great Sunday Lunch here with 3 generations of family - menu was the perfect mix of traditional and modern - something to keep everyone happy, and the dining room and service made it feel special. Would definitely recommend for anyone that wants a special meal out, and the gardens and surrounding area made it into a great destination to explore.

Eckington Manor is a meticulously restored Tudor farmhouse, bed and breakfast, and culinary school set on a secluded 260-acre working farm in Worcestershire. The majority of the food served at this award-winning manor comes directly from its own farm, offering guests an imaginative menu featuring the freshest ingredients. The accommodations are located within four converted farm buildings that seamlessly blend charming old features with modern design.
Delicious afternoon tea. Very good value. It wasn't clear where to go in. We thought it would be the half timbered building but it was actually in the barn conversion. The signage needs improvement - we nearly walked in to somebody's home! We will definitely go again.

As with our stay three years ago, the hotel was immaculate and quiet, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. They even went to the trouble of ensuring that we had the same fantastic rooms as last time. Dinner was excellent. And Eckington itself was bursting with roses, honeysuckle and bird-song.

What an incredible visit to the Manor today. A special Birthday lunch for my mum, motivated by Professional Master Chef Winner Mark Stinchcombe's fantastic cuisine artistry. And we were not disappointed. Mark's menu creation and delivery were outstanding and the team looked after us so well. The food was Michelin standard for sure. In the gorgeous village of Eckington a visit here for lunch, dinner, an overnight stay or a cookery class will reward you with full bellies and joyful hearts. Thank you to you all.

Ensure that you request a room with a window. We stayed at the Cyder Mill, which we booked in April and visited in July. We were told that, as we were last to arrive, we had been given a room with no windows. It was 28 degrees in the room, and as my husband commented, it was the prettiest hellhole he had ever stayed in. There was a fan in the room, which did not help. We were pleased that we only booked one night. The food was OK.

Oh my goodness!!!! Wow, wow, wow On a business trip and needed a room for the night and stumbled onto EcKINGton Manor! Friendly professional welcome into a beautifully appointed room with hand painted and embroidered wallpaper. Then could not believe our luck to have a Tasting Menu and Wine Pairing. Frankly it's just one of my best meals ever ( sorry I have a few) the food was exceptional and I can add the best meal i have had in years. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Very beautiful historic Manor house set amongst the South Downs and in lovely grounds. In easy driving distance of Glynebourne Opera. This accommodation is only offered during the Opera season Excellent service by the owner, catering for individual tastes and requirements. Highly recommended.

Stayed one night with an evening meal. The accommodation was fine but the food was not. My wife had fish main course, the seafood sauce was so strong that she couldn’t taste the food and left most of it. I had pork belly which was tasteless as were the potatoes. The wine we had was overpriced and mediocre.

Nestled between Worcester and Malvern, the Bank House Hotel Spa & Golf Club offers modern rooms and suites within a 17th-century country hotel. The property features a golf course, a spa, and dining options. Families can take advantage of the expansive gardens while enjoying food served from midday on weekdays and from early morning on weekends. With historic charm combined with modern facilities, this venue provides a tranquil countryside retreat.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bank House Hotel, and I must say, the staff are truly a credit to the establishment. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist with red hair was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests we had. Her warm demeanor made us feel right at home. The lady at the spa, who had blonde hair, was also very welcoming and added to our relaxing experience. Additionally, the gentleman in the sports bar with long dark hair was exceptionally polite and accommodating, making our time there enjoyable. We were also impressed with the breakfast, which was well-stocked at all times and absolutely delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and were very impressed with the service. Thank you!

Really nice hotel, plenty of parking. Helpful and friendly staff. Just outside Worcester. Decent sized room with all of the amenities. A great spa is attached and can be used by hotel guests. Very nice breakfast. Not a five star on this occasion as there were problems with the hot water that weren't addressed. We also booked 1 double and 1 twin but were given 2 doubles.

The service at Bank House was above the four star level. Nicole on reception went above and beyond to look after us. The staff in the restaurant were incredibly helpful and friendly too. The rooms vary- some have better beds than others, but all of them are clean. The spa facilities are really nice, and the pool has designated hours for children so you can use or avoid as necessary. The food in the restaurant is stellar - far above expectations that the site might suggest, and dinner is accompanied by a wonderful live pianist - I regret not having cash with me to tip as he was incredibly welcoming and set the mood perfectly. In all a fantastic stay, convenient to Worcester and a wonderful family stop over.

My bridal party and I stayed here for my wedding. My goodness the staff were fantastic!!! So lovely, kind, happy for us! We didn't get married at this hotel but nevertheless they treated us like we did. Such good communication too via email (because I mucked up my bookings!) they were fantastic. Breakfast was also wonderful and fresh. The bar late night let us stay up and just simmer down after a long big day. Honestly, I cannot fault the place whatsoever. The penthouse room is absolutely amazing. Thank you to all the staff who made our magical day even more wonderful. Amy (stayed 3rd/4th July 2025)

Very lovely hotel. Perfect for families with young kids. Swimming pool and spa services were spotless and our toddler had the greatest of the times. All the hotel looks very clean and very well looked after. We had dinner and breakfast there and the quality was really good. The Restaurant was very welcoming and the service was really profesional. We will highly recommend the whole experience to everyone, specially tired mums to send the Dad to play to the swimming pool while we sunbed. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Just returned from a wonderful 1 night stay. Everything was perfect. Our room was amazing, we booked a Spa Suite, it was huge, perfectly clean and the amenities were lovely. Temple Spa toiletries and a Nespresso coffee machine especially stood out. We had a very relaxing time in the thermal suite and around the pool. The Sportsman's Bar is a lovely space, we had drinks here before and after dinner. Great selection of drinks at very good prices. I had an excellent Espresso Martini for just £9! Dinner in the restaurant was perfect, the food was incredible and the staff very friendly and attentive. The grounds of the hotel are so beautiful and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay, we only wish it had been for longer but we will definitely be back.

Overall the hotel is acceptable, clean and friendly staff, evening meal and afternoon in the restaurant was very good. The mattress is appalling, old spring Mattress and sinks completely when sat on, needs changing immediately. Breakfast was very bland. No plugs next to the bed! There’s little security, can walk all The way to the rooms without using a key card. Walls also a little thin. Old style hotel, good if you like that.
Maria ( — Google review
Stayed here for a business trip for one night only. The building is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. The rooms are very large and also kept clean and fresh with a large selection of tea, coffee and fresh milk. (NO PLUGS IN REACH OF THE BED HOWEVER... AND THE LIGHT SWITCHES FOR THE LAMPS BESIDE THE BED AREN'T WITHIN REACH!) So you have to get out of bed to turn the lamps off. Absolutely beautiful spa and pool which smelt lovely with all the essentials oils lingering in the air. Very clean changing rooms and spa reception. My only reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 is the evening meal was at a Wetherspoons standard. There was a large bus party that were staying at the hotel and they seemed to throw the flow off course by having the staffs full attention. 3 members of our party had their starters completely forgotten about. 4 of our party ordered the steak. It was bone dry, stone cold, thinly cut and far too over cooked and our chips were also absolutely rock hard and COLD. For £36 a steak I would expect a lot more. As I said it was more of a pub restaurant standard and it's a shame. The waitress serving us was so apologetic and professional and offered us or anyone in our party who was unhappy an immediate replacement but I don't like to waste food & ate it anyway. She was very sincere and couldnt do enough for us. She had blonde hair and knew the gentleman who was taking us out for a meal. Fortunately we weren't paying for our meals as it was a business trip but had it been a personal visit I'd have expected a refund. I think training or improvement needs to be made in future if there is a larger party in the restaurant to make sure the other tables are also presented with good quality food. The cocktails were very nice and presented nicely. Breakfast on the other hand was absolutely DELICIOUS! A large spread with hot bacon, thick sausages, 3 different eggs, pastries, fresh juice and yoghurt. Overall a great experience! We will be returning and would like to give the restaurant a second chance when we do as all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Abbots Grange is a majestic hotel from the 1320s with lavish guestrooms offering 4-poster beds, as well as tennis and croquet. It has a sense of serenity that cannot be put into words, and should definitely be on any traveller's list.
We stayed for 4 nights as a treat to celebrate my husband’s birthday…… and what a treat it was! This hotel is utterly beautiful, the setting is amazing and the service is faultless. We felt as though we were guests at a luxurious country manor, looked after beautifully but unobtrusively. Breakfasts were wonderful. Our room (Morris) was full of character, beautiful views over the stunning grounds, and comfortable with all amenities provided. We were a little reluctant to leave this review as we really want to keep the place a bit of a secret for us! We will be back. Thank you to Stacey and to all the team who have created something very special indeed!

We loved our stay at Abbotts Grange. What a beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds. The staff were all lovely, breakfast was exceptional and the fire pit with marshmallow toasting was the perfect end to an evening. The hotel feels completely hidden away but is right off the village square. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Our stay at Abbots Grange Manor House was absolutley wonderful - what a magnificent home. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left it was perfect. Our room was a really good size, well appointed and with a modern bathroom. The Pulpit bar was a highlight and walking through the grounds and the wild flower meadow was so relaxing. There's a beautiful garden at the back of the property where you can toast marshmallows over a fire pit and its a very short stroll to the village where there's options for restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. Oh and the breakfasts are to die for (especially the porridge). A 10/10 in every area. Thank you Richard and Topsy for sharing your home with us, it was an absolute treat.

We would like to be able to write similar reviews wherever we choose to stay but this was a sublime experience & benchmark , far too few emulate. From initial greeting at the hallway with highly appreciated welcome drinks, comprehensive walk through of the house, its facilities and 'house rules' ..... Complimentary tea and cake, breakfast with charming / highly professionally service dispensed, we cannot praise enough our experience at 'Abbots Grange Manor House'. We will certainly recommend to all. Congrats to the whole Abbots Grange Manor House 'troop'.

I feel terrible that I waited so long to write this review. I stayed here for the first time in 2022, and was so overwhelmed with the beauty of this property. I stayed in the Elizabethan Suite. It was magical. The stairwell going up to it isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The staff was so lovely, and I wished I could have stayed here longer. I'm returning in September to stay in the same suite and to say I'm excited would be an understatement. I'm so grateful to the folks that lovingly run and maintain this very special property.

Abbots Grange is a special manor house steeped in history. The staff and owners do their utmost to take care of it and their guests. With a small number of rooms I was able to enjoy a relaxing visit in my room, the common areas and the grounds. The nightly campfires in the garden were an added bonus. Being in the heart of Broadway makes it easy to go out for a stroll to check out the local restaurants and shops.

Great local beers and charming accommodation upstairs. A fantastic historic building which was a pleasure to stay at. Very nice and helpful staff.

This pub/inn could be something really special and deserves to be, but it isn’t. The congenial pub feel is authentic, as is the wood panelling and stained glass. It’s on a very old street with Tudor buildings leaning this way and that. The magic ends there. This place was filthy. Our room had lots of old, beat up, often rickety antique”(?) furniture. Our bed was freshly made up, but forget the feather eiderdown boasted in the description. When we arrived at our room, it featured one clean coffee cup and one dirty cup with drips dried on from the lip down. One clean glass, the other used with lip and gunk marks on the rim, with a dirty spoon. The furniture, ie bedside table and baseboards, hadn’t been dusted for quite some time. A vacuum cleaner certainly hadn’t reached the edges or corners of the wall to wall carpet. All the carpets throughout the establishment were filthy. The wooden bannisters were sticky with lack of wiping not to mention cleaning. The orange juice at breakfast had gone off and for us were replaced with unopened bottles from the bar. If you like that kind of thing, then go for it. Not our cup of tea. I strongly suspect the ratings for this establishment.

Me and my fiancée stayed two nights over this last weekend and I say this from a couple who have stayed in many hotels, inns and B&Bs etc over the years, this is absolutely THE BEST. The look, atmosphere, the people, the service, the room with it's antique furniture, the continental breakfast left outside in a basket, down to the bird who arrived in our room through the window, stayed a while then flew out, the location - all incredible. We hoped to meet Emily and the old man, but all was quiet apart from our TV switching itself on twice as we retired to bed. We assume whoever it was happened to be enjoying the WW2 documentary we were watching 😁

What miserable unwelcoming staff. First of all there was a young guy who clearly dosnt want to work there . Then at 10.35 they stop serving with a woman who had the most unwelcome tone and clearly hates her job too Shame such a nice pub has such terrible staff. The pub trade dosnt need these people

My husband & I visited for sparkling afternoon tea 16/5. What a glorious day we had by the river Severn. Afternoon tea was magnificent, the best we've ever had. Lovely sandwiches & freshly baked cakes . Home made sausage roll slice was a nice touch. Staff were friendly+ attentive. We'll definitely be back. Well-done 👍🏼

Very delightful couple of nights spent here. Breakfast was good with excellent choices as was the evening meal and lunch. Our waitress Millie was extremely friendly, efficient and very attentive. Would certainly recommend this hotel. If there was one comment it would be that we had room 15 which was next to the door leading outside and was noisy when it shut, especially at night - perhaps as a suggestion, a slow close door would be better here.

Highly recommend this place. Really nice hotel and a great location for which to explore Worcester City from (under 15 min walk to most places). Dinner and Breakfast were both exceptional. Seating area by river is perfect and sunset drops there too. Staff were attentive and friendly. Room was nice and clean. It was Saturday night and there was a Wedding at the hotel. Car park busy. Music was loud(ish) until about 10.00-10.30pm. Not a major problem but for those wanting more quiet, check first. Car park can be tight to maneuver through. Doesn't help half the cars are large SUVs overhanging spaces. Not hotels fault, but given that i would recommend they reconfigure some of the spaces at the entrance. Was tough to squeeze through.

This is a really nice hotel near the centre of Worcester and right on the river. It has really nice rooms - the TV could be bigger and better placed - with comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast choice and quality was excellent. They have indoor and, extensive, outdoor seating. We had dinner, the food was really good. I'll happily return to this lovely historic hotel with lovely staff.

Spent a lovely night stay there for my partners 50th as we had a meal booked in Worcester. The staff were friendly and polite and the room was clean and tidy the view over the river was lovely. Breakfast was also great as was the staff who served us. Will be definitely booking again

This is a hotel on the centre if Worcester next to the river and near the cathedral. The staff were friendly and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was generous. My only issue was that the room was very hot during a heatwave. There is no air conditioning and this is an old building which whilst attractive is a product of its time. If housekeeping had pulled the curtains to keep out some of the heat this could have made a difference.
Nick P — Google review
An absolute waste of money to stay at this hotel. The service and staff were so disrespectful. The value for money is not worth it. You can find more respect and service at a premier inn which is close by. The room was so outdated and hot and no room to even walk around the bed. The use of actual keys is so old and difficult as you need them to open up so many doors before you get to your room. The location is absolutely so difficult to find and don't get me started on the parking, absolutely terrible. It's not worth the price so find somewhere else which is superior in value and customer service. Would not recommend it!!

Hotel was absolutely lovely, it's hard to imagine when you see the outside as you may thing it's a bit old but as soon as you enter all that is put to rest. Reception was lovely and very accommodating, pool was heated and seemed very clean. Food was amazing as well and couldn't complain at the price for the breakfast buffet

Good friendly, helpful staff. Room was large and clean. Linen fresh and crisp. Good supply of tea and coffee. Plenty of soap, shampoo etc. Some areas of the hotel are starting to look in need of repair/refurbishment. The breakfasts are very good. Food from the bar was excellent and a reasonable price. Comfortable seating areas. Dinners not so good. Limited selection. The hotel grounds need attention. A lot of weeds to be dealt with and shrubbery needs trimming. A good size car park. Location just off A38, M42. Easy to find.

It is what it is. Cheap to book, tired rooms but for the money it’s ok. We had to change rooms as the family room stank of cigarettes. Quick and easy move though. Extremely warm rooms when it’s warm out, but fans in the room. Breakfast was pretty naff though. Old apples and undercooked eggs. As i say, can’t grumble too much for £70 a night, but could be serviced a lot better with the staff they have in place already.
Ryan O — Google review
My stay at Bromsgrove Hotel and Spa was very pleasant. While a little dated the hotel is very well kept, and the facilities are for the most part up to date with a Starbucks cafe counter and a very nice bar and restaurant. Room was clean, large, nice bathroom facilities and soap/shower lotions provided, hairdryer, fan and iron provided in the room with a full body mirror, and two other rather large mirrors. Rooms have switched control radiators and big windows. They could do with vending machines that take card, and the leisure facilities while nice I feel could be modernised a bit, but with that in mind the value for money is incredible. I didn’t get to try the spa treatments but the facility looked professional and clean, I’m sure it would be as relaxing as it looked. This review could have been lower, I paid for checkout asking for checkout to be extended til 12, I was charged £20 by a very kind man on reception with glasses for two hours extra as he had confirmed standard checkout was 10am. As it turned out checkout on Sunday is infact 11am, so I had been overcharged an hour. Now, he very much could’ve not told me this and I wouldn’t have known any different, and got on with my time. But the kind man, who I didn’t grab the name of but hoping can be identified for praise, saw me when I went outside and informed me of the mistake offering a refund immediately for the £10. I requested instead if I could have a free breakfast instead (£9.95 usually, but I was willing part with the 5p haha) and he obliged straight away and provided me with a breakfast voucher, so as far as I’m aware no harm done. It’s very easy to make a mistake, the fact he took measures to correct that is worth more than any mistake. I would recommend highly.

A few hours after check-out, I realised I’d left my phone charger in the room. By 9:50am, I’d called them to see if they could find it. However, since I needed to stay locally for another night, I checked back in. On check-in, I asked the duty manager at the reception if they’d found it, but I had no luck. I mentioned that housekeeping may not have checked behind the bedside table, where I thought I had left it plugged in. He said he would check. Later, I returned to the reception, and no customers were waiting. However, he still couldn't check for me. I returned at 9 PM. He was standing off to one side behind the desk, scrolling on his mobile phone, but he told me he was too busy to look for my charger. I was told to return at 11:15 when the night staff were on duty, or leave my phone with him to charge. As was suggested, I don't want to leave my phone at reception to charge. It would have been nice if he had spent just two minutes away from his phone to help me so that I could get to bed. I’m glad he didn’t seem to be experiencing the same low battery problem that I was.

We chose Bromsgrove Hotel &Spa to be our wedding venue on the 21st June 25. It was fantastic from start to finish. We had the bridal suite which was beautiful. lots of our guests stayed and said their rooms were good. Karen the wedding co-ordinator was absolutely fabulous. She helped and guided us every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She helped to calm my anxiety. such a genuine warm woman - a credit to the hotel for sure. The staff throughout the hotel were fantastic. The waiting staff during our sit down meal were wonderful - as was the food. Also the buffet on the evening. The tables looked wonderful. All of my guests commented on the beautiful venue and how smoothly everything went. we had the resident D.J. Richie couldn't do it that weekend but his colleague Darren stepped in and was brilliant. He stuck to the type of music we said we wanted and also did requests. To summarise if are looking for a venue that will do you proud look no further . Very reasonably priced too. 100% recommend.

Wonderful place to relax. The restaurant has great food. The room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. By the way, if you're a guest, you'll only have to put your reg into the tablet in reception, no need to download a parking app and pay £10, like it says on the sign.

Mediocre as a whole, nice entrance reception area, butnit goes rapidly downhill from there, tired rooms and bathrooms, uncomfortable beds, insufficient towels, spa area is dirty and has peeling paint. Food was bland and took almost an hour for 4 burgers, our children were tired and grumpy and we almost cancelled the order, then wished we had as it was mediocre at best.

Only stay one night. Arrived in the early afternoon and had a welcoming greeting, given our room cards and information. On going into our room nice surprise, not as big as a premiere inn room but compact and clean and tide with a juliet Balconie (nice touch). Shower cube of a fair size. Round to the bar for a drinks good selection and service. As we were guests at a wedding we never sampled the evening meal. The beds were lovely and comfortable we had a good night's sleep. Overall a good overnight stay for an organised event. Staff helpful. Good food and service. Room simple but clean, some damp in internal wall. No central heating in the room, however portable radiator on on arrival and room warm enough. Hotel renovation in main areas are nicely presented.

Stayed for two weeks whilst working in Worcester, the hotel looks recently refurbished to a great standard. Premium rooms were well stocked and facilities on-site were good. Food in the restaurant is ok, but about 20% overpriced for the quality. Main courses were all over £20 (except burger) and desserts around £10. Unable to get a two-course meal on £30 allowance unless eating in the bar area.

We stayed here on July 27th 2025. The hotel is ok. The interior is nice with a court yard and nice bar. The pool is basic but ok. The main issue was the air con in the hotel is all out and not working. Then did not tell us this until we checked in and went to the room to find fans. We asked to change rooms but was told the air con was broken. The temp was 25c outside but the room inside was super hot to sleep in even with fans provided. Our fridge\cooler was also broken and had to be replaced. If you are going to stay here check that the air con is working else do not stay here over the summer. The Breakfast was good. The hotel is looking aged from the outside and all the window boards are rotten. It needs some work.

Booked to split a long trip, and got a lovely surprise. Fab room, fab hotel, lovely staff and it even has a pool!

I have very fond memories of this hotel as got married here in 2018, me and my husband came back for a night away and a break from the kids. Was checked in when arrived room was ready and staff was friendly and welcoming. The refurbishment is lovely and refreshing. We went to the gym and pool. The gym is perfect for what you need. The pool again is nice and has a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. But feel like could do withba fresh up. Room service is massively advertised but when it came to ordering the room service number didnt even ring, then calling reception for over 20mins via their phone and my mobile and not a single answer from a staff member. This resulted in me going down to order which is fine, just a little frustrating. We then asked for more milk when food was delivered as again we tried to call with unfortunately no answer. We then never received this, when then had a knock a few hours later and it was someone delivering pillows we hadn't asked for, again I asked for some milk, this never arrived this resulted in us going down to get some. We then wanted a drink later on at night just after 11 as I said room service is advertised as 24/7 but was told after 11 you need pre approval for this so like an open card as they cant take payments. This again was not clearly stated and I believe maybe should be mentioned or offered at check in. Overall the room was lovely and comfortable, the shower was amazing and the food we received was lovely. Just a few hiccups which could have made our stay that little more relaxed.

Exceptional service. Had the prawns/chorizo starter which was almost lobster sized and freshly made with a healthy side salad that was sweet and crunchy. The pies were all home made with generous pulled meat. The steak burger was amazing topped with exceptionally friendly service. Will come again. Thank you.

Lovely people and great location, but losing a star as the room was a bit ‘tired’ - sheets and towels had some stains. Nothing was dirty as it all smelt fine, but just a few old stains. There was also a loud buzz and vibration from some sort of machine (kinda like a generator) right outside the window throughout the stay. But I will be back as the service was good and I would love to try the menu too :)
Ian R — Google review
Menu appeared to be trying to be fine dining but food didn't live up to that. It was nice and edible but not good value for money. Staff were spending more tome discussing what needed to be don't than doing it and subsequently handing out the least favoured jobs to the newest member of the team.

Located 5mins from Bewdley and 25mins from Ludlow this is a great place to stay. Very welcoming, great food and the 7 rooms are based on local fruit and veg. We were in 'pear' so had a green theme and the key was a knitted 🍐 The rooms are a good temperature and had all the facilities. TV was huge if you wanted to watch a film during your visit. Downstairs there is fantastic food, good indoor and outdoors seating and a well stocked games room. It's a lovely place but the particular stand-out for me was the staff - super helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds, Lowerfield Farm is a charming retreat set within a beautifully converted Victorian farmhouse. This delightful B&B offers guests an inviting atmosphere with stunning views of the surrounding escarpment and rolling hills. Each room provides a cozy yet luxurious experience, perfect for unwinding after exploring nearby villages and hiking trails. The warm hospitality from hosts Sue and Gareth makes you feel right at home, ensuring that every need is met during your stay.
We were very lucky to find this wonderful B&B. Sue and Gareth were lovely hosts; nothing was a problem. The room was excellent, with everything you could want. The location was outstanding, just outside the village, so very quiet but still close enough to Broadway and local pubs. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a great choice to choose from. We are so lucky to have found such a gem; we have booked a further stay, hopefully with many more. Highly recommended

This place is totally outstanding and I have booked for another stay.

This charming B&b has a homely feel and even more homely hosts. The breakfast is very nice. The rooms are sizeable , comfortable and spotless ! The surrounding Cotswolds area is gorgeous and scenic. I also love the mini bar function in this hotel. You just grab a drink and write the drink price, your booking name and your room and it will just be added onto the bill. Will definitely stay here again

Just spent 3 nights at this amazing place. Sue & Gareth are superb, friendly hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Lots of extra personal touches which make all the difference. Scrummy breakfast with a good choice, comfy bed. The "honesty " bar is a real bonus for that " just fancy a beer/nightcap" moment. Also a residents lounge area. Will definitely be returning.

Sue and Gareth are fantastic, friendly and attentive hosts and the B&B has some great personal touches which make it feel like a special place to stay. The rooms are warm and comfortable - we both slept soundly in the comfy bed. The cooked breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. All of the other guests who were staying when we were there said they were return guests and I can see why - it is the perfect base to explore the Cotswolds. If we are ever in that part of the world again we will be staying at Lowerfield Farm! Philip

Lowerfield Farm is similar to walking into your family’s home with Sue and Gareth to meet you. They were welcoming and gracious. I stayed in a one bed room with bath. Plenty of room for long stay travelers. The location was wonderful, within a short driving distance of a large number of Cotswolds villages and sites. It’s a perfect home base for the area. Gorgeous hiking trails nearby as well. Breakfasts were the best I’ve ever had at a B&B in the UK. Their attention to detail with the food and accommodation was stunning. I highly recommend this B&B!!

The Old Infirmary is a historic building in the heart of Worcester, dating back to 1745 and now transformed into six self-catering studios. Each studio is uniquely decorated, featuring original elements like exposed beams and wooden floors. The accommodations offer comfortable sitting areas and stylish kitchenettes. While not abundant in amenities, the property exudes charm and provides a great value stay in the city center. Guests can enjoy views from the terrace and take advantage of complimentary Wi-Fi access during their visit.
It was my husband and I’s first trip to Worcester and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The Old Infirmary is such a gorgeous building with so much unique character that mixes old stones/beams with modern amenities. The studio we stayed in was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. You’re right in the centre of town with everything within walking distance and the self-check in process was a really easy system. I would definitely recommend the Old Infirmary to anyone - it’s a real gem and I hope to visit again in future.

Super little room. (we were downstairs) Quiet when we were here. Good location very close to town. Small kitchen area which was adequate for a short stay. Bathroom lovely (apart from loose toilet seat). Clean and tidy.

Don’t book. You know it’s going to be a sleepless night when they leave earbuds next to the bed. Then the ordeal of every hour the room above making a noise till 8am. The room is nice but the bed is a small double, feet hanging off the end of the bed. Also lacking glasses. Only one wine glass, one small plate etc. poor

Emily B — Google review
Beautiful room, very impressed with the amenities. Everything you could need is there. The bed was comfortable and the decor was lovely. Unfortunately I didn't sleep because of noise. We were woken up around 3am by loud banging followed by the sound of trollies/cages pulled. It was so loud I felt like it was inside the building. Guessing this was from the Asda store next door. The sound of footsteps above us was constant too, I understand the nature of an 'old building' but it was louder than I've ever experienced. I felt like the ceiling was going to cave in at one point when they were walking above where we slept ( there is a staircase that comes down over the bed) so not a pleasant sound to hear whilst trying to sleep, people banging on the stairs above you after a night out. I felt like there were a herd of elephants above us, I don't understand why anyone needs to move around in a room as much as this person did. And for two whole hours in the morning, footstep after footstep. It's a shame as we would have definitely returned if I had gotten a better night sleep. The Asda noise can be forgiven as it can't be helped being in a city location and probably only lasted around 20-30 minutes. But the footsteps around the building were too loud to ignore, and unfortunately it was through the night and into the early morning.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this place. It’s located in the city centre which was very handy for us. Plenty of places nearby to for sightseeing and dining. There was parking on site as well as a car park across the road. We stayed in Pasteur suite and the Customer service was excellent, the staff had decorated our room with beautiful roses and gave us complimentary cakes as it was our 20th Wedding Anniversary. Highly recommend this place.

Stayed here for a couple of nights, looking forward to staying again. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was a good standard with quality linen and toiletries, we had the use of robes which is always a nice touch. Wonderful view of Broadway and good quality black out curtains which meant we weren't awoken at sunrise. The honesty bar and little break out area is a fantastic idea and works well, thank you, we all love a midnight snack. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and of very good quality. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay, I'd love to visit again soon to explore the area some more, avoiding the cows 🐄 😉

We spent a night here and it was lovely. Fantastic location and excellent food. We had dinner and breakfast at Russell’s. The hotel room is huge and has aircon which is a win. Great big comfy bed. Carina’s service was fantastic for the breakfast. Big compliments to her. Waiters at the dinner service were not very attentive and we struggled to get anyone to take our order or bring the bill. Allover it is a super place to stay and eat. We would come again.

We stopped by for Sunday roast, was glorious sunshine and our waitress was so lovely. The Sunday roast beef was good but felt a little pre-prepared, particularly the roast potatoes (cold and not crispy). The sun, ambiance and service made for a lovely afternoon but I probably wouldn’t rush back for the quality of the food. That said, Broadway is a high tourist area so this is probably to be expected.

We had a fantastic meal. Each course was absolutely delicious. We probably over ordered as the portions were very generous, which is unusual for food of this quality, but just couldn't leave anything it was so good. Great service too, highly recommended.

Wow would not recommend the food used to be amazing now terrible. Table of 10 we ordered 2 ribeye steaks one really nice one terrible and chewy. Asked for it to be replaced and the waiter told me it was the knife even though he provided me with the steak knife! The other steak was fine. Then the waiter took the bad steak and came back with the same steak and said the chef had cut it up for me! I'm not a child shocking! What a joke. Then they replaced the steak and said it was a bad cut after trying to blame me 3 times! Shocking will not be returning.

Tom was genuinely lovely. Kind, funny, and had this easy energy that made the evening feel even better. He checked in at just the right moments and somehow made it feel like we were regulars. The food was spot on. The lamb chops were tender and full of flavour, the truffle mash was rich and silky, and the chips were next-level crispy. Then came the crème brûlée Tom recommended—genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly crisp top, smooth inside. No notes. Great food, relaxed vibe, and service that actually felt personal. Would 100% go back.

Oh dear. Don’t like to leave negative reviews, but Russell’s is not as it was. Very average and overpriced food means no difference to anywhere else on the high street. Saved to some extent by decent staff and service, but the formatted ‘grill’ menu is now disappointing, seasonal menu and creativity no more. Shame.

Nice place to eat, I think next time I would try the "small plates" as it does seem it's what they do best having seen other people's meals. We had burger and fish and chips which were fine but the tacos looked good. Starters were amazing: halloumi fries and calamari

Amazing location for drinks. Gorgeous room, with a lovely outside area. Well decorated for a nice atmosphere. Drinks were faultless, very quick and delicious. Food and service was not great and I would not recommend for dinner. No one to greet you and walk you to the table so you wait at the sign to be seated for a while before going to the bar. Not all the menus on a reserved table (minimal people having dinner), service wasn’t professional, and the burger was absolutely dreadful with cheap meat.

I can only comment on the restaurant as I did not stay at the hotel but the service was impeccable, friendly and attentative. We decided to get a roast on Easter Sunday which I was expecting them to be fully booked not only were we told the lay out and how to order, the barmen made conversion and had an a super attitude about him. I forgot to grab his name bit he was lovely. We ordered 2 half chicken roasts and a pie of the day and it was worth every penny. Quality ingredients with really decent sized portions. Popped in for a drink on both walking days we had in the area. Staff are very friendly and open to walkers - filled our water bottles without question and even offered to add some ice with the heat! Although an up market pub we never felt uncomfortable or out of place in our walking gear. Perfect location and lovely atmosphere on a busy weekend

I can't actually comment on the rooms as we only stopped for coffee after our walk. The service was fast, friendly, and they made sure the dogs had water too, very accommodating. It's perfectly placed for a post hike coffee, beer, or roast dinner. I can't fault it. 5*

I'm sorry to say but it was the worst roast dinner I have ever had out. Neither the potatoes, carrot or parsnip were cooked. Absolutely no seasoning at all, no flavour whatsoever! The gravy was just brown water, even the cottage cheese tasted like water. The lamb was what you'd expect to find in a hospital dinner and all 6 of our roasts were like that. And charged at £20 per roast is a disgrace.
Lu F — Google review
Popped in for a birthday lunch. Lovely setting but food was very disappointing (at £31 for a 10 Oz sirloin steak, you'd expect a much nicer meal). On another day I'd have sent our food back and eaten elsewhere.

We stayed in a family room, beautiful decorated, unfortunately the bed design with an edge-around for two under 5ft small people keep getting tripped or worse a nice bruise every time we forget about the edges. Bed was also too soft room 307. Service was immaculate during our stay, upon check out was less friendly. Location was incredible - would stay again.

Gorgeous pub in beautiful area . Staff were very friendly and helpful. We only stopped for drinks ,and I was expecting drinks to be overpriced, but I was very happy to say that they weren't. The food looked gorgeous too .
Sally P — Google review
The gluten free 'baguette' option was substituting actual baguettes with white sliced bread with almost no filling. This was not communicated at the bar. Bread was hard and stale around the edges and obviously old/previously frozen. Given the total ingredient cost on that plate was somewhere between £1-£1.50 the charged amount of over £10 was not what was justified. Apart from the polite staff there is no incentive to return here.

Visited for evening meal, decided to eat in the room by reception as room by bar was very noisy. We made a wise choice as it was very quiet and relaxing. Our waitress was Natasha who is a lovely young lady and very friendly and helpful. My husband and I were both happy with our food, very generous portions and my haddock was cooked perfectly.

We had a really disappointing experience at The Angel. After waiting 25 minutes for first drinks to arrive, the service continued to be painfully slow. Although the food itself was good, we couldn’t enjoy it properly due to poor service condiments didn’t arrive until after we had finished eating. I raised a complaint at the time and was asked to leave my phone number, but no one ever got back to me. I followed up via email, as I had previously enjoyed this restaurant, and only received a half-hearted apology a week later. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Went for Friday lunch with family - 4 in party. 2 meals arrived, then the waitress started a long chatty conversation with people on adjacent table. We had to shout to attract her attention after a long time, to ask where the other 2 meals were ! Eventually brought to table. Had only just finished eating when we were told we had to vacate courtyard for a private wedding party. Nothing mentioned about this when ringing to reserve a table. We're local and used Angel for years - not once has menu changed. Definitely time to stop using !
Susan R — Google review
There were some great things about the hotel - staff were fabulous and the food is super, we did B&B and Dinner and all meals were really good - breakfast top marks. However, it was a very warm weekend and we had the Broadway suite which was absolutely boiling hot, it was probably about 28 degrees Celsius outside but must have been nearing 35-40 degrees in the room, no heaters on of course and could only crack one window ajar due to health and safety lock.. did have a fan but it didn't make much impact I'm afraid. Obviously we didn't spend our whole trip in the hotel room, but in the evenings it was almost unbearable.. we have 2 large dogs too who just panted the whole time, I'm afraid it just wasn't relaxing! I'm sure on a less warm weekend this would have been a great stay. I think the part of the building we were staying in is newer and I wonder if it hasn't been insulated properly - so it warms up like a loft room, it would have been great if we could have opened more windows in the room (there were three of them) so I think the hotel should consider fixing this - or in this room fitting aircon. It was a shame as it was a great room, spacious and bed very comfy.. but for us just sweltering!

Open daily for breakfast until noon, guests can enjoy free refills of tea and Lavazza coffee throughout the day.
A classic venue for keenly priced food and drinks. Part of the reason for going to this venue was to see the room dedicated to Edward Elgar, the English composer. He played music in an ordinary here, which was known as the Glee club. It was lovely to see the room hire well preserved in his honour.

Service was quite good at a busy time, decent prices, but this was one of the Wetherspoon pubs that matched the general reputation they have most of the time. Very worn out, sticky furniture and menus. Food-wise, we only ordered onion rings and chips to snack on. Had soft drinks for the family, and a few ales for myself. Everything was ordered through the app, and was ok except for the beers, which just seemed off, like maybe the lines weren't well maintained. To be honest, I'd really been looking forward to those beers after a long walk around sunny Worcester all morning, and I was disappointed.

Nice. Very big place. Did not have a room here. Just had a vegan breakfast which unfortunately arrived cold due to cold plate. Staff very apologetic and wanted to replace like for like. I was happy just to have it warmed up in a microwave, which they did. Happy.

The place stinks of damp and mould. Stayed in a room up lots of weird stairs which had the potential to be nice but it absolutely stank. The air conditioning in the room looks filthy and just blows out mouldy air. The bathroom has cracked grout and floor and it absolutely stinks. The check in process isn't very slick - you have to go to the bar and find someone to get your key. After that, you are on your own.

I popped in here for a meal with a friend. I waited a bit for the food, but still gave top marks for service as they were busy. The food was spot on, and the ale selection there was good, even though I had a soft drink in this visit. I needed a break from the beer at that point.

Central location right in the middle of the city. No parking at the hotel so you have to use local car park and carry your luggage to the hotel. I forgot to check this when booking. You can get 24 hour parking for around £6. The room was nice and spacious with a huge shower. The downside was the noise from what I presume was either air conditioning or extractor fan from kitchen which was a constant noise.

We went to have a lunch at Wheterspoon as always. Because the price. Because the amount of food. Because the atmosphere. Because the service. Because you do not need book in advance. Because the location. Because everything If you see my profile basically if I knew one different city or town, of course I will have food in Wheterspoon. Every time I have a wonderful costume service, and also the food. We were 13 today an we came out happy to continue walking around the area.

Back from a 3 night annual getaway with a group of 6 friends , 1st time staying in Worcester and a Wetherspoons hotel and its 5 stars across the board from everyone . Train station and bus station are both 5 minutes walk to the hotel with several Taxi ranks just as close . The hotel has a booking in of 2pm but were able to drop baggage off on arrival at 10am , staff were helpful and polite and usual great prices on beer and drink etc . Lift and stairs available to reach all rooms which were spotlessly clean , very large bed and well stocked tea , coffee , milk , water and biscuits . Towels , soap supplied with hair dryer and ironing board with iron . breakfast is well priced and everyone should remember that hotel guest get free hot drinks in the bar at any time of day . Cleaner was helpful and polite and loaded us up with milk , coffee biscuits and water every day in our rooms . 5 mins walk from the river , 15 from the Cathedral and if you fall out of 1 pub door you end up in another so plenty to try . Saturday night was busy with plenty of younger folk than us having a very good evening but saw no trouble at all on any of our 3 nights . we had a room at the front of the hotel and though the street is pedestrianized most of the time there was plenty of foot fall to be heard till about midnight so if you like an early quiet night ( unlike us drunkards ) maybe request a room at the rear or side of the hotel . if all Wetherspoons hotels are like the Crown i will certainly be staying in others , we had 3 double rooms 1 single and for the double it was just over £100 per night but the rooms are very large , spotless and well appointed .

My wife and I stayed for 1 night in this past week. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had lunch, dinner & breakfast and in each case there was a wide enough choice of food. The meals themselves were freshly cooked and filling. Our room was very clean and of a good size. The beds were very comfortable and gave a good night sleep. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will return at some point in the future.

Great initial communication from the HBGI, via email and personal phone call. Quiet location, lovely bar and helpful staff at reception. Room perfect for our overnight stay and breakfast excellent with lovely service. Check in and check out, initiated on line, very simple. Great value for money and certainly if this a the general Butcombe standard, the first of many visits. Thank you.

Booked last minute not knowing what to expect. I was extremely impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the welcome they gave. The food was fantastic and the room was wonderful. It is just a pity I could only stay for one night and I am definitely going to return for a longer stay next time. I would highly recommend the Hadley Bowling Green Inn whether for an overnight stay or just a lovely country pub meal and drink.

Such a lovely place to eat, drink and meet with family and friends. We stayed one night and had a fantastic meal. Service was very good for our party of 9 and all staff were kind, friendly and efficient. A good range of beers, cider and spirits. Large beer garden out the front of the pub and the historical bowling green where the Gunpowder Plot was apparently put together! A board inside gives all the details. We have already agreed to go back again for another night or two to explore the area further. A great find.

Can’t fault this place at all!!! Ross made us feel very welcome straight away!!! The drinks menu was perfect!! The Guinness was amazing!! The food was faultless, very tender rump steak for me and fish of the day for my partner!! The staff went Above and beyond to make our stay perfect!! Our room was amazing with a comfortable bed and a very modern en-suite. Lottie the manager was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her!!! We shared lots of laughs over the evening!! Breakfast was equally as good with proper butchers sausage, bacon and black pudding!!! We will definitely be returning and recommending to friends!!!

I had a great stay in this beautiful authentic inn. Staff are all very kind and the kitchen is very good with exclusive dishes. And of course there are excellent beers. The only minor point in the room I had (no. 4), was the shower, which is very narrow. But rooms are very clean and a press-coffee maker is available. The location is fine to make trips to places of interest in the area.

The Cottage in the Wood is a charming Georgian country house hotel offering traditional and simple rooms. The restaurant boasts breathtaking 30-mile views, making it an ideal spot for a special occasion or a peaceful stay. Guests rave about the stunning location with beautiful views across the Severn Valley and top-notch service. The food caters to all tastes and dietary requirements, ensuring a delightful dining experience. Visitors are particularly impressed by the five-course tasting menu and the friendly staff's knowledge of wine pairings.
We chose The Cottage in the Wood to celebrate our post elopment meal with family. From start to finish they were helpful in communication and helped to ensure the day was perfect! We had friends and family travelling from 3hrs away and despite delays to our arrival time, they were accommodating and understanding and we never felt rushed. The room was beautiful and the views absolutely stunning!! The weather was gorgeous too! The food was amazing! Every course was tasty, presented beautifully and portion size was perfect - everyone left more than satisfied! The timings between the courses was perfect too, allowing us time to chat and catchup. The service was also impeccable - we could not have asked for a better venue and we would 100% recommend this beautiful spot to anyone looking for a very special location for a celebration or treat. Thank-you so much again to all the staff for all their help before and on the day. The new Mr and Mrs Ellis x

After its change of hands and recent inclusion in the Michelin guide we thought we would deviate from our favourite restaurants and try this one out. So obviously the view is amazing, and so was the service - both are 5* However the food was disappointing for the money. £40 for a fillet steak (plus £6 for chips and £6 for salad) makes it the most expensive in the area by far. Although it was a nice cut, it was tiny (3-4oz at a guess) and sliced to make it look bigger. It was also overcooked by one grade (not enough to send it back). The salad and chips were nice. My wifes food was very good but not excellent / worth the prices. I’ve had better meals for £20, ie 40% of the cost. So in summary go here and expect 7-8/10 food, 10/10 service, 10/10 view for 12/10 prices.
Rich T — Google review
We came here for our anniversary meal. The setting is fantastic with great views out from the dining room. The service was excellent. If I had one niggle it’s that for a £95 tasting menu (not including service) you can find better quality food in Great Malvern. That said, we had a fantastic evening.
Daniel S — Google review
Grossly overpriced. I had the “salad”, which did not contain any salad at all and was about one bite. I genuinely could’ve made the dinner for myself and done it better(and not payed £24 for it). It’s actually quite shameful the prices they charge. Go back to basics and consider lowering the prices and actually making food, instead of the pretentiousness that comes out on insanely big plates. The waiting staff were obviously delightful and are nothing to do with this!

We went for a meal at the Brasserie whilst on holiday in Worcester. It was a lovely experience and the setting is beautiful with amazing views from the restaurant. The food was brilliant, classy and the portion sizes were just right. The two lovely ladies who served us were amazing and were always smiling, definitely a credit to the place. Would definitely come again if we visit Worcester in the future.
Rebecca H — Google review
What an experience! The food is excellent and the service superb! Tom behind the bar was friendly and approachable, and the waiting staff were so amenable, even holding the final bottle of wine for us so that we could enjoy it during our stay. I have recommended and will continue to recommend the 1919 restaurant and the Cottage in the Woods. Both stays memorable and an absolute pleasure.

Stunning location in Malvern hills. You can see the sun rise from the seated area in front of the hotel. A path leads up to the top of Malvern hills from the side of the hotel. Rooms and hotel are lovely. Staff always welcoming. They do some great stay and dine offers. Check out their website!

The ladies who served us tonight were absolutely wonderful, extremely friendly with huge smiles who couldnt do enough for you. The patience and kindness they showed my Dad who suffers with Parkinsons was lovely. The homemade tomatoe soup was the best ive ever tasted. The steak I would personally say is slightly overpriced but I apprecite it is local meat and I am personally happy to pay more for that. Fab selection of drinks, would recommend trying the cocktails! My Dad had a ground floor disabled friendly room for the night and it is perfect. Couldnt ask for more in terms of comfortable accommodating, accommodation.

Visited here for a wedding and must say what a lovely place. The food was fantastic and great staff. My only minor gripe was price of drinks but guess this is always the case with events and maybe I've lost touch with prices having not been out much during the past 18 months for obvious reasons! Overall a great place and would recommend either to go for a meal or to book for a special occasion.
James — Google review
I think it is fair to say our wedding was a slightly mixed bag - but overall more positives than negatives. The day and night itself went very smoothly, in large part thanks to Katie and Abby's hard work and organisation - massive thanks to them. The waiters and bar staff were all friendly and helpful, and it was a fantastic wedding for everyone who attended. In terms of negatives, the Groom's party got ready in a hotel room that wasn't being used - but you would expect the room to be in a better state even if no guests were staying there. Lipstick on the wall, floor and even on the toilet paper. The toilet seat was completely broken which wasn't a pleasant surprise. For guests who stayed over on-site at the hotel, the experience did not live up to the price they paid. Several guests struggled with how cold the rooms were, even with the small radiators provided. The air con units were broken in the breakfast area meaning it was so cold you could see your breath in front of you - multiple radiators were brought through to help but that caused the lights to cut out so we ate breakfast in the dark! Ruby, the waitress at breakfast, tried her very best in challenging circumstances, going above and beyond to ensure the guests were comfortable. Khalid took some money off the bill but it wasn't the best note to end the wedding on. Overall we have a lot of fantastic memories to look back on so thanks to the team who did make it a great wedding. We just wish the rooms and breakfast had been a better experience.

Despite booking a room more than 6 months ahead & confirming an early check in, the hotel called us the week before to tell us they were overbooked. We had to scramble to book an alternative that they recommended for us; it was terrible.

Arrived yesterday for our Christmas lunch at 1.30pm.. Food was lovely! Cooked very well... I think the heating should be turned on in the toilets because it was a very cold day.. Waitress was very rude when I asked her for some Tin foil so I could take a couple of slices of Turkey home for my lovely dog! I was told that I wasn’t allowed.. Obviously I was very annoyed after all I paid for it... I of course told her this, and she then told me to hurry up so she could take the plate.. So so rude! She clearly has no waitress skills, and certainly not customer friendly.. My friend complained to the manager, quite rightly so... £95.00 per head is a lot of money to pay to be treated like that..Suggest the management train their staff to be POLITE and CUSTOMER friendly....

My daughter booked her wedding here as she wanted an all in package. Everything was going smoothly until the last month before the wedding day. The hotel contacted her asking for the balance to be paid as her account was £7000 short. My daughter explained that it was paid months ago into the account THEY emailed her. After a few hours they called to say the hotel email was hacked and my daughter and another brides details had been compromised. We put a claim in with the bank and told it would be sorted within 15 working days. This would take us a day after the wedding. We had a meeting with one of the owners to see what could be done. The hotel took NO responsibility and were told the balance needed paying within 7 days. They would not extend the payment even though they are the ones that got hacked. The family managed to pay the money for her so the wedding went ahead. On the day it got worse. The bar staff couldn't even pour a pint, in fact several guests ended going behind the bar to do it for them! The reception staff were rude to guests trying to book into the rooms and when they finally got in they were dirty and unclean, some had broken furnishings and one had a broken toilet flush button with tape over it. When mentioned to the one of the owners he got extremely rude and arrogant. He called one of the guests a lier and threatened to call the police. The three course meal took over 3 hours to serve. It took 40 MINUTES to serve the starters then 45 to serve the mains. Some guests had to leave before dessert as they had other commitments. When we asked why it was taking so long we got a sarcastic response off one of the staff. When the dessert a finally came it was the wrong one. Due to the time it took to actually get it we just accepted it. After the meal my son went to the bar to get a drink and one of the staff offered him drugs. When he said no they asked him not to tell the manager..... We did. Katie the wedding arranger did her best but the owner we dealt with was arrogant and delusional, definitely in the wrong profession. Weddings are hopefully a once in a lifetime occasion. Please do not trust this hotel with your special day.

Fantastic hotel, we can highly recommend it. We stayed here a few weeks ago while our house was being refurbished. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. Every single member of staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing was to much trouble, we were looked after above and beyond what we expected. The restaurant is a lovely place to eat, fantastic food! All of the dishes were cooked to perfection and all the little details that make a difference are clearly thought about, you can see and taste the effort that has been put in. Our room was also lovely, very clean, comfortable and with plenty of refreshments. All of this with stunning views, peace and quiet and at a very good price.

This was a Fathers Day/80th Birthday Meal booking for 19/06/22. Called over a month ago to see if we could book a table for 10. A Staff member explained they were shut for refurbishment but didn't know if they were doing Fathers Day and said someone would call me back. No one called after two days, so called them again. A Staff member again couldn't confirm my booking, but did call back to confirm a table was indeed reserved. Called Monday 13/06 just to check as nervous about it not being open last month. Again i had to get a call back as nobody seemed to know. Received a call back from a staff member who apologized they had cancelled the event due to lack of bookings. I had a week to now find something suitable for a party of 10. Luckily i managed to get a table at an Italian Restaurant we use regularly. Phew! What can i say, but not a pleasant experience at all, when do you think they were going let me know, or were we all going to turn up Sunday and find the restaurant shut. Poor, Poor!

Lovely girlie weekend booked through Travel Zoo, slightly outdated decor but the hotel itself, staff and excellent breakfast and dinner did not disappoint. Ample sized bedrooms with sofas, fridge with milk and water. Tea coffee and homemade biscuits. Lovely huge white towels and good sized bathroom. The weather was kind so we played croquet and had drinks on the sunny terrace around the pond and grounds. Nice walks from the hotel. This was a gem of a booking.

We thoroughly enjoyed the food with Pigeon and Stone Bass a highlight for evening dinner, the breakfasts are also excellent. Baba and all the staff are welcoming and genuinely friendly which is something that's often missing these days. We'd choose to stay again when visiting the area.

We stayed for one night. Nice location with outdoor seating. The rooms were very tierd and dark. Curtains in the bathroom very strange. Very small shower and floor so slippery when wet. Which we pointed out to reception who really didn't seem bothered. Refreshments were in large pots and sugar clogged from previous guests didn't really think that was hygienic. Dinner was ok nothing special. Wine selection was good. No atmosphere at all in the dining room or else where no back ground music. All the staff looked down and as if they didn't want to be there, no interaction. Breakfast poor nothing out to help yourself all portion controlled. The only member of staff who was pleasant was a short haired lady at breakfast. We have stayed in many hotels, this one very disappointed would not recommend or stay again. Certainly not worth the money.

Hotel bathroom was terrible as taps not working properly. Staff in the bar on the Saturday night was not very as very snobby. And Man who served us breakfast in the morning and took payment in reception in the morning was very arrogant. Gillian R — Google review
The location is lovely and peaceful, the hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. Our room was a superior double, not such how it can be called superior. It was so dated and I think it had not been decorated for at least 30 years, all the walls were marked, the furniture really dark, covered in stains and so old. The bed was rock hard, pillows so flat and don't expect a duvet as it was a sheet and blanket!! The bathroom was ok, but the shower was awful, no pressure and the toilet did not flush properly. The best thing was the breakfast, hot, fresh and tasty but the dining room was like walking into a wake, just an uncomfortable experience and we would never stay here again or recommend it. It could be absolutely beautiful with a lot of investment and a complete refurbishment.

Great friendly people food was lovely & a really good price. Only one thing let it down was the coffee
Sarah L — Google review
The only let down was the lack of attention of the staff working today. Had to ask to place our order. No table check carried out and nor were we asked if we wanted more drinks, which we did. Ordered extra drinks which took over 15 minutes despite there being 3 waiting staff stood behind the counter doing nothing. They finally arrived with just one of the two drinks we had ordered as they’d forgotten one! It wouldn’t put me off going again as the food was delicious, however, I would just order at the till if you want timely service.

Everything was so amazing, it’s so worth the trip. Food was out of this world, I feel like a kid opening presents every time the food was being served. We enjoyed two nights at Grafton Manor and would have loved to stay longer. The peaceful setting of the hotel was just what we needed as we had travelled from Scotland for the burial of a dear friend. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Alison’s service at breakfast was very much appreciated- nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast choices were excellent and everything was cooked to perfection. We would recommend to anyone.

Great location for M5 users, hence why we booked. Breakfast was lovely apart from when I found a fly come out of my tea pot. Room was very tired and dare I say shabby. Dust on skirting boards and dado rail. A door which was meant to be locked to a service area was open and accessible from both sides so anyone could have walked in.

Lovely place. Good setting, great staff and very good food. We went to a funeral here and, given the occasion, it was so fine very well, from arrival at the car park, to leaving.

Got married here 19/09/25. The building is magnificent!! Our day from start to end was perfect!! We had so many comments on how wonderful their team were and we couldn’t agree more, they are all a credit to Grafton. A massive shout out to Nick , you are a diamond and deserve recognition, thank you! Teresa and Wayne Morran

From our first interaction, first visit, various meetings, my random emails and phone calls to the wedding day itself - everyone we came into contact with at Grafton Manor was exceptional. Adam, Katie and the team are absolutely brilliant and what they do and are great at making (a control freak bride) feel at ease. They have been really helpful throughout our journey to our wedding day and ensured that the forefront of any decision was us. The staff are an incredible asset to Grafton Manor, with many of our guests complementing how friendly they were and couldn’t do enough. The food, from the canapés, the wedding breakfast, the late night hog roast and to breakfast the following morning - it was faultless and absolutely perfect. The venue itself is beautiful - it is well maintained both inside and out and very clean throughout. I have no negatives to say! If you’re thinking about choosing Grafton Manor for your wedding venue, you will not regret it!!

Nestled in the heart of 23 acres of stunning grounds, Stourport Manor Hotel is a charming Victorian redbrick country house that seamlessly blends classic elegance with modern comforts. Guests can enjoy spacious accommodations, including family-friendly rooms, and unwind in the inviting lounge or bar area. The brasserie restaurant serves up delicious meals, complemented by an impressive beer selection that caters to all tastes.
We were in a large family party for a wedding which was not at the Stourport Manor. It was chosen for it's location, grounds and somewhere we could all meet up and spend time together. Only two negatives really. The room was very warm, no air conditioning, just a fan, but it was no less than we expected in a hotel of this age. Also there was no lift which was a bit of a struggle for those of us a little older. There is a disabled lift, but was not sure it was working. Positives. Large bed, clean room, soft towels, tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast good and plentiful, clean dining room. We pre booked meals for about 30 of us on the Friday night. You could have two or three courses. The food was very good indeed, hot and the service good. Those that used the pool facilities said it was small but fine also the hot tub. Lots of space outside for children to run around and for adults to sit. Our room had no view but we weren't there for that. Reception staff friendly. All in all a good experience and I would recommend good for the price. Don't expect a palace but good enough for us.

I had made a reservation for a meal tonight for 4 people at 6pm for my son's birthday through a Groupon voucher. After a 30 minute car journey to get there we arrived on time , only to be told that there was no reservation on the system for me . Apparently all Groupon bookings have been cancelled, but no one had bothered to inform me of this ..... I had even rang your hotel on 29th September at 08.45 and spoken to a gentleman on reception to make sure my booking was definitely confirmed, and was assured it was . We were all very disappointed and to be honest the receptionist was not extremely helpful and the only person to apologise was the lady that was training with him . I don't know why all Groupon bookings had been cancelled, but more communication and better customer service in the future would be beneficial to customers and your hotels reputation.

Hotel staff are lovely, the dog gift and bowls was a really nice touch. Unfortunately the food and drink are very over priced, and the place is old and tired. The room was nice but need abit more attention when being cleaned. Even with the downfalls we would return as it was perfect for the dog.

Where do I start. Awful experience. The hotel is woefully understaffed, with the few left doing their best. Over an hour to get starters and then an hour for mains. No food or drinks available in the afternoon. Breakfast was below average. Glasses were dirty, whole hotel was grubby. Had to pay to use the pool. Event on the Friday night got out of hand and they didn't have the staff to manage it, resulting in 10 police turning up. No apology or acknowledgement from management, a delightful experience for my father's 80th celebration!

We came here for afternoon tea using a Groupon voucher. They couldn’t accommodate our first date as they said they were overwhelmed so we had a 2 month wait. On the date of our afternoon tea we arrived and waited to be greeted at the desk. After using the hotel phone we went to find someone to ask about our booking. We were told there was a wedding and someone would be with us shortly. After about 5 minutes a member of staff came and told us that they had tried to contact us as there was a problem and could we come back at 2.30 ? We had our granddaughter with us who needed feeding. We said we would wait as there was nowhere really to ho. My sister asked if we could have complimentary drinks while we waited. We received them shortly after. At 2.30 we asked a member of staff how much longer. We were told not long. At 3pm we were finally greeted and taken to a conservatory area with some other diners who had also been waiting since 1pm. Although the room was pleasant we looked out on to a scruffy seating area and the windowsills had dead flies on there. On a positive note the food was freshly made and the staff were attentive. With some attention to cleanliness and better communication I would have given it a 4.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Staff don't have a clue, food was very poor quality and tasteless. Limited staff working and bar prices are a joke. The place from the outside looks nice, but the inside needs updating, public toilets were bad, had to dry my hands on my trousers as the dryer didn't work. Urine all over the floor so obviously not monitored, you are then walking urine back into the venue!!! Basically, all the reviews on here seam to be correct, they cannot cater for large events, understaffed and overpriced. Would not recommend to anyone to be honest, don't be let down by this establishment.

Purchased a Groupon afternoon tea for my moms birthday but when trying to book in have been told all vouchers have been cancelled by management and they can’t help - directed to Groupon for a refund. Really disappointed in the customer service experience and will not book anything at this venue in the future!
Craig B — Google review
Absolutely awful. Was there for a friends wedding. We booked a room which all of the wedding party were charged incorrectly for. Each person had a different price when some had the same rooms. Rooms were adequate. Ours were clean but some of the party had extremely dirty rooms. As a wedding venue it is terrible. Doesn’t look good. Jobs not completed and very dirty with a bad damp smell through the whole building. Service for the dining part of the reception was extremely slow delaying the whole reception of the wedding. Staff were extremely rude especially the man manning reception. Wearing a blue tie with glasses. His attitude stank and didn’t want to help in any way shape or form. The hotel itself is understaffed and not very well managed. Bride and groom were promised a chat with the GM who’s as nowhere to be seen. Although food was good, there wasn’t enough of it. Drinks were extremely expensive, and once again we were charged differently each time we went to the bar for the same drinks. Breakfast was very good on the other hand. Hot and fresh and very good quality. For £130 for a room for one night, we were still charged to use the facilities on sight. I.e pool and steam rooms. Facilities in the hotel were not good at all. No toilet facilities downstairs by pool. And general hygiene was not good at all. Overall I would not recommend stourport manor to get married at or to stay/dine. There are much better places for much cheaper. DO NOT GO. If the hotel can be bothered to read this review then please take note and shut the doors and rethink your business plan. Not good at all.

The Abbey Hotel is an elegant and historic 4-star hotel located at the foot of the Malvern Hills in the Worcester countryside. The hotel offers polished rooms, some with hill views, and features outstanding original Victorian architecture dating back to the 1600s. It has a relaxed restaurant serving well-prepared food using local produce, providing guests with the highest levels of comfort.
We both enjoyed my birthday stay. I appreciated the birthday card in the room on arrival. My birthday afternoon tea was very good, the table was decorated for my birthday, and the food was very reasonably priced. The central location of the hotel was great for wandering around Malvern, or for walks/run up the hills. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff, even ordering a taxi for us. It is certainly on our list of places to revisit.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Malvern, great location with everything you need in walking distance. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was firm and comfortable, we slept very well. Surprisingly no fridge in the room and no mini bar. The bathroom is rather long and narrow. I am a slim person but had to go slightly sideways to get to the shower. Staff were friendly and helpful, there is a bar and a restaurant but Malvern has so much to offer, we didn't spend much time there. Definitely a nice place to stay for a few nights.

I stayed for one night along with a couple of friends as we had tickets for a performance at the Malvern theatre. The hotel is in a great location as it has close proximity to the theatre and the town. The hotel room was spotlessly clean which was appreciated. The only criticism is the fact that the bed was made up with a thick warm duvet and as it was a warm evening it was just too hot for comfort. It would be so much better if bedding was provided to suit the temperature. This is a common problem with many hotels unfortunately. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and freshly cooked. It is completely self service for breakfast but it all ran smoothly. The hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel has character and a nice vibe. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

The Abbey is a beautiful setting. Inside is clean and pleasant. Some may say a little dated, but it felt in keeping with the property and didn’t detract. Efficient and friendly check in by Dennis. Lovely breakfast. Great location to explore Malvern. And great that parking is included too!

Thank you to all members of staff for making our stay truly wonderful. In particular, we would like to mention our functions and events managers and members of the team who went time after time the extra miles to make us feel at home and spoiled for choice. Would certainly recommend the venue for either a personal visit or as member of a larger group. Well done everyone, keep up the great work that you do.

Stayed for 2 nights as a couple. The staff were very friendly and helpful starting with the check-in and afterwards. The room was specious overlooking the valley and the priory, clean, and comfy; only one small drawback was that there was no air conditioning, but understandable as it’s an old and probably reserved building. The breakfast was nice—as you expect from a decent hotel. Overall vibe was cozy and peaceful, recommend!
Haris V — Google review
The room was adequate size but hadn't been updated since the late 70s early 80s. Sheets and pillows similar including an ink stain. Most of the rooms are in a 1970s annex to the more inviting older building you see in the photos. Breakfast was included but had very little that was real food. A buffet with a low budget cooked buffet, and absolutely nothing for me (a vegan). I had a white slice of toast and marmalade and herbal tea due to lack of decaf coffee, wish I'd eaten in the lovely cafe next door.
Nick S — Google review
Hotel in the centre of Malvern, easy access to the town. Big car park but quite a walk uphill to reception with steps up to the main door. Very nice interiors, we only had breakfast which was a buffet and had to reserve a table a bit ridiculous as everyone seemed to arrive at the same time. Only negative, hair dryer did not work and water pressure is very poor. Would stay again.

We enjoyed a super dinner at The Fleece. The choice and quality of asparagus starters was marvellous. The mains were excellent, in particular the homemade steak and Stilton pie. The pavlova was the 'best dessert I've had in years' for one member of our party. There was a fine choice of local real ales and wines. Service was great.

Wonderful old 15th century ( or earlier) pub with great food. You must try the pies. Great range of beers and cider, lots of sheltered outdoor space. Luckily we booked for Monday lunch, thought it would be quiet but was really busy. Best place I've been to in a while.

We visited this charming historic property, managed by the National Trust, for Sunday lunch and were glad we had reserved in advance, as it was clearly a popular spot. The building itself was full of character, with a maze of cosy rooms that added to the atmosphere. Our dining space was quite compact, with only a few tables, and the slightly uneven floor gave it a unique charm. Despite the busy setting, the staff provided attentive and efficient service. The meal was satisfying, with a good selection of well-prepared meats and vegetables. There was also a solid range of drinks at reasonable prices. It was a thoroughly enjoyable visit, and we’d happily return if we’re in the area again.

Owned by the National Trust we decided to visit & have Sunday lunch. We booked in advance, which was just as well, it was busy. A beautiful old building with loads of character, a labyrinth of small rooms. In the room we were in, had 5 tables, no room for any others. Our table was on a slope, which added to the quickness of the place. The service was very good considering how busy it was. The food, with a choice of meats was well cooked, as we're the vegetables. There was a good variety of beers, wines & spirits, all reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and if in the area again, would certain revisit. Would recommend

Lovely hotel just a bit dated. It was clean and tidy but where some areas were older looking like the steam room/pool area it looked unclean. Unfortunately they had a hot water issue so we didn’t always have hot water over the duration of our stay. Staff were attentive and friendly. The location is right in the middle of Worcester town centre. The gym and facilities were good.

We selected the Whitehouse Hotel to host our son's 18th birthday meal and were not disappointed! We had our own private function room close to the bar but isolated from other guests, the buffet was exceptionally good with enough food for our 11 guests (all dietary requirements, of which we have several, were well catered for), and the service was attentive but not overbearing throughout the evening. The hotel had also been flexible with rearranging the event after our son became very ill days before the original date, without us losing money. Would definitely recommend and, as we have another 18th coming up in less than 2 years' time, we will certainly consider returning!

Spent a delightful night at The Fountain Inn… rooms in a quiet courtyard, staff very welcoming/helpful. Had dint there. Staff were very nice which is why it gets a 2 star from me because the food was awful. Dining room was like a village hall, the salad nicoise with smoked mackerel had no more than £3 worth of ingredients and cost £16, apart from the boiled egg it was grey. No tomato, red onion, olives, just boiled potatoes , undercooked green beans, egg and mackerel. The flat bread and roasted veg looked worse. The veg looked stewed and devoid of any colour or texture. A very disappointing meal. I am happy to discuss further if you wish.

Having said our final farewells to my husband's mother we stopped at this hotel to have a drink & a meal after the sad occasion. With my husband, his two brothers, spouses & various offspring, we were a party of 14. Having waited until 6pm to order (as we were told the kitchen didn't open until then), my brother in law ordered food for his wife and family first & then my husband ordered for us & his two sons. When we saw the rest of our party leaving we thought they just wanted to get away early but then found out they'd been told they couldn't be feed due to our numbers (they were 5 persons, our 9 taking us all up to 14), this was the first disappointment. The remaining of us (9 persons) had 4 meals served up & then the (very nice, polite) young lady serving asked if everything was ok & did we all have our meals, we said we were missing 5 meals, telling her what they were. She disappeared for about ten minutes and came back with an ordering pad, wrote down the meals, apologised & went to the kitchen. So, we eventually all had our meals albeit quite disjointed (the first lot of meals were all finished well before the missing meals arrived). I have to say, the food was all very good. The young man & lady serving were very lovely, polite & apologetic for the mix up... However the same cannot be said for an older lady, who seemed to be a front of house role (or could be the owner/manager), frosty & unfriendly were my impressions from the start. When my husband went up to pay, he initially talked to the nice young man who had already apologised to my brother in law (we were paying for the two families separately) & had given him a 20% discount. However, the older lady then stepped in & asked my husband if everything had been ok. My husband said that it was shame about the late meals but everything else was fine.... to which she said to him quite brusquely "all the meals came out at the same time!"... there then followed a heated argument where the older lady was basically accusing my husband of lying, insisting there hadn't been a mix up & the meals had not got missed, or arrived late....this, despite the fact that the young lady serving us had actually come back with an ordering pad once she knew we had missing meals & wrote them down so the kitchen could then make them! Im sorry to say that my husband did react to the older lady quite badly but it had been a very emotional day & with his other brother not able to stay & eat, her aggressive & unfriendly attitude tipped him over the edge. So, it would have been a nice enough experience (the food was very good), even with the mix up (which the young staff handled very well) & the turning away of the other members of our party...if not for the older lady who made us feel unwelcome from the start & then proceeded to tell us we were lying about the mix up... maybe, leave the interacting with the customers to your nice personable young staff? We were actually happy to pay in full.... just an acknowledgement of the mix up & an apology (which we did get from the nice staff members) would have gone a long way.

From the moment we arrived at Foxhill Manor, we were completely blown away. The atmosphere was so relaxed and welcoming, the perfect escape for a couple of days of indulgence. We stayed in the Beech Suite for two nights and can honestly say no luxury was spared. Every detail, from the plush towels and crisp linen to the perfect room temperature and soft, supportive pillows, made us feel like royalty. Little touches like wireless phone chargers by the bed, GHD hair straighteners, and a powerful, relaxing shower showed just how thoughtfully the suite had been designed. The pantry was always fully stocked, and the service was so seamless. Our bed was magically made while we enjoyed breakfast and turned down again while we were at dinner. The food was absolutely out of this world. Every meal was a delight, both in presentation and taste. We also took some time to unwind at the Dormy House Spa, where we enjoyed treatments that left us feeling totally rejuvenated. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer. It was an unforgettable experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Foxhill Manor truly sets the bar for luxury and relaxation. Highly recommend!

Where to begin? We had the very best time staying at the manor for my birthday. We wish we could've just moved in. From the champagne greeting upon arrival to the immaculate attentive service of all the staff (shoutout to Hester, Grace and Callum who were around during our stay), we had the very best time and cannot wait to come back. Our dog Whiskey was treated like a princess too and we cannot wait to come back!

Is it possible to give more than five stars? We stayed for a few nights and loved every moment. Hester, Calum and Grace were brilliant, the team make staying seamless, I cant speak highly enough of them. The food was a constant delight, I loved going to the kitchen to order! The cheese soufflé was perfection. With double bath tubs, a huge, super comfy bed and everything else you could want it was hard to leave the bedroom. But with lovely cotswold countryside surrounding the grounds its lovely to wander the hills. I can guarantee we will return! I think we will make it a yearly treat. Cant wait for next time, Josh + Feli

We were here for a private party and had the sole use of the Foxhill Manor part of the property - a perfectly managed event with accommodating staff, generous and unique rooms, a woodland hot tub and plenty more.

Nestled in the picturesque countryside, Huntlands Farm Bed and Breakfast & Upholstery is a charming retreat set within a historic 15th-century farmhouse. This family-run working farm spans an impressive 412 acres, offering guests a serene escape just five minutes from Whitbourne on the Herefordshire and Worcestershire border. The property features country-style rooms adorned with exposed oak beams and original fireplaces, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
I had such a great stay at Huntlands Farm. The room was wonderful, food excellent and Lucy and Stephen were consummate hosts. The farm itself was beautiful and overall it was a lovely place to spend a week. I also got to do one of Lucy’s upholstery workshops which I cannot recommend highly enough. Just an all round perfect stay.

Really this can’t be bettered. Wonderfully comfortable bed, beautifully furnished rooms, a guest lounge with books and games to give you another place to chill, perfect home-cooked breakfasts with lots of options and homemade preserves… all in a peaceful location with lovely hosts. We’ve returned very calm and able to cope with a busy week! Missing Walter the donkey, Gordon the Shetland pony and the various random chickens though.

I have stayed at Huntlands Farm on a number of occasions. Lucy and Stephen are always warm and welcoming. The Farm is a magical place to stay, views are wonderful from every room. Breakfast is excellent with all ingredients from their working far. Highly recommend and will be returning.

Have stayed here many times. It’s amazing. Such a lovely warm couple and you feel right at home immediately. Gorgeous rooms, lovely breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble. And the farm is a proper working farm which is lovely to feel a part of, even if it’s just for a weekend. Highly recommend.

Lucy and Stephen are amazing hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. We were greeted by Walter the donkey and Gordon the pony, which made it a magical start to our short break. The sound of birds, farm animals and the cockerel in the morning made us feel so relaxed. I told Lucy we love animals so she showed us lambs, piglet, chicks, pigs, sheep and cows as well as meeting Tom, the Australian sheepdog and 'goodest' boy ever. The evening meal of browned lamb stew was out of this world, as were the veg and roast potatoes and Lucy's sticky toffee pudding. The BnB is beautiful. Our room (Rafters) was spotlessly clean with a super comfy bed and thoughtful touches like fresh milk and water, top quality tea and biscuits and the toiletries smell amazing. Location is great to be a world away from normal life but to be able to drive to places within 30mins. We will definitely be back. Our only regret was not eating Stephen's food on both nights. Thank you Lucy and Stephen, for making my birthday break extra special. Heena and Amit

From first speaking to Lucy on the phone i new i was definitely staying here, but on arrival it blue my expectations. I get extremely anxious about staying somewhere without my husband but staying here i felt so relaxed and most of all safe. I met Lucy's mum (Anne) on arrival who is so lovely. Lucy, Stephen and Anne made me feel so welcome to a point I kind of felt like I've known them all for years. I stayed in the pink room at the top which was incredible and the views were amazing. Don't think because its on a farm it would be noisy because you would definitely be wrong. Its so peaceful. I also made 2 new friends with the strangest things the donkey, the pony sadly i can't remember there names. I did the upholstery course which was great, Lucy's understanding of upholstery is second to none and you couldn't ask for a better teacher. Thank you Lucy, Stephen and Anne for having me and I'm now looking forward to coming back next year.

We booked a room at Huntlands Farm while we were attending a wedding and what a fantastic place this is! Lucy and Stephen were very welcoming, our room was lovely and clean and had a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious and I highly recommend Stephens Caribbean food. Having a little tour of the farm and seeing the animals was a surprising highlight, I especially had a soft spot for Walter 🥰 We Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Treherne House. Our room was spotless, with beautiful furnishings and a comfortable bed. Alex and Mark are such lovely hosts. We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and the friendly and relaxing stay. Great views of the Malvern Hills from this location. Perfect location for exploring and plenty of choice for eating out in the local area.

The magical Malvern relaxing secret and I almost don't want to share in case it is fully booked the next time we want to visit. Lovely Alex, our host couldn't be more attentive. Her attention to detail and culinary skills are excellent. We sat eating breakfast watching two ducks, two pigeons, a Robin and a Squirrel all eating from the same bowl. Our room overlooking the front garden has a lovely comfortable bed with en suite shower and separate free standing bath. Tea and coffee facilities with biscuits. Including a cream egg. Overall wonderful, you won't need anything more. Top marks. 😃👍

From the moment we arrived at Treherne House we were made to feel extremely welcome. Our room was beautifully furnished with great attention to detail and spotlessly clean. Mark and Alex were wonderful hosts, the full English breakfast was cooked to perfection and there were lots of other options to choose from to suit all tastes. Excellent service and great place to stay, would highly recommend.

Alex and Mark were perfect hosts, welcoming us to this beautifully presented home from home in Malvern. Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Great facilities and a delicious breakfast.

A fabulous couple of days staying with Alex & Mark. A warm friendly welcome upon arrival, & you certainly feel at home immediately. Room was beautifully decorated & dressed, the whole building is spotless. Everything just has that air of quality from the toiletries, towels & bedding to the bed itself which is superbly comfortable. Breakfast is a treat in itself, a super range of continental options, the fresh fruit salad is a must to try & the full english is packed with quality ingredients. Can't wait to return for another visit.

The owners Mark and Alex run an absolutely first class guest house. We had a delightful stay whilst doing a couple of days walking in the Malvern Hills. Such a warm welcome and Treherne House is beautifully appointed with elegant, sumptuous rooms. Perfect to come back to after a day out. The breakfasts were excellent and the lounge bar was lovely for an early evening drink. We would recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Delightful house, Elgar room large with a gorgeous roll top bath. beautifully decorated throughout. Fabulous hosts who have provided lovely breakfasts and an atmosphere of calm. Nothing is too much trouble, we loved staying there. We would definitely recommend .....5 stars from us Bill & Jan Snape

Mark and Alexandra the proprietors are very welcoming. The room was in great order when we arrived and looked just the way it was depicted on their website. Their COVID-19 safety precautions were sensible and made us feel safe as well as feeling at home. The shower was hot (a must for me!) and the duvet was incredibly warm and comfortable. Breakfast on each day was delicious. Due to COVID-19 you make your selection the night before rather than there being a buffet to choose from on the day. The English breakfast was great as were the options for toast, yogurt, fruit, etc. Our hosts went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay in Malvern. They're very passionate and knowledgeable about the area and made recommendations of restaurants (and specific restaurant dishes!) as well as walks, taxi firms and more. We would definitely return.

The five-room guesthouse is known for its great value and friendly owners who go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Each room boasts unique decor, providing guests with a variety of options to choose from. Visitors praise the spotless accommodations and en suite bathrooms. The hosts, Kate and Robin, are highly regarded for their hospitality and helpful recommendations for local activities.
We had a lovely 3-night stay at Windrush House. Kate and Robin were excellent hosts, giving recommendations on what to do, and serving us a great breakfast every morning in the very cosy breakfast room. They also left us sweet treats in our room every day, which was so nice to come back to after a busy day exploring. Our room was very comfortable, with everything we needed, and the location was excellent just a quick stroll away from the center of Broadway.

Beautiful room in a small bed and breakfast. Top notch breakfast and hostess was delightful. Homemade treats in the rooms. Very clean. Nice spot to rest after a long day of hiking. Had a good sunset view.

Kate was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. We enjoyed taking some time to sit in the front room and look at books and maps. We strolled through the peaceful back garden. The location was perfect for walking into town for dinner. We'd definitely recommend Windrush House!

We cannot speak highly enough of our three night stay with Kate, Robin & Nixie (top rated customer relations hound) at Windrush House. It's not very often any of us get to say things were perfect but for us this is one of those occasions. We would not change a thing. We arrived to a warm welcome from Kate (including tummy rubs for Nixie) which made us feel at home right away & the freshly baked cakes when we got to our room were a lovely surprise. Our room (Broadway) was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated & fully equipped with everything we needed & more. The bed was huge & very comfy indeed & the fresh flowers from the garden was a lovely touch. As for breakfast I could write an essay but suffice to say it was stupendous. It kept us going all day. We had our breakfast in the beautiful, peaceful garden on the first morning bathed in sunshine & listening to the birds, we couldn't have wished for a better start to the day. (The English weather was not kind enough to allow that the next two days) Our hosts were attentive, helpful, funny, very knowledgeable about the local area & nothing was too much trouble. Broadway is a few minutes walk away & Gloucester & Warwickshire Steam Railway (our reason for visiting) less than five minutes walk in the other direction so we were perfectly situated. On a scale of one to ten Kate & Robin have turned it up to eleven! We didn't want to come home but hope to see all three of you again soon.

Best b and b we have been in. Lovely owners kate robin and nixie, down to earth lovely caring kind people. Room was clean and just what you need . Very quiet and lovely looking out on the garden. The daily sweet treats was amazing nice to come back after a day to that very thoughtful of Kate. She was good at breakfast, she made time for you , gave advice and tips on where to go . Was very caring towards me and my mum putting the heating on when cold. And not forgetting gorgeous Nixie what a lovely natured dog had plenty of chats and strokes. Have already booked up for next year .

Stayed here for a walking weekend and absolutely loved it! Room was perfect, clean and all the facilities you need, located 2 minutes from the high street. The breakfast was superb, best meal we had all weekend! Kate and Robin were great hosts and very welcoming. If you’re going to Broadway, stay here! We’ll be back!

Highly recommended bed & breakfast. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. For breakfast, you can choose from a large selection of freshly prepared dishes by the hostess - very tasty and beautifully presented! The hostess makes sure that no wishes remain unfulfilled. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Really recommendable!

Windrush house was a beautiful place to stay. Very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and Kate and Robin were great hosts. Bedrooms had everything u required and was spotless as was the en suite bathroom. I had a double room to myself as did my friend and it was very reasonably priced and breakfast was included. U had ur cereals, fresh fruit and yogurt or porridge and a cooked breakfast, all food locally sourced. Toast and jam or marmalade after and as much tea or coffee as u wanted. I would recommend this place highly. Situated in Broadway with lovely shops and places to eat

Gorgeous split level rooms, with lovely decor. Immaculate and comfortable. Location is great for visiting he city centre too. Fred's below was perfect for breakfast.

Room is clean, and smart but it is a very hot room 30C at night with a simple fan that doesn’t cool, possibly above a cafe kitchen. It came with a breakfast which was a small yoghurt and fruit left in the room. The fruit was well past its best, and inedible.

Excellent location, very easy automated access and room was very well decorated and finished. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the area.
