1HOUR 15 MINS ALLOCATED TABLE TIME~ it’s is like a food challenge without being aware of it! They even asked us to vacate the table even though there were over 6 tables empty!!! To anyone BOOKING ~ COMPLETE TWO BOOKINGS BACK TO BACK ~ to allow yourself ample time to eat and drink in a relaxed way! FOOD & SERVICE 5 STARS!! It’s a shame I am having to leave such a negative review of this restaurant as the food was so amazing and staff were so friendly. I booked a table at 5.00pm when I arrived they stated they needed the table back by 6:15pm, I checked my booking as I was in shock how short the table allocation was and there it was in black and white 1 hour 15 mins. This is all they allow for a diner to read the menu, order, eat, and drink. It simply isn’t long enough we had one round of drinks and mains and didn’t even have time to have the deserts or a second round of drinks. According to the email booking (attached) “We have a leave time in place to ensure all tables are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before the next sitting. We really appreciate your co-operation at the moment to ensure the health and safety of all our customers and staff.” I have never been to a restaurant with such a short leave time 2 hours is the norm but an 1hour 15 mins is impossible to have a relaxed meal or catch up with friends. The place was half empty but at 6:20pm the staff came over and asked us to leave as we were over our allocated time (I found this rather insulating especially after we had spent over £60). We had literally just finshed eating and still had drinks left and were about to order another round of drinks so it really was there lost as we went to an alternative bar. After spending £60 in the burger shop between 2 people I felt like they had got our money and were ushering us out the door so they could squeeze more people in and drain more money from them. An 1hour 15mins Isn’t long enough for a table allocation the restaurant needs to urgently review this as they have lost a customer in both myself and freind as we won’t be returning.

Hands down, the best vegan burgers we've had in a long, long time. Moist and tasty patties paired with fresh, flavorful condiments and sauces. And the fries... crunchy and perfectly seasoned on the outside and fluffy and hot on the inside. When asked for ketchup, they brought a generous portion, not a thimblefull like so many places. Service was fast and friendly, and the place was spotless. We sat outside under the canopy, and it was perfect. If we were local, we'd be regulars. Absolutely recommended!

Lovely trip to Burger Shop for Mothers Day, fantastic food, onions rings were delicious! Originally booked to sit indoors but was given the option to sit outside as the sun was shining which was lovely. Kids portions were perfect for my 7 & 5 year old. Complimentary glass of Prosecco was also a lovely touch for being a mum. Look forward to our next visit!

Nice burger place, we usually go to maneki ramen next door, but decided to try the burger's. Fun fact you can order from there too, just have pay separately... So we had a bit from both places. We enjoyed our meals. Thank you

What a great place, came across this gem by accident when looking for burger restaurants in Worcester. Decided to give it a go as had never been before. Glad we did, the burger was one of the nicest I’ve ever had. Quality ingredients, excellent sauces and great sides. Topped with a lovely service from the waitress's and the quirky railway arch location made it a great time. Will definitely be back. Thank you and keep up the great work

Delicious burgers! The Worcester blue was amazing; oozy cheese and juicy patties with crispy, crunchy rosemary salted fries is a winner. Could eat it all over again. Sat outside under the canopy which provided a welcome break from the heat this weekend. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

Lovely restaurant serving classic French cuisine in cosy countryside village decor. Ample choice on the menu, with many daily specials. The dishes were very well executed and service traditionally formal. Large portion sizes for all dishes ordered, making three courses perhaps a little much in terms of quantity. Very enjoyable experience.

A Worthwhile Venture! A delicious and impressive family lunch, catered to by approachable and attentive staff in our own private corner of a historic, characterful building which forms part of the charming village of Ombersley. Definitely worth a venture in! (We hope you get your coffee machine fixed soon for the icing on the cake).

The food was very good indeed - especially the starter and main course. It's quite an old fashioned, traditional restaurant and the atmosphere was a little bit stilted for us, plus it took a very long time to get our food ordered.

An absolute delight. We travelled about 25 miles to get to this restaurant. Well I'm so glad that we did. Lovely olde building. Beautiful food. A nice setting and if I lived closer I'd be back again this weekend. 100% would recommend

The restaurant is in Ombersley, Worcestershire, 1 Mitchelin star. Hubby and I had Smoked Salmon starter - different flavours with every mouthful. Hubby: The Steak was cooked to perfection - very tasty. Me: Mushroom Wellington best veggie dish ever! Dessert: Cheese platter, variety of cheeses, very good. All the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. We’d like to return for the Sunday Lunch carvery. Outstanding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a firm favourite of ours. You know what you’re getting and it’s very consistent. The menu is easy to navigate with something for everyone and the cocktails are ace, especially at happy hour. Personally, I’d like more spice and stronger seasoning for my palate, but regardless, I enjoy my meal every time. The staff a lovely and attentive and we’ve never felt ignored or rushed.

Quite disappointing unfortunately. Sat down with my partner and they took 40 minutes to serve us. I would have no problem with this if they were busy but the staff were standing and talking to each other not serving anyone. When we were finally served we were given watered down drinks that cost 10 pounds each. It took more time after that before our food orders were taken. We gave our food order and then 15 minutes later they came back saying it wasn't available. Yes, it took 15 minutes for them to check if they had what we ordered as they stood around talking. When we gave them an updated order with what they actually had in stock the food they gave us was not at all worth the price they charged. Feathers in the chicken and the rice was undercooked. (see photos). 2 watery drinks, one small plate and one regular plate cost 50 pounds. Save yourself time and money.

Mixed feelings here. My husband and I came here for a lunch date on a Saturday. While we both enjoyed ourselves there were some hiccups that I felt could have gone better. All of the staff we interacted with were very nice however it was obvious they were massively understaffed for how busy it was at the time so the attentiveness wasn't there. When I ordered my meal and a tapas I specified I wanted the vegan version each time but it felt like I wasn't understood and I unfortunately turned out to be right when they took back my Elotes to check with the chef and then made me a new vegan one. Again the staff was nice and corrected it immediately. I had the horchata mocktail and while the flavour was quite good it felt ten times way too sweet. After sipping away at some I added water to it and it made it more suitable for my palette. The spicy rice was gorgeous and actually had some heat to it, which as a Mexican American here in England , I was surprised. The Ancho Mushroom Enchilada was just ok for me. It felt like they had overloaded it with salt and no other prominent flavour. Lastly the vegan Elotes were delicious. The cheese, mayo, and spice were lovely and the Elote was soo juicy!

Had lunch here in the run-in to Christmas, and overall it wasn't great. We were seated at a table with standard menus only, and noticed that was being done with other diners too. Fortunately we were aware there's a lunch deal menu and my wife went to get that instead. From the lunch deals, we ordered ourselves burritos, then ordered a Taco meal as a kind of side to share. Very glad I didn't order that as my main meal as it was tiny. I opted for the Pork pibil because I'm not sure if they keep the meats of the haallal menu and the normal menus separate, and I didn't want to mistakenly eat haallal meat. The food was ok, I expected a lot more flavour, but overall not bad or anything. The mocktails were quite nice, the virgin colada was lovely to be fair. My wife suggested we head to the nearby Christmas market for churros for dessert, but I insisted we stay put. She ended up getting the dessert menu herself and we ordered the Churros to share. They came without ice cream, so we had to ask for that again, which we received an apology for and were then given strawberry instead of vanilla as that was all they had left. It did seem the one guy who looked like he was in charge was trying to keep it together, but generally it was a bit of a shambles from his crew. I did witness another diner receiving even worse service, but that's not really my story to tell.

Hard to sum this place up. Service was intially really good but lacked a bit as time went on. Two of the four dishes we ordered weren’t available, alternatives offered which was acceptable. When the food came, one of the four dishes was wrong one, so now we only have one of the originally ordered items. Pointed out the incorrect dish but didn’t get rectified until we had finished our other food. I’d give it another chance based on the tasty food, maybe at a less busy time.

Amazing Ambience I Just Loved The Vibes and The Interior Of The Place. ‘Chris’ Was Very Sweet and Served Us Amazing Cocktails For The Night. Food Was Excellent Nachos Were Too Crispy and Prawn Tacos Were Too Yum With Burst Of Flavours. Overall Experience Was Too Good.

We were in a big group of 20 and they were able to accommodate us without issue, taking the downstairs area just for us which was really nice. The staff were also excellent and were very fast with service. Considering there were so many of us, it was great to see that they had prepared well. The food was mostly good, with some of the portion sizes being larger than I could handle. My picks were the cola wings, chicken mole burrito and the mango strawberry dessert. The cola wings and the mango dessert were my favourites of the night. The only slight downside to the experience was that there was a weird smell to the downstairs. You do adjust to it after a short while, but definitely something to be improved on. But overall a good experience.

Stumbled across this place whilst visiting Birmingham and oh my it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered a mixed grill & baklava. Friendly and attentive staff with clean facilities. We are already planning our next visit.

Visited Comptoir Libanais yesterday for lunch. It was packed so you definitely should book a table. We shared a mezze of vegan dishes. Falafels which were crispy but light and fluffy inside and perfectly spiced. Hommos silky smooth served with warm flatbread. Batata harra, amazing roast potatoes, crispy, slightly spiced with a kick of chilli. Tabbouleh, so tasty and zesty. Fattoush, a gorgeous salad with mint and crispy pitta bread and finally a garlic and Za'atar flatbread, if you have not tried Za'atar you should, it's a wonderful mix of herbs and it was a taste sensation. We had drinks and it cost around £25 each and we were not hungry when we left. Service was great, very attentive but not pestering. My only critism was there was only one vegan dessert on offer, vanilla ice cream so we did not bother. We would definitely return and highly recommend. Great for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters.

I can’t recommend this restaurant enough, it was out first visit and we were very impressed. Amazing, friendly staff, especially Emma our server. Great menu with plenty of vegetarian choices. The restaurant was busy but that was great as it had a lovely lively atmosphere. Can’t wait to return.

Oh what an AWESOME meal! Perfect place and wonderful decor. Don't miss this place at all. The interior is absolutely beautiful and the food is so traditional and spot on. I wasn't expecting this at all and it blew my mind.

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered the platter for two, priced at £27 plus service charge. Unfortunately, I didn’t find it to be good value for money. For the price, the portion size and overall quality fell short of expectations. While the presentation was fine, the quantity and balance of dishes didn’t feel generous enough to justify the cost, especially once the service charge was added. This might work better as a light sharing option, but as a main meal for two, it left us disappointed. A more substantial offering or fairer pricing would make the experience much more worthwhile. In the picture the platter for two (there were two pitas not captured).

We've been coming here for 7 years and we still love the decor and the food although the portions are quite small and the bill gave us a shock, especially as they added on £8 tip without telling us. We don't feel the food is worth the price.

Visited late on NYE as a 4. The waiting staff are friendly and professional. I had the jambalaya, which I had been eyeing up on the menu for quite a while. It was a generous portion and had a great amount of prawns but I must say it lacked flavour. I would not have it again. Not sure if it's because they were closing on NYE or if it's usually like this, but just tasted of tomato. However, my partner had tapas and I tried his meatballs - they were the best meatballs I've ever tasted. If we go again I would have this. The atmosphere is amazing, we had no idea they even had a downstairs. Love the decor.

I enjoyed Chesters. The spicy Margarita was excellent. The people here are really great and I loved the old TV's and the style in general. The Lamb Birria Tacos were superb as were the refried beans. Nice to see fried tortilla bread served with the beans and queso too. I think the Nacho plates could do with the same tortilla treatment and I'm not super keen on Jalapeño poppers.

First time visitors and definitely will return soon. Excellent food and service. Lovely atmosphere. Added bonus was 10% discount for Blue Light card holders. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys good Mexican food!

Booked online which was easy to do. Sat downstairs which was nice, decor was in keeping with the theme. Staff were friendly and available anytime you needed them. We had a lovely meal, very tasty and reasonably priced. Wish we were local as we would come more often!!

Been here last night, after having tried some pubs but all of them said kitchens were already closed (before 8 pm!), a very kind guy met in one of these pubs suggested us this restaurant and it was a very good suggestion! Everything was delicious, I especially loved mushrooms! Beers good as well and the prices were good too. We had a very nice dinner!

Mexican fusio, more like mexican ish. Was just in the mood for some straight protein after most of the menu just felt a bit meh. Got the Cajun fried chicken. Was more like a battered fish. Partner had tacos. Not bad but tortillas tasted shop bought.

Have just had the most fabulous meal i had tapas my wife had the burritos and they were outstanding 👌. We ordered drinks first which gave us 10 mins to look at menu . Then it took about 10 more minutes before food came out. We sat downstairs which was nice and cool. Would definitely recommend. Ps open one in Oxfordshire 😁

Brilliant experience for my second time here and my mom's first time. We came around 12:30 and left around 2pm. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. Food was amazing, and very flavoursome. Would definitely recommend!

Indico is a colourful Indian restaurant that seamlessly combines street cuisine charm with a contemporary dining experience. Upon walking into the restaurant, I noticed the atmosphere and how bright and lively it is, with Bollywood-inspired décor making it feel exciting and welcome. The food was flavourful – the Gol Gappa Bombs especially! and the Butter Chicken which are the main standouts. The Thaali provided a diverse selection of curries and sides and the servings are big. The staff is friendly, accommodating and attentive! They checked in on us through out the night. Iqbal made sure he took care of us and made the experience overall so much better. Indico is an excellent choice for anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine with a modern touch. Perfect for social dinners or special events.

What a fantastic restaurant. Authentic experience and very unique. If you are looking for Indian food with a different experience you should come here. Great idea before a theatre visit or a night out with friends and family. Iqbal was brilliant, advised on food choice and gave exceptional customer service. First time at this place. I was impressed. The decor along with the food and plating all came together superbly. Good attention to detail. Amritsari Fish was the star of the show. Butter chicken was not great but I’ve had worse. Overall great experience, well done to the owners and the staff for making this a great place to visit when I’m in Birmingham.

An atmospheric and stylish eatery not far from Moseley village. Delicious food & drink and really cool Indian street ambience. The High Chai is fantastic, with a lovely variety of tasty dishes and delicious teas. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely loved our experience at Zindiya in Moseley! The moment we stepped in, it brought back memories of Delhi — the ambiance, the aroma, everything felt so authentic and vibrant. We tried a variety of dishes, from the gunpowder aloo chaat to chole bhature, and each one was a standout in its own right — full of flavour, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. A special shoutout to the samosa filled with gajar halwa for dessert — such a creative and delicious twist that ended our meal on a high note! A big thank you to Shivam and Divyansha, who served us with such warmth and humility. Their friendly nature and attentive service truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for real Indian flavours and heartfelt hospitality. Can’t wait to visit again!

I visited Zindiya for dinner as I was in Birmingham for one night and they are a top 5 Indian restaurant on Time Out. I was warmly welcomed and Lavlesh gave fantastic service helping me navigate the menu and just being all round lovely. The food was amazing; full of flavour and a brilliant selection of street food. They also had a fantastic selection of drinks with craft beer on tap. The place itself has a cool atmosphere. It was quiet when I visited but it was a Sunday night. I suspect if you come on a Friday or Saturday night it will be very lively. Whilst I ate there was a very steady flow of take out orders which says a lot. All in all a fantastic restaurant. I would highly recommend and visit again. Incredibly good value too.

Very delicious food Had lovely lamb koftas, with pickles and a flatbread. The green chilli shakshuka was delicious. Brioche french toast with cinnamon butter was moist and tasty. The customer service was excellent, Arr on was fantastic and served us well. Definitely will come back again xx

I recently visited a charming coffee bar in Birmingham and was blown away by its unique, classic design. The ambiance is cozy, with soft lighting and tasteful decor that makes you feel right at home. Popped in as we were passing, stayed for 3 hours. What a vibe, what a great friendly place, the atmosphere was top notch. Music was varied, Saturday was BANDEOKE - a kind of live band/karaoke night and outside too. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT TIME - highly recommend, did not eat though the food did look good

Great building with superb outdoor area to drink. Didn’t eat so didn’t rate the food. The service was nice and efficient. They did have Jubel peach lager which I love and also wild turkey. Unfortunately I was there during the afternoon so lacked atmosphere. But looks like it would be better in the evenings and weekend. But would recommend to all for a lovely drink.

The best sunday weve had in a while. A few weeks ago, I organised over instagram with TBF a group of 23 of us for sunday Roasts. They were able to assist me booking and sent over a pre-order link, all we had to do was turn up. We had our own section by the kitchen and we couldn't fault a thing. Every one of us loved the food and the atmosphere, I think our main server was Joe and he was brilliant. Attention to detail with the allergies, no notes were missed off the pre-booking form, we were all also able to pay individually at the bar. (Family friends were from Ireland so had to do it that way due to their online banking). Our mains were already being started within an hour of us being there so we all ate in very good time (worked amazingly well for the kids!) meaning we had a good couple of hours to socialise with our friends before getting the last train home at 5.30. Ive been here a few times before but our friends hadn't and they said it was the best end to their weekend with us, cant thank you enough and I'll definitely be back with the other half for a more chilled 1-1 roast next time 😂💖

Popped in for a quick bite as we were staying at the Holiday Inn for a night and this restaurant was a brief 5 minutes walk away. We booked for 5pm and there were 3 of us. Two of us had pizzas and one had nachos. We shared garlic bread a portion of tater tots. Service was swift and server was friendly, we were seated at a long table with benches, only downside was the noise from the tables either side, totally just a me issue though. Food was really good, fresh, hot and huge portions. Cost was reasonable £14 for the pizzas and £12 for nachos. All in all I would recommend a visit.

Had a salad. I know, really let the side down on this one. But my friend said her pizza was delicious! (Actually she said one of the best she's had in Birmingham, but I can't verify because... salad). But I'll tell you what, if you like garlic bread, THIS garlic bread is unreal. We need it mass producing please.

One of the best pizza we've ever had. Watched it down with a couple if Stable IPA. Very refreshing and crispy. Staff, I couldn't fault, all were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Even thanked us for coming when we left. Would definitely visit again.

The pizza is tasty, thin and crispy if that's your vibe, and there's a good range of toppings options. The service was a bit chaotic as it was very busy in there! Because you have to order via QR code the food arrives at different times, and because you've paid in advance there's no time to sit and relax after you've finished your meal. Sadly I didn't get the dip I ordered, and wasn't able to ask a waiter about this because they were so rushed off their feet! A shame because if this meal was a little slower and quieter, and if there was a bit more human interaction, I'm sure I would have loved it!

Pizza was incredible. The vegan option was great for my friend. Highly recommend keeping it simple and enjoying the dough/crust. The cider sampler was fun! Great spot for our visit to the city.

I walked in here just a couple of minutes before boarding a train from Birmingham new street and was very much In the mood for pizzas. I was a little worried about how long it might take and they didn’t disappoint. I got the BFC which tasted amazing alongside a lovely drink made by Becky . The thin crust pizzas are just gorgeous and your should definitely try!

i came here with my boyfriend for a celebratory meal. the gin selection is fantastic, never seen so many options! we enjoyed all of the drinks that we tried which was a fair few! the food was okay, we got a starter each and then shared a pizza. we both agreed we should have just got a pizza each as it was a little smaller than we were expecting, but still fresh and delicious. we finished it off with a (very generous) portion of tiramisu to share, which was very good! i would definitely come back to sit in the beer garden in the sun, and get a whole pizza for myself!

Me and my friends attended on a Saturday for a bottomless brunch. I anticipated we may be slightly late so emailed to ask if we could move the brunch forward 30 minutes however no one responded. We managed to arrive at our original time and drink and food orders were taken promptly. The food was nice and the variety of drinks kept everyone happy. Service was prompt. Our brunch was due to finish at 3.30pm so the waitress came over at 3pm and said the brunch is finishing soon so can I get you some more drinks then I'll take your final order after that. Throughout the brunch we had been finishing our drinks in around 5-7 minutes. The waitress arrived at 3.15pm with our last drinks then promptly took payment for the brunch. We still had 15 minutes left of our 90 minutes, which we believed we could have easily had one more order. I have been to most of the bottomless brunches in Birmingham and also other places in the UK and usually the last order is taken at the end of the brunch. When we questioned this, we were advised that our time started from when we started drinking, so my friend stated that we placed our drinks order at 2pm and didn't start drinking til after 2pm if that was the policy and the waitress said "well I took your order at 2pm." The argument we had was that we still had 15 minutes left of our brunch and they were taking our payment trying to get us off the table before the 90 minutes was up. I feel we had a completely valid point and something that I have never come across at any other bottomless and that we asked politely, yet we were met with attitude from the waitress. Everything up until this point was great. My recommendation would be that if you want to go to a bottomless brunch where you are actually given the whole 90 minutes as promised on the t&c's then to attend elsewhere!

Lovely building and you can make your own gin has to be a good thing 😀 we had dinner before watching ELO over and out tour in his home town. Great drinks and cocktails 🍸 dinner was delicious the menu had not been updated from the wab site so no Sunday dinners only ice for dessert!! should be better

We had our engagement party at The Distillery Birmingham, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From the start, the events manager Chelsea was incredible – she answered every question quickly and clearly, making the whole planning process stress-free. On the day, everything ran so smoothly. The room was emptied promptly when we needed, and being able to decorate beforehand and collect everything the next day made life so much easier. The bar staff were brilliant too – service was fast, drinks were flowing, and they kept the space spotless all night. We also booked the DJ they recommended, Jordan, and he was outstanding! His music choices catered perfectly for such a wide age range, and the dance floor was full from start to finish. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to help us celebrate such a special occasion. Thank you to everyone at The Distillery for making our engagement party unforgettable!

A fantastic space to host private events, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful - even if they did run out of Intuition, I can forgive them for how accommodating they were throughout! Chelsea fielded numerous queries in advance, answering them all with clarity & in good time. We also made great use of the outside space, which was fantastic in the later-afternoon sun. We had numerous compliments from guests about the quality of the food - which was plentiful & managed superbly by the team on the day.

Great bar for a sunny afternoon, plenty of outdoor seats and a great drinks selection. Keeps the sun late in the afternoon and they have a large outdoor screen for sports. Haven’t eaten here so can’t comment on the food but looked like pub style and pizzas

I loved the gluten free pizza I had, the base is so soft. Literally tastes like I’m in Italy

We had amazing food here, the soup of the day was lovely, the chicken dumplings were very flavourful and the salmon salad was gorgeous. The servings were good for the price and the atmosphere was lovely and relaxed with good music. Love the interior decorations and the service was amazing, the guy working at the bar was kind and polite. Would recommend!

Highly suggest this restaurant: I've been here a few times now and the food on every occasion has been really tasty. I'll definitely be returning in the future. I could not fault the staff or the quickness of service. Even being as busy as it was, we almost assumed they wouldn’t have any remaining seating when we arrived (as we didn’t book), don’t let this put you off. They have an entire floor of seating downstairs too!

Large group of us for brunch and they were happy to reserve a table for us. Food was excellent and large choice for all diets. Full English was as described and certainly made me full! Stopped here on a day trip to Worcester - brilliant service and food. Couldn’t fault it and would definitely recommend for brunch/lunch if passing through. Also do a 10/10 espresso martini!

Food was decent, not a great selection available but when we asked for something it was made quickly. The biggest down side was the service, the chef had to greet us because no-one else was available, after we were sat down no-one came to take our drinks order and when I went to ask I was surprised when the guy sat at the bar picked up a tablet and offered to take my order, he looked like a customer! All in all it was ok but not sure I’d repeat the experience. Dessert was amazing though.

I went for the Bottomless Belt today, and it was my first time visiting. No complaints about the quality of the food, which was made to a high standard. However, a member of staff clearly told me that I could order select items like gyoza, katsu curry etc off the menu as part of the bottomless belt. Unfortunately, when I came to order these items, another member of staff apologised and said the policy had changed, and I would only have the cold options on the belt. This left me disappointed, as I wouldn’t have the same experience I could’ve had months earlier. In addition the belt options were basically variations of the same thing. Salmon on rice (nigiri), salmon in rice (futomaki) or salmon on its own (sashimi). I saw Edamame once (I managed to nab it), and waited almost an hour for desserts to roll out. When it came to settling my bill, I was almost overcharged by £10 on the service fee, something I was not made aware of beforehand either online or in person. When I politely contested the charge, it was edited before my eyes to £2.25. Even this amount was too much, as I only wished to pay £29.95. Considering the mistakes made, I did not believe a service charge was warranted. All in all, this experience has dissuaded me from bringing my family here in the future, and I hope you can look into some of these issues as it may hinder return visits.

Went to Yo! sushi, grand central station last night with work (Party of 20). It was a great experience, lots of plates to choose from off the belt. We also ordered off the menu which was really tasty and served quickly. Staff were very attentive and welcoming.

Overall the food is very good. It's always fresh and tasty but the portion sizes are small and quite expensive. It's very nice for a special occasion or a light lunch. The restaurant is clean and tidy and the food is easy to order via the QR code. It's well worth a visit if you like Japanese Food but be prepared to be hungry an hour after you eat Also...There is a service charge added to your bill as standard. Although i believe in tipping when service is good i don't think it should be expected.

Sushi lunch for four. The mushroom teriyaki rice bowl was tasty, the salmon plate for two was okay. A couple of the conveyor plates didn't seem particularly fresh or were presented at a lower standard than I have previously enjoyed. The miso machine was also out of order. No button to call for service, so was a bit slow. Unfortunately, I wouldn't visit this one again.

The food was great and the experience and people are amazing only thing I’d say is bring some water and service one in the session was slow for us but the food and making experience is beginner friendly and memorable

We recently took part in the Yo! Sushi School and had a fantastic experience. The session was fun, engaging, and a great way to learn how to make sushi from scratch. Wilma, our teacher, was excellent—she explained everything clearly, made the class really enjoyable, and kept the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. The quality of the food and the hands-on approach made it even better. Overall, it was a brilliant experience and I would highly recommend it. Five stars.

You love pizza? You haven't lived until you've had a P2 from Otto! The service is impeccable and the team are so friendly! Super clean and crisp environment with a great chilled vibe and the most amazing pizza you will ever taste!

It’s just so good! Sets the standard for excellent pizzas, lovely people and good drinks. It’s a cut above the chain sourdough pizza places and I love the relaxed vibe. Have probably been 5 times all in all and never been disappointed. A mix of groups, couples, families all catered for really well. Oh also a great selection of vegetarian options that are the norm rather than an afterthought. Really highly recommended. The pizza oven is very big and a nice feature too!

Good pizza, welcoming and nice staff, 100% recommend. We went there as a group of 3 and had a great time. We booked through their website a table so there was no waiting time.

Delicious food. It is rather pricey, the pizzas and breads are cooked to perfection. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Free on street parking after 6pm on the side roads.

The service was great, place is nice but the food sadly isn't great. The boa buns lacked flavour and they were lukewarm at best. Not sure what the fuss is about. They were nice but that's about it nothing great with a lack of flavour to them. The pork belly was the best one the beef shin was totally tasteless.

We popped in here for a quick snack . After being greeted warmly we were ushered upstairs. Apart from bao bubs there were also rice dishes too. I had the pork belly with cured yolk and a side of bokchoy and mushrooms For drinks I chose the shaghai which packed a lot of punch! The flavours were incredible and would have tried more if were not eating later on! We did share a sorbet trio of strawberry, coconut and pineapple. Delicious. Overall good service just wish the side of bokchoy had more mushrooms and was less pricy for that it was

I’ve been a big fan of TBP since their days near New Street Station — they were my go-to lunch spot, and I always looked forward to visiting. I’ve only been to the new location twice, and unfortunately, both visits left me a bit disappointed. The first time, the chicken didn’t smell quite right, and the second time, the rice was undercooked. I even brought friends along for the second visit, and they shared the same experience with the rice. That said, I do appreciate that the team made adjustments to the bill, which shows they care about customer satisfaction. I still love TBP’s food — you can tell each ingredient is prepared with care. I’m hopeful that our next visit will be more in line with the quality I remember from their original spot.

The most amazing Red Braised Pork Belly, It quite literally melts in your mouth, highly recommend the sweet and sour pork side dish, the most succulent pork I have ever tasted, and seasoned perfectly. Highly recommend for all occasions, nice atmosphere and lovely service!!!

I cannot even begin to describe how good the rice bowls are here, genuinely the the best. I make sure I visit each time I visit the town centre. Cannot wait to come back, best pork ever hands down! ***EDIT*** The above review was at the old location. This new location has ruined what made it so special. The food itself doesn't seem the same, smaller portions, less meat, less pickled veg, no nut sauce... Everything that was good about it feels to have gone... after being an avid support of TBP, I feel there's no longer a reason to come here. Sad. You can even see the difference in the photos of the rice bowls instantly.

We found this place by chance, but had seen it come up in a recent list of good Asian food places in the city. We intended to go for a meal but thought we would have a starter here before we moved on. Enticed by the menu, we ordered a few things and we were really impressed by what was delivered. Great flavour and texture in every dish. We will definitely return and recommend it. The atmosphere let it down but really it is an in and out joint.

Superb Bao, the pork belly, beef shin, duck and lamb were all amazing. (Vegan is available) . Really close to the centre. Not far from pigeon park. Nice cocktails and beers also.

shame of an establishment. pretty sure every member of staff has been trained differently, one let an account be made using an irish age card as a form of id (highly reliable and very trusted form of id) then we went in today to celebrate my friends birthday and her account had been fully suspended because her id is apparently to easy to be faked - the very id they let her make the account with in the first place and has used plenty of times before. put a very abrupt and unfortunate end to our night due to miscommunication between staff. what makes an irish id easier to be faked than any other nationality??? The security on the door, tall 6”2 or maybe 6”5. Bold, was literally so rude. And condescending. He was judges us based on the questions he directly asked us. We explained we did have a drink previously at a different location. But we were not drunk or intoxicated. It was a slap in the face when another group who were caucasian individuals proceeded to head in without any questioning or prejudice that me and my friends had gone through. It is disgusting and out of order. If you don’t want to let us in because we don’t meet your criteria of people. Say that, and don’t make excuses with fake questioning.

I went in and I had a problem cashing out on my account. And the quick service of the manager there she was so such a lovely lady in to resolving the matter quick. So friendly and polite. And a beautiful smile. Staff are absolutely friendly. It's a lovely place to go and enjoy yourself. With friends or family. As I went with my husband and we always have a great time. I love the fact you have a bar. Hot drinks complimentary. Nice environment to be in. Cinema near by . Restaurants, wine bars on broad Street. You got hotels there if you coming from another town. Popped in before work for an oat flat white. Great service, lovely barista who was happy to chat whilst making the coffee. Looks like a lovely cafe with lots of veggie and vegan options, so next time we'll definitely stop for some food too.

Lovely looking little coffee shop, but the service is a farce. Wasn’t particularly busy but waited 30 minutes for the most basic of drinks (a tea and latte) and they had clearly been sitting for a while given the temperature and how stewed the tea was. Feels like work is needed on the basics.

They’ve recently hired more staff to cover lunchtime rush and it’s such a difference. Lady behind counter is so friendly and food/coffee is great, really pleased to have this on the doorstep at work.

Been here in the evenings when it’s serving tapas so thought I would give the place a late breakfast. Really good quality produce used, ciabatta bread really nice. Good section of refrigerated drinks. And the white chocolate and raspberry cookie was out of this world.

My wife and I recently stayed the night at the old crown pub for the night they don’t serve breakfast so we called in at the kanteen. The cafe was clean and friendly but the menu was very surreal I mean who wants martini on a breakfast menu ? Rather than a traditional breakfast there is harissa beans and chicken waffles . Really bizarre and not for us two breakfasts and two hot drinks in the custard factory is just to much at £30 💰. As we got closer to the railway station there were lots of cafes that offered much better value and I would suggest you do the same , sorry not for us 👎🏻 One star review is based on the price which was just too much for what was offered and a menu which needs to be more of a traditional one .

Very busy, nice atmosphere though. Excellent drink selection. Food was nice but personally don't think the thigh meat works on the burger, its too tough to bite especially with lots of toppings it just kind of makes a mess, it was also quite tasteless but the loaded fries were nice.

Had a few decent beers. I'm always a little disappointed that every beer is served so cold as it subdues the flavour in a lot of them, nevertheless I enjoyed the three beers I had and they were competitively priced on the whole. Was right for time so also ate here for the first time. Burger was excellent, really enjoyed it. Fries were meh, but filled a hole. Massive shout-out to Bhush. Fantastic service, great banter and a sense of humour too. He made the experience better on all levels. Yet another venue where they ask for a service charge (tip) before food arrives. What if it's terrible? I just don't like this concept. I paid it in advance, on the back of Bhush being great. Luckily the doors was also good, but I just don't like the concept.

Nice bar & good atmosphere was just a shame about the food. I had a chicken burger whereby it was clearly chicken thigh which was grey and tasted off so I left it, the guys I was with both had sandwiches which were piled with mustard to the point where it was overwhelming and they couldn’t eat anymore we were asked if the food was okay but I felt like it was just a question and our response of the issues we had were sort of just a sorry. I would try again just wouldn’t touch the chicken, I would have expected some sort of refund :(. But due to the other good reviews maybe this was just a one off xxx

Visited on a Sunday for a couple of beers after lunch nearby. The service was tremendous, I didn't catch the chap's name but he had a Scottish accent. Very welcoming and friendly. Beers were decent as expected, but seemed a little on the pricey side. North of £6 for ¾ pints, you can get some of their own beers a lot cheaper in other pubs. I opted for the Double Hazy IPA at first, and a Raspberry Lemonade for my wife. Then went back up for a Pinball DIPA but sadly they ran out mid-pour and I settled for an Elvis Juice Grapefruit IPA instead. The vibe inside was nice and chilled at that time, they had board games available, and some people were having lunch, but I didn't try any food myself.

Good bar, nice and airy. Lots of seats inside and benches outside. There is some seating downstairs but feels a bit gloomy! You can use a QR code and order direct to table. Some cocktails are in 2 4 1 between 4pm and 7pm

The Birmingham BrewDog Bar is a first class establishment. Great choice of craft beers and delicious food. Popped back over in Oct 2025. and still as good. Had the Spicy Deluxe Burger this time, it was one of the best burgers I've ever had !!!!

Very delicious burger, a large choice of food. Staff is very friendly and lovely. Large choice of refreshing ice cold beers. I highly recommend trying coming here while in town.

Went in at 16:00. Ordered the mini Haddock meal with chips and gravy (lots of salt and vinegar). Had to wait 5 minutes for them to freshly cook the fish. Total time from ordering to eating was under 10 minutes. Fish was nice, and the batter was crispy. Chips were decent, with a mix of nice fat chips and small scraps. Smothered in gravy, it was a filling meal. Value is spot on at £6. Recommended.

Delicious fish and chips with a beautiful view. It took a while to order the food but it was worth the wait. The outdoor seating area is limited, but we were lucky enough to get one as we received our food.

Nice chips, bit too salty for me. Had to wait a while to get food after ordering as it looked like they were mostly serving those who went in to the restaurant side. At least they bought the food out in a large white paper bag. A lot of young staff work here, can get very busy here, seems a popular chippy near the riverside.

So me and my partner went here on a Sunday, between us we had a battered sausage, curry sauce, battered and non-battered chips and a potato scallop. Overall, the food itself was wonderful. the curry sauce was not too spicy and went great with the sausage and chips. The regular chips were amazing, some of the best I have ever had, and well worth the price. The scallop was a bit hard, but still very nice. The batter on both the scallop and battered chips was great tasting, but did fill you up pretty quickly and was a bit much. I think if I was ordering again, I probably would have skipped the battered chips. The service was great, the servers were friendly and considerate and all the food was served fresh. The atmosphere being directly on the River Severn was great, a great location. It is also one of the few chip shops where you can actually eat indoors and serves other things like even ice creams. Overall, one of the best chippys in at least the West Midlands. Only a few minor things, but definitely worth a visit.

Disappointed. We were told it was fabulous by friends. We drove over from Stratford . Ordered 2 fish and chips. One of them being large . Specifically asked for lots of salt and vinegar. When we returned to hotel there was only one fish and chips and a sad portion of chips with no fish and no salt and vinegar.. absolutely gutted. It was a mistake I’m sure but check your order before you leave otherwise it’s expensive and you’re still hungry.

After a recommendation, we thought we would try Flavours out! Authentic Italian pizza joint in the middle of Evesham! Lovely pizzas. Good size choices between 9inch or 12inch. Plenty to choose from. Garlic bread was very yummy too. The Italian hot chocolate - a chocolate lovers dream! The gelato was a huge hit with the hubby. Very reasonably priced compared to other pizza chains along the high street. Both left very satisfied and looking forward to our next visit already!

Our favourite place to go for pizza! It's the best authentic italian pizza we've had in the UK! They always have a pasta special which is also always lovely. Staff are brilliant and the food is always delicious.

Not been here before. We were looking for somewhere to eat whilst in the area and came across this place online. Called them up an hour before closing time, the guy on the phone was friendly and took our order without any issues. Went to pick our order up and the pizzas were ready on time. The pizzas tasted amazing! Very authentic and ot felt like being in Italy - so true Italian pizzas. Price was reasonable too. Will definitely come back here next time we visit the area

Lovely little restaurant with Italian taste to visit if you are in Evesham. They have homemade pizzas and homemade gelatto, all tasty and delicious. The place can get full, so it's good to book in advance.

Popped in for the gelato and it was delicious. Will try the pizza next time! There is some covered seating outside and a few spaces for parking which is shared with other businesses along the road.

Great food & great ice cream, always worth a visit

This is one of the greatest chip shops around. Food is always fresh and full of flavour. Service is always fast and thorough. I have eaten here for over 20 years and can never fault it. The usual order for me is a chip butty with gravy and mushy peas. But over the years, it's changed to the mixed meat and chips with garlic mayo and hot sauce. Top marks solid recommended.

Wasn’t impressed. Prices are very high chips looked okay but wasn't cooked through and fish was bland and soggy.

Food is piping hot and tastes fresh and nice. Service wasn't fast but not too slow, they was busy so it's understandable as I'd rather wait a couple minutes to be served and have great food like we did. Atmosphere was good, not 1 person doing nothing and everyone working together. A little mistake with the order but as they confirm everything as they bag it mistakes are easily rectified. Very happy with this fish and chips shop and definitely worth travelling by car for 15 minutes to enjoy it next time we have a chippy. Thanks 👍

Our local chippy, we’ve tried others but always come back here, food is really tasty, good size portions, not too greasy! I find it very useful to order on their app then just walk in and pick up the order - it can get busy in here and there can be queues. There is parking at the rear where you can also sit and eat on some picnic benches.

Send out wrong order and then can’t deal with it right now (Tom) as he is busy. Then puts down phone. Ok to shout at me over phone but not for me to raise my voice. Regular customer who rates this chip shop but attitude of staff when then there is an issue stinks

The chips are burnt , they used to be the best. But the last 6 months they’ve been burnt. Chip butty was a burger bun buttered 🫣 I hope they improve their quality how it used to be .

Ordered the most basic thing you can ask for. Chips. You'd expect to get potato in the chips. Are they always this bad? £3 for cardboard. They had pre cooked food just rotting away under the heated lamps too. Wasn't even busy. How about just offering good quality food and cooking everything fresh to order. Couldn't eat these chips. Greasy. Weird taste. Awful. -- In response to the owner. Bad food and poor products being sold are a problem to a business. Not the reviews. Your mindset is totally incorrect and ignorant of any problems. You can't blame customers for leaving bad reviews. When someone leaves a bad review because the chips had barely anything inside of them and tasted weird and greasy. They probably aren't going to waste more time calling or being a return customer. The fact you haven't acknowledged a problem backs this point up. You also haven't seen the amazing reviews I have given to some of the best establishments that exist. Your food also made me ill and I threw up the day after. Is that still my fault? Should I leave a 5 star review for food that made me poorly?

Poor customer care.. told them I had a bad fish 2 weeks ago that had to go in the bin.. Reply was you should have brought it back.. no sorry no apology.. so ordered roe/ Sausage this week.. to give them a second chance..... but WHY!!!!!!!!! I had fish sausage and old chips .. will never buy from them again.. and the staff were rude for me telling them how bad it was. Don't go ....

I can't speak for any other fish and chip shops in stourport, but I go to pats fish bar every Friday lunchtime for a large cod. Every single time I have not been disappointed, simply some of the best chip shop fish in batter I have ever eaten. The chips I'm brilliant too. First class!

Very small portions I asked for a large Donna meat and chips which I paid £7.20 this came in a small box not a lot of chips they was more chips in my fish and chips box, this place had gone since it was taken over so I will go back to Foleys in Kidderminster

This is the first time here this year and was very disappointed I could not believe the cost of there so called large cod £9 each and £3.40 for chips this size is a mini fish by us in Pensnet and only had plain, I think they are frying new potatoes chips not very crispy and bland, the fish wasn't a nice white colour has it should be, when I ordered I asked if the fish could be wrapped separately and she put the 2 fish on top of the chips and said I did it just to carry them then wrapped the 2 fish together and it broke up and just wrapped them. The staff had changed from my previous visit and I think it's changed hands i for one will not be going back i will try another one in Stourport.

Went in last week to order food for my family gathering, all 10 of us! We all ordered large cod box meals. WOW!! what can i say? Absolutely amazing food, the quality was insane and it was so fresh. Brilliant service, nothing was too much trouble and the staff were lovely and friendly! Amy and Lee in particular couldn’t have been more accommodating! I will 100% be retuning. This is the first time I have left a review. The quality of both the fish and chips has gone downhill since this time last year. The fish looked grey and undercooked, the batter was soft and alot of oil seemed to be in it. The chips were not nice. The sie of fish has gone from being enough for 2 people down to a mini cod last year. Very disappointed with the lower standard last night.

I am a regular customer as I work near by . Every time I come in ,I am served with old chips from the day before (you could clearly tell ) when mentioning to the staff (lady ) it always seems inconvenience when asking for fresh food . Very disappointed with her service and lack of customer concern . This isn't the first time it has happened. Totally disgusted with the staff behaviour and the food !!

Mixed reviews. Been 2 times recently and it was amazing! second time the chils were slightly under done and the kebab meat was stone cold greasy and no where near cooked enough

Great service, clean place and reasonably well priced. Though the cod fish was not flakey at all, and more mushy, which is the biggest sign thats an inferior quality. Seemed a busy place though so maybe it was just my experience this time.

Went in this evening and they tried to sell me a completely broken up grease soaked piece of fish. I said “I’m not accepting that”. Gave me another piece got home to a greasy pile of mess batter all fallen off the fish, tiny amount of chips and all incredibly greasy. What went so wrong? It was gorgeous prior to 17/03/23. Truly horrible now

Great food at reasonable prices. Had the leftovers for brunch and it was as good as fresh (a bench mark according to my husband!). Really fresh, quickly prepared. Thoroughly recommend the noodle boxes.

The soup we ordered was very disappointing but the rice with mixed meats made up. It was very good. They are quick and very polite.

Love this place, I don't eat from as often as I'd like to but whenever Chinese is mentioned I can't wait to get there and choose from the menu As with most Chinese takeaways selection is always varied but here at River Severn there is always a little something the staff are prepared to do so that your meal is to your liking, whether it be extra hot or not so hot I go back time after time because of flavour and the staff are helpful and friendly not to mention value for money. I certainly would recommend this place if you fancy a good Chinese

Very slow food ok

First time ordering from Donnellys and I can't praise the food and service we have expirenced. We came in specifically for gluten free fish and chips (our eyes were definitely bigger than our bellies have been!) We hadn't realised it would be cash only but they helpfully pointed out where we could get cash back from! Our minds were put at ease when we asked about the gluten free options, everything is prepared separately from gluten, they are highly knowledgeable about coeliac and what to do. For anyone who is coeliac this is another level of reassurance that is often found lacking. Thank you for doing gluten free, we will be back to try the other gluten free options!

Been meaning to review since we visited on Monday a few weeks ago. They serve a gluten free menu Monday through Thursday. The chap at the counter (Ant I think it was) was incredibly knowledgeable, could talk me through the processes and how they kept everything safe. They have items I haven't seen for miles around in gluten free (fritters!!) and they have gluten free vinegar. So straight off the bat the service has really reassuring. And then the food turned out to be delicious too! Proper chip shop chips, fluffy batter, and the fish has plenty of flavour. Better than some non gluten free chippies I have locally pre diagnosis. Absolute winner. And then the final acid test? No reaction from our resident coeliac.

Searched everywhere in Worcester for gluten free Fish & Chips and could only find this place. So pleased we did, as GF food was faultless! Also, staff were extremely helpful/friendly and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a tasty GF fish & chips.

My grandparents love Donnelly’s - whenever the topic of the best places to get food comes up, they are quick to mention it. They’ve been on a number of occasions and have enjoyed it every time. Me and my granny ordered some fish and chips today to take back to their house with us and the man that took our order was very friendly and conversational as he prepared our order. The fish and chips were excellent too - it was as if the fish were caught fresh out of the sea, and my grandad is particularly fond of the Irish curry sauce. This is definitely the best fish and chips shop in Worcester

Beautiful food really tasty and very good value for money, not to mention very good friendly service from Ant who was really polite and told us about a better deal to get more value for our money. Top fish and chips place locally 100% recommend and would go again.

Service was fab, very attentive and friendly, the restaurant was clean and spacious, with comfy booth seating. The food, I had the fish and chips was wonderful, it was so nice to see a large fish as a large fish instead of something the size of a goldfish! The fish was succulent and flakey, the batter was sweet and very tasty, the chips were cooked perfectly and the mushy peas were the best I've tasted for a while! You also get a side salad and coleslaw, with your meal. Very much worth the £16.10 and we will be back and will recommend!

We visited the restaurant last week and had the pensioners fish and chips special which was freshly cooked, tasty and excellent value for money. Decided to have dessert, a knickerbocker glory and an ice cream sundae which were both excellent. There is an extensive menu here and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Always eat here when visiting Evesham.

On holiday locally and got take aways from here a couple of nights. Food was great and very good value. Kebabs are very nicely done with fresh salad selection and good portions. Fried chicken meal is great value.

Today we had the pleasure to use the services of the restaurant Monica's We ate delicious desserts, the place is very atmospheric and child -friendly and the service is very professional :) Recommends Monica's restaurants for everyone in Evesham and the surrounding area...

If only I could not put any stars at all as they don't even deserve 1 star rating. It used to be my favorite place to go to but the last time was terrible. The waitresses took too long to deliver the food but furthermore the fried chicken leg was nearly rotten it had terrible smell and the colour was Grey. Once my family took the kids there and bought slushes for them,the slushes smelt like bleach. Highly not recommend this place like I used to 👎👎👎👎

7 pm on a Friday, paid £4 (yes, £4!!) for regular chips and £6.40 for a small cod. The chips were lukewarm, hard and dry, mainly small bits of spud. Hungry, I managed to eat only 50 percent - the rest were inedible and would crack your teeth. So that was value for money, not. On seeing other reviews here, this is not an isolated event. Quite obviously I was given dinner-time's frying warmed up in the evening. Why would you do that?? You are happy to destroy your reputation for the sake of recycling a couple of quid's worth of potatoes? How stupid. This chippy used to be the best, so what has happened?? Very, very disappointing. Oh the fish was ok .. just. Don't tell me that I should have returned to complain, spending my petrol money to do that would be daft. Your mistake, repeated over and over it would appear. Never again.

Excellent new special, salt and chilli chips with the chicken. Very nice. Great to see something a bit different.

Small cod and small chips all a good size however I found the chips very dry and the cod just fell apart into very small bits, very mushy and dry and it had no flavour. A little bit disappointed. I have had better fish from here. Very busy but the staff work hard and you soon move in the queue.

Lovely fish and chips but such a huge portion of chips it was daunting. 2 med fish , 1 small ! chips ,curry sauce and peas was over £30 , by far the most expensive we’ve had anywhere in the country on our caravan travels

Very disappointed with our fish and chips. The chips were pale and stuck together and the fish was so over trimmed it was a strange cylindrical shape. Tasteless, unremarkable fish and chips, but the worst thing was the price - £25 for 2 fish and chips! Maybe wouldn't have minded paying so much if they had tasted better.

Just bought two mini fish and chips both bits of fish was dry and greasy chips tasted powdery and hard so I will not be going there again. Should have go to three counties fish bar and get better fish and chips.regards Trevor

Never had such hard work trying to order chips.. obviously a new member of staff but come on guys train your staff and let them know to keep there attitude in check when dealing with customers at the very least! The pic shown is a large chicken and chips and you will see the lack of chicken and the chips for that matter in the pic. £8.70 for child's portions. Extremely inconsistent place.

Went to this chip shop when visiting the local area. The staff all appeared miserable, I didn't even get a 'thank you' after paying for the massively over priced food. The mini fish was small and mostly batter, the large fish was tough and the peas were luminous! I would've taken it back if our campsite was closer. I don't know how this chip shop receives such good reviews, it was such a disappointment!

Had orders from Stef’s multiple times now and they are absolutely deserving of a 5 Star review. Delivery and collection been spot on, food is always hot still when arriving and then staff are friendly and polite when collecting. The pizza and burgers are top notch from here! You will not be disappointed. Fresh and great sizes. A little more expensive then others places but you get what you pay for and this is worth it.

Stefs Pizza & Grill is an exceptional top notch takeaway. It is very well run, has a wonderful menu and a 5* food hygiene rating. Their food is always freshly cooked in front of you and tastes so delicious. All the staff are wonderful, so friendly, welcoming and very efficient. I am so very grateful to be able to get such lovely takeaway food from Stefs as lately I've been working away from home. I'd recommend their signature chicken kebab, or the signature chicken rice box because the grilled chicken is marinated to perfection 😋 I only wish there was a Stefs Pizza and Grill in my hometown in Bedfordshire. Positive review time! So this review isn't based on one meal, it's based on 12 months+ of ordering. Over our collective year, me and my partner have had Stef's many of times and tried a few different items from their wonderful menu, the staff are always polite, kind and friendly! What an expert team! Food - now food is always important when we have a takeaway otherwise what's the point right? I can appreciate that Stef's can be a little pricey, however the food is worth it! The chips are always 10/10, we typically order the chicken burgers in which I would rate them highly, however tonight I went with the double cheese burger with bacon whilst my partner ordered the double chicken burger with bacon, both. Burgers were great! There was a small issue in which I would like to note, the amount of sauce on the double cheese burger was so much, I was unable to hold the burger in the bun, every time I took a bite it pushed the burger out the other side, then when I turned the burger round to bite the other side it slid out the original way 🤣 it was a challenge to eat, so if any negatives, a little too much sauce, ultimately it was a great burger! Pizzas, their pizzas are always beautiful, the options of BBQ sauce was a hit for me as their BBQ base is luxurious! Really enjoyed their meat feast pizza with a BBQ base, the cheese is just melted to perfection and the base cooked thoroughly so no soggy/stodgy base. Overall for an eatery, it's very good! But be warned, their standard beef burger is quite a thick burger, so a double cheeseburger is huge! Really is a challenge to eat and put weighs the bun to burger ratio! Definitely worth a go! Service is always fast and reliable. If they say collect 7:45, collect it at 7:45 it will be ready!

Spent £30 on a take away. 2 rice boxes & 2 sides. A bit expensive. Get that. Then what really pisses you off. They made you wait for 2/3 mins for the garlic bread wasn't ready. The girl must have checked the receipt half a dozen times & then contents. Apologies for the wait. Very nice. Then you get it home & side of chips & pop missing. Ring up to say as it's clearly marked on the rice boxes. Sorry sir another 15/20mins to get it delivered. Drives back down to collect. Don't worry that the meals ruined & rices boxes going cold. Oh sorry here's a bottle of coke for your trouble. What a joke. Never again. Appalled by the service

We have been using Stefs since we moved into the area 3 years ago. We ordered a meal each on the app as usual for delivery on Wednesday. We ordered at half 7. Delivery service and quality has always been great. Delivery has never been as long as the time they enter onto our order. At half 8 when our food should have been here by. We rang to be told our food was on it's way. Bearing in mind we live a mile away. At 9 we rang again as our order hadn't arrived. We found the driver who we hadn't seen before looking for our home..food was hot, so I'm guessing we were lied to the 1st time we rang up. I ordered a ckn tikka pitta which was ok but the pizza my husband ordered was burnt. Such a shame as this has now put us off stefs. Not sure what's happening as stefs always spot on. I hope it improves.

Heard good reviews from people so we thought we would try it. Language barrier was difficult. Very long wait for what wasn't a massive order. Wasn't the cleanest considering they'd just opened (which was late). After getting home found the bread for the kebab had mould on. Emptied the food out of it so could at least eat something. Won't be going there again.

This is a £13 “large” fish and chips that was meant to be split between 2. Fish batter was rubbery.

Picked up our fish and chips tonight. While eating we noticed red spots within the chips. Looks like someone has cut themselves and drops have gone onto the food. Would not even give any stars but unfortunately you have to atleast put one. Absolutely disgusting. Rang up to tell the manager, been told some useless excuse. The overall service is very disappointing.

The chips were of extremely poor quality, exhibiting a rancid grey colour that made them inedible. They tasted just as disgusting as the previous batch. It's clear that the cooking oil has gone off and needs to be addressed immediately.

Terrible food! Was not very edible but had to try and eat it anyway. Chicken and mushroom pie was so burnt inside and out the filling had completely dried up and the pastry was hard! Chips were so pale and dry! Disgusting! Will not be returning!

so i ordered several items from here and a kebab and chips for my self and there was hair in my food. I went in to explain that my food had hair in. They was trying to tell me there wasn’t I also have photo evidence. They was multiple people I tried communicate with and they was very rude actually made me feel very uncomfortable for addressing my issue. I was embarrassed to explain it as it was. I’m just really disappointed in the situation and was treated awfully.

I second what other people have posted. The staff ARE friendly - in spite of being busy. The battered chips ARE awesome! I had half and half - the plain ones were very good but there was a marked upgrade with the battered ones. The portions ARE generous, too generous in fact. I probably managed ¾ of mine (all the battered ones and ½ the plain ones!) All in all it was superb. I chose this eatery based on the Google rating and it didn't let me down. Highly recommended, and well worth driving to.

They get your order wrong then blame you. It’s annoying as they do cook good food but as you will see in some reviews, they deal with customer issues terribly. We had a wrong item in our order and they were adamant it was what we asked for. They replaced the item but it’s not good enough. If you make a mistake, apologise and get it right. In the end it was correct but stone cold. Zero customer care and can’t take criticism. Well, here’s some more you can deal with.

Pleasant staff who were friendly. Everything was cooked well, but just simply not as good as fish and chips nearer to the coast that we are used to, ie the fish didn’t taste as fresh and the chips were so/so and the onion rings batter was quite fatty, which coated your mouth and want very pleasant. So, it was OK but not great.

Great traditional chippy that also does really good kebabs. Owner is a joy, thoroughly nice chap. Always greets his customers with a smile and is only ever too happy to help. Works really hard to deliver great food and customer service. Very highly recommended.

I have just had mini fish and chips. I have to say, they were the best fish and chips I have ever tasted. Don't know what oil they cook them in but there were beautiful plus the fish was amazing and it was piping hot . Thank you.

My second visit here was no where near as good as the first. The fat was literally dripping off the box the fish and chips came in, all over my car and kitchen floor when we brought it home. It tasted okay but too much oil, disappointing.

I have ordered from this chip shop for a number of years with good food. The food that was delivered today was disgraceful. I order two large fish. Each being the size of a mini fish with the batter almost completely missing due to it being stuck to the paper. The chips had clearly been cooked in oil that was under temperature as they has turned to one lump of mash in the bag. The mushrooms had been cooked so much they were tiny and dried up. I called the restaurant for a refund and was told that while she was the person in charge she was not in a position to offer it. She offered to replace the order as long as I collected it myself. The whole order cost £40.38 with delivery. The people there should be ashamed of themselves of what they have cooked and offer to the public.

A great chip shop that does Gluten free battered fish. Price is average. Service was excellent Parking not brilliant but a car park is nearby worth the effort. There are seats inside and outside. Portions are a nice size

Came down for the kidderminster v reading game from reading and was absolutely delighted with the service! Chips were delicious, didn't need any sauces or dips because they had so much flavor. Chicken was juicy and the coating was lovely, and my dad got given an extra sausage. Lovely meal, and the owner made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend :)

Kebabs were okay, don't bother with fried chicken, clearly just frozen I remember they used to do fresh, they can't get a good deepfry and they end up burnt and bland, I also think I was given deep fried paper?

I went in to order in person for the first time, and while waiting in the reception area by the till, I noticed a staff member sitting with their shoes up on the food preparation area and fridge”shoes basically on the fridge handle where people touch and prepare food”. That’s the same place where food is prepared and served to customers. Putting shoes there is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic hygiene. What else there is to say …

Pizza was inedible, disappointed pizza Milano used to be good however order the meat feast and it tasted like cleaning products the meat tasted fine but either the sauce or the dough what ever it was it was gross!! and they added way to much cheese and they don’t have an option to add less cheese. The chips were alright an average takeaway chips.

Searched on google for a decent Kebab in Worcester and these guys ranked high but for the life of me I cannot understand why. Kebab tasted like rubbish! The meat was dry and cut extremely thin! The sauces were not very good quality and lacked taste. The best part about kebab was the pitter! I will not be going back to this place anytime soon!

Only three miles from me, very handy, stock a lot of local food such as Laurences Bakery, local meats etc - despite its small size, they have pretty much everything - even car magazines!

Always a warm welcome and friendly service at this lovely village shop and cafe. Seating areas inside and out make this a great place to stop for a coffee or bite to eat, whatever the weather.
