Nestled within the Branson IMAX Entertainment Complex, McFarlain's Family Restaurant offers a unique dining experience with its charming antique-filled ambiance. The restaurant is renowned for its delectable homemade cobblers and pies, including the exclusive Branson Traffic Jam Pie featuring a delightful blend of cherries, strawberries, rhubarb, and cranberries.
Lovely fantastic experience. Best roast beef and potatoes I've ever had. Kimberly was very sweet and provided exceptional service for us. The included honey cornbread is preferable to the rolls most places offer. My mom also got a free piece of pie for Mother's Day. Outstanding!
Randal C — Google review
We ate here after seeing a musical show. Lunch was good. I had the rest beef. It was tender and not fatty. Didn’t have a whole lot of flavor. The creamed corn was very good. My wife had a club sandwich and fries was good. Table bread is cornbread.

Stopped in today for a beer and some appetizers. I can’t believe we haven’t stopped here before. It is a fun place with a neat atmosphere. They have cafe style seating, a bar and a patio. The patio is technically indoors however but still neat. We will be back!
Angie F — Google review
The online menus are misleading. The prices shown must be years old. This place was very well advertised, but really pulled up short in its expectations! We could barely find the front door as it was well camouflaged. It’s very confusing as they are a movie theater, game arcade, shopping stalls and somewhere there was a restaurant in there. We entered at 3:00…. Not a lot of people there. The hostess finally seated us (she seemed like it was a burden) with menus. The waitress showed up and took our drink order. Came back with our drinks and asked if we were ready to order (less than a minute). We did ask for another minute. That’s the last time we saw her. She got a large group behind us. She took their drink order and then started taking their food order We had been there over 15 mins and only had water and menus Needless to say we got up and left Terrible service. Don’t go I won’t

Haven't been here for a couple years. They have expanded since the last time I was there. My lady and I shared a fried green tomato appetizer. 6 large slices, breaded and deep fried. They were delicious. We ended up bringing 4 slices home. The complimentary corn bread came out hot, and it was like home made. My lady had the chicken pot pie, and I had the deluxe club with house made potato chips. The chef here knows what he's doing. Portions are large, prices are reasonable, and staff is courteous and professional. All in all, I recommend McFarlains for a good meal in Branson. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere is it's in the IMAX mall, and the decor is early tourist kitsch.

Large portions great food. We had Mac ‘n cheese with burnt ends and a roast beef dinner. Cornbread is delicious. Price for what we got was great!

Amazing Breakfast and Warm Atmosphere I had the pleasure of having breakfast at this charming restaurant, and it did not disappoint! The cinnamon rolls were absolutely amazing — warm, soft, and perfectly sweet with just the right amount of icing. Definitely some of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was cozy and nostalgic, with old pictures lining the walls that gave the place a lot of character. What really stood out was the tribute wall to veterans — a heartfelt touch that showed real appreciation for those who have served. It added a meaningful and personal feel to the whole experience. Great food, friendly service - thank you Kari! and a warm, welcoming environment — I’ll definitely be back!

Looks to be newly remodeled. Service was good. Fairly quick for the type of food it is. Speaking of the food my friend got the pot roast and I got the meatloaf. Both were amazing. The creamed corn was authentic southern cream corn and was great! Potatoes seemed to be real potatoes as well not the powder or can stuff. Great experience!

Mel's Hard Luck Diner, located in Branson, MO within the Grand Village Shopping Center, offers a unique dining experience with its 1950s-style decor and singing servers. The staff consists of professional musicians, singers, and songwriters who entertain guests throughout their meal. The menu features classic comfort foods like the Hard Luck cheeseburger and High Rollin beef pot roast.
Fantastic fun at Mel's Diner. We were a party of two and managed to get right in on a Friday afternoon. I ordered the Cheese steak sandwich, while my wife decided on a Banana split with a side of Onion rings. Our waitress recommended to order my sandwich with onion rings and have the fries as the side to save a bit of cash, which is what we did. Once the food arrived we were both entranced by the size of the banana split. I decided to help my wife try to eat this enormous offering and basically just enjoyed a couple bites of my sandwich with the Intention of taking it home. We just couldn't finish the delicious split, although we gave it a valiant effort. During the meal we enjoyed hearing 5 or 6 different wait staff sing various genres of music. All are very talented and were local performers at various shows in Branson as well as working here at Mel's Diner.
Hebrews 1 — Google review
Fun atmosphere with talented singing servers (they have to audition to get a server job). I had the Ruben with fries $16.50 which was served hot, but very soggy. The flavor was good, but I really missed the usually raspberry accompaniment. Hubby had a huge Southwest salad with crispy chicken $16.50 and said it was very good. We saw a cherry float made and it made us promise each other we'd come back for ice cream 🍨another day.
Patricia V — Google review
We were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed this place. The wait staff are also performers and take turns serenading the patrons. It is a little louder at times because of the performances. The food was the best we've had our whole vacation and they are on our list of places to revisit. Portions are big and flavors are wonderful.
Herb L — Google review
This was a great place! The servers sing while they're serving and it was just such a fun atmosphere. Food was good too and they offered several gluten free options and had a gluten sensitive menu.
Cat ( — Google review
The cheese steak, fries, and chocolate shake were all pretty good. Our first server, Kharie, seemed very nice, but for some reason she was switched out for a different server as soon as we sat down. I was bummed we didn't get to hear her sing because her track list seemed cool. It said there were CDs available for purchase but I couldn't find it in the shop. I think Matt was the second server and he was also nice, and he had a pleasant singing voice. 4 stars mainly because the intermittent singing made it hard to have conversations and also it meant that the server was unavailable for several minutes when we had already finished our food and were ready to leave.
Alec D — Google review
We LOVED our experience! We were so happy that we got to finally have a meal at Mel’s diner! There was a huge line when we got there but we literally waited for maybe 5 minutes!! Our waitress, Ondria was sooo sweet and an amazing singer! My brother & his fiancé loved their meals along with my girlfriend and I! We will definitely be coming back!!!
Emily W — Google review
Great food, friendly staff. The staff sing 50's songs to you while they serve you. It's not too loud to where you can still enjoy conversation at your table, but loud enough you can still hear the servers' beautiful singing voices. We never had an empty cup, as soon as we were done with a plate, someone was there to take it away, kept our table clean and easy to eat. Overall GREAT experience. This is our new Go-To when in Branson.
Trenton S — Google review
This is such a cool place to go! Only downside is they close early, so make plans to be there early. The servers are singers, and they're good! Really good! This restaurant is not for people looking for a quiet spot to eat. They have ice cream desserts you feel like you'll only ever see on TV. Ice cream pilled so high, filled with cookies. The food is really good too. I got the pot roast and would definitely order it again. Will have to come back next time we're in Branson.

Danna's BBQ and Burger Shop is a family-owned establishment known for its delicious smoked BBQ, burgers, and hearty sides. The restaurant has received accolades and positive reviews for its absolutely delicious food. With a communal, local feel, the shop offers generous portions at an excellent price-quality ratio.
Me, my wife, and my in-laws recently ate here. The staff were very pleasant and service was quick. My rib dinner was great. I loved the rub and smoke flavor. Didn't need any sauce. My father in law loved his brisket and sausage. My wife and mother in law had the BBQ nachos with pull pork and they said it was delightful. Only downside, nuts in the brownie, lol.
Shane L — Google review
Danna's BBQ is an old-school BBQ joint where you order at the window and seat yourself. The staff was friendly, and although they didn't know who it was, that smoked the meats (or just didn't want to tell me), they were knowledgeable as well. The pulled pork nachos were really good, and the pickled jalapeños added a nice touch of heat. For my entree, I ordered the combination plate of brisket and chicken. Be prepared to be hungry when you arrive because the portions are huge! I received a while leg quarter for my chicken portion! Starting with chicken, it was moist and delicious with a hint of smoke. The brisket was so so, and the first few pieces were served cool, almost cold for me and another guest at our table. The catfish was also fantastic and some of the best I've ever had, to be honest. The cornmeal crust was crunchy, and the fish was flaky and moist. This was one of the best BBQ places I've been to in this area (not including St Louis and KC). I am giving it a 4 due to the cold brisket, and the floor was slick with something...not sure what? I would definitely dine here again.
Justin C — Google review
We were staying down the road at the Suites of Falls Creek, and another guest recommended Danna's to us. We stopped in after golfing at Thousand Hills Golf course on Friday September 5th. The restaurant is cute, and we loved the decor. The food: oh my goodness!! We loved the food. I can't get good catfish cooked right here in WI, so it was so nice to get it at a place that knows how to fry it right! The staff are amazing and very friendly. Thank you all. We will be back next time we are down there. ❤️❤️

The staff were really friendly and fun! Great personalities! Especially loved the cashier Jennifer! She was so sweet annnnd she has the same name as me..hehe! The food was super good too! Definitely will be back! Thanks for the great experience! 💕🥳

I have eaten here a couple of times and always enjoy it! I had the pulled pork sandwich with onion rings. Both were really good and the meat was piled high on the bun! There are many other options and everything I saw looked great! Our servers were helpful and cheerful!
Ranae M — Google review
This place was so amazing! Not only were the employees super kind and welcoming, but the food was delicious and the place had such a good atmosphere. The prices are good, especially considering how much food they’re serving you. We got BBQ quesadillas, BBQ nachos, and the 5 layer carrot cake and everything was spectacular. I would definitely come back here again!

Step into the Tuscan countryside-inspired ambiance of Florentina's Ristorante Italiano in Branson for a taste of traditional Italian cuisine. The restaurant offers a variety of homemade dishes, including antipasto salad and buttermilk fried calamari, served in a villa-inspired setting adorned with ivy and glowing lights. With over 15 pasta dishes, brick oven pizzas, and an array of appetizers on the menu, this upscale dining spot provides an authentic Italian experience.
Walked in, party of 2 and quickly greeted. Were told it'd be 35 minutes, not a big deal. Sat outside, watched the waitlist app and only waited 23 minutes before being seated. Javier was our waiter and he was EXCELLENT, very attentive and quick to bring drink refills and hot bread. My pizza came out quicker than expected and the order of chicken Alfredo followed shortly behind. Delicious food, great service and nice atmosphere, all good and highly recommended!
Adam T — Google review
Food arrived for 4 of the 6 at our table. First they said the food for the remaining 2 was coming out next. Then after everyone was done with their meals, they tell us they just started making our meals. They finally bring it out and all food was pretty good. Wait staff blamed it on a new solo cook. We can forgive that. We went back this evening, all 6 ordered, 3 got served meals, then wait staff says they are out of soup so other options will have to be chosen. He brings one menu for 3 people. They need better training on restaurant Management and work on proper timing so a table gets to eat together instead of half eating while half watch. 2 couples paid with cards, one paid with cash and no change was brought back. Never assume we wanted to leave a tip of that amount for this experience. Always give change back and you may get more or less for the experience.

We were coming in from a golf day & had to be to an 8:00pm show. We put our reservation in. A 39 minute wait. Sean was at the bar & helped us select a delicious sweet red wine. Loved it! Time was tight. Sean let us order our delicious seafood ravioli & meatballs. He then got us a table so we could enjoy our food so we weren’t late to our show. The food was delicious! The service was impeccable! Sean, you are amazing! Thank you! We highly recommend this restaurant & server/bartender!

Great service, even better food. Newbie here, visiting from NY. My waitress, Sabrina, recommended the trio and my lil flaming drink. That was cool and quite random. Food= Awesome sauce, I couldn’t finish it!!!!! She was attentive and always had a smile on here face. Thank you for making my time here memorable. 😇

We decided to come here after a long day of traveling, having fun, and running around. I read recent reviews (as I normally do), and completely do not understand why there are such negative ones. The food was incredible, service from Skip was absolutely outstanding, and our dinner was served within 20 minutes. The bread is some of the best I’ve ever had, and I loved the oil and vinegar dip. Mind you, we went on a busy Saturday during dinner time. We are a 3 person family and were seated right away. If you’re reading this review before you go, I’d take most of the other reviews with a grain of salt and try this place yourself. The pollo piccata was to die for, the cannelloni was incredible, and the brick oven pizza was loaded and so flavorful. Make sure to ask for Skip as your server. He was very attentive, accommodating, and even made my preteen laugh a few times. We WILL be back!

A new favorite for us! The food was amazing, top-notch service, reasonable prices. We will definitely stop here every time we visit Branson!

We had dinner at Florentina's Ristorante. Again the place was absolutely packed so I think we picked the right place again. I believe our waiters name was Habiero he was very kind and pleasant to order food.
Roger G — Google review
We decided to try Florentina's while on a roadtrip in Branson, and we are glad we did! We started with their complimentary bread and olive oil. The bread was amazing! Both crispy and fluffy. We got the fried ravioli appetizer that was stuffed with ground beef. It was very good! I had the chicken parmesan with pene and alfredo. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and tender. The sauces were both great. My husband got the spaghetti cucina and loved it as well! We also ended the meal with a lemon berry cake slice. Our server, Sheenakaye, was the best! She constantly checked on us and brought us refills of drinks and bread constantly. I would recommend to anyone in the area to try!!

Southern restaurant (US)
Paula Deen's Family Kitchen, located in Branson, MO, is a popular spot for those craving authentic Southern cuisine. The restaurant offers family-style lunches and dinners with a variety of sides and entrees such as Best Ever Southern Fried Chicken, chicken and dumplings, Georgia fried catfish, and Southern meatloaf.
I love this place. The corn and potatoes was properly buttered. The catfish was fantastic. The chicken was good, so was the meatloaf. For dessert, peach cobbler with peach tea AND banana pudding. amazing! Would return.

Everything we tried was delicious. The fried chicken was juicy, okra was some of the best! Biscuits were yummmm!! Wish we had one in Colorado! Tameika was amazing, knowledgeable and kind.

Bucket list place to eat. Did not realize it is family style dining but that just made the experience better. Food was fantastic except for the cole slaw. Recommend the fried chicken, mac and cheese, and the salad. Our sever was prompt in getting us more food as its all you can eat of the choices you make.

This is my favorite place to eat in Branson! I just celebrated my birthday with my husband and it ended up being so amazing because of this restaurant! The food is incredible, the atmosphere is so friendly, and the service is great! We had the sweetest lady serving us! I highly recommend going! Be careful, if you go, you will just want to keep coming back all of the time! I recommend getting the fried chicken and pot roast. For sides, we loved the mashed potatoes, fried okra mac and cheese. I hope this review helps!(:

I been to a few Paula deens through the United States and this one by far has been the best. Very clean, service amazing, and the food tatted very fresh. Would def come here again. Portions are small so you don’t waste food and they replenish as needed.
Vivi T — Google review
This was our first experience at a Paula Deen’s Restaurant. The taste of all the food was what we expected, down-home delicious! However, our service was not what the Paula Deen Brand would want represented in her place. Unfriendly, rude, sarcastic. Still liked the restaurant overall, just hope next time for some Southern kindness along with the good Southern cooking.
Carrie D — Google review
Food was good. Southern cooking. Fried chicken and the Pork Ribs were amazing. We did not like the meatloaf (personal preference that we don't like sweet meatloaf). The sides: Okra, salad, green beans and Mac and cheese. Okra was the best, everyone loved the salad dressing as well. Sadly the green beans were too mushy (probably out of a can). The Mac and cheese was your standard restaurant Mac, cream and plain cheese flavor. Wait staff was fantastic. Very attentive. Fast. Friendly.
Sherilee N — Google review
Stop it ya’ll I ate at Paula Deen’s!!! The meal starts with cheddar biscuits dripping with butter it’s too bad they were not hot. You pay per person for a family style all you can eat meal. Depending on the price point you choose 2,3,or 4 proteins and several sides. I choose ribs and chicken fried steak. Both were delicious. The chicken fried steak (one of my guilty pleasures) was delicious but not served hot which would have taken it over the top. It was served with gravy poured over. I asked for more gravy and to my delight it came hot. I chose mashed potatoes, collard greens, broccoli casserole and yams. I #allergygirl could not eat the yams and my table was really set on having them so the waitress let me have a side of green beans. Server (Heather) was kind, helpful and accommodating. I was so food drunk I had to take my ooey gooey Carmel cake to go! That cake… wow!!! If you are a foody you are going to be glad you stopped. If you like all you can eat places you are going to be glad you stopped. If you are hungry you’ll be glad you stopped.

Whether you visit during the morning hours for an all-day breakfast or stop by for a home-cooked meal after exploring Old Town Branson, the Farmhouse Restaurant promises to satisfy your cravings with its made-from-scratch dishes.
This place is a gem. We came here on a Sunday night after a day of hiking and were starving and thirsty. Our waiter Peter immediately sat us down and got us mason jars with ice cold water. He refilled it as quick as we finished them. We ordered the pork chop and their fried chicken. Service was excellent and despite the kitchen sending out the wrong sides and white meat instead of dark meat, Peter immediately corrected that and got us the right order. Which was incredibly appreciated. The pork chop was grilled perfectly and the sides were fantastic. The fried chicken was incredible. The breading was thin and well seasoned while the meat was juicy. It was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. At the end, Peter even ended up giving us a discount for the mistake and made the replacements on the house. The service here was exceptional and staff incredibly courteous. Highly recommend if you find yourself in Branson and need a place to eat. You won’t regret this place!

This place is NOW Walkers. They make walking tacos. They use the chip bag or whatever container you bring in to make your tacos in. They have a bid selection of ingredients. The have chicken and ground beef. Prices are VERY REASONABLE. Customer service is amazing. There is no place to sit down. You place your order and go outside to wait for your food. Lines can be very long. Again very good value and good food.

If you're in Branson you need to go to this place!! Their food is like what your grandma made. The biscuits are fluffy and melt in your mouth. We ate there twice while in Branson and both times the food was great! I highly recommend this place!

We actually ate here 2 times while in Branson, Missouri. We had dinner one day & breakfast another. Both meals were cooked to order. It did take a few minutes to get our food, but it was great both meals. There is a wait sometime but it's worth the wait.

We enjoyed our meal here. It’s not a large place do I’d say there can be a wait at times. Our server was good but a little sporadic. I had ham steak with baked potato and baked beans. Ham was a thick slice well grilled and tasty. Beans had some sugar to them snd were also tasty. My wife had eggs bacon snd small pancakes. Bacon wasn’t crispy enough for her taste but she liked the eggs and pancakes.

If you like homestyle cooking with great portions, this is the place. Nothing here is 'outta the box' it tastes fresh and home made because it is. The service is friendly and the owner is very delightful. Though there may be a wait, it is well worth it.

Well such a pleasant experience, had a 40 min wait which seemed more like a 25-30 min wait (shop, look around at other stores while you wait), small quaint restaurant, food was good, omelette was cooked perfect, pancakes 🥞 are omg thick, definitely could only eat 1, biscuits thick as well, don't let your eyes be bigger than your stomach. Waitress, Felicia, was wonderful. Recommend for a visit.

Had a great lunchtime meal at the farmhouse today! We tried the BBQ pulled pork salad, coleslaw, cobbler for dessert, a chicken dish, plus drinks. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced also, coming to around $63 with tip which is very good value. Servers were also very polite and were quick on bringing our food. check this place out, it’s a lovely little restaurant :)

Step into a delightful time capsule at Jackie B. Goode's Uptown Cafe and Dinner Theater, where the charm of the 1950s comes alive! This retro diner is not just about savoring mouthwatering American comfort food; it also serves up an array of live entertainment that will keep you tapping your toes. With a menu featuring everything from perfectly cooked prime rib to indulgent hot fudge sundaes, there's something for every palate.
We tried this place for a late lunch and were greeted right away and then seated. Paul our server took our drink orders right away. When he returned he got our food order. We ordered the Elvis sampler with Fried Green Beans, Fried Onion Rings and Fried Mushrooms. They were all cooked to perfection and so tasty. I ordered the Country Fried Steak with Fried Pickles and Mac and Cheese, my partner ordered The Bucky Burger with Fries. The Country Fried Steak was cooked to perfection and so delicious. The Bucky Burger was perfectly cooked and very delicious. Our server Paul was very attentive. They have live performers come in and perform, while we were there they had Elvis. We found the restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. Will return again and again.

Our waitress tried to keep up but was really busy due to lack of staff. She was so swamped she did not get our order right, forgot our appetizers until the meal came out and food was luke warm. We asked to go ahead and get our salsa & Cheese dip to take to our hotel room and there was barely enough to cover one chip.

The atmosphere is fun, old, and comfortable. The service was kind but very slow. The food took a very long time to come out, and the place was not busy. The food came out and was over cooked and dry. I do believe this was a one off, and the only reason for a 4-star instead of a 3.

This was a great find in Branson ✨️ Stopped for a light lunch.Walk up to 50s themed restaurant. The decor was on point Waitress was fantastic her name was T❤️We had the pork tenderloin sandwich and homemade chips They have a great menu choice . Soft drinks and adult drinks are available. Ice cream of all types🍨 Plus live music 🎶 He was so good 👍 Would recommend this restaurant 😊💛

Definite yes! I had the Patti melt and fries and both were great. Wife had the hamburger and homemade chips. Burger was great, chips not so much. We shared fried mushrooms and they were very good. I had a milkshake and loved every drop. No entertainment going on while we were there but I hear it’s good. Great 50-60’s music while eating. 👍👍👍

If I wanted cheap cold food I would have gone to some fast food restaurant. The menu says chicken Fried steak was hand battered. It was frozen. Green beans, mashed potatoes and the white gravy was room temp at best. The beans had a 2 inch stem in it. The best thing about the food was the beer in the bottle. For a $52 lunch I expected much more. After complaining I had no manager visit. The waitress brought mine back heated in the microwave and didn't bring my wife's. She said the tables wasn't turned on. So everyone got cold food and food safety out the window. I had to pay up front with no one there to collect the money. I waited 4 minutes before someone saw me there. 4 min is a long time standing there . Never will I return to this restaurant. Beware you will be spending much more than its worth. Go to Mel's Hard Luck Diner instead. You won't be disappointed. We ate there the day before this place. Wish we gone back.

A little bit on the expensive side. Atmosphere was wonderful. So was the service. Hard to enjoy a $15+ Chilli dog. It was very good though.

Stopped here for a quick bite yesterday around 2pm. Got grilled cheese and tomato with broccoli cheddar soup. I'm very picky about soups as it's one of my favorite foods. The soup was excellent! Piping hot as it should be, creamy and flavorful. Sandwich had plenty of cheese and tomatoes. Lidia was our server and did an amazing job. We did not see the entertainment as it was during a slow time. I would definitely return and recommend this restaurant 👌

Black Oak Grill, situated at the Belk end of the Branson Landing, offers a blend of hearty Midwest dishes and burgers in a modern yet rustic setting. Guests can choose to dine indoors or on the enclosed patio with views over Lake Taneycomo. The restaurant takes pride in supporting local businesses by sourcing select ingredients from nearby establishments. Additionally, it boasts an impressive cocktail menu featuring classic drinks with a contemporary twist.
My husband and I stopped here for lunch while shopping at Branson Landing. We were seated immediately; and the service was friendly and attentive. I had the cheeseburger and it was cooked perfectly and was definitely one of the better burgers that I have had. My husband had the reuben sandwich and was definitely pleased. The atmosphere and decor was very nice with the exception of the big rip in my booth seat. Not a big deal, but if you don't keep up with repairs, it will start to become obvious. I always try to check restrooms and this one was spotless and in good repair. I would definitely recommend this establishment if visiting Branson Landing.

While looking for a place to eat while we were in Branson, we found Black Oak Grill. It was around 2:30 when we walked into the place, so the lunch rush was over by the time we arrived, and there were only a few parties seated at their tables. We had no wait for our seating. The waitress we had was very pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice and well decorated. The menu had a decent variety of things to get ranging from burgers, steak, sandwiches, fish, etc. The food didn't take too long to be brought out. The presentation was impressive, and the food smelled really good. My girlfriend got the Rosemary Grilled Chicken while I got the Chicken Fried Chicken with white gravy. Both were served with seasonable vegetables and mashed potatoes. The food was superb! We both shared a piece of our meal to try, and the Rosemary Grilled Chicken was so flavorful, well seasoned, and juicy. My girlfriend said it was some of the best grilled chicken she had ever had, and I can say I would tend to agree with her it was so amazing. The Chicken Fried Chicken was also very good. It was well cooked, tender, and juicy, and the breading was very crispy. The mashed potatoes with white gravy were very light and fluffy, and the flavor was on point. The vegetables were perfectly seasoned and very juicy as well. Overall, our experience there was great! Totally recommend giving it a try.

There are no vegetarian items listen on the menu though a couple are. You can order sides only if you ask. Did listen and write down food allergy issues, and the server was attentive to the concerns when making the order. Food was just dropped off and left without a word or even a look. Service was OK, and the server was friendly, but did not check on the table often, and it was hard to get the bill to leave and order a dessert to go. Thankfully, i did not have issues with food after they dropped it off. My friend was happy with her salmon and carrot cake. I had 6 items to choose from, 4 of which were not on the menu. The space is beautiful and in a great location.

Decided to stop in for lunch while walking the boardwalk. We were seated quickly, and our waiter was excellent with serving us from the time we sat down to the time we left. The prices are very reasonable, and the portion sizes is great. I ordered a ceaser salad and the BBQ mac and cheese, delicious 😋. I'll definitely visit again if I need some quick lunch.

Very nice place. I had grilled meatloaf. It was an individual loaf that really had been grilled. It came with a tasty marinara sauce on top. The broccoli had no seasoning or butter, but I guess that’s understandable. It was cooked right. Interior is nice and service was good.

Our family group was there for lunch and all were satisfied with their meal - mainly burgers and fries that were prepared well. It is walking access, about a block from the Branson Landing parking lot. One big plus was that it has a deck overlooking Lake Taneycomo and just a stone throw away from the water.

Branson Cafe, the oldest restaurant in Branson established in 1910, is a beloved spot for locals and tourists alike. This family-run diner offers traditional homestyle meals at affordable prices. The cozy space with quirky decor adds to its charm. The menu features a variety of options including sandwiches, burgers, chicken, and meatloaf for breakfast, brunch, and lunch.
Another trip to see the daughter unit perform in Branson, another trip out to eat lunch. Mrs HB tracked down a very convenient place for us called the Branson Cafe. It was very good. First, the problems... the daughter's sausage patties were WAY over cooked and the amount of beef I got on the Open Faced Beef plate was a little lacking. But, that was it. Everything else was AMAZING! Our server was great! And just look at the Cinnamon Roll we brought home!!! And, I have to give them total credit for keeping a positive attitude with the entire street in front of their building totally destroyed right now. If you are in Branson, and you are looking for some great American food, find some parking and go to the Branson Cafe.

Cute little Cafe in downtown old branson with wonderful friendly serves with a smile 😊 Kathleen was our waitress and she was very prompt with keeping our drinks filled and always with a smile! They were very busy with brunch but we didn't have to wait on a table at all with a group of five. Our food came out fast and it was very delicious and fresh. We had a lot on our plate as well with all reasonably priced which we just loved that too☺️ my husband and I had veggie omelets with hadhbrowns. We didn't want a biscuits so we got a pancake instead with no additional cost. My grandson for a Ruben with okra and my other grandson got chicken with waffles. My daughter got homemade chicken salad sandwich with a delicious fresh coleslaw . We had enjoyed our meals and left full and happy!!!

Went after recommendation from someone else, my husbands meatloaf was delicious! Chicken fried chicken was okay as was the chicken fried steak. My daughter loved her cheeseburger and fries. The gravy was lumpy but had flavor. Our rolls weren’t warm and were hard, no flavor from the one bite. So the cinnamon roll, looked amazing!!! The icing was delicious but the dough had almost no cinnamon rolled in! Needed warmed as well. Our waitress Kathleen was very helpful. Overall was okay but nothing I’m adding to my favorite places to eat.

You’ll be treated like family! If you’re looking for the classic diner experience with high quality food, this is the place! You’ll feel like home and if you’re lucky you’ll get to meet one of the women who own and operate the place. Sandra’s probably in the kitchen. And get there early for Memaw’s famous homemade cinnamon rolls that are the size of a large plate! I ordered breakfast with biscuit, gravy, eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns. It did not disappoint! I love the place so much, I came back for lunch, the hand-pattied burger was delicious! Keep in mind, this is a dine-in diner, no takeout. My only other heads up is compromised wheelchair accessibility. It’s an old building and not easy to navigate with a wheelchair, especially the bathroom, which is toward the back of the kitchen. Please plan ahead if you or anybody in your party has a wheelchair. Besides the delicious family recipes, my favorite thing about the Branson Café is it’s female owned and operated, these ladies are carrying on a local tradition, a staple in downtown Branson. Check it out for yourself!

We visit Branson about every other weekend and have never eaten here at the Branson Cafe, so we tried it this morning. We walked in the door and there’s no one at the counter. We are seen by at least 5 waitresses, but not greeted, no we will be right with you, just stares. After several minutes, one came up and asked two, and seated us, that’s a win considering there was no long wait after being ignored. Placed our order, coffee was hot and good, omelets were great and no problems, came very quickly considering the morning crowd. This is a small restaurant and the noise level is a little high, but nice. I would at least have wait staff acknowledge customers as they come in, with we will be right with you. Prices are not horrible, but 8.49 for one egg? That’s a little much.

Hubby and I split a breakfast and it was plenty of food for us. Our waitress was very friendly and we loved the atmosphere. The biscuit was my favorite ❤️ too bad hubby had just started his no bread diet 😂

The food was delicious. Large portions in an old style café. The waitress was so kind, helpful and sweet. She made the meal memorable and fun. Note the café is small and busy. We didn't have to wait but I used a walker and it was tight to get around. The day was super hot outside and the door opening so often along with a packed café made the temperature inside a bit on yhe warm side. The food and kindness made that minor inconvenience less burdensome. Parking is on the street but was not hard to find. My advice go. Enjoy.

First time eating here and it was amazing. Great waiter! Was checked on several times but not obnoxious. Manager stopped by and checked to make sure everything was satisfactory. I forgot to take a picture of our meal of baby back ribs with asparagus and ribeye steak with fries but we all know what those look like! The taste is what matters. This meal was so huge that we were privileged to have had leftovers to take home. Very good.

I have traveled the 50 states for work for the past 10 years… NO establishment caters to their FOOD as Saltgrass. So many places have ratings and make claims… NOT A CHANCE… I’m moving to Missouri just to be closer to this restaurant lol 🤣 Branson is magical and the atmosphere in Saltgrass capitalizes off that effect. By being right on the rivers edge you can feel the breeze, glimpse the fountain, witness people partaking in water activities, and ultimately feel like family. Even each veggie dish is specialized and it’s obvious to taste that Saltgrass Steakhouse is legendary.

We went for my birthday dinner. The t-bone steak was incredibly tender and delicious. The smoked mac n cheese was something I didn't realize that I needed. We had the queso dip with brisket for an appetizer and it was amazing. We finally topped everything off with some delectable pumpkin cheesecake. From the wait staff to the view of the lake to finally the delicious food, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Branson, Smith Creek Moonshine is a delightful fusion of tradition and innovation. This unique venue not only serves as a moonshine-tasting haven but also boasts an inviting dining experience featuring creative burgers that are hard to resist. The charming ambiance is highlighted by a classic pickup truck prominently displayed in the dining area, adding to its rustic charm.
I had the fried chicken sandwich with Buffalo sauce, and it was delicious for a fried food spot. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the Buffalo sauce added a perfect tangy heat. It reminded me of a classic bar-type place—simple, hearty food with a cozy vibe. What really stood out was the quick service and their unique touch of offering free moonshine samples to try. That unexpected detail made the experience even more memorable. Combined with the great flavor, fast service, and nostalgic bar-like atmosphere, it’s an easy 5-star rating from me.
Jeremy G — Google review
Well, we started with the wine tasting. All of the wines were very good. They easily convinced us to buy two. The red and the peach. On to the Moonshine store. Oh my! So many flavors. We again were easily persuaded into buying 3 get one free 😂 after the tasting hosted by Brandon. We chose watermelon, pumpkin, regular moonshine, and we honestly can’t remember the other flavor but we finished it first - it was that good! Then we had their delicious hamburgers and okra from the grill. The venues were very clean, inviting, and the staff were all great!

This place is wonderful! The Moonshine experience is awesome pretty unique you basically try every single flavor of Moonshine for free, my Favorite was the coffee Moonshine, and the Bloody Mary ! Start your day at Billy Gail's at Branson Mill, a beloved eatery with three locations in the Ozarks. Known for its mouthwatering breakfast options, this Branson institution offers tempting specialties like pecan, peanut butter, or chocolate chip pancakes and iconic Monte Cristo Sandwiches made with their famous billion-dollar bacon. The restaurant also serves delicious lunch items and is conveniently located near the Silver Dollar City theme park.
What a fun place to eat! We were advised NOT to order additional pancakes. Why, you might ask? They're 14"round! Hubby and I shared the Billy's Belly Buster and shared it. It was 3eggs, 2 thick sliced bacon, a mountain of scrumptious breakfast potatoes, a huge biscuit, and 2 pizza-sized pancakes. The food was amazing, pancakes were fluffy and full of the chocolate chips we added for $2, and the 🥓 was crispy as ordered. Our server, Vicki, was very attentive and friendly. It was our first meal in Branson, and we expect to see them again before we leave. Thank you for offering such great quality.

We loved this location of Billy Gail’s in Branson (the other location on 265 was very busy and has limited gravel parking). No wait and definitely a fun place to eat - with tons of fun hillbilly, outdoor type decor. The reason we came was THE FOOD, and it didn’t disappoint. My son ordered the chicken and pancake breakfast and I’ve never seen a breaded chicken breast that big. The biscuits and gravy were really good, and the French toast was fluffy and perfectly cooked. The pancakes and portions are HUGE - come hungry and take leftovers home! Our server did a great job and overall a fun and tummy satisfying breakfast out! Highly recommend. We WILL come back here next time we’re in Branson for sure!!!!

One of my favorite restaurants in our area! (I'm a local.) The decor is so fun and cool here, and don't even get me started with the food. The pancakes are as good as they say, and the Billion Dollar Bacon lives up to its name. Also their portions are chumongous (yes, I spelled that right). I got the Belly Buster Breakfast and I had to take home two boxes. TWO BOXES! If you're in the area and looking for a restaurant, please come here. Hiiiiiighly recommend.

Luckily we got there early because when we left there was a huge line.. Why was her a huge line because this place is awesome! Super cool atmosphere the service staff was unbelievable She stopped and checked in numerous times kept my wife's coffee full.. food came quick It was hot and delicious!!! Portions were very large fairly priced eggs were cooked perfectly!! The omelette was the spot on! like I said delicious!! check out those pictures I took! I think we found a great place for breakfast! But I'm guessing lunch and dinner would be awesome here too I will be finding out we'll be back.

The service here is amazing. Food was hot and fast! The sweet cream pancakes were undescribably delicious. My husband and I thought we'd share one..ha we barely made a dent in them. The eggs were cooked perfectly and so was the bacon. The biscuits were also delicious. I'd probably steer clear of the gravy and hash browns. They left a lot to be desired. However, we will definitely be back when we're in the area...that tenderloin is calling my name!
Heidi F — Google review
Went at 8am had to wait around 20 mins for a table. The service was a bit slow but understandable due to the overwhelming amount of customers they had to serve. Once we ordered the food came 5 - 10mins after. Highly recommend the billion dollar bacon, it's sweet and has a nice texture. The pancake is no joke either, 14inch is huge i have no idea how people eat all it. The cheesy hash brown is also amazing.
Talisa C — Google review
This placed was packed, must be a sign of a good place to eat-well, not exactly. People were very friendly, but food was just so-so to me. Waiter was very attentive and friendly, food came out very quick…but…everything was just barely warm. Notice the butter on that huge pancake, it wasn’t even warm enough for it to melt even a little, it was dry and to be honest unevenly cooked and dry. We specifically asked for extra, extra crispy bacon, while it wasn’t still squealing, it was far from even slightly crisp. Now the French toast was amazing, could taste the vanilla for sure. It’s a one and done for me, I wouldn’t go back.
L B — Google review
We had the best breakfast here this morning! I was 100% intrigued by the 14 inch pancake. I ordered that with pecans and eggs and sausage. I was planning to dominate the plate and I just couldn’t get through it. It was so good. I had coffee which was delicious. My husband got the million dollar bacon omelette, which he said was really good. It came with sourdough toast. He also had coffee. We had the very best waitress ever. Her name is Sophia. She is so sweet and so nice and we got such a good service. I want to go back and see her someday. Since my birthday is next Saturday, one week away, and they have the most amazing looking German chocolate cake in their cake case, I ordered a piece of German chocolate cake to go. I’m so excited for it. Restaurant was busy but we did not find a lack of service or feel rushed or anything. It was great. We’ll definitely go back. My husband wishes they had cinnamon rolls. 😅

The Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks offers refined suites with balconies and fireplaces, providing a polished hotel experience. The Farm to Table aspect ensures that the menu features the freshest ingredients for a delightful dining experience. Situated on the college campus, students serve in various capacities, including as servers in Dobyns Dining Room and at the Front Desk, Bakery, and Nettie Maries Creamery.
I have a son who graduated from College of the Ozarks - Hard Work U. And it's not just a slogan. And now my future daughter in law is also graduating from their nursing program. I know this post is for the Keeter Center - but it's run by C of O students and your experience here will prove why this college is such a magnificent educational experience. Service and facilities are absolutely top notch here. We stayed in the Loft Suites and everything was immaculately maintained. Stunningly decorated in rustic style with exposed timbers, wild edge trim. I felt like I was staying at an expensive ski resort. Clean, highly maintained. Attention to detail. Worth every single penny. We splurged for the bed and breakfast stay. They brought a full service breakfast made to order in the morning. Staff are friendly, courteous, professional. These young men and women are not just pursuing an education. They are learning about life. The intangibles you can't teach in a classroom. Why? Because they work their way through their entire college experience. This includes the staff at the Keeter Center/Mabee Lodge. We were thrilled by our experience. And the staff are to be congratulated - particularly the faculty who are teaching our young people here. It's easy to find lots of negativity in the news stories of the day. Makes one doubt the future of our culture. If you visit C of O, and particularly this fine facility, you will have your faith in our future restored.

So many family vacation memories at the Restaurant. Every meal is absolutely amazing. Almost everything is “farm to table”. An all time favorite place to ear when we go to Branson. Dessert is a must!! (We have not stayed at the Lodge.)

We ate dinner. We have eaten here many times. The service is always excellent. The location is fine. On this particular evening, I, for the first time, ordered the Kansas Strip steak. I asked for medium well, and it was cooked properly. However, the quality of the steak was inferior, and should not have been served at this restaurant. Especially given the price, I should have had a much better quality steak. It was full of fat and gristle, and very difficult to cut. I was wasn’t even given a steak knife. I couldn’t even finish it. I have come to expect better things from the Keeter center. I don’t know if they’re getting the steak from their own herds or not, but they need to serve better quality beef. I’m sorry to have needed to post this negative review. Overall, I’m very happy at the Keeter Center, and I love the kids. Nonetheless, given the price, especially, I should have been served a much better quality steak.

Dinner was an absolute dream! If you ever find yourself in Branson, Missouri, I highly recommend a visit to Dobyns Dining at The Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks. It's an experience you won't want to miss, where college students prepare and serve some of the most mouthwatering meals you could ever imagine. The farm-to-table concept offers fresh, flavorful dishes that delight the palate with a symphony of tastes, and the student service is both warm and personable, making it a truly unforgettable experience. The atmosphere is lively, and the setting features beautifully crafted woodwork, reminiscent of a grand lodge. It’s the perfect spot for a date night! Be sure to ask for London from Indiana! She was wonderful!

As new locals, this was our first visit after hearing great things from friends and reviews. We came in with high hopes! We started with the charcuterie board. Overall, it was good, the cheeses were nice, though not outstanding. There were a couple of grey pieces of meat we chose not to eat, but everything else on the board was delicious. Next came the bread. I’m gluten-free, and I have to say the rolls were some of the best gluten-free bread I’ve ever had! My husband loved his regular bread too. Big win there. For my meal, I ordered the gluten-free Ketter Club. At first, they accidentally brought out the non-gluten-free version, but thankfully they caught it before setting it down. When my gluten-free sandwich arrived, I immediately noticed the bun looked hard and unfortunately, it was more like a rock. Honestly, no one could’ve bitten into it. I told our waitress, and she kindly offered to have a new one made, but since we had already been there for over two hours, I just ate the turkey and cheese without the bun. My side of fruit was a bit disappointing too, with about a quarter of it being mushy. We did share the gluten-free carrot cake at the end, which was fantastic! My husband also really enjoyed his meal, so it wasn’t all bad. Service was friendly and attentive throughout, which we appreciated. All in all, for the price, I expected a bit better consistency, especially with the gluten-free items. We’ll likely give it another try before bringing out-of-town guests, but I hope management takes reviews like this to heart. There’s so much potential here, and a few tweaks could really elevate the experience.

Amazing experience staying in the Prime Minister Suite for a week. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, food was delicious and the service was top notch. The Sunday brunch was amazing and so were the other multiple meals we ate in the restaurant for lunch and/or dinner. The coffee/tea/drink station for the lodging guests was really great and included some delicious goodies to enjoy while reading on a comfy couch or playing a game with your loved one. Beautiful view of campus and the surrounding area out our back deck and a great location to any and all the Branson attractions. The turn down service every night with HUGE cookies and fresh milk was a perfect way to end a day. We just can't say enough good things about our experience staying and eating here at the Keeter Center. Hard Work U is achieving a really high standard in quality and service.

$45 for a steak. Had to send back as ordered med rare &was served well done. Two at our table ordered the salmon based on the server’s rec. Tasted fishy and husband was not feeling well after eating. And… there was no butter as they ran out, so dry rolls and no butter for potatoes. Such a shame as we support the students but there needs to be more supervision. Service was very good.

Whether you're looking for a romantic date spot or a top-notch seafood restaurant for a family dinner, "Landry's Seafood House" offers authentic flavors and exquisite dishes.
Wait staff are attentive without being pushy. No feeling of being rushed. We started with Patron margaritas...not in margarita glasses...a disappointment... but good. Food was absolutely amazing. I had the stuffed flounder which was melt in your mouth with fantastic flavor. My friend had the planked salmon also wonderful. Appetizers looked great but we opted to share the cinnamon bread pudding which was served with a scoop of ice cream. Trust me...it was large and yummy and definitely share size! It was a special treat, not inexpensive but definitely worth the price for both the food and service.

Got a 10% off from our hotel. Went in for dinner as it was next door, and experience was good. Food was average and didn’t live up to the sticker price, but overall satisfactory. Drink was phenomenal though, actually better than the food, sadly.. Service was top notch. Our server at the bar was very friendly and helpful! It was our least favorite food eatery thus far in Branson. Still, conveniently located and we just walked down to it!

What an amazing dining experience! We were promptly seated and warmly greeted by Kevin, who took excellent care of us throughout the evening. His attentive service truly elevated our visit and made the night special. The food was absolutely outstanding! I ordered the snow crab with a house salad, and I have to say—they were the best, most perfectly cooked crabs I’ve ever had. My dad went with the blackened swordfish and was equally impressed. Every bite was flavorful and expertly prepared. To top it off, we shared the bread pudding and the key lime pie for dessert—both were phenomenal. The bread pudding was rich and comforting, and the key lime pie had the perfect balance of tangy and sweet. We highly recommend Landry’s to anyone looking for top-notch seafood and exceptional service. And when you go—ask for Kevin! We’ll definitely be back soon!

One of the best "fine" dinners in Branson. Cool place with an upscale feel, lots of menu options. Clam chowder is worthy but strong on the bacon flavor, good wedge salad and the stuffed, bacon wrapped shrimp was the winner and came highly recommended. Great stop in the heart of the strip.

The food was very good. The calamari with the sauce was amazing the best thing we had. My Dad’s snow crab was a little sour but he ate it. Danny was our server and he did a very good job. I wish him lots of luck at his new job!

The food wasn't worth the price. Must admit I was very disappointed. The service was slow... lobster was overcooked... and our server was subpar. We actually wanted a dessert but she didn't ask... just offered to bring the check as of she was ready to leave.

My husband and I were able to reserve a table at Landry’s through the OpenTable app which was quick and convenient. We were able to mention that we were honeymooning in the app and upon arrival we were seated immediately, and congratulated on our recent marriage! That was sweet & meant a lot. To start we ordered two peach sangria’s which were not too sweet, nor too bitter- they were PERFECT! My husband ordered us 12 half shell oysters and fried calamari as appetizers. We loved them! The oysters came with little forks, a small dish of horseradish, as well as cocktail sauce & hot sauce to spice up the oysters. The fried calamari wasn’t greasy and was just the right amount portion wise for the two of us. Our appetizers were both delicious! We also ordered the two chefs recommended citrus salmon & blackened swordfish. Both were great & they were plated beautifully. Our server Ms. Mary Hannah was a delight, providing great service to us as well as local recommendations upon request. She wowed us with intentional decorum. Lastly, we were gifted a bread pudding desert on the house to celebrate our honeymoon! What a treat. Thank you for making this stop on our honeymoon so special! Should we find ourselves in Branson again we will come back and ask for Ms. Hannah by name!

White River Fish House is a charming, lodge-style restaurant located along the shore of Lake Taneycomo and the famous White River in the Ozarks. Voted as one of the best seafood restaurants in Branson, it offers hearty country cooking with a focus on seafood dishes. The historic floating eatery provides stunning water views and is a popular spot for locals arriving by boat.
Went here with my grandma, it is her favorite and a very nostalgic restaurant for her. We enjoyed gator bites to start, which were very good along with the sauce that came with it. I got white fish with a creamy sauce with shrimp (do not remember the name but it was delicious!!!) The broccoli and mashed potatoes that I got as my sides were so good. The vines were so cozy and cabin like. It was warm and inviting. Our server was very kind and we even had a good conversation about our stay and events nearby.

The location of this restaurant (next to Bass Pro Shop and on a Barge) is really nice. It looks over the river and we even got to watch the zip liners go. The biscuits at the start were really good. The main food was decent. I got fish and it was ok. The cobbler at the end was fantastic though. For a nice view and a decent meal, this works.

Very appealing and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Our server was Ariana. She did a great job. Very attentive. I got the fish and chips and my wife got the bacon wrapped shrimp. We like both. The broccoli was steamed just right and the rice was really good along with the bacon-wrapped shrimp.

Our group of 35 was traveling with Diamond Tours and one of our stops was the fish house. The atmosphere was amazing, the service was awesome the only downside is our food was either luke warm or on the cooler side. However everyone was still happy over all.

The White River Fish House was a fantastic dining experience. The rustic atmosphere with river views set the perfect backdrop for a great meal. Service was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The food was excellent. The salmon and mahi-mahi were both fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. Easily better than what we’ve had at Top of the Rock Restaurant. What really stood out was the hospitality. The manager even came by to personally celebrate and feed the birthday guest — a memorable and fun touch that made the evening extra special. Highly recommend White River Fish House for both the food and the exceptional service.

Billy Bob's Dairy Land is a retro-style diner located on the Strip near Dolly Parton's Stampede in Branson. This casual dining spot offers a nostalgic atmosphere and serves up delicious burgers, crispy onion rings, and mouthwatering milkshakes. The restaurant also features dog-friendly outdoor tables, making it a great place to enjoy some classic American diner fare with your furry friend.
Billy Bob’s Dairy Land is such a fun place. It’s small but don’t let that fool you. The food is great (real ingredients) and service is spectacular! Another diner suggested requesting caramel for the sweet potato fries. They will do this if you ask and yum! Make sure you save room for those little pies they have. Sorry, we had it gone before we thought about the picture so you’ll have to trust me on that one. We will be making this a regular stop every time we’re in Branson. There are many pie flavors for us to try!

Great food tucked in the heart of the Branson Strip. Kid favorite: burgers, grilled cheese and shakes. All were great! You will pay Branson prices, but it is worth it. Cash or check only. ATM is in the back. 4 stars for atmosphere, the jukebox music was low and we were not greeted when we walked in. We had to ask if we could take the open table. The servers were lovely, but also mixed up who was meant to wait on us so we waited longer than others that came in after us. We were not in a hurry so it didnt bother us, but I could see how it would bother some. All in all it is a great little spot to get some American grub with good shakes.

What a delightful experience!! The owners were friendly and personable. The servers were so helpful and accommodating. The burgers were hand made, half pound beef. I'm so excited to have finally stopped here. We WILL be back.

Great little place with awesome food. The double cheeseburger we ordered was huge and the chili cheese dog was amazing! Service was great also! We left so full that we didn't have room for dessert unfortunately so I cant review that. I would highly advise anyone in the area to stop by!

Met some friends here and had my pup with me. We ordered and ate outside at some picnic tables located in front of the restaurant. Had a variety of choices, I had the single hamburger, we had the footlong corndog and the footlong chili cheese hotdog. Fries, onion rings and tots. A couple of shakes also. They brought our drinks, food, condiments and paper towels out to us. Even brought my pup a small cup of ice cream. NOTE: At no time was my pup inside the restaurant. So don't get upset at the restaurant. Service was fantastic, food was excellent and was happy they let my pup be outside with me.

Buyer beware! But this is a good thing- my hubby got a double cheeseburger without knowing a single is a half pound patty! He took one patty off to take home! Delicious! The fries were nothing special like the burger though. Also the name is misleading. If we had known a “dairy land” had such good burgers we would have come here years ago! The locals obviously know. The place was packed for being 1/2 hour before closing time and most of them knew each other. We will be back. :)

Burgers are massive and a true value for the price! You'll want to split a double between two people. Fries were perfectly crispy and the banana split was massive and delicious. Remember to bring your cash (no cards accepted), and you won't be disappointed!

Visitors can enjoy prompt seating during off-peak hours like mid-afternoon and savor delicious meals served by attentive staff.
The restaurant was really nice, clean, and well decorated. The place was pretty packed, so it did take a little while to get our food. But... it came out hot, fresh, and tasty. The prices aren't ridiculous, but expect to pay $10-$20 per person. The wait staff was nice, kept glasses full, and took the order well. All in all, we had a good experience and would come back.

We were visiting from New York and stopped into Cracker Barrel for a bite and what we got was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had anywhere, all thanks to our incredible server, Will. From the moment we sat down, Will made us feel like regulars. He asked for our names, remembered them, and even took our entire order without writing a single thing down — and got everything exactly right! His warm, personable service truly stood out, and it felt like we were being taken care of by an old friend. Will was attentive without being overbearing, always one step ahead, and had a great sense of humor that made the whole experience fun and memorable. The food itself was delicious classic Cracker Barrel comfort dishes that hit the spot — but it was Will who made this stop exceptional. He’s the kind of server who elevates the entire meal, and we honestly wish we could bring him back to New York with us. If you’re lucky enough to be seated in his section, you’re in for a real treat!

Golden Corral is a family-friendly buffet chain offering all-you-can-eat American cuisine, along with salad and dessert bars. With over 200 items, including more than 20 entrees and a variety of international dishes such as American, Italian, Oriental, and Mexican, there's something to satisfy every palate.
We stopped by the Golden Corral on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway around 2:30 PM and, at first, we were a little unsure—there weren’t many cars in the lot, and we wondered if the food would be just okay. But wow, it completely exceeded our expectations. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful. The fish was fresh, and everything we tried—from sides to entrées—was delicious and well-prepared. The buffet was fully stocked and hot the whole time. Honestly, the variety and taste reminded me of a cruise ship buffet—but even better. While taking a few photos for a review, the manager noticed and approached me. I explained I wasn’t doing anything shady—just capturing the experience—and we ended up having a great, friendly conversation. Super down-to-earth and professional. Our server, Eartha, was amazing—warm, calm, and incredibly kind. She really added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our meal. By the time we were leaving around 5:50 PM, the entrance line was out the door, which just shows how popular this location is. If you’re in Branson and looking for a solid buffet experience, this Golden Corral is definitely worth it.

Sure! Here's a long, positive review for Golden Corral: 5 Stars – A Family Favorite That Never Disappoints! Golden Corral continues to be one of our top go-to spots when we’re craving a hearty, satisfying meal that feels both indulgent and comforting. Whether we’re celebrating a special occasion or just want an easy dinner with a wide variety of options, this place delivers every single time. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly, welcoming staff who make the dining experience pleasant and hassle-free. The check-in process is smooth, the tables are always clean and ready quickly, and the team does a great job of keeping things running efficiently—even during peak hours. The servers are attentive without hovering, and they consistently check in to refill drinks and clear plates, always with a smile. Now let’s talk about the food—Golden Corral is a buffet lover’s paradise. The sheer variety is impressive, and the quality has always exceeded expectations. From classic comfort foods like fried chicken, pot roast, and mashed potatoes, to more health-conscious options like fresh salads, grilled meats, and steamed vegetables, there truly is something for everyone. My personal favorites include the buttery yeast rolls (seriously addictive), the juicy carved meats, and the rotating selection of home-style casseroles. The grill station is a standout feature—steak cooked to your preference, burgers, grilled chicken—it adds a made-to-order feel that elevates the buffet experience. And let’s not forget the dessert bar: a dream for anyone with a sweet tooth. From soft-serve ice cream and warm brownies to fruit cobblers and pies, it’s nearly impossible to leave without a sweet treat (or three). What I also appreciate is the family-friendly atmosphere. It’s a place where you can bring kids, grandparents, picky eaters, and adventurous foodies—and everyone walks away satisfied. The casual setting and comfortable seating make it a great spot for both quick meals and longer, leisurely dinners. Cleanliness is clearly a priority, too. Staff are constantly tidying up, wiping down surfaces, and keeping the buffet lines stocked and organized. Even with a large crowd, things always feel well-maintained. Overall, Golden Corral offers excellent value for the price. You get an endless selection of delicious food, warm service, and a welcoming environment—all for a very reasonable cost. It’s one of those rare places where quantity and quality truly go hand in hand. If you haven’t been in a while, I highly recommend giving this specific Golden Corral a visit—you might be surprised at just how much they have to offer.

The vegetables at the salad bar were fresh and the steak was really good. The rest was exactly how you would imagine buffet food to be-something for everyone. All the staff was like that even though it was extremely busy no one seemed stressed out or abrasive, I will be going back when I am in branson because the vibes were good and the food I got was fresh.

The food was sooo good, I had the burnt ends and they were delicious, super tender. The beans were great and the cornbread was some of the best I've ever had. The food was great. Had the lunch Georgia chopped pork with famous fries. The portion was perfect size for lunch. Chopped pork very tender & fries were good. Famous Becky was our server. She was the best!! Great personality & made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for Great food & service.

Full disclosure, Famous Dave’s is my favorite restaurant. So much so, on our trip to Eureka Springs, we went to Branson specifically to go here. This location was just as good as others I’ve been to. The staff was friendly and service was prompt. We always get the Feast but I also had to get Dave’s Ultimate burger as you won’t find a better burger anywhere. If you’ve never been to a Famous Dave’s, go now!

I got the BBQ Nachos (with Shredded Chicken) and man o' man! Their amazing, some of the best Nachos I've ever had! And the cornbread muffins, the consistency feels like cake! It tastes so good 😋 not to mention we got our food within 10 - 15 minutes!

Hook & Ladder Pizza is a family-friendly Italian restaurant and pizza place located in downtown Hollister, Missouri. The firehouse-themed decor adds to the unique dining experience. The menu features specialty pies, including options like taco pizza, all made with fresh crusts and sauces prepared every morning. In addition to pizzas, they offer calzones, subs, pasta dishes, soups, salads, and daily specials.
Talk about an awesome little place. Service was amazing. The pizza was outstanding! Crust was done perfectly. All the toppings were fresh and tasted better than any I’ve had in a long time. The toasted ravioli for the appetizer was good and you can tell the sauce was fresh and homemade. It was fairly busy but we still got all our food in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely come back every time I’m in the area!

After hearing great things about Hook & Ladder Pizza, the family decided to stop in. I'm certainly glad we did. The location is really cool with a great vibe, the service was top notch, and the food was very tasty with BIG portion sizes. We will definitely be going back.

If you have anything to do with fire fighting this place is the spot! Food was good, cheesy breadsticks were amazing, pizza was about average for pepperoni. Son loved trying on the gear.

I had the supreme sub and it was delicious! The wife had a peperoni pizza and we shared the garlic parmesan boneless wings, amazing! Really cool inside with police and fire department patches from all over the country!! Definitely go there for great chow!!

Hooks and Ladders Pizza & Subs is absolutely fantastic! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Their pizzas are perfectly baked with generous toppings, and the subs are packed with quality ingredients. You can really taste the difference that comes from a locally owned restaurant that takes pride in what they serve. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, Hooks and Ladders never disappoints! Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and great people.

The inside is so fun! It's so cool to look at with Littles and see the art. It's also fun to see all the badges on the walls. The inside it perfectly lit, not bright or dark. It's also a very comfortable space to eat and sit in. I would recommend!!

Joe's Crab Shack, located in Branson Landing, offers a wide selection of seafood favorites from various coasts and seas. The menu features seafood buckets, fried shrimp platters, fish dishes, steaks, sandwiches, and chicken. With its generous portions and mouthwatering flavors in a laid-back atmosphere with large windows and an open-air patio overlooking Lake Taneycomo, it's the perfect spot for both kids and adults to enjoy delicious seafood while taking in the beautiful view.
What a beautiful view of the lake. It was nice to be able to eat in such a calm atmosphere. The food was fantastic and so was the service. We are also Landry Select members so our meal was free from all the points. Can't beat that.

Seated on the deck overlooking the calm water on a sunny day. Audrey took amazing care of us. She knows what she’s doing! The app sampler was delicious and their drink menu is fun! The firecracker balls were a crowd fave. We ordered two seafood boils with captains secret sauce—it fed all 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids). Birthday boy at the table next to us was serenaded while he galloped around on a stick horse. Adorable!

I absolutely loved the food!! Also the waiter was so nice and really helpful! The only complaint that I have is that in my Crab and Shrimp Dip there was a small fiber I'm guessing from a shirt or smthn but like I said absolutely delicious and I ordered the Joe's Sampler. ☺️👍

10 star!! Delicious food. Get the crab and shrimp app or the sampler platter as the balls of fire are the bomb too. We had such a good time and great server! Went on Friday afternoon and I don’t remember the server’s name but she was great. We are the couple that told her we were getting married Saturday!

We could have had the best time here but today fell short. Our server did not pay attention to us from start to finish. She was nicer to tables around us. Please don’t question what someone orders first of all. If I hate it, it is my fault. Also, should you not give fresh drink when our food comes out? Also, if I want my boil bag to keep heat in please don’t be mad. You also gave us our check, it showed 2 seafood boils and no drinks even though we had drinks. You actually never offered dessert menu. We had to ask for more drinks. Then once you ran my card the new receipt showed drinks. I would have tipped better but today not great service and a little attitude we didn’t order.

OMG where to begin...So first things first, this used to be one of our go-to spots when we came to Branson. Not anymore. I realize inflation is around and with the current economic uncertainties it's hard on restaurants, but.... Jacking the prices of your items upwards 30% while reducing portions and removing items from recipes is just wrong. Every time I've ever been in a Joe's, i've gotten a steam pot -- the largest one on the menu at that. It used to come with a healthy portion of legs and claws, potatoes, corn, and some shrimp. Now, I got a corn cob with kernels missing, a few legs and 1 claw. A few of the legs were inedible as they had no meat in them, and the shrimp was nasty -- it needed deveined amongst other things. Oh, and it didn't even come in a pot! They brought out a plate, cut open a plastic bag, dumped the contents on the plate and handed it to me. I mean, I get table service but not with a tacky plastic bag. And it wasn't just my dish we had a problem with. My daughter ordered the boiled shrimp appetizer. over 60% of her shrimp were black on the bottom and over 80% needed deveined. We sent it back and they brought another one that was 20% black and 60% needing deveined. We sent that back too. Service was fine, although after telling the hostess we dont want to be by a bunch of children she proceeded to surround us with the little noisemakers, but hey... So what used to be our go-to spot has turned into a sour spot. We will give it another try someday in the future -- you know, give them time to work through this mess -- but likely not anytime soon. For the prices we paid, we should have walked out full and happy. For us, we left with 2 empty stomachs and a pissed off dad.

Hungry Hunter Restaurant is a cozy American diner-style eatery known for its massive pancakes and family-friendly atmosphere. The homely decor and affordable menu make it an ideal spot for a comforting breakfast before starting your day. Located near State Park Marina, the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating options, perfect for enjoying a sunny morning with generous portion sizes.
This place is a MUST GO when in or near the Branson, Missouri area. They have amazing food, and most things are made from scratch including their bread items. So far, there isn't anything on the breakfast menu that I haven't enjoyed. All the meals are reasonably priced and the amount of food you receive is well worth the money. Additionally, all the staff is wonderful and treats you like family. We've gone once a year for 3 years (we live 9+ hours away) and they have remembered us. We love this place so much we have bought their merchandise (T-shirts, coffee and magnets) and follow them on Facebook. Our kids talk about Hungry Hunter year round and we constantly compare other establishments to this place.

Great local restaurant! Friendly and welcoming staff. Food was EXCELLENT!! Very good!! And the place is clean place too! We will be back next time we’re in Branson!! Prices are reasonable. We would choose Hungry Hunter over Billy Gail’s ANY DAY!! French toast is homemade, omelets are huge and delicious, hash browns are cooked just right, bacon is delicious. Pancakes are huge so bring your appetite!!! We were told the wait would be about an hour but we didn’t even wait that long, probably only waited about 30 minutes. They’re fast but GOOD FOOD!!!!

Fantastic Breakfast Find! We stopped in while on vacation and found this gem through Apple Maps while searching for breakfast. What a surprise! I ordered the cheese omelette, and it was hands-down the best omelette I’ve ever had. The sausage links were incredibly flavorful—some of the best meat I’ve tasted. The cinnamon rolls looked absolutely delicious, but we didn’t save room—next time for sure! Highly recommend this spot for a satisfying and memorable breakfast. A fantastic find!

This place was awesome probably seven stars..BUT it's small with a crazy parking lot, there was a wait to get in but it's well worth it! I usually don't wait to get in restaurants, glad I did here! Everything home made too! Breakfast was worth it! Get a cinnamon roll too before they run out! The biscuits and gravy was probably one the top three I've had, My wife's French toast was to die for! Him was excellent eggs were cooked to perfection! Warm syrup! Service was great!! quick!! everything was super hot! We had enough for bfast the next day, plus we HAD to get a cinnamon roll!

We had a delicious breakfast at the Hungry Hunter this morning after hiking. It’s a cute place with friendly staff and good food. I bribe the hubs to hike with me so he ordered all the things. 😆 I’m sticking to a low carb diet so he also took my hash browns and toast. To be fair, he gave me two of his eggs. 🤗 He ordered a cinnamon roll and chicken fried steak with over easy eggs, a biscuit, and hash browns. He did a good job of putting all that away and only brought about half of the chicken fried steak and the toast home. I love dominating some food but the portions here are large and I think I’d have had a hard time with all that. 😅 I had a bacon and cheese omelette with two of his eggs on top and coffee. The coffee was good and Brian and friends kept our cups full. We had a great breakfast and we will be back!
Lauri R — Google review
It's a popular place, so be ready to wait for a little while. Once you get seated, though, you'll understand why it's so popular. The service is fantastic. They stay on top of everything even during a rush. Shout out to Bryan with a "y" for being super friendly and all around awesome! The portion sizes are ridiculous. I was not prepared for the amount of food placed in front of me. This isn't one of those places that overcharge for a small amount of food. You will leave stuffed and with take away boxes.
Jess H — Google review
The cinnamon bun is awesome 10/10 recommend the food but they definitely need to change their policy on coffee. Their neighbors make amazing coffee but the coffee they make in the restuarant is sub tolerable levels. My recommendation is for them to have a system where customers order better coffee from their neighbors and the restuarant can keep a dollar or two and serve customers much better coffee. Also they dont have fresh pressed juice its from a carton

Mr Gilberti's Place Chicago Pizza is a cozy Italian eatery with a 60-year history and roots in Chicago, offering both Chicago-style and thin-crust pizza. The restaurant is known for its traditional pasta dishes, sausages, and high-quality ingredients. Despite the wait times mentioned by some customers, many praise the consistent and welcoming atmosphere created by the hands-on owners and long-standing staff.
Tried Mr. E’s Gilbert in Branson, Missouri while on vacation, and honestly, the food was amazing! We were craving pizza and ended up getting their Chicago-style pizza one of their signature menu items (I forgot the name, but it was so good!). I also had the chicken sandwich, which was pretty classic and solid. We shared garlic knots and spinach dip too both tasty and comforting. The place has a hidden gem vibe, with a slightly vintage Italian aesthetic—think red, white, and green décor. The atmosphere was okay, although I did feel a little bit off about some of the people around. Still, it didn’t ruin the overall vibe. Shoutout to our waitress she was sweet, attentive, and made the experience better. If you’re in Branson and in the mood for pizza or just a cozy, casual bite, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try! One surprising and really sweet touch was how we were greeted: there was a man outside who kindly opened the door for us. It was such a polite and thoughtful gesture really unique and made a great first impression!

Secluded and Superb! The BEST pizza in the Branson area by far. Our friends introduced us to this quaint, cute and happy little Italian restaurant on the River. The Andy Williams’ Salad is amazing. We have had both the thin crust and the Chicago style crust pizza and it’s hard to make a choice on which one is best. They are both incredible but I think I would choose the Chicago deep dish. It isn’t really deep dish per se but the edge of the crust comes up a little higher compared to the edge on the thin crust. All of the ingredients are so fresh and flavorful. The spinach dip is served in a bread bowl with the crispiest and softest rolls that pair perfectly with the rich spinach dip. The Italian beef sandwich served with hot or mild peppers and the softest bread imaginable is fantastic! I seriously doubt you could order any menu item and be disappointed. These people put a ton of love into everything they create. Go enjoy!

I'm not sure what changed here after covid, but this was a regular spot for us prior. It was one of the worst meals we have had in recent times. Lasagna was $21, +7 if you want meat in it. It was just wet noodles covered in sauce. There is nothing between the layers. Was told an hour and half of more for pizza, and that was dining in. The only thing that was good put of 5 was the large salad.
Jeremy P — Google review
After seeing a One Bite review of Mr. Gilberti’s, I realized it was nearby and decided to finally give it a try. I’ve been wanting to taste some of the spots he features, and this one did not disappoint. First thing to note—parking is tough. The place was absolutely packed, which already told me they must be doing something right. The wait ended up being over an hour, but that’s because they make everything from scratch. When the pizza came out, it was clear why people are willing to wait. The crust had that hearty Chicago-style bite, the toppings were fresh, and the flavor overall was really satisfying. Not the absolute best I’ve ever had, but definitely a solid pie. The only real downside was the price. For two pizzas and drinks, the bill was right around $100. That’s on the expensive side, but you can tell you’re paying for the quality and the authentic, from-scratch process. For me, it lands right around a 7/10. Worth the drive, worth the wait, but just know it isn’t cheap.

As I’ve said in countless reviews for locations around the Branson,MO area. My family and I come up to Branson at least once a year. For every trip we try to at least try one new place. This time is no different. My wife was craving pizza. And between the two of us we have been to Chicago on three occasions. So when seeing the deep dish pizza options, we decided on Mr. Gilberti’s. On the way there it was a little confusing, as it seemed like it was in some random neighborhood. As we approached the restaurant, parking seemed to be very minimal. We couldn’t locate a spot and was about to turn around and leave. My wive walked in to see if there was parking elsewhere. There wasn’t, but luckily a spot opened on the street. I was able to squeeze in and we proceeded in. The hostess asked how many. We told her three. “Did you call ahead?” No. “Did you make a reservation?” Again no, while thinking that was technically the same question as the first. She told us to hold on for minute and let her see if there was a table. There was and she took us to it. The place smelled amazing. Which made our decision making on what to order a little more difficult. We decided on the Chicago Deep Dish pizza. The menu said that it takes 30-60 minutes to make that. That was fine. While we were waiting we were noticing some of the other things people were ordering. Look amazing. After the order was taken and drinks brought we never seen the waitress again. My wife wanted a glass of wine before the meal came. Every time she was in the area she was at different tables. We would try to get her attention but calling out to her and she must have not heard us. So I go and move my car away from the street and come back in a approach the waitress about my wife’s glass of wine. She said ok and never seen again. Then the food came out. My wife wanted her drink before dinner, so we cancelled it. But the pizza, even though it was not Chicago deep dish at all, it was very delicious. Just not as advertised. One of my pet peeves at any restaurant, aside from the food and service, is wether or not my drink gets filled. But I guess that could fall under the “service” moniker. But my glass stayed empty the entire time. She brought our check and asked if I wanted a refill. Yes, please. Did I get it? No. If she wasn’t going to bring it, don’t ask. But in a nutshell shell. Food: good, parking: not as, Atmosphere: good, Service: could be improved. Return visit: debatable

We love coming here once a year with our grandparents. The pizza is always so fresh and delicious, the owner and his wife always come talk to us and the kids whenever they are there. The strawberry cake is top notch! Would always recommend this place.

Great local Italian restaurant! I had the Tony special and my buddy had the canoli , we got a deep dish pizza to go for later. It was busy on a holiday weekend, so we had to wait a bit. But it was well worth the wait! Delicious food and great service with a friendly atmosphere

What is up with the prices here? 14.95 for 6 wings, 18.95 for fried calamari? I have alpha-gal and eating out is a pain sometimes. Thankfully I am able to handle dairy. Sadly, I am unable to handle mammal meats. We asked for the Mr. Gilberto’s specialty pizza which is already 35.75 and asked if they could sub 3x chicken for the Italian sausage, pepperoni and canadian bacon on the pizza. Waiter said yes but then came back and said no, we have to charge you 5.75 extra for the chicken. I asked if we could just do 2x or even 1x chicken in order to avoid the up charge and they said no. I am now paying 40 + $ for a pizza. This is ridiculous and on top of the 17.95 + 8.95 I am paying for our Andy Williams salad so that my son can eat with us. I completely understand that things have changed and inflation is real but I have never in my life paid this much for a pizza. If I cannot have 3 of the meats on a pizza because of a health condition and I ask for a meat sub and I stipulate that we are willing to accept a 2x or even 1x sub for the 3 we cannot have but they still demand an up charge while still saving kitchen cost on the 2 meats they don’t have to serve, that is ridiculous. The waiters answer was “but have you had our food before”. I have, and it’s not worth 40 + a pizza. I am all in at 25 or so for a large but if you cannot control your costs then maybe you are doing something wrong. I have been here at least 5 times in the past but when I cannot get consideration for a health condition that actually saves you money when I ask for 1/3 of the meat, I’m out. See the picture for my 27$ salad also after taking 2 bowls out of it. They were smallish/smaller bowls to the side of it.

Such a fun and cool restaurant/bar! The menu is small but we were more than good with that bc with less choices there’s less you’ve gotta go back & forth to decide which dish ya want. Definitely should try one of their many signature drinks, too, and you’ll even get a chuckle at the names of their drinks/food items. Only downside I’d say there is, is the pizza(s) options. Theres 2 and they’re frozen pizza but plenty of other things to choose from. So overall- Great food, great atmosphere, great service, and great people (employees & customers). We’ll definitely be back. Oh & they even make their own vodka.

Downing Street Pour House is a cozy and relaxed eatery located just outside of Branson in Hollister, MO. It offers a blend of American smokehouse and English pub classics, providing a unique dining experience away from the hustle and bustle of Branson's tourist attractions. The restaurant features wood-fired comfort food and daily specials crafted from seasonal ingredients. With its Old World charm combined with the flavors of the American South, this stylish yet modern establishment is popular among both locals and visitors.
Had a great lunch today and the food was great. We had been here before but probably close to ten years ago. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was really good but not that hot, added hot sauce. Waitress ,Amber was very attentive but not hovering. Best food we’ve had since we’ve been in Branson all week.
Dan H — Google review
When speaking with the locals, they suggested that the Downing Street Pour House was a restaurant our family had to try. We arrived around 5 PM. The street that this restaurant is located on is probably one of the best parts. There are big wide treets that shade parts of the street, creating that small town cozy atmosphere that people often love. The restaurant is much larger than I originally thought after walking inside. It adopts the theme of a cabin/tavern, lending to a more rustic feel. We were seated by the windows. The view from the windows was nice due to the large trees and cozy atmosphere. However, the worst part about the trip were the numerous flies that were extremely friendly with the guests. It’s hard to eat and enjoy the experience when you’re waving flies off your food and yourself. I would warn you against visiting due to the flies being such a burden, but if you’re placed in another location, perhaps they wouldn’t be an issue. The waitress wasn’t all that impressive. She asked for drinks, and when we said water, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Not a great start for tourists visiting a new town, with our first meal being this one. But when we ordered, she had a look like we were irritating her. So, I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or if her customer service wasn’t all that great. Either way, it didn’t pair well with the fly situation. We ordered a mushroom burger and a double-smoked pork chop. The burger came with fries. Both the burger and the fries were good, but again, the insect atmosphere made it hard to enjoy properly. The pork chop was also good. Parts were pretty fatty though, so be aware. The grits and broccoli were fine, nothing too special or out of the ordinary. Then we had the dessert, and that was amazing! Even though the plating looked like they just threw it on the plate, the flavors were great together! It was berries, ice cream, and crust, similar to a cheesecake crust. Sweet with a little bit of savory. Overall, if you’re looking for an experience, you could consider this place. However, if you’re deciding between two restaurants, I would try somewhere else before visiting this location.

Our server Lia was on point and had great recommendations. We received top notch service even though she was super busy. The food is definitely rated in the top 5 best places I've ever eaten and definitely the best Rueben I've ever had. The pub had authentic English cuisine you won't find anywhere else in the area and every dish our party ordered was absolutely amazing! We also ordered several drinks and all were astounding. The crew at The Pour House definitely make expertly blended cocktails! 10/10 I highly recommend😁

From the moment we walked in, Downing Street Pour House delivered an outstanding experience. The food was absolutely phenomenal, fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. We ordered a variety of sandwiches and each one was perfectly grilled, stacked high, and packed with flavor. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right, the kind you can’t stop eating. Service was just as impressive. Friendly, attentive, and fast without making us feel rushed. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it really shows in every detail. The atmosphere was cozy, welcoming, and just the right blend of laid back and lively. It’s the kind of place you want to bring friends, family, or even just enjoy a solo lunch. Highly recommend this spot, it’s a gem. We will definitely be coming back.

Lovely little restaurant, hidden away in Hollister. This place is an A+! The food is well prepared, and flavorful. The cornbread side has subtle flavors, and i am not used to a white corn bread..... that is not however a complaint as it was delicious. The gluten-free bun was one of the best we have tasted, I almost couldn't believe it was gluten-free. The sandwiches are delicious and made with quality. I love the astatic, set in a Inn built in early 1900. The old English style is really cool.

Absolutely amazing! If you’re looking for a great place to eat you have to go check it out! Everything will melt in your mouth! Wear stretchy pants! We didn’t get a picture of our appetizer because we started eating it too fast before we got the picture. Sorry about that but it was amazing. We got the southern something, but it had pimento cheese and sausage and like crouton bread very good

This was our first time visiting Downing Street (found them on Trip Advisor), and to say we will be back on our next visit to the Branson area, you can count on it. I ordered the prime rib special with a loaded baked potato, steamed broccoli and toast. My husband had the pork chop special with grits and French fries. Everything could not have tasted any better, and Amber, our server, was top notch. She was attentive, friendly, informative and made us feel right at home. The decor of Dowing Street is also very memorable (pictures attached). The tables/chairs we sat at in one of the dining rooms were a little disappointing (seemed more country diner), but the food and service more than made up for it. We did get confused when trying to enter Downing Street. There was a patio door that said to use main entrance pointing to our left. The. Only entrance was to Ye Olde English Inn. Their colors and style didn’t match Downing Street, so we didn’t think that was the right place. We finally ventured in to ask how to get to Downing, and apparently, the two businesses may share an entrance? Not exactly sure, but we found it. The door entrance should say “Downing Street” for clarification. Again, we’re boomers, so maybe it’s an us problem. Again, go here! Soon! You won’t regret it.

American pub with a sprinkle of old English Pub fare. Great burgers and fries! Nice selection of old fashions and beers on tap. I door seating with a few outdoor patio seats. Free street parking. Inside the Ye Ole English Inn.

Mr G's Chicago Pizza & Pub is a family-friendly restaurant and sports bar in Branson, Mo., offering delicious deep-dish pizzas and a variety of beers. Located in the Historic Downtown area, it has been serving up Chicago-style deep-dish pizzas since 1992. In addition to their mouthwatering pizzas, they also offer appetizers like Wisconsin cheese curds and garlic Parmesan fries. The menu includes salads, sandwiches, and pastas as well.
It was a pretty quiet day. We wanted to compare it to Gilberti’s in Hollister. Simple Chicago style. No deep dish. Excellent pizza, great beer selection. Really nice place in downtown Branson.

Best Chicago style pizza I’ve had outside of Chicago and very affordable. Beer was ice cold with a frozen mug for every beer. Server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. 10/10 will be back. With so many sub par chain restaurants overcharging and under delivering it’s refreshing to have a great meal at an awesome local spot.

WOW!! this place is great!! I was from Chicago land (unfortunately) and a pizza snob This is Chicago pizza..Thought I was going to look out the window and see snow! We did Mr G special with everything..The crust was perfect ,a little butter flavor nice and crispy.. thin but not thick , thick but not thin.. pressed up against the side of the pan..The sauce great flavor could taste the spices and just a little bit of chunk in it,l oved the sweet peppers on our pizza What an added touch! The salad was good too, that was the wife's idea... I'm thinking I'm going back! Service was really good too!

One week later and I am still craving this pizza! We decided to go downtown in Branson to do some shopping before the concert. We said we would go wherever our inner foodie leads us. We all shouted at the sane time." Let's check out the pizza." When you go in you get that dive bar feel. Locals perched at the bar. Something you find in Seattle, Portland, Chicago, Jersey you get my drift...any who. None of us are big on meat so we got the veggie pizza and the coldest beer I've had on tap in years. Definitely still dreaming of the pizza! Go check it out. We dug into the pizza before I got a picture of the whole thing.

Disappointed by their interpretation of what Chicago deep dish pizza is. Odd looking and tasting crust, bland sauce and decent amount of mozzarella cheese. French fries were good. Coke products a plus. Our server, Reese, was very attentive and friendly. Very noisy — difficult to converse. Prices very reasonable.
Karl P — Google review
The lighting at our table wasn’t conducive for photos but the pizza was excellent. Our server was attentive and sweet. We loved our visit. It was an easy walk over from the Hilton.

Delicious Chicago style pizza in old downtown Branson. We ordered the meat lovers pan & added mushroom. They also have thin crust pizza. It was a perfect deep dish with a crispy edge crust. Also ordered Mr Gs crab rolls as an appetizer & they were good (think mini crab Rangoon egg rolls). Usually anytime we dine somewhere new I take photos, but forgot this time. It was busy at dinner time and does get crowded & loud. We really liked the food & look forward to visiting again.
Sonia S — Google review
If you’re craving real Chicago-style pizza, Mr. G’s delivers—big time. The crust is perfect, but it’s the Italian sausage that keeps me coming back. I might be addicted. The service is always friendly and quick, and the whole place has that old-school pizza joint vibe that just feels right. Only downside? Parking could be better. But honestly, it’s worth the walk. One of my favorite spots—hands down.

This place was amazing!!! Right by the fountains, great for watching the water and fire show! The service was amazing, they allow dogs outside (just be aware they might get spooked by the fire balls), the food was great and they kept the refills coming! I had the crap boil and it was amazing! Not over cooked, good flavor, plenty of butter. I also have the banana pudding which is made from scratch there and it really hit the spot! I will definitely return! Thank you for a great experience!

We sat on the patio by the river with a nice view and laid-back atmosphere. The seafood combo was pretty good—fresh enough with a decent mix. The mojito was refreshing, and the edible lime straw was a fun surprise. Service was friendly and casual.
TKnowlie G — Google review
The outside patio area was nice, if you don't mind a few spiders. But, I have to be honest, I am unable to review the food, because we were never waited on or served any, unfortunately. We were seated outside. There was a rather large 'spider' issue at the table next to the railing so we were told we could move to another table. We had planed to order two of the most pricey meals on the menu. The waitress never acknowledged us. We waited for quiet some time as she served diners at nearby tables but she had her back to us and she never looked our direction. I guess our table wasn't assigned to any of the waitstaff. We finally came to the conclusion that dinner was not going to happen here, and we left. Very disappointing, because we had been looking forward to trying their famous fried fish.
Leslie W — Google review
We had good service, and the drink I ordered was great. However, the food taste and presentation left much to be desired at this price point.
John L — Google review
Had a very nice dinner here, we had 15 people and they accommodated right away. Our server Nate was very professional and fast the whole time. Everyone enjoyed their food and the drinks. Outside of the door is where the fountains do their display and it is very cool to watch at night. This place is cool I will definitely go back. I had the poke bowl, I love poke a lot. I would suggest to back off on the sauce as it was a little heavy, also the rice was not sushi rice it was like their regular rice they use for the rest of their dishes. Other than that though everything else was great.

We had a fantastic experience at Landshark in Branson. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, and we were lucky enough to get a table with perfect views of the Fire and Water show, which made the evening even more memorable. Our server, Emma, was absolutely excellent—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made sure everything came out just right and checked in often without ever being intrusive. Her service really stood out and added so much to the overall experience. The food and drinks were great, but what really set the evening apart was the combination of Emma’s top-notch service and the unbeatable views. We’ll definitely be back!

The American restaurant Scooter's Sports Grill is a popular choice for burgers and sandwiches in Branson. The no-frills eatery offers delicious food at an affordable price, and the atmosphere is always festive and fun. Some of the local favourites include the Dragon Eggs appetizer, the Bacon Ranch burger, and the perfectamundo Reuben sandwich. The grill is located within Mini Golf World, making it easy to grab a quick bite on your way round.
Family fun place with mini golf, an arcade, and food. Food setting is a typical bar and grill with a plethora of TVs to catch all the games; lots of seating. We thoroughly enjoyed this place and will be back! Pictured is the Philly and Ruben.

Every family vacation, mini golf is a must—and this time, we ventured into the World of Wizards. The place was decked out in enchanting decor, complete with a motion-sensor dragon that had the kids totally mesmerized. The whole atmosphere was magical and immersive. We had an absolute blast! If you're up for a round of golf with a side of spellbinding creatures, I highly recommend giving it a try.

When searching for a place to eat we decided to try Scooters Bar and Grill. Wow! Food amazing! Service amazing. What I wanted to order is not usually available until 4 pm but our server made it happen for me. We arrived at 1pm. Not the atmosphere or food we were expecting. But definitely satisfied us way beyond expectations. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you Scooters and all who made our experience an amazing one! God bless you and your business!!
Joy D — Google review
Went here because we all were in the mood for a burgers and fries kind of place. The restaurant is located in a larger complex and has plenty of space to accommodate a lot of people. The building that it's in makes the atmosphere feel little sterile compared to most "sports bars" we've visited. After looking over the menu, most of our group decided that we would rather have wings than burgers! I would say that all the wings that we had were very good and well-prepared. Our server, while kind, seemed to be less and less present as our meal went on. The restaurant had very few patrons at the time of our visit in the low season. In fact, at the end of our meal, I waited probably close to 10 minutes for the waitress to come back to bring me the check. Kind of annoying, but it didn't ruin the night. The food was good enough that I would definitely go back to try some other things next time we visited. Overall recommended!

In town on vacation: Takeout: staff met me at the door, very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is a sports bar, with ample seating. It was quiet when I was there at about 6pm on a Thursday. Food: I had a Italian beef and Pastrami sandwich, it was okay, honestly nothing special. The Pastrami didn't have much flavor, and my sandwich was missing the peppers. Disappoint for spending $17.00 on the sandwich. The crinkle cut fries were good though!

Pie Five Pizza is a sleek counter-serve chain that offers custom-made pizzas baked in just five minutes, along with a variety of salads. The dough is freshly made each morning, and customers can choose from three different crust options, all hand-crafted. Visitors rave about the ability to personalize their pizzas with a wide range of toppings and cheeses. The quick service and friendly staff make for an enjoyable experience, and there are also options for those with dietary restrictions such as dairy allergies or vegan preferences.
This is one of the BEST pizza places I’ve been to in Branson! You get to pick out your own crust, sauce, cheeses and toppings. They bake it hot and fresh in a commercial grade oven and it comes out tasting amazing! They also have different salads and combo meals you can do. I got a hand tossed crust with mozzarella, ricotta, olive oil, and pineapple and LOVED it! Plus, we got cinnamon sticks with frosting and they were some of the best I’ve ever tasted for any pizza place. Download the app and you can earn points off your orders. The staff at the Branson location were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Pie Five!
Jasper R — Google review
The pizza is always exceptional and the crust is made to perfection. We love being able to choose our own toppings, and adding extras on specialty pies for no extra charge. The pizza truly is done in under 5 minutes, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Although we refer to it as the subway style pizza, it is far better with quality ingredients. If you haven't tried it, I suggest you do.

Love, love, love. We ordered the crispy thin crust and it did not disappoint! If you have dairy allergies (like myself) or are vegan they have what you need! In my opinion it's a fair price for the offerings!

Loved my “High Five” loaded with ingredients (like a Supreme). I was full with half of it. My family also had Margherita (ok) and Five Star (good!). After several mixed reviews, it was my pleasure to finally enjoy a meal at Pie Five tonight. The staff was friendly and helpful, service was quick as promised, and the pizza was great! I wanted to try 2 different kinds, so the staff let me do a half and half and they really do let you top it with as much and whatever you want! All 3 kinds of pizza I had (including a bite of my wife's), were excellent, boasting fresh and unique ingredients. For me, the pizza was certainly filling enough. I left full but not stuffed. At $7.50 for a make-your-own pizza, I thought the price was fair, albeit not a great deal. Thanks for a great experience, Pie Five. We will be back.

Asked about if certain foods we're gluten free and was told you should know what's gluten free if you can't eat gluten. Chicken wrap had so much mustard in it that couldn't taste anything else. AWFUL SERVICE on an online order 4/23 AROUND 8:45PM. The two footlongs ordered were missing meat and many ordered sauces on the sandwiches. Not toasted, tho ordered that way. Stapled shut missing the chips, tho thats normal for some dumb reason. Ordered fountain tea, and none was available. OH, AND you can't call them. The people who made the sandwiches tonight should be fired. Absolutely ridiculous.

Lone Star Steakhouse is a family-friendly restaurant chain known for serving up Texas-sized portions of classic Texan dishes and a wide selection of cocktails. It's a popular spot for both tourists and locals, offering an extensive menu and giant margaritas that are perfect for unwinding after a long day. Customers have praised the exceptional service at Lone Star, with staff members like Theresa, Cassidy, Jessica, and Chris Carr receiving high praise for their friendliness and attentiveness.
Great grilled shrimp with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Hubby said the Chicken Fried Chicken was very good also. Excellent waiter. Enough food to bring some home for lunch the next day. And bonus—didn’t have to wait for a table at 7:00 on a Friday night!
Janet L — Google review
Did not have a good experience at all it took for ever to get anything and when we did get it it was wrong like the kids didn’t get what they ordered on their burgers and I had to send steak back because it was way more done than what I asked for and then they brought the same one out cooked more so I had to keep it at the table to make sure they cooked me a new one. Then we asked for the roles as soon as we got seated and didn’t get them until the second first steak got there. And they didn’t even offer a discount or anything. Wish I had a way better experience.
Danny Y — Google review
Theresa was our waitress, she was extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant. She mixed us up a few mean drinks we hadn’t had before, they were both very tasty. The food was also very good, it did take awhile to get the bread and appetizer of spinach dip. My husband said his steak was very good and I found the chicken fried chicken delicious. The atmosphere needs so work though.

We had just finished our wedding rehearsal and needed a bite to eat. so we stopped in and was greatly surprised with wonderful service from Jessica the server, our bar waitress Theresa. I have dined at many steakhouses , but i must say that the service I experienced here at the Lone Star up there with the best. I dined at the bar and Theresa was helpful, friendly and always there when I needed something. The experience was excellent. You should use her to train others who are in contact with the customer as she gets it. Well done Theresa!!!! Cassidy was the manager at the time and also did a wonderful job making me feel welcome!

A near perfect meal! A brand new server, second day on the job, gave us some of the best service we've ever had. We both had the 9 ounce sirloin and the grill chef was on his game. I had a side salad that was as fresh as it gets. We have visited this restaurant twice and both times we had a great experience!

Would never go back again. To start, when you walk in the building there is a definite smell, and it isn't good. The inside decor is old and in need of updating. We should have turned around and walked out then. We were sat pretty quickly as they weren't very busy, but we ended up having to flag our waiter down to come take our order. It took a really long time to get our food, 40+ minutes after ordering. I ordered a steak, because it should be good since this is a steak place, right? Wrong. I asked for medium and it was definitely well. It had a good taste, so I wasn't going to complain as I didn't want to wait for another steak, but both of my sides were cold, as were my mom's. Neither of us had ordered anything special, just the sides our meals came with, veggies and mashed potatoes. I flagged down our waiter and told him about my meal and my mom's side dishes. What surprised me is that he didn't miss a beat and said he would take my meal off the bill and bring us hot side dishes. He didn't seem surprised at all! Is this a common occurrence here? We definitely couldn't recommend this restaurant unfortunately. The building needs a major overhaul and the food service needs work.
Erin S — Google review
We were visiting Branson for the first time and had to stop at Lone Star since they closed them all by us. Right from the start of our visit it was great. Seated promptly. Our waitress, Kaitlyn, was great. She came to our table right away, was very attentive, and even took the time to give us directions to our next destination. The food was great and cooked just right. Price was what was expected. We would definitely come back.
