Sugar Leaf Bakery, Cafe & Espresso is a delightful bakeshop located in the Grand Village Shops of Branson. The cozy and inviting atmosphere makes it feel like a charming cafe straight out of Paris or the English countryside. This eatery offers an exceptional array of sandwiches, soups, salads, pies, cakes, muffins, cupcakes, cookies, breads and cobblers.
This is THE brunch spot you must try! Great menu. Delicious food. Quaint decor with a touch of Euro atmosphere. Try the chicken salad sandwich on baked pita bread! Crunchy sandwiches are supreme! Try anything for dessert - everything is spectacular! My new GO2 when in Branson! Super kind staff as well. ♥️

10/10 best BLT I’ve ever had. Basil bread was a nice touch. I was expecting the house sauce to be something sweet, lucky for me it wasn’t. It was more of a mild aïoli. It complimented the sandwich well. The bacon was nice and crispy and the tomato was fresh. My friend and I, who had the BLT as well, were completely silent once we started eating. I had the Beach Water Lemonade to drink. Sadly it was too sour to enjoy. It was like they forgot the sugar in the lemonade, but the sandwich was so good it made up for it.
Rachael — Google review
Not sure why they removed some of the amazing decor, but they should put it back. It's looking less beautiful and more generic. The stark coffee side is sad and I hope they stop stripping this side of It's elegance. What happened to the lemon water? Soggy bread that isn't the same tomato bread. My heart is sad. I was really craving Sugar Leaf. Next time we can just go to Panera.

We originally stopped in for a fresh bakery snack. We ended up ordering a chicken, strawberry, feta salad to split between us. It had good flavor and a good presentation. Just enough with our snack to tide us over till dinner. My wife picked the always delicious rice crispy treat. It was huge. I went with the Blueberry Muffin, which they warmed for me. All of the baked goods would make anyone happy. My wife also has a London fog, cold. This was our only complaint, it wasn't very good.but they do have a full coffee shop attached. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the place has a nice atmosphere.
Cacrt C — Google review
Went specifically for the s'mores cookie and it did not disappoint. It was ahhhmaazing! If you are a fan of chocolate and marshmallows get here with a quickness. Everything in the case looked delicious, was tempted by the pies. Seemed to be a popular lunch place as it was very busy when we came. Definitely would come back to try lunch. Iced coffee was great. Was a perfect place for a little pick me up.
Kimberly E — Google review
Great spot for coffee/breakfast on the strip! It's in the outdoor shopping mall behind Mel's Hard Luck Diner and is very worth the visit! Cinnamon roll was massive, soft, and delicious! Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is fantastic!
Jeff S — Google review
We visited Sugar Leaf twice during our trip, and it ended up being one of the better breakfast spots we found in Branson. The food was consistently solid, the breakfast sandwich was tasty, and the quiche was also really good. Everything felt fresh and well-prepared. The first time we visited, the latte wasn’t great, not quite the style I prefer, execution and ingredients are more like Starbucks, but the food more than made up for it. It’s a cozy spot with good variety, and overall, it left a positive impression. We’d definitely go back the next time we’re in town. A reliable choice for breakfast in Branson.

This review is for the chili only. Ive came here for years and gotten their famous chili many many times. I dont remember beans ever being in the chili. It was always large juicy chunks of beef and tomatoes and was delicious. On my most recent visit i got the chili and it was loaded with kidney beans. Like 80% beans. Not enough meat. I guess places are cutting costs by adding more beans or something but cmon. Would have gladly paid more for the old recipe.

The Pie Safe is a delightful bakery offering homemade pastries, cookies, and pies. The charming spot features unique aesthetics with gilded and gem-filled decor, creating a serene atmosphere to enjoy a treat or light lunch. Visitors can start with the homemade chicken salad croissant and finish with a variety of delicious desserts. It's a quirky little tea and coffee room that shouldn't be missed for its delightful selection of fresh pies and other delectable treats.
This small pie shop is incredibly cute and delicious. I got the mini Dutch apple pie and the filling was probably the best I've ever had. It was very flavorful and had lots of yummy seasonings along with crumbles on top. We also got the Spring Berry pie which had apples, strawberries, and raspberries in it! They also have inside and outside seating for when it is nice! Very pretty interior.
Kodie P — Google review
I tried an apple pie and a pecan pie. Both were good, but would have been better heated up. The person working the counter was nice and friendly. The atmosphere was alright, just not my thing. However, it was as other reviewers have described. The 4 stars is because I wasn’t super impressed with the pie itself. Like I said, it would have been better warm.
Samantha P — Google review
Family members said this was the best pie ever! They were absolutely right! You walk in, and it smells divine. There is worship music playing. There are scriptures on the wall. The pies looked so incredible it was so hard to choose what we wanted. One thing they could work on, is speed. I guess it probably was taking so long because the gal taking orders was making drinks? That doesn’t seem like the best system…… I also didn’t think the girl working was the most friendly girl I’ve talked to since we’ve been in Branson. They could take some lessons from the girls at sonic. Those are the friendliest people I’ve ever met!! Other than waiting, and an awkward interaction at the counter, the pie was absolutely so amazing we will go back tomorrow to get another before we leave back to head home from vacation.
Emily E — Google review
Very cute spot. The pies were delicious. We had apple and piccan and they both were amazing. We also had coffee and hot chocolate. Both of which were really good. All together we spent like $25 and it was delicious and worth it for sure. The young lady that was working the counter was adorable and super helpful. We will definitely be back anytime we are in Branson.
Raven S — Google review
I needed to kill an hour and The Pie Safe was the perfect place to relax and do some sketching. A fun, maximalist decor that sets it apart from other pastry shops. Had an earl grey tea and a spinach and bacon quiche. Both hit the spot. Next time I might go for something sweet.
Nicole N — Google review
If you're looking to try multiple flavors of pies and cakes, this is pretty perfect. Super fun little place, with delicious, personal-sized pies. Not a lot of room in there so we took ours to go and really liked them. I'll be back and will get the coconut cream pie again for sure.
Brad C — Google review
The cutest, coziest pie shop and they have the best blueberry pie I have ever had. The crust is insane and they don’t skimp on the filling. We got to meet the owner and she is the sweetest lady. We loved our time here. Definitely make this a priority stop if you come to Branson!
Haley R — Google review
This was the cutest place! They had the best pie and tea. The restaurant was decorated in Victorian fashion with multiple chandeliers. They have so many beautiful Victorian style tea pots for sale, too. My husband devoured his blueberry pie and could not stop bragging about just how delicious the homemade pie crust was. He is a tea connoisseur and was very pleased with his hot cup of Earl Grey. My triple chocolate pie with its homemade crust was also delicious. I’m not sure how they got the creamy topping to the texture they did, but it was perfect. The pie crust itself was perfection. They also have savory dishes like chicken salad sandwiches, but we had already eaten earlier so we just had the dessert. Can hardly wait to go back to Branson and try their savory food as well.

Located in Historic Downtown Branson, the Farmhouse Restaurant is a charming eatery that offers a comforting dining experience. This locally-owned outpost serves up delicious country cooking, including fried steak, chicken, catfish, and cobbler. Whether you visit during the morning hours for an all-day breakfast or stop by for a home-cooked meal after exploring Old Town Branson, the Farmhouse Restaurant promises to satisfy your cravings with its made-from-scratch dishes.
This place is a gem. We came here on a Sunday night after a day of hiking and were starving and thirsty. Our waiter Peter immediately sat us down and got us mason jars with ice cold water. He refilled it as quick as we finished them. We ordered the pork chop and their fried chicken. Service was excellent and despite the kitchen sending out the wrong sides and white meat instead of dark meat, Peter immediately corrected that and got us the right order. Which was incredibly appreciated. The pork chop was grilled perfectly and the sides were fantastic. The fried chicken was incredible. The breading was thin and well seasoned while the meat was juicy. It was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. At the end, Peter even ended up giving us a discount for the mistake and made the replacements on the house. The service here was exceptional and staff incredibly courteous. Highly recommend if you find yourself in Branson and need a place to eat. You won’t regret this place!

This place is NOW Walkers. They make walking tacos. They use the chip bag or whatever container you bring in to make your tacos in. They have a bid selection of ingredients. The have chicken and ground beef. Prices are VERY REASONABLE. Customer service is amazing. There is no place to sit down. You place your order and go outside to wait for your food. Lines can be very long. Again very good value and good food.

If you're in Branson you need to go to this place!! Their food is like what your grandma made. The biscuits are fluffy and melt in your mouth. We ate there twice while in Branson and both times the food was great! I highly recommend this place!

We actually ate here 2 times while in Branson, Missouri. We had dinner one day & breakfast another. Both meals were cooked to order. It did take a few minutes to get our food, but it was great both meals. There is a wait sometime but it's worth the wait.
Ginger P — Google review
Stopped here for dinner on our way to Branson. Portions were big and prices were very affordable! I got the buffalo chicken tenders and a grilled chicken sandwich — the grilled chicken was perfectly cooked, and the tenders were saucy and tender. Fries and onion rings were both crispy and delicious. Great food and great value!
ThamaraiSelvan — Google review
We enjoyed our meal here. It’s not a large place do I’d say there can be a wait at times. Our server was good but a little sporadic. I had ham steak with baked potato and baked beans. Ham was a thick slice well grilled and tasty. Beans had some sugar to them snd were also tasty. My wife had eggs bacon snd small pancakes. Bacon wasn’t crispy enough for her taste but she liked the eggs and pancakes.
Greg J — Google review
If you like homestyle cooking with great portions, this is the place. Nothing here is 'outta the box' it tastes fresh and home made because it is. The service is friendly and the owner is very delightful. Though there may be a wait, it is well worth it.
Santos A — Google review
Well such a pleasant experience, had a 40 min wait which seemed more like a 25-30 min wait (shop, look around at other stores while you wait), small quaint restaurant, food was good, omelette was cooked perfect, pancakes 🥞 are omg thick, definitely could only eat 1, biscuits thick as well, don't let your eyes be bigger than your stomach. Waitress, Felicia, was wonderful. Recommend for a visit.

Branson Cafe, the oldest restaurant in Branson established in 1910, is a beloved spot for locals and tourists alike. This family-run diner offers traditional homestyle meals at affordable prices. The cozy space with quirky decor adds to its charm. The menu features a variety of options including sandwiches, burgers, chicken, and meatloaf for breakfast, brunch, and lunch.
Another trip to see the daughter unit perform in Branson, another trip out to eat lunch. Mrs HB tracked down a very convenient place for us called the Branson Cafe. It was very good. First, the problems... the daughter's sausage patties were WAY over cooked and the amount of beef I got on the Open Faced Beef plate was a little lacking. But, that was it. Everything else was AMAZING! Our server was great! And just look at the Cinnamon Roll we brought home!!! And, I have to give them total credit for keeping a positive attitude with the entire street in front of their building totally destroyed right now. If you are in Branson, and you are looking for some great American food, find some parking and go to the Branson Cafe.

Cute little Cafe in downtown old branson with wonderful friendly serves with a smile 😊 Kathleen was our waitress and she was very prompt with keeping our drinks filled and always with a smile! They were very busy with brunch but we didn't have to wait on a table at all with a group of five. Our food came out fast and it was very delicious and fresh. We had a lot on our plate as well with all reasonably priced which we just loved that too☺️ my husband and I had veggie omelets with hadhbrowns. We didn't want a biscuits so we got a pancake instead with no additional cost. My grandson for a Ruben with okra and my other grandson got chicken with waffles. My daughter got homemade chicken salad sandwich with a delicious fresh coleslaw . We had enjoyed our meals and left full and happy!!!

First time eating here. Went at 11 am and were seated almost immediately. Friendly staff and waitress. It may have been the fastest I have ever recieved food anywhere. Wow. Cinnamon roll was hot and gooey. I had the Branson platter unique and good. Wife had a omelet that was good as well.
Brian L — Google review
You’ll be treated like family! If you’re looking for the classic diner experience with high quality food, this is the place! You’ll feel like home and if you’re lucky you’ll get to meet one of the women who own and operate the place. Sandra’s probably in the kitchen. And get there early for Memaw’s famous homemade cinnamon rolls that are the size of a large plate! I ordered breakfast with biscuit, gravy, eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns. It did not disappoint! I love the place so much, I came back for lunch, the hand-pattied burger was delicious! Keep in mind, this is a dine-in diner, no takeout. My only other heads up is compromised wheelchair accessibility. It’s an old building and not easy to navigate with a wheelchair, especially the bathroom, which is toward the back of the kitchen. Please plan ahead if you or anybody in your party has a wheelchair. Besides the delicious family recipes, my favorite thing about the Branson Café is it’s female owned and operated, these ladies are carrying on a local tradition, a staple in downtown Branson. Check it out for yourself!
Pamela H — Google review
We visit Branson about every other weekend and have never eaten here at the Branson Cafe, so we tried it this morning. We walked in the door and there’s no one at the counter. We are seen by at least 5 waitresses, but not greeted, no we will be right with you, just stares. After several minutes, one came up and asked two, and seated us, that’s a win considering there was no long wait after being ignored. Placed our order, coffee was hot and good, omelets were great and no problems, came very quickly considering the morning crowd. This is a small restaurant and the noise level is a little high, but nice. I would at least have wait staff acknowledge customers as they come in, with we will be right with you. Prices are not horrible, but 8.49 for one egg? That’s a little much.
J T — Google review
All I went in for was the cinnamon rolls and I will definitely be back!! Brought one home for my son and it was delicious 2 days later!! Huge and so tasty!!

Hubby and I split a breakfast and it was plenty of food for us. Our waitress was very friendly and we loved the atmosphere. The biscuit was my favorite ❤️ too bad hubby had just started his no bread diet 😂

Hurts Donut Company in Branson is a 24/7 shop that offers an array of unique donut flavors in various shapes and sizes. From classic ring donuts to old-fashioned glazed ones, there's something for everyone. Featured in Food Network Magazine, Hurts Donut stands out for its delicious homemade donuts and donut milkshakes. They also offer gluten-free options on weekends with a variety of flavors.
Delicious! The old fashioned is the best I’ve ever had, cinnamon rolls are huge, the oatmeal cream cookie was to die for. I’m not sure the hours listed are correct, the sign says “open 25 hours”, and when we were there at 5 til 11 they weren’t showing any signs of closing, even putting fresh donuts out while we were ordering. Chose $10-20 per person simply because we bought 3 donuts each, plus 2 cookies. You can get out of here for less.
E J — Google review
It was our first time here so we wanted to get a verity of doughnuts to try. The doughnuts are unique and beautiful but very Expensive, paid $30 for a dozen! This place is huge! Lots of seats available. They even have swings to sit on which my kids loved.
Monica A — Google review
The donuts generally are very good and definitely lots of fun varieties to choose from. The cereal and cookie bits were soft when we ate them, but there’s no easy way to make these and still keep those parts crunchy. We had a family of 7 and each had a donut and a drink each and it was $35. This place is popular so expect a long line on weekend mornings. We came at 9AM mid week and went straight to the counter to order. It’s a fun experience and part of treating yourself on vacation.
Jason W — Google review
Oh my goodness the best surprise so far. The choices will definitely make you think. But don't worry Tony will guide you through everything with his culinary and confectionery skills and knowledge. Fun friendly and definitely a place to be if you are having a "donut emergency". the maple 🍁 bacon 🥓 long John's are a taste treat. although i wasn't brave enough to purchase one this time.. the Jesus and the raspberry filled powdered donut was a must for me this time..

OMG, went to Branson and the thing I am going to dream about is the lemon pie donut from here! It was simply amazing, donut was more dense than I expected (but in a good way) icing was perfect, not too much or too little, pie filling the perfect tartness and that crumb topping-ah French kiss-YUMMO! Very friendly staff, good thing it’s a 4 hour drive from me or I would seriously be there every day😍
L B — Google review
What a good decision! We stopped in for an after breakfast treat! So many choices. I went with an old fashioned and a salted Carmel. Both were perfect. The server even went and got me warm, fresh old fashioned from the back, melt in your mouth goodness. My wife chose a gluten free Jesus, she agreed even though gluten free the taste was extrodanary! They have many drink options, board games available to play while you sit in the spacious dining room. If you love donuts stop in, you won't regret it!!!
Cacrt C — Google review
Great clean excellent donut spot! PB&J was spot on. The donuts are so big!! The maple bacon was delicious as well. Bathrooms were clean. Loved the swings tucked back by the restrooms! Such a neat idea and keeps kids busy when restrooms are full!
Sherrie J — Google review
I think this maybe the most popular donut shop in Branson, which is saying a lot. With a max occupancy of 170, I suspect the line can get long here. I was here early in the morning and it was no problem. They had a good mix of cake and raised donuts. They were a solid donut, but we found the frostings to be a bit over the top. Kind of fun and showy. I would recommend the bacon maple bar, which was very good and traditional.

Wow! You must stop here for a slice of their cakes. Yes. Multiple cakes. My wife loves carrot cake and wanted to try it. This was amazing. I didn't wait to take the picture I so wanted to eat the carrot cake. I guess he even uses some edible gold. Hence the store name... The chocolate cake made my shoulders droop with relaxation. Dino was there and told us all (4 of us) his story. He gave us another slice to sample and one of his concert piano CDs! Very friendly atmosphere. Loved the food and the people. Thank you for a great experience and memories!

Christine G — Google review
I ordered a slice of carrot cake and 2 scoops of ice cream. The ice cream was good. The cake was dry and hard. Definitely not fresh. The only other slices were frozen, which tells me they are not served fresh anyway. Not what I expected of a cake shop that has a sign outside that says 24 Karrot Cake.

It was an honor and privilege to attend Dinos 80th birthday party and concert at the Mansion in Branson, MO which was a packed out show. I was then told by my sister that Dino has 24 Karrot Cake shop downtown Branson so Sharron and I stopped in this morning and what a wonderful treat it was. The cake shop is run by his nephew Paul and also is the Pastry Chief and Wow some of the best deserts ever. Please stop in and give them a try you will not be disappointed🙌🙌🙌

It's a niche coffee shop with nice decor! We ordered a glass of frappuccino and a cup of iced coffee. They are pretty good. The ambience is comfy and nice. It's a good spot to sit down after going shopping around :)

What a fantastic delicious treat. I got the banana gellato dipped in milk chocolate and my mom got a chocolate, dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with reeses peanut butter cups. They even made the 15 min drive back to our resort!!! Definitely worth the stop!!!

Awesome little place. The worker was amazing and took time to explain their menu. It would be helpful if they had better pictures / picture menu as this is not your typical dessert. I got a chocolate dipped strawberry popsicle topped with strawberries.

My best friend and I stopped here while visiting the Branson Landing and we are absolutely THRILLED that we did. Service was wonderful, our pop artist/cashier was very helpful and kind. The entire place was very cute and clean with fun colors and good music. Our pops were AMAZING. My best friend got the Cookie Monster with cookie butter at the suggestion of the staff and I had the Tropical Sunshine. We are typically not big on popsicles but this BLEW us away! By far our favorite spot for dessert in Branson!!!
Lydia L — Google review
I love popsicles, so this was a special treat. The shop is cute, and the popsicles were amazing. Our party got two sugar free flavors, and they were great! The staff was very friendly answering our questions willlingly. Definitely recommend!!

Cute little shop right downtown! We were searching for paletas when we came across this place. They aren't exactly paletas but are a wonderful variation all their own. You pick a popsicle flavor (which include dairy free options) and what to dip it in plus toppings. They are artfully presented. The staff was sweet and helpful. There's a few spots to sit but no bathroom. We plan to take ours and walk to the main square to watch the fire and water show.

if fancy deserts tickle your pickle, wait no pickles, you need to come by here! Almost 30 different flavors of popsicles customized with toppings of your choice! If you are like me and can’t make up your mind, they have a menu of pre-determined popsicle combinations. We got the Cookie Monster and the Strawberry Cheesecake. Both were like biting into a piece of heavenly goodness. What a great concept!! Loved it and would definitely stop by again. Basic pop starts at $4.75 the. dips and toppings run around between .60 and .70 cents with a variety of free toppings as well if you want to keep it simple.

Loved this place, such a treat for gluten free girl! Got the protein Waffles with peanut butter , banana and coco whip. They were a great start to my Saturday and a delicious Latte!! Highly recommend for people with food sensitivities!!

Business is business. Initially, I assumed the locals redundant statements were mere complaints. I’ve seen food trucks function more cohesively than this place. The company couldn’t care less if you travel JUST to come here to take advantage of their sales (which were supposed to be for loyal customers). I wouldn’t continue coming here if they didn’t serve products my child enjoys. I have waited an hour for a smoothie as they made several other orders. Only an apology as they wasted my time. Support a local business that cares. I will when I have time to find one. The most recent visit I was asked to wait 15 minutes to place a simple order. No need to sacrifice my children’s feelings or gas on an establishment more concerned about their income than the way they treat people. We have left tips for servers, visited several times, and expected the individual responsible for managing customer complaints to take into consideration customers don’t always leave reviews based off a single experience.

This place is so delicious!! We tried their vegan breakfast sandwich, regular breakfast sandwich, mini protein pancakes, warm hug latte, revive juice, vegan grilled cheese, and tomato soup and all were excellent! Im late but this place is absolutely amazing!!! Everything is so delicious. The smoothie bowls are very generous in size. They are winning and i wish they were in STL too cuz all the smoothie places here are around the same price but skeet, no where near generous, very small for the prices they are charging. I cant wait to take abother trip to Branson. The toast was so fire as well and a very nice size. So bomb and a must try if in Branson. We will be back.

Transylvania Bakery & Cafe is a charming spot that offers a variety of breakfast and lunch options, including sandwiches, salads, and delectable sweets like fresh-baked cakes, cookies, fried pies, and cinnamon rolls. Visitors rave about the phenomenal canoli and the beautifully crafted Transylvania cake. The Dracula cake is also highly recommended for its delicious flavor. The Baklava Cheesecake and Pumpkin Cheesecake are both great choices as well.
Wife ordered the quiche, it was delicious! I ordered the cannoli, totally amazing! We are going back because I have to try the cabbage rolls! I definitely recommend!! I'm adding an update to my review, had the cabbage rolls, they are delicious, but I also had a piece of their tiramisu and it was absolutely the best I ever had! My wife loved it too! Definitely get it when you eat there!! I spoke to owner and he lived in Italy for years, that's where he learned how to make it!

Everything here is really good and a must try! Dracula, red velvet and carrot cake are my favorites!! If I gained 200 lbs it will be the owner's/chef's fault 😂😂 as I have been eating a slice or two everyday but on Mondays.

We visited here two days in a row during our trip to Branson! The cookies, fruit pastries, and baklava were scrumptious, but the cannoli was the main event! The owner was incredibly kind, and the overall atmosphere was cozy, well-maintained, and clean. We can't wait to go back next time we're in Branson!

Fantastic small business. Nice owners, delicious food. Good espresso. Not just sweet treats. Everything we had was wonderful.
Krendi H — Google review
We went today 08/31 we were visiting Branson for the holiday weekend. First I love the name being a horror fan and loving Dracula (if you know you know). So this was definitely a place I wanted to go. The cannoli being Italian felt like it was from my nanas cookbook! The baklava was so tasty, you could taste the time in it. My favorite was the pistachio and raspberry cake. Definitely think I need to unbutton my pants but by far the BEST bakery and coffee! I had the best chai latte here.
Francesca M — Google review
I am surprised they are still in operation! The guy at the counter was rude to us, and even made fun of an elderly lady. They boast they have gluten free options, but the options were tiny and way overpriced. Additionally, I ordered the keto/gf lemon bar and it was literally awful. It was $5.99 for a small square (and I chose it because it was the largest gf option). It was more like a custard consistency, but had terrible flavor and a glazed sugar topping that was horrible. I mean, Krusteaz makes a better gf lemon bar! I don't know how they could mess it up that much, but they did. We definitely will not go back.
Cat ( — Google review
A quaint cafe with a bit of hidden spunk, and a splash of punny, dark humour! The baklava cheesecake and apple pastry were to die for—not to worry though, their chai latte will smoothly resurrect you right after! Definitely worth a stop (or many) whilst you visit The Landing in Branson for a little slice of Transylvania (Romania).

The Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks offers refined suites with balconies and fireplaces, providing a polished hotel experience. The Farm to Table aspect ensures that the menu features the freshest ingredients for a delightful dining experience. Situated on the college campus, students serve in various capacities, including as servers in Dobyns Dining Room and at the Front Desk, Bakery, and Nettie Maries Creamery.
I have a son who graduated from College of the Ozarks - Hard Work U. And it's not just a slogan. And now my future daughter in law is also graduating from their nursing program. I know this post is for the Keeter Center - but it's run by C of O students and your experience here will prove why this college is such a magnificent educational experience. Service and facilities are absolutely top notch here. We stayed in the Loft Suites and everything was immaculately maintained. Stunningly decorated in rustic style with exposed timbers, wild edge trim. I felt like I was staying at an expensive ski resort. Clean, highly maintained. Attention to detail. Worth every single penny. We splurged for the bed and breakfast stay. They brought a full service breakfast made to order in the morning. Staff are friendly, courteous, professional. These young men and women are not just pursuing an education. They are learning about life. The intangibles you can't teach in a classroom. Why? Because they work their way through their entire college experience. This includes the staff at the Keeter Center/Mabee Lodge. We were thrilled by our experience. And the staff are to be congratulated - particularly the faculty who are teaching our young people here. It's easy to find lots of negativity in the news stories of the day. Makes one doubt the future of our culture. If you visit C of O, and particularly this fine facility, you will have your faith in our future restored.

So many family vacation memories at the Restaurant. Every meal is absolutely amazing. Almost everything is “farm to table”. An all time favorite place to ear when we go to Branson. Dessert is a must!! (We have not stayed at the Lodge.)

We ate dinner. We have eaten here many times. The service is always excellent. The location is fine. On this particular evening, I, for the first time, ordered the Kansas Strip steak. I asked for medium well, and it was cooked properly. However, the quality of the steak was inferior, and should not have been served at this restaurant. Especially given the price, I should have had a much better quality steak. It was full of fat and gristle, and very difficult to cut. I was wasn’t even given a steak knife. I couldn’t even finish it. I have come to expect better things from the Keeter center. I don’t know if they’re getting the steak from their own herds or not, but they need to serve better quality beef. I’m sorry to have needed to post this negative review. Overall, I’m very happy at the Keeter Center, and I love the kids. Nonetheless, given the price, especially, I should have been served a much better quality steak.

Dinner was an absolute dream! If you ever find yourself in Branson, Missouri, I highly recommend a visit to Dobyns Dining at The Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks. It's an experience you won't want to miss, where college students prepare and serve some of the most mouthwatering meals you could ever imagine. The farm-to-table concept offers fresh, flavorful dishes that delight the palate with a symphony of tastes, and the student service is both warm and personable, making it a truly unforgettable experience. The atmosphere is lively, and the setting features beautifully crafted woodwork, reminiscent of a grand lodge. It’s the perfect spot for a date night! Be sure to ask for London from Indiana! She was wonderful!

As new locals, this was our first visit after hearing great things from friends and reviews. We came in with high hopes! We started with the charcuterie board. Overall, it was good, the cheeses were nice, though not outstanding. There were a couple of grey pieces of meat we chose not to eat, but everything else on the board was delicious. Next came the bread. I’m gluten-free, and I have to say the rolls were some of the best gluten-free bread I’ve ever had! My husband loved his regular bread too. Big win there. For my meal, I ordered the gluten-free Ketter Club. At first, they accidentally brought out the non-gluten-free version, but thankfully they caught it before setting it down. When my gluten-free sandwich arrived, I immediately noticed the bun looked hard and unfortunately, it was more like a rock. Honestly, no one could’ve bitten into it. I told our waitress, and she kindly offered to have a new one made, but since we had already been there for over two hours, I just ate the turkey and cheese without the bun. My side of fruit was a bit disappointing too, with about a quarter of it being mushy. We did share the gluten-free carrot cake at the end, which was fantastic! My husband also really enjoyed his meal, so it wasn’t all bad. Service was friendly and attentive throughout, which we appreciated. All in all, for the price, I expected a bit better consistency, especially with the gluten-free items. We’ll likely give it another try before bringing out-of-town guests, but I hope management takes reviews like this to heart. There’s so much potential here, and a few tweaks could really elevate the experience.

Amazing experience staying in the Prime Minister Suite for a week. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, food was delicious and the service was top notch. The Sunday brunch was amazing and so were the other multiple meals we ate in the restaurant for lunch and/or dinner. The coffee/tea/drink station for the lodging guests was really great and included some delicious goodies to enjoy while reading on a comfy couch or playing a game with your loved one. Beautiful view of campus and the surrounding area out our back deck and a great location to any and all the Branson attractions. The turn down service every night with HUGE cookies and fresh milk was a perfect way to end a day. We just can't say enough good things about our experience staying and eating here at the Keeter Center. Hard Work U is achieving a really high standard in quality and service.

$45 for a steak. Had to send back as ordered med rare &was served well done. Two at our table ordered the salmon based on the server’s rec. Tasted fishy and husband was not feeling well after eating. And… there was no butter as they ran out, so dry rolls and no butter for potatoes. Such a shame as we support the students but there needs to be more supervision. Service was very good.

Nestled in the heart of Branson, Grandma Ruth's Cinnamon Rolls & Ice Cream is a charming and inviting destination for those seeking a delightful afternoon treat. This hidden gem offers a range of sweet, satisfying desserts including cinnamon swirl rolls that are an absolute picture. The menu also features caramel, toffee, and chocolate-hazelnut rolls. Children receive a delicious cookie made by Grandma Ruth herself as an added perk.
Grandma Ruth's cinnamon rolls This place was suggested to me Satra who does Branson reviews on tiktok?. The cinnamon rolls here were served warm But I could have used just a little bit more icing. However, the cinnamon rolls were very flavorful and the icing was very flavorful as well. This was a good stop to stop in and get you a hot cinnamon roll and enjoy Time to just relax and visit with friends.

Very lovely owner! Very sweet! Everything was amazing! We ordered sausage rolls, maple bacon cinnamon rolls, and original. Everything was great! And the place was so clean and cute! Def a hidden gem!

This is the best place I’ve ever been for any type of food. The service was phenomenal and they were so kind. The food was really great although the size of the cinnamon roll surprised me, but it was delicious. The ice cream was also good but I only had a small taste, if I had gotten a scoop I would have had a better chance to enjoy it. The atmosphere was amazing. As a Christian it’s really hard to find places that don’t shove worldly music in your ears, but this place just gave off a sense of peace and calm. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to have good food, great service, and a Godly environment.
Rebekah H — Google review
Really amazing cinnamon rolls! These cinnamon rolls were pricey, we paid $47 for half a dozen: half original cinnamon and half specialty which today was caramel apple. Very fresh and good quality, I think the price was a little steep but I would still return. The service is 3 stars because of 2 reasons: 1) Both times we’ve come by (once in the night time and once in the morning) behind the counter the employee was politely smiling but not giving much helpful information and they told us they had run out of things. At 9:30 pm it makes sense for them to be out of a lot but they only had 3 orange rolls left total. Now while I understand that, I mean they had a full day of sales, from a costumer service perspective you should never just be OUT of like everything. This morning they were already sold out of ham and cheddar. It was 11am if that, I’m sure she was going to make more but idk, it would make more sense to have them constantly being made and prepped by one person while the other mans the counter, but only one person was working. That’s only reflective of the management. 2) The menu online is very misleading. It appears as if they have all these options, but really it’s 3 a day. That’s completely fine, but it should be advertised correctly. Daily there is original cinnamon, savory (alternates between sausage and ham and cheese), and a specialty which is a different flavor everyday. Overall, it was really good rolls but definitely know it’s not going to be a variety or inexpensive.

I am not a local but have had colleagues and extended family recommend this place while sharing stories of the amazing quality. I was super excited to finally give it a try! I purchased an original cinnamon roll around 8 am and it was not fresh. It tasted pretty good (cold with light cinnamon flavor) but certainly not the best cinnamon roll I have ever had. For the price, the cinnamon roll I received was not worth it, but I plan to try again... hoping that this first visit was a fluke.

The cozy and welcoming atmosphere makes it a favorite among locals and even draws in some of Branson's local celebrities. The menu boasts delicious home-cooked meals, with highlights such as the Country Fried Steak, Prime Rib Dip, and Biscuits and Sausage Gravy.
This place is great. Feels like your hometown family restaurant. Service was friendly and great. Food was all excellent. Great place to stop in and explore the area and shops.
Zuruki — Google review
First time back to Clockers in over a year, breakfast was ok, I ordered the omelet with ham, bacon and cheese, it was cooked good and had no complaints. Wife ordered the cinnamon roll French toast, it was a little under cooked and a little soggy but most of it had a good flavor. Coffee was hot and it was good as well. Service was a little slow, but most of the seats were full and we didn’t have a wait time, we were seated quickly, which is not always the case. We will be back for sure.
J T — Google review
It was just okay. We stopped at Clockers Cafe for breakfast on a Tuesday morning around 9 am. It wasn't too busy and we got a booth right away. Our server, Shawna was super nice and attentive. We ordered: - Coffees and waters - Giant Cinnamon Roll - Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise on the side and Home Fries - Omelet with Ham, Onion and Cheddar with English Muffin and side of Hash Browns The cinnamon roll came out first as we wanted. While it was tasty, it definitely was not huge. For cinnamon rolls, this was average to small in size. At $5.99 though, it was priced fairly. My omelet was nice. The English Muffin was saturated with butter or Whirl. My hashbrowns were a big disappointment. The top of them were extra crispy and crumbled when eaten (overcooked). The hashbrowns underneath looked okay but were floating in a bath of cooking oil (Whirl perhaps). My wife's Eggs Benedict was decent as was the sauce. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Her home fries were large chunks of fried potatoes. They didn't seemed seasoned at all and they were cut too large. We have half of our meals leftover and will be eating them at home tomorrow morning. I packed my hashbrowns on top of a napkin to absorb the grease/Whirl so those should fry up nice. For my wife's home fries, I'll season them when I reheat them. So I'm calling Clockers Cafe average for the food and excellent for the service.
Jim B — Google review
Absolutely love this cafe. The atmosphere is warm and homey. The booths have hooks for your winter hats and coats. The waitresses are attentive and kind. The home cooking style food was so tasty and filling. Just what we needed as we visited, ate, and sipped coffee.
Amy C — Google review
Not a large menu. Food was okay, not great and was only like warm when it arrived.
Joleen A — Google review
First time visiting and the food was OK. Standard cafe food, not great, not bad. I had the Country Fried Platter with the steak. Steak was overcooked but edible. My husband had the chef salad and he said it was OK. It's a little vintage looking with booths along each side of the walls and tables in the middle section. Service was decent and the waitress was friendly. Not sure it's a place I'd visit again but glad we tried it.
Kathy G — Google review
We were able to get seated pretty quickly for our party of 5, however, it took quite a bit of time before we were able to order. Our food took exceptionally long to come out and our waitress was not quite friendly. I will say, my sandwich was very good and the hash browns were hot and crispy. Would not return on a weekend.
Tricia H — Google review
Stopped for lunch. Does not look like this restaurant has changed in 50 years. We had a table quickly. Took a while to get our drinks. Friendly waitstaff. Placed our order and waited for 45 minutes before it arrived. Looked like they had plenty of kitchen help so suspect they forgot our order. Hamburger was good as was taco salad. Grilled cheese was small and a letdown. Salad was good. Big issue was our long wait. Don’t plan on a repeat visit.

Step into a nostalgic atmosphere at Mr. B's Ice Cream Parlor, the oldest standing ice cream shop in Branson, Missouri. Owned by local performer Timothy Haygood, this old-school parlor offers over 20 flavors of delicious ice cream along with hot dogs, sandwiches, and freshly baked cobbler. Indulge in their must-try Superman ice cream or opt for kid-pleasing treats like dirt worm sundaes and cookie sundaes.
Mr. B’s Ice Cream Parlor was a really great spot. On the day we visited it was pretty cool outside so we opted for the hot blackberry cobbler and ice cream. The atmosphere is really neat, much like an old ice cream parlor from the 1950’s. The service was also very good. The lady was friendly and very knowledgeable about the town.

Lovely little ice cream shop with an old fashioned feel to it. The ice cream tasted so good, soft and creamy. Was shocked at how big the portions were, too. The worker who served us was great, and we appreciated her accommodating our nut allergy by being careful and using separate serving utensils. Highly recommend stopping in for some delicious desserts.

Love walking the streets and seeing all the life of this downtown. Several great businesses and shops. Just like this beautifully decorated ice cream shop that serves up lots of flavors and options. We stopped in December so we were hoping for some other desserts besides ice cream but they seem to only serve ice cream. Still good because ice cream works year round but would be nice for some “warm” options!

The Cutest Ice Cream Parlor around. Lady was friendly, store was very clean, and Ice Cream was amazing. Would definitely recommend stopping in and supporting local small business when in Historic Downtown Branson!
REUBEN V — Google review
I ordered a hot fudge sundae, but what I received was a couple of scoops of ice cream with bitter chocolate sauce, not "hot fudge". No whipped cream, no nuts, no cherry. I guess their definition of a sundae here is different than mine. Definitely not a good value as the total bill was $15.06 for my "sundae", plus another two-scoop ice cream with two sauces on it. The Blue Bell ice cream they used was subpar in my opinion.

Amazing!!! Best ice cream parlor ever!!! After this amazing treat I will never settle for any other Banana Split again. My choice is clear... Caramelized banana!!! Mind Blown!

Nestled in a charming setting, the Bradford Eatery & Bakeshop is a delightful combination of an inn, cafe, and bakery. Their specialty lies in crafting delectable pies from scratch. However, it's important to note that their opening hours are seasonal and limited to select lunch days. Prior to visiting, it's advisable to check their availability on social media or give them a call.
Great little place that's well worth the drive. It's quiet and quaint and warm and inviting. The owners are very sweet people who care deeply about your experience. We had a wonderful conversation with them. The main course and desserts were all very good!

Breakfast restaurant
Panera Bread is a popular counter-serve bakery/cafe chain known for its delicious bread and free WiFi. It offers a variety of savory sandwiches, salads, soups, pastries, and desserts. Customers enjoy the cozy atmosphere and often bring their laptops to work while enjoying breakfast or lunch. The menu includes classic turkey sandwiches, paninis, broccoli cheddar soup, white cheddar macaroni and cheese, chicken teriyaki bowl, and flatbread pizzas.
Do you know what I love? I love nothing more than a great restroom. Thankfully Panera never disappoints. The Branson Panera was beautiful providing a sense of awe and release. I especially loved the little shelf next to the toilet (though I have no idea what it is for. Maybe a cell phone holder?). I also really love the metal plate behind the urinal. One could only assume this is there for the drunken men who wander off the streets who use this restroom and as they use the urinal (and miss), the pee runs easily down the wall and does not ruin the beautiful tile. Though my experience using the restroom was five stars, I do need to take away half a star because it was a little dirty.

Nice little nice. Dinner time and out of various breads. Although that didn’t affect the quality of what was served. Good meal.

Clean restaurant, healthy and delicious food. We had a variety of soups, sandwiches and salads. The price is reasonable. I recommend visiting it.

We visit often and order mainly during breakfast hours. Employees are always helpful. Sassy at the front counter is always kind and keeps us up to date of any menu changes or limited time specials. Josh comes out from the kitchen every often to ask us how our day is going. Everyone there makes us feel like family!

This Panera is the best Panera in the whole country. The customer service from Josh, the manager was Stellar. He went above and beyond to make panara bread experience amazing with how kind and considerate And also helpful he is. And let me tell you they were busy, busy busy. But manager Josh Took the ball by the horns and Took Care Of, everybody in a timely manner. Definitely will come back to this location. Next time we visit. Awesome Experience!

Steamy Joe Cafe is a local favorite for coffee and breakfast in downtown Branson. The cafe has an old house converted into a cozy dining and coffee-sipping space with friendly staff, delicious food, and an atmosphere that is idealistic in a mid 20th century sort of way.
This was our first time here. We waited about 15-20 min. The staff was friendly. Service was great. Food was AMAZING! I had the stuffed hasbrown breakfast and it was definitely a 10/10. I also had an ice coffee also 10/10. We come every year and this will defanitly be a spot we eat at everytime we come. Thank you the delicious start for our day!
Amy B — Google review
Steamy Joes was such a great surprise for us! I’m not much of a breakfast person so when I saw that they offered both breakfast and lunch in the morning I was thrilled! I wasn’t sure what to expect but the reviews were really good so we wanted to give them a try. The wait was only about 15 minutes which gave us time to decide what we wanted to order. I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap with potato salad and my husband got a chicken salad croissant with chips. We also ordered two big muffins to go. Every was so fresh and delicious! Our waitress was sweet and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back for the crumb cake and espresso muffins alone!
Tracy M — Google review
Cute place, busy and a bit chaotic. All the young staff were very polite and helpful a few of the older staff were a bit grumpy... Be aware you order at the counter and they bring you your food so be ready to order. I recommend looking at the menu ahead of time. Reasonably priced and decent sized portions. Their pastries and muffins are good with nice flavor and good presentation. Worth taking your wife, she'll enjoy it. If you're with the guys I'd pass and save for the ladies. Worth a visit.

Love this place. First of all the views are phenomenal. The service And food is also very good. Great place to eat, relax while taking in views. You also have a choice to sit outside overlooking the trees. The only downside is that you can’t order to go. You have to wait for a table and name to be called then you go inside and place your order and then find your table. Other than that well worth it
Vivi T — Google review
An adorable place with great atmosphere to take your family. Our waitress Charlotte was so sweet and attentive: she even took the time to give us some tips on where to go while we were visiting Branson. For our party of 8 we were seated within 30 minutes, which passed quickly as there is a waiting area out in the back area of the restaurant with a beautiful view. There was even a bean bag toss game for the kids. The food portions were generous and the coffee delicious. Hubby only wished that there was maple syrup for the pancakes, but otherwise highly recommend.

Stopped here to get breakfast and glad we did. Awesome customer service and food. The views are impressive. Sorry we didn’t get pictures of the food before we inhaled it. Everything was delicious. The biscuits and gravy were amazing! June 1st updated review We enjoyed our breakfast so much we had to stop by on our way out of town. There is a lady that wears overalls that we encountered the first time who was a little snippy. Didn’t think much of it since the rest of the staff were great. Today we en oh her again, and she is still snippy. We had two different encounters with her today. Adding some pictures of our food today.

10/10! This place is so good we came twice during our trip! Homemade baked goods, a fantastic coffee bar, the bacon….. what else could you want! The service is fantastic, multiple people checked on us during our breakfast. Had to get a to-go box of goodies to take home. We will always come back here during our Branson trips!

I have been coming once a year for the last five years or so. I get a pastry and a cake every year. It’s the best tasting cake of my life. I get a large one and share it with extended family and friends. They all say the same thing! Owner is gracious. Has helped with timing a couple times. Artistry on the cake is fantastic.

So My sister Yasmine went in here to special order a birthday cake for our brother. And let me tell you, that cake was amazingly delicious! You can tell it was made with love and from actual scratch. I would 💯 percent definitely recommend this place! It is worth every penny. At least from our experience. Keep it up guys! And thank you so much! We loved it! 😄

These people are amazing! I tried probably 6 bakers in the Branson area for our 25th anniversary vow renewal and it didn't take two seconds to know who we should choose. Their service from the very first contact was above and beyond. The cake isn't dry, the flavors are incredible. I gave them a pic for them to match. I chose an off white cake to match my dress and a few flavors of cupcakes to have on the side. Everyone was asking me where I got them! People were halving their cupcakes to share different flavors with each other, they couldn't believe how good they were. One of my guests said, "that cupcake was fire." I also had cake left over for people to take home. I truly wish there were more stars to give them.

We traveled from out of state to visit family and celebrate my son’s first birthday in Reeds Spring. As you can imagine, it was stressful doing that, plus planning my son’s first birthday. I’m so thankful that I was able to rely on Sweets and Smiles bakery to take care of an important part of his first birthday- the smash cake 🎂 he loved it!
Carleigh C — Google review
Huge selection of cupcakes. I picked two to try and they were big enough to share. Both were very good. I can't really comment on the atmosphere as we were in and out, but everything seemed pleasant. I would definitely go back to try more of their menu. Parking was very easy as well.

Visiting Branson to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. Called last minute to order a birthday cake. Luckily, they worked in my order. The cake was beautiful and very delicious. I went with the wedding cake flavor with butter cream. If you are in the area, check out this bakery.

The best cupcakes I have ever had! We tried the champagne and fruit and the lemon blueberry flavors and they were both fantastic. We didn’t know that they were jumbo size either, so that was even better! Definitely want to go back and try more flavors.
