Gelateria Gabriele is a popular spot located in the heart of Vico Equense, on Corso Umberto. It's renowned for its delectable ice cream, desserts, and dairy products. During the summer months, long lines form outside the gelateria due to its popularity, but the service is quick. Visitors rave about their pistachio gelato and Delizia al Limone, praising the rich flavors and delightful textures.
Aaaaaa Gabriele... It's literraly the place i wanted to have in Italie. I recommend this place 💯🔥. Everything is so well done. You Can have a selection of Tasty cheese prepared by Giovanni for only 18€. A mix of completly different taste and a discovery at each pieces. If you like cheese you should try !! Gelato, baba, lemon granita, delicioso al lemone, pasticceria, tiramisu, Ice cream, Panini, cheesecake; it was literraly our favorite place during our trip on the Amalfitaine coast. This place is unbelievable! Always very busy, and popular with Italians and tourists alike. It's so much more than just Gelato. I watched many Italians order what turned out to be the Lemon delicia, so decided to try it and my word, it didn't disappoint. We all had dessert from here every night, no matter where we'd been prior.
Andrew W — Google review
I wanted to try everything on the menu—it all looked so tempting! In the end, I went for the classic Lemon Delicia, which was simply outstanding 👌💕👌. However, some friends in our group ordered the classic chocolate ice cream and weren’t as impressed.
Dimitra Z — Google review
In September 2024 my husband and I read an article in the New York Magazine by Tamara Shopsin about her trip back to Gabriele’s 14 years after her first visit to see if it was still the best gelato she had ever tasted (it was!). The article became the inspiration for our trip to Rome and Sorrento this October. We made 3 stops at Gabriele’s and it definitely was everything we hoped it would be. It is truly amazing. The yogurt gelato with fresh strawberries and whipped cream was a high point. Every flavor of gelato we tried was also wonderful as was the lemon delight dessert. There’s a full deli as well and we enjoyed the prosciutto and mozzarella rolls for a lunch break in between servings of gelato. Gabriele’s is absolutely 5 stars - not to be missed!
Nance M — Google review
The Deliziosa al limone is something that everyone passing by there should try. We do so every time we are nearby. But it not the only thing. Not many place keep that level of tradition, passion, and quality as they do. I definitely recommend to everyone!!!
Carmine C — Google review
Omg, this place was beyond perfect!!! We ordered gelato and lemon delizia. Both were absolutely delicious. The only thing we’re upset about is not being able to try all the amazing pastries there. They all looked perfect, and I’m sure they tasted just as good!
Səbinə A — Google review
Fantastic desserts and service at cheap prices. The gelato was tasty especially the nut topping which was crispy and sweet ! The lobster tail and lemon pastry was fresh and great quality, takeaway was packaged nicely. Staff were friendly and spoke English.
Jennifer C — Google review
Really great range of flavours, cakes are also available and there's a little cheese section too if you're that way inclined. A nice place to get a souvenir food gift while you're enjoying a gelato.

Torre del Saracino is a unique dining experience located in a medieval tower with stunning views of the gulf. This restaurant offers creatively presented seafood cuisine, making it a must-visit spot along the Amalfi coast. It is known for its artful dishes and is highly regarded among the fine dining options in Val Equense.
The best culinary experience I have ever had. We did the 6 course tasting with the wine tasting. Start to finish, but I could not have been more impressed.

Wonderful service, crazy view and amazing food. What an expierience and less than 1 hour away from Naples. The amberjack was most certainly one of the best dishes of 2025. Highly recommended!
Omar A — Google review
We have eaten at many amazing restaurants throughout the world and this restaurant was one of best places we have eaten definitely on our two week trip through Italy and Spain (BCN/Ibiza/Forementera) and one of best places we have ever eaten. The entire experience is top notch and extraordinary. As we came off the main road and took many hairpin turns down the winding road heading to our final destination located in Marina di Equa nothing prepared us for what awaited us. We found what looked like a fortified building/tower and as we looked around perplexed trying to see where we could parked a gentle man approached us wearing a Torre del Saracino shirt and obviously was the valet attendant and he came toward us welcomed us and kindly parked our rental car (this is a nice perk). We immediately were warmly greeted as we approached the entrance. We were taken to a beautiful corner table with magnificent views of the water and the from where one could admire Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. What came next nothing could prepare us. Chef Gennaro Esposito is a master who brilliantly expresses the essence of his native land in every dish. Every dish is creatively presented, every dish is a masterpiece. Service was impeccable with Francesco describing every wine to us in great detail. The staff works as a seamless unit/team and all of the individuals with whom we interacted shined. Our server in particular proved warm and professional (Patricia was pleasant and warm as well). This place is well deserving of all the accolades! Cannot wait to come back to this magnificent restaurant! This was a gastronomic memorable journey! Highly recommend!
Carlos L — Google review
Wonderful setting. The staff are very professional and friendly, without pretentiousness. The food is local, precise, not heavy, and mostly seafood and vegetable-based which is our preference for fine dining. The menu progression over the 8 courses is excellent. The two michelin stars are well deserved.
Alex — Google review
An extraordinary experience at La Torre del Saracino. Chef Gennaro Esposito captures the true essence of the Mediterranean in every creation, masterfully balancing tradition and innovation. Our server provided impeccable, warm, and professional service, making every detail of the evening unforgettable. The sommelier, with deep knowledge and evident passion, guided us through pairings that elevated each dish to an even higher level. A culinary journey that fully justifies its two Michelin stars — one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve had in Itlia
Aleyda P — Google review
Unlike many tasting menus today, Torre del Saracino was a vibrant, new, and exciting experience. The passion and connection to the local land and sea can be experienced from the moment you walk in the door. The service is incredible, as diners experience pre meal bites and cocktails in the historic tower before being led downstairs into the dining room which boasts incredible views of the beach and sea. Not only is this one of the best bites I had in the region but clearly also a great value in comparison to other Michelin starred meals we experienced throughout the country and in general.
Paul D — Google review
I rarely come back to an already visited restaurant, but Torre del Saracino is an exception. The place is amazing, just in front of the sea, with excellent view of Naples. The service is incredibly kind, perfect. The food is super. This time we took 8 plates decided by the chef. They were all delicious, starting with oysters and finishing with lamb, it was an sensiorial experience for taste and eyes. Definetely a place where to come back always with pleasure.
Angelo P — Google review
The restaurant has two star Michelin. It’s offering 6, 8, and 12 courses tasting menu. We went with 8 courses. The food was creative, beautiful and tasty, mostly seafood as it was our preferences. The staff were very professional and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and spent a great night on their patio that was facing the Mediterranean Sea.

Villa Comunale di Sorrento is a charming park that resembles a town square and is a popular attraction due to its exotic plantings, seasonal flowers, and large shady trees. The park offers panoramic views of the Bay of Naples, with tourists flocking to capture the endless coastal scenery. Visitors can enjoy sights such as Marina San Francesco, Marina Piccola, Marina Grande, and Mount Vesuvius from the park's railings.
Amazing view of the sea and beaches! We really loved it. You can take a beautiful photo and then walk down to the sea and the beaches. On the way down, you get to enjoy the views of the charming houses in the hills and all the stunning scenery around you. I’ve also added a photo of the sunbed and umbrella prices — not cheap, but pretty much the same as everywhere along the Sorrento coast.

Villa Comunale in Sorrento is a truly fantastic spot that offers some of the best views in the city. It's a great place to just relax and unwind, especially in the evening. We spent some time there watching the sunset, and it was a genuinely calm and soothing experience. The panoramic views of the entire Sorrento coast from the park are simply breathtaking. The way the light hits the water and the cliffs is beautiful, and it makes for a perfect place to just sit on a bench and take it all in. It's a simple pleasure, but a great way to end a day of sightseeing and escape the crowds for a bit.

Beautiful view of the sea. You can enjoy a coffee or some drinks at the local coffee shop. I ordered limoncelo spritz which was delicious and got some side snacks included, that were a treat!

A fantastic public park offering commanding, panoramic views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. It's a peaceful spot for a relaxing break. Crucially, the park features a dedicated elevator down to Marina Piccola (the port) and the beachfront, making cliff access quick and easy

Il Duomo, also known as the Cathedral of Saint Andrew, is a must-see in Amalfi. The cathedral is located in Piazza Duomo and offers a stunning display of architecture and history. In Sorrento, the historic center boasts attractions like the Romanesque cathedral called Il Duomo, dedicated to Saints Philip and James. This beautiful cathedral features remarkable artwork and statues, including one of Saint Rita of Cascia.
Raki near by had a very long line so we walked a few steps to find the place. They had great flavors and a bonus macaroon included in your purchase! My wife loved the Bounty(coconut and chocolate) flavor. Staff was friendly. We went 2 times in our 3 days stay. Would recommend!

The best lemon cake, lemon sorbet and gelato in Sorrento. Ask for Maria and Diego. Fantastic servers. They always bring little surprises. You won’t be disappointed.
Patricia R — Google review
We found this incredible Italian gelato shop on our first night in Sorrento. We came back all 3 nights of our stay. Maria was our beautiful host serving us the most delicious high quality gelato in over 20 flavors. She welcomed us each night with kindness and little extras and made our time in Sorrento extra special. They also serve a variety of other treats, drinks, food so plenty for everyone to enjoy. The shop is clean spacious with tables inside and outside. Location is so central to the heart of the Sorrento walking street. You will love this lovely shop.

We had the best gelato in Italy at Gelateria Il Duomo and the most delicious lemon cake prepared by Maria Rosa presented like a piece of art. Meraviglioso! We will be back, grazie.
Bruna P — Google review
Best Gelato in town! Me and my wife tried the “Ricotta cheese and Pear” gelato on our first night and we got addicted to it! We literally planned our next day in a way that we end it on a high with the same gelato. Unfortunately, the staff mentioned that the flavour was sold out. We got really bummed as we were actually waiting for the whole day to get our hands on the lovely gelato. After hearing our plight, fortunately, the lovely lady on the counter asked us to wait for 5 minutes. She came out with the fresh gelato of our beloved flavour and we relished every lick of it!!! Cheers to the staff, their kindness and love, and the amazing gelato they serve!!!

Basilica Sant'Antonino is a centuries-old church located in Sorrento, Italy. Its Romanesque facade and grand nave with marble pillars and frescoes make it a sight to behold. The basilica's origins date back to the 11th century when it was built on the remains of a 9th-century oratory dedicated to Saint Antonino, the city's patron saint.
Stayed at an Airbnb right in the Square... excellent location to see it all within walking distance to restaurants, beach and ferry..

Antica Osteria Nonna Rosa is a place where hospitality is at the heart of everything. The atmosphere exudes a sense of family warmth, and the kitchen offers gracefully suggested, refined dishes alongside classic favorites like meat sauce and meatballs with sauce. Visitors have praised the well-balanced dishes, authentic flavors, and high-quality ingredients. The generous portions and friendly service create a familiar and welcoming environment for an exceptional dining experience.
I have never been to a fine dining restaurant and this exceeded my expectations. I am vegan and my husband is not, we were able to order the 6 course tasting menu specially prepared by the chef, I received a 100% vegan menu and my husband got a normal menu with seafood. I felt like the dishes just got better and better each course. I was pleasantly surprised how full I actually was half way through, there was so much food!! It just kept coming!! Service was obviously impeccable. I will say it is a whole experience and you will be there for 2-3 hours or more depending on what you order. Make sure to make a reservation and specify dietary preference and they will be prepared

After watching Chef’s Table on Netflix, we knew we had to visit Antica Osteria Nonna Rosa — and it did not disappoint! We went on a Sunday for the tasting menu lunch and had such a memorable experience. The food was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and there was plenty of it. A perfect blend of tradition and creativity. Highly recommend for a special meal in the Sorrento area! Just take the train. Make reservations!

Came from the US .. was expecting much more .. cold people.. felt I’m eating plastic or rice wraps .flavour of food..dessert smelled like a smell of finished cigarette… yes!! I came to your location.. food taste and smell horrible
Batel A — Google review
We came here having seen the Chef’s Table feature on Netflix. And consequently, we probably had impossible expectations. We ordered the classic tasting menu. Overall - remember we‘re talking premium Michelin star pricing - the experience was somewhat mixed: We had a really creative amuse gueule, which set our expectations quite high. This was followed though by a dish of cheese and then three pasta courses with tomato sauce (varied ingredients and pasta style of course), which were nice but not spectacular. The pairing wines really added to the experience though, so I‘d really recommend that option. Then we had a meatball with mashed potato, and finally a very nice variety of desserts again - I was only missing a dessert wine, which somehow wasn’t part of the wine pairing anymore (but dessert was gone before we realized). We went as a family with two children, so only two of us had the pairing wines, and overall ended up at EUR 660 plus tip. Honestly, given the fact most of the courses were varied pasta with tomato sauce, I felt we probably paid 100 - 150 Euro too much. Apologies if our taste buds couldn’t appreciate the difference, but making pasta at home didn’t feel terribly different from what we had here (good to know though that our pasta skills are apparently quite decent). Again, please remember this review is reflecting the high expectations we had visiting a Michelin Star fine dining experience. Overall, it was a very nice experience - friendly staff and quiet setting (Peppe Guida didn’t make an appearance on that Friday evening).

The service was exceptional, nothing to fault! And to top it off Peppe came over and had a chat with us which made experience all the better. I highly recommend thr food and experience! Looking forward to my next visit!

Museums
Museo Correale di Terranova is located in the heart of Sorrento, housed within the Palazzo Correale, a historical 18th-century villa. The museum showcases an extensive collection of art and artifacts across three floors and 24 rooms, with additional exhibition space in the attic.
A serene oasis in the heart of lively Sorrento! The Museo Correale di Terranova is wonderfully quiet, with only a few visitors wandering through its elegant halls. The collection of antiques is stunning—a graceful tribute to the legacy of the Medici and Correale families. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful escape from the bustling shops, restaurants, and traffic outside.
Tarah N — Google review
An excellent private collection given to the town. The archaeological rooms were closed when I visited but very much enjoyed the mainly 19th paintings of Sorrento and Naples and wished it looked more like that now rather than the present day chaos with the traffic and tourists. Some beautiful views from the villa across the Bay of Naples. You'll spend about an hour here.
Chris J — Google review
The grounds are beautiful and the archeological movie is the basement gave me some great perspective on what I was seeing around the town. If you follow the path all the way to the end you end up on a terrace of a very expensive hotel - Grand Hotel Ambasciatori Sorrento ($1,300€/night). Guess that view alone might be worth the $15€ admission each. The art and furniture displays are interesting but after everywhere we have been it's not really comparable to other options in the general area. No pictures of the art, furniture and collectibles displays as they ask that you don't take pictures.
Brian H — Google review
It's okay, it's a nice museum but hard to see the value for money here. 15 euros was quite a lot for very little. I would say that the marquetry on the furniture is amazing and it's good to see the historical furniture on show. The painting exhibition wasn't particularly well lit so we didn't feel that it was a pleasant experience overall.
Stephen K — Google review
Great place to see and learn about the origins of the city. It wont take much time to visit.
Richard R — Google review
You will need time to go through this Museum, which is a short walk from the Town centre. It has a very large collection of paintings, furniture, clocks and ceramics. Sadly there were few translations in English, except in the section on the excavations of Sorrento. However, one member of staff on watch, who spoke English, was really helpful when we came across an exquisite "multipurpose" ladies dressing table. Dore was really knowledgeable and told us so much about this interesting piece of furniture. The Correale has engaging gardens and grounds with pathways leading to a lovely cafe area overlooking the sea, though the cafe was shut when we were there.
Amy — Google review
Fascinating eclectic exhibitions of art and furniture in a fine old building that is now sadly quite neglected, as are the gardens. The entrance charge is quite high in comparison to far better museum/galleries. Nevertheless, an interesting visit providing an insight to the region's history.
Rent M — Google review
Beautiful exhibits detailing the vivid history of the region. For 8 Euros a person, this museum is a must if you're visiting Sorrento. Top it off with a leisurely stroll through their gorgeous garden - you will not regret it!

Immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of Sorrento at the Museo Bottega della Tarsia Lignea, located in an 18th-century palace adorned with stunning frescoes. This museum showcases the traditional art of marquetry, a craft dating back to the 14th century and flourishing in the 19th century.
Amazing collection of decorative wood over 3 floors. Shows the skilled woodworking starting from the nineteenth century. Partial frescos on the ceiling of some rooms that you almost miss due to the excellent furniture and paintings. Displays were very informative.

This is a really lovely museum set in a very interesting building in the center of Sorrento. The first little corridor is not very inspiring, but it's easy to get completely immersed in finding out what's in all the little draws in the next three floors. My partner who is an architect was absolutely entranced by the quality of the sketch work and the beautiful and unusual shapes of some of the furniture. It's also really lovely how the museum sets the scene (social, industry, fashion etc.) before moving on to much of the tarsilinear work so that the scenes depicted can be really understood. The woodworking tools were also fascinating, as was the discussion of wood staining. You can easily spend 2 hours here if you take the time to get the most out of it. Well worth a visit.

Visiting Sorrento for the day. The museum’s actual website literally says FREE ENTRY. We get there and a woman refuses to acknowledge the website and insists on charging 10 € per person. We email and try to call the office. Zero response. Very disappointing and even if it were free, I’m not wasting my time.

Not sure what to make of this museum it’s neither one thing or the other. I was expecting an immersive experience in the art of making fret work and intricate wooden things. There’s a bit in that but it seems to tell more about the history of Sorrento. It’s interesting nonetheless and a bit pricey at €10 each. You’ll learn stuff but not how they make super thin wooden veneer, how they cut it or make things.
Martin W — Google review
If you only have time for one thing in Sorrento visit this museum. The wood work is absolutely beautiful. The detail in mosaics and all sorts of designs is incredible without the use of modern technology. You can find similar wood work in a couple shops around Sorrento but you should really check out the history behind it.

Wonderful museum with four floors of great exhibits. There are many tapestries in Italian and English to help explain the history. There is a set of book and pieces you can buy. Well with the $10 entry.

Well worth a visit when you're in Sorrento. The displays are excellent and the building itself, a 16th century baron's house, is amazing.

A nice little museum if you're interested in marquetry, both ancient and modern, with some truly jaw-dropping exhibits. It's quite warm inside, so not a place to cool down in if it's boiling outside.

Nestled above the San Francesco Cloister, Gallery Celentano is a charming space that specializes in Italian photography. The gallery features the works of Raffaele Celentano and other artists from the Sorrento International Photo School. Raffaele splits his time between Sorrento and Germany, capturing picturesque views, portraits, and scenery shots throughout his decades-long passion for photography.
A beautiful and well-organized cozy art gallery full of picturesque views, portraits and scenery shots captured on camera throughout the decades of the owner's passion in photography and dedication to it. A labor of love truly with a great, super-amiable atmosphere. If only we didn't have to go to explore more places in and around Sorrento in just one afternoon-evening.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rafaele Clentano Gallery. I must say, their unique approach to customer service is truly unforgettable! If you’re looking for an experience that leaves you questioning your life choices, this is the place for you. The atmosphere is vibrant, especially when you’re asked to leave unexpectedly! It really adds a thrilling twist to the day. I’m sure the owner is just passionate about maintaining a specific vibe—one that clearly doesn’t include clients. For those seeking a studio that values their customers, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you enjoy a bit of excitement and unpredictability, you might just love it here! Wishing the team all the best in their future endeavors!

An opportunity to see excellent black-and-white photography of everyday Italian people. We also paid €20 for a photoshoot in the Alfa Romeo. From the session we received the digital files for about 50 photos. Emma was an excellent photographer. Recommend a visit, especially if you enjoy photography.

Constructed in the late 15th century, Santuario della Madonna del Carmine is a single-nave church that stands on the grounds of a previous church. The building boasts an impressive early design and is dedicated to the Madonna del Carmine.
(Translated by Google) The interior of the sanctuary of the Madonna del Carmine is rich in pictorial decorations by artists active in the eighteenth century. For some paintings there is no author, for others the references concern the baroque style of artists working in the Neapolitan area. Of great artistic value is the sixteenth-century copy of the panel depicting the Madonna del Carmelo, the original of which is in the Carmine church in Naples. The vault of the church is embellished by a beautiful eighteenth-century painting by Onofrio Avellino, depicting the Madonna in glory with saints and angels. (Original) L'interno del santuario della Madonna del carmine è ricco di decorazioni pittoriche di artisti attivi nel settecento. Great place to visit with staying in Castellammare di Stabia. Funicular goes up every 20 min., round trip costs 8 eur. per person. View point is 10-15 min. walk, also there's few bars if you want to grab a drink or snacks.

Mount Faito is a mountain that is part of the mountain chain of the Lattari mountains: 1,131 meters high, has access from both Castellammare di Stabia and Vico Equense and can also be reached by the cable car of the same name, managed by the Autonomous Authority Volturno, from the station of Castellammare di Stabia.

One of my favorite days during my two week Italy trip was the day spent taking the cable car, talking to Nicola (the owner of the bar connected to the Cable Car area) about where to hike and eating his delicious food and drinks, hiking along the road there, reaching the church and great view, hiking back through the forest, ending with a few more snacks and drinks and taking the cable car back to town.

Nestled in a prime location near the hotel, Castello Giusso is a hidden gem offering a pleasant and less crowded experience compared to other nearby attractions. The castle boasts beautiful gardens, a pool, and a private beach with stunning views of Napoli and Vesuvius. Guests can enjoy the serene atmosphere, friendly staff, and rich history of the place. It serves as an ideal base for exploring various nearby attractions by car or public transportation.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Castle is perfectly situated, down quiet side street, a stones throw from Vico centre. Around a 7 minute walk from the Circusuviana railway station, linking Naples to Sorrento and all that's in between. Boat excursions are available from Seiano harbour just a short walk away. The pool was perfect and well attended, and the private beach was beautiful, really well situated, with some great snorkeling. We will definitely return.

Spiaggia La Tartaruga, also known as Turtle Beach, is a secluded spot in Vico Equense that can only be accessed by sea. Whether you choose to paddle in a canoe, swim, or take a sea taxi, the journey is worth it for the pristine Blue Flag waters. While it tends to get crowded in the summer months, visiting during the off-peak season allows for a more untamed experience.

The Museo Mineralogico Campano, located in Vico Equense, is a hidden gem that houses thousands of minerals, ancient fossils, and dinosaur reconstructions. Despite its small size, the museum offers an excellent collection with specimens dating back over 350 million years. Visitors have praised the welcoming and knowledgeable curator who provides informative tours. The museum is particularly suitable for families with children due to its manageable size and interesting exhibits.
We went on a rainy day, travelling from Sorrento 9km away. We we're pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gem in a former convent. We were quite lucky it was slow, as the director was extremely welcoming, and provided the perfect tour of the highlights of the museum. Fascinating history of the famous finds housed within, some more than 350M years old!

Fascinating collection and display of minerals and fossils from around the world, including a nice section displaying many of the different forms of rocks from nearby Vesuvius. On the main axis there is the entrance hall on one side and the main altar with presbytery on the opposite side. Superb peak with breathtaking views. Bit of a scramble for the last 100 metres but not too bad if your reasonably fit or a reasonable experienced hiker. Well worth it for the views on top. Loved the little box on the top with a visitors book and oddly some tea bags!

Spectacular! It took me 2 hours to reach M. S. Michele (Molare) from the cable car, passing through Santuario S. Michele, which was closed. I then continued on an easy path (300) to Croce Della Connochia, followed by a leisurely walk (338a I believe) through an enchanted forest and joining up with the road back to the cable car (336C). This stretch took me about 2h30min. I am reasonably fit, but not a very experienced hiker. The only sections that made me nervous was the cable car and the short scramble up Molare. All the path signs were well maintained.

Can be hiked as part of the Ring of Faito. Take the Cable car from Castellamare (8 Euro round Trip), follow signs to St Michele church first, then Monte Molare and then finish the loop by following the path to Croce della Conocchia (3-4h hike). Monte Molare has the most stunning views but the little climb up there is for more advanced hikers. The rest of the loop is fairly easy though.

The beach is so beautiful! I can only recommend! The water is amazing, and the beach is clean and comfortable to chill. Disclaimer: Google Maps is not being honest here. The way down/up was not 9 minutes, more like 30. (It is worth it tho!) Also: if you plan to come by bus/public transport, you will need to tell the bus driver that you want to stop at the location. Other wise he will take you to Positano and you will be stuck in the city at 40 Degrees. No problem, cause a nice couple took us by there car back to the entry point to the hiking trail next to the highway, so all worked out in the end! Beautiful Beach! Also nice hike!

This beach is a hidden gem. The best way to get there is by scooter, as you can easily park it on the side of the road. Getting there by car can be tricky and may cause complications. Keep in mind — reaching the beach requires a bit of physical effort. There's a short hike downhill, and you’ll need to climb over some rocks, so being in decent shape is definitely a plus. Also, be aware that there are two beach spots to choose from: one through the fisherman’s booth, and another one located to the left. Both beaches are absolutely beautiful and well worth the visit.
JurkaDS — Google review
Excellent secluded beach with black rocks. You can find shade under some natural caves. It can get wavy. The path down or up can be tiring under the heat, but it’s a ~10 min or less if you’re in shape. The entrance is not signaled but you can see a fence and the stairs right next to it from the road.
Ignacio M — Google review
This seems like a local wild beach , I went alone around 5 pm and was empty. It was a spontaneous decision but was the best thing I did in the amalfi coast , you have bus to go there, but you need to do a little hike and go down some rocks to finally get there. If you are a sedentary person it might be a little hard but in general it’s manageable. Worth it!
Mafalda S — Google review
This beach is absolutley breathtaking! It is not for everybody because you need to decent down a very narrow path down the cliff and after you pass the fishermans house on the first bay you need to climb big rocks. BUT I have also seen a lot of elderly people do it, so it is very possible! The black pebble beach gets very very hot, in the summer it was impossible to walk on them bare foot so I would recommend bringing sturdy flipflops. It was worth every drop of sweat to get there, truley amazing beach with an immaculate 180 degrees view of cliff mountain and sea. NOTE: no parking nearby so you have to find a empty spot on the side of the road, there are a few little bays that are big enough for one car each.
Xander B — Google review
The beach itself us quite nice. The other with cats and house not so much. There are small stones which allows to see a bit closer water. Not so much snorkeling rather poor experience. Very difficult for parking a car aside the road, better for a motorcycle. But if you are lucky you can make it. Last part of the path is just a rock to climb via a rope. Motor boats disturb the beauty of a hidden place

Cappella Santa Maria della Neve, located in Rione Pozzillo, has a rich history tied to the ice workers who preserved ice in snow pits on Mount Faito. They later transported it to Marina di Mergellina in Naples, where a chapel with the same name was constructed. This chapel marks the endpoint of the Snow Road, a walk through 13 doors. Nestled among buildings, it offers stunning views of Marina di Vico and Mount Vesuvius.
