Great park with plenty to see and do. Perfect spot to spend a few hours and let the kids explore. The cafe isn’t amazing for coffee but fine for a quick pick-me-up, and parking’s generally easy to find. There’s a nice mix of open space and shady spots, and the walking paths are well kept. Plenty of areas for picnics or just sitting back to take it all in. Even when it’s busy, it still feels relaxed and welcoming. A solid place to unwind for a while.

This is such a great place for a walk in the bush, which we discovered totally by chance. We had originally intended to go to the shipwreck lookout but since we couldn't find it we came here. Since it was a week day there were hardly any people around so we enjoyed our walk. A great place to bring kids over, have a picnic or BBQ or do some bird watching.

This is a big recreational park with playground, picnic and barbecue area and its own car park. It's on the foothill of the Bay Marker of Wentworth Point. My friends and I normally walk here from Sydney Olympic Park or sometimes bicycle here as it's not too far. There's plenty of barbecue space available with playgrounds for the young ones or the young at heart. It is a great place for the whole family.

If you are scare of height I would strongly recommend you, either do not go in or look anywhere down while you are walking. But actually its an interesting places you can jog or walk around, not sure whats was before, looks like an abandon mine site.

The brickpit ring walk was very amusing since it was my second time going there with the social groups that we decided to walk along this huge track around to see the beautiful overall scenery of this landmark that it was the best time in my life I have experienced before that it was good weather to have a good walk around the Ring Walk. Although the water down there was very murky drainage water that came out from the sewage pipes something was not right about the water. I saw some houses down there where the residents live at this place. I enjoy this time of year when the sun is out.

Tried archery for the first time at the Sydney Olympic Park Archery Centre, and it was an absolute blast! The 90-minute session, priced at just $28, began with clear and helpful instructions from the staff, making it easy even for beginners. Safety was a top priority, and the staff ensured everyone was well-informed. The experience was not only fun but also a great way to try something new. Definitely planning to return for another session!

Really great instructors here. If doing the bronze session as an adult group, try and get in outside of school holiday periods, otherwise you’ll be waiting for ages between rounds and need to deal with kids poaching your arrows. I’ve been twice now and it’s night and day in experience without kids. Wear long sleeves as well if you can, or you might get bad chafing. Good access to parking and amenities as well. A great activity to do at a very reasonable price!

Archery is very interesting. I practiced it for a while 10 years ago. It feels like all the memories came back when I experienced it again. It's very interesting.

I always enjoy coming here to practice 🏹 archery. The expansive field, the lush green grass, and the sense of freedom and relaxation, it’s all truly wonderful. With convenient car parking, a serene atmosphere, and the perfect spot to spend weekends, this place is a gem!

Exceptional Customer Service & extremely organised. Entire space is well Maintained. Andrew, Bronze & Silver Class Teachers and Reception help are extremely knowledgeable, Precise with Bookings and Polite and helpful Because the number at the Archery lessons is very High the Bows are used often which may impact the usability. It’s natural I figured Not always but just what I found using the Archery Bows and Arrows. Purchasing my own Bow is the desired move.

Impressive and majestic Olympic structure! I was really impressed! It has an interesting offer and a middle ground between relaxation and sport. Perhaps the 50m pool used for free swimming is a little too heated for serious swimming, but still acceptable given the context, perhaps during the week it is less heated. The spa and sonar section is beautiful. The Australian style changing rooms with only two closed showers leaves a little to be desired, but in the end for a minority of Italian tastes it can be fine (in Italy you first take off your shoes and then enter the changing room and pool). Have fun!

The pools look great but i visited for the gym. The gym was not fantastic, had aged equipment and a television for music, which was playing the same song over and over the entire workout. It's small and limited, but the main bits are there. The facility as a whole needs a makeover..it feels old and run down. Sad to see actually when places like Ashfield aquatic centre and Hurstville are cleaner and far better maintained.

Flexible swimming classes, teachers are good. But maintenance needs to be addressed better. So many broken doors and toilet seats .. Bathrooms are very dirty, I can never lock my shower door. I have told staff about this ages ago, a year later it’s still in same state.

It’s good place to visit for activities and car parking is convenient….. BUT this place is neglected for hygiene, cleaness and maintenance. Cardio Room doesn’t have good ventilation and can feel it. Even in weight room, can see old equipment with Tape on it. Members Male room is always so smelly and cockroaches 🪳 can found easily in the locker. Sauna Room is good but again be prepare to encounter weird smell and Cockroaches 🪳. Many regular people like me always even reports to Management for long time but they seems never cared.

We went at 7am+ to avoid the crowd. When we left we saw long queue. Nice facilities but the fun things start available only from 10am. Adults need to have fun too! If there are hairdryers it would be perfect! The parking always doesnt work (car plate number not detected). Not sure if it is because we entered before 8am.

Good family day out to be had here. I can easily spend 4 hours plus with the kids. Rushing water pool has water jets that propel you around. Splasher area ideal for younger kids with small slides, big splash from the tipping bucket, and variety of fun water play activities. Big slide for older kids or hang in warmer jacuzzi pools. Four hours free parking.

A great place to visit if you are a tennis lover. I have been going for 2-3 years to watch the United Cup. Easy access by local bus from the city & very state of the art courts.

Blaxland Riverside Park is a really nice park with great amenities. My kids enjoyed it a lot — there are plenty of play areas and open spaces for them to run around and have fun. It’s a perfect spot for a family outing!

Large open grassed area next to the Olympic stadium. Has a public toilet next to it but no other facilities or shelter. A short walk from Olympic Park station as well as food and drink stores nearby. Good spot to attend concerts / festivals as well.

Lovely park, smack bang in the middle of Olympic precinct. Unfortunately, lack of trees and shades (aside from the sides) makes it extremely hot in summer. Good for walks and parks has amenities. Perfect for families on a day out with a picnic. Also, the site holds several events throughout the year, ie. Royal Easter Show, Sydney Vegan Market.

Nice to have a place like this so close to the busy Hill Rd in Wentworth Point, for slowing the pace whilst being surrounded by nature. Really good for runners and cyclists. For walkers, you could become a bug magnet and there’s a few waste plant looking spots? Not sure…but otherwise the area is pleasant, especially the closer you get to water.

This is yet another lookout man-made hill. There are two ways to enter the hilltop; either from Hill Rd car park or from Silverwater Marker next to Woo-la-ra. I counted 30 steps from the Silverwater Marker side. It's a sun-exposed hill so I suggest an early morning stroll up the hill, or late afternoon when it's cool. There's a nice view from the top but that's about it. I visited here out of curiosity.

Such a nice quiet look-out just behind the trees. Theres a hill that you can see so much from up there, its just a shame that they are building so many high-rise building around it blocking the view. Apparently harbour could be seen from up there, or maybe still can be seen, not on the day I visited though. Still part of the cbd was visible. Great place to exercise or just sit down and enjoy some peace and quiet. The bike/walking trail going through the parks and reserves of sydney olympic park/ hombush bay/ wentworth point is definitely worth visiting.

Fantastic design of this tower. Use multi-hole metal plates as the wall construsction. I could even see the change of sun light among different timing.

Such a great spot for a wedding! One of our favorites actually. The trees make for a perfect setting, keeping things cool even on a VERY hot day. The access for vendors is fabulious and the staff are great to work with. Can be a bit noisy with people passing by, so we were inspired to make a "Shhh please" sign to put up near our outdoor weddings :)

Cannot believe the changes they made on the tower down to the Opal tower on that site. Since it’s inception in 1988 the place looks dull with grey paint on the tower. It used to be sky blue paint and the wooden lattice on the tower were truly wooden tan brown but they changed it. It looks small and dead. How do I know ? I was there 33 years ago when the Prime Minister Bob Hawke flew over the site via helicopter ….and I gave him the finger…what can I say I was a young kid. Here is the original proof of the site can you see the width of the site is originally wider and the seats are next to the trees.

Has a great night setting Simple Plan and The Offspring. Unfortunately no disabled queues to go in so I was nearly knocked over a couple of times with people barging in. But there was a disability line to get merchandise, so that helped. Indoor staff were lovely and very helpful and it is a great arena to hear live music.

I enjoyed visiting Qudos Bank Arena but would say my enjoyment of it definitely was a result of the show I went to see there. The arena is easily accessible by many means of transport. There is a large, multi storey carpark located right next to the venue. It is also a very short walk to get the bus or train. On the occasion I went to the arena, it was very clean and well organised. The venue definitely caters well for very large numbers of crowds. There were reasonable food and beverage options available for purchase and the bathroom facilities were good too.

Very well organised. Saw an NBL game Sydney Kings vs Tasmanian Jack Jumpers. Very loud and crowd interactive. Setup was very well done. Entry and exit was easy and well managed. Seating..my rear end was glad it didn't go longer than 2 hours but quite ok in fact better than some stadium seating. Good leg room and I'm 6'4 (194cm). Typical stadium food and drink options, a bit pricey but they always are in these venues. The kids loved the shoestring fries and popcorn. Parking was easy in the multi-storey carpark. Every entry lane went to its own floor so no competing with merging traffic going in or going out. A good experience overall.

the home of the recent Cortez, Cirque du Soleil. first time to be at the venue. Made a mistake bringing an umbrella and bag - you have to pay 10 dollars to leave them.. show was great.. 8/10. I prefer the Luzia of last year at the Entertainment Quarter. venue is easy access via public transport.

I gave Qudos a 4 star rating because overall it's a great venue. Parking is easy to get in & out of when nothing is on at Accor! BUT you really need to improve your food options! Hot dogs, fries & 1 type of burger from one place really just doesn't cut it. A tiny pizza at another place was ok but the options were margherita or ham & cheese. I didn't see any other options than these so it's pretty disappointing.

Great venue. Very close to Olympic Park station. Good selection of nibbles and drinks (and not overpriced .. at least for the concert we attended). Amazing vibe and overall friendly staff.

We attended Torvill & Dean ice skating show. We were ringside. Seats weren't too bad but no elevation meant limited visibility from the second row. The exit from the building was a debacle. The volume of diabled/elderly people requiring lifts far outweighed the buildings capacity. Even with staff funnelling patrons out to the back lifts we waited around 40 minutes for a lift and we were moved on twice. Not good for our elderly guest. Chairs near the lifts would have been a good idea. My advice, if you can manage the stairs at all, do it.

A group of us dined here for a Sunday breakfast. I had the chilli scrambled eggs. What I liked was the most was the salad that accompanied it. It wasn't just a garnish..it paired well with the eggs. Toast was top notch sourdough. Loved it! Fair prices too.

I ordered eggs my way with tomato, bacon, and sourdough – the produce was spectacular, cooked beautifully, and packed with flavour. My daughter had the bacon and egg bun with a free-range egg, and she declared it sensational. The venue was clearly overrun with orders due to the event, but the staff handled it with professionalism and grace. One of the servers kindly set our expectations for a long wait, but then pleasantly surprised us by delivering our meals earlier than expected. Great service, delicious food – highly recommend for anyone in the area!

What a Gem! We found the perfect venue for our pre event dinner. This lovely Cafe has both inside and outside seating. It is quiet, offered delicious event menu. Delightful, friendly and helpful staff. I had a delicious Nourish bowel with Grilled Chicken with Red Cabbage, Crispy Chickpeas & Lemon Dressing. Definitely be back!

Great vibey restaurant with outdoor seating. The burrata caprese salad was very fresh and flavourful and paired nicely with the garlic focaccia bread. The wagyu burger was smokey and cooked to perfection.

The risotto is bit hard, and the truffle smells badly.. not a very good experience for dining out

It’s one of the best cafe in Olympic Park, i absolutely like the atmosphere, it was fantastic. The order is shakshuka and falafel nourish bowl and pistachio french toast and all the dishes was tasty. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic venue, a very friendly staff welcomed us into the theatre and pointed us where to go. We sat at level 1 right at the front which was such a good seat even though the website said it is a restricted view. We parked in Westfield and walked it to the theatre which wasn't long and was very well lit.

Oh my gosh, I went to see & Juliet and it was so incredible. It may just be the best musical I have ever seen. Inspirational cast, seating and setup, I definitely recommend.

Have always enjoyed watching different productions here. I like the cosiness of the theatre and also that it is close to many different restaurants in Parramatta. One downside is that the seats are narrow and in need of a refurbishment.

What a beautiful venue!! Have been here before but never reviewed this place. Went here again and attended the state ceremony. The venue is beautiful and right at the start of the eat Street. The theatre consists of three auditoriums with ample seating and a refreshment counter. Extremely friendly staff, will maintained theatres and really clean restrooms.

I still remember Cathy Freeman winning the 400m at her own Olympics. I was in Sydney for a week visiting the area so I had to come to the olympic park, I didn't know what I was going to see but I was really glad I came. The Olympic park is really easy to get to, just take a train here and the trains are quite regular. There are loads of things to do here. There are many sporting stadiums and arenas in this complex. You can walk or ride a bike along the bike path. There's the Institute of sport, you can go swimming at the Aquatic centre, play golf, visit the many parks and gardens in the area. Visit the powerhouse museum, see a show at the Olympic park entertainment centre or have a picnic or barbecue in one of the many parklands. There's so much to do here, it's quite unreal and it's free. To my surprise I thought this place was going to be empty but it was thriving. If you're in the Sydney area, you have to come here, it has something for everybody.

Wow. The architecture in this station, or should i say stadium, is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Comparable to Wondabyne, the people visiting and the frequent amount of trains here is crazy. Olympic park station is in the suburb of Sydney Olympic about and has great connectivity to Lindcombe. Duh. The variety of trains coming here is better than ever. From k sets to a sets, Tangaras to duckgaras, it isn’t beatable. Yay

They block off the main entrance on big event days (which I understand to direct flow of traffic) however today they blocked it off and every side door as well. I ran laps around looking for an available entrance only to be cut off when asking a question and told to go away before I was able to get a word out. Eventually someone let me speak and allowed me to catch the next train after I could explain (entering from the front that was I was initially denied and lapped back to) 1 star review purely for the multiple workers attitudes and lack of communication, redirecting traffic is understandable and me running late is not on them. The trains itself ran on time and the station is clean. This has only happened once and at this specific station, I use Sydney trains at least weekly so this sticks out to me It was also not busy when I arrived however there was the NRL finals about to finish and I assume they were preparing for that and I arrived at a bad time (heavily giving the benefit of doubt as again nothing was communicated past "you cannot enter go another entrance")

Sydney trains access to Olympic park and surroundings. Beautiful station premises with large spaces. Access from Olympic park to Lidcombe or to Central via strathfield. Station staff are very helpful. Bus stands right beside the station building.

The design of the station actually is really good and its well thought out with the spanish solution platforms. Despite that, it gets really crowded since its the only current rail link in and out. Going out east or north, its quite annoying to transfer at Lidcombe, where not all trains stop then possibly require transferring at Strathfield also. The buses also aren't really an option - they are not that frequent and often get stuck in traffic towards Strathfield.

$35 parking for two hours with a 25 minute walk.. and 40 minute wait to get out of the car park, no trains either!, badly organised, I think this place is still a toxic tip! And should be boycotted!

Hidden gem in suburb. Good place to walk around even in summer, plenty of sheds and trees 🌳 Variety of wetland creatures, fun trails - 1.5hr at slow pace to get around. No ticket required and plenty of free parking.

The Badu Mangroves are not just a walk in nature, but a moment of peace, wonder, and connection to the living heart of Sydney.

Fun stroll in & around mangroves & greater Park area. Great Cafe close by - recommend for families esp if you have bikes (not in Mangrove section)

Hidden gem of a raised walkway over the Badu Mangroves which is accessible via the walking paths off Parklands Circuit but this is not very well sign posted so Google Maps is the best guide to get there. The old wooden planks have all been removed and upgraded with a new weather resistant walkway but this is still subject to flooding after heavy rain. The entire boardwalk is flat with no steps on the main path so is suitable for prams and wheelchairs. Best to take your time slowly moving along the boardwalk or you may easily miss out on seeing the wild life well hidden amongst the heavy tree cover.

The Badu Mangroves area is an experience to enjoy. I love walking through here, especially in hot weather, because it's cool from the breeze flowing through the mangroves. I especially like walking through here because of the Muru Nanga Mai Dreaming Track that is meandering through the mangroves. It can have a rather unpleasant smell, but it's not overpowering. Watch out for cyclists and dogs aren't allowed in this area due to the number of birds and wildlife. There's a public lavatory at the Studies Tower of the Education centre. And parking is at Badu Mangroves car park nearby.

Serenity that pairs with wilderness! Nice experience to walk through the mangroves & enjoy the surrounding beauty on a sunny day... Was not busy that made the approx 1km boardwalk experience more peaceful!

A nice walking track from Rhodes to Wentworth Point. Tried to spot some wildlife and saw some birds, blue tongue lizards.

Great place for some bird watching and photography if you’re into it. The actual shed is a lil far away from where the birds are and yes better off with a binoculars but going around the path you should end up on a better spot, much closer to the birds. Was really happy with pictures I took.

I loved going here and I spent a couple of hours enjoying taking photos of all the beautiful birds here. There are so many vantage points to see the birds from and there is a hut located close by for the hot days. Well worth a visit if you like bird watching. There are some shipwrecks and nice views to see along the walk to get to this location.

There is a track where you can run or bike while stopping to see some birds—a good escape from the urban landscape around.

This location is a real surprise for the diversity of birds! Who knew we get Russian birds fly here for Summer! Latham's Snipe migrates here, and a real treat. Sunrise and a windless day, is an ideal time for side light on the lagoon to show feather details best.

It's a great place to watch birds though I always feel I'm so far away from them. Would love to be a bit closer.

Really good place to wonder around and enjoy wildlife... You'll run into some friendly birdwatchers and photographers early morning and late afternoon

Calm and tranquil spot in the middle of the city. Best place to park the car for access is on Parklands Cct car park near Bicycle NSW headquarters. Dawn or dusk are the best times to see the waterbirds. Nearby attractions all within a few hundred metres walks are the boardwalks over the Badu mangroves (south), shipwrecks lookout (north), Billabong creek (east). Full bathroom facilitites are on Parklands Cct at the Sydney Olympic Park Education Centre.

Ribs and Rumps is true to their name. Had both Ribs and Rump steak on two different occasions and both were amazing. The steak was juicy and prepared well according to your preferred doneness. The pork ribs were very well marinated and tender. If I had to choose between the 2, I cannot. Service was great as well! The waitress who serviced our table was patient, warm and friendly.

This place has become a favourite for special occasions. The food is always terrific, the atmosphere is great and the people are friendly. The best ribs and steaks available all day. The young ones love the burgers, but it’s the meat you can’t miss out on. A wide selection of awesome desserts for young and old. Book to make sure there’s a table available, but this is not often an issue, even on short notice we’ve managed to get a good table.

I ordered the ribs and half chicken combo. The ribs were the only good part of the meal they were tender, flavourful, and cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, the chicken was the complete opposite, very very dry and lacking in taste, which made it quite disappointing. For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of portion size, as it felt on the smaller side. The staff were nice and welcoming. Overall, while the ribs were excellent, the rest of the meal and value for money fell short, making it an average dining experience.

The pasta was literally tasteless.. I can make a basic pasta that tastes better.. It even said it had garlic and could taste none at all.. My friend also had pasta and said hers was also tasteless.. For $30 each you'd expect it to taste pretty good but it wasn't even standard.. Looks nice but was had zero taste. We only ate most of it because we were so hungry...Dont recommend

In the area on business. I love my meat, I'm a true carnivore and the sirloin basterd steak was gorgeous. With creamed prawns plus I had calamari as an entrée I have no hesitation to recommend. Friendly attentive service, great meal, give it a try.

I attended Robs and Rumps on the recommendation of many friends. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the food. Ribs were not falling off the bone, all the food was cold including mash potatoes and the salmon was ice cold in one section, undercooked and terrible. We did say something to the great staff and had baked potatoes given to us hot. Coleslaw was not even dressed. A real disappointment especially as the venue and staff are amazing.

I was recommended the ribs at this restaurant, but I simply left everything on my plate. It had no seasoning and was full of fat (when I chewed it, it felt like chewing gum). In the end, after paying $110 for a dish I didn't eat, the waiter didn't question me at all, and didn't even look at me when I paid, he continued talking to another employee. The worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Thank you so much for ruining my Saturday nigh 👍🏼

Highly recommend the lovely Saturday high tea at Bacar (Pullman Sydney Olympic Park). Savouries, loooooots of sweets, a glass of Kylie Minogue Prosecco, relaxing atmosphere, and fabulous service from Lauren. Really great pricing, too! There's even a discount for Accor+ members!

I had a disappointing experience at Bacar Restaurant during my trip to Australia in August 2025. Honestly, it was the worst dining experience I had while I was there. The food was tasty, and I recommend the Hiramasa kingfish ceviche—it was fresh and the sauce was delicious. However, the service was slow the whole time, and it got really frustrating when it was time to settle the bill. A staff, a woman with glasses, who was just plain rude and impatient. We noticed a surcharge for credit card payments, so we tried to pay with cash, and she shouted loudly, “No cash, no cash!” It felt disrespectful and made us really uncomfortable, especially for a place that claims to be a five-star hotel . There wasn’t even a sign anywhere saying that cash wasn’t accepted!

Overall food is good quality, apart from the toast which was too dry and too hard to bite. Card payment surcharge without cash payment or other options, which is not fair. One of the waitresses was quite nice and provided good service. I’ve added notes to my booking, however, it seems no one has read it.

Had a great time at dinner last night at Barcar Restaurant, located at the Pullman at Olympic Park. Everything from the service to the food was excellent. The staff were very welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I’d highly recommend their wagyu steak—the flavors were rich and perfectly balanced. Definitely a spot worth visiting!

We had such a wonderful experience here! Zishan was very kind and attentive during our meal, and he even helped us celebrate my son’s 8th birthday, which made it so special. The food was delicious and served quickly. The salad he recommended was also amazing. Thank you, Zishan, for your warm and friendly service—we really appreciate it!

The food was nice, definitely had better steaks and oysters for better prices. The gnocchi and truffle fries were delicious. Drinks were overpriced - $7-10 for soft drink, $20 for a beer. To get straight to the point, I had a terrible birthday experience. Alexandra Hawkins met our table with passive aggression and unprofessional service. I hope anyone who visits Bacar is served by any other waiter or waitress! She gave my partner a standoffish side eye when he asked for more menus (4 menus for 13 people initially), made snarky remarks while we were preparing to order and while ordering, and rudely snatched menus from my guests after we ordered. The whole vibe of my celebration was so tense as soon as she started serving me and my guests and never recovered when the night went on.

Updated review in August 2025: The food and overall dining experience were excellent, but unfortunately one staff member’s behaviour left my family and me feeling uncomfortable. I’ve recently dined at Novotel and Sofitel restaurants and never had issues redeeming my Accor Plus membership. However, this time, when my friend had difficulty logging into the app, the waitress stood behind us in a pressuring manner and repeatedly mentioned “terms and conditions” in a dismissive tone. When a family member attempted to pay with cash, she responded loudly with “NO CASH, NO CASH, NO SURCHARGE” using impatient gestures. This approach felt unprofessional and unnecessary, and it dampened what should have been a pleasant evening. For reference, the staff member was around 170cm tall, Caucasian, wearing thick-framed glasses and a red blouse that evening. On a positive note, the male operational manager and the Asian waitress who served us were both friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome — thank you to them. As a regular Accor guest, I value Pullman restaurants and hope management takes this feedback seriously. A bit more customer service training could go a long way in maintaining the warm hospitality that the Accor brand is known for.

Only a one star because that is the lowest i could select to leave a review. Ordered 3x wagyu burgers and one chicken burger. Received 2 x wagyu, 1 x chicken and salt and pepper squid. All the food was cold, chips were still frozen. Chicken burger and i hesitate to call it that was the thickness of the serviettes which were far better quality by the way. Chicken burger was not even cooked all the way through. Highlight of the meal was the amount of salt piled in one corner of the plate.

I would rate my food as : Chicken schnitzel 7/10 (lacked the flavour) Chips 9/10 (nice & crunchy) Salad 8/10 ( the dressing was nice but the leaves weren’t as fresh) Mushroom gravy 0/10 - very disappointing

I tried this wonderful place for the first time last night. I had dinner with my brother and I tried the chicken,pesto pasta dish. It was amazing and such a generous serving too. My brother had a burger and chips and enjoyed that too. Will definitely be going back. Such an amazing atmosphere and such friendly,happy and helpful staff 11 out of 10 for this venue. So sorry was so busy enjoying the food forgot to get a photo ❤️

First time coming here and overall it was a positive experience. The wait for food was reasonable as well as quality of food not being too bad. Kylie at the bar was awesome. The Sirloin was cooked to perfection. Medium rare for me. Beautiful flame grilled flavour in the meat, accompanied by perfect Mash. This'll be my go to when travelling to Sydney. Oh, not to mention, the great customer service! Well done guys!

Bad service stepdad ordered after me got his food they finished there’s went up to the window order no where to be seen they had to be retired. Chicken burgers ordinary chicken schnitzel ordinary pasta was crap and fish tasted funny. For the price of the food expect Much better.

We can’t speak highly enough of Piccolo Roma! It’s our go-to restaurant for all of our events—catering for up to 60 people with ease. The service is consistently outstanding, the food is absolutely incredible, and the team is always so accommodating and easy to work with. The menu is packed with variety, offering something for everyone—from classic Italian favourites to options that cater to a wide range of dietary needs, all handled with ease. We recently had them cater one of our summits, and it was next-level awesome. From start to finish, everything ran smoothly and the quality was exceptional. Melissa and Russell are always helpful, professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We love bringing our staff here to enjoy the warm atmosphere and delicious food—it’s always a highlight. Mel the manager at Piccolo Roma was amazing. We were looking for a last minute dinner booking and Piccolo was booked out online. I emailed through to them and Mel responded to me straight away advising me that they were fully booked but said that If I come in a bit earlier she might be able to squeeze us in for an early dinner. True to her word my husband and I got there early gave Mel a call and she had a table for us. Mel went above and beyond with her customer service and accomodating us on a very busy night. All the staff that attended to our table were so lovely and there customer service was outstanding. Everything we ordered was delicious especially the spicy prawn linguine, one of our favourite dishes that we can't wait to go back and have again next time we are in the area. Highly recommend Piccolo Roma!

We attended this restaurant prior to a concert in Qudos Stadium. Melissa and her team were so so lovely to deal with prior to the booking and did not disappoint on the night. The food and service was amazing. So prompt, hot and damn tasty! The only ever so minor feedback I would say was that the music inside was too loud. But truly, best pizza and pasta we've had in a while! we will be back!

Went last night before a concert and it was perfect. Great atmosphere, nice and warm, food was great and the service was even better. Melissa went out of her way to help us surprise my son with concert tickets and it couldn't have gone any better. Didn't catch our servers name but she was great too. I booked this restaurant before a football game, I emailed a few days prior not sure if a table would be free or not. The lady was very responsive and managed to secure a table for my group of 6. The food was Absolutly delicious. To be honest I am not usually a pizza person I will mostly just eat pasta but the pizzas were so good and cooked perfectly. The wait staff also were very nice and attentive and even though they were busy the food didn’t take too long to come out. Really great place

Melissa and the team at Piccolo Roma were beyond accomodating before a big concert at the Arena with our teenage daughters. Their inside knowledge of the timing for the event and the menu provided was invaluable ensuring we were fed and off to the concert efficiently not to mention the cheerful welcoming at the door when we arrived. We will most certainly be back in the future and highly recommend it to anyone passing by or looking for a comforting family environment with tasty food!

Really enjoyed the food here! The Thai flavors were spot on—bold, aromatic, and well-balanced, just like you'd hope for. I went during an office lunch break, and they had a special lunch menu with a great selection at very reasonable prices. The service was extremely fast, which made it perfect for a quick but satisfying lunch. Portion sizes were generous, especially for the value. Overall, a great spot for authentic Thai food without the wait or the high price tag. Highly recommend!

We ordered Chilli basil fried rice and Pad ki Mao. The taste is good enough, and could be improved. The fried ice cream looked beautiful but wasn't great taste wise. The cream tasted weird. We liked the sticky rice custard, it was mix salty n sweet.

Delicious food (well seasoned/ tasty) and super friendly customer service. - Snapper was super good - crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. - Pad Thai was full of flavour too - Salt and Pepper calamari was beautifully crumbed and crispy - Pineapple fried rice was scrumptious - Red Duck curry was yum

I tried Thai Palate today and honestly left disappointed. I ordered the prawn spring rolls and the salt & pepper squid — it came to $25, and all I got was four spring rolls and four tiny pieces of squid. The food itself tasted fine, but the portions were so small that I left still feeling hungry. For the price, it just doesn’t feel worth it. If you’re after value for money, this probably isn’t the place. But if price isn’t an issue for you, then maybe you’ll enjoy it.

My family and I frequent Thai Palate for lunch, and it’s become our go-to spot. The food is consistently delicious, with a wide range of flavours and options to choose from. Whether it’s the flavourful curries, aromatic stir-fries, or mouthwatering noodle dishes, this restaurant never disappoints. I highly recommend Thai plate for a cozy go to delicious thai food!

Had dinner here before Ed Sheeran concert. The restaurant was quite full and we stood in the entrance and waited for the waitresses to arrange for seats. However, the restaurant was too busy and the waitresses ignored us a few times. We waited for around 5 mins and there was only one waitress walked out the shop to give take away order. When we asked for a table, she just told us “ it’s full, you have to wait” without asking for our details for arranging table later. We got a table after waited for more than 15 -20 mins. I think they are lack of staff so there were some tables empty but had no one to clean up. Food served quite fast and taste was actually quite good for some dishes. But the thing was every dish have the same vegetables for side. And the assorted vegetables we ordered was just exactly the same as the side of other dishes, only with bigger portion. And that dishes did not taste like thai style. And the veggies were not delicious and did not match with each other. The Thai milk tea lack the flavour of tea and it was a bit too sweet and milky to me. Didn’t think it tasted very authentic. Overall, the quality of food was ok but the service needed to be improved, especially under very busy hour.

Plus, their prices are great for the amazing quality of service provided 🎉 Incredible people, phenomenal experience. We visited Bicentennial Park at Sydney Olympic Park for a family picnic, and my son decided to rent a bike. While we were checking which one he wanted to try, a staff member named Saeed approached him and, in a rather annoyed tone, said “Buddy, put the bike on the stand.” My son complied immediately, and SAEED took the bike and returned it to the rack — without saying a single word to us. It was quite disappointing and honestly unnecessary. My husband and I were both present and would have appreciated being spoken to politely, or at least informed that bikes should be paid for first before trying them. A little courtesy goes a long way — especially when you work in customer service. Both my husband and I work in customer service ourselves, so we completely understand how demanding the job can be. However, professionalism and basic respect should always come with the role. If Saeed wasn’t in the mood to assist customers that day, perhaps taking a short break would have been better than taking it out on guests. On a positive note, kudos to JAMES, who handled the situation gracefully and showed genuine customer service skills. His professionalism helped turn an unpleasant moment into a manageable one. For anyone planning to rent bikes here — enjoy the experience, but maybe steer clear of Saeed’s customer service if you can!

The staff are friendly and welcoming. We hired 4 gear-bikes and the price was reasonable. They offer helmet which you need to wear all the time. The park has beautiful biking trail; you can enjoy around 2-3 hours exploring the park. The trail leads through wetland, pond and green-area lined with beautiful trees. There’s also a place from where you can spot birds as well.

Great bikes, good location, great service. Everything is sanitized, all safety precautions are well adhered to. Olympic Park is just massive you can start exploring on your bike and at times it can feel like you have left Sydney. Prices are reasonable and bikes are just amazing as well. I recommend the hybrid road bike with 21 gear combos.

Anoma bike lady is very kind and friendly. She is so nice and the park is so beautiful. You should go there and rent a bike for explore the park. I wanna go there again and meet her.

This place is amazing you get to rent top quality bikes to explore the many bike trails along the river. We were served by Anoma who guided us properly and provided exceptional customer service. Highly recommend renting a bike from this place and exploring the park.

The best food I've had in Thailand!!.. Maybe even ever😂 We're Canadian so the authentic Thai food was getting a little repetitive. After discovering this restaurant we ate here every day while in Krabi. Sometimes even twice a day. The workers got to know us because of how many times we went to them😅 Every single dish was phenomenal. My husband and I had no complaints. The environment and workers are also great. Definitely recommend!!!

Well Well Well How do I start? Do you have a proper chef to cook meal? I bet you do not. Visited there 2 3 times I never got a good vibe about staff and service...I still wanted to support the local ordering uber online. Food was really terrible..bread was stale not toasted ..it should be according to picture on website. Very extra small potion of food compares to the price.

Particularly bad. They were out of several items including the rueben, the tuna melt and the sliders. The person taking our order was aware of the rueben but returned to us 2 times to inform us about the other items. We were bullied into a cheeseburger that was $1 cheaper than what we had already paid for but had to ask for the difference on the way out. I ordered the burger special which was a double stack with bacon etc, only to find out it was just the same burger on the burger menu just $2 more expensive as a special. Burgers were dry and slapped together. Fries were oily. Vibe was lame, empty but the big screen was on, but with nothing playing. Our baby crushed the kids avocado toast. Mainly just the avo. So these guys are basically really good at avo.

Ordered a coffee and hot chocolate and 1 bacon and egg roll and 1 brekkie burger. Not too bad except for the brekkie burger. Order without sauce. It came with hash brown, running egg (as per my request) and bacon. They forgot the to put the tomato relish and spinach. Asked the kind young lady if it can be added, and so she went to the kitchen. I opened the brekkie burger, the egg was thoroughly cooked (prob put it bag on the burner), then I got literally two pieces of spinach leaves 🤣. Did I return it again for the 2nd time? Nope. Should have been attended the first time I returned it. $17, couldn't even get a decent amount of spinach 😅

Nice enough place in a strip mall environment. Casual vibe, broad menu and a nice break if you're in Sydney Olympic Park. Nice coffee. That said, unless you're already here, I wouldn't go out of my way. Food is a bit pricey for what it is, plus a 10% weekend surcharge. My avo toast was literally a few slices of avocado on toast with cherry tomatoes. Maybe that's the modern way of doing things! But, the muffin was super-delish. Conveniently located near the train stop. 🚘 Metered street parking

Very good place to drop into after a walk for Breakfast, Brunch and a Coffee. Owner is very nice. Staff are friendly and efficient. Food is mostly on point unless extremely busy when you have to be patient.

The staff are friendly and the venue is nice and spacious. Only downside is, the food is average. Ordered a ham cheese toastie and chips as they were out of stock with the tuna melt and they don’t have Coco Cola range drinks.

Good courts but some of the staff here need a bit of common sense. They will cancel court hire when there are, on one particular court, 4 puddles on the baseline (ranging from 30cm by 10cm to largest being 40cm wide by 30cm) which they won't allow you to squeegee up and won't allow you to use a towel either. Meanwhile, on courts 4-8 on the eastern side of the centre there is coaching/lessons running for school kids (so the inconsistency of enforcement is an insult). So here's a suggestion if you like policy so much: create a waiver where Tennis World is not liable for injuries if the user ignores the staff's recommendation not to use the court when wet. Other practical suggestions can include: *Get your staff out to squeegee the courts if you're not gonna let your members use it. If you're happy to collect exhorbitant membership fees, make it easy for customers who are trying to get in a hit at a time slot where it's easiest to fit a hit in (early morning). *Pay your staff to start shift 1 hour prior to commencement of the centre being opened because you should be making an assessment of playability then and calling people who waste 30 minutes get to your centre instead of an online SMS service that ultimately fails from time to time. This way it doesn't grind people's gears so much when you're charging expensive fees for a centre where it's hard to obtain court bookings in the first place.

For the past two years, we have been using this centre. We had have an absolutely fantastic experience at the Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making our visit truly enjoyable. The facilities are top-notch, with well-maintained courts that provided an exceptional playing surface. I was truly impressed by their dedication to providing a world-class tennis experience. Not only does the Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre excel in its facilities and staff, but it also offers a wide range of great programs that cater to players of all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or an advanced player aiming to refine your technique, they have programs tailored to your needs. If there's one thing I wished for, it's that the government would provide more support to this tennis center. With their already outstanding offerings, I can only imagine the incredible new courses and improvements they could bring to the community with additional resources. Sydney deserves to have such a remarkable institution flourish even further. Thank you SOPTC

Went to the Sydney ATP cup 22 Italy v Australia. Was lots of fun, whilst it easy very busy the facilities were still great. Nice food stalls, great seats and a very nice and clean venue. This was the first time I had been to this stadium and I definitely recommend it. Great atmosphere at the ATP cup!!!

Update: Tennis world has started running tournaments on the weekend from singles, doubles and even junior competitions. These have been run at a much higher quality than the Thursday Comps with: - Same day UTR updates - clear and concise communications - really friendly approach from the organiser. Definitely recommend the membership here too! — The customer experience supervisor was amazing. Great coffee at Tennis World.

Went to the Sydney Tennis Classic, bought tickets last minute when Andy Murray made it to the final. I think they hosted the tournament really well, making a great vibe in a small place, it was like being in at a mini Australian Open, I will definitely be coming back for next year's tournament. Loved the outdoor deck chair set up with the big screens, someone has put in alot of effort in making these areas really lovely and relaxing. The food that was available was really nice too with good choices including Boost Juice, Wood fired Pizza, donuts, coffee.

Fantastic tennis centre, with good public transport, facilities and excellent food options at the ATP Cup. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars, is because it’s an absolute sauna here in the summer. Even during the night sessions, the centre’s been baking all day (and stays that way all night).

​Accor Stadium is a superb venue for large-scale shows, offering a huge atmosphere and generally good facilities. However, massive crowds mean major transport congestion, so taking public transport (trains/buses) is strongly recommended over driving. ​The Monster Jam show itself is loud, intense, and thrilling, featuring big air, backflips, and crushed cars. Ear protection is absolutely non-negotiable for everyone. The pre-show Pit Party is a must-do for families to meet the drivers and see the 12,000-pound trucks up close. Overall, it's a fantastic, unforgettable family motorsport experience, provided you plan your travel and come prepared for the noise!

I didn't have any queue problems on the outside, bag check etc was quick and smooth. There was a bit of a bottleneck in the GA entry getting past the portaloos, of which there were heaps and then back to the bars, but we managed eventually. It was extremely wet on the bar floor though. Still a good venue, sound was awesome and plenty of space to dance at the side.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🦁🦘 Accor Stadium nailed it for the British & Irish Lions clash against the Wallabies, smooth entry, no queues, and the whole place ran like clockwork. Outside? A street food paradise. Inside? Even more food options, and no need to fight the crowd for it. Toilets were clean and easy to find (a rare stadium win). The only bottleneck was the booze line, long enough to qualify as its own endurance event. But rail and bus links made it an easy trip from the CBD, no stress getting there or home. Packed house, great atmosphere, and the venue kept pace with the energy. Top marks.

This stadium is great. Easy to find our level and seats. The seating inside on our level was perfect as it was hot day so, being able to sit inside for abit before going outside was nice. The designated smokers area was perfect and something all stadiums should have.

Visited the stadium 3 times during 2023 FIFA Women World Cup. Good infrastructure and crowd control. F&B option inside the stadium can be more diverse, but there are a lot of restaurant in the Olympics park area as well.

Been to many, many shows at Accor. It’s usually okay. The Oasis show on Friday November 7 was a shambles. Enormous lines at some gates caused people to miss a lot of the show, despite being there an hour early. We tried to enter via an empty gate, only for our ticket to be scanned and told our location was incorrect so we had to go and get in the line with thousands of other people. This is despite the empty gate being right next to our allocated one. Security was horrible, drink prices absolutely extortionate. Almost $18 for a warm glass of prosecco. And the sound was horrific.

This is a place we come back to every year! It’s the perfect spot to relax with the kids — there’s food, drinks, and plenty of fun. You can easily spend the whole day here enjoying the laid-back atmosphere. A great way to unwind and make memories with the family!

Easter show was awesome!! So many food options, activities and entertainment. The rides and games cost a bit much though. Other than that, it was a very good experience!

Attended the 2025 Sydney Boat Show here. A large open space for the boats with eating areas and outdoor seating arrangements. Alot of parking spots with extra parking on the street outside the entry gate.

Went to my first supanova and it was amazing, so many cool costumes and amazing set up on the day, artists alley is a must aswell as the dome!! So many cool fantasy ren faire stalls and magic too.

Royal Easter Show, and it was such an exciting experience! The event was full of energy, with so many things to see and do—livestock shows, carnival rides, delicious food, and fun games. The atmosphere was lively, and I loved seeing the farm animals up close. The fireworks and live performances added to the excitement, making it a perfect day out. If you’re in Sydney during the Royal Easter Show, I highly recommend checking it out!

Sydney Royal Easter Show 2025, we visited it as a family activity a week before Easter Sunday. We went there from Lidcombe by train but we forgot to redeem the free transportation e-tickets. The weather is nice with mild sunshine. Play and eat and watch shows are the only things we can do there 😂 But the event schedule is not so accurate. Our kids like poultry, art and craft more than sitting down to watch the show, which opposite the adults 😂

A really lovely cafe along sitting on the Parramatta River. The service was very good with the staff giving friendly and helpful service. It’s a wheelchair friendly place which was good for our group. We had a fantastic view of the river. I would definitely recommend.My friend ordered a slice of carrot cake and it was stale, so sent back and instead had the pancakes which were very tasty. I had the Southern Fried Chicken Burger and fries and it was delicious.

Really nice to sit outdoors by the water and have a cafe meal. I thought the mushroom dish was delicious; cooked with care (nicely glazed and not rushed!) and well thought out flavour combinations. I wish there was a second slice of bread with it, so it lasted even longer!

My food was very nice. The staff were accommodating. The tea was average, but at least it was tea leaves and not a bag, though the pot I had was dodgy, and the leaves spilled I to my cup. It was quickly replaced with a fresh new pot, so there were no dramas. Great spot overlooking the river. The best thing is you can walk off your food afterwards by going for a lovely walk along the trail.

We've been going here since the kids were small and through its various iterations before and after the original cafe here burnt down. Great location and lots to do with or without kids. And a fair bit of interesting history too. So the cafe is well located has a great atmosphere. Food was OK with quite a few interesting breakfast/brunch options though an egg scrambled in way not seen before. We experienced some shoddy service and a bit of attitude from the wait staff but it was a sideshow to a nice outing to the Armoury Reserve.

A little gem in Newington, Sydney. Catch a ferry there to add to the experience. The ferry wharf is only about 1.5km walk to the cafe. Nice area to have a walk (and even a picnic) or visit one of the art displays that are usually on. The cafe itself has a lovely covered outdoor area, but we usually try to snag an indoor table. One of my step daughters is vegan and she always manages to find something on the menu to suit her. Portions are quite generous and we've always had good food there. The coffee is not that great though, if, like me, you prefer a strong and robust coffee. There is also a beer and wine list which is fairly reasonably priced. We always visit when we're in the area.

Would have rated it 3.5 stars if I could, mainly because of the slow service. We placed orders at 10.15 and food arrived at 11.55. Located in a middle of the park, the water view is beautiful and surrounding by lots of greens. Chai latte was on the sweet side, I’ve diluted it with half a cup of hot water. Avocado smash vegan option is beautiful, love the plating and favours combination. Tasted very healthy and satisfying.

I liked it, although my QR code didn't want to order but an extremely helpful waitress that works one day a week their helped me out. Good quality chicken burger and plenty of chips with great mix of seasoning. Friendly staff in a great setting. Covid controlled entry and exit.

This part of Sydney was extensively developed for the Olympic Games in 2000 and this waterfront view was taken from the housing development built around an area where old brick barges had lain abandoned. Now a running and walking track and a place for some beautiful early morning photographs.

I loved that place. It gave me a chilling vibe, making me realize how powerful nature is as it reclaims and restores its existence. I’ve always been fascinated by those videos showing what the world would look like if humans disappeared — and being there, I almost felt like I was experiencing that in real life

The Homebush Shipwreck Lookout hidden within the Badu Mangroves is one of those places that feels both mysterious and breathtaking. Tucked away in the middle of the forest, the path suddenly opens to a wide view overlooking the Parramatta River. From here, you can see the old shipwrecks slowly being reclaimed by nature, their rusted frames blending with the trees and water. I love history so I was wrapped when I found this place! RAN old armoury facility. Old rail lines go in and out to the nearby Wharf where the armoury used to be loaded onto the navy boats on the parramatta river. Wonderful to see the old buildings where the ammunition was stored. Park your car for free nearby and bring your bike! Bring your lunch and drink too unless you want to go to the kiosk or restaurant which is only Open on weekends and busy times. There are plenty of places to ride your bike from here too

My family and I come to the Newington Armory all the time and it's a great spot. Basically a FREE children's theme park with great views and tons to explore as adults. We love creating content there too. Love it! July 2021: Love all the military base buildings and more too!

Put the kids on bikes or scooters and take them through Newington Armory. We had a great time wandering around looking at the buildings and seeing what we could see. Take your time going through here and make sure you have water bottles and use toilet facilities beforehand... especially the kids!

Surfing can feel pretty scary when you’re starting out, but URBNSURF makes it way less intimidating. The whole vibe is super welcoming—the coaches are awesome and the staff are really friendly. It’s the kind of place where it’s totally fine to wipe out a hundred times because you just get back up, laugh, and go again. Such a fun way to push yourself and learn something new. I’ve only surfed with Jenny once but honestly, she left such a good impression. Super patient, super encouraging, and really good at pointing out the small details that actually help—like tiny shifts in foot placement or body positioning, I completed the session feeling like I’ve learned heaps and actually improved. I’ve surfed with Eli twice now and it’s always the best vibes. Eli has this magic way of making the fear and self-doubt shrink. Super chill, super patient, and always dropping really clear, useful tips that just make something click. I ended up doing stuff I didn’t think I could🏄‍♂️.

My weekend quiet place. The coffee is good and the view is serene. A hidden treasure. The Cafe has a good selection of food options and a better selection of beers. The food is a bit pricey though.

URBNSURF is a great family park with surfing and heated pool available for kids. RAFI upstairs has got great private room facilities also.. definitely check it out. Waterview's in the WEST!

Visited upstair (restaurant) for a coffee. They have a good view, happy hour snack and drinks. I tried to walk around the ground floor (pool side) but they have a spectator fee which is $10pp.

Had a great first experience today at urbnsurf. Haven’t been in the water for 10 years and even then I was just a post-beginner. Cruiser wave was great to get back into it. Board hire and wetsuit was super easy with useful advice from staff. Really surprised that water wasn’t chlorinated like a public pool or anything - something I would def not be keen on - however, perfect temperature, clean and fresh. Fantastic! Overall great experience. Will definitely be back!

I had a blast at urbnsurf last week. Being quite rusty I did the cruiser session and had a blast catching 10-12 waves in the hour. Really fun and a massive workout with the paddle back out. When recommended to get booties please do it as it gets quite cold during winter. Would highly recommend and I will be back again!

We came for a family event and parked under a big “FIRST 2 HOURS FREE” sign. Like most people, we took that at face value. Later, we found out there are extra signs about registration — but by then around 80% of cars had already been fined within the first hour. If management knows this keeps happening and still lets guests walk in under that signage without a clear warning, that’s not just poor management — it feels like a set-up.

Clean and well managed facilities. Multiple car parks within walking distance available at AUD30 for major functions. There are two shops selling snacks and drinks. Overall we had a great time watching Australian Badminton Final here!

Good venue for netball if you have low seats. Close to the action. Higher seats may not be that great. Screens are small if you have to rely on them. Service is slow for food and drinks.

2m pool, 1.2m pool, children pool. Happening, clean and for all ages. And best thing, just 8$ per adult. Loved it.

This would have been a one star review but to their credit, they aren't searching everyone's bags for water, just soft drinks. They are however searching and taking soft drinks so you buy their overpriced cans. The seating is fantastic for viewing and horrible for every thing else. Hard, uncomfortable and you'll have to stand to let anyone out because there's no room.

Auch a clean and well organised facility. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ramps and equipment are rundown, just with age, you can tell it’s an older park. While the surrounding streets had dried after rain, the ramps were still wet (small puddles if swept out would dry quickly), staff didn’t bother drying until my young son had attempted to do it himself. We were the only people in the park at the time - no engagement, no friendly greeting or farewell like we’ve had at multiple other venues. Missing that “skate culture” feel. Has potential - a revamp and some customer service - but wouldn’t return at this time.

Great range of ramps for all ages and skill levels. Really well stocked shop too and staff are all very friendly and helpful. My son went for the school holiday camp and had a great time. Will be coming back here.

My kids have skated at Monster Skate Park several times, Darren and Greg have always been very, helpful, humble and generous would recomemd Monster to anyone and everyone with Tin Lids. Thank again look forward to going there again soon. Best regards Billy

I can only speak for the holiday camp but my 9 year old said (direct quote!): 'best holiday camp ever! when am I going back? and I never want to do any other camps again'. He honestly loved it and gained some real confidence from just one day, he went with a friend but made some others and was telling us all about what everyone could do - he'll most definitely be back and not just for the slushies and sausage sizzle (although those were a definite bonus!) Thanks Monster team.

Darren and team did a fantastic job for my son’s 7th birthday. They not only showed their professionalism, skills in the field but making everyone feel so special and we all had a fantastic party and great experience at the monster skate park! Thank you so much Darren and team!

The CBD of Parramatta where corporation offices, restaurants, shopping centres train station, bus interchange, tram station even university or library. Newly jazzed up to attract businesses and looks like it’s working. This area can be very busy and looks absolutely magnificent and it’s super convenient for everyone.

Lovely place to meet up and explore the newly developed Parramatta square space it has sitting space and can be a meeting point before you explore the surroundings short walk to Parramatta river. Best part is the Library. parramatta Library is just next to it. very modern library and people can sit in the individual booths. Library is open on Sunday as well do check it out.

Parramatta Square is a good urban space design at plenty of restaurants, eateries, places to sit and hang out we well as a public library. What it’s lacking is direction signage. It’s impossible to know where a particular restaurant is without walking around lost as there is no directory to assist. Even coming up from the car park, apart from noting what level the retail section is, there is no signage about retail vendors. It’s poor planning

Parramatta station is always busy with commuters travelling in and out all the time. Parramatta square is located right next to it but if you are too busy hopping in and out trains and buses, you might miss out this beautiful area easily. A few steps away from where we get out of trains, there are some nice eating places waiting around the corner. Clean, tidy, sleek, modern shops. Sky scrapers are being built just to add more businesses to this flourishing area.

This place Connects to the light rail, train and bus, also a nice walking place. You'll also find lots of cafeterias around this place. Even the West field mall.

Tried the Betty's Deluxe Burger, best I've had in a while. Great costumer service. Clean place with lots of positive energy. 100% recommend.

Relax spot with food, close to westfield

This area is great for bird watching. In just one visit, I saw Pied Cormorants, Little Black Cormorants, Silver Gulls, White Ibises, and Butcherbirds. The highlight was a Superb Fairywren in bright blue breeding plumage.

Will go there again as did not find this place last week, seems public transport not really convenient. Will be great if A TOUR MAP posted. Many thanks.

Many birds in this area.. Very common scene photographers with long lenses to capture birds. Bird watching hut it better use in morning and afternoon

You'll need binoculars! Yes, don't go without it as enclosure is bit far and you won't be able to see all birds clearly they mention. Definitely peaceful and quiet place as other reviews say.

'Bicentennial Park in western Sydney is one of the best bird-watching spots in Sydney – over 200 species of birds have been recorded here. Part of the Sydney Olympic Park, it lies on the shore of Homebush Bay and comprises 40 hectares of mangroves, woodland and grassy lawns.

As the standard in Australian cities there are amazing parks and wildlife areas just inside of town. Cool spot.

There's something very calming about this place. Ideal hideaway for telephoto or binocular birdwatching. Always birds to see. The wetlands water can recede a lot if there's been a dry spell. Easiest to reach by bicycle

Went to Phive at Parramatta square and was so impressed with this amazing community space. The library has evolved into a hub of activity with a slick design, play area for little ones (pre-school) Event halls and spaces, podcast rooms for hire and more! I would highly recommend Space Play if you happen to see this during the winter school holidays. The event was really well planned and we’ll be back to see other exhibits in the future!

Phive is a multi-purpose building located in Parramatta Square. I liked my visit here. The public library is inside the building, and it also has a number of breakout spaces above. I found the building to be very clean and modern with lots of good facilities. When designing and constructing the building, thought was put in as to how the same space could be best used to changing visitors. All staff I interacted with were super friendly, warm, helpful, and courteous.

WOW what a place everything you could possibly need modern facilities A TO Z of information the day I went there was a early children's reading story book session where they were gathered around having a book read too them I seriously haven't seen this since I was a child the involvment with the kids was bar none outstanding .. There seemed too be other groups meeting .. I was there too just find a quiet place too do some research ☺️.. whilst waiting for my appointment at shine Lawyers just a stone's throw away then off to the federal circut .. This place is so close too everything train station bus station Westfields close by ... Time flew so quick I must get back and try the cafe as I heard nothing but fantastic comments ... The old civic place and Library site at Macquarie street, Parramatta (the site was there until 2016 and demolished for the construction of Parramatta Square) has been beautifully transformed into the new happening PHIVE civic place. You need to see this building roof in the night-simply amazing. It is part of the PARRAMATTA square. The building consists of 1. Reception of City of Parramatta council at Ground level . Justice of Peace available all week days here. 2. LIBRARY on levels 1 and 2 3. Council meeting rooms & offices at Level 3 4. Basement - Arts and Exhibition All civic facilities in one STOP.

PHIVE is one of the most peaceful libraries that I have come across. It has a large selection of books, in almost every category and the seats and study area is comfortable to be in.

The place has changed since I have been away. I do not know who is responsible however the toilets are often out of available paper to use and there are signs up warning occupants about the hazards of foreign particles disposed of down the septic system. Maybe a warning signs that people are definitely doing the wrong thing regarding the use of the public conveniences. It is a shame for they cater for such a dedicated group of scholars. I suppose the wrongdoers dislike people who want to advance their knowledge. That's about it.

Cool new community space and the library looks great but still feels quite congested. There are also less computers for public use compared to the old library so hopefully there'll be more but the computers are really nice.

Great lookout point. This is one of the highest locations around, not considering tall buildings. The spiral climbing slope is gentle and can be easily walked or cycled. It's definitely worth a visit if you are passing by. There are some benches at the top, so you can sit, chill, eat some snacks, and enjoy the views.

An elevated spot that can be access by either walking or riding to the top. There are two benches located at the top - along with four plaques that explain places that can be viewed from the top. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the top - or three minutes to ride to the top. The spot is elevated 9 metres. This spot offers a good view of Haslam’s Creek and part of Sydney Olympic Park. #SydneyOlympicPark

Nice spot for early morning walk

Great walk up this spiral hill built on top of a mound of land fill. Amazing view from the top of Haslam’s creek, and boards up the top with rich history of the area. Definitely worth the walk.

Excellent.. The whole Street is cordoned off to vehicles and lined with restaurants, cafes. The walkway in the middle had for carriages, benches etc for seating and there are some fixed ping pong tables for maybe when you want to burn all The food you just ate it to build an appetite. Reminds me of places in Europe.

Great food nice experience and an awesome idea. We were staying near by for the last week and found ourselves over here’s quite often eating everything from Thai to Italian. Dessert was awesome as well! Once you’re done food a block down there’s a nice walk you can also go on as well. Only terrible thing is the parking otherwise I would say it is very good. Ps there is a new chicken burger place pappa flock that is to die for!

Great job of bringing Church Street back to life after lockdown and the disruptive light rail construction. However as someone living directly above the street, the music some venues play are unreasonably loud and goes on way past 11pm, sometimes onto 1AM. People also continue to hang out on the street into the AM being very loud. Music and screaming/shouting is still blasting as I write this review - and it's 12AM on a Monday night.

Great hangout for all ages, kids, couples, friends, large group or even just by yourself. Plenty of food, drinks, desert options with occasional entertainment. Parramatta council did a really good job here. I also hear more plans to improve and add more

Very neat and well-presented educational place showcasing most of the birds across Australia. There are many taxidermy species on display, with so much to learn from the volunteers working there.

Absolutely lovely bird tour with Steve! We had an amazing time and learned a lot about the local birds. The discovery centre is run by very dedicated volunteers. We bought some cute pins from the centre. Will be returning!

Fabulous community bird information & knowledge centre, exciting interactive exhibitions amongst the old amoury bomb-making and bomb-testing buildings. Definitely a step back into history! Run by volunteers who are full of fascinating information and for the curious mind, a wonderful place to visit. Also stop for a photo of the emu outside! find out his name!

Being a resident of the suburb we used to just walk around this place but last Sunday we were fortunate to meet Ken and Liz volunteers at the Birdlife who took us around the place and explained in so much detail about the birdlife project and about the white bellied sea eagle nesting in the reserves of Olympic park … a must visit for the kids and the residents of Olympic park

This place is a hidden gem. Visited with young children who the guides were very friendly and helpful with. There are lots of taxidermist birds to see. Highly recommend for a visit if cycling in the area.

The staff and volunteers here were so friendly and helpful. Steve even showed me his feather collection! With their advice, within half an hour of leaving the centre I saw a sea eagle and some tawny frogmouth chicks - an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much!

​Accor Stadium is a superb venue for large-scale shows, offering a huge atmosphere and generally good facilities. However, massive crowds mean major transport congestion, so taking public transport (trains/buses) is strongly recommended over driving. ​The Monster Jam show itself is loud, intense, and thrilling, featuring big air, backflips, and crushed cars. Ear protection is absolutely non-negotiable for everyone. The pre-show Pit Party is a must-do for families to meet the drivers and see the 12,000-pound trucks up close. Overall, it's a fantastic, unforgettable family motorsport experience, provided you plan your travel and come prepared for the noise!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🦁🦘 Accor Stadium nailed it for the British & Irish Lions clash against the Wallabies, smooth entry, no queues, and the whole place ran like clockwork. Outside? A street food paradise. Inside? Even more food options, and no need to fight the crowd for it. Toilets were clean and easy to find (a rare stadium win). The only bottleneck was the booze line, long enough to qualify as its own endurance event. But rail and bus links made it an easy trip from the CBD, no stress getting there or home. Packed house, great atmosphere, and the venue kept pace with the energy. Top marks.

This stadium is great. Easy to find our level and seats. The seating inside on our level was perfect as it was hot day so, being able to sit inside for abit before going outside was nice. The designated smokers area was perfect and something all stadiums should have.

Visited the stadium 3 times during 2023 FIFA Women World Cup. Good infrastructure and crowd control. F&B option inside the stadium can be more diverse, but there are a lot of restaurant in the Olympics park area as well.

Beautiful stadium, great food options inside (even acai bowls!). Would like more hot drinks options, such as teas, for evening games in the winter. The women’s toilets were clean. There is a huge parking building next to the station as well, very convenient.

Atmosphere was hectic for a Grandfinal went to bulldogs Penrith previous week and was just as good excellent facilities and great seating close to train station making it easy to get to the venue

It's a huge 40 hectare scenic parklands in Sydney, located 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) west of Sydney. Created by the state and federal governments during the 1980s, to celebrate Australia's Bicentenary in 1988. It offers visitors recreation, nature-based tours, environmental education and outdoor event experiences. The park has picnic areas, playgrounds, pathways and cycle ways, access to the wetlands, salt marsh and bird hides. Several wetlands in the area and plenty of wildlife to see. Very popular place, lots of tourists and locals. Toilets available. Cafes and restaurants available. Easy terrain, lot of easy walking. Wear comfy shoes, take water, wear hat, sunscreen. Free entry. Parking is easy but ticketed. Great place for photography. Best to go early.

I visited this park earlier this week and had such a wonderful experience. The surroundings are clean, green, and very well maintained. The walking paths are smooth and easy to follow, with plenty of shaded areas to sit and relax. What I loved most was the peaceful atmosphere – it feels like a perfect escape from the busy city life. The fresh air, the sounds of birds, and the open space made it really calming. The park also has well-kept playgrounds and picnic areas, which makes it family-friendly. Overall, it’s a beautiful spot for walking, exercising, or just spending quiet time outdoors. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing natural space.

Bicentennial Park is hands-down one of the best spots in Sydney Olympic Park. The atmosphere is unreal – calm, relaxing, and perfect for all kinds of gatherings. We booked one of those covered benches for a birthday, and it worked a treat! There are plenty of options for both big and small families, but you’ve got to book early – at least a week or two ahead. The park is packed with things to do. There’s a top-notch playground for the kids, with swings, ladders, and heaps of fun equipment. You can also go for a short stroll to check out the ducks, fish, and other wildlife – a real treat for nature lovers. The facilities are spot on too, with clean public toilets and loads of shaded parking under trees. If you’re planning a picnic, bring a mat, find a nice shady spot, and just soak in the chilled vibes. There are heaps of great spots for photos too, so don’t forget your camera. Honestly, it’s a ripper place for a day out, and I’d recommend it 100% to anyone.

The cafe isn’t amazing for coffee but fine for a quick pick-me-up, and parking’s generally easy to find. There’s a nice mix of open space and shady spots, and the walking paths are well kept. Great atmosphere for an AFL match. The crowd was lively (20k+ attendance) and the view from most seats was excellent, you feel close to the action even from higher levels. The sound of the crowd really carries and makes the experience fun. Food and drinks are typical stadium pricing, but there’s decent variety: beers, chips, and HSPs and burgers/chips were surprisingly tasty for stadium food. Getting in didn’t take too long even with the bag checks and large crowds outside the gates. Once inside, the seating was comfortable enough and the visibility of the scoreboard and replays was clear from our seats but I think it’s not great if you’re sitting where the “away” team is going to be. Overall, a good stadium to catch footy or events, with a strong game-day vibe. Came during the quarterfinals game and it was truly an amazing first experience with AFL, amazing mood all around

Great stadium, sound and screens are excellent. The atmosphere is brilliant even with it half full. Toilets are clean too with staff there all the time. Food, parking and drinks are so expensive, not family friendly at all which is frustrating and I'd say what puts families off going

Great venue. Fridayz Live amenities were great this year, they kept the portaloos clean throughout the night which was a nice change from last time we attended in 2023. The food truck that had pasta tossed in the Parmesan wheel was sooo good! Wish I could remember the name of the vendor. Love that you can smoke more freely in this stadium without being shut off like sardines in the one strict area. This venue is easy to navigate. Only thing I’d like to see in future is permanent toilet facilities.

It's one of the smaller stadiums. Seats are ok but not most comfortable, recommend to bring a cushion. Food and drinks inside decent.

This was the first time I had gone to this stadium. I went for a concert. It was fantastic. We had great seating, lots of food options and stage could be seen from all seats

This exhibition was AMAZING! I didn’t expect much as I’ve been to too many Jurassic dinosaur exhibitions but this one completely surprised me. The staff were so friendly they each played their roles perfectly. From the start to the finish it really felt like you were in another world. It was interactive and each section told a story and was so different from the next. The kids loved it and so did the adults. Great place to make memories and take heaps and heaps of photos. Lol Completely recommend.

The kids had a great time! Very interactive and they want to go back already. Tickets were a bit pricey though.

Visited during the school holidays and while it was busy, the kids got to see everything. It was a very immersive experience for the kids as they could touch and feel some parts of the exhibits and very interactive in some other sections. Although we only spent one hour from start to finish, we didn’t feel rushed to get through each section but it was a bit expensive considering it was only an hour. The souvenir shop at the end is a no-go as everything was super expensive! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the whole hour we spent in the exhibition.

Nice exhibition with lifelike animatronics, stunning set/displays as well as informative explanations and narrations from the enthusiastic staff members. While this is geared towards younger audience, adults can also enjoy it, at least by looking at the smile and joy on their kids' faces. This guided tour was only 40 minutes long, too short to my liking but I think it's good enough for kids.

So much better than I expected. The wow factor is really there. It really feels like you’re in Jurassic world. No wait time to enter. Staggered entry times worked out really well. Only down side was the chubby man in the kids fossil dig up area didn’t let kids touch the large skull cast. He said it was only a cast but is very expensive. If they don’t want kids touching it, maybe have the rope around it further from the skull cast so people aren’t tempted to touch it. Parking was great. Free 2hr parking right in front of the entrance. We stayed tops 2hrs so that worked out well. Canteen had good penne pasta but could do with a wider range of items. It was drizzling when we went so couldn’t use their outdoor tables as most were in the rain. Overall 10/10 experience.

It is a must-go for fans of the Jurassic Park series. Visiting this exhibition relived our childhood memories of the Jurassic World growing up. It was so realistic that we felt like we were transported to Jurassic World. Highly recommend for people of all ages to go. Its a short exhibition, so average time spent would be about 30 mins at most.

Cool experience but not worth that kind of money. We bought a family ticket during the Black Friday sales. Even at the discounted rate it didn't feel like a good value for money activity. The dinosaurs and interactive shows were fun and the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic but it felt like it needed a couple of more things to see and do. It would have been an awesome experience if it was in Darling Harbour with a max ticket price of $25. Unfortunately it's not really worth the drive to Homebush to fork out a couple of hundred dollars for tickets, parking and food for a 40 minutes experience. If you do go, don't even bother with the gift shop. The prices are insane.

It's a small park but enough to enjoy the morning exercise with Mr Sun.
