My husband and I came for dinner tonight (Monday) and left fully satisfied. The restaurant was full and had a great vibe. There were plenty of dishes on the menu to choose from. The meals were brought out in a timely manner. The wait staff were very friendly and efficient (special mention to our waitress Cindy who was excellent). The booking process was easy and also there was free parking at the venue.

Great food and even better service! Everyone was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Big thanks to Cindy for her warm hospitality—she really made our visit special!

The biggest issue with Dandy Pavilion is that once you come here you will question why you would go to another restaurant! Their foods are great and the variety is wide! They have their specialities like there burger range and pizzas but their other offerings are allegiant and tasty! We love to start with their garlic bread and flaming saganaki! The event of the staff lighting it at the table is wonderful and the taste is amazing! There takeout offering is handy if you just want to eat at home (something we used a lot as a special treat through lockdowns). And the staff couldn't be nicer and accommodating! You really can't go wrong!

I went to Dandenong market to investigate and purchase turnips. I don’t know why they are hiding in big supper markets. I found many shops selling them. I found two different prices. Prices seem reasonable for all fruits and vegetables. Turnips are good as a snack or cooked. I call them "Gonglu" in my native language, more nutritious than potatoes but as delicious as potatoes in a balanced diet. I was delighted to see the fresh fruits and vegetables the Lord of heavens and earth has created for humanity.

You can find big variety of fruits, vegetables meat, fish, nuts, eggs and even flowers and there are many more. Compared to big market players this place offers significantly bargain price. Fresh and Cheap 😊

Best market in town. Dandenong market is absolutely value for money. Vegetables are very cheap. From clothes to groceries, everything is available. They arrange festivals in regular intervals. Those festivals are free for entrance and fun events; great moments of joy. The market has playzone. Grocery shops offer discount towards the end of the day. Vegetables with this low prices aren’t available anywhere else. Fish, meat and vegetables are very much fresh. There are a few quality food stalls offering tasty foods at a very low cost. The market is great for shopping and passing quality time with family.

Lively market, similar like VicMarket but people here are just more down to earth if you know what I mean. Many stores selling veggies and fruits; I had Lamb pancake from the Turkish food truck ( amazingly good) and Srilankan food cheese Gottu ( which is so salty and disappointing). Also had dessert from a place ( truffle and lemon cake) which were just ok. I feel like I am in a different country.

Do not shop for groceries unless you have first paid a visit to this place if you are close or can drive to this place during the weekends. The prices you have seen even in cheap local stores and shops will be beaten for sure. Specially if you are a seafood lover, you can find fresh and reasonably priced fish in this market. For hookah/shishah lovers, the cheapest tobacco flavours are there too. You can also enjoy the authentic food stalls. We tried Colombian food and loved it.

A bit of a Foodie haven, lots of delicious food at an affordable price. The oysters were reasonably priced and fresh at MC Quality Seafood. You have to try the Afghan bread from Kabul Kitchen (get it for takeaway, the bread is hugeeeee). The Empanada but especially Latin American hot dog at Cafe Valentina was just flavour bomb. Of course you need to finish the food tour at Dandee Donuts Dandenong Market with their jam or custard filled donuts.

My partner and I came here tonight to celebrate our 4 year anniversary. He had been here many years ago but I've never been. I'm very sketchy on trying new places but I'm so glad I tried here! I had the chicken parmigiana which was 10/10 amazing. Partner had the garlic prawns which he said we're a 10/10 too All cooked to order and great quality food (I'm very picky about my chicken parmigianas!) The staff we're also very attending and nice to talk to 🥰 We can't wait to come back!! Busy Italian restaurant located in Dandenong. Beautifully presented with indoor and outdoor eating areas. I especially loved the custom curved booths- wish our group of 5 had been seated there instead of at a table. Food was tasty and well presented, and the chocolate dome desserts were fun. Bit on the pricey side. Breakfast menu also looks great, but we arrived too late to order from it. Our initial server was not great- she may have been new, or with hearing impairment, but the other girl who later intervened had more personality and better service skills.

Lovely friendly service, food was without fault, the gamberi prawn ravioli was amazing, as was the linguine Moreton Bay bug, and the barramundi. Coffee also high quality. Highly recommend 👌

We went for dinner last night. 6 adults and 6 kids! Main meals were amazing. My favourite was the risotto with some chicken!!! The absolute highlight for the group was the amazing coffee we all had and the desserts. Chocolate dome and meringue, just wow!! The owner/manager kept coming around and checking in on us frequently. I've driven past this place more times than I can count and, for no real reason, never thought to stop in. It was just one of those spots you barely notice—until my mum insisted we have lunch there one day. And wow… am I glad she did. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm and welcoming. My friend and myself saw the pretty lights and decided on Afghan for dinner, could not find the entrance as there was no sign pointing to go up or clarity from the street. Go through a smaller entrance and walk up to the smell of beautiful cooking. We waited with nobody around, no customers no waiters, finally we felt like we were sneaking around when a young man with headphones and a puffer jacket said. “Hello.” We did not know what to say, had to ask to be seated, and he pointed. “Anywhere.” Had to hold back laughter. Food took a long time and overpriced, it’s yummy but no vegan selections or care factor from the waiter to help out with the menu. Had to turn on the lights in the toliet and the sinks need TLC, I think there’s even toothpaste spat on the basin. They also need starter food, the dips and the bread would have been nice as we waited nearly an hour for our food, luckily we can entertain ourselves but this is a paid service with nothing nice besides the furniture. Also music, we could only hear ourselves, will not be back.

5 stars for the ambience, but have to agree about the wait times, food and customer service with the other low reviews. The food took quite a while to come, the skewers were great but the rice was undercooked. The receptionist is just a kid, who is not interested in working there, hence he won't be very helpful or hospitable. Which shouldn't be a customer's concern. The place is good for small events like birthdays or engagement parties. Quite decorated. It's a family business, where a generally a lady is handling everything single handedly. So 1 extra star for that.

Afghan and Uzbek flavours in the heart of Dandenong city. Just around the corner from Afghan bazaar you will find this traditional classy and some what grand looking Afghan Pamir restaurant. Great place to share a group meal and enjoy catching up with friends and family. Our group had the whole restaurant for the night as it was very quiet and we shared banquet number 2 with Uzbek Pellow lamb biriyani rice, chicken and lamb kebabs skewers for $47 per person. Friendly staff and great service worth a visit.

I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here with family if you’re looking for a pleasant Iftar experience. Despite the beautiful layout, the customer service was poor, and the Afghan food was severely undercooked and lacked flavour. I even informed the staff about the issue, but they did not make any effort to fix it. It’s no surprise that the restaurant was nearly empty. The prices were extremely high for the low quality of food and service. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Never again thank you. 😊

Lakshmi Vila's Dandenong - Authentic Indian Flavors and Exceptional Service I had a craving for authentic Indian food, and Lakshmi Vila's in Dandenong exceeded all my expectations! After reading several honest Google reviews, I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I ordered the Masala Dosa and a lunch plate, and both were absolutely fantastic. The Masala Dosa was packed with deliciously spiced potato, generously filled, and served with a flavorful sambar and chutneys that perfectly complemented the dish. The lunch plate was also a great choice – it came with three different curries, rice, and a freshly cooked papadum. Everything tasted like it was made with love, as if it was cooked by a family member. It was comforting, flavorful, and completely vegetarian, which I appreciated. If you're looking for a place with authentic Indian flavors, hearty portions, and warm hospitality, I highly recommend Lakshmi Vila's. I will definitely be back!

The bad news..it's Sri Lankan time in there so don't expect quick times on the food. The good news..I think it's one of the best dosas I've had in Melbourne. Small sacrifice for the quality Also...perhaps put some music to add ambience?

Every part of the meal tasted fresh and flavorful. The setting was quiet and relaxing. I liked the natural light and calm background music. Service was quick without being rushed. Staff checked in politely and gave helpful recommendations. I had a great time here.

Sunday, mostly eating out and this time, we decided to go with Italian. Made booking online and when we arrived for lunch, there are only two others in the restaurant. Great varierty of selections in the menu. Food wise all tasted great especially loving the pizza. The calamari was good too, but slightly more portion will be a plus. Service wise, friendly staff however kind of slow especially only two tables occupied. And may I suggest to have the chair legs wrap with socks or rubber at the base as the sound when the chairs are pull/drag is unbearable. Price wise, average of $100+ for four. For coffee lovers, a cup is definitely not enough.

We ate here initially from Ubereats one night because we were starving — it was quite impressive. All the pasta and pizza dough is made from scratch and we’ve been there twice already, with family. My favourite is the Turkish delight pizza and grilled chicken Alfredo. Who knew this hidden gem was even in Dandenong... no

Why haven't I been here before? This was a great experience! Pizza soft and fluffy, normally not my style but this was truly delicious! 4 cheese pizza was delicious (i would of liked a drizzle of honey) hell boy pizza was slightly spicy and full off flavour. Fettuccine chicken and mushroom was one of the best one's we have tried. Didn't need to add anything to it. Full off flavour and perfect consistency. Calamari was so soft my fork went straight through it. YUM! Four cheese Gnocchi was cheeseyyyy as described. Chicken pieces with spicy sauce were tiny little pieces but really enjoyed the taste as they were coated in a really tasty seasoning. Slightly sweet, salty and spicy. All meals were a great size and we were all able to share which was fantastic!! Terimisu was outstanding. Definitely will be back!!

The food we tried were really awesome. The calamari fry was beyond expectations which was tossed with butter peas and baby corn. Pasta must try. Pizza had real wood smoke flavour, so, it depends on taste of different folks.

Hands downs the best wood fired pizza in Dandenong! And I dare say the best dough base/crust for a wood fire pizza I have ever had…ever! Not those sloppy crusts that are soaked with the sauce by they time it gets to you. It was the first thing I noticed when I took my first bite that it held up really well. The Arancini was also amazing! Will definitely be back to try more of their menu.

From out of town and I was looking for a late dinner so I got a takeaway pizza and was treated to an experience unlike any other. They have re defined what a take away pizza can be. Even sitting and waiting was incredible as I watched a master pizza chef carefully place each ingredient as if he was painting a masterpiece now I’m back the next day and as I write this I am waiting with anticipation for my next culinary adventure. Despite some raucous clientele (possibly owing to the very open byo policy) we enjoyed quality service and tasty food. We began the meal with a very watery less than impressive mango lassi and very underwhelming samosas but the mains including the butter chicken, garlic naans and sahi paneer were all really yummy

Used to visit this place regularly years ago. Returned after 6+ years. Went on a Wednesday night when there were only a few diners, but took a long time to arrive. No problems with waiting for good food, the food was not hot and taste was average. We could not finish what we ordered. Quite and rustic.

5 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for food but 2 ⭐⭐ for service over the phone as I had a request for different Indian bread with same price but was clearly refused......This is not even a big request since Indian bread without any filling is marked at same price but wish thinking about profits and displaying absolute low class customer service, wasn't expected out of Payal as I have been a fan of their food. This guy over the phone, would have been more helpful had he had known simple basics rather than just saying NO for everything......Hope for a better service next time, highly recommend anyone to enjoy their food ,if NOT SERVICE

I ordered Chicken Maharani at this restaurant last night. It was tasteless. The ingredients did not integrate well and all I could make out was the taste of tomato. Poor dish. I give 2 stars because the other dish I ordered was okay, not great, but okay. I've ordered here before, over the last 18 years, food was never this bad. Either their standards are slipping or the chef has changed. Will be a while before I re-order.

Have been coming here for quite some time now. Their food is always excellent, and prepared to what level of spice you choose. They are always happy to make a dish hot if you request upon ordering or inform them on immediately trying. However the default level of chilli is in the mild category, so if you don't let them know it won't be very hot. The staff have always been very polite when we have dined in. Overall a very good location and one that we shall continue to come back to.

I have never left a review for any restaurant before, I just eat the food and I'm satisfied, however I feel I need to give a review to this restaurant!. Husband and myself ordered from uber eats. We got the food so fast and I absolutely loved everything about it!!. My butter chicken was amazing, chicken so soft and tender and I could tell it is fresh!!! My chicken biryani was very nice and so was the chicken tikka I got! I will definitely be ordering again and referring this place to my friends and family!

I ordered a chicken vinderloo for $12.50 lunch offer. I asked for it spicy. Extremely bland and no spice. Asked for it to be made spicy and they just threw a couple of green chillies on top. Incredibly disappointing. Would not recommend.

I really enjoyed how well-prepared the food was. The setting was lovely, with a nice blend of charm and simplicity. I could tell the staff worked hard to keep everything tidy. They were also kind and very welcoming. Service was excellent from beginning to end. I’ll definitely return soon.

One of many Indian options at Little India Dandenong. We have been at Bikaner Sweets many times over the past few years and today is the chance to do a food review, Navratri is underway so we chose vegetarian options. Ordered papri chat for starters, daal makhani and shahi paneer with roti and naan. Papri chat serving was large with good amount of papri, the yoghurt was bit watery and not many potatoes and chickpeas. Flavour was just right though. 3.5 out of 5. For mains, Makhani daal was brilliant, right amount of spice and not overdone with cream or oil which was very welcome. Serving size was large. Shahi Paneer looked more tomato based rather than cashew/ cream sauce, but it was tasty. Couple of extra paneer pieces would have been good, understand you get what you pay for. 4/5. Both Tandoori roti and Naan were cooked well and were of good size, really enjoyed them. 5/5. So if you happen to be near Dandenong, do give the Bikaner folks a try for lunch or dinner. Good vegetarian choices with plenty of Indian sweets to spoil yourself and the family. Good value for money place.

I ordered samosas and pani puri today and it was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. The samosas were extremely oily and far too salty. For the pani puri, I specifically asked for sour and spicy, and the staff said they could do it, but when I got home it turned out to be very sweet instead. Really disappointed with both the food and the experience. :(.

Okay, so we recently compared this to a couple of places in India (Prayagraj and Chennai) with respect to Punjabi-style Indian and this is betterer. I think (I’m pretty sure) this is one of the BEST restaurants in Melbourne. Sure, it’s got some front as a sweets shop (sweets are insanely good), but it’s also just plain brilliant. The food is consistent, and tasty. I’m now a regular I suppose but I can’t go past this place. Try the chicken tikka, lamb tawa, chicken briyani, aloo gobhi and cap it off with sweetened masala chai (okay fair dues, I’ve had better chai elsewhere, namely Ahmedabad in da street) but still). Eat here. Is good. Is very yummness!

Never seen the food is so expensive in Afghan restaurants in Dandenong!!!! Sorry never comeback. I ordered 2 rices with lamb kebab! It only had a little bit lamb and no salad and no sauces!!! The costs were $32 for with rice with lamb and quabuli rice with lamb!!! The high rate was not true or it just has different service treatment because I don’t speak your language! Never have bad mood when see the food is overpriced and just normal! Service is just average! Wait too long while the restaurant is not busy! Thanks for giving a memorial experience of your restaurant!!!

The food was tasty and the restaurant was nice and clean. The portion was quite generous as well. I have not had Afghan cuisine before so I can’t make any comparison. However I’ll visit again. The only min point was that the didn’t serve water.

I would not recommend this place. Bread was so hard and couldn't eat. We told them, and they did not say sorry! Just said, "It's late!!" We never waste food. But today we had to :( For dine in , they charged an extra $2! It's expensive compared to nearby kebab shops. Both food and service were disappointing. Foods were not tasty. Overall, it's a bad option...

Fresh charcoal grilled place. Had the platter but felt it was light and healthy food compared to the greasy HSP's. Kebabs were very tasty and service was also good.

Absolute 10/10 place. Balkh Afghan Restaurant is a staple, a classic, a legend of Melbourne’s Afghani food scene. I’ve been here more times than I can count. Can’t be beat. All Halal.

I guess the place must be a hit and miss because I can see positive and negative reviews. I had lunch there and thoroughly enjoyed the service and the food. It was fresh, hot and the portions were large. We even had the raw mince which was beautiful. The waitress was lovely and joked around with us. But we were there during a quiet time so perhaps that made a difference to the service and quality of food.

One thing hard to forget, our table was cleared while we're still seated!, a sign that we have to go?, the restaurant was empty!. i had the worst experience at this restaurant ever!!! My 11-year-old brother has a severe anaphylactic allergies to eggs and nuts. So when we ordered the food at the restaurant we made sure there was no eggs and nuts containing the food. We rechecked with the waitress twice because his allergies are the worst. He ate the food and the worst allergy. He was constantly vomiting and hist throat was closing up.But we had the medicine but we had to leave immediately because he was not feeling well at all. The staff made us pay the full price for everything we ordered. The food was terrible and it was really small for the price. The food wasn't hot either. Terrible experience. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Place was clean and spacious. Customer service needs a lot of work. The young girl serving us had no idea of the menu and was very unhelpful. There was one other large table in there and we struggled to get the staffs attention, drinks were forgotten, and the table wasn't cleared when we finished. The food was tasty but very small portions of meat for the price. The platters were 3/4 rice with a taste of meat. We've been looking for a good local lebanese restaurant but this certainly isn't it. We won't be going back.

The place was clean and well presented. However, they charge 30$ for mixed grill and the meat portion is not enough for a cat! And the taste of the lamb skewer was sour and tasted old. To top it all up, the customer service is inexistent. First and last time here.

Great service and welcoming. Food was alright, but expensive for the amount of portion you get. $30 for the mix grill mainly rice (3 really small skewers about 10cm and quite), barely comparable with any other Lebanese restaurant anywhere else or even compare with the city that you can't even go through the whole dish.

Just some information about last review with one star from others: I was there when it happened, the lady hoped to get some free napkins without buying anything. It was unfair to the staff or the store to get it without charge as it costs. I don’t know either the staff or the lady, but one star is unfair to them.

Coffee has gone down hill in the past 2 weeks. Tastes like the it actually tastes like the water has the descaler left in it and has an acidic taste. Used to be my go to coffee shop, after 3 terrible coffees I will not be going back 😪

Ordered their five-spice roast pork bánh mì that the young guy serving (the owner?) generously made sure I received even though they don’t actually start them till 10am (this was 8:30am). A really wonderful balance of flavours. Mildly spicy. Not the extremes of Footscray’s French Baguette, the last crispy pork bánh mì I tried. No need to go from meaty bite to pickled salad bite (admittedly this same priced $11 roll was quite a bit smaller). It even improved after it spent an hour waiting for me to finish it. The sauce soaked into the bread forming a gel, yet still crusty on the outside, creating a lovely spectrum of sensations. Just… nice! Didn’t overload their chai latte with sugar either. This is far from an old school bakery. Not a bakery at all. Pastries from Noisette. Overall a refined experience!

I was surprised to say the banh mi I had was good. I had the lemon grass chicken banh mi. The bread itself, you can tell it is fresh. Soft and not stale, every bite you take leaves with crumbs falling. I love it. Although it could use a little more of chicken and little less of hoisin sauce. Otherwise it was great!

I have seen good reviews and nice photos of the coffee, so I decided to give it a go. Unfortunately The girl who was serving looked like she was more than unhappy to have costumers at 1 in the afternoon, didn't even asked if i wanted my coffee on site or take away and just serve me on a disposable cup. I didn't pay attention if she or the other girl prepared the coffee but it was made careless, no design on the latte, the beans may be good quality but it tasted as the care that was put on making it, pretty regular. I don't think I would go back.

I was very excited to try this after a google search and as i was near by i dropped in and purchased a beef brisket burger and a chicken cranberry quinoa salad, the beef brisket burger nearly broke my tooth it was so rock hard, iv cooked it and know its not ment to be this way its supposed to be tender the rest of the burger was yum but there also wasnt much beef in it i couldnt even stab a knife in it! I gave it to my dog and she was eating it like a bone!! Iv only given you 2 stars because the salad was yum but a little bit over priced for the size. I even brought some stuff from the uncle small goods next door and the was super dry and tasteless too. I may go back for salads but not the meat!!

Great spot for a quick bite for lunch, the brisket burger is the winner. They also serve St Ali coffee so its also my go to coffee spot.

Past three times we've had take away from here the service is terrible and food quality very below average. They are very rude on the phone and in person, no alterations to the menu are allowed. They forgot to give soy sauce for the dumplings, then when I asked for it a lady asked me if I had paid for it. The food used to be great under the old owners, but has steadily been going downhill under the current new management. The noodles are given separate to the sauce and stick together, with not enough sauce given. The dumpling filling is dry and the skins very thick and doughy. Overall would not recommend anyone eat here, very disappointing.

Lamb skewers and the handmade noodles are very tasty. Love the texture of the handmade noodles. The sauce is a bit oily, but worth it, because it's full of flavour. Actually had a good experience with the service, waitress is always friendly and helpful. Not 5 stars because it's not the best handmade noodles I've had, but the best I've found in Dandenong-Springvale area so far (and cheaper than the Springvale one too).

Northern Chinese cuisine. You have to know what you are ordering. The dumplings, skewers and home-made noodles are great, yet not for everyone. The food overall feeling is heavy, and you have to balance it with salad. Order the tomato-cucumber basic one and you'd be set.

The wetlands are good for walking, cycling, BBQ, picnicking and playing sports, like basketball, badminton and football at the stadium. There are people of different races and languages in the playground. I enjoy the cultural diversity of Australia. There is a bird hide near a lake, too. However, there is trash and dirty water in some water areas and other areas and construction. Apply insect repellent before coming.

Not to be confused with the Dandenong Valley Wetlands/Parklands (and it's a pity the google maps' naming doesn't reflect the name on the signs), this place is... okay. The walking tracks are well maintained, though rather limited. There's a bird hide, although you'll find a wider range of winged friends in other places. No amenities that I could spot, but there's a BBQ and a playground. It's quite pretty at dusk. [Edit] I've come around on this park, having returned to it to walk fairly regularly. It's quiet without being empty or isolated. there's ample parking at the Stadium and it's a lovely, green, suburban space.

A pleasant walking track around the wetlands with lots of bird wildlife throughput the walk. There's a bird hide for bird watchers and photographers, and a children's playground and toilets at one side of the park. Some of the routes as the name suggests are very wet, particularly after a lot of rainfall. A few routes with underpasses are typically flooded during certain months. Great for some fresh air here at least!

The huge open space was great but doesn’t seem to get a lot of foot traffic. We spotted a snake that we couldn’t 100% identify, but we think it was a copperhead, in the path so just be on the lookout if you have dogs or little ones with you.

A great, open space for a nice walk. It’s pretty flat the whole way so no need to stress over any hills and slopes! There’s a small playground as well as a wetland, of course. The grass is so green it could pass off as a desktop wallpaper. Parking is easy at Dandenong Stadium and you can walk over, so I’d recommend that if you’re coming by car.

Great huge wetlands reserve. Well maintained. Good to visit with family and kids. Good free electric BBQ Free. Kids play area. Several bicycle paths to take you in every direction NTH-STH-WST-EST.

This park is a hidden gem. It’s never too busy and has a nice blend of sun and shade. The paths loop around gently, making it ideal for an easy walk or jog. I’ve spotted turtles, ducks, and all kinds of birds near the water. It feels more like a nature retreat than a city park. Very well kept and relaxing.

Went on a weekend and the place was very busy – the shopping centre was packed and the cinema felt a bit chaotic. Cleanliness wasn’t great, which might’ve just been due to the weekend rush. Reading Cinemas at Dandenong is one of the most affordable ways to catch a movie at anytime outside of Melbourne. Offering 10 dollar movie tickets every day. To my surprise, this place is VERY well maintained (at least the cinema I was in was). The cinemas, toilets and foyer is quite tidy. The popcorn was also very good, better than some of the Hoyts locations that I've been to. The quality of the projection and quality is great considering the value. For those who cannot go to Village Cinemas at Fountain Gate on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, this cinema is for you. Both standard and premium offerings are 10 dollars. In a world where cinema prices are constantly on the rise, especially with the new experiences coming out. (Fountain Gate is getting an IMAX/LieMAX theatre soon). Reading Dandenong stands out for its accessible and affordable way of catching a movie.

I recently watched Lilo and Stitch at the cinema. Unfortunately the theater was quite unclean every seat was stained with what appeared to be old, dark marks. I was very disappointed by the condition of the cinema, although I understand that the price reflects the quality. Took my 10 yo daughter for a swim. No problem with the facilities it's just the behaviour of some of the people. Young men and teenage boys crowded around us at various times for no reason. It's like they want to assert their ownership of the place. Staff were telling people to stop misbehaving but it would start again as soon as they turned their backs.

Very disappointed of late. I’ve been a long time member and am now going elsewhere. There’s always something not working properly and recently there was 2 months or more where there was no hot water in the showers. This made me stop going as often and when they finally fixed it they then had the cheek to put up the prices. If anything we should be getting refunds not paying more.

I've never been to a large aquatic centre with a "toddler" pool, a "wading" pool yet without any toys / equipment whatsoever. The kids' pools were literally just a body of water. I highly recommend to the management at Oasis to invest in these items as my 18month old and 3.5 year old need a bit more stimulation if they are to stay in the pool for more than 30 minutes. The lifeguard said that they have jets/sprayers when the classes aren't being conducted, and she estimated this was about 7 hours from that time.

Especially Chenille (19275), She is so rude, she need to have a a personality development training and she don’t know how to entertain a customer in a nice way. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at the store located at 265 Lonsdale Street, Dandenong VIC 3175. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, giving me countless unnecessary excuses when I simply tried to return an item I had purchased just a few hours earlier. Despite my reasonable explanation, he ultimately refused to accept the return in a very disrespectful manner. Thankfully, I then visited another store at 2/30 Princes Highway, Dandenong VIC 3175. The difference in service was remarkable. The staff member at the counter was polite, helpful, and clearly well-trained, and the manager was outstanding — professional, understanding, and respectful. Worst food I ever had .Called the restaurant to order some takeaway and the guy on the phone was rushing me and didn't want to listen to me. Got there after 20 minutes to pick up the food, told the girl at the counter what my order was and she went to the kitchen and came back and said they ran out of samosas. She said there'll be a 5 minute wait received the food after 10 minutes. I went home opened the container and the rice was extremely hot (microwaved)and the big piece of chicken in the middle was dry and the rice had no flavor to it. We were a group of 4 went for Iftar followed by dinner in this month of Ramadan. We had to wait 25-30 minutes before we could get into the buffet even though the break time of Iftar was well over! The food was great. However, lot of people (20-25) had to line up in queue and the food got finished by the time it's our turn to take the food. Therefore, we had to wait longer for the restaurant staff to bring in the foods in their tiny bowls to fill up the needs to customers (don't know if they intentionally brought foods in such tiny bowls to refill the foods or not!) This restaurant crew/sraff seriously need to be trained on professional delivery techniques and better preparation for buffet services.

DO NOT GO EVER TO THE COCKROACH BREEDING RESTAURANT The restaurant and specifically the owner/head chef (or whatever she was) tore down the experience we had on 22nd April 2018 around 8PM (specifics if somebody wants to verify what I am writing). We order the Couple Deal $32. The food comes in hot which was a positive. The Kebabs part of the deal tasted good and juicy. Me and my wife both liked it and will compliment the cook on doing the right job to the meal. But this is where it goes down: "THE TRUE BADS" 1) The 1/2 Karahi tasted only Tomato Puree and not Karahi at all. Quantity was half the real half you get at any other restaurant. No taste but we still take it. 2) The Biryani tasted dry and I mean it DRY!!! No taste, no spices and extremely low quality rice. Not the right rice for Biryani. People who cook would know the difference between Sela, Golden Sela and Toota Rice. Believe me Cheap quality rice and just cooked to be rice. 3) From nowhere a cockroach creeps up on Table. Yes, this is in Dandenong, Melbourne, VIC. We both jump up as the cockroach tries to jump up into our food. This was ridiculous. The neighbouring family asks us to take pictures and give it to him so that it can be taken to the council. We say let's be considerate of people. This is where we are wrong. 4) Despite all the noise, the owner/head chef (or whatever she was) doesn't come out. The serving lady comes out and when my wife says we need to speak to the owner/head chef (or whatever she was). She comes out. This is the extract to what she says, "this is not our fault if there is a cockroach. The neighbours are getting repair works done (their own roof was taped) and probably it is because of that. We do pest control and will do it again this week but we can't control the cockroach from coming." 5) This was not even done yet. The owner said. It doesn't matter if you want to pay or not that will not cost me much. The owner/head chef (or whatever she was) realised if it was taken to the council she would be torn down. But the attitude didn't even show that. Appalling customer service and probably the worst ever treatment to customers by giving excuses and the owner/head chef (or whatever she was) was not at all apologetic. The drinks we had on the deal were taken first and the only options Coke and Lemonade. That was still not a turn off as we were indifferent to the drink. I do a fair bit of reviews to any restaurant I go to and I will be candid in what I say. That is the reason it has all the specifics in it.

The worst Iftar buffet I ever had...Food quality was way too low and definitely it was not fresh at all. The dishes were not even same as mentioned here. Not a kind of place to spend $$ as it was a waste of money and time indeed!!

This review is for Tabbaq's Sunshine branch. The highlight of the review is "Worst food ever". We placed an order for multiple items; lets talk about them: - Seekh kebaabs : Oily, tasteless and half cooked. Looked like they were deep fried instead of grilled. - Seekh kebab Karahi and Lamb Karahi : Honestly you wouldn't tell the difference that if we were eating seekh kebab karahi or Lamab karahi. Tasted like the cook (shouldn't be saying Chef) cooked them in same gravy/ sauce. Both items were tasteless and were miles away from either seekh kebab karahi flavour or lamb karahi's taste. - Lamb paya : the best we could describe it as watery soup with red chilly powder. Plain tasteless. - Mango Lassi : Didn't taste like a mango Lassi at all. Was served "warm". They even didn't bother to put couple of ice cubes in it. - Mint dip : A white watery stuff with some green tiny particles in it. Thousand miles away from mint dip. Overall it was a disastrous dinner. We wasted our money and time. Feedback was given to the waitress. Will never ever go to this restaurant.

Bit of a mixed bag. Wouldn't say I would never shop here again, but probably not my first choice. Placed a pharmacy order for delivery. Unfortunately, I wasn't advised that the driver was unavailable for 2 weeks prior to the order being processed as a pick up. Emailed store advising it would have been nice to be notified as I couldn't get there and asked if refund was possible. Great customer service followed (was very impressed) - was called within 5 mins - after a short time was advised that the order was cancelled and refund would be issued. Only issue - I cannot get my escript elsewhere as my actual script was cancelled by the store and now I need to get a new one from the doctor.. an additional expense. Store has not responded to follow up emails or taken accountability for cancelling my script with 4 repeats left, so that's a bit disappointing.

I had a disappointing experience at Priceline Pharmacy in Dandenong Plaza, where I felt racially profiled by staff who were also poc. Despite waiting 15 minutes for the store to open, I was closely monitored by a staff member while browsing the makeup aisle. After noting that many testers were missing or unusable, I was approached multiple times, which felt unnecessary and intrusive. My partner was also frustrated by the situation, especially since I was being watched. When I finally approached the counter to pay, the staff took their time attending to me, despite having closely observed my every move while I was shopping. One of the staff members was rude and the other one who continuously watched me even accused me of opening a product, which I hadn’t done. You guys need to train your staff better. With manners and NOT to harass customers.

Dandenong Square is a large shopping center with a wide range of stores, supermarkets, and eateries. It’s well-maintained and convenient for everyday shopping, though it can be crowded at times. A good place to find everything in one location.

A complete shopping centre from Aldi, Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, TKmaxx, priceline etc a big foodcourt with famous restaurants like Nando's, etc. All in once. Easy to find parking and clean.

Recent upgrades have given the centre a modern facelift, with new dining options like Glenny Kebabs and Muso Mobile adding to the buzz. The centre also hosts seasonal events and promotions, making each visit feel fresh and engaging.

It's a good place for weekly green groceries (vegetables, fruit), flowers, plants, meat, and many things. It is the most competitive market offering a fair price with lots of vegetables and varieties of fruits. It operates 4 days a week including weekends. It's been 15 years that we continue to shop even after moving from Dandy and we love it. The market has a lot of parking options (low cost to free parking). We miss Joe's fish..

It's got it all! There is also a nice multicultural feel to it as well. Even though the area is busy I managed to find a car park close by.

You lazy workers have the audacity to close early and as I’m outside minutes before closing after driving over an hour to get here to get my script you stupidly stand on the other side of the screen telling me you have closed and it wasn’t even 6 and you told me don’t yell?!?!? You guys are a damn joke

A young employee was extremely helpful tonight helping me find a hot water bottle. I didn't give her much information to go off, yet she looked it up on her phone and then the store scanner tool. She even took me to the location whilst apologising that it took so long. Just wanted to say thank you for her professionalism, due diligence and overall helpfulness. Much appreciated. Excellent.

Manager argued they displayed stock correctly, even though it was mixed up showing incorrect pricing. Instead of apologizing and moving on as I wasn't too bothered about that, not angry or being a Karen, I just decided not to purchase them. She instead chose to argue and accuse me of getting the cups from two different spots in the store. This was really upsetting and completely unnecessary.

Value for money when shopping for like items, always the cheapest price around. Although consumer service was not at its best at the time as they were busy restacking the shelves. If your happy to wander at your own leisure, then this is a must on you're next visit to bayside

My go to Kmart store! Always stocked up & employees have always been super helpful. Was a bit put back when an older lady at the customer service counter was raising her voice & talking down to me like I was a child because I couldn’t understand how I couldn’t get a refund on the same method I used when I purchased the product? Never had this issue before at this store or any other store, Kmart or not… Always have just taken my receipt & showed my card details as it’s on my phone. Anyway I apologise to the lady for not understanding, maybe you had a busy day, but you did not have to yell & talk down to me in front of other customers, I felt so embarrassed, I was shaking & crying when I left the store. Thank you to lovely girl that checked on me as I was leaving. My receipt says Katie on it so thank you so much Katie! You were really sweet & I appreciate you catching up with me afterwards. I’ll continue going to the store! Maybe I’d recommend clearing up any confusion on refund methods using phone debit cards instead of the physical card? Again, I apologise to the older lady, I simply couldn’t understand.

This is my local, and although the staff are almost always friendly, the stock management and stock levels are shocking. Countless times it says things are in stock, and then they are no where to be found. Even times when I have verbally confirmed there are 30+ quantity of something in stock, only to get there and there is 0 on the shelf. Really disappointing and I will now be only shopping at Carrum Downs KMart.

Dear Kmart, When packing online orders, start by having respect for your paying customers, I was not happy when I was sent an item that was already been opened and returned to the store. How can I gift that item now.... I'm now at a lose because I'd have to drive an hour to return it. No longer will I ever do an online order.

I visited this kmart branch as my local didn't have all the stock of the order, the layout is open and clean, friendly door greet team member. Nice and bright and plenty of floor space to move above, I would be happy browsing here. The service counter never has more than one team member to serve which is disappointing however I understand the economics.

Brought 2 cloth holder - advertised at $5.00 Scanned higher . Brought it to the customer service lady but because l had paid l had to go to the service desk to get it sorted. According to consumer law , l should have received one free . Asked for this called a manager who refused stating that that rule is only for supermarkets . I asked her what happens to all the purchases that were not picked up and Kmart profited . She said thank you and walked off . What out for false advertising on products

denied entry at 9:49pm into the store, as the girl with black hair stood in front of the door and refused to let us in as they were ‘closing’. she told us we had ‘to come back tomorrow morning’. tried again at 9:52pm and said we would be quick as we just needed to grab headphones as our flight leaves early tomorrow morning. regardless, she stood in front of the door and began to close the roller doors down on us. bit pathetic to advertise 10pm closing time and deny paying customers entry before 10pm.

I love this joint promised my son who is 4 years old a gift and went there he chose HULK.....okay 💪good choice. I got him that on the way to checkout saw a white shoe and went close it was reduced from $15 to $8 ......wow a good deal....grabbed that and paid...and went home. 🙂 Awesome Kmart 👌💯

The site was friendly and clean and well lit but they didn't have an item from the catalogue. A staff member told me they only trickle through the popular items and they are unlikely to have more before October. Not a great way to run things, advertise something cheaply to get you in but don't have it in store.

Definitely go into this store if you feel like being racially profiled by the rude elderly lady with the reddish-brown hair who was operating the self checkouts at 3:30pm this afternoon on the 8/07/2025. My friend and I did not appreciate her accusatory tone when she insinuated that we weren’t going to pay for all of our items, after which she stared down my friend of Indian ethnicity, who wouldn’t even hurt a fly, let alone steal a $3 item. Might I suggest to Coles that you give your staff more training in cultural competency so that minority individuals don’t have to experience needless profiling in one of your establishments.

Absolutely terrible customer service. This is to the lady in her late 50s, hair in a short ponytail and is short, works in the self checkout area. Let me tell you this. Every time i go to the Cole’s checkout self serve I see her occasionally. Always unhappy when asked for help from other customers. Always consumed in talking with other younger staff, this is a workplace not an area you should be gossiping about customers or other people. Never in my life have I ever had this terrible experience today. I walked myself to self serve area to checkout some items and I went to the closest one where there were customers beside me and she was tending to the customer next to me. As I went to checkout my items she turned around and I had said sorry for being in her way. However, she turned around to me and states that there are other checkouts and walks away, then talks loudly to the other younger staff about me being in her way and that she was clearly standing there so why would I want to checkout there. Truly outrageous and utterly disrespectful. Where are the supervisors? I have been to many Coles shops in other centres and I never see them gossip and talk non stop and are always helping customers happily. It is only here that I see that they just stand around and barely tend to customers. You can see in the reviews themselves that it is not just me who sees this. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Next time I will put your name on the reviews.

The staff often stock items under the wrong price to try to get you to pay more. They put all these monster cans under the wrong price and then told me to pay $16. The attendant at 7:12am was very rude and wouldn’t follow consumer law. Be careful, they prey on young people.

My partner and I were shopping late last night 10pm (Southland 1/7/25/). I was horrified to see a young woman, early 20’s who must have been a Cole’s supervisor or manager reprimanded and shaming an older teenager who had done something wrong. He was sitting on the chair out the front at the entrance for everyone to see leaning right over him with her finger right in his face, yelling at him at the top of her voice. Now I don’t know what he did? But if it was that serious….. ring the police. I’ve seen some nasty women in my 30 years of being a female in an “almost all female workforce” but this young lady took the cake. Not only did I see that she was abusing her authority, she was using stand over/bully tactics and was extremely unprofessional in dealing with this young man for the whole of “Coles” customers to see. The poor security guard was hovering and I think in shock. Next time take him in somewhere private. Coles!! Teach your staff how to deal with Conflict, difficulty situations and some communication skills!!!! Very disappointed ☹️

As a loyal fan of Cole’s shredded chicken sandwich, I just have to say… what happened?! It used to be amazing — juicy, flavorful shredded chicken mixed with that magical white sauce that tied everything together perfectly. I looked forward to it every time. But lately? It’s been a real letdown. The chicken is bland, like it forgot what seasoning even is. And the white sauce? Completely missing. Again. This has happened several times now. Is it a different person making it each time? Or are we cutting corners and skipping the sauce altogether? Today’s sandwich was yet another disappointment. Dry, flavorless, and no white sauce in sight. I still ate it — because I was starving — but wow, it was rough. Please bring back the old recipe (and the white sauce!). My taste buds are begging you

Two staff were standing by the self-checkouts, fully immersed in what must have been a fascinating chat. A customer called out to them twice, and while they clearly heard, they didn’t budge. The gossip must’ve been more urgent than helping a paying customer.

So, don’t buy gift cards, including Myer gift cards that offer additional benefits. The Myer cards did not work. Fine it happens, but we went back to the point of sale with our receipt and we were told - nothing we can do, we might have been scammed at their own checkout by the checkout operator and we should call a third party number to sort it out. I asked to see a manager - we were told there was no manager on site. We were then delivered a new assistant manager who repeated the message. Overall the entire situation was unacceptable. We purchased goods (gift cards) that did not work - this all occurred on the same day - we were told there was nothing that could be done to help. I shop at Coles because I trust the brand. I (thought) if I had an issue that Cole’s can help me. It seems I am wrong and I cannot rely on Coles.

Horrible, horrible customer service at Spotlight Mentone. As a loyal Spotlight VIP member who has spent thousands of dollars on craft supplies over the past year, I’ve shopped at multiple locations, including Carnegie and South Melbourne, and have always found the staff to be helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience at the Mentone store was deeply disappointing due to the behavior of one particular female staff member. I visited the store on a Sunday and was upstairs in the craft section. I didn’t clearly hear the PA announcement about the store closing. Shortly after, a staff member approached me and curtly instructed me to “finish what you’re doing and go down to get it billed because the store is closed.” Realizing the time, I immediately made my way downstairs to the counter at 5:05 PM, just five minutes past the store’s closing time of 5:00 PM. When I politely requested to have my items billed—items I had carefully selected, many of which were on special—the female staff member at the counter flatly refused. While I fully understand that I was slightly late, I tried explaining the situation and asked for a small exception, as other Spotlight locations have kindly accommodated in similar circumstances. Instead, I was met with an unnecessarily rude and dismissive attitude. Her behavior escalated further when she angrily told me to “get out.” I calmly reiterated that I hadn’t heard the PA announcement and had come down as soon as I was informed, but she only became more hostile. Shockingly, she even threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave immediately. I don’t know whether she actually called or was pretending, but at that point, I felt humiliated and left the store, frustrated and deeply disappointed. This kind of treatment is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. No customer—let alone a loyal one—deserves to be spoken to or treated in such a hostile manner. I’m not sure if the staff member (name is Jessica if I recall correctly, and I can see already, some other negative reviews on her treatments to customers, below. So perhaps not very surprised now) was having a bad day, or if the store was understaffed, but none of that justifies her conduct. This kind of people who have anger issues (that’s what I could think of) should never be put in front of a customer unless you want to get rid of that customer. Since this incident, I have stopped visiting the Mentone store entirely, despite it being the closest Spotlight location to me. It’s disheartening because I’ve had consistently positive experiences at other stores, but this incident has tarnished my trust in Spotlight as a whole. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that no other customer has to endure such unprofessional and hostile behavior.

Unfortunately, had a disappointing service experience. I was looking to purchase the basket/hamper on the bottom shelf. I wrongfully assumed it was 40% off given the signage, but was informed the item is considered laundry as opposed to basketware. Not a problem. Regardless, the KOO bathroom hamper is considered basketware, and not laundry, and is 40% off (positioned just to the left out of shot). I wasn't attached to the basket so had no issues leaving this behind, and genuinely found the ambiguity more amusing than annoying, however it was the rather abrupt comments from staff that "there is nothing misleading" and the "basket is exactly where it should be" which was disappointing. Just a unexpectedly poor experience I wasn't expecting today! Bear in mind, I've dealt with other staff here in the past who were lovely.

Well stocked and easy layout to find things. This store has everything you can expect from a spotlight. Neat and very well organised.

Stopped by Spotlight Mentone to look for single quilt covers. It took a little while to find what we wanted, but once we did, there was a great selection to choose from. Plenty of variety and good options once you know where to look.

Great huge store. They carry good range of stuffs. The young lady who was at the register at the time was really nice. However.... The store looks quite a mess. Cages and trolleys are everywhere, a lot of items without price tags. Seemed the only ONE price check machine want working. It didn't used to look this bad. And they have maeked down girls hair tie which stretched out badly. Like really bad. They shouldn't sell those at all. Just not right. Wonder what happened to this store. New Store Manager????

Had the most lovely experience with Chris in the curtains area. She helped me on the phone as I am hopeless with knowledge about curtains and she had everything ready for me to pick up. I was in and then out super quick. Thanks Chris xx

Very very disappointed with the poor customer service especially the Store Manager named jess. I returned towels apparently with no tags? Had the receipt. They were not used and I wanted to exchange them. She was going on regarding company policy, however the way she delivered it was in a very rude, abrupt manner. Customer Service is so crucial however she failed totally. I reside in Mentone. I will never shop again and definitely will never recommend to anyone this store.

TK Maxx fountain Gate is a great place to shop with an amazing variety and fantastic bargains. Staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s always something new to find. The only thing that could make it even better is a bit more organisation and tidiness in some areas. But overall, it’s a top spot I highly recommend!

Once again i am in love with their Halloween collection and tried my best to not splurge but i am not sure how effective it was though! It's always a little treat visiting TK Maxx for me, especially their collection of toiletries, skincare and homewares are my favourite ones to check out. I hope they give more sales so that I can shop more 😁

This store is filled with very weird people covered in tattoos and piercings everywhere, it is also very disappointing because they barley have any clothes for boys that don’t even fit only 2 aisles for my teenage boy and the rest are all girls which their are about 6 aisles , they should change this and make the aisles the same because right now it is pretty unfair for all the parents that come and can’t find clothes for their boys .

Wow, this place is great. What a range of things they have and all good quality. So many good ideas for gifts that other places just don't seem to have.

I really love the store and products BUT this is the second time I have left with demodex mite infestation from this store. The first time it took me months to figure out what was going on, I never had this issue before in my life, until I tried on a few jackets in this store. Minutes after I left I felt tickolong/crawling/itching on my skin and for months I had to deal with demodex infestation. Then almost a year later I went back to the store thinking there was no connection. I tried on 2 jackets and bought some bags and BOOM, minutes after leaving the store, the same tickling/crawling/itching sensation and I knew immediately. Dealing with a demodex infestation once again. This is appalling, disgusting and frustrating. A health inspection and sanitisation is urgently needed at the Narre Warren TK Maxx.

Their gift and kitchenware selection is quite impressive, and they also offer a delightful array of dresses, jackets, handbags, and other items. Plenty of parking is available.

Love shopping here since they had their renovation. Huge store plenty of selection of products. Was skeptical at the start of there new design meat fridges but it definitely is the way to go. Being a shorter person sometimes it's a little hard to see what's in there up the top but there meat is definitely a better quality than wollies.

Basically all Coles stores follow a similar layout, so this was no exception. It was clean and well stocked, had 3 checkouts open (I refuse to use self checkout - I'm already paying for a personal checkout service, and I don't work here) - take the hint Coles!

OK how can you walk past $1 Easter Bunnys? Thought would buy several for the youngsters in my life and for the not so young $4 Ferrero Rocher squirrels (never seen these before). Then of course have to wander around and walk out with a large bag full with previously mentioned Easter goodies, plus kids pj's, ladies gloves, gluten free snacks, mini Oreos my husband likes and kids toothpaste. Was under time constraint or would have lingered longer and brought more. So much to choose from! Cleaning products, storage items, towels, bedding, snacks, kids and adult accessories, gift cards, wrapping paper, pet supplies and on and on. So good to check, out never sure what you will find! Actually you could have a magical mystery tour, go to Aldi and see what unexpected delights they have, then visit The Reject Shop for further surprise products!

store allows dogs in. to have dog saliva on food is unhygienic. one of the dogs was peeing in the store (owner's excuse that it's old). there was only one staff member on the checkout, so if he would notice this problem - he couldn't possibly clean it fast enough. if you choose to have dogs in the store, you need to have staff cleaning their saliva off the products right away.

Excellent customer service is something you don’t get everywhere. Pleasant and professional assistant Cory makes shopping here a breeze. It’s not just the great deals and bargains to be found, but the service is what makes it a great place to come to. Highly recommend.

I took back fairy dishwashing tablet's BC they wouldn't dissolve, I showed proof of purchase as well the undissolved tablet. The staff were nice but had orders from head office not to refund the price I paid BCit was now reduced and would only exchange, so I had to purchase something around 6$ I won't go back on principal but will go the other up the road. The shop has some great offers. A good place to pick up cheep chocolates and a great selection of pet toys and treats. Can look a little messy at times but the focus is on prices not looks.

Stopped by here to buy school shorts and found them for a fraction of the price compared to the original store. The quality wasn’t bad at all. They also have a good collection of other clothing items, making it a great spot for budget-friendly shopping.

click & collect within 2 hours on a Sunday. even though it was busy and packed with last of shoppers the girls working were very friendly and helpful! my 1st time being in store. definitely has come along way from what it used to be like back in the days! I got some adult costume onesies on sale just in time for Easter dressups

This is a good place for buying kids clothing. The price is very economical. Staff are very friendly. Easy return and refund policy. You will find variety of Winter and Summer Clothing here. It is inside Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre near Kmart. You can find plenty of parking outside the shopping complex.

Spacious, filled with quality bargains, filled with everything you love and want. Stock was in abundance and the service is always delightful at this best and less. From children's to adults to gifts for family and friends it is always the best to head into this store. I just love best and less and Cranbourne plaza store doesn't disappoint, it's inviting to the eye we'll set up and you work your way through to the back and back to the front which easy and enjoyment.

The rudest customer service ever. She told me to move my trolley. Because it's blocking the way, but maybe I left my trolley there for reason so I can pick a pajamas for my son. I was not happy so return all the items that should be worth $100 or more and left. Went to Target next door spend that money instead with better service.

Clean tidy and covid safe. The store is well lit and full of stock. The aisles are a little tight but you can avoid people. The staff are friendly and helpful also the check out lady I had was happy and enjoyed a joke.

Purchased an Upper baby V3 pram at the recent baby expo. Was told it will be delivered in 1 to 3 weeks at the show. Two emails received the following week confirmed the 1 to 3 weeks delivery time frame. Then…. A 3rd email arrived advising that due to moving office and warehouse that the order will be shipped in 5 to 6 weeks so that’s 7 to 8 weeks from time of purchase. Not sure expecting family’s generally have 2 months spare given time lines for birth! Terrible customer service an no doubt there will be a lot of purchasers form the show that will be left hanging. No response either from this company. They must be too busy reviewing their bank balance while the movers are moving their office. If we had of known this! No way we purchase from the show. Let’s see if they bother replying to our email. Edit to add to their disappointing response below. I stood in line for 20 minutes to make this purchase and I will never forget get the salesman as he was putting fake weighted babies which was a really great way to show how the pram would operate. I was told 1 to 3 weeks, many people must have questioned this as a follow up email with updated shipping times has since been sent. I sent an email and tried to call and you reviews with negative customer feedback seems to be in line with my experience email was sent to orders@coolkidz.com.au I am surprised that you can reply here but not reply to the email. At NO POINT was I advise of the extended delays or your office move until an email was sent a week after we paid $1899 in full to your business. If you reply to the email sent let’s have a conversation, we stated a review would be posted. Customer service is everything so potentially a sales persons on the day along with the lady taking the purchase at the desk failed to advise all clients clearly. Best take some ownership

Honestly the best purchase I made. We brought the uppababy V3 pram in 'jake' as an ex display, saving hundreds of dollars, yet it came as a brand new pram. No wear on it at all, completely packaged with all the features and 3 year warranty included as you would get with a new pram. The delivery was very quick too. Couldn't be happier! Thank you!

I have a 14 week old boy and in the lead up to the big pram purchase, I conducted a personal review asking parents as I encountered them what they thought of the pram they purchased. After a baby fair, test driving all the prams in the market we purchased the vista v3 with all the bells and whistles. Feels like the m3 or rs3 of prams. Very sturdy and with the extra pieces unmatched. 14 weeks in, we needed a travel pram, Steve and Zak helped us out at the baby expo and we settled on the Minu V3 travel pram with case. Out of all the products we scoured in the market the uppa baby range has by far been the best. The service delivery at coolkidz, was cool, velvety and sleek. Thanks guys!

5-star customer service! Sam and Marcela provided outstanding customer care regarding my query related to the v3 pram which was looked into and all dealt with within two days.

I ordered a minuv2 on the 13th of April 2025. Unfortunately, it arrived with a fault. A screw was missing from the section that holds the seat up. I immediately contacted cool kidz in regards to getting the safety of all parts of the pram checked or replaced. I was sent a replacement frame without any agreement that this was suitable but at the time I was willing to accept it as I just wanted a working pram. Unfortunately, again when this frame arrived it was damaged and had a small piece missing /snapped. I was then told sometimes this happens in transit while I can understand that occasionally things get damaged, I just wasn't happy with experiencing 2 faults and no concern that the rest of the parts were safe. I requested to return the goods for a refund at this point. This request was denied and I was offered another replacement frame only. Never offered a full replacement of the whole pram. After many emails and a phonecall they offered to check the safety of the rest of the pram when they had a rep in my area in June. I asked multiple times for them to supply me with documentation/ point me to the section of the Australian consumer guidelines that would show I was misunderstood in my rights to request a refund. They ignored this only saying it's their decision to not offer a refund. I have since contacted legal commission of South Australia to get advice and they directed me to inform cool kidz of the specific section of the law they are not following, hoping it is just a misunderstanding of their understanding of the law. This was met with sorry we unwilling to change our minds. Since I had no other option but to accept another replacement frame without taking this company to court. They have now asked me to pay for that shipping of this item. It really feels like a big company is bullying a first time mum thinking if they just say no I won't be entitled to my legal rights and I will just go away. I've worked in retail and wholesale myself for 15 years and I have never seen this kind of conduct. Both the Legal commission of South Australia and consumer affairs Victoria agree the conduct is ILLEGAL but it's my responsibility to take the company to the courts. Unfortunately I don't have those kids of funds available. If I did I would absolutely do it to stop this from happening to another mum. I really wish I had looked into the fact I was not actually ordering direct from uppababy even though the website appears this way and read all the horrible reviews about this company on product review. lesson learnt.

Save Yourself the Stress and Avoid Gaia Baby and Cool Kidz If I could give zero stars, I would. We spent a staggering $2,700 on the Gaia Baby Hera Pack and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Straight out of the box, we discovered two major manufacturing faults the timber backings were incorrectly cut and had to be replaced. How does something so basic even get through quality control? The "instructions" to build the set were so convoluted and that's coming from my husband, a professional carpenter. I can't even imagine how someone without trades experience would manage. It's clear absolutely no thought was put into the user experience. It gets worse: we then found another manufacturing fault with the side sleeper the button clasps wouldn’t even connect properly. The side sleeper itself is appalling. We have seen far cheaper side sleepers with better quality, functionality, and sturdiness. We requested a partial refund so we could replace the defective side sleeper instead, we were hit with endless, ridiculous demands for videos and ‘proof,’ which we provided. Dealing with Cool Kids has been horrendous the customer service is dismissive, slow, and clearly designed to wear you down. Avoid Gaia Baby as a brand. Avoid Cool Kids as a retailer. We were fortunate enough to receive a 4Moms swing a few years ago. However, we recently discovered that it has ceased functioning. The swing will intermittently turn on for a few seconds before abruptly halting. I contacted the Coolkidz support team, but they informed me that they were unable to provide assistance as the specific model is no longer in stock. The lack of customer service was particularly disappointing, as they failed to even attempt to troubleshoot the issue. Consequently, we have decided to avoid all brands associated with Coolkidz in the future.

I come into your store a few weeks ago looking for a few items for my daughter. I was helped by a lovely young lady called Emily. I have my own business and work in retail. Emily is an asset to your store,I have shopped in there again because of her. Thank you Emily.

This place great to get cheap clothing for kids and adults. OK fast fashion not durable but with kids so what, they grow so fast. Got 2 throws, boys underwear pack, 3 track bottoms and 12 long sleeve tshirts, all for $60. That is great value, long sleeve tshirts $2 each as trying to clear before summer stock arrives. Bargain. Had a couple of queries about items and staff member Asha was very very helpful and friendly. Thanks Asha.

Avoid this shop at all costs!! I had the absolutely worst shopping experience here. The changing rooms were absolutely trashed, my 4yr old son and I had a difficult time just being able to fit inside them to try on a pair of pants. I mentioned to the young girl at the counter that the changing rooms were a complete mess and was met with an insolent tone and attitude. ‘Ohh yeah, my staff member is sorting it’ no apology or acknowledgment for the inconvenience. The girl was rude and clearly had a problem with me raising the issue with her. I paid and left, quite upset, I decided to return to discuss the issue with the manager. Hazel was completely rude and unapproachable. I asked to have a word with her away from the other customers and the rude staff member. She had a disgustingly rude attitude, was completely confrontational and refused to hear me out accusing me of being rude and demanding I leave the shop. I asked how she perceived that I was being rude and she had no answer to it at all. I left so as not to escalate the situation. At no point was I rude, at no point was this justified. I will never shop here again, I will tell everyone I know to also avoid!! Clearly this store has an attitude of not giving a stuff, as demonstrated by the junior staff member as well as the manager!! Asking calmly to have a word with a manager is not rudeness, Hazel is not fit to work in customer service.

I was served by the loveliest young girl Tiah last weekend who helped me with styling a guest bedroom. She was so attentive and knowledgeable about the product and even said I could bring them back if I didn’t like them together. I would definitely come back to see her again.

On my first visit I was disappointed with the service as not as helpful or interested in my requests as other stores. However, a few days later when I wanted to return one item and exchange for two more I was very happy with the service. The sales person was very friendly and accommodating with my needs so the sales exchange went smoothly; not something that always runs easily.

Staff were quick to offer help new exactly where what we wanted was showed samples so we knew what we were buying. Couldn't be more helpful made the checkout process easy was a very enjoyable experience

Elegance Tiles has a wife variety of tiles in different colours, sizes and texture. The customer service here is great and lovely staff. You can get samples of tiles you like and bring them home to make your decision. Prices range from as cheap as $26-$100? In the future I will definitely come back here! 5 Stars!! ❤

Tilers don’t buy anything, drive extra 20 minutes still worth it. Very expensive, simply ripping off.

These guys are so easy to deal with and have a wonderful selection of tiles. Prices are very reasonable and reflect the high quality product. Staff are helpful and happy for you to take full tile samples when needed.
