Al Shallal Theme Park in Jeddah is a must-visit destination for families and thrill-seekers. This popular amusement park offers a wide range of attractions, including roller coasters, educational boat rides, and gravity-defying experiences like zero gravity. The theme park was beautifully planned and maintained extremely well. It had special play area for toddlers, which was a relief. The cafes and restaurants were unique with good quality of food. The ticketing system was very quick and there was no waiting time of any sort. Bowling, ice skating, gaming arcades and all sorts of rides were available. Definitely a must visit if you are visiting Jeddah with children.

For Saudi Arabia, it's a huge first, not like any other park like it I assume. But the thrill rides last somewhere between barely 3-50 seconds. You can only do those once even on your tags.
The park opens at 4pm does to summer heat and stays open till 1am.
I thought it would crowded and busy on a summer night because of the kids breaks from school but most of the people started coming in around 10. Even then you get your turn after 2nd or 3rd.
Place is clean. Rides well looked after.
Ice rink is great. Lots of indoor games for toddlers like sparky's.
Very good entertaining place. Games yard gives you a feeling of narrowness where all games are next to each other and with small or medium sizes to fit in the space. The internal games hall is the best there; Appropriate space with good attractive design, also it has a attractive games, I really enjoyed it and the ice skating arena. I recommend this park as it has many entertaining options and as it a very good place to have a nice time.

Not recommended for kids under 7.
Not enough number of rides for kids/ toddlers.

This is a fun place but not if you are looking for large rollercoasters, there is only one real rollercoaster but plenty of other rides that have a good thrill, there's a nice boat ride which you can rent, not too pricey but can add up as most big rides or side attractions are not included in the wrist band. Nice in the evening time as it's more cooler!

Atallah Happy Land Park is a renowned amusement park located in the heart of Jeddah, offering a diverse range of indoor and outdoor entertainment for visitors of all ages. The park features various themed areas, including a 3-D cinema, arcade game zone, and bowling alley. With around 30 exciting rides such as Skyloop, Surfrider, Space Gun, and Big Wheel, there's something for everyone.
It's fun, not crowded, the rides are enjoyable, the tickets are reasonable (85 SR for all rides) and I'd recommend it over Shallal. However, 3 of the rides were closed (including the skateboard, which is allegedly permanently shut down) and I won't be returning because of that

Nice clean place. Cheap entry $17USD includes all rides. 2 negatives, Some rides were shut down and not enough places to sit down.
Beautiful place. I didn't have to wait. The rides were closed due to Salah, but they did open afterwards. It was fun. There were stops for food and slushies. The Ferris Wheel was fun to ride. There was a huge slide in which my children enjoyed. Recommend going.
After shallal it's goes to atallah park . Best for family. And there is different rides for adults which we don't get in shallal though. We missed roller coaster in this park which they could have included in this. Bowling and snooker was nice one though. Negativity is lack of good restaurant

This is the best waterpark I have been to!
I came at 2:30 on the day of Eid. And surprisingly there was no rush. I got my tickets quickly amd got in. There was a wide variety of rides, they also had a wave pool and lazy river. The staff was really friendly!
But in the evening rush increases.
Good place for kids and the whole family, lots of rides and pools but better to visit when still not too much hot outside, lots of tables and chairs to sit even lots of visitors. Also they have cafes and restaurant. You can buy swimming clothes there and gear if you forgot to bring
We had an amazing experience at Cyan water park! It was clean well maintained and the slides were too good! Really a good place to have fun with your family and friends! The best thing was the staff! I had a wonderful time with my children, everything was perfect, from the warm welcome to the games, the rooms, and all the way until we left the water park. The entire experience was truly amazing from start to finish.
I would especially like to thank Miss Amaal for her kindness and exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly helpful, respectful, and understanding, always aiming to ensure we had a pleasant experience. I feel proud to see our Saudi women in such roles, handling things with such professionalism.

Cyan Water Park is a really fun place to visit, even though it isn’t the biggest water park in the region. The slides are great, and I especially recommend the Cyanic Blast slide—it’s my favorite. Water falls down from the roof of the slide, and the tube ride goes up and down, making it super exciting. I also enjoyed the Black Hole slide, which includes a toilet bowl section, a big drop, and a part where your tube rides up the wall.
The park has four restaurants: Double Dough, It’s a Wrap, Meat Up, and Crispy Bucket. The food was surprisingly good. My favorite dishes were the ranch pizza from Double Dough and the burger from Crispy Bucket. We didn’t try Meat Up, and I’m not sure whether to count the crepe place since it feels more like a dessert shop than a full restaurant.
The only downside is the price. Tickets cost about 670 SAR (including the restaurant deal), but you also have to pay separately for things like lockers and the play area. Our total came to about 700 SAR without using the play area, so I estimate the play area adds around another 100 SAR, making it closer to 800 SAR in total. That’s definitely on the expensive side.
One thing I’d like to highlight is the staff. There’s a Nigerian lifeguard who was much friendlier than most others we met. She mentioned she’ll be in Jeddah for another three years before returning home.
Overall, Cyan Water Park is a very enjoyable place with more than six water towers, exciting slides, and good food. If you live in Jeddah or Makkah, it’s worth a visit—though non-Muslims traveling from Makkah should be aware of the Haram boundary on the route.

A wonderful location for your children to explore , learn and enjoy their time , the area is enclosed within the arab mall , the atmosphere is amazing in here so does the learning experience, the entry fee is kinda high and the games and activities are kinda limited to how your children gather “money prizes “ from the activities they are attending, so make sure that , the father or the mother should be there with their children

Very small compared to Egypt branch, many of the activities were closed, some of the staff are anxious to guide childrenand some are just doing a job they don’t like. It’s a bit expensive for the service they offer, hope they make it better next time.
We recently visited Kidzania Riyadh with our son, and unfortunately, the experience was a bit disappointing . The ticket prices were SAR 130 per child and SAR 65 per adult, totaling SAR 260 for our visit.
What We Liked:
- The concept of Kidzania—allowing kids to experience different professions—is great in theory.
- They offer SAR 65 off on purchases from their store, which somewhat offsets the cost of the adult ticket.
What Disappointed Us:
1. Long Queues Everywhere – We spent 40 minutes waiting for the Firefighting activity and 30 minutes for the Pilot Training. It felt like more waiting than actual playing.
2. Unorganized Staff – At one activity, the girl went for prayer and didn’t return for over 20 minutes, further delaying the experience.
3. Limited Engagement for Non-Arabic Speakers – If your child doesn’t speak Arabic or isn’t in a group, they might not enjoy it as much.
4. Mediocre Activities – Other than firefighting, most activities felt very basic and didn’t live up to the hype.
Final Verdict:
If your child speaks Arabic and goes with a group of friends, they might have fun. However, for the price, long wait times, and lack of organization, it feels overrated. Would I visit again? Probably not.
This was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. I called multiple times ahead of our visit to confirm details — not a single call was answered. At no point was I told that they don’t even start until 5:15. So we arrived expecting things to be ready, only to stand around with a crowd of restless kids and confused parents, waiting for something to finally happen.
When it did start, it was pure chaos. Parents were inside the activities with their kids, barking orders, shoving their way in, and completely hijacking the experience. Kids who were supposed to be enjoying themselves instead got pushed aside, interrupted, and bossed around by other people’s parents. Not to mention the ruined experience like the buildings not having fire for the firetrucks.
There was zero management, zero structure, and zero effort to control the situation. Children were wandering in and out of activities, ignoring any order, while staff stood by doing nothing. It wasn’t fun, it wasn’t organized — it was just loud, messy, hot and stressful.
If you value your money, your time, and your child’s happiness, stay far away from this place until they completely overhaul their management and actually learn how to run it. Right now, it’s nothing more than a badly managed free-for-all.
It's a unique and nice place for kids, kids love being there all day, unfortunately most staff only speak Arabic which makes it difficult for people who don't speak the language to communicate, at some places they don't allow young kids which makes the kids sad such as airplane.
Overall staff try their best to cooperate
We went on a school field trip. The place is run down and desperately needs maintenance. Most of the time was wasted waiting for staff to prepare and set up stations while kids were waiting. The groups they made were too big for each section. The salon was dark and gloomy, and honestly was very unhygienic. The same makeup, and makeup brushes being used on all the kids, the same combs and drawing pencils used on all the kids. The kids weren't encouraged to wash their hands before doing the cake decorating. Chairs were broken and the kids were literally told what to do. Nearly zero creativity or autonomy for any of the kids. The Staff were friendly but didn't seem too excited about doing their jobs. This is a great place for kids but unfortunately needs a lot of maintenance and work.
We came back to KidZania after 3 years, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown and felt like a waste of money. A lot has changed—and not for the better. The flight activity is now just a screen showing a basic takeoff and landing, and kids are told to pretend they're flying. The perfume-making experience is gone too; instead, they hand out scent strips and ask kids to pretend they’re advertising a perfume. Many activities were closed and other with long lines.
They also no longer use cards—just paper sheets where kids collect points, but you can’t claim any rewards unless you reach a certain number, which seemed pretty high.
The only good part was the staff—they were really dedicated and did their best with the kids. But overall, it feels overpriced for what it offers now.

This is Friendly staff and amazing place for 4yrs old. Suggest you should allow kids to think outside the box.
Main reason giving 4 stars is that kids go within a group touring before 4PM. This means my kid had to go to experiences not based on his priorities. No mask mandate for kids, my 4 yrs child had a mask when majority didnt
The four star is due to prices and implementation. Firstly , as a parent who isn’t playing or doing anything - 65 is hefty for me to just sit on benches . The lights are too dim and the ambulance / fire truck making turns every ten minutes was very bothersome . The staff would wonder off and not be at their stations . The objective to suck money at every opportunity was obvious . Services need to be improved . Now the positive : The games are educational and fun . The learning activities have great ideas behind them . My child enjoyed herself - I did not . I recommend a group of kids go with one sacrificial adult .

Best gaming arcade for all ages. Also has a booth to collect goodies from tickets earned from selected arcade. Need to buy card with amount init to play any arcade. There are rides for kids and adults. There is also a fun large play area for kids.
Not only they keep increasing the prices. But they will cancel your card if you don't use it for 12 months. They had a promotion during the COVID lockdown, which I bought, and they canceled it later without refunds.
My kids had a great time although I do agree with some of the complaints that some parents have...such as the staff being out of place or the place being hot...they still left happy...

Jeddah Pier is an amusement park with a vibrant and festive atmosphere. The entrance fee can be avoided through certain apps, offering exclusive VIP access to the park's attractions. Visitors can enjoy a seaside view from comfortable sofas inside the Lounge while watching fireworks at 9:30 pm. The park offers various games and rides suitable for different age groups, although some may not be open yet. While the food options are considered unsatisfactory and expensive, the staff is described as friendly and enthusiastic.
Visited Jeddah Pier recently without paying 50sr entrance fee thru DINER APP in JEDDAH PIER LOUNGE by DINING & CO. For 75sr/person, had an exclusive vip access entrance inside the amusement park and had watched the fireworks display at 9:30pm inside the Lounge with its seaside view in its comfortable sofas. Shisha are available too. With regards to the food offered by the restaurant-I can say that it’s unsatisfactorily and quite expensive. We ordered the chicken slider which is 71sr for 3 mini burgers and the wagyu sliders for 80sr. They have exciting rides and games too. So if you’re an adrenaline junkie- expect to spend 1000sr 😄😂

I’m going to be very honest here , the reason is I don’t want hard working families to get duped just because they are looking for some recreational time with their kids .
The place is clean , over staffed , great amenities , accessible bathrooms , good selection of food vendors but let’s get down to cost .

Charge the card average 300 riyals since individual games range from 25-75 .
Food ( everything is over priced than actual restaurant price )
Plus parking . And its no fun to go without a group . It’s only from 6 so you also don’t see the sea water . Darkness means no view .
You leave paying way more than you should .
The major positive is IMC has a clinic there so when a person from our group got sick, they took excellent care of her . I thank them sincerely.
If you want to escape Jeddah for a couple of hours, go to the Cornish and make sure you go to the Pier at Sunset especially if you’re a photographer some magical shots await you there.
It's closed. I went there expecting to have a good time, when I arrived, there was nothing. After some asking around, it turns out that it was active three years ago for Jeddah Season.
The place is very festive and colorful.. We had lots of fun.. The staff were verrry friendly and full of excitement.. Some rides were not open yet.. It was a really good experience..

Great for ages 4+. Games operators are strict due to safety which is great. Be prepared to spend a good amount, please try to be there as early as possible to avoid long lines it’s starts getting busy at around 8pm. We also won the red pepper and two big huskies which was the highlight of the evening.
Tip: take a picture of your receipt when you fill the card with points so you can retrieve it incase you or your kids lose the card

One problem we faced was when we entered and wanted to buy the tickets it was really chaotic with no obvious system and there was a lot of cutting in line by other less civilized people, and when I told the cashier she just told me what to do!!!!! This is so unprofessional I think the employees need more training on how to deal with different situations
Otherwise there is very little amount of game machines , I think they could increase the number of machines they have plenty of space especially in the second floor

Visited recently and had a wonderful experience! The place is well-maintained, clean, and beautifully designed. Worth to visit with kids . Rare and unseen creatures are there to impress us . Hats off to the one who is maintaining and keeping very clean and fishes are seems healthy . I went with my family with a family package. Ticket for family package is less compared to single tickets .

We had a wonderful time visiting Fakieh Aquarium in Jeddah! My daughter absolutely loved it, she was amazed to see so many different kinds of colorful fish up close. So I’ve recently been here and well I’ll say it’s a very abandoned place. You do have a range of activities including: ice skating, trampoline jumping, arcade games, and an indoor footballing area but it’s just not the same anymore. A few years ago you’d find this place packed with people now they added an entrance fee of 25 sar per person. Personally I think going to Red Sea mall would be my better choice due to it not having an entrance fee and offering a better selection of activities
Minimum card you can buy is for 150 riyals. Besides the card, you have to pay 10 riyals per person entrance fee. You can play any games unless you buy the minimum card for 150 riyals. The ice skating started at 10:30 because of cleaning and maintaince of the rink at opening time.
It was such a nice experience with kids. They really enjoyed a lot. We found the entire area pretty clean and tidy. The staff was vigilant and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for your kids.
The arena is medium-sized, but unfortunately, the ice is of poor quality. According to the staff, it is never properly resurfaced due to a lack of suitable machinery. Skating on such ice can be hazardous, and we observed older kids speed skating without helmets, which added to the safety concerns.
The music played during the session consisted of American rap songs with explicit language and inappropriate content. When this was pointed out, the staff promptly changed the music and explained that they were unaware of the lyrics due to limited language skills.
Additionally, the area surrounding the rink was quite noisy, with repetitive and annoying sounds coming from nearby electronic games, which made the environment less pleasant overall.
Although a really amusing for the kids ,this entertainment place still needs big renovation… currently tried an icekart activity … my kids really enjoyed them and the cost is reasonable as matched with activity itself … time allowed was around 10-15 min which is well enough to complete 5-6 laps for a kid..

The price (40 SAR) is ok I guess. However it was not possible to buy the tickets on site. You must download their app to get the ticket. Apparently I was not the only one who did not know. So I spent 10 mins just buying the ticket on my phone...
It's nice to de-stress here. Lots of food choices. Powder rooms are well maintained. Lots of activities to do. Buy Tickets in advance not the same day. Because if you buy the same day tickets it will become expensive because the normal entrance fees will become sold out and you can only buy the expensive bundled ones.

We reached there on time of opening and it was empty at that time, so super clean and fun!
They have lots of men for security and safety placed everywhere which gives a sense of protection. But mainly adults (parent or any other elder accompanying) have to supervise kids.
They have showers, bathrooms and changing rooms also.
There was a locker area but no keys to locker, so one have to use them on their own risk.
Cafeterias were nice, food was fresh, lots of seating everywhere.
I visited the water park with my 5-year-old son while wearing jeans. We entered one of the large enclosed slides (the dark tunnel-type). It was extremely slippery and narrow inside — I got stuck midway and had to crawl out slowly with my son.
Please avoid wearing jeans on these slides. Stick to proper swimwear for safety.

The Water Village is a great place for the whole family. I went there with my husband and son and he enjoyed every single moment and every single ride.
The price was 129 per children and 39 per parent. The place was very neat, clean and was not overcrowded. There are lockers to store your belongings and outdoors showers. I saw many fathers accompanying their smaller children on the swimming pools, which is allowed. Women, however are not allowed to enter the water, as expected. There are plenty of seats in front of the swimming pools for the parents to seat and watch over their children
My only negative comment is regarding the restaurant’s food quality and services because we had a very bad experience. We order juices, a pepperoni pizza and 2 grilled chicken sandwich. The order took an hour to be delivered. The juices came first, then more than 30 min later came the sandwiches but they were very cold and the bread was “as hard as stone” and completely inedible. The “pepperoni pizza didn’t had pepperoni, it was actually mortadela and barely any cheese. We did complain about the food and they were very understood and didn’ charge for the sandwiches. We only paid for the pizza and juices.
The juices, in other hand, were very delicious and in large portions and I totally recommend drinking there and I hope they improve the restaurant food and services.
Despite the bad experience at the restaurante, the overall experience was very good and we intend to come back many times.

My child and I are regular goers here. All is well. The Filipinas at the booth are always kind and friendly. Although there was one instance, there was a different attendant at the booth (female saudi), it was just around 10pm, they are not closing yet but very strict. My son and I are playing with these little balls and she said I should not throw the balls, I wasnt even throwing it outside the pit, but throwing it on my son. Another instance, I was feeding my child with her milk bottle, and we sat in the ball pit, there was not much kids there like maybe 2 or 3 but not in our area and she asked us to move away from that area. I was taking a video of my daughter and she told me she will pass as she wants to clean the balls (she doesnt want to be caught in the video).
C'mon that is a playing area, to enjoy and have fun. I was really in bad mood that day because of that. We finished early and didnt consume the 1hour I paid.

Aqua Park Jeddah is a charming and unique park in Jeddah, drawing visitors from near and far with its African-inspired design and excellent facilities. It features the only Dolphin Show in the area, offering entertainment for all ages at an entry fee of 80 SAR per person. The park also includes other attractions like sea lions and penguins, although currently only dolphins are part of the show. With limited seating for the show, it's advisable to purchase tickets in advance.
Good place some small shows are goin on there till 31 of august kids do enjoy there. Good maintained play area swings and slides which smoth and clean sand.. they updated the park with inflamable slides adlnd play area which is for 10sr and rides are eacg 10sr. There is a train which takes whole 1 round around the park for 10sr. No entry ticket to this park. Spacious and not much crowded, Toilet is for 2 sr fairly clean.

The staff missed the order.. Upon checking with Manager(Philippineo) he said to my son that he is lying and his staff throw the bill. With our completing the order.. I was so angry on this terrible behavior.. Then he use his language and using bad words where I can understand Philippines language very well... The food condiments was missing order was uncompleted.. Order was cold.. Poor service ever in this branch.. The reason why it's less foot fall because of this bad behavior..
It's a nice standard everything is good but what makes it better choosing the right people..a guy his name is Anel make us come again.. nice smile and friendly to the kids makes people attach to the brand...smart company smart choice.👍
I often visit this place for lunch. Parking is easy to find and the restaurant is clean. Even better, it has a Mc Cafe.
This time I tried their Smoky Bbq burger from the signature collection. The burger was delicious and very different from their regular ones. It could have been a bit more juicy though. The waiting time at this McDonald’s is much lesser than other branches.
Went for breakfast takeaway, no complaints. Lady working there is nice. good if breakfast menu expands. Pls bring back the apple pie :)
I do find McDonald's Saudi Arabia is one of the cleanest and most hygienic restaurants even when compared to very expensive restaurants but also all the stuff are friendly and willing to help the customers. As for the food it is delicious and you always get the same quality with unchanged taste and also their french fries in Jeddah is better than even Spain and I'm a simple customer who usually eats in very expensive restaurants but for some reason I am now beginning to appreciate the cost saving that is an advantage with eating at McDonald and that's why I chose McDonald's.
The employee's behavior in preparing coffee is very, very bad. He works without the same behavior, he is angry, he speaks in an tactless manner

IM sorry but all games get boring super fast and easily jumping is good for a bit only 30-50 minutes at most and the soccer is to pay like 25 riyals just to play soccer for 15 minutes what is that I can buy a football and play at home also they never said soccer was 25 Riyals S wasn't even there it was occer so I didn't even know and my kids were super bored soccer was the only good thing like please fix you sign and make soccer more time or cheaper thank you
The kids seem to enjoy jumping , for kids that are under 5 must have an adult with them “ if its one of the parents thy can go in if it was the nanny she must have a bracelet on and their non slip socks on and u have to pay “ which i thought was un exactable how thy treated the nanny
