Im so irritated i ordered through hungerstation to my work 5 chocolate souffle and 3 redvelvet, 2 carrot cupcakes, they chose to put all 8 red velvet and didnt follow my request!!! They missed up my celebration with co workers!! Plus all missed up by delivery!!

The outside decorative layer is very hard and not easily eatable. The inside chocolate cake is a bit dry not soft and juicy. It’s around 200 SR quite expensive for such features. The small muffins (mainly red and blue only) are way better than and tastier that the large cake. Also their customer service at their online website - chat box - is very poor and the person who is responding lacks basics of customer service.

I found a piece of plastic inside the chocolate cake I ordered from Munch. This was very surprising and disappointing.

That bakery always has the best and the most fresh cakes ever. I liked the Roche cake it's big chocolate cake and the price is very reasonable.. Also the kids small cakes are perfect for children's birthday specially the unicorn cake, minion cake and sponge pop, I liked them all. Prices are good comparing to others who make the same cakes by order.

Red velvet, rainbow and cinnamon and chocolate cupcakes are scrumptiously delicious 🤤must try. Jar cars are tasty ❤️

Cakes here are great. Their Carrot Cake is the best I’ve tasted in Saudi. Red Velvet was also good but it used to be much better. The Hershey Chocolate Cake is almost perfect while the Blueberry Cheesecake was too sweet. The best in Jeddah!

I received this cake as a gift yesterday, and this was the first time I tasted cake from this shop. It was a bad experience. Homemade cake covered with a thick layer of sugar. You cannot finish a single piece due to the amount of added sugar.

Nice place, good concept and cozy. i like the pizza that we ordered. the pancake was not that good. It was like layers of fluffy brownies. the drinks were too sweet. i ordered their hot chocolate and it was very sweet. other drinks that my friends ordered were sweet as well. the crew didn't greet us when we came in and they just looked at us ( suspiciously) 🤣 unlike how they welcomed other customers.

The vibes of the place is amazing, big windows and quit musics. I came for brunch. The falafel waffle was dry and this is expected because it's baked not fried. However the spicy tahini sauce and medium pouched egg raised the dish level. For the coffee, what is funny is I ordered filtered coffee but instead I get press coffee which was fine 😅 The staff and service were nice.

Great place to have a full breakfast or brunch. A variety of sweet and salty dishes to choose from and excellent taste and quality. Staff was friendly and polite, but they were only two so we have to wait every time we need anything. I tried egg with Salmon and Avocado, French toast. But iced tea was not taste good. Zaatar croissants are PERFECT 🤩 Honey cake is moist and not too sweet- the best in Jeddah. I tried it when a friend brought one for a party and I instantly wanted to check out this bakery. Also tried the Lotus cheesecake, mango cheesecake and chocolate cake. All are excellent 👌🏼 Will be back for sure!

I went two times, my 1st experience my pizza was not freshly made out of oven but it was good quality. I had the chicken pesto. Crust was warmed up perfectly and my latte was perfect. My 2nd visit i was not happy at all with the quality of my pizza. I think it was sitting out for too long and when it was reheated the chicken was dry and did not taste very fresh. The staff is always friendly and quick to serve. I still would recommend this place even though my second experience was not great, I just think it was the timing I visited and day where it was late and must have been a busy day. I also, love that you can take cooking class here they have a set schedule for classes throughout the week.

The place was nice and spacious. For breakfast, we had the truffle egg that had no truffle taste at all, the spinach omelet was good and for dessert we had the crème brûlée. It was tasty but the caramelized sugar layer was not crunchy. I don’t recommend the French vanilla latte. It was awfully sweet and even though I like sweet drinks, I couldn’t finish it due to the amount of sweetener in it.

This bakery was a new find. Hidden away in a quite neighborhood. From outside we thought it to be an ordinary bakery. But inside it is completely big and spacious with dine in space. We went to try their croissants and loved them. It seems like they have good breakfast too which we may try another time! Also have yummy looking pastries available.

I had a very disappointing experience with this place. I found an eggshell in my food, which is a serious health concern. When I reached out to them via Instagram, their response was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of offering an apology, they immediately asked for the branch and a picture of the receipt After discussing the matter with them, they brushed off the issue as a "natural mistake" and mentioned they needed the branch information to offer compensation. I am not looking for charity or compensation I simply expect better food safety and customer service.

They make good looking cakes most of the time. However totally unreliable whether in timing or colors, they try to fix their mistakes sometimes but never make it up for you. So don’t expect much from their customer service. My fav cake flavor is nutella. You can order ahead by calling, whatsapp or visiting the store up to a month ahead. They are pretty expensive. They only use sugar fondant for everything, dont expect marzipan or anything else. Cakes attached are starting sr900, and you pay double for golden paper.

I always go there when I need to pick up a birthday cake. They never fail to have the basics . Their vanilla , rose and pistachio are all very good . Their rainbow cake didn’t taste like all sugar and coloring. It was actually very good . Their service is professional and their prices are reasonable.

I ordered a custom Nutella cake and it looked decent from outside while it was so dry with barley any Nutella frosting. Definitely will never go back if that’s their new standard. Bad experience. Wanted a printed logo cake. Logo was smeared and they didn’t request or ask for a high resolution image. They explained it will take an hour to change. I had an event and was supposed to bring the cake. I waited 2 hours and After the event was done we received the cake. The girls working at the place try their best but its not good enough.

Small cozy place in Kayal street. The only reason for not 5/5 was the steak was really too small for an entree. Not enough at all. On the other hand the fries (cheep) were plenty for 4 people. The service was excellent.

We had the Briggs Sandwich and the Caramel French Toast, and both were absolutely incredible! The flavours were rich, and the dishes were perfectly prepared. Loved it. Went for breakfast on a Saturday. Was the only customer at 9:30 and the service was top notch, so was the taste. Tried Shakshoka Benedict, Smoked Salmon Croissant, Ovomaltine and Melting Brownie. Shakshoka was the best of all, perfect balance of flavour. This was my first visit to Myra, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was attentive and pleasant. today was my first time visiting Myra, and i absolutely loved it! the breakfast menu was fantastic. every bite was delicious and satisfying. what made the experience even more special was the amazing service I received from Sineen, Jasper, and Rose. <3 they were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made my first visit even better. :) i can’t wait to visit again! Amazing food, amazing hospitality! highly recommend <3

The food as well as the customer service is GOLD 💛✨ I was served by Jasper and he did an amazing job and really looked after us. I would highly recommend anyone in Jeddah to give this place a try. This place is warm and cosy, and you just feel like sitting there on and on. Wide range of desserts and beverages which keeps you engaged. They do serve breakfast but we haven’t tried it yet. Definitely worth coming back, every time.

The espresso wasn't that great, but that could just be my own taste preference as it was a bit acidic. Other than that, don't hesitate. Go and savor the food.

The place is very cozy. Staff is great, they allow me to get in using shorts and tank top. I love the seasoning of huevos rancheros and the croque mousier was very good also. For desert we ordered mango and red velvet cakes, very good. We will be back for sure.

Nice ambiance, they have a delicious variety of sweets the petit four was perfect. The drinks also was so good. I tried the Mango cake it was good but the cream was more than the normal, It’s better to be less than that. Overall all all was perfect. The ambiance was nice. This was our first time here and luckily a ‘kabayan’ was there to serve us. Thank you po kuya 😊. We like the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy and relaxing. We ordered capuccino and flat white. I was not fond of hot beverages because I get burned easily, but I liked their capuccino as the temperature was just right. We also ordered the matilda cake which was a big slice (we were not able to finish it) and a banoffee pie that we definitely enjoyed, truly a bestseller. Highly recommended, though for those who like iced beverage they do not have it. But all in all a great experience and will come back again. 👍

I heard a lot about this place, especially their banoffee so I went to try it. First of all, it is really a very cheap tactic by staff to ask you to rate them on Google after you try the food. A place like this, with this brand image and positioning, should just let their products speak for themselves and people will rate them if they feel like they need to. Now moving to the banoffee, it was very overrated and overpriced (46 sar for the mini version). The crust was very tough, the banana wasn't that ripe, and overall the dessert didn't have the stickiness banoffee usually has, every ingredient was separate. Unfortunately will not try again.

While most of your sweets are great the level of service does not consistently meet expectations not only during Ramadan but throughout the entire year. As a customer who has been with you since the store’s opening I’ve never written a comment before choosing instead to wait for satisfaction in terms of service. However today I feel compelled to speak up It's important that you are clear with your customers and follow through on your commitments. On multiple occasions I’ve called ahead to book sweets only to arrive and be told they’re no longer available. This lack of reliability is disappointing. While your sweets deserve a 3, I can’t give a 4 or 5 until the service matches the quality of what you’re offering. I sincerely hope you take this feedback into consideration and improve the consistency of your service.

The place is a bit cramped but the ambience is lovely. They have numerous pastries to choose from. A haven for dessert lovers. We ordered La vie en rose cake. A captivating light pink buttercream that is decadently speckled with crushed pink macaroons, meringue and dried rose flowers.Inside is fresh sweet raspberries, this cake is like from a world where roses always bloom. Pure heaven and bliss. A slice for 36sr without VAT.

The cakes are so good that when three of us go together we order four cakes ! I tried many of their cakes including Orange Cake, Lemon Cake, Saint Sébastien ( Basque) Cake, Chocolate Cake, Berries Cake, Carrot Cake and more. The place is small and feels like a family business. The plates are very cute too ! They also sell cards for various occasions which are so lovely. You can order full sized cakes and a variety of baked things and dates.

After many visit during different time of the day and this is my second review : This small cozy bakery is just perfect 👌 The London Cheesecake and the mango cheesecake are out standing , light with perfect balance . The price is a bit high but really good when you compare it to the quality I tried the honey cake it was delicious but the banoffee pie is just average . I really suggest them to organize the way of how they take order from customer as it’s a bit confusing and that smooth .

Worth the hype!! Absolutely delicious donuts and you can tell that they are carefully handmade as they don’t have that store bought taste to them. The strawberry shortcake is my favorite it’s supper fresh and yummy. The creme brûlée and apple fritter donuts were amazing too. The second time I went I tried the birthday cake one and it was super incredible it was so fresh and soft. Flat white and cold brew were very good. Only one I didn’t like was the old fashioned donut. Overall, highly recommend!!

This review is based on their cakes mainly. Plus, their service which was quite good for me. & the branch's parking that was gated during my last visit. I like their blue velvet cake. Its quite good. But their red velvet cake is not as good. & lastly, their pecan caramel cake turned out to be way too sweet for me. They do have several other cake flavors, chocolates & other kinda dessert bites which I am not that excited to try. But I can recommend their blue velvet cake though.

I recently visited the AANI DANI branch and was absolutely blown away by the amazing service from the branch manager, JHADEER. I've purchased cakes from AANI DANI more than 25 times, but I've never experienced such exceptional treatment before. JHADEER treated us incredibly well, was so kind, and even offered us some chocolate samples to try. Her hospitality was truly outstanding! I highly recommend AANI DANI, and especially JHADEER, for her wonderful customer service.

I would not say that this is bad but there is almost no single piece that kept its authenticity among all the pieces your are offering, the only authentic one is the croissant, even the pain au chocolat has a modern twist since you added a chocolate cream inside besides the the traditional chocolate stick, the Pain swisse has almost no cream in it. Anyway, your bakery is one of the best in town if not the best, but when I saw the products I expected much more.
