A little culture in Szczecin and a fascinating view from the tower. The explanations in the information desk were great and the castle is a beautifully preserved building. Unfortunately all the signs are only in Polish, but the artifacts are mostly self-explanatory. The view from the tower is definitely worth enjoying.

My family has lived in this area for over 60 years, and I’ve been visiting this castle for decades. It’s been such a joy to watch it evolve over the years, and the most recent renovation has been the most impressive by far. The updates have truly elevated the space, it now has a refined, almost regal feel and has become a go-to spot for wedding photos. The castle is a stunning piece of history, and the views from the steeple are absolutely breathtaking & its admission is quite reasonable. Plus, the location is ideal, surrounded by other historic landmarks and now home to a charming artisan street market in the summer that stretches all the way to the cathedral grounds. If you’re in the area, this spot is a must-see.

Very interesting place. Recommended to be visited. Relatively little exposition but you can get fun if you like opd castles, underground prisons, and art. Few parts of the castle survived 2nd World War and it is very interesting from architectural point of view. Generally calm place. From the tower you can make magnificent pictures of river and city.

Stetínský zámek, officially known as the Castle of the Pomeranian Dukes, is a major historical landmark in Szczecin, Its impressive Renaissance architecture and central location make it a must-see for visitors. I visited this museum a warm day in July of 2025 when admission was free, hence there was an abundance of little kids with parents filling up the premises. Besides being devoted to typewriters and sewing machine, the Polish automobile industry is richly represented along with public transportation vehicles of all ages. Interesting local historical site.

Cool museum with a bunch of mainly polish cars, buses, bicycles, and motorcycles. Also, there are a bunch of Eastern European cars and brands that have been completely unknown to me since I grew up in western Europe. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in Szczecin.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and interesting exhibition. Highlight is the tram simulator, try this one. You can enter some bigger vehicles, translation in English and German. It's pretty new, you should go visit.

Beautiful collection of vehicles made in Poland and other central and eastern European countries. The descriptions for each of the vehicles (available it at least three languages) are written in an attractive way, full of anekdotes and fun facts! The Stoewer part of the collection is highly recommended as well - definitely worth a visit.

A big mix of exhibits and a really reasonable price. Lots of old religious art and very moving more modern art about the last century in Poland. Also a multi room area with African culture including models of huts and videos of dances.

One of the landmarks of Szczecin, maybe second after Wały Chrobrego. The building itself is a feast for eyes. Inside lots of replicas of Greeek statues, sculptures, recreation of an African village and many more. I do recommend.

Amazing place to visit and take pictures. It has great views, especially from the top of the fountain. It does light up at night so I recommend visiting it at that time too.

A paradise for lovers of beautiful architecture and stunning views. The buildings are impressive, and the terraces are very well maintained. From there, you can enjoy an incredible view of the river. I highly recommend it as a spot for a romantic walk.

A scenic picturesque spot observation deck on the Oder river , near the main central station of Szczecin. You can see many freighters from the terrace along with a fantastic skyline of Szczecin.

Very big territory... a lot of greens... There is lake with ducks. A lot of places for rest. Generally peaceful forest around the estate. There is theatre in the territory and a lot of art monuments.

Nice Park for bring family or kids come to picnic or spending time outside, this time great for visit flowers. Parking place: Hard to found empty space. Recommend visit on during week because will be not too hard for found parking place. Around that area can found resturant or cafe. Surveniur things sell beside of the park.

A very popular place for walking in Szczecin. The park is large, vibrant, well-maintained, and very beautiful. Nearby, you can admire the stunning architecture of old tenement houses.

This spot has been central to many important moments in Szczecin’s history. There’s even a statue of Pope John Paul II, put up in 1995 after his visit in ’89. It’s such a lovely place to relax, walk your dog, meet up with friends, or just enjoy the beautiful trees that line the park. Definitely a must-see if you’re visiting Szczecin.

I love this park. It's one of my favorite places in Szczecin. My dog loves playing there. I think in the evening is too dark as almost all places in Poland.

Very simple basilica. Still nice to see. Piecefull atmosphere. No tickets required. If you wish, you can make donation using card - the automated machine near the entrance. Not very rich I'm decorations but still some thongs to see like vitrage windows with colored glass, some old statue of angels, big bell. Also near entrance you can buy some books, candles, crosses and other attributes.

Easy to find, great views from the tower on all sides. And a nice surprise, there are lifts to the viewing platform.

This place is offering one of the most important and exciting attraction for Szczecin city, as it has a 56meters tower where you can get up and observe the whole city. Ticket is about 4-5 euro and they offering a lift. So you can be sure you won't need a stairs to get there. The cathedral itself is beautiful both exterior and interior. Masterpiece.

The cathedral is beautiful and quite historic. If you go on Sunday, You need to wait the Mass and then you can get in the hall.

It’s a pretty rose garden, fairly small and unfortunately most of the roses didn’t have the strongest of scents. However, it is a beautiful walk from the new city hall

The museum itself is a good idea, but it is obvious, that it's open for some time. There are broken and half broken things - the museum (except entrance) feels "used". Mind that family ticket means 2 adults and only one child!🤷‍♂️

This is a lovely place. Really fun both for children and adults. A lot of things to make the best pictures. Both me and my son loved it. Definitely many photo opportunities. Great to spend an afternoon. And take hundred of pictures. Fun and creative. I've been to Szczecin many times. Bur never heard of this place before. Definitely a place to visit if you're in town. Good for families, but equally as good for bachelor/bachelorette parties. Friendgeoups or a good start for a afterwork with your coworkers. Try it if in Szczecin

A very small place, a bit too small. Good place to bring you're Kids or you're media lovning girlfriend. 😂 If you are a man, this is proberly not the place for you.

It was simply am a place worth experiencing when you visit stettin because we had a lot of fun. The kids didn't want to leave.

The place is nicely designed and quite fun – we had a lot of laughs. They made sure it wasn’t too hot inside, with plenty of fans, which was great. Just keep in mind it’s not really an optical illusion museum, but more of a selfie spot. That’s cool, but many setups work best if you visit with three people. A phone holder, tripod, or selfie stick is definitely helpful. For Polish standards, the price felt a bit high, especially considering the time you spend there. Staff was cute and friendly. I can’t say anything about the café.

At chocolatier Wedel you (and your sweet tooth) will have a good time. Not only are the served items rich in taste and texture, the ambience and service of this cozy place is on the same high level as well. Try the hot chocolate with raspberry :) ...

An interesting place and of great importance to the local people and people of Poland. Freedom is easy to be lost but can be very expensive to get back.

Nice, wide square, located next to the philharmonic theatre and police headquarters, the square is spacious, devoid of city furniture, obviously dedicated to official functions, marked with a statue dedicated to the victims of the 1970 protests. A set of poster boards describes some of the history of Szczecin in WW2, makes for interesting reading.

A very nice area to sit around and enjoy the day. I went when it was cloudy, so that was a bummer 😅

What an incredible stay at Holiday Park Szczecin! This place exceeded all our expectations and truly made our trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly smiles and top-notch hospitality. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The park itself is beautifully maintained, surrounded by greenery and peaceful nature – the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cabins and accommodation are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. You can tell great care goes into keeping the place spotless and well-equipped. There are loads of fun activities for both kids and adults – from playgrounds and sports areas to bike rentals and picnic spots. It’s a fantastic place for families, couples, or groups of friends. There’s a real sense of peace and freedom here, but you’re still just a short drive from Szczecin’s city centre. We loved waking up to the fresh air and birdsong, and spending our days exploring or simply relaxing by the water. Whether you want an active holiday or just some quiet time in nature, Holiday Park Szczecin has it all. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the region – we’ll definitely be back!

Good playground for kids, need to pay seperately for each play item.

I visited this park with my two-year-old daughter and was left frustrated by the lack of clear, visible rules. We approached a small, seemingly safe ride and, since nothing was posted, I asked a staff member if a two-year-old could join. He said no. Two minutes later, a woman entered the same ride with an even younger child who could not yet walk confidently and still uses a pram, and the same staff member raised no concerns. That inconsistency is unacceptable. If you expect families to pay in advance, you must publish transparent age and height requirements at each ride and apply them consistently. Train staff to give the same answer every time and display the rules where parents can see them before queuing. Until the park fixes this, I cannot recommend it.

We had great time there. I recommend that you take the time to try all attractions. Only 5 are not recommended for people who get sick from high or spinning fast. Also if you go just around 12.00 there are not so many people and you can enjoy all by yourself. The food is not so special but you can get a variety of drinks. Not far from the park you can rent a boat and relax. Also in the neighbourhood there are is a fake beach

We saw the place from far away, the magical light made us walk for 40 minutes until we got there. It was super fun!!! The place is open - you don't need to pay in the entrance only per facility.

Great place to visit for families. Insane view of Szczecin from the very high big wheel carousel of you're not afraid of high heights :). Bring some $$$ as you'll easily spend 200PLN going with 2 adults + 1 child. There are also several restaurants near by. If you want to go there, u better hurry as smth around 28th the big wheel will be dismounted I think.

This would be so pretty were it not for all the cars driving on the small paths. An enormous garbage trucks doing 60 on a tiny path would definitely have been unable to stop had I not stepped out of the way. All the visitors driving their private cars at 50 passing pedestrians with 30 cm margin also definitely do not feel safe or particularly relaxing

This venue is very old - over 100 years its the biggest in Europe. It looks especially moody / unusual durin All Saints Day which is celebrated on 1 November. On that day in the evening people lit candles on the graves of thier ancestors. There are thousands and thousands of them ( candles) so the glow is visible from far away.

Cemetery is beautiful, but why the German spelling of the city on the Google ? The city name is Szczecin not Stettin .

I am a cemetery lover in general but this one takes the cake. I had my uncle's body sent all the way from Germany to be buried in Szczecin. The Polish are indeed a sweet, loving population!

Really cool place! The entrance is really hard to find - there is a door to go down from a parking area, but we found the entrance on the south side of the building facing the river. Definitely worth checking out if you are in Szczecin!

Amazing place to visit but a bit hard to find, even with description on the website. A few more direction signs would be useful. Other than this it was absolutely fantastic experience. For some it can be a nostalgic trip to your past for younger visitors a piece of history.

Bunker from 2nd world war for 5 thousand people. Very interesting place to visit and listen and the history of city that was destroyed by bombs.

Very interesting tour with creative designs, giving you a good & detailed explaination of histories regarding WWII, Cold War and PRL! Staffs are very friendly & passionate to their job. Recommend ;)

Interesting place with great atmosphere but it's a bit hard to find. Try taking upstairs (there are some markets and toilets) to Platform 1 and turn right, you'll see stairs going down after a very short walk. Ticket was 40zl normal, 36zl reduced. I recommend you to see the history of the city in this point of view if you're in Szczecin. Description translations are possible in Polish, Deutsch and English.

Very limited times, but we were able to make both tours (the first one is in English, the second only in Polish.) They have books so you can read along to keep up with the team. Very friendly staff and the tickets were VERY inexpensive. Overall a great experience with a lot of information and education.

We especially loved how everything is thoughtfully designed – from the wide walkways to the signage and decor. Overall, Galaxy Centre offers a fantastic shopping experience in the heart of Szczecin. A must-visit for locals and tourists alike!

Modern shopping mall in Szczecin , reaonable prices especially in Hebe cosmetics shop , forex exchange ( Kantor) in the ground floor beside the pharmacy , food court has it all , from fresh local foods to KFC and other global restaurants. Ideal for fair budget shopping. Tourists should pay a visit.

Plenty shops,food court,big Auchan

I went with my friends on Sunday to Multikino to watch a film. Since it was Sunday and it was late, most shops were closed. We had to leave to catch a taxi but the middle lifts and the escalators were closed. We couldn’t find anywhere to go so we decided to improvise and just pass the barriers to walk down the escalators. A security guard caught us and told us to take the car park lifts (to the right of Auchan) because there was no other way as the entire 0 and 1st floor was closed. This is a massive endangerment to our health and safety as there being no stair accessible exit would mean that there is no safe emergency exit in case of a fire (if you didn’t know, lifts are disabled during fire alarms) meaning that if a fire were to happen, we would not be able to safely escape the building.

The biggest shopping mall in the west pomeranian region. In my opinion the best. There is restaurant area, fast food, coffe, grocery shopping, newspaper shops, electronic shops, many clothing shops and entertainement. Bowling, Multikino cinema, Calypso fitness. Parking lot is not free, but very clear, well organized and simple. Toilets are available and clean. Free wifi available.

Noticed theses structures throughout the city didn't really know what they were but I am glad I got to see their beautiful structures.

I guess those gates (along with the Royal gates) are the only significant remnants of XVIII-th century fortification in Szczecin. It's an interesting historical and architectural landmark. However, I don't like the fact that those historical gates are a place to display banners with advertising, not do I support a fact that there is a cafe within the Royal gate.

This is the most amazing petting zoo ever. Great family day out. You can hold the birds as they come to you willingly. A must see for all animal lovers visiting this region.

Nice place with plenty of tame and well trained parrots. As a bird lover with amazons and lovebirds at home I am impressed of how well the different parrots species behave with both people and all the other birds inside.

You don't need to buy too much food for the birds. A nice establishment. Help in English. Our 2.5 year old enjoyed it.

Interesting modern history museum. Dark exhibition halls with a white line in the floor for the audience to follow. As a former science center employee I would like to suggest 1) please remove head phone icons all over as the system is obviously not working. 2) the lighting of a colorful and shining painting creates reflections making it in possible to see the painting!

Absolutely great. Concerns postwar reconstruction in szczecin, including communist repression, strikes of 1970, Solidarity movement etc. One room is based solely on sounds, of doors being shut and locked for instance- and it works. A definate number one must see for visitors to szczecin. Staff friendly and helpful. Be informed. Great cafe attached by the way with wonderful toasted sandwiches. Check it out!

The personal were very impolite, we could not enjoy the exhibition without being bothered by the personal when the followed us around and watched us with very angry impression, the toilet's where unlocked and in very bad shape. The cafeteria was even worse! it was as if we were unwelcomed. I do not recomand wasting your visit here while there are better museum's in Szczecin.

First all rules are written just in Polish language than Life guards yelling why we don't understand rules in Polish. It was a perfect place to get in bad mood after getting bullied by life guards on holidays. We drove so long to Poland just for Arkonka but it was bad idea.
