Fun things to do in Lignano Sabbiadoro: 17 fun attractions and activities

I gave it 3 stars as the kids enjoyed it. But I wouldn’t leave more than one star. The place is pricey, for the offering, rude employees and I suggest to come prepared with picnic blankets, snacks and water. What annoyed me very much is that the Wave Pool is turned on only once a day at 4 pm, which is very strange, everywhere we’ve been it was on every 15 to 30 min. Anyway, I wouldn’t go back there.

In comparison with other aqua parks in other countries this one is not good enough. 30 euro a day, but there is nothing to do in 2 hours. Boring, overcrowded, overpriced.

Very important. After 14.00 it's 24 euro instead 30, which is not up to the mark.. but 4 o'clock there was pool party,that was the best part.

Very bad Customer Service. We (7 people) went in the afternoon at 2:45 pm as 4 hrs are more than enough to go in all attractions. However, they closed the park due to rain at 3:30 pm. We could hardly enjoy the park. The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly when l asked her for a solution, perhaps giving us 3-4 passes to go on another afternoon. She simply say NO, she didn’t feel empathy nor gave us a solution. I believe she could have warned us about the closing of the park when we arrived at 2:45 pm. We go every year but we will think twice to go again.

Fun place, lots of slides & attractions, enough to stay all day. Good choice of stuff to do from 6-7yr old up. Bit pricey though (€108 for a family), and could do with a few more trees for shade & a bigger central pool area. Well-organised & run. Didn't get food there as it looked like standard overpriced themepark-type fare.

Very good experience with lots and lots of fun. As all good places has also one downside: waiting times on queues is sometimes too much; if you are used to that take it as 5 stars.

Very nice kids park with many different attractions for different ages. Entry is free but each attraction costs at least one coin and one coin is at least 1-3 euros, depending on how many you buy at once. You can also buy a whole day ticket but it is also expensive for the whole family. One attraction is around 3-5 minutes long. But all looked nice, but the octopus was really dirty

I recently visited Parco Junior with my daughter—actually, we went twice! We rode every ride and played every single game they had to offer. It was such a fun experience. The park itself is clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with convenient bathrooms and all the essentials you’d hope for. We had a truly wonderful time together and made some great memories. That said, I do wish they offered more games and attractions. A few of them were closed during our visits, which was a little disappointing. Maybe it’s because the season is winding down—it was September after all. Still, having more rides and open venues would have made the experience even better. Overall, Parco Jr. is a charming little park that gave us a delightful day out. We had so much fun and truly enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend it for families, and I hope to see even more activities available next season!

Great value for money, I'd recommend it rather for smaller kids (3-7) since the rides are not very intense. Do not buy coins buy the card for the whole day and ride anything you want so many times you want. No entry fee, opened from 10:30 am till 10 pm. Also we didn't have to wait at all

Great day trip event we were there already few times and it’s like a must have every time we visit Italy. Several attractions can be used and everything looks save and sound on it. Restaurant is on a good pricing and not to expensive. Whatever they do in the burger it’s very delicious. We never saw the animation show, but we saw the participants train their skills in the park walking thru the crowd and I think it’s also good for the little ones.

The park is really great for younger kids. All the machines are made so that younger kids can also ride them so they were perfect for our 2 and 4 year old kids. The parking is also free if you validate your card at the ticket desk .

worth the money, spent 3h inside, had lot of fun

We loved this place - it’s very clean and easy to access for both children and adults. It provided a great option in May when the local water parks weren’t open (and the pools here were heated to a balmy 26 degrees!). The only downside is that it is quite pricey - over 60 euros for afternoon entry (from 2pm) for two adults and a child + sunbeds. This is genuinely the cleanest pool and changing areas I have ever been to. There is a snack bar available with limited items and a little pricey, but does the job!

This is a great place to enjoy in the summer. Good for couples and families. It has different size pools everyone can enjoy with fresh sea water. The jacuzzi water is not hot but the temperature is great and the water pressure is strong. There's a bar inside the premise a little overpriced considering the entrance fees but again it's summer and high season. The facilities are top notch clean. Adults pay $22 and kids over 3 yrs old $12.

Nice and clean place with warm and salt water in the pools. You can not take drink to the pool or jacuzzi although it is in plastic cup. Annoying staff. For hotel guests could be there better service.

The place is nice, but tarifs r not wise at all. The leaflet given at the entrance does not show the real time table. The line outside took quite a while on Tuesday n Wednesday only one person at the entrance while we waited quite a while outside under the july sun. They offer only one weekly ticket which is not at all interesting if you only go half a day. It s not possible to stay the full day with young kids because there is no calm area where kids can eat, play or simply have a nap. The restaurant area is definetely very hot n only allow for a quick sandwich. Only one corner s under trees and not too hot, but it s more the relax area for adults more than kids.

Lignano Sabbiadoro completely stole our hearts! The beach is long, wide, clean, and very well maintained. The soft golden sand is perfect for kids, sunbathing, or just enjoying a relaxing walk. The sea is shallow and calm – ideal for families with children or a peaceful morning swim. The facilities are excellent – clean showers, restrooms, and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. A very beautiful place and beach! Here you can find everything you need for a good holiday: toilets, showers, and free sports equipment. There are few parking spaces at the beach. A parking garage about a 10-minute walk away and it costs €1 an hour. There are enough umbrellas available during the week. At the weekend, reserve one day in advance if possible. It then costs €20. You can find many different hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops next to the beach! I can recommend spending your holiday in this place!

The bar is in a great location right next to the beach. The palms could be nicer, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Drinks were served super fast within 30 seconds, which was impressive! Quality is not matching expensive prices. This restaurant is more expensive than others. Cool thing is they have a small pool for kids. However yours kids canot use it unless you pay 7 euros per kid! We have spent already 70 euros to eat! If I come to lunch at your restaurant, I expect my kids can use this pool 30 minutes!

Service is really bad. For begining - staff is not kind enough, it seemes like they are forced to work here. For dinner we received appetizer and main course at same time with simple "sorry" and waiter had no clue about wine they are serving, zero idea or recommendation. For lunch we received drinks after we finished main dish, and I am talking about water. Really bad. So don't go there.

It is a good bicycle trip from Bibione. We made it around 1.5 hour and it was a great end for the trip. Unfortunately the bridge was not full so we cannot reach the faro but it is romantic.

Nothing wow, a lot of people tries a little to much to sell things to you, and smaller then expected, if I am back in Lignano I won t ever go there. And too much mosquitos, take a spray for them or something or you won t be able to stay!

It was a lot of fun. But almost all the games are for kids, for me as an Adult, i need stronger and faster games.

somehow it feels like traveling back in time. i am a regular visitor of lignano since my childhood days. luna park always was my highlight as a kid - but to be honest it seems like the owners didn't find it necessary to invest in new rides or pimp the park in general. somehow disappointing

Terrible place if you want to go to the Beach. The staff are watching you every second. You can’t lay on the sand with your towel, you must lay in their expensive sun beds. A sun bed costs a minimum of 15,5 euro per day and up to 30 euros!!! For a sun bed for 1 day. And you are only allowed to be 3 persons per sun bed. All in all a money machine that seems desperate after money. The staff can’t even speak a word of English even though it’s a tourist location. A bunch of amateurs.

The beach is beautiful, but there aren't any markets nearby, and you may only bring your dog to a small area around a flag. Don't come here if you have a dog or want to have a market nearby. I reccomend Grado beach if the things i mentioned would be bothersome for you.

We ordered a pasta with tomato and mozzarella. When the food arrived the pasta was partially covered with tomato sauce and no mozzarella in sight. When we asked for mozzarella the guy who worked there that the food comes prepackaged and that they only microwave it and that’s the way it looks. 6.50 € for microwave food?! That’s just disgusting!!!

Little bit complicated; Different prices for different days and times as well as different sections... After 2pm the 'lite' option is 16€ for 2 people and an umbrella, which is okay. The beach is very busy and sadly there is no drink/food service which we have seen on other beaches

Beautiful beach. And that’s all. In the water is sand but at the top is a lot of grass swimming. Not nice. Umbrellas are sold every day and also a deck chairs. There is no shadow for kids because you cant bring your umbrella. Shame. And for parking the same. You can park on white area for free but everything is full or on blue area where is also no empty places. Blue places are 0.9€ per hour. Greetings

Pros: the pool and convenience (rooms to food to sports). Cons: the check in took over an hour; the food was poorly prepared, had minimal variety and was often a re-warmed item from the day before; the rooms were very noisy, beds of mediocre comfort, pillows very thin, showers had mold, hot water came out yellow/brown, safe did not function, no secondary lock on the room door; and there was no wifi. We left an item in our room at checkout and went to the reception a few hours later. They could not find the item and had to be prompted to make a note on my file and verify my contact information. An email to the company regarding our lost item went unanswered. My family will not stay at Bella Italia again.

If you’re thinking about staying - Don‘t! Never been to such a dirty hotel. It’s a cheap place so that there is mold in the shower, well that’s life. But it wasn’t just mold. The rubber seal was rotten and there was blood and snot on the shower doors. The toilet clearly hasn’t been cleaned either… there was different kinds of hair everywhere in the bathroom. The floor in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Public areas including hallways and elevators were also visibly dirty. Depending on where the room is, sleeping is only possible when the hotel doesn’t play super loud music, which they started playing at 8am. We didn’t try the restaurant due to the rest of our experience and the terrible reviews they got.

We came here on a school trip and stayed for 4 nights. We were forced to have pasta for all meals of the day and it wasn’t even fresh. However the beach and facilities were amazing.

This place is absolutely SUBPAR! Do NOT get the food plan here. Waste of money and completely inedible. The eggs were swimming in oil, the coffee (if you can even call it coffee) was a disgrace for a resort located IN ITALY, the orange juice was FAKE sugar water. HORRIBLE!!!! This place should be ashamed to put this quality of food out AT A RESORT!!!!!!! SHAMEFUL!!! I am a division one three time national champion athlete, husband is a world class athlete, we get feeding athletes. This is not food you fuel your body with!!! This is NOT RACING FOOD!!!!! Fake orange juice? Oil eggs? Horrible coffee? Do better!!

We attended as part of a football tournament. The rooms are crammed with the beds and pillows very uncomfortable. If you're only staying for 2/3 nights because of a tournament, then you can sort of accept the food quality. However the service is probably the worst thing about this place. The people working here make it feel like a facility from the cold war era!

In Sole Mare Mostly awful and low quality food, way undersalted all the time, super uninspired meal plan, single use cups for coffee, coffee somewhat awful staff is mixed. some seem to hate life and their jobs, others are rather friendly, language barrier sometimes arises, but not much, not much interaction otherwise rooms are tightly crammed, bathroom has way too little storage space, and is somewhat moldy, room service is fine, only 1 key for 3 people beach is nice but full of tourism, everywhere are those umbrellas and seats, I got sunburnt badly on my first time there, so I'll see whether I get to go in This is not a town I want to wald long distances in, go by car or get a bike. There are many bike paths. Hotels are absolutely everywhere, I'm astonished. It can be enjoyable here, but I have to improvise.

The hotel wasn't very good. The food was very bad and the rooms were dirty everywhere. But the Programm with the Keyes Crew was very nice. The Beach is nice and beautiful but the worker at the beach were very unfriendly and hurt my friend because he walked over a Basketball field. But the rest was fine except the rooms, personal and the Food. I would not reccomend the hotel but the city, beach and programm is very good.
