We got the special St Patrick's corn beef and sour kraut croissant and Irish Cream chocolate croissant. They tasted great! And their cafe mocha is always great. Service was quick and courteous. Afternoon was a good time to go with a relaxed vibe for just chilling.

I don’t usually got out to buy coffee beans since I have a particular taste for coffee, but Reverie roast their own beans that I and my roommates like to brew. I have also eaten the potato breakfast burrito a few times and it has never missed. I had gotten the Banana Bread Latte and it was so delicious! Definitely my go to place if I needed to wind down after a day of running around the city.

Great, inclusive coffee shop. The coffee and the potato breakfast burrito were outstanding. The morning bun was also excellent, but a little too sweet for my taste. If I lived in Wichita, I would go out of my way to make this a regular stop.

Reverie is the top coffee shop in Wichita, if you ask me. Their local roasted coffee is unmatched and their crafted menu with handmade syrups is top notch. I love coming in for a chocolate croissant that is bound to make the worst day better.

Overall, the inside was nicely decorated and it felt cozy inside which perfectly fits the moody cloudy weather when I went. The americano had a great aroma to it and it tasted like it should.

We come to Wichita once a year and this is a MUST STOP place on our trip every time!! There isn’t anything here we don’t absolutely love. My granddaughter and I love the berry pastries and lattes. My husband says all coffee lovers have to try the Popes Choice coffee. Super chill atmosphere. Large selection of menu items-seasonal changes. Wish we lived closer to make this a regular hangout spot.

Pumpkin Souce latte taste great. A Homade bun with cream cheese and raspberries made my day. Nice place downtown. For coffee and a quick bite. A little loud when their busy but you can sit outside. Coffee mocha was really good and their deluxe breakfast sandwich is delightful with a jelly twist.

I had been wanting to try the coffee from this café for quite some time, but due to a busy schedule, I never got the chance. Finally, we got the opportunity to visit. I ordered their caramel macchiato and hazelnut latte (hot coffee), along with a Nutella bar and chocolate muffin. Personally, I really liked the caramel macchiato and the Nutella bar. Also, their staff members are very friendly—truly helpful!

My first time coming here was amazing, I stopped in to order a plain Cold Brew to go. The atmosphere was cozy, the staff was amazing, prices were pretty normal compared to any other coffee shop. But the high point of my review is the Cold Brew, I have never in my life had a plain/black coffee as flavorful as this. I don't know what magic is put into this with it being so simple, but it is absolutely amazing. I'm glad this is so close to where I live because I will definitely be coming back.

Got an oat milk chai and honestly enjoyed it, I prefer a sweeter chai where u can’t taste too much spice and the one I had here was perfect. Their sandwiches are delicious too I enjoyed every bite while sitting in the chill atmosphere the cafe had.

Best blueberry muffins we’ve ever had! Rivals our home town muffins we enjoy which are made in house from scratch! They need smaller ice cubes for iced coffee but the coffee was 3 star at least and the atmosphere was 5 star! Side note on internet - download was 93 and upload 30 on speed test Prices are competitive

Nice coffee shop, however, the guy (with glasses and a hat) at the register didn’t greet me or smile or anything, just asked what I wanted. I ordered an espresso and waited at a nearby couch. He didn't call my name or let me know my coffee was ready. When I finally asked he just pointed to the other side of the counter. Not sure how long the espresso was left there sitting at the counter... I drank the warm espresso (didn’t taste great) and left. Don’t think I will visit this shop again, there are plenty of nice coffee places nearby.

This place is wonderful. Best Carmel macchiato in town. Also the fruit smoothies are excellent! Atmosphere is very pleasant and service is great. Really enjoy meetings here or just to grab an excellent coffee on the go. Highly recommend this place as a good Christian company who prioritizes quality and excellence. Check it out if you haven’t yet!

No pour overs - but I’ve decided I can’t ding a place for that. As usual, I just get black light or medium roast (mighty pennant roast)and it’s got pretty good flavor notes which is nice. I did get a warmed up cinnamon roll and it was great. Just the right balance of frosting and cinnamon yum in the middle. The amount and sweetness of the frosting was skirting the edge of too much, which made it just right. As Mario Andretti said, “if you’re not on the verge of crashing, you’re not going fast enough.”

Convenient grab and go coffee spot on the northeast corner of Douglas and St Francis. Right across from Naftzger Park, this is a great location for iced and hot drinks while walking in this part of Downtown Wichita. The Mastershake was my fist order here and it was done well and served with a great vibe. No indoor seating available unfortunately even though pictures indicate there is. A single outdoor table is set up for customers and the order window is very easy to locate. I can recommend a stop here when on foot in the area.

I love this place. The coffee is delicious each and every time I go. The Scharffenburger Mocha is my favorite. The staff are always friendly. My ONLY con is not knowing in advance that you all will be closed, despite it being inside normal business hours. There have been two times on a Friday at or around 11a that I’ve driven just to see a sign that you all are closed. Maybe this could be posted on your Facebook page so that people can avoid coming if they don’t have to? Other than that, everything else is great.

The best coffee shop around. The people are always smiling, friendly, and remember frequent orders even if you haven't ordered for a while. The coffee is phenomenal and worth every single penny.

I'm a Wichita local who for the past 3 years has lived in Illinois and now Washington and there is no better coffee/espresso anywhere than here. You might think the drinks are a little pricey, but they are worth it. Everything I've had here is delicious, and the owners are just wonderful. I visit every time I'm back in town.

Have Mercy! This is not only the GREATEST coffee place I’ve ever found (anywhere), but all around the kindest, most unique, & most uplifting place/ & people I’ve visited in a Loong time. I literally wake up looking forward to going there as soon as humanely possible. The smoothness of their coffee/espresso/ & lattes is unreal. I had no idea coffee could ever be that smooth! 🙉 Seriously. This is my new Happy Place ;-).... & the best thing that’s ever happened to the city of Wichita 🥰!

One of the best places to get some great coffee in Downtown Wichita. This place is located on the corner of Saint Francis with a giant silver disco ball that can be seen through the windows. The coffee is affordable and delicious! I personally love black coffee and their house brew is “cold” brewed, which means it is stronger than regular black coffee because it was seeped longer. The service is always great and the staff always has huge smiles. They also support local artists! The interior is the perfect funky, hipster throwback meets modern world. They have an artistic wall you could pose by or a few tables to sit and sip your coffee. As the name suggests, this is more a grab and go coffee shop.

I love this place! It's a quaint little shop with about 15 tables and seating for customers awaiting their order. The atmosphere is cozy and the smell is to die for. The food is made fresh and the espresso drinks are hand crafted to your liking. With a wide variety of specialty drinks to please even your most complex palette there is something for everyone. They have Italian sodas and some teas as well. The service is always prompt and friendly. There is also a drive through for those in a hurry. 10/10 highly recommend for anyone looking for a bite to eat and a pick me up on the go or to just sit and enjoy!

First time in got a sugar-free almond cookie latte and it is delicious! The host was kind and brought out drinks to us outside. It is a beautiful place inside and out to come and enjoy some conversation!

A classic coffee shop of ICT, at Central and Woodlawn. There is a long and rich history of premium drinks at this cafe, and our recent trip was a glowing example of why it is one of the best shops in the city. Both drinks that we ordered were off of the back chalkboard menu, which is loaded with variety and creativity, and these drinks ended up being extraordinary in presentation and taste. Unfortunately, the service here is the weakest part of this business as some of the counter help seems burned out and unhelpful. The shop itself is narrow but long enough to find a cozy spot for conversation and chilling, with plenty of unique art and decor that spreads a good vibe. I rank Il Primo as one of the better coffee spots in Wichita and highly recommend it for a fantastic coffee or dessert drink.

I have been a huge fan of il primo for years and go there multiple times a week. The coffee and food is always amazing. Generally the individuals I encounter are also superb! However, today I pulled up to order a turkey and cheese croissant and coffee for my aunt who is in a retirement home. I pulled up around 1253pm and there was 2 cars in front of me. When I pulled up to do my order it was 1259pm. I immediately ordered and was told "we are sorry our kitchen closes at 1pm". I was shocked. So I order the drinks and pull up. I tell the guy at the window I was disappointed in the service because I go there all the time and the customer service is superb so to be shut down like that when i was there before 1pm was not what I was expecting. He then closes the window halfway and starts laughing repeating what I said to someone inside. When he came back I asked to talk to the manager just based on how he laughed at me. I told the manager I was saddened and disappointed in the customer service today and her response was "well our clock said 1:02pm and I can't do anything about it when they close the kitchen". I get having times the kitchen closes and it's just a sandwich I wasnt that worried about it. However, the blatant lack of respect that was offputting.

I came to the drive thru and got my drink as soon as I got to the window. They had me pull forward to wait for my food, which I did not get until 25 minutes after the time that was on my drink. I about finished my drink before I got my food. This has been happening quite often. I might have to give my business elsewhere for my morning food & beverage needs. This used to be my favorite spot.

Recently renovated to add more seats and more space for the cocktail crafting. It's bright, comfortable, and there are a number of chai lattes to choose from. Always has been a top coffee shop in Wichita, and will continue to be so.

A Delano coffee shop deserving a visit from all locals, right at Douglas and Walnut and next to Subway by Seneca Street. I have always admired the look of Leslie’s, from the beautiful ceilings, to the Wichita-themed wallpaper, to the well spread out dining area. I also enjoy being served by this consistent staff who offer friendly service and actual glassware rather than being limited by to-go cups. The cold brew and avocado toast are my personal picks here but I have also been served some fantastic presentations of their hot coffees. I just ask that they now dial back the plants now that they have grown out and overwhelmed the inside which makes it a bit claustrophobic to dine in. I also encourage them to simply take the patio completely out of the equation because it is does not benefit their paying customers in any way with how they are taken over by non customers. Overall, here is a coffee shop that I can support and recommend to Wichita.

In my many travels I always try to find a unique coffee shop. Leslie’s coffee was recommended to me by a staff at Hampton Inn. I always order an Americano and it was not a disappointment. It was very good. Loved their toast with sea salt and butter. I would definitely highly recommend Leslies coffee to anyone that is looking for a good place to have a good cup of coffee.

Love the look and how everything flowed and looked relaxing and pretty. All the plants and colors space that it had. I'm not against helping and having any bad feeling towards the homeless but I was lil upset how bad it was outside and dirty trash and what not made it seem like It was in a bad neighborhood which it wasn't and all. Other than that the experience was still good and my honey lavender 🪻 latte was pretty good and wife's Coconut Americano was tasty as well.

Really adorable little spot with unique and diet friendly options. Lots of locally sourced ingredients and items, vegan/vegetarian options, dairy-free, and more. One of the ONLY coffee shops I've been to that has an iced lavender latte that actually tastes like lavender too, it's amazing. It's a very welcoming space and the staff is extremely kind. I got the vegan blueberry + lemon scone, toast with goat cheese and preserves, and my partner got avocado toast with mustard seed and a soft boiled egg. It is a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for, and you get to support local!

An excellent find. Recommended by our AirBnB host. Nothing better than carefully pulled shots. Nice afternoon lighting and comfortable sitting area. Unfortunately, my photos don't show how unusual the sitting area is. Imagine sitting in a beautiful green garden warm and comfortable. That's what this is.

Great spot for coffee and a really tasty tuna avocado sandwich. The interior is clean, we’ll lit and relaxing. A great location to sip and chill or get together. The staff is no nonsense but professional and the outdoor seating is dog friendly.

I always enjoy coming here when I visit for the most amazing toast topped with goat cheese and jam and matcha latte with oat milk. Their avocado toast is also yummy along their breakfast biscuit. I love that they have a community pantry which is actually stocked and used. This is a safe and cozy cafe, much welcomes to wichita.

What a quaint little coffee shop in the Riverside neighborhood! I had the Mexican Latte (hot) and my husband had the Almond Joy (hot). Mine was really good, with a warm, cozy taste to it. I didn't care for my husband's as I'm not a coconut fan, but he loved it! Biscuits and gravy were very good with an herb flavor I just couldn't put a finger on it. Husband had the Starving Artist burrito, and it was spot on! We don't come to Wichita often, but we will hit this place again sometime for a Saturday morning breakfast/brunch.

Currently a limited menus while they get the new grill in. Lots of weekend special: Rancheros plate is good. Try the Black Bean bowl. So much flavor with eggs, avacados, beans, salsa, green chili. So good. Last picture. Chorizo Hash and Island Pancakes and Biscuits and Gravy. Great place for breakfast and coffee. Try the Black Bean Brunch Bowl. All the breakfast selections are great and cooked to order. Outdoor seating and live music through the week and mornings. Homemade pancakes too.

One of our favorite local coffee houses! Not only is the coffee flavorful and the food amazing, but the customer service is phenomenal. One of us prefers meat, the other eats mostly vegetarian, and there was something for both of us. Their homemade chorizo is out of this world. The best we have ever had and we went the Monday after they did their special weekend menu and they had some sauces left they were sure to bring over for our breakfast burritos and we were scraping it out of the bowls. The chef even told me where to find the recipe for one I loved. If we lived closer we would go every week. Items ordered: Frida. Tree hugger. Mexican latte and an oat vanilla latte with 4 shots.

Amazing little cafe! The atmosphere is amazing and the outdoor space is so relaxing. My husband and I got iced coffees, I got a bacon Starving R-tist breakfast burrito and my husband got a sausage breakfast sandwich. Everything was delicious! They brought our food and drinks outside to us and we were able to enjoy the fresh air and live music. Highly recommend!

If you can’t make a Cortado, please don’t tell me you can! Cortado was at least 8 oz. s/b 4oz. Milk was way too hot and drink was bitter. Stopped in for lunch followed by a nice coffee. There was a fairly nice selection of sandwiches on the menu board, but they were offering only one lunch sandwich and one breakfast sandwich. I had the chicken salad sandwich and it was OK albeit the bread was too dry. They have an old credit card system, and it wouldn’t read my card via their swipe, so luckily I was able to dig out cash. Usually, I don’t have any. I cannot recommend this place to you. Also, the ladies room was not clean.

This has been a wonderful stop on my trip visiting from Seattle. Super friendly staff that were genuine and helpful when I asked about things to visit in town. Amazing donuts in So Many varieties, and its nice to see an array of vegan donuts, as well! Tons of flavor and texture combos, as well as the classics. I got an apple cinnamon streusel donut that was really unique and well executed, which is surprisingly rare.

This place is soo cool and the donuts were yummy! All the donuts we got were more of an old fashion type of donut not the yeast donuts like you see many places. They had soooo it made it hard to decide! They had vegan and Gluten free. It has more seating and tables than expected. All of our donuts were soft and not overly sweet and it made me want more!

Good cake donuts that you can buy for $1.50 each, which is a good price these days. Many flavors offered along with coffee/espresso/lattes. Kind of quirky decor if you like that kind of thing. The sit-down dining area seemed a little loud. We went on a Sunday morning around 10:00 and wasn't too busy. They also offer vegan donuts.

Loved the artsy flair! I had to sign my name on the chalk wall. This donut shop is different, the donuts are cake donuts, - no raised donuts. The Twix donut is so creamy and delicious, was my first choice. Who stops at one donut? Also tried the lemon, loved it. This is a fun little shop. It has a drive up too! The Donut whole is number 36 in the Secret Wichita guide the first place on my list. There is a chicken on top of the building and a portrait of Colonel Sanders inside but no fried chicken just delicious donuts!

Oh my! I have had these brought into my business before but I had never been in. I mistakenly parked and went into the front door which is a game room. Venturing down the hallway I just followed the amazing aroma of donuts and found the heavenly display cases showing me why I will die younger. I purchased a dozen of these beauties and brought them to the office for our weekly staff meeting. I do highly recommend the pineapple upside down donut. Yum!

The gluten-free donuts are top notch! I'm allergic to gluten and have never had any issues. It will be great to have more flavors back! It seems that there are less options since a few months.

Wow! I've visited here a few times and absolutely love it -- great selection, nice people, welcoming vibe. Since I don't live in Wichita and was needing a refresh on some tea I decided to try their online option. I placed a sizable order of tea & spices yesterday afternoon and my order arrived TODAY. Today! I only live a few hours away but still -- it was fulfilled and shipped out within hours! What incredible service! Wichita is lucky to have this wonderful institution and I look forward to trying more of their selections! Thanks so much!

Such a wonderful little Wichita gem! I love the smell when you first walk in..sounds silly but they have SO MANY fresh coffee beans options the whole store just smells wonderful. You can buy by-weight, and you can buy the beans whole or have them grind them! They also have an entire tea room with pretty much every flavor and kind you could imagine! And of course.....SPICES. I love their selection, and again I love the by-weight option so I can get just a little or just a lot! They have a huge selection of adorable and quirky gifts/items of every kind, as well as kitchen items, cooking utensils, coffee mugs, etc. The staff are always friendly and helpful if you have a question. Such a unique little spot full of charm and character!

Spice Merchant in Wichita has an incredible selection of coffees, teas, and spices — a dream for anyone who enjoys exploring flavors. Sadly, my first visit was overshadowed by one particularly unpleasant interaction. While browsing the coffee beans, I asked an associate if they grind the coffee. Instead of a straightforward answer, he pointed to a sign and said, “That’s what the sign says,” then asked what kind of coffee maker I had. I explained I didn’t own one since I’m more of a tea drinker, and he replied, “Oh, you don’t even have a coffee maker,” in a tone that was more smug than helpful. Every other staff member I met was friendly and welcoming, but this one individual seemed more interested in flexing his attitude than offering good customer service.

Loads of tea, coffee and everything in between located here at the spice merchant. They have pickled items, jams, cookies from around the world and more. The selection of Tea and Coffee is down right crazy. There is a room by itself that carries many varieties of international Tea and the front has international selections of knicks and knacks and a variety of coffee. You can get lost in here.

This was a last minute stop and I'm SO glad I'm did! The Spice Merchant in Wichita, Kansas has coffee, tea, spices, and so much more! You will be pleasantly surprised if you like tea/coffee and all the fun accessories that go with it! They have teapots, tea infusers, coffee grinders, tea storage solutions, fancy spoons, teacups with saucers - you name it they've got it! I am so excited to try all the new varieties of tea that I picked up and was thrilled to learn that they ship almost anywhere so if I like something I'll be able to get it back in Colorado. It's a little bit hectic in there but overall definitely worth a visit if you want to pick up some unforgettable tea coffee or spices.

This is a true gem of Wichita, right at the corner of Douglas and Cleveland. The Spice Merchant will mesmerize you with the smell of fresh coffee and spices once you step inside. The selection here is outstanding with a plethora of different coffee flavors, that can be purchased whole or ground, served by their friendly staff. The variety of spices is equally impressive and can be purchased in simple one ounce bags that make picking up multiple needs for any recipe a game changing convenience. Then there is a classic room dedicated entirely to tea, and the the rest of the store is loaded with racks of sauces, kitchen utensils, and awesome gifts. There is so much more to this fine business that it deserves to be checked out multiple times by all of Wichita residents and visitors.

This place was awesome! Very impressed with all the details of everything the workers knew. The ice cream and Churn and Burn were good. Never been to a place quite like this one before. It's very unique and has a fun environment.

This place sounds like it could be a great place but my wife and I were very disappointed with the customer service and the chai gelato. Very bland and expensive for no reason. The ice cream wasn’t that creamy and had a weird texture

It pains me to leave this place a 1 star review. My spouse and I have been huge fans but they have been going down hill lately. It has been messy inside, they’ve been frequently out on our favorite items or have changed how they make them, the customer service has not been good, the employees seem like they’d rather be anywhere else, they don’t know much when you ask a question, and they even opened late the last time we went. We waited until 10 mins past opening to go in. We walked in as one of the workers was taking chairs off the tables. Not a good look. I got a tea which had little black particles floating it in as depicted in the photo. I have no clue what they were. Additionally, I think it hurts them that they don’t open until 11. It’s so sad to see and I hope they can get it together, but until then we are really disappointed and won’t be returning. So sad to see the direction it has been trending in.

This is a very cool local joint. They serve various coffees and ice cream. The way the make the ice cream right in front of you is awesome. They use liquid nitrogen! The kids really get a kick from watching that. The shop is very cozy and tidy and the staff are friendly. I will bring the family here often.

Many people sat together on their computers, chatting, eating, and working. It seemed like everyone was a “regular” and relaxed in the environment. We sat for a spell and drank tasty iced coffee. The people working behind the counter were charming. The entire place was spotless: floors, tables, counters, behind the counters, even the windows. I love clean spaces.

This was my wife and I’s first time trying this coffee shop. We decided to come after a recommendation from the Wichita Life page. Absolutely delicious food and coffee. The service was extremely kind and quick. The atmosphere was very relaxing as well. This will undoubtedly become a favorite for my wife and I. We loved it here. Their ube matcha is top 3 matchas I have ever had in my life (and I have had a lot) highly recommend! The tables are kinda too small for my level of studying but it's a cute atmosphere to sit and chat.

It’s what you want in a quaint coffee shop—good baristas, good drinks, small bites, outlets and wifi. Atmosphere is inviting with a fair amount of seating options.

This place has the best white mocha and vanilla latte I've ever had!! That is my regular, so you know I drink it just about everywhere I go, and this coffee shop has ruined me for this drink everywhere else now!! The food is good, the drink are to die for, and its so clean and relaxing. The only downside is the parking; consider yourself lucky if you can find a parking spot in the lot by the building.

It's loud. The service is fine. Not super friendly. Everytime I've been in I feel like they want me to move along. I haven't watched to see if that's how everyone is treated or if it's personal (Idk anyone there, but I recognize that sometimes people's energies don't match). That being said, their Vietnamese coffee is phenomenal and honestly worth it!

I like this place. Today was busy so I give some grace, but all the baristas need to be louder when calling out the ready orders. There were about 5 of us standing close to the counter because we could not hear them. Even being closer up they were still too quiet. Several wrong drinks were taken/food was sat for a while because the employees were not projecting when they spoke. Food making could be a lot quicker, waited 15 minutes for a tomato pesto panini when my coffee was done in less than 5. Still do plan on coming back, it’s a good location.

Amazing chocolate shop in Wichita. Everything is made in-house and without preservatives. They have everything from drinks, to chocolate, to gelato, to baked goods. Everything is so beautiful crafted. It can be a little pricey, but it’s worth every bite. There’s also some tables and couches if you’d like to sit and enjoy your sweets, or watch them make chocolate in the back.

What a lovely way to spend a rainy day! We both got affogatos, my go to is the triple chocolate gelato, it never disappoints! Its also neat to see into where they make the chocolate.

My son brought me to a most delectable place while visiting him in Wichita, Cocoa Dolce Chocolates! Yes, a chocolate connoisseurs dream come true! These chocolate treasures are gorgeous works of art that take three days to create and are meant to be savored, not devoured. If you ever find yourself in need of a gift worth giving, go to Cocoa Dolce Chocolates, and pick out a box. Warning, it is hard to decide which ones to get! (Also, some are infused with alcohol.)

Love, love this spot! It's one of my go-to "work from home" spots. Cozy vibes and some of the best chocolate (of course.) I usually go and get their coffee and butterscotch scone. So good.

It was a very clean place with a good parking area, and the girl who attended to us was incredibly patient. We couldn’t decide what to order because there were so many options. We truly enjoyed our experience!

Swanky, clubby coffee house with great chocolate treats!! I don't drink coffee, but the selection of hot teas was nice. We split a cheese cake topped with dark chocolate. Just enough to share. A great afternoon pick me up on a Saturday afternoon. Also, LOVED all the sculptures inside. 😎 ☕🍵

What a great place! We got gelato in several flavors and it was smooth and divine! Wish I would have thought to buy some of the intricate handcrafted chocolates to take home! They are made in house. There is also coffee available if you need something to cut the sweetness of your dessert. The place was clean and the atmosphere inviting and comfortable. Staff was kind, although it seemed a bit odd in this caliber of a place that an employee came and told us as soon as we sat down that “we close in ten minutes.” I think a better approach would have been to begin sweeping and closing up shop at actual closing time and we would have taken the hint.

Wow! This place is great! I really liked this space when it was verita but they have taken it and made it better!! It’s not the cheapest coffee shop but it is really great coffee and the staff is super friendly! It has a great atmosphere and feel. So calm and relaxing.

Wow! I haven’t been in here since covid, but man they have stepped their game up! Beautiful on the inside with lots of both mood lighting as well as natural light. Also, lots of areas to sit with a variety of seating options from sofas, bar as well as movable tables. Though I wasn’t studying, there do seem to be outlets along the walls and bar for electronics. They have a wide variety on their menu as well, including seasonal items! I ordered a 12oz iced oat milk latte, and it was wonderful. Really surprised on how much this place has grown!

This was my first time going to this place. I wasn't able to go inside due to covid-19 but they did have a drive thru. The service was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered a latte and a banana muffin with a scone. The food was good and the latte was great. I will definitely be going back.

Yummy coffee and a nice, relaxing atmosphere. You feel welcome and able to sit back and relax as you enjoy your coffee. I had a strawberry scone and it was probably the best scone I've ever had. They also have good options for the kiddos so they don't feel left out. Great place!

I love Kookaburra! It has a cozy and inviting atmosphere good for studying, meeting friends, or enjoying some solitude (with headphones) I've been through the drive thru a couple times and found it to be quick and convenient. I usually come inside though, to take a longer look at the menu and the daily pastries. Their breakfast burritos are tasty and homemade! Also love the coffee of course. The baristas are always helpful and provide good recommendations.

Coffee was delicious although I wanted one iced and one not. Started my experience with asking for a flat white (Starbucks) and the cashier not sure but another staff member thankfully was helpful. Also mentioned it was my first time and was hoping for suggestions but cashier pointed me to the menu on the wall instead... Looking forward to going back and finding something on the menu before I order for a more pleasant experience. Lobby was great though and seemed pretty laid back. Be good for checking emails or having out with a friend. Hope to have a better review next visit!!

The cardamom seasonal latte was yummy since it tasted like a mix of the usual latte I would get from cafes and Gulab jamun which was a unique combination. The inside is nice and modern, and it felt cozy. Overall, I would go back again.

Aroma Coffee House is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with genuine smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the management clearly cares about creating a top-notch experience for every guest. And the coffee? Amazing. Went in after a dinner at Bella Luna Cafe. Decorated chocolate was beautiful. Definitely a work of art. Had a Turtle chocolate and bought the espresso mix. Mix was fantastic! Love the chocolate and coffee bean texture. I would totally buy them again!.

Visiting the area and wanted some ice cream. Saw the reviews saying they might be a little pricey but the scoops are big and we enjoyed ours. Plus there are some beautiful chocolates that looked amazing! We came on a rainy Monday evening before closing. The staff was nice and very friendly. We hope to see this business grow outside the local area.

So let me just say this… after just being introduced to this Wichita gem in the fall of 2024, I immediately became a fan. In fact, one might say, I’m obsessed with Cocoa Dolce. Like, if loving this chocolate shop is wrong, I don’t want to be right. I know you are humming along right now! lol! I’ve treated myself more times than I can count—honestly, it’s become a bit of a tradition at this point. And yes, I’ve also gifted it to friends, which technically makes me a generous friend, but let’s be real… I’ve definitely kept plenty of treats for myself too. Everything they make is drop-dead gorgeous. I mean, it’s almost too pretty to eat—almost. Because once you taste it? Game over. The chocolate bars are silky and rich, and I am fully hooked on the champagne and strawberries one. It’s sweet, creamy, and just so satisfying. In fact, if you could see inside my fridge right now, you would see three of them! Well, stop judging! I didn't want to run out! But the real danger? The build-your-own box of chocolates. I go a little wild every time. Creme brûlée, key lime pie, red velvet—are you kidding me? They taste exactly like their names and then some. It’s like dessert within a dessert, and I’m not mad about it. Oh, and don’t even get me started on the ultimate brownie. It’s fudgy, dense, and basically my love language in chocolate form. But the one thing I still daydream about? Their Christmas toffee. I was devastated when it sold out. Like, actually sad. I will be first in line the second it returns. No shame. If you haven’t tried Cocoa Dolce yet, go fix that immediately. And yes, they ship! Just don’t blame me when you can’t stop going back. I warned you.

Cocoa Dolce must be one of the best chocolatiers in the country, no joke! It is such a surprise that little ole Wichita would have something so extraordinary. The chocolates really are out of this world amazing. The flavors are elite, and the chocolates themselves are works of art. You will definitely pay a premium for this quality, however. A small package of 6 chocolates costs a whopping $23, but these chocolates are so special, they’re worth it when you want to spoil yourself or someone you care about. The packaging itself is very fancy and probably takes up a large chunk of the store’s operating costs. The other offerings in the shop are meh. The chocolates are the truly unique specialty.

It's hard to find another place that another establishment that can provide you with these kinds of flavors and visually stimulating pieces of chocolate. So many flavors to choose from. Haven't tried one yet that wasn't delicious. And there's also different dessert and drink options as well. Staff is always friendly. I love going here after a dinner either on the west side or east. Both carry the same level of service and quality when it comes to any items on the menu. This has become my go-to for valentine's day chocolates. They'll always have a package deal for the occasion. I highly recommend coming in and giving it a try. Not the cheapest for sure but it's well worth the money you spend!

Delicious! I love that they have vegan options for their chocolates. Even, shot filled chocolates. They have a good selection of drinks. You have the ability to mix and match their drinks as well. For instance, adding Bailey's Irish Cream to your Iced coffee. There is a happy hour M-Th from 4PM to 7PM. You can build your own box of chocolates or purchase a pre-made box. There are additional dessert options as well, such as cheesecakes and pastries. If you have a sense of humor, you'll appreciate the bathroom decor.

Debated on stopping in, coming back from my run lol, something would not let me pass the building. When I came in I instantly recognized the worship music that was playing, then the scripture decor placed around the walls and it all made sense! It’s a hit or miss trying new coffee shops, I had a vanilla latte, with almond milk. 10/10! It was PERFECT.😋 not to sweet, not to strong. After noticing the Bible scriptures placed around, I asked if the owners are Christ followers; they are. I began to tell the lady working I plan on getting baptized within the next few weeks, after our conversation, she offered to pray for me; of course I accepted it. I did not think I would be praising Christ, mid cardio, on a Tuesday, and feeling the Holy Spirit, in a coffee shop! Whew! 🥹 Needless to say, God works in mysterious ways. My new favorite spot, I refuse to get coffee from anywhere else now lol.

As a manager of a Starbucks I can safely say that this is one of the best coffee houses in town! The owners are very friendly and kind and the food and drinks are wonderful! Even when they ran out of a specific ingredient one time they did their best to make it still a good experience for me and gave me a couple of free cinnamon rolls. Do yourself a favor and head to this place!

This was more of a coffee shop and less of a place to grab dessert. Was not expecting that. Hardly any options for ice cream flavors/toppings. However the ice cream and cheesecake we did get we're good nothing really stood out though. My husband ordered a hot fudge sundae but it ended up being regular chocolate syrup.

I noticed that it's more of a coffee shop than a dessert shop since they appear to focus more on coffee. The seasonal pumpkin spice drink was pretty good, but I would go back to try their desserts. On the bright side, it was cozy inside which created the perfect autumn feeling despite the warm outdoor temperatures.

Milkfloat your ambience and your workers are 10/10, but your pastries?? The cruffins barely have any filling and your brownies are hard. Super sad 😔.

First time here, on a whim, and I love it! I wanted something different...and sweet. They have a very large wide open seating area. Full freshly ground coffee selections, a few types of swag to buy, bottled soda, Japanese Cold Brew, desserts and even a few breakfast items. I asked for something that would bring me back. The barista DELIVERED! Come check them out! Delano District does it again!

I had such a nice relaxing time at Milk Float! Service was great, both of the baristas were kind and patient, and they really seemed to be helping each other and enjoying their jobs. The key lime pie was the best I think I've ever had. I got the seasonal Lakeside drink with crushed ice, matcha, pistachio, and peach. It was very well balanced and just the thing for a hot day. The matcha wasn't too overpowering and it was just sweet enough. The atmosphere was really cool too! I don't know what the giant drip coffee thing was doing but it was definitely worth a watch. If I'm ever in the city again I'll stop by for sure to try more treats for sure.

Home of the best cold brew in Wichita and so much more, in Delano on Douglas, between the clock tower roundabout and McLean. Here is a place that does so many different things well that it’s hard to label what it is. For me, it’s a top Wichita coffee shop that has a Japanese slow drip cold brew that is phenomenal. Other hot and cold coffee and drink options are great here as well, along with a nice variety of pastries, breakfast items, and even ice creams. They have their own bakery so the treats are fresh and made right there. There’s also friendly and engaging service here to go with a very well spaced out dining area with a cool and inviting look. I highly recommend Milkfloat to all residents and visitors of the Wichita area.

We've been frequent flyers at Moxi over the years - so it seemed like the perfect place to hold my daughter's high school graduation party. We rented the building after hours and also had them provide some baked goods (brownies and cookies). The outside patio and porch were a fantastic gathering area and the food was a hit. And Brianna's customer service was top-notch, as always. Thanks for helping us create great memories!

It's just like going to Grandma's house! It gives you the same kind of feel good experience and the pastries are just as you'd expect! The cinnamon rolls are what brought me there, but you can hardly choose from the amazing assortment! The prices are just as friendly as the staff. A new favorite spot!

The food is great, it's a nice place, and the service is good... once you get it. We were about to leave when our waiter finally acknowledged us (after about 10-12 minutes of is being seated). The place wasn't busy and they had a LOT of staff. Several different employees including our waiter walked past us multiple times before he came to take our order. Everything was good after that, but it wasn't a good first impression. There should have at least been a "sorry to keep you waiting" or similar acknowledgement, but there wasn't.

Come see the Twins they rock. These young owners are leaving their mark on the Wichita area with their unique cafe. Baked goods check. Good drinks check. Warm and friendly atmosphere! These ladies are doing their thing. Nice ND cozy spot. Keep that art coming, ladies!

Imagine you wanted to open a coffee shop with other offerings too. It would be whimsical, funky. rooted in the ethos of the community. That is MOXI Junction. Where else have you been where a bicycle hangs from the ceiling and a bike pump supports one corner of the sink. Such is the bathroom on the left as you walk down the hall. This place features and supports local artists. We attended a folk performance by a local musician staged on part of the outside grounds. There is a wraparound porch complete with rocking chairs. The only knock is this place is roughly 20 miles from my house. It's attractive enough to make me wish I lived in Maize. Seriously, if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable weekend destination. Go here.

I’ve always loved stopping by this vibrant coffee shop, but loved it even more when I learned why it was started, and how they’re continuing that mission. Yesterday I had the red berry loose leaf tea and a bierock. But their scones are also delicious! MOXI = Mothers Of eXceptional Individuals. MOXi was started by 3 moms of special needs kids that wanted a place for them to work and thrive in the community once they were done with school. So they started this great coffee shop, bakery and art gallery, they continue to hire and train individuals with special needs. Love this place and their mission! ❤️ PS they have a drive through! 🙌

Delightful downtown Wichita gem. Great food, cool building, and literally the friendliest waitress ever. A treat for your eyes and taste buds, the cherry vanilla coke starts you off right, and the menu is so tempting it's hard to choose. I had a cheese crisp, very nice, my sister has a tuna melt, she loved it, and neice had a pita stuffed with hummus, it looked wonderful and she liked it very much. I highly recommend!

The delicious smell drew me in, and I'm glad I did! I had the pastrami on rye and the beef stew, both were out of this world good. The sandwich was toasted to perfection, with a side of run of the mill potato salad. The side of beef stew was outstanding, savory but not too salty, with perfectly tender veggies and large pieces of beef. My husband got the Reuben and said it was quite good. We didn't have room for dessert, but their root beer floats looked really good. We will definitely be back next time we stop in Wichita!

Absolutely the best service we have ever had! If I could give it 10 stars I would. The best gluten free bread I have ever tasted! The food was so delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

This is a really fun old fashioned soda shop. The food is excellent and the place was packed. So of course we chose the barstools. We had the crab salad sandwich, open faced. Which was so filling we couldn't eat dessert. So next time.....dessert first!

The restaurant was clean and has a nice atmosphere. Service was friendly and quick. I was a little irritated that the sever immediately started pushing milk shakes. I understand that I had kids with me but I wanted them thinking about lunch before desserts. The Reuben was okay, the side of potato salad was pretty bland. My daughter had the chicken salad sandwich which was very good and the winning choice out of the group. The club sandwich and ham sandwiches were also described as okay. The price for four meals was acceptable. The 4 stars is for the chicken salad, it is worth a return visit. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from trying the Old Mill Tasty Shop but I wouldn’t say it is a must try either.

Oh my!! The chicken fried chicken is my favorite!! I forgot to take a picture before I dug in!! So delicious and tastes like some good home cooking!! Definitely a “must try” if you go here! Make sure you follow up with a piece of carrot cake! The absolute best!!

First time there and our waiter Nathan was the best! He walked us through favorites and specials. We had the blue plate special Monterrey, the muffaletta sandwich with potato salad, carrot cake and a special cinnamon toast crisp shake. All of it was very good. The restaurant is great to still have the original soda counter and make shakes and malts and ice cream sundaes there. Nathan was great, very helpful, and seemed to know exactly what we would like. This is a Wichita gem.

Went there to for lunch celebrate my birthday with my dad today (didn't say anything so cannot tell you if they offer anything for birthdays, ask yourself sorry). Tried The Edward and flight of soups, dad got The Club and Potato Salad, ordered to go a Blue Key North(?) with pasta salad and a GF PB Cookie to-go.. The Edward had a lot of tuna salad, no real breaks in texture, which can be good for some, you get your moneys worth of tuna for certain but needed some kind of chips or something, was only able to get through a quarter and should have taken home as I had the perfect chips to make the sandwich pairing to me, a 10 at least, but hindsight.. Dad offered a piece off of his Club and a little potato salad... Not having had potato salad before, I found it to be alright, between that and the pasta salad, I love the pasta salad. The Club easily saved the entire experience for me, the small bite was exceptional and wished I had gotten that, and will if I go back.. The soup flight was alright, with tomato in for the first, garbanzo bean, poormans stew, shrimp chowder and lastly the chicken tortilla.. The Blue Key North had a ton of turkey, small amount of jelly which isn't terrible, the roll is well toasted, the pasta salad surprisingly delicious and different than what I am used to, in a pleasant way to contribute. The GF Peanut Butter Cookie is good, really sweet (much too sweet to my likeness), wish there was more of a crunch or crispiness to it, it kind of falls apart like brown sugar. The staff at the counter taking the order were friendly and super helpful, didn't get talked to during our meal for feedback otherwise nothing bad happened, overall decent experience and as I said, the Club saved it for me.. The soup that they constantly changes every season so there is no constant menu. I will say the portions were really great and the service was awesome! I would definitely come back as long as they have a soup that I like in roation.

We are not from the city, so we didn’t know if we had to queue, grab seats, or whatever. We stood at the entrance for a good 10 mins like lost sheeps, yet nobody directed us (yes, the employees saw us and ignored us). We also couldn’t find the soup menu anywhere in the shop, we just randomly blurted out mushroom soup. We got mushrooms with lentil soup and ‘Cindy the boy’. The combination of these two paired really nicely. I also enjoyed the sweetness of the apple chutney in the bread. However, the bread was sooooo dry and tough. It was so hard to chew and my jaw was tired after 3 bites of it (and I’m not even an old person…)

We had 10 55+ yo ladies dining to celebrate National Women's Equality Day! They seated us together on the patio on a glorious fall day, so perfect! Our food was to us almost before we sat down! Amazing staff from the counter to the servers! Great ambiance, great food - we had such a a lovely time and will be going back!!

Yesterday I had ordered 6 meals. I called at 10:30 to place the order. The woman who answered was so kind and so helpful. I was so thankful to reach them early! I arrived at 11:03 on the dot. I went to check in and a gentleman told me it would be about 10 minutes. (I left a $25 tip on a $74 order). He pointed me to take a seat and reassured he'd bring it out when it was finished. I continued to wait and wait and watched several orders that were to go be taken out the door. I became extremely frustrated because I waited for 34 minutes. I waited in line and when I got up there our order had been just sitting there. I understand they're very popular and busy, but the gentleman looked at me several times and still allowed the food wait. The food is always good, but that was just a bit frustrating.

Group of 6, food came out quickly. Reuben was really tender, delicious! Others had soups and said they were good. I didn't care for the potato salad, but that's just me. Huge portions, full sandwich and a big side.

The Blue Key North sandwich was different but delicious, the cold chipotle raspberry bisque was like cold raspberry puree and I didn't care for it at all. Lady that took our call in order was super friendly.

Being here made me so happy! This is one of the best independent bookstores I’ve ever been to. The selection here is broad and diverse, there are a lot of up-to-date new releases, local gems, and I was also able to find books that I really haven’t anywhere else! The staff was super helpful and friendly; I got to talk to Shane who gave me some great book recs. The bookstore does a lot of events and author visits so definitely visit their calendar and social media to stay updated. The coffee shop is excellent and the baristas are very nice! I got an iced Othello latte and iced regular latte and both were delicious. The environment is great for browsing books and gifts, and also sitting and working. If I lived in Wichita, this would for sure be my go-to spot! I hope to be back again when I make my typical drive up!

While out of town I stopped to check out the bookshop and I was so happy I did. It was charming, the coffee was great, and the store was a gem. The thoughtfulness of the currated items that accompany each section shows the love and interest of the staff. The hand written book reviews are very helpful and one of my favorite things when choosing books. I was lucky as an author was there to promote her book, and I was able to listen to other authors and readers Q&A while I browsed. Looks like they have frequent events.

One of Wichita’s finest bookstores that doubles as a great food and coffee spot for College Hill, right at Douglas and Oliver. The book side looks wonderfully presented and inviting as ever, and has a very engaging and courteous staff. Tons of new releases and classics found here in a huge selection for all readers. The cafe side is a dependable place for sandwiches, salads, and definitely coffee. I’m thrilled that Watermark continues to be a success and I recommend it highly.

Hosted our book club for the first time at Watermark yesterday evening, and it was a wonderful experience. We’ve been rotating the hosting duties among book club members, which has worked. But Watermark was so hospitable, it is now the new home for our book club. Everything was great—ability to order food ahead of time that was ready for us when we arrived, very comfortable space to meet, and exceptional service. It made an already enjoyable book club even more so. If you have a book club, I highly recommend giving Watermark an opportunity to host for you. You won’t be disappointed.

I had heard from a colleague about this wonderful bookstore and when visiting Wichita, I had to check it out. Once inside I found myself wanting to buy way too many books! The store did a wonderful job of spotlighting not only currently trendy books, but also less known authors. The biggest sale for me was their wonderful book connoisseur, Shane! He was extremely knowledgeable about the books and readily offered his honest opinion! Notable mention, Matt, equally enthusiastic! Highly recommending visiting this gem of a bookstore!

This is an absolutely adorable local bookstore. Loved the vide as well as the sheer amount of books, journal, and just various knick knacks they have along with a small cafe. The staff were welcoming as well as super sweet and helpful. Loved everything and found some of the books that my husband has been unable to find but wanting for months. 10/10 definitely recommend and can't wait for our next visit!

I usually love this place — it’s super cute with a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, my recent cafe experience was very disappointing. I have celiac disease and confirmed with the cashier that the blueberry salad was gluten free. It came out with bread on it, and when I asked for a remake, the employee preparing it was dismissive and told me I shouldn’t have expected anything there to be gluten free because bread got into all the salad ingredients. I understand that it’s tough to accommodate, as I have also worked in food service, but his attitude and response was rude, and he made it a much bigger deal than it needed to be. I ended up asking for it to-go so that I could give it to someone else as no alternative was offered. Sadly, I won’t be eating here again, though I do enjoy the space.

I popped in here today because BEIROCKS right?! And I got a hot one and a Dr pepper. Very good. It is a very, very authentic beirocks! Atmosphere is quaint and friendly. I've been going past this place for years and I finally stopped in to try the homemade Bierocks and I wasn't disappointed!! A nice gentleman who took my order said that he's been there for 26 yrs and that I was missing out on the best Bierocks in town and I must admit that they're the freshest and the tastiest that I've had since my days in Catholic school, where they had it on lunch buffet. I will definitely be back. Tip : they taste really good with homestyle gravy.😋

Great place! The shop was nice and had a warm atmosphere. The owner greeted me and was very friendly. I ordered the 4 cheese spinach quiche, a large breakfast bierock, a scone, and a medium latte that the owner custom flavored for me. It was all amazing!! The bierock was the best I've had. The large slice of quiche was flavorful and came with a mixed fruit side! The latte was not too sweet and flavored very well. I also got 2 1/2ibs of coffee beans that I am excited to try at home! One flavor of coffee was caramel pecan roll and the other was organic java expresso. Everything was cheaper than I expected, all of that was about $20. The service was a little slow, but that was due to friendly conversation. I definitely plan to return!

Holy smokes!! The Super Espresso Shake was AMAZING!!! The best flavored and textured blended coffee drink I've had in Wichita. Hands down. Also great community - met some nice people that frequent the place daily.

The coffee was good and the food was great! Everything made from scratch! The prices were awesome! We got 2 coffees, 2 bierocks, and coconut pie for $15! The owner was super cool too and told us stories about where he’s been and what he’s done! Definitely a hole in the wall to stop by!

Small but fun little place that is very friendly has a variety of homemade goods and great specialty coffee. It has a really interesting feel quite homey.

What a great experience. I am from out of town and happen to find Java Villa and got to visit with the owner who is super great. My Americano was what I expected and my oatmeal scone was fantastic.

So glad we discovered this place. The service was exceptional, and if you happen to have a wait for your table the park is an excellent place to hang out. The coffee was fresh and the Sunrise juice was so refreshing. The biscuits are Heaven, light and delicate, and oh so buttery. Highly recommend HomeGrown for your next breakfast, lunch, or brunch.

Beautiful restaurant. Fabulous waiter. Loved having higher quality eggs for breakfast. The biscuit and gravy that i ordered was a bit too cake like in texture for me, but the gravy was yum. Husband loved the lemon French toast on their seasonal menu. Their strawberry lemonade was also very good, albeit a bit too sweet for my taste but hubs loved it. I love the concept of this place, cooking with ingredients from local places. It's brilliant. Lighting was a bit too bright, but hey, at least you can see. Haha.

Ian was such an amazing server! He did a good job making suggestions, considering it was my friend and I first time there! It was pretty busy and we did have a 30 min wait but it was completely worth it. Will definitely come back here again. Keep up the good work you guys!

Great food to eat in this lovely restaurant in downtown Wichita. There was quite a line to be seated do be prepared for that, but stellar service, quick meal delivery and delicious food. Try the popt hearts, amazing, and my blueberry pancake was perfect!

Phenomenal breakfast spot! We went during an event downtown and the service was still incredible! So many great food options, and our food came out fast and hot. Only downside was the noise level was insane due to how open the restaurant is. Definitely recommend for breakfast/brunch.

Sunday brunch in October. Web site said 5 min wait, was 25 minutes by time we drove there. Nice table spacing, good food.

This was one of my favorite places for a long time but the quality has definitely changed. I got the breakfast scramble and it all tasted reheated. The pop tarts were also dried out. Love the atmosphere and concept of Homegrown. It just hasn't been consistent in quality of food. I really hope it gets better.

1st time here & it's a really cool atmosphere. People playing games, conversing, and overall enjoying each other's company.

The ambience is good. The decor takes us back to a retro style. We tried the hot chocolate, it was served in a big cup and it was so tasty. The cheesecake was also tasty with the right amount of sweetness. Great place to study , work or play some board games with friends.

Chill cafe/bar. Great place to study or work and drink coffee during the day/early evening and then hang out with some friends for a cocktail and some board games at night. Also my favorite place to meet new people, the crowd here is typically pretty warm and welcoming. To top it all off they display/sell art from local Artists, I believe they rotate artist each month, but I could be mistaken. Overall fantastic place, can not recommend enough!

I do like this bar, it is a fun place and the bartender/owner is nice. However, my receipt for a double shot was 8 dollars (reasonable), I tipped $1, yet checking my account the next day, I noticed that I was charged for $10….. Probably it was an honest mistake or maybe there is a 10 dollar minimum I was not aware of. I did not keep a copy of my receipt and definitely do not feel like calling in to even deal with it over a single dollar, but I am a little annoyed. Patrons might be wise to check that their receipts match up with what they are actually being charged, or opt to pay in cash.

Every thing about this venue matches my idea of perfection. A delightful and relaxed staff, cute indoor dining area with booths and a bar and both street and back deck areas for al fresco. The front fenced in patio is especially charming! Awesome coffee and a full range of cocktails, beer and wine--all at really reasonable prices. Love it!!

A solid experience. A nice quiet bar. I appreciate that they haven’t updated the decor makes it feel really homie. I got a Bombay and tonic for about $6. Very reasonable prices.

The last coffee franchise I would recommend. Known for their inefficient drive through management, they only take one order at a time. And if you order 30 minutes in advance, prepare to wait another 30 minutes- because who cares about customers time? Not like we all have jobs. Need a refund because you don't have time to wait 30 minutes? Good luck, because customer service merely lets you make a request to speak with them..good luck ever hearing back from them. You're never getting your hard earned monies worth nor back.

I absolutely love their coffee and even their energy drinks, and I love the fact that you can add protein to anything. What I do not like is not being able to order ahead in the app, especially since the one location on my way to work is always super packed and that’s the one on West St. I also think it’s weird. They have people come ahead to take your order, but they do not start your order until you actually get to the window which causes their lines to be extremely long and the wait to be 15 minutes in line when I’m already pressed for time on my way to work. But again, I do love their coffee.

I sat in line for 45 minutes. I got out and did their job for them of directing traffic. DID THEIR JOB FOR THEM. I saved them an escalating confrontation with the entering and exiting customers. Watched 2 workers stand and do nothing until I got out and again DID THEIR JOB FOR THEM. Hadn’t taken any orders, but standing and talking. I’ve never seen such a shitty managed coffee shop, chain or not. I’ve seen coffee shops be more efficient with half the staff Dutch Bros has or less. Will never go again. I managed their corporate office because I don’t know if it’s the employees or a corporate issue but they need to figure out what a successful business model looks like.

My main issue is when asking for light ice I never received it ( 3 different visits ) . I finally decided to reach out and ask just to be told they can't customize the coffee / ice ratio because they are pre measured. Which seems like a lame excuse to me. 🤷‍♀️ So if you enjoy 80% ice 20% beverage this is the place to go. I don't mind waiting in a longer line as long as my drink is made properly ; today's golden eagle tasted like straight caramel drizzle. (I waited a good 5 min or so ). Lastly the elevator music that they have blaring in their drive-thru with super annoying... However I suppose all these issues are my fault for giving the company multiple chances and attempting to try a new coffee place.

Tried dutch bros for the first time and it's delicious, the staff there are wonderful and have a great attitude I loved the atmosphere! I will definitely be going back for sure. Ty for the great experience!

Last night I arrived in the drive-thru at approximately 9:35pm, while I was waiting at the light there were 3 cars in the drive thru. When my light changed, I pulled into the drive-thru, the same car still sitting at the window. Finally, after 10 minutes it left the window, the other car went through and the car before me went through. When I arrived at the window, they told me they were closed. I explained that I had been sitting in the drive thru for 25minutes waiting, they looked out the window and seen when I pulled in and got in line. They were very rude, how could you allow me to sit in line all that time and not serve me. I'm at the store sometimes 3 times a day buying coffee or energy drinks! Do I need to find another store to give my money too? I asked for a manager and or a number to contact someone and was told they had no one to talk to I needed to complete a review. So here you go!

I normally LOVE Dutch Bros but yesterday's visit was not great. I placed my order on the app and didn't realize how busy the drive thru was until I was already stuck in it. Once you're in the lane, you can't get out. Twenty six minutes later I got my coffee, which was lukewarm by the time I got it. I had an appointment I had to hurry to so I couldn't ask them for a fresh one. I love their drinks, but from now on I'll always choose the walk up will window!

One of the most unique hidden gems in Wichita. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the staff is always really friendly and the drinks are absolutely amazing. Definitely my favorite coffee shop in town and will always continue to visit. If you haven't been, you are missing out.

Nice laid back but super slow. I thoroughly enjoyed their rose nutmeg latte it worth the wait, board games lay about an eclectic selection of seating low lite Edison bulbs keeps the place with laid back atmosphere. This gem is a little hidden within a busy strip mall but worth digging to find. Prices are more than Starbucks but so are sizes so if you generally order a grander you won't be phased by your final ticket pushing 6 bucks on a single drink.

Next to Reverie, this is my second favorite coffee place in Wichita. Thankfully their product is legitimate and their space is useful and artistic. A perfectly sound "third space". The name and vibe also coalesce with the artisanal coffee for a truly wonderful experience.

I chose a creamosa (a la Croix with cream and flavoring) and it was delicious! It was like an Italian soda but not as sweet (which I like). The staff here is super sweet and is very knowledgeable about their drinks. It is a little loud if you are looking to do homework, but a great place for meeting with friends. They have games around the shop and lots of seating!

Friendly, eclectic place with unique items. I tried the Snickers latte & lavender chocolate chip cookies. Both a great hit. Community spot for sure!

I often tutor at this location and it is lovely. The food selections are tasty and gluten and soy conscious. I particularly like their teas. They are very well portioned and offer hot water refills. I do have a gripe however. The music is quite loud, and though it is possible to tune out it is often too much. The employees are friendly though and might be willing to work with people like me.

Where to begin? Natasha and the team at The Kitchen are incredible. This is my go-to for American comfort food. It is approachable upscale, as I like to think of it. But you really can't go wrong here. Some of my favorites include their disco fries, their spicy yum yum bowl, and their carrot cake. I love all the space of this location, great for date night or for larger crowd. The patio has some great views. Highly recommend checking out this spot.

The restaurant is open, inviting, and comfortable. My husband and I both had small salads and added proteins. The filet mignon on my salad was a perfect medium rare and delicious. The chicken on my husband's salad was flavorful and tender. The salads were actually pretty big and I took home leftovers. The wait staff was attentive and the entire experience was enjoyable. We absolutely plan to return!

Went there for the first time today and their food is definitely good. Their portions are pretty good too. Wanna go there more and more. They have so much space inside, even a private dining area and a bar space as well. The server was very sweet. Honestly they all seem nice.

When I find a restaurant that offers a Cuban sandwich, I always order it. This was one of the better ones, other than authentic Cuban cuisine. It's all about the bread, and the key ingredient, the pork. All our entrees were well prepared, service was good, prices were reasonable.

Came here for a late lunch/early dinner. The first 2 red flags should of been you have to seat yourself and the place was an absolute ghost town. We eneded up be waited on by 3 different servers which was super odd. I ordered the smokehouse burger with fries ( fries were undercooked)and my wife ordered the southwest bowl it took over 45mins to get our food, both were lacking flavor big time and for a $19 burger you'd think it be a big one ...nope I've seen way bigger burgers for cheaper that taste 10x better. The only thing that was delicious was there homemade ranch. The service sucked the servers had attitude and when we were done and had paid as I was leaving I over heard the blonde haired boy make a snobby remark on my tip i left...i tip based off the service I get and the taste of food! ( not sure of any of their names) don't even remembering them telling me their names. This place was a HUGE disappointment as it was our first time ever being there. If you haven't been there and your reading this I strongly advise you to skip this place, cause we will definitely NOT be coming back to this place.

We hosted a baby shower here and it could not have been more perfect. The food was absolutely delicious and every dish was fresh and full of flavor. The service was outstanding, attentive, and made everything run so smoothly. The private dining area was beautiful, spacious, and created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. Stacy, the manager, was absolutely a delight to work with and made the entire process so easy. We are so grateful for the experience and highly recommend this restaurant for both dining and special events.

I wanted to love this place, but unfortunately the food was subpar. The empanadas taste frozen and there was very little bacon. The toppings on waffles seemed like pie fillings. Cute environment and the staff was very kind though!

The atmosphere was great! The cute sunflower wall. The little gift shops has all kinds of items to purchase as gifts. The food was okay. The mashed potato bowl was good comfort food.

A remarkable cafe and gift store on Central just west of I-235. Expecting a coffee shop in my first visit, I discovered a lot of extra layers to Sunflower Cafe like the many gifts offered by local artists and creators. The dining setup was inviting with a chill vibe highlighted by a variety of great music that fit the shop well. Along with a food and beverage menu, there are plenty of gluten free and vegan options including ice cream. The place has lots of space to explore all of these nice options, but the main attraction for me was the awesome Halloween photo room, set up nicely for a horror themed selfie. I encourage all of Wichita to check out Sunflower Cafe & Collective.

My husband and I decided to try this establishment as I recently found out I am gluten sensitive. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the food I ordered/received. We walked in and found the menus. I saw a photo online of a red velvet waffle. I asked if I could get the red velvet waffle and the cashier was very rude to me said, “it was a special and they no longer had it.” My husband ordered and she was pleasant to him. I decided to order the cinnamon apple waffle. The wait was long. When the cashier brought out my food she didn’t give any eye contact and she again was rude to me was nice to my husband. When I cut into my waffle I found little pieces of something black all throughout my waffle. I know the cashier saw this! I feel like I was treated different and given less than quality food because of the color of my skin. I watched how she treated other patrons and it was not like how she treated me. I hope someone can speak to her and tell her that racism is unacceptable and she should treat every paying customer the same. I will never eat at this establishment again.

They also have vegan/gf treats (slices of cake, cookies, whoopie pies). You also can’t miss the Swerve Vegan Soft serve ice cream!!! ***PLEASE have grace and patience when coming in…this is not a fast food joint or chain. They are family owned and staffed…they also make every order when you order - fresh and hot when they deliver to your table. LOVE SUPPORTING LOCAL! ***

I usually love their normal food and sweets that they make at their shop, I also really love the small wedding cake I got from them for my wedding back in July. Everyone has always been kind from there, the only reason I put 3 stars was because the cupcakes I got from them (2 days prior to my wedding) were different colors from each other, some looking over cooked or like they ran out of the color or mix? Some cupcakes looked orange to me more then red velvet. They were also quite hard to chew & eat. However my husband & Is cake was good. A little disappointed because I had their sweets before that they usually just have in their shop and its typically delicious. Not sure what happened this time if maybe the cupcakes were baked way ahead of my wedding day or what but.. definitley different then how it usually is :(

Had really high hopes and absolutely love supporting an all vegetarian cafe but were disappointed in lackluster, unfriendly customer service. The food was OK. Probably would not eat here again due to the fact that it felt helping us was an inconvenience. Decadence Blend Power Oats- I assumed the decadence would be the chocolate, in hind-sight should not have ordered something with brown sugar and maple syrup. I was thrown by the word power oats, thinking it would be healthy but felt like eating a candy bar. Sweet heat veggies tack sandwich was OK, it's as advertised Southern Gravy Melt- decent. Also, we ordered plain black coffee. Took almost as long as the food to get and was served in to-go cup. I suggest if you are having staffing issues it would be helpful to let customers serve themselves their own coffee with a big coffee pot at the counter. Customers could sip coffee while browsing the shop.

The staff is amazing! The food is great. Their Avocado Toast is unparalleled by no one! Love the small business collaboration! Locally owned, locally roasted coffee.... This would definitely be my number one hang out if I lived there!

They're a cafe and bar, so naturally I asked what I could order that would be a fusion of the two. The bartender... Barista? Bartista... Recommended the espresso martini. I was aware the drink existed but had never tried one. It was 🤌🏻. They use cognac and liquor 43 mixed with their own home roasted espresso and simple syrup. If I had more time and didn't have to drive I'd try a few other things. The place was clean and the vibe we very chill and welcoming. 🤘🏻 I also brought two bags of freshly roasted beans home with me. It was pricey, but the quality is there.

Ever wish you could just get great tasting coffee surrounded by a lively community in one of Wichita's most thriving neighborhoods? Look no further, Pennant Coffee is where you want to be. Coffee shop by day and bar by night, Pennant/Good Company is a unique place with equally unique and striking menu items. They do the fundamentals well, and they also have a list of seasonal drinks that are fun in their own right and actually taste good. From black coffee to the Little Deborah (oatmeal cream pie flavored latte) to the Strawberry Matcha Cloud (matcha green tea latte with house-made strawberry compote and cloud foam (dairy-free available)), there is literally something for everyone. Everyone we bring from out of town is just obsessed. If you happen to be hungry on your visit, they have a great selection of baked goods/pastries (rum cinnamon rolls, anyone?) and hot items (burritos and pizza) that are utterly delicious and craveable. Many days I wake up wondering why I don't have more Pennant Coffee/Good Company pizza slices in my life. The atmosphere at Pennant Coffee is very soothing, but also lively. Drenched in light pastel colors with bold accent art and plants, the space feels very open and modern. You'll see people camped out working, families, regulars from the neighborhood, and everyone in-between. It's clear everyone is welcome and that's a breath of fresh air. The best thing about Pennant Coffee though, is their customer service. Everyone who works there wants to ensure that every customer has the best experience. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and they are so open to feedback and will do anything to make something right. Pennant Coffee is doing all of the right things and I am so proud to have them in our community.

I got their dirty earl iced and it was fantastic! I've never thought about how a sort of vietnemese coffee could pair so nicely with bergamot! As a largely tea person-this coffee was a wonderful hybrid that asked and answered the question-what if we made a foggy milk tea and gave it some wild coffee bass notes? I also loved the ambiance and decor of this place-keep an eye out when you're there-many of the tools of their trade are also works of art themselves at Pennant! (No photo of my drink-too good and drank too quickly :) )

The staff here are kind and make good coffee. At my latest visit, I had a cortado which was perfect! The location is great in the Delano district. The atmosphere is also great - you can sit at the bar, at table, or outside.

Friendly staff, great coffee, quaint atmosphere. This is in a remodeled fire station turned office suites, and the coffee shop is in the former Fire Chief’s office. Isn’t that cool? Love the history, sweet employee and tasty drink. ❤️ ☕️ 👨‍🚒

My daughter first visited this shop because it is participating in a brew tour - Wichita breweries and coffee shops. I visited it with her after a workout at the YMCA. We had to go off route to go here. It's worth it. Good distancing practices, personable staff and owner. Emphasis is on espresso/coffee drinks. It shows and tastes just like that. Thanks for a great experience.

Not quite my thing. I did like the small/personal atmosphere. That being said: the iced mocha had little hint of sweetness for something that advertises chocolate ganache as an ingredient (forgive me, I'm from the Southeast where sweet tea reigns supreme) and the cinnamon roll was pretty tough and not appetizing. They were not capable of printing a receipt, which made it difficult to charge the breakfast to my company card so I paid on my personal. I did enjoy sitting outside on a nice day, but not exactly a "nice view" for this block. I probably have pretty crude tastes when it comes to coffee, so it may be a gem for quality coffee for all I know. I just know it didn't stack up to my local coffeehouse (from a small town with a population of 25K people) for coffee or baked goods, so I'll be searching elsewhere in Wichita in the future.

Friendly service and good quality expresso! I don’t like a lot of milk in my latte and they were able to adjust my lavender latte to my preference. Would highly recommend for local coffee.

The food truck was at our orthodontist parking lot this morning. Amazing latte, I'm not proud, I drink a lot of coffee, this one was better than most. That and the super friendly barista. I will happily search the truck out in the future for my caffeine fix! Found in the Hullings Santucci ortho parking lot!

We were disappointed when we went here. The inside was *incredibly* cute and well put together, with various decorations and merchandise available. The man behind the counter was pleasant, so no complaints there. But the coffee was...bad. I got a hot coffee and my wife got the cold brew. The hot coffee tasted burnt and the cold brew tasted watery. Neither of us finished our coffees because it simply wasn't enjoyable. It's a shame because the atmosphere of the cafe was very pleasant, albeit small.

Had quite possibly the best latte I’ve ever tasted when I popped in on a whim this past week. It was one of their speciality drinks, I think it was the latte that included a bit of lavender. It was so good, I came back the very next day. Ordered an americano but it was still very good! Love that they sell coffee from local Kansas coffeemakers. Would definitely recommend if you’re staying in the Wichita downtown area.

Best espresso I’ve had in Wichita. As a longtime barista and coffee lover, I’ve had more than my share of sour espresso from trendy local coffee shops. Placeholder gets their balance exactly right. My single critique - I wish they were open on Sundays!

I've been traveling to Wichita a lot lately and this has become my favorite spot to grab coffee in the morning. Skillfully crafted beverages, delicious breakfast burritos, and very friendly staff.

Great spaced seating indoors and plenty of outdoor room. Same quality as little lion but with a twist. By far the best latte in the city! Try their bagel sammys so good!

Their PFG shake is delish! (reminds me of Churn & Burn) The mini size was just right at $5 and made me feel less bad about starting my day with ice cream. I LOVE Little Lion ice cream so I'm excited that there's another spot to grab some! The online order system is a breeze! The patio and inside will make a perfect hangout spot once COVID-19 isn't a concern. I'll be back to try the burritos, treats, and other drinks. I hope to see longer hours down the road.

Their hot caramel latte with oat milk is best in the city hands down. I won't even stop there, their cortado shares that same claim. Very skilled baristas.

The food here is amazing!! Deja was our waitress and she was an angel. She was so attentive and was so accommodating to our party needing separate checks. She had such a calming presence, gave great recommendations and overall we just had fantastic service from her, and all of the other Public staff who brought us food. I cannot overstate how delicious this food was. My steak special was perfectly cooked and I had to stop myself from licking my plate. The cereal milk was also so tasty! I’ll be coming back the next time I’m in Wichita and recommending this place to anyone else who visits! Highly highly recommend!!

The restaurant is housed in a charming old building that is lighted so warmly by Edison lights with warm, rich wooden tones - it’s a joy just walking in. The menu is well crafted and interesting. I was drawn by the promise of farm to table an availability of dishes for gluten sensitive individuals. But I was struck by flavor combinations. I don’t quite understand. I was excited to try the blue cornbread because it’s gluten-free. And it is good, but the combination of flavor flavors is hard to describe and I am smelling a spice that I cannot quite figure out. I’m not a fan of the onion on it. And I think I would lean harder into this as a sweet dish. But I definitely enjoyed it. I ordered the brisket tacos, and I was confused by the presentation. It’s build your own style, but it does not come with any greenery. I asked for cilantro to be brought with it. The meat has a wonderful flavor, but it is serve with a minimal amount of flavorful cilantro Crema. It’s not enough so I had to ask for something more because I struggle with swallowing dry meats. I asked for a barbecue sauce but unfortunately, the house barbecue sauce has a strong vinegar and water base with a light layer of ketchup. It’s not a Texas or St. Louis style that I might be accustomed to. They were good, but my advice get some greenery with it and some kind of sauce to moisten it. I think it would be lovely with a garlic sauce. Or maybe just a jus. I ordered a drink which was seasonal and interesting but I substituted vodka for tequila . It was a coconut cream with cinnamon and falernum, but then it had a strange note of pineapple that just seemed like a cast away in the beverage and me swapping in the vodka may have taken away something important in the flavor mix . I wouldn’t get it again, but I would certainly try some of the other interesting cocktails they offer. I love a good house speciality drink. They didn’t really have much in the way of desserts for the gluten-free set, but you lucky wheat eaters have a bevy of delicious desserts to choose from. There was a crème brûlée lemon flavor I believe. But because of the bizarre flavor combinations we had already experienced, I wasn’t ready to risk it on the crème brûlée. My husband had steak served on what I believe was a potato hash. The presentation is interesting and the flavor was good. The most memorable part about the meal came at the end when our check was delivered in a real Book. The book was interesting with an almanac of predictions from 20 years ago. It was fun to flip through them. Our waitress was a sweetheart, and she was very patient trying to help us with our meals. I really wanted to love his restaurant because it has so much promise, but what I sampled was just confusing. I think I would have more luck if I was to have a burger and fries. But the options were limited for the gluten-free set. And all they had a lovely assortment of fresh ice creams, but it appeared that many of them had wheat in them. I think the chefs did a lovely job in their preparation and presentation, but I think you need to work on your flavor combinations. You don’t always have to reinvent the wheel. One thing about this restaurant , it’s not pretentious. It’s delightfully casual, so come as you are and feel comfortable in whatever you’re wearing. The staff are dressed in baggy jeans and workout clothes, so no one’s judging you here. I love that the food is locally sourced with the names of all the purveyors given. It’s a wonderful idea, and if I’m ever in Wichita, I will come back to enjoy the outdoor portion. I’ll bring y’all my favorite barbecue sauce, which is made locally here in Edmond, Oklahoma gluten-free with no high fructose corn syrup and just the right amount of heat. It would be the perfect pairing with your brisket. I think your cornbread would be good with the barbecue sauce too.

Pizza was great! Never had one quite like it. The Mayfair salad was pretty standard, but I didn't like the croutons. Felt a bit overpriced for the amount of food, even though it was the lunch special. I'd forgive that, but the bartender was terrible. Literally sat at the bar and couldn't even get a refill. The guy that brought my food and the hostess were really nice though.

Sat at the bar and my bartender had no service skills. I ordered a beer and had to ask for a glass. It was not chilled and she didn't pour it. She had no personality and seemed very unhappy. Dive bars have better service. They give you a paper menu but you have to scan a Qr code to see how the food is prepared (what's on it, what comes with it, etc..). Why even bother with a paper menu then?? Horrible happy hour. Only 2 draft beers on special . No wine or wells. The burger and fries were really good.

We had our son and daughter in law’s wedding reception at the Public. They wanted a brunch with a mimosa bar. The Public staff went above our expectations to take care and create a special event. Brooke was very responsive through our planning and many questions. By the day of the event I had no worries. They worked with Bagatelle to have the cake delivered and on beautiful display for the event. The buffet brunch was fresh and unique. Our guests were excited by the variety; cardamon whip cream on waffles, fresh fruit with a honey mint dressing, roasted potatoes, bacon, eggs, etc.! I highly recommend the public for special events. The staff was attentive and helpful through the entire reception! I could go on and on!

Place was great. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed at 630 when we went. Came from out of state and wanted a local thing and this place delivered and was delicious.

Stopped in on a Tuesday night about 8pm for a few beers with my daughter. There was an election party in progress so we sat at the bar. They had a nice beer selection and out server was friendly. Fortunately the candidate was on our team and was winning. :)

This was our first time here. Food was great! I had a chicken and shrimp dish, and my husband got the beef tips. Both of us were extremely pleased with our choices. We got the hummus appetizer which was also very good. I'm pretty picky about hummus, so I was glad that this didn't disappoint. It was very smooth and had great flavor. We felt like the cost was very reasonable for the quality and portions we got. An appetizer and 2 entrees was under $60 after adding a tip, and we had enough leftovers for another meal. Would definitely go back! Thanks for a great anniversary meal!!

The chicken shawarma is yummy 😋. The salads are fresh, and a portion can feed two people. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are friendly. I visit again.

10/3/2025 at the prompting of a friend we decided to try this place . Gotta say the Gyros were awesome now the service is a different story . Our waitress disappeard twice had to wait till she appeared to get my water filled . The when she filled it mind you we were done eating and she asked if we wanted the check i said yes. She then disappeared. I asked another waitress where she was and no one knew. The other waitress said she could ring us up as she knew her number to do so.

Its a great restaurant with amazing food. It is a bit pricey but the high price is usually worth it for most of their food selections. I have had some dishes leave me hungry, but a lot of their best stuff is really good and really filling. Overall a great place to go though expect to pay quite a bit.

The owners do not practice good leadership. They are disrespectful towards their employees. I encourage good support towards the people that will be serving you because they have to deal with the owners every time they work. The food is amazing though, and customer service is of good quality.

Not very busy but the atmosphere was very nice. We ordered the Gyro and Chicken Schwarma with mushroom risotto. Lina our server seemed a bit more interested in the group social meeting off to the side, but otherwise friendly. Didn't care for the gyro much, could not omit the beef lamb combo since the beef and lamb are ground together. We couldn't substitute it for chicken. I believe they should have that as an option for their customers because not everyone is a red meat eater. Chicken Schwarma and risotto was excellent! Food alone is definitely worth a repeat visit.

I would like to give my feedback from our dining experience on Friday, August 8th. I had a table booked for 5 at 6:30pm. We were seated promptly but no-one approached our table for 45 minutes. When the server arrived he brought water and after another 15 minutes he took our order. He came back 30 minutes later to say that there was a problem as he was new and he inputed the order incorrectly and could he take it again. We were finally eating around 8pm. Some of our food items and drinks didn't arrive and we had to request them over and over again. I understand that the waiter was new but was appalled that on his first night he was not given any support by the manager. One of our party went over to talk to the manager at the end of the meal to explain how disappointed we were. He shrugged and said he was down 3 wait staff and that that was the first time he had sat down to eat all night. This man should not be a manager and is ruining your good reputation.

For starters, my salad was amazing. The presentation and flavor of the vinaigrette dressing was great. They gave me muffins complimentary which was nice. But as I dive deep into this review, I have to warn you, I don't enjoy a lot of fried foods. Which is weird I ordered some today. But the catfish was fried perfectly. It was light, yet crispy. Plus the actual catfish didn't taste muddy, like I've had other places. The fried okra I was excited about but didn't enjoy so much. Probably because it was just fried food overload. That's my fault for ordering them. But it's your basic fried okra. My mashed potatoes on the other hand, had decent favor and I really enjoyed them. I gave this place 5 stars, because what they do is good if that's what you're into. I just wish I would have tried something else if that makes sense.

Everything was great here especially the customer service. We highly enjoyed the crab cakes and the fact that the bartender knew how to make a dirty martini. We will be back to try more items on the menu.

This place is a ten out of ten, easy. First time being here. I got the red beans and rice, which is a huge amount of food (definitely took some home) and came with a salad and the bread of the day. The food itself was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it. Even the salad was tasty, with lots of fresh complimenting ingredients, and was a good size, but not too big as to take away from the main entree. I had sweet tea and a boulevard wheat beer for the drink(s). The tea was properly sweet but not too much so. And hard to go wrong with anything brewed in Kansas, to be honest. The staff was very attentive, and I never felt like I was left to wait for a refill or a to-go box or check, or whatever. Very friendly and welcoming. A+ for atmosphere as well, lots of cool old timey decor, and the whole place was kept clean and stocked, looked as lovely as it was. To summarize, I am very happy with my visit here, and will DEFINITELY return. I need to try that absolutely enormous chicken fried steak as well.

I never knew brick street exsists. It's just tucked away and almost lost at a glance. I'm here to tell you. I was delightfully surprised at the food. Very huge portions and very tasty. And a top shelf martini selections. And don't forget about the revolving complementary muffins. I'm hear to spread the word. This is a must try... And the service here made our visit . im sure this spot there in will be out grown after the word gets out.

My friend and I went here for dinner. The server was attentive for the most part and very friendly. Both of our entrees came with a house salad with poppyseed dressing that was delicious! The muffins were two different kinds: angel food & jalapeño cornbread. We weren't a fan of either, but they seem to change daily. The chicken tenders were amazing! I enjoyed the sweet corn and the french fries; however, the roast beef tasted and smelled like a fish market. It was disgusting. The waitress took the dish away and removed it from the cheque, but I was surprised a manager never came over to speak to us about it. Definitely recommend the chicken tenders, but avoid the roast beef at all costs!

Please go here and get the fried catfish! My husband and I are from the south and this is THE BEST catfish we have had (sorry momma). The chicken strips were whole chicken breast size and the muffins and honey cinnamon sugar butter...OMG! I am from the Denver area so take this with a grain of salt but I couldn't believe how little they charge...... if that isn't enough, the service was amazing. I mean literally amazing. Support local people! The big chains can wait right now.

We could not have had a better experience at this wonderful gem. We had a party of about 15 ladies for a going away dinner. The organizer can't have gluten and almost never gets to eat out. They were extremely careful and conscientious, checking every detail. She was so excited to be able to go to a nice restaurant where she could feel at ease. The staff was the sweetest, we got our meals quickly, everyone raved about their food. They have allergy friendly and vegan options. What a great place!

We had an excellent lunch here. The menu is incredibly healthy and mostly vegan friendly. The staff were kind, responsive, and quick to take orders and get food out on time. The black bean burger has a fair spice level, as well as being incredibly flavorful. If you're looking for a healthy place to eat, that won't kill your wallet, while being enjoyable, this is your place.

Decided to check out Lotus Leaf Cafe on my trip to Wichita, as I was having difficulties finding restaurants that carried more than one or two vegetarian options. I would say Lotus Leaf was good enough to eat there again, but the prices for the tacos that I had was a little high. You do get 2 huge cauliflower tacos and a side salad. The tacos were too much to eat all in one sitting, and the soft shell it was in was kind of oily from the cauliflower. However, because there was so much oil, it was inedible the next day. My boyfriend had the chicken salad sandwich and he said it was good, but nothing memorable. We also ordered a juice (Hulk Smash) and smoothie (anti-oxidant revitalized) which were what you would expect. A little pricey, but good enough to order again. The waitstaff was very friendly and service was prompt. The outside seating area is cute and cozy for warmer days. Overall, I would eat here again because of the variety of choices for vegetarian food.

Since I am in Kansas I will throw this caveat. This is the best celiac friendly place I have been in Kansas so far. When I rate this it isn’t from someone who says GF means celiac friendly, I have been To many highly GF rated restaurants and have become sick, Due to cross contamination. Not with this place. When you enter you see a clean and pleasant environment. The staff is friendly and pleasant. For our drink we had a Winter Wonderland tea. Out of all the teas o have had it was very subtle and not overwhelming. We started off with the smoking pumpkin. This was my wife’s favorite of the night. Creamy pumpkin you can dip your sweet potato chips into. A hint of smoke and the light flavors of pumpkin hit the taste buds followed by the taste of sweet potato and the salt finishes and compliments the pumpkin. The Zucchini Noodles where on point. Not over cooked with a slight crispness. For those who are very sensitive to red pepper it will be hard to move past that and that was the case for my wife. I however tasted a wonderful balance between the cashew sauce and the red pepper flake. The red peppers also gave it a subtle sweetness. Last but not least the black Betty salad was a black bean burger served on a bed of lettuce with a lemon vinaigrette. I enjoyed each and every bight Finally, the Lemon Blueberry cheesecake. I do not get to enjoy many deserts and enjoyed this one. I wish there was a little more blueberry flavor. The amount of sugar utilized cut some of the flavor of the blueberry and in the blueberry cheesecake portion there was a grittiness to it. At first I thought it was the almond crust but found it on a couple of other bights. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend anyone to go and try it. It would have received a five however I have had some wonderful cuisine from other states that make this place a four star. This is still a must try if you come to Wichita.

This is not a Chinese nor Asian eatery as I thought it would be. They are on the healthier side menu. Do not expect your general tso chicken or fried rice or pad Thai. This is almost vegan very healthy items. No regular sodas, but the one they make there etc. With that said, their service is superb and friendly. Easy plaza parking. Clean place and fresh ambiance. Cauliflower bites were perfect! Their burgers looked good. Might be short on value for what I looked for, but for their type of menu, I'd say it actually looked like good value.

I absolutely adore this place. The food is amazing. If you really like healthy food, this is absolutely the place to go. The atmosphere is great and the food is priced pretty decent. It's definitely worth it too. They have a lot of sandwiches and smoothies and juice drinks for which the menu lists the health benefits.

Pizza here is fantastic! I lived in Pisa, Italy for 3 years and missed the pizza there. This is as close as I can get! Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. We also ordered the tiramisu and my family raved. We agreed it was the best tiramisu we’ve had. I’m glad Wichita has a place like this. When I went in to grab my order, staff was friendly and restaurant was nice and modern.

Absolutely fantastic pizza. I love the flavor of smoked prosciutto so I ordered the Rucola the last time i went. Devoured it in minutes. I've never had a bad pizza here. The service is fantastic. The servers are super friendly and always seem to refill the water at the perfect time. The venue itself is beautiful. Classy and cool inside and outdoor seating in the front and back if that's your thing. I was initially afraid the servers would forget us as we sat outside but nope, they were perfect all evening. The price is a bit steep but you absolutely get what you pay for. 5/5 and I'll definitely be back.

The food, service, and atmosphere is incredible. The stone oven & watching make the pizza is enchanting to both young & old. There is both indoor & outdoor dining opportunities. I would highly recommend trying this place! My daughter to me for my birthday the first time 3 years ago. It's an annual trip now. 😃

Tried something new while in Wichita. My pizza wasn’t hot by the time I got back to my hotel but it still had great flavor! Next time I’ll make sure I eat in so it’s hot and crispy:). Parking is interesting, but after 5:00 there are parking lots that you can park in without being towed🤪! Will definitely make Piatto’s a “have to go” spot when in ICT!

Piatto Neapolitan Pizzeria has recently become the talk of the town, and for good reason! The atmosphere is absolutely delightful, and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The standout feature is their unique and original Italian wood-fired oven, which truly showcases their passion for crafting delicious pizza. We had the Holy Kale and Diavola pizzas, along with a side of garlic cheese bread. Everything was incredibly delicious and tasted authentically Italian. The crust had the perfect crunch, and the cheese was wonderfully balanced. They also offer an impressive selection of beer and wine. Don’t miss their happy hour from 4-6 pm, Sunday through Thursday.

Quaint little restaurant tucked into a fringe area of the city. We're from Western, NY and it's been difficult finding ANYTHING Italian. We were pleasantly surprised to find this little spot. We ordered takeout. A margharita vegan pizza 🍕 I'm vegan.... the taste and accommodation which was superb. 2 little arugula salads were a great starter. I highly recommend this spot! Was happy to read about vegan options here.

Love the pizza (best Crust in Kansas!) and service. Classic Margherita is our favorite. Great people! When coming in was greeted by Rex, was very polite and had a smile on his face, was ordering and didn’t know what coffees they had so he listed everything off and also recommended trying their DELICIOUS lattes, smooth ordering process! Diane was the one who made our delicious sandwiches and Mac & cheese she recommended adding bacon to it and it was phenomenal!! She also had a smile on her face the whole time!! Met a bunch of lovely people while my family and I were there. Definitely coming back!!

Tasted good. My bagel was sliced with very thick bottom and a really thin top. I did not have cream cheese with mine, just frozen butter that had to be warmed up to be able to spread. The restrooms had combination locks on the doors. You'll need to ask for the code to enter. I was there mid morning, 10ish, and most bagels were out.

This morning all I needed was a coffee before work, instead of the 7Brew down the street I placed an online order at panera because my husband has a drink rewards and I can’t get a bagel from 7Brew. Upon entering I asked the masked cashier about my pick-up and she just pointed as if I were a child. The size of this woman begs to differ who’s the adult in this situation but I digress. Of course, I looked in the direction she was pointing to see my clearly mishandled, sliced cinnamon-raisin bagel. I will not be coming back here to start my day ever again

The customer service was ok I have had better at McDonald’s. My name was not called my food was just sitting at the counter and I had to go ask if it was my food. I spent $22 dollars on a soup bread bowl and a half sandwich and a drink and scone. For the price of a half sandwich the sandwich half had nothing on it. Which was disappointing because of the price. I would rather see end my money at a sandwich place

Good service, great environment especially if you’re wanting to study or get some work done. I really enjoy eating here when catching up with friends or family, since it’s quite and easy to chat with the person across from you. Regardless of how many people are here, the atmosphere is still pretty calm.

Bagels was good, had to remind server of cream cheese and cookie that was on the order. Worst of all dark roast coffee was empty and was not replenished. I waited 35 minutes for for coffee, never happened

Quirky little Cafe with fresh ingredients and organic menu. Also many available options for vegan or vegetarian diners. Super cute outdoor garden area. It was a little difficult to order as you can't see the menu from the register so you have to remember from the beginning of the line what you want to order. When I visited they also weren't doing drink orders such as smoothies so that was disappointing.

Very nice place to eat! Love the decor! And also it is awesome that they grow their own herbs in their garden across the parking lot! And their sweet kitty cat that over sees the garden. 😁 Staff was awesome too! Great place!

What a truly refreshing, wonderful dining experience. From the moment we walked into this cafe to the moment we left, we felt welcome and at home. I loved seeing the permaculture/garden outside the restaurant and how thoughtful every detail seemed to be. Our hostess was SO KIND and sweet! She was amazing. Not to mention the plethora of vegan options across the menu. I ended up with the vegan breakfast burrito and the French toast which were both hands down delicious. If we lived closer this would be my regular spot for sure.

Great atmosphere with a wide variety of tasty food. The workers were very kind. I ordered a cup of hummus and the vegan breakfast burrito. One of my favorite things is that there are these uplifting sayings/drawings on napkins placed under the glass of tables. Will go back!

First we were welcomed by an amazing, friendly and knowledgeable man, possibly the owner. So welcoming and the coffee was outstanding, food was delicious, and many options! Very gluten free friendly! I will be coming back for sure!

This restaurant is a must for healthy, wholesome foodies!! I only leave reviews when someplace is especially special, so I apologize in advance for the length. I searched for restaurants near our route home to Nebraska, and when this showed up, it was a no brainer lunch stop. The grilled veggies in the gluten free wrap were fantastically flavorful, and I'm eagerly anticipating the same for the take home spinach leek soup for supper. Home brewed kombucha, kimchi, infused water, bulletproof coffee, and other unique items suit the eclectic decor. My other half appreciated the meat menu options, while I gravitated toward the many gluten free and vegan choices, including desserts. It's rare we both come to and leave a restaurant table fully satisfied. There are games for kiddos and an invitation to leave your mark with personalized napkin art displayed under the glass top tables.

What a gem of a place! We were looking for a place to eat breakfast that could seat 8 people last minute and our gracious host accommodated us right away! So glad we found you in our weekend in Wichita! Beautiful day cafe has a menu friendly to vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters alike. The food is fresh, primarily local and delicious. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food. The pancakes were a hit, as well as the omelets, breakfast sandwich, avocado toast, smoothie, etc...

Would have been nice to hear Tumbao at 9, as advertised. By 10, we got tired of watching a live band stand around since 8:30 while they played recorded music, so we went elsewhere. Everything else was good. Food/service/drinks. When you advertise music at 9, you should deliver in a reasonable time frame. This is why many people come. Wasting our time is rude while you wait so people can spend even more $$$ on food & drinks. If the show was free, I could understand. But you charged a cover and still made people wait. We know how this all works. Catch you next time, maybe.

Decent venue for live music when the weather is good. Food is standard bar food, drink prices are fair but there is no wait service after 9 , you have to go to the bar to get your own drinks. Very annoying that even when they bring in bands that appeal to a more mature over 30 crowd, young people come and stand around in the middle of the dance floor, even when there are plenty other places to sit or stand. Multiple people I know stopped going to this venue because of this. Would be nice if Brickyard staff could manage this issue a little bit.

Live music was awesome, drinks were great, the atmosphere was great, the only problem was a constant barrage of a sewage smell. It was fun and after a few drinks I stopped noticing it. Definitely want to go back, hopefully the smell will be gone!

Delicious food. Bao as the appetizer and spicy fried chicken for the entrée were delicious. Hard to get internet in the dining area, to check the specials, and the wifi situation was atrocious. That was the only negative about this place.

Very good service first of all, our waiter was attentive without being annoying and very willing to make a special drink without it being any big deal at all. Much appreciated. The food was simple and very tasty. Not big portions necessarily but the quality made up for the smaller portions in my opinion. Thankfully the weather was nice enough for us to use the courtyard. All-around good experience.

1st time at this bar for salsa night and the assistant Manger steals $12 from the $20 I gave him for an $8 margarita... never approached me for change. Argued about me giving him a $20 claiming it was a $10 which it was not. Then had me kicked out for his actions of theft. If it was a $10 I'd still ger $2 change to choose to give it as a tip but as it wasn't he never gave the option as I watched him grab change from he till and put it right back rather then proceed to give to me as an option... shame on this establishment. Shame on the assistant manager cuz even ur account of a $10 would leave me receiving $2 to decide for a tip. So either u stole $12 (which u did) or u stole $2 with no customer option... tisk tisk and u deal with hundreds of customers

Strawberry smoothie with strawberry boba was delicious, I’ve had it in San Diego, but I do have to say this one was absolutely delicious and the employees were super friendly.

Tried the vanilla chai, it was absolutely delicious. Definitely coming back! And the employees were very friendly😄

Very sad with the recent changes. They changed their cups to now "promote" their hot drinks, which they had like 4 or 5 of on their menu.... the cups are smaller and the lids are crap for a Boba drink, everyone e wants to poke the straw thru the top! And the price for a smaller drink thats supposed to be their regular size.... no change. I'm going to a Boba shop for a Boba drink, not a hot coffee. We weren't impressed. Save the hot cups for your hot drinks, and go back to the normal cups.

We have been coming here since the original owner, Joel and we are so grateful for Paul & his wife for purchasing this wonderful place. We’ve appreciated them keeping with the original recipes for the drinks, and the same vibes in the store. I LOVE the variety of popping boba.

I stopped by Ictea and tried their raspberry slushy with raspberry popping boba and wow, it did not disappoint! The drink was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, super refreshing, and full of flavor. The popping boba added such a fun, juicy burst with every sip honestly, it made the whole experience even better. The texture of the slushy was smooth and icy, not too thick or watery, just right. You can tell they care about the quality of their drinks. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors! If you’re a fan of fruity, refreshing boba drinks, Ictea is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

First time visiting and I'm already in love! The menu can be overwhelming with all the choices but they are really patient. They even have you verify the screen for accuracy before processing your order. Be sure to get a punch card cause you'll want to return! Everyone was super happy with their drinks too!!

A cool little historic diner in the Riverside neighborhood. There is definitely history on the walls! If for no other reason go catch up on the history of Wichita and the neighborhood of the diner. The waitress is definitely a bit grouchy in the morning. But she was fast and pretty efficient. To all those that said she is rude, maybe she is not there to be your friend. She is there to get you a plate full of hot food and a drink if you desire. She did that with ease. The food was slightly above average. Again, I am not expecting a Michelin restaurant experience! It was a solid reasonably priced meal. May they celebrate 100 years in business!

Food is always pretty good. The last few times we had nice waitresses. I'll be honest what has kept me away in the past, is the customer service. Our last visit was pretty good, waitress was nice but forgot everything lol. Atmosphere is cool, but the cook does blast the music. I like to be at peace when I eat. So if music bothers you , this might not be the place to go to. I gotta keep it real.

Looked up waffles to get near me. Saw a picture of a perfect waffle on Riverside Cafe’s photos on their Google listing, indicating they had good waffles. Instead, for $27, they give us this garbage. Pathetic. Lazy. I won’t ever make the mistake of considering this place again.

Went here for breakfast this morning. Our waitress was top notch from the beginning to the end of our dining experience. Gotta say this was a first in regards to wondering if I could "clean" my plate for a breakfast. The portions are huge and well done!! My housemate brought home a doggy "bowl" for the hounds from his leftovers!! You definitely get your value for the money spent!!

First visit to the diner. Since the re-grand opening. Lets just say nothing has changed. You will still be greated the same way. And sit in the same ol seat.... And the best part the food is still the same... Huge portions so come extra hungry. And if you never tried this place trust me. And you'll thank me later. The true greasy spoon diner. Glad your still here.

Food was SOO GOOD. Had the Philly w/Sweet Potato Fries. Will be making this a regular place for sure! UPDATE: We went back the next day and each ordered the 1lb Cheeseburger… AMAZING. Perfectly cooked. Taste was amazing! I think on the next trip I’ll get some of their Pie. OHH and the prices are great too!

Went there for the first time since reopening this morning and the entire experience was plain awful, food was awful the waitress had her kids there playing loud vulgure music and never not once came back to check on our table, coffee was cold, sandwich was cold and poorly made. Do not recommend this place went down hill.

First time coming here it was a nice, cute and cozy little cafe. Decor is very outdated but still nice. Our server was not very friendly or attentive. Our food was pretty good but nothing really stood out and was just like any other breakfast place.

Wonderful place, think a grandma Bakery. I had the crab cakes, love them. I also had their pizza, the crust very top notch. It was a bit like a cookie texture, crunchy without any sharp points. Very flavorful. I also had cinnamon rolls, best one I have ever had. If you come here try the cinnamon rolls!!

Upon walking into Copper oven Cafe and Bakery You're met with a choice of two doors. The right door will take you to a neighboring business so make sure you take the LEFT door to get inside! When you do? You'll be met with the rustic, charming, homestyle interior of local culture and flair. From lovely painted murals, to the fine mesh of rustic and country decor, fully decorated to the perfect level to provide maximum comfort without feeling overwhelmed. The establishment wasn't overly busy when this reviewer arrived with his partner to enjoy a nice late breakfast and early lunch (Make sure you arrive early to avoid both the crowd and the early afternoon closing time!) and we're seated promptly by the staff, and within minutes we both had our drinks and placed our order already setting Copper Oven a cut above many others in the service department! Within 15 minutes our food was ready, tasty, and cooked to perfection, the soup of the day my partner got was the Tomato Basil which was so creamy that it caused him to melt at the table ina euphoria of flavors and texture. My own meal, also delectable, cooked lovingly, and seasoned expertly. With a price of around 35$ for two people this will absolutely be a place I will continue to visit for years to come while continuing to make amazing memories and sampling their delectable menu. Five stars and I cant wait for my next visit!

We ordered a special, meat quiche for $10.40. They were out of it, suggested spinach or ham/bacon. We ordered latter. Then we were charged $12.40. Told cashier, she checked w/mgr who refused reducing the $2! Poor customer svc! He lost a customer for those $2. Won't go back. Also, 2 coffees were $7. Asked for a little gravy since potatoes were dry, charged $3.50. Quiche was good, though small piece. Ordered cinnamon roll which was good. We hadn't been there for years since they close at 2, hard to get there in time. Had looked forward to going. No more.

Been coming here for 10+ years and never disappointed. Portions are always too big but delicious to the last bite! Great for business meetings and holiday gatherings!

Wait wasn't too bad however the service wasn't the greatest. Coffee was cold round 1 and had to wait for refills throughout breakfast.. portion sizes are fairly small considering prices. 12.49 for the omelette and fruit cup seems a bit rich.
