Thai restaurant
Restaurant
Thai 9 is a modern restaurant located in the Historic Oregon District, offering a diverse menu of upscale Thai dishes and sushi, complemented by an extensive selection of wine and craft beer. The spacious dining room features high ceilings and a beautiful atmosphere, making it perfect for date nights or evenings with friends. The menu includes basil mussels, pineapple fried rice, sushi rolls, red curry duck, noodles, seafood, and sashimi.
This place is my favorite place to eat if you’re anywhere near Dayton. The staff have always been nice the food has always been wonderful, and the restaurant it self is beautiful. Im only writing the review now because this is the first time I was able to get some pictures before we all demolished our food. There are literally no bad choices as to what to eat here but there is one required one, you have to get the FBI- its on the dessert menu- its I kid you not the one thing that actively haunts me and forces me to make the drive from where I live in Cincinnati. Entres are around 15-20 a person Apps around 8 Dessert 7

Took a little bit to be seated as I entered through the back entrance. It then took a longer than I expected for a server to acknowledge me and approach the table. The food was good. Up to my foodie expectation. Great drink variety. Awesome Thai tea. * No alternative non dairy options* 😔 service was a little slow and spotty. The team made a very strong come back and redeemed my visit. They did well in the middle of a big rush. Very cozy spaces a little chilly... Bring a jacket. I did enjoy myself. Thank you Thai 9 **great job Marlena**

I have not been here in a while and some of the negative reviews had me concerned. The service was fine. Our water was refilled many times and the waitress was attentive and helpful. All four of us really liked our dinners. I had the spicy noodles and it was delicious. We had the slaw as an appetizer and I was surprised how tasty it was. No complaints or concerns. I look forward to coming back.

Tried Thai 9 during my visit to Dayton. The overall vibe is great — cozy, lively, and welcoming. Service was top notch — attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Only thing to note: the spice levels run much hotter than expected. As someone who enjoys and tolerates spice (I’m Indian), I asked for a 6/10 and still found it a bit too hot for comfort. So be sure to adjust accordingly if you’re sensitive to heat. Otherwise, a solid experience and worth a visit!

We enjoyed visiting Thai 9 during our stay in Dayton! We ordered the Summer rolls, chicken udon soup, chicken khao soy curry. We all enjoyed our food immensely- so delicious!! The homemade peanut sauce with the summer rolls is the perfect appetizer! The khao soy curry was so flavorful! And my son loves udon so it was a perfect place for mother and son date! Our server was very helpful and attentive! We also loved the space and decor. There is a large indoor seating area, a more private upstairs dining area, and an outdoor patio. Parking is available on the street or in the parking lot behind the building (free from 4 am - 4 pm, $3 for a couple hours in the evening). Wonderful night- we would love to come again when we’re in town!
Stephanie J — Google review
Sushi was very small and when mentioned to the waiter she just stated" that's how it comes". I wish I got a pic on the plate bt it wasn't mine and I really debated writing this. This main I ordered was terrible! Although it did give a good portion of meat the noodles were disgusting. They seemed a bit over cooked maybe idk bt the whole dish lacked taste, however my 5yr old son like it so I didn't complain about it. All in all I could of done without it. Service was decent although I feel our waiter barely visited our table compared to others the food was quick.
Curtese H — Google review
I used to love this place. I was there about a year ago, and my dining partner had to send his food back. It was a dish he'd had often, but this time it was awful, he said. I forgot about the decline of the food, but when I went there for lunch today all three of us were disappointed. We ordered an appetizer, which didn't come until mid-meal. My friends both had ram rong. Both of their entrees were lukewarm. I watched them try to eat the baby corn which was raw. One of them had a sauce that was described as aggressively sweet. I used to love the side salad of fresh bibb lettuce and a homemade, lovely ginger dressing. What I received was bowl of roughly chopped iceberg with some sort of watery brown stuff that reminded me of saltwater. I don't know what's happened, but it's a major fail.
Victoria R — Google review
It was just okay. Came out to celebrate a birthday and it took almost an hour from the time we put our order in to the food to get there. Our server was doing her best but she had a ton of tables. First time I've been underwhelmed here.

Irish pub
Gastropub
The Dublin Pub is a cozy Irish watering hole in Dayton, Ohio, known for its authentic Irish-accented pub grub and live music events. The pub offers a variety of drink options and delicious food choices, including appetizers like the Emerald Ale Dip and Barney Stones, as well as classic dishes such as Fish and Chips and Shrimp and Chips.
This is a great place to eat especially if you have a large group. They offer you a catering menu or you can choose from the menu. Our group chose from the menu and they were excellent in bringing out the food as it was ready. It didn't come out all at once but we were prepared for that and it was never a problem.Everything was delicious, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They even supplies a pitcher of Shirley temples since that was what one entire group ordered. Would definitely recommend this place.
Missy H — Google review
We loved this place! Our waiter Brice was so nice and fun. The menu had so many great options! They also had a lot of beer on tap to choose from. Such an awesome vibe!
Kelly S — Google review
We googled restaurants to eat on our recent trip to Dayton, Ohio and this pub came up. What a delightful fine-the food was excellent. It’s a charming exterior and interior with decor music, lighting. We settled on fish and chips and the Huntsman brisket sandwich and was it delicious, so much so that I think we will go back before we leave town There’s quite a bit of intimate seating, meaning the tables are divided from the next table and you don’t feel like you’re sitting on top of someone. There is live music available but not the day we were there.
Leassia T — Google review
A fantastic place. We’re Brits visiting the US and we had a fantastic welcome. Tip, sit at the bar and chat, everyone is so friendly. Great Guinness, it is the real McCoy. Great food, the pork chop was excellent. Great service from Amanda. An absolutely wonderful local pub, and that’s before I mention the live music! When we return to Dayton we’ll be straight back in here.
Ian M — Google review
In all fairness, I’m an out-of-town visitor who stopped in on a Tuesday night for a Guinness, a bite to eat, and some trivia. This place checks all the boxes for an Irish pub: an interior decor decked out in old wood finishes, a zillion types of Irish whiskeys at-the-ready, some TVs showing sports ball, etc. But the most noticeable thing is their signage, which touts the Dublin Pub as being “Top 10 in the U.S.” Maybe it is, I dunno, but the fact is that it’s in Dayton - not exactly a well-known Irish hotspot. And my meal, the pub classic Shepherd’s Pie, was bland and far from being top 10 anywhere. But the Guinness was perfect and the vibes were top 10. Maybe not in the entire U.S., but at least in Dayton proper.

First time here. Food was outstanding. Fish and chips among the best. Service was great. Draft and whiskey selection were awesome. Nice vibe

Neat building. Food is good, not a lot on menu that I care for but love atmosphere. Service usually always very good.
Sharma C — Google review
My recent visit to The Dublin Pub in Dayton was anchored by one truly spectacular dish: their World Famous Potato Soup. I came in wanting a warm bowl, and what arrived was honestly one of the best potato soups I've ever tasted. It was rich, perfectly creamy, and deeply comforting, a star dish that lives up to its "famous" name. Following the soup, I was also planning to enjoy a salad, but the soup was so unexpectedly satisfying that the salad remained untouched by me. Luckily, my husband was more than happy to enjoy it alongside his entrée. For his main course, he ordered the classic Fish and Chips. This dish is The Dublin Pub's top seller, and it delivered exactly what you’d expect from a great Irish pub: crispy, house-made beer-battered fish served with their hearty wedge fries. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was exactly the kind of satisfying, high-quality pub fare you crave. While the Fish and Chips and the surprisingly filling salad were great, the Potato Soup is the undisputed highlight of the menu and an absolute must-try. 4 stars for atmosphere only because it was so loud, but it definitely has the pub atmosphere vibe if that's what you're looking for!!

Restaurant
Nestled in the vibrant Oregon Historic District, Salar Restaurant and Lounge is a stylish destination that promises an unforgettable dining experience. This eatery showcases a world-fusion menu, artfully blending French, Mediterranean, and Peruvian flavors. The talented head chef draws inspiration from her Peruvian roots while incorporating elements of American cuisine to craft mouthwatering dishes like beef saltado and duck ragu ravioli.
Nice upscale restaurant with amazing food. The bar area service was great on a sunday evening. The parmesean scallops were some of the bea ive had. Perfectly cooked and toasted with crispy parmesean. I also got the lamb shank, it was exactly as described. It was good but lacked what i was looking for. Overall great experience.
Steven B — Google review
Both the food and service were superb. Everything from the cocktails to the desserts came out looking good and tasting even better. Our server was very friendly and knew the menu well. I would highly recommend this restaurant for special night out.
Joshua B — Google review
Not sure which was better; the food or Mark the waiter! We left our entire order up to him, and we were not disappointed! (Not to mention he was also incredibly charming and lovely!). We had the ceviche to start, which was flavourful and refreshing. For our main, we had the lamb shank with cheesy risotto (Mark suggested that change), which was delicious. Just came off the bone and was incredibly flavourful. I have to say that the food was fantastic overall, to the point that we considered staying longer in Dayton the next day and going back!
Benjamin B — Google review
Salar is one of the best restaurants I have eaten at. Food is delicious and drinks are well crafted. Each dish was so flavorful and my group wnjoyed everything that was ordered. I went with a work dinner and we collectively got lamb chops, steak with fries, calamari, ceasar salad, empanadas, and specialty drinks. The smoky whiskey drinks were a fan favorite and presentation was excellent by the server. The only dish that was sub par was the dessert item that was described as a fluffy pastry with cinnamon and ice cream that ended up tasting like a poptart. 5/5 stars I will return but it is pricey.
Maxwell G — Google review
Incredible. When spending money at a fine dining establishment, you should expect expertly prepared food and cocktails. At Salar, you get this level of perfection, and then some! Starting off with a cocktail or three, (the whiskey smash was excellent followed by a couple old fashioneds - they do not skimp on the alcohol) let me just say WOW! Something I've never seen is the menu offering that if you can't find a cocktail that suits you, tell the bartender the taste you're looking for.... and they'll create one for you! The presentation of the charred Ceasar salad defines fine dining while the salad, itself, provided unique tastes that were...WOW! The main course was the double pork chop. Cooked to perfection, the spices tickled my taste buds and really brought out the flavor of the chop without overpowering it. The mashed potatoes and leeks were delicious! WOW! Dessert was a butterscotch mouse that I shared with my wife. My only mistake was not ordering my own! WOW! Service was top-notch! I literally enjoyed every bite and sip!
Jeff B — Google review
Went with a lot of the recommendations from other reviews and they did not dissappoint! Scallops parmesan, manchego and ham croquettes, pork chop(!), lamb, short ribs, and more were amazing! One of the few spots open on a Sunday eve in town. Beautiful and large space; our server was awesome and helped fill the gap on desserts and cocktails.
Ryandolin91 — Google review
Genuinely one of the best meals I think I've ever had!! The restaurant also has a really nice atmosphere. Very friendly staff, and while it is pricey, it doesn't feel uptight. Will be going back when possible. Awesome cocktails, scallops, and desserts. Try the flour less chocolate cake🤤🤤

Absolutely LOVED this place. There are few times when I’m able to say that everything I had tasted at an establishment is 10/10. Well, this is 10/10. I recommend this place a million times and more. Keep doing what you’re doing, Salar. No notes!

The restaurant prides itself on providing an upscale dining experience with attentive service and spectacular food. The chefs at Coco's Bistro are known for combining unique flavors to create dishes like mango-glazed ahi tuna, sage-crusted maple duck, and red trout with caramelized orange butter.
Can’t believe this adorable place just happens to be in Dayton, Ohio. The atmosphere is a whole vibe, including the decor and seating. The service was outstanding. I live in Atlanta, but somehow I’ve been to Coco’s twice in 5 months; the great service and fantastic food is no fluke. The food was also outstanding. Somebody in that kitchen is a chef, for sure. I got the pork shoulder with grits. It was magnificent. And they put warm focaccia bread on the table when you arrive. And I give their Brussels sprouts appetizer a 10 out of 10. Great portions. Great tasting food. I guess this is my place now whenever I’m in Dayton.
Dee D — Google review
Went here for the first time on a whim and it smelled good before walking in. Went between 2-5 hour so didn’t have the entree. But it’s definitely clean, comfortable, and it’s a little pricey but you get what ya paid for! Cleaned all our plates, best chicken sandwich (birdie) I’ve ever had. Grilled cheese and tomato bisque was delicious , will admit I prefer Colby Jack or cheddar cheese for my grilled cheese but was good. Everything is home made and home seasoned, I’ll definitely go again if in area. Also we split a grilled cheese lol
Jacob G — Google review
Starting with ruining a birthday celebration when we specifically asked for it, on the phone NOT online. The food was unsalted, and service was kinda slow. Steak flavor came from the butter and toppings only, no salt what so ever and tough cut (medium). $50 should get you a somewhat decent steak. Lobster MAC, $42: ONE small claw meat in the entire dish, no joke. Cocktails: Very tasty but almost no alcohol, had two and not even a buzz, for $14 a cocktail, please put a little bit of cheap alcohol in it. Manager dealt with the matter as if it was our fault (we were polite so she was, generic apology and didn’t deliver) Bland space, concrete floors that looks bad, industrial feeling, lights directed at your eyes, and someone with flip-flops was seated next to us, not a great site to look at while eating. Overall not a good choice for special occasions, good for an everyday meal, but doubt that for the prices. Up charge of $4+ for Credit Card use… (Seriously with your prices?) * In all fairness: French Fries were absolutely AMAZING. (Receptionist was nice.)
Ali S — Google review
Very nice little restaurant. The food was the best part. Atmosphere and Service weren’t as great as the food, but were fine in general. It was very loud, both because of the music playing and because of the other patrons even though it wasn’t very busy. Acoustics were not great. The fried Brie was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. It was so incredibly delicious. I got a “bend and snap” cocktail and it was really strong and good! The bread was nice. I enjoyed my chicken ceaser salad and my husband LOVED his steak. I’d go back here, but maybe for more of a special occasion as it was a bit pricey for a regular evening dinner out.
Kelly J — Google review
This was my first time at Cocos and it was great ! We went for restaurant week so we had the pre selected menu. The mushroom soup was delicious and the gumbo was great too. I didn’t care for the pear gallate but that’s me personally. The bread served with their butter was a great touch. The service and atmosphere was so nice. Can’t wait to go back again.
Ebony H — Google review
A good place in Dayton. Excellent service and great ambiance. The food was very good. Fried Brie, The Birde and Linguine all were really good. A tad bit pricey-but good for special occasions.
Krishna K — Google review
We brought my parents here for lunch today. Completely disappointed! Seriously slow service! The hostess sat us quickly but our waitress took forever to bring us water, forever to take our order and after a gentleman brought us our food, she never checked on us to make sure everything was okay. It wasn't. The French Fries were cold. My chili garlic noodles had zero salt. Completely disappointed. To our waitress, you got a 10% tip and you were lucky to get that! Step up your game Coco! The first time you were amazing! Second time a complete disappointment! 😢

This is a very warm and bright place to enjoy an exquisite meal at affordable prices. The facility is very clean and organized. We were seated very quickly but I understand they are popular and can get busy. The colors of the room’s decor make it inviting and happy. The music is upbeat, the staff is very polite, quick and informative of the menu. The food was absolutely amazing in taste, presentation and food quality. I will return.

The menu features a variety of grilled meats marinated with a blend of flavorful ingredients, promising a delightful culinary experience. With a beautiful 50-person patio overlooking part of The Greene, diners can enjoy their meal in an intimate and picturesque setting.
Allhamdulillah for the food. The service is great. Making sure the water is filled and asking if we need anything. The atmosphere feels like semi Turkish country but it’s not. The food was really filling. The price has increased since Covid. Even a regular here and always get the mix chicken kabob and lamb Adana. Tried the lamb chops and was superb. Love their Turkish bread and the white sauce. The smoothie strawberry mango is filled to the top and really tasty 😋

What a gem! The food is incredible, all of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the outdoor patio has such a nice ambiance. The lunch special was wonderful; we ordered the chicken shish kebab and the gyro, and both were fantastic. Will absolutely be back!

The Date on this review is going to be wrong because I forgot to review it the day me and my friend met for lunch. We had pitta bread and hummus, it was very good. I ordered Beef saute, it was delicious. We split a rice pudding at dessert, it was also very good. The service was friendly and fairly quick too.

They automatically took the tip. The food was generally okay. Stay away from here, they force you to take the tip. This is my first and last visit. They brought ranch sauce to accompany the Turkish kebab.

Excellent overall. Amazing food, exceptional service. My wife and I are very picky about eating out and this experience was truly wonderful. As we researched the best restaurant to enjoy our anniversary dinner, we were very pleased with our choice. Highly recommend.

Pasha Grill offers an authentic Turkish food dining experience. I was very impressed by the decors and the theme of the restaurant. The food portion and taste were good. The food came out very quickly which made me question if the dishes were only re-heated instead of being actively prepared by cooks.
Khaled R — Google review
The restaurant looks great, with cool decor and laid back ambiance. We started with some hummus with house baked pita. The pita was fresh and soft and was served with some saffron infused olive oil. In the main entree we ordered Doner kabab with gyro meat. It was served with some buttered rice and vegetables. The portion size was huge. However, I didn’t like the meat as it had a strong funky smell of lamb. I ordered a chicken Adana kabab wrap. The wrap was served with fries. The wrap was mediocre as the Adana kabab was not much flavourful. Overall, it was pretty decent meal. We were too full to try any dessert.
Debisree R — Google review
Over all experience was good, but the food was done. Decent i took lunch special in that. I got one starter for lunch and dessert. Starter was a soup lunch awes, overgy Temple bowl with Rice and uh I got some pooling in dessert. It all tests good, but after having lunch, my stomach start painting and I was not able to have my dinner. I think might be pudding was not good. I don't know what exactly went wrong. I think soThe pudding was not in proper condition

Butter Cafe is a laid-back and charming eatery that offers a diverse menu of organic American breakfast and lunch options, with a focus on vegan choices. The cafe's signature dishes include Almond Joy pancakes, French toast kabobs, waffles, Italian and Mexican omelets, home fries, and cafe sandwiches. What sets Butter Cafe apart is the ability to customize your meal with various toppings or ingredients.
To find delicious vegan food while traveling is akin to the stars aligning. Unfortunately, that means I won’t get back anytime soon (or ever), so I’ll be dreaming of this tofu scramble. Everything was excellent. I need to point out that the chairs at the tables next to the front window are absolutely the most comfortable restaurant seating my butt has ever enjoyed. Seriously, I’d buy one of those chairs.
Ashleigh B — Google review
Sadly the pancakes weren’t cooked in the middle. The sausage gravy for the skillet was more like ground sausage in a light seasoned sauce. Not a gravy texture at all. The service was nice people were great and very accommodating for our party of 8. Wish the food didn’t seemed rushed for a scratch kitchen. Great ideas but poor execution.
Victoria R — Google review
I got the biscuits and gravy, which were very good, but the $4.95 side of sausage they gave me was not good. It was 3 small pieces, and they tasted hard/leathery/old. My friend got the tropical French toast and he said it was good, but his pineapple felt stale. The environment is a bit loud, they play their music on a high volume. Otherwise, I would recommend

I will be back and bring new guests! We arrived in the 9am hour so it was slow. The front staff/server Amber was great and the chef was great too, because the food was GREAT. The menu is diverse with a lot of tempting options. I ordered the Spicy Breakfast Scramble, one pancake, and my partner ordered the Southwest Omelet. Both entrées were generous with the jalepeños, which I don't mind. The Breakfast scramble is really cheesy and awesome. There was a bit of extra crisp burned house potato on the bottom that was tasty. I thought it was done like that on purpose to add flavor - I liked it. I wish I would have got a pancake to-go because it was super good. It wasn't a totally fluffy cake. It had some thickness in the middle which I appreciate. The soda was good. Everything was really great here.

Tenisha, a patient and respectful servicewoman, was great at her job. I ordered a croissant, but she informed me that it was unavailable at the moment. She kindly assisted me in choosing another dish, which turned out to be delicious. Her kindness and the quality of the food and drinks were truly commendable. If you’re looking for a cozy and comfortable spot for breakfast or brunch, this is the place to go.

My husband and I enjoyed brunch at the Butter Cafe this morning. He had the corned beef hash and I have the Huevos Rancheros and both were excellent. Don't forget to order a cup of the super flavorful coffee. Our waitress was so sweet and very efficient. We will definitely be returning.

I love Butter Cafe, it has become a bit of a hidden gem for us. We eat here a couple of times a year and the food is always really good. I’m a pescatarian so I absolutely love that they have many vegetarian and vegan options. During this most recent visit Tenisha was our server and she was amazing! Highly recommend the butter cafe if you want to dine at a great restaurant with a small town charm.

Linh's Bistro is a cozy, family-owned restaurant offering an extensive selection of Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. Renowned for its famous pho, the menu features classic dishes like the chicken pho and the spicy Sate Shrimp and Pork Soup. The bistro has a modern ambiance with updated dining spaces that have been well-received by regular patrons.
I have eaten here three times now and each time it has been a great experience. The dining area is quite nice and service was quick and pleasant. The takeout service here is also really great and they prepare the food quickly. I really like their beef and their Pho with meatballs was great too. My wife especially likes the food here and thinks they have great chicken.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant before, and the food has always been great. However, this time was a big letdown. They burnt two of my Golden Crepe orders—not just one but two! It’s frustrating because I paid a hefty sum for these, and I’m genuinely concerned about how this could affect my health. I hope they improve their quality control because this experience was far below their usual standard.

I'm sorry to say my very First time going to this restaurant the food was NOT GOOD here. I ordered steam dumpling, won ton soup, sweet sour pork with steam rice. The dumpling for me had a funny taste. Won ton soup ..... Sweet sour pork bite size meat pieces were chewy, not enough sauce to cover meal. Rice was hard, not sure if it was fully cooked or just old.

The atmosphere is laid back, televisions running in the background but not too loud that it takes away from the experience. The menus are mind blowing, the list and pages will blow you away! 🥰 The fact that it is a Vietnamese and Chinese restaurant will have you doubting your choices. I ordered the pineapple chicken and it was delicious! Enough to satisfy hunger in one plate! I must add the server was very patient with us as we or I had no clue what to order. Very sweet human, I appreciate her patience.

Great local Vietnamese bistro known for their Pho menu per colleagues at a conference in the area. They can get busy at lunch time but service was friendly and fast. Food was so good I ate lunch here 2 out of 3 days I was in town and uncharacteristically for me I tried something different on my second visit - of the two I favored the beef sate and meatball - but everything was delicious. A few booths and tables allow them to rearrange and handle groups of all sizes.

Pho was so good. The combo appetizer was very big and good value for the money. The service was slow and kept having to ask for the same things over and over but food was good. Would definitely go here again. Also I would say the menu was very very overwhelming. It was too big.

Treasure Island Supper Club is a charming, nostalgic dining destination that captures the essence of classic supper clubs. With its inviting U-shaped bar and warm, rich ambiance, it’s an ideal spot for couples looking to enjoy a romantic evening. The menu boasts an array of hearty steaks, chops, and seafood paired with familiar sides that evoke comfort and satisfaction.
I based this on my top five. Food, service, drinks, atmosphere, and cleanliness. Food got a 3, wife's steak was over cooked and the potato boat(which was highly recommended) was horrible. It was very dry like it was in the salamander for a while. My recommendations for the steaks are not to get any of the seasoning or butters that they put on it. Steaks are great. A prime cuts of steak and do not need any of that stuff. In fact, my wife got the seasoning and didn't like it too much. Mine was perfect. Drinks got a 5, The bartender recommended a margarita for my wife and I got a captain and ginger ale. The atmosphere and cleanliness got a five, this was a very nice place. Comfy does not look run down. They maintain this facility to a high standard of cleanliness. Service was a 4. Bartender was very welcoming while we were waiting for our table. Made lots of recommendations. The server was very knowledgeable. A little slow on the tentativeness because of how busy they were and it took a little while to get our check. I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant. There are reasons why this has been an operation for such a long time.
Tim P — Google review
The atmosphere at Treasure Island Supper Club is excellent—it really brings back nostalgic memories of how restaurants used to look and feel. That part alone makes a one time visit worthwhile. That said, the portion sizes don’t match the prices, especially for items made with inexpensive ingredients. For example, I ordered chicken livers and only received five pieces. Piling them higher wouldn’t hurt the bottom line and would leave customers feeling they got their money’s worth. The steak pricing feels off as well. A 12oz ribeye runs $40 here, but at a place like The Chop House, you can get a 14oz for $37—and that’s with a bigger cut and similar or better quality. I had high hopes for Treasure Island, but it feels like they’re relying too heavily on longtime customers and the nostalgic atmosphere. If they want repeat business from new customers, portion sizes need to match the prices. I’m not suggesting they change the menu—just the portion-to-price ratio.

We visited today for our daughter's birthday. The food was great. My husband and I both had the shrimp & crab salads.it was very good, it was a bit disappointing the crab was imitation. Our daughter had the roast beef hot shot, she enjoyed it. Our son had cheesecake sandwich w/o onions and he enjoyed his cheesesteak, and his fiance had the cheeseburger, which she truly enjoyed. The inside was like a 60's throwback, but the atmosphere was quite enjoyable, as was the service. We will all be back!

First time I've been back in years. We got salad bowls for lunch. I got grilled chicken and my lunch partner got crab meat. Looked to be about 4-5 oz. of meat topping the lettuce covered in fresh grated cheese. Extensive choices on the menu including appetizers, small plates, sandwiches and regular dinners. The place was crowded on a Friday afternoon.
Kenneth K — Google review
Went here for my husband's birthday and the food was average. Very cool dining experience but wouldn't come back for the food. I ordered a filet that was cooked accurately. Staff seemed short handed and didn't get adequate service. Seems to have gone downhill as I've dined here before in the past.
Crystal R — Google review
I was excited to see about this place however it was not exactly what I had hoped for. The location is decent enough and the inside is very cool looking. The service was mediocre as the waitress just seemed annoyed with anyone the wasn't a regular. As being our first time and a influencer blog and Google I really think it's not worth the hype (again unless you're a regular). Their menu I not exactly intuitive when it comes to what's included on sandwiches and honestly don't ask because that seemed to be an inconvenience to answer. The best thing we had was the fried mushrooms. Those were good but honestly I could have made them at home. Only saw the waitress 2 times, meal drop off and the check where we literally left all the uneaten food on the table. It was disgusting! The bbq sandwich smelled and tasted almost to vinegary and the sauce tasted simply like ketchup and cheap BBQ sauce mixed together. The seafood Alfredo had a sour blue cheese like flavor to it and was immediately turned off by the chunks of imitation crab meat that made it taste less than desirable as we could have went and gotten a dish with real crab cheaper and that tasted better. It was just a weird combination made to "look pretty." But if you have a low standard or have not had real seafood pasta you may enjoy. The onion rings were also very soggy like they weren't cooked long enough and the breading was still moist and not fully done. We paid $49 for a meal that was not great! That doesn't make me happy at all nor the lack of interest to rectify the situation as nothing was hardly eaten except the mushrooms. We won't be back. There is so much room for improvement and it mostly starts with the service then the food!
Natasha D — Google review
The place had us wait in the hotest room then put us at a table that should have been for 2 but they put all 4 of us in a cubby hole in the bar, it had no air movement. All 4 of us got their potato boat, it was a dish with hardly no potatoes 1/4 inch and sprinkled with cheese. (For 2 of us) Then 2 of us got a full inch of potatoes...no consistence, and when i mentioned this to the waitress she ignored it. Not the best place. Only good thing was the drinks were strong.

I’ll start by saying I’m not usually one to post poor reviews, as I understand the livelihood of a business depends on positive reviews and word of mouth. However, we had some pretty major issues with our order tonight, that I felt I needed to address. My husband and I were really looking forward to trying Treasure Island, as it was one of his grandpa’s favorite spots years ago, and we’ve heard such good things about the place. I’m not sure if the changes in ownership within the past few years have caused a decline in the food quality, or if we just maybe caught them on a bad night. Appetizers: We ordered the chicken wings. They came with no sauce and tasted like your average GFS freezer to fryer wings. I felt the price was high for the lack of quality. They were $17 for 10 wings, which I can justify for fresh, hand-breaded wings with house-made rubs or sauces. But these were not that. As well, the celery had been under the heat lamp for too long, causing them to lose their color and become bendy. Salads: Their House dressing was good, but the lettuce mix wasn’t anything special. Just your classic bagged garden mix. There were some brown pieces of lettuce that needed picking out. Entrees: I ordered the New York Strip with the Potato Boat. I was unimpressed by the quality of the mashed potatoes. I believe they were just instant potatoes as they were thin and lacked any texture. This part is just a personal preference, but they had too much pepper (almost spicy) and not enough salt. Steak I ordered my steak medium. It came to me rare, so I did politely ask them to take it back and cook it longer. When it came back the second time, it was still not medium; more like medium rare. I noticed right away it had an odd smell. I couldn’t put my finger on it. Not sure if the butter or oil it was cooked in was off. It had a nice char, but not much seasoning. For charging $40 for a steak, I’d expect for it to be well-seasoned and cooked accurately. Pork chop My husband said they were cooked well - tender with a nice char - however they were bland and flavorless. Corn Fritter This was the best item we ordered! It had a great taste - reminiscent of fried fair food! The presentation wasn’t anything special though - just the plated fritter with a couple of sealed, plastic cups of Smuckers Maple Syrup. Service: We did have to remind our waitress that we had ordered the corn fritter as she forgot to bring it to us, but overall she offered good service and I could tell she was working hard. She was helpful, answered all of our menu questions, and was kind. She even comped the price of our drinks for the steak being cooked wrong, which we appreciated the gesture. I hope we just caught them on an off night and we understand mistakes do happen. It has a very neat atmosphere, with rich history. Unfortunately, I’m not sure we’re likely to return after this experience.

Nestled in the vibrant Town and Country Shopping Center of Kettering, Figlio Wood Fired Pizza is a must-visit for food enthusiasts. This trendy eatery specializes in gourmet wood-fired pizzas that can be customized to your liking, alongside an array of homemade pasta dishes. For those with dietary restrictions, Figlio also offers a gluten-free menu to ensure everyone can indulge in their delicious offerings.
I originally only requested a reservation for 10 for a small dinner after our small wedding. Figlio put us in the reservation room free of charge. It was the most wonderful night all thanks to the amazing staff. Our server was the sweetest person and was extremely helpful with any questions about the menu. The food and the drinks were 10/10.

I had the "tipsy chicken" dish which is blackened chicken in a vodka tomato cream sauce. Was absolutely stellar, and I am very very discerning about my food. I just wish this restaurant was near where I live. (975 miles). I don't eat out that often any more, because I can usually make a better meal than I can get out, unless I'm prepared to spend over $100., and I'm not. Everything I tasted was very good but my dish was the envy of everyone at the table.

I wish they would update their menu with more complete descriptions. Many items come with onions or peppers or spiciness that are not in the descriptions. This place is not for those with dietary restrictions. Especially tomatoes, and onions which often come in the sauce. I really wish they had some acid reflux friendly items. Everything on the menu has tomatoes, lemon or is spicy. With an older clientele I would hope they could add a couple options that are more mild. Someone behind us was coughing that acid reflux choke cough that I recognized all too well. I absolutely love the atmosphere, art and music at Figlio. It's so beautiful. However, there is just not much I can eat there. I often check to see if they have changed the menu, but they never do. Please, please add a mild dish with scallops!

This is a hidden gem! The food is amazing! Layered flavors and well sized servings. We started with the bread with herbs and olive oil for dipping - delicious! Then we shared Caesar salads. Crisp romaine and a lovely dressing with excellent anchovy and citrus flavors. Then we had walleye with ravioli and asparagus (amazing!) and chicken picatta (also amazing!). We finished with a shared creme brulee. A great finish! They have a good selection of beer, wines and mixed drinks to round out an incredible meal. I highly recommend and plan to return when I'm next in town. And while we did not have one, the pizzas looked and smelled delicious!

Wednesday 5pm. Table for 2. I had a pizza. I was really impressed. It had a thin crispy crust which I like. Dad had spaghetti and meatballs which he said was good. Beer was cold. He felt the place was a bit noisy but I didn't notice that. Enjoy going there.

My husband and I recently rented the party space for our welcome dinner the night before our wedding. We had about 30 people. Figlio staff, space, and food met beyond our expectations. Very easy to book and plenty of food options for kosher and vegan. The space itself is very classy and romantic. We are a bit of brick oven pizza snobs, and Figlios pizza was EXCELLENT. Our waitress was also so sweet and even saved my evening after a girl emergency in the restroom. That is great customer service of women supporting women. 💘 Would highly recommend for small gatherings, or date nights.

Lucky's Taproom & Eatery, located in the Oregon District, is a laid-back bar that offers an extensive selection of craft beers and pub grub with vegan options. The late-night spot takes pride in its innovative vegan-friendly menu, featuring items like vegan pesto grilled cheese, fried pickles, nachos, jerk chikin, soy burgers, loaded hot dogs, and more. All vegan dishes are prepared on a dedicated grill to avoid cross-contamination.
Great location & cool no-gimmicks vibe. Just a chill bar with super good food. Almost everything on the menu has the ability to be made vegan - it blew my mind. Very extensive vegan offerings - many of which are made in house. I was massively impressed and very grateful it popped up in my happy cow search while traveling. I definitely hope to stop in again.

This is my second visit to your establishment, and on both occasions, I found the quality of the food to be below expectations. During this visit, I also noted that the host/bartender's demeanor was somewhat discourteous. The chicken quesadilla contained a minimal amount of chicken, cheese, and other ingredients, making it unsatisfactory. I would not order it again. The burger was average and unremarkable, and the fries were overcooked and excessively hard. I would be hard pressed to eat here again

Vegan options galore, that are tasty to boot. The vegan chocolate cake is one of the best I've had, and it held up perfectly til the next day.

I've been going to Lucky's on and off for approximately the past 15 years. I'm not a down-town, hanger-outer per say. You couldn't call me a regular anywhere. However, if I want a laid back place for a fancy-ass beer, a decent burger, where people will leave me be, I wouldn't be ashamed to take a lunch date or my own mother to, that doesn't have that absolutely sterile, gray-modern vibe, then Lucky's is a-okay in my book. Their beer selection never disappoints, the atmosphere is neither pretentious, nor trashy. The beer-battered chicken tenders are solid; however, I'm a little disappointed they don't give you a selection of which beer to batter them in anymore. Their vegan chocolate cake is quite nice, as it's always been. So, if you want a perfectly average experience, for a perfectly average lunch (Reminder: Average AIN'T BAD...it means CONSISTENT) you'll find no other venue as hospitable!

Currently sitting at 4.5 stars at over 1500 reviews, perhaps you should take this review with a grain of salt, but it’s been a long time since I’ve felt out of place and completely unwelcome at an establishment. To paint the picture, I walked in with a polite smile and eagerness to order a nice drink and good food. I was wearing a NASA Halloween costume. Nothing about my image was off-putting. Still, the bartender addressed me as if my mere presence disgusted him. I felt uncomfortable and left without completing my order. I didn’t make a fuss about it or cause a scene. I don’t dine in where I’m unwelcome. For reference, I travel the world. So perhaps my expectations of customer service and acceptance are different from the culture here. But I didn’t like it. The only voice/power I have is in my review.

This was one of the most wild dining experiences I've had in awhile, bucke up. Came here on Halloween evening with my wife. Place was dead except the bar. We sat at a table and that is when our adventure began. We ordered the chicken tenders w/ sweet potatoes fries and a avocado BLT w/ regular fries and ordered a moscow mule and whisey and sprite at the same time. Our drinks never came. My wife got her order (without her modifications, not tomato which isnt a big deal) and I got a chicken sandwich. When I told the waitress my order was wrong she said she was sorry and would comp my part of the meal. That was not necessary but appreciated, we also mentioned our missing drinks. Waitress apologized again and got my drink right but rang my wife in a margarita? My chicken tenders finally arrived. Food was great as usual but the drinks were tough. My wife's was undrinkable. We ended up asking for her drink to be taken off the bill. After finishing our food, we waited 15 minutes then had to go up to the waitress to cash us out. When we got the bill my drink was rang as a stoli and coke and my tender meal was till on the tab. We asked the waitress about it and she got an attitude and went to the register then came back and said our whole meal was comped and we were good to go. We felt really bad and tried to insist on paying. We would have liked to pay and give her a tip, especially since we went to support a local business. Food 5/5. Service high/5. We are pro small business and 420 friendly. But this waitress was in the space time continuum. She stood at the register with a food menu trying to remember ours and the 1 other table in the restaurants order for a very long time (she got their drinks and food order wrong as well). We will be back. But may stick to sitting at the bar.

Grist is a popular dining spot that offers a delightful culinary experience. The menu features a variety of dishes that pleasantly surprise even the pickiest eaters. The Rosemary & Parmesan Focaccia is particularly noteworthy, leaving diners dreaming about its deliciousness. The cozy ambiance adds to the overall charm of the place, making it perfect for date nights. The staff are welcoming and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Amazing food with a great vibe (and great prices). You definitely need a reservation, though. There are 4 seats at a bar top but it was packed even at 8pm on a thursday. I was able to get in and WOW, worth it. Started with the meatballs and i couldnt stop. They were so flavorful. The ended up with the slow roasted pork raviolini as an entree and ate the whole thing. The sauce was amazing. Im pretty sure i licked the plate clean. The lemon olive oil cake for dessert was okay, but i would order it again because i wasnt a fan of the lemon flavor. Highly recommend Grist.

Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. We were lucky enough to also meet Casey, an owner, who had worked in multiple Michelin Star restaurants (which is quite apparent by the amazing cuisine). Yet not a speck of pretentiousness in the establishment. Showcasing a ridiculous amount of talent, a true connoisseur of everything epicurean, a genuine interest in the clientele & beautifully presented culinary delights. Unbelievable food with a changing menu, wonderful atmosphere, kind & informative personnel, delicious wine - simply off the charts. Fresh bread and pasta made in house of which are absolutely beautiful and crazy delicious. Run, don’t walk… then sit, relax & enjoy. We certainly did.

Went during a weekday with reservations for four. Seated on time. There is no server, you order at the counter or from the app. Slightly off putting to not have some walk you through the menu or readily answer questions. Eating out is a time to put away your phone not pick them up and be a part of the experience to me. The food was absolutely amazing. I shared and tried with all my friends. The meatballs having an unexpected spice was great. The pumpkin filled pasta was like a dessert dish. Everything was flavorful and made perfectly. The menu selections and choices are limited. The wine and drinks were well priced. I tried three of the desserts and would stick with paradise. Overall great experience. Not a huge fan of there service.

Another perfect dining experience. Grist is by far the best restaurant in regards to food & service that is ever experienced within the greater Dayton area. The thought, intention, and reality that makes up the space on 5th street is next to none. Some things to consider: It is counter service, which means you’ll want to be aware of the menu before hand to avoid any long drawn out encounters at the register. The wine is exceptional, the beer on the other hand is canned and not draft. If you want an appetizer, can’t go wrong with the focaccia. It just melts in the mouth and you’ll definitely have the next piece in hand before the last slice is eaten. We went with the ravolini (mildly spicy). Absolutely delicious, nice little crunch that wasn’t expected which made me fall in love. & the agnolotti which was perfectly refreshing and not too filling (I decided against the lamb shank). For dessert they brought one of everything! Such a sweet gesture for our friend who had never been and was her birthday. This 4.8 is well deserved, however I’m shocked it isn’t rounded up to the 5 star given the caliber Grist operates at. Highly, highly recommend. This is and has been our go to dinner spot for any special occasion. Bravo & encore to the staff and chefs.

Sat out on the patio and it was lovely. The staff was all very kind and attentive. We got a salad which was good. The meatballs were very flavorful with a slightly spicy marinara sauce. I loved them! You absolutely have to get the focaccia, it is soft and herbaceous and reheats in the oven beautifully if you want to get a full order and take some home! For entrees we got the Sweet Corn Agnolotti and the Squid Ink Orecchiette which were both very delicious! The corn agnolotti was sweet, creamy, and the included truffles elevated it. The Squid Ink Orecchiette included small shrimp, breadcrumbs, olive oil, and fava beans. It was light yet complex and salty (in a good way). We finished off with lemon olive oil cake which was a perfect light desert to finish a scrumptious meal.

I saw that this was a counter service or QR code set up and was prepared for what my mom calls a “workeraunt”. But somehow without a server I had better service than I usually have WITH one. The food? Forget about it. Phenomenal. The vibes? Immaculate. So good it made me mad. How dare you be perfect? And how dare you be three hours from home? Will be making the drive just to eat her again. Best dining experience I have ever had.

The recently established Salt Block Biscuit Company, located in Dayton's Fire Blocks District, has quickly gained popularity since its opening in September 2020. This bakery and cafe offers a delectable selection of breakfast and brunch options, as well as mouthwatering desserts. The star of their menu is undoubtedly the biscuits, available in a variety of enticing flavors. With its prime downtown location, Salt Block Biscuit Co.
This restaurant is a must try! The food is absolutely amazing and made from scratch. We tried the blueberry cornbread to start. It came served with handmade butter and warm. Perfect combination of sweet and salt and the little bit of crunch from cinnamon sugar on top, yum! We got a slice to take home for later. The Caesar Salad is the best I have had in a long time. The use of cheesy biscuits instead of croutons makes this salad so special. We each got a different entree: Smoked Butternut Squash Lasagna, Tomato Caprese Salad, and Orchard Chicken Salad. It was all amazing. I’m pretty sure there is nothing on the menu that isn’t delicious. Hats off to the chef! We will be back!

I am so happy my husband found this beautiful and unique place downtown for lunch. I loved the atmosphere and the ladies behind the counter were so friendly. The food we received was absolutely delicious. The different flavors of my dish danced around on my palette and it seemed like there was always something new with every bite. We got some blueberry cobbler to go and we are definitely looking forward to enjoying that later. Yes, the prices are higher but so worth it as it's not every day you find a hidden gem like this that makes food from scratch AND amazing! Keep up the great work.

I've stepped back in time! Literally and figuratively. Here for our high school reunion and decided to check out East Third Street restaurants and WOW! THIS PLACE!!! Everything so fresh and homemade. The hand pie was spectacular. We split it and had biscuits to start. Phyllis had the thyme and I had the buttermilk, both amazing and served warm with honey and butter. They have an excellent assortment of teas if that's your preference. We had coffee and it was just like the coffee you'd get at old time diners. This place is hip old school and the vibe nostalgic. The FOOD, though!!! The attentive, fun wait staff made the whole experience so great. Glad we stopped in and we'll be back before we head home.
Roxanne H — Google review
Justin and staff are all amazing! I live 25 minutes away and the drive is well worth it! Today I had the Coastal Crab Dip with Cheddar Bay Biscuits, Sweet Honey on the Lox and Smoked Salmon Hash. Everything was delicious and probably the best biscuits I’ve ever had. Don’t forget about their desserts, I haven’t had a bad meal here. Keep up the great work!!
Chris S — Google review
Really excellent. The ladies there were really great. Excellent service and info. Lots of specials and unique items. The food was outstanding and folks there all looked like they a really enjoyed their food. What a combo. Great service and great food. It’s a tad pricy but well worth the premium for such a great lunch. No hesitation that I would go back.
Eric L — Google review
Just wow. The service was phenomenal, the host/server was so charming and pleasant. We started off with the blueberry cornbread, but the star of the show was the breakfast: I got the farm boy (can I buy that herb aioli?!) and my husband got the special, a berries and cream strata. Best breakfast we’ve had in a long time. What a way to kick off our 10 year anniversary!!
Kaylynn H — Google review
Absolutely delicious. Had the B&G and some sort of blueberry cornbread. Killer. Will try again and consider upgrade to 5 stars when I return and go through their sammies.
JB F — Google review
Justin and the crew have an amazing spot for great food! We go here every two weeks for a friend’s business lunch. Never disappoints, always leave full, and at a great price too. It’s tucked away in the Fire Blocks District, and worth the stop.

Cinemark The Greene 14 and IMAX is a popular movie theater chain that offers an immersive experience with its giant screen and 3D films, making it a go-to destination for blockbuster movies. The theater provides comfortable recliner seats with ample legroom, ensuring a pleasant viewing experience. Additionally, the venue boasts excellent customer service and delicious concessions at reasonable prices. Visitors can also enjoy the spacious and clean environment while indulging in their favorite snacks.
This is a really nice theater with seats that fully recline and has a little table in front of you for your soda and candy and popcorn. I really had a good time here. My mom took me for my birthday to see Jurassic Park. It was a wonderful experience
Tim S — Google review
Cinemark delivers exactly what you hope for in a moviegoing experience — clean theaters, comfortable seating, and crisp picture quality that brings every moment to life. Whether you’re going for a late-night blockbuster or taking the kids to a weekend matinee, the experience is consistently solid. One of the biggest highlights is the reclining heated seats — wide, cushy, and perfect for sinking into with popcorn in your lap. The reserved seating system is easy to use and guarantees you’ll never have to stress about getting there early just to find a good spot. Concessions are a little pricey (as expected), but the snack bar offers a good variety: from your classic popcorn, nachos, and a variety of different candies, to more upgraded options like pretzel bites and frozen drinks. Making it easy for everyone to find something to enjoy!! Staff is usually friendly and helpful, and the theaters tend to be clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms, too — surprisingly — are usually stocked and spotless, even on busy nights. Cinemark strikes a great balance between comfort, technology, and value. It’s not a luxury cinema, but it doesn’t need to be. It’s dependable, enjoyable, and the kind of place you look forward to returning to again and again.
Amy L — Google review
My family went to this theater this past weekend to watch imax and it was an awful experience! The seats were not the reclining one and they were uncomfortable for a 2hour long movie. To top it off they didn’t have any AC on making it almost unbearably hot…. They turned it on the last 5-10 minutes of the movie….
Bubbles26914 — Google review
This movie theater is very nice. The seats were comfortable, and the nacho and cheese was good. However the prices for the movie was kinda pricey. It was 13 for both of us. We saw the new Megan 2 movie it was pretty good but it was nothing like the first one.
Slacking P — Google review
We went here for the IMAX but honestly, it's not worth it. We saw The Fantastic 4 in 3D & IMAX and the glasses were awful. They were awkward to wear and didn't feel right. The seats were worse! I'd much rather be comfortable than have a bigger screen. The theater was so hot. It's just not worth the extra money or the drive.
Jennifer C — Google review
Went & saw the movie, ‘The Marvels’ & they had leather reclinable seats — with, or without heat, & both high &/or low level heating in the seats too! In addition, they had a built in table & cupholder which was movable. We ate Pizza Hut cheese pizza & had 2 drinks. It was all very good, the gentlemen who waited on us when ordering our pizza could have been nicer, he was quite condescending towards me when I asked him some questions about the different sizes available.
Teresa O — Google review
I have been to this IMAX theater twice within one week, July 19 and July 21st. On each visit the men's bathroom has reeked of urine. A typical porta-potty smells better than what I experienced. A system needs to be in place which allows someone to check off on a list for cleaning. This is unacceptable for a public gathering and debatable whether to return. The employees that I noticed both times were not being utilized properly.
Kevin J — Google review
We love going, the luxury seats could use more upkeep/maintenance as it seems each time one of us gets a broken down seat. The built-tables for your snack & drink are wonderful, especially when you have little kids.

Piada Italian Street Food is a counter-order restaurant that offers customizable Italian dishes such as wraps, pastas, and salads. Customers can design their own meals from a variety of options. The food is described as very good and served warm with fresh vegetable toppings. The pasta is well-cooked and has a great texture. Additionally, the restaurant offers affordable kid meals, making it a family-friendly dining option in the Kettering area. Piada also provides curbside pickup for added convenience.
I had a very memorable experience at this Restaurant. Because I had never been here before, I asked a staff member what they would recommend. They gave me a couple ideas of different variations of their menu so I could order what I wanted. The food was very good and it was nice and warm. The vegetable toppings were very fresh. The pasta was very good and you can tell by the texture that it was cooked well. They have curbside pickup and many people came and picked up their food while I was dining in. Expect to pay around $10/person. This varies based on what you get and what serving size you get, but it’ll typically cost around that much. This is a little more than I would prefer, but for the high quality food they serve, it was worth it. Tip: ask the employees what they recommend! They know their stuff and can help you find something to eat.

Ordered two pasta, paid for grilled chicken and didn't receive any grilled chicken on either. It was a simple order...... i do not recommend since it's hard for them to follow an easy order.
Nasiade T — Google review
Been getting the pasta at this location for a while now, no complaints. I get an email to try their new “limited-time” Mac & cheese. $14 for this little bowl is criminal. Huge waste of money.
Keegan R — Google review
Lobster bisque was terrible. No lobster. All grease. This is after stirring it for about 30-40 seconds. Pasta Diavlo was delicious though.

Had been years since I had eaten at a Piada...I remembered it as being good, but very overpriced. But this was a pleasant surprise... The food was delicious and very fairly priced. Fresh, fast, and very tasty. Was very happy with the portion sizes. I'd definitely return!

I took my granddaughter to Piada for the first time. We both loved what we ordered. I even ordered the avocado salad to take home, it was fabulous. The guy, Kyzer, that helped us and took our order was was so friendly, polite and had a great personality. Kyzer and the good food made our lunch very enjoyable. Thanks!

We were a party of 3 coming in for a late lunch. The store was quiet and the staff were cleaning when we came in. They quickly leapt to work to prepare our order. Amiya was especially attentive when making the food to seek out and honor any preferences we had. We were all happy with the food and the well kept, clean eating area.
Tyler R — Google review
Aniya’s smile was warm and it greeted me at the door, from the time I walked in. She was very Nice and Pleasant and her Energy was very motivated, She was ready to take my order. The food is always good. I must say she’s on top of it. She knows my order Every time I come in Good job Aniya and Piada😊

We held a scramble fundraiser at MVGC and have done so for several years. The staff is always great and the players all say great things about playing there. In the summer, the pool is a great place for the family too.
Evan B — Google review
My wife and I joined in March of this year and it has been a great decision. The course is challenging and well maintained. The members and staff have been welcoming, and the pool is great. We could not ask for anything more.
Jacob D — Google review
Absolute Dumpster Fire of a Golf Course What the actual hell did I just play? This place is a complete joke. The fairways looked like someone took a weed whacker to a parking lot. I’ve seen better grass on a highway median. And don’t even get me started on the greens—bumpy, slow, and patchier than my uncle’s back hair. Putting felt like trying to roll a ball over a gravel driveway. The staff? Rude as hell. I showed up with a tee time and they acted like I was interrupting their nap. The starter grunted at me like I owed him money. The dude behind the pro shop counter looked like he hated life and everyone in it. Hole 6 had a sand trap the size of a football field and harder than concrete. I nearly broke my damn wrist trying to chip out. Then on hole 9, a sprinkler went off mid-swing and blasted me in the face. No warning, just full-on waterboarding in the middle of my backswing. And the carts? Slow as hell. One of ours died halfway through the round and we had to push it like cavemen while the sun tried to melt our faces off. This place should pay me to play here. Absolute trash. Never coming back. Save your money, your sanity, and your 7-irons.
Johnny S — Google review
I absolutely love this course. It's an old school CC atmosphere but, don't let that fool you. This Donald Ross Championship course is great. It's very challenging, especially on the greens ("Donald Ross"), but definitely scorable and a joy to play. The staff there is great, very kind people.
Gary H — Google review
Am giving it five stars because of the beautiful greens. The business does help the area in which it sets. Nice clubhouse if you're not an employee. Notorious to work for.
John N — Google review
